leave your left foot on the line use
your right foot to assist you in turning
around your vehicle and take another
series of 90 Heel To Toe steps okay make
sure you keep your hands down to your
side you walk Heel To Toe you look at
your feet and count out loud each step
I'm going to demonstrate the test to you
during my demonstration I'm going to
take three steps you're going to take
nine steps it's going to look something
like this one two three say this is your
ninth step leave your left foot on the
line use your right foot to assist you
and turn it around like so and begin
again one
2 okay you're going to take nine steps
you going to understand
that
5 go ahead and step forward a little bit
right when my light shin
what id like you to do is go ahead and
put your feet together hands down to
your side okay when I tell you to begin
this test you're going to lift either
foot of your ches in approximately 6 in
off the ground you're going to look at
that foot keep your hands down to your
side and count out loud 1,001 1,002
1,003 and so on until I tell you to stop
okay again keep your hands down to your
side and look at your foot while you're
doing this if you put your foot down
make sure you pick your foot back up
again start off where you left off your
foot's going to be parallel to the
ground toe Point outward I'm going to
demonstrate the test to you it's going
to look something like this 1,1
1,2,3,4 and so on until I tell you to
stop if you put your foot down for any
reason make sure you pick your foot back
up again and start off where you left

to you but the same concept as alcohol

driving a vehicle we can't be smoking

in the vehicle you need outside of that

nothing inside your pants nothing like
that that um I'm not going to check your
belt line I already patted your belt
line for weapons but nothing inside your

so if we do go into the jail they're
going to have to do what's called a a
primary search just to make sure you're
not carrying anything inside the jail
that would be a hazard to inmates okay
but again I have no intentions of
locking you up tonight unless you like

if they have a female available for a

right my get a speeding ticket too uh it
probably caused for the stop so

ticket um there has nothing it the
speeding ticket is just probably will
cause for the Stop got I got to tell the
uh Judicial System why I stopped you
um you know I'm not going to determine
what the judicial system is going to uh
do but
yeah typically what they do is they just
dismiss the PC the prob cause for the
Stop um and go from there
typically I have another question yeah
do you personally think that to
dve um based on the driving the speed uh
the weaving within the lane uh both
together is indicative of impaired
driving but as soon as I smell the OD a
burnt marijuana I was concerned

test do not take a test uh you're now
under arrest for operating a vehicle

list control substance if you refuse to
take a chemical test required by law
your hire driving privileges will be
suspended immediately you have to pay a
fee to have these privileges reinstated
if you take a chemical test required by
law and found to be at over the prohibit
amount of alcohol controlled substance a
metabolic controlled substance you you
hold blood blood and seron plasma breath
year set by law your hard driving
privileges will be suspended immediately
and you have the pay fee to have these
privileges reinstated take chemical test
you may have an independent chemical
test taken at your own expense this only
qualifies if you have a commercial
driver's license
length of suspension if you refuse to
provide a chemical test today you an
automatic one-ear suspension and then if
you provide me with a chemical test upon
the discovery it's just 90 days uh a
urine test takes about two months to get
back the results uh but do you
understand the information provided to
you yeah okay like I just have to pee
and then I can go um well there's no
terms of conditions this isn't a a uh a
uh first gu I know go to court and
anything for it yeah like I'm not going
to have to stay here or anything I'm not
uh I'm not going to lock you up for any
