Mic check. Mic check. Let me know if you can hear me. Let me get this covered down. See what we got going on here. Okay, let's see. When again, skip a week or don't do anything during the week. No, that's not it. [laughter] Okay, here we go. Hold on. All right. First things first, swipe left if you don't want to see me and hear me talking because guess what? This is a reaction channel or video. Like I don't know how else to show people. My face is on the thumbnail for the actual live stream. The title has the word reaction in it most times. I'm starting off by talking. Don't do not torture yourself. Okay. So, I changed up our format a little bit because now because y'all already act like the jury anyway. So, I'm changing up the format to where we're gonna I'm gonna tell you the challenges that the defense uh may have and that you should watch for as the juror. Think like a juror. And then I'm also going to have an interactive poll going the whole time. You can change your answer as you want to because it I just won't close it till the body cam video ends, but it'll be guilty, not guilty, not enough evidence yet. So, okay. So, with this first video, and it's called 25-year-old woman refuses to leave ex's house, kicks officer during arrest. Um, and this was in New Jersey. The defense may challenge, so just look out for this. Was the kick accidental during the struggle rather than an intentional assault? Did the defendant actually cause or attempt to cause bodily injury? Was her erratic behavior so severe that it affected where she acted purposely, knowingly, or recklessly? And then her the other thing will be did she reasonably believe she had permission to remain because her child was inside the home? Was the request to leave the home clear and unequivocal? And did she remain only because she was trying to address the immediate welfare of her child before leaving? All right, so we're going to start. Oh, let me already know unmute this cuz last time I didn't do that. Okay, here we go. If you want to see the full police report charges and what's happening with this case now, the link in the description is updated regularly, so you can always check what's new. Now, let's begin the video. >> Okay. >> And I'm just tired of all this. Like, he's like, you all too much. >> Stop yelling, ma'am. Where do you live at? You live here? >> No. >> Okay. So, who who who lives here? my kid. >> You're not telling me anything right now. >> But I can't get into my house because I don't know where my kid go and get my kid. And get my kid, bro. >> We're trying I'm trying to figure out what's going >> You got to go, bro. >> Hey, boss. Can I step in real quick? >> No. Get my kid. >> Mhm. Can Can you step in? >> No. I'm going to talk to you. >> Just get my kids. Let's go. >> I just I just want to know what's going on. >> She lost her. I can't. >> She lost her key. She was supposed to come get the baby. >> Okay. >> I called the cab for her to go leave with the baby. I gets the baby and goes to the cab. She starts walking off like she don't want to get in the cab with the baby. So, all right, cool. Just leave the baby bag and go about your business. I don't know how she lost the keys out there. That's her fault. She needs to figure that out on her own. >> Yeah, but she didn't she leave her keys in here. >> No, she never got in here. She never got in here to She was never coming in here. I don't even want her by my house. Yeah. Yeah. Is this your your ex-girlfriend? >> That's my baby mother. >> Baby mom. Okay. Is there any restraining order at all? You survived? Nothing. >> Okay. All right. Um and and who has custody of the kid? You you have >> Well, she has custody of the kid. She's the mom, >> but she had joint. So sometimes Okay. All right. And she she seems a little insecure. >> I don't know what's wrong with her, man. >> All right. She lost her keys and she feel like I got her keys, but I don't have her key. >> Do you have your ID handy? It would just be easier. You don't got to be locked up or nothing, but she got to get away from walk herself into it. >> She got to get away from just ask Well, this is what I would say. Um, uh, what's a good phone number for you? Huh? >> What's a good phone number for you? >> Okay. All right. You hold on to that. I, this is what I would say. This is an ongoing issue. I'd look to see the restraining order, you know what I mean? Just to make sure like she get wet. If she comes back [clears throat] again, then you know you arrest her for violation. If you get approved with restraining order, you know what I mean? So, I mean, I don't know if you want to go that route. Right now, it just sounds like the same time. It's like I don't if you coming to get the baby, cool. That's it. Other than that, you're going up and beyond because I'm trying to give you the baby. I brought the cab for you so you won't be outside. Yeah. So it's like when I bring the baby to the cab, you shouldn't be trying to walk off like the baby. >> You're not going to walk off with the baby. How >> four months you walk down in this court and then you was going to pay for the cat. >> Yes, I'm paying for the cab and everything, but at the same time it's like >> I just don't want to deal with her on >> already going through court and everything with her just to get >> Yeah. Not get custody, but basically like >> joint custody. I got you. >> So it's like I don't feel like dealing with this [ __ ] Yeah. I mean, and it's good that you called the police, too, cuz it, you know, could have escalated something more. You know what I mean? >> She almost threw the [ __ ] [ __ ] through the window. Like, window would have been broke. I'd have just been in here with the baby. >> She ain't damaged. She ain't damaged window. >> She damaged the window. >> Okay. >> She wouldn't damage the window or nothing like that. But she just like basically like almost threw that [ __ ] through the [ __ ] window. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And I knew she was going to come back, but I didn't think she was going to do no [ __ ] like that. >> Where does she live at? >> She live on live down the street by herself. >> Yeah, she live by herself. But I don't I don't have no way to get her keys. I I can't get her back in the house. I don't know where she dropped her keys at. Her keys be in the house. >> She got family anywhere. >> Okay. Ashley said, "Do they have a parenting agreement?" He acknowledges she has majority custody. So, I'm going to say they at least have an informal agreement. And he is not fighting should she have the baby. He's saying she came here. She's acting out of character. And now I'm going to go ahead and keep the baby for the night and she can come get the baby in the morning. But he's okay that she was going to come get the baby. It's what he's describing how she acted once she came there. And with the keys being lost, I'm like, did you get here, throw your keys somewhere, and say you lost your keys, or did he order you a cab cuz you lost your keys before you even got there? Either way, I feel like she planned on losing her keys. Like I I do. But yeah, we'll keep going. Oh, and for the poll, uh, for people that aren't looking at the live chat, you have to enter the number, uh, one for guilty, two not guilty, three not enough evidence, and you will be able to keep changing your answer as it goes. So, it'll slide as we uh, keep watching the body cam. But the question is, if you were a juror, what's your verdict? You can change your answer as video plays, and the verdict will be on uh, the woman in this case. So, that's who you're deciding for, guilty, not guilty, not enough evidence. >> She had family. She got a lot of family. She got people that she could call. >> What's her name? >> Okay. >> B, >> you know date of birth. >> Cool. All right. Um, again, like I said, I would definitely try to seek, you know, a restraining order if that's something that, you know, you want to try to keep away. But anytime she come over cause any issues, if I was you, I just want I call the police to document, especially when she's acting like this. >> Cuz it's only going to help your case when you go to court. >> You know what I mean? >> So, all right. You can stay inside. Don't don't even bother to come back out because she's not going to take the baby cuz she not in the right frame of mind. And um we ain't I'd rather baby stay with you for the baby ain't going nowhere. >> Y the the diaper bag, can you grab that? All right. Let me grab that. Okay. Yeah. You stay stay in here any >> man. Where where you headed? >> Home. >> Okay. Can I see? Can you take that baby back off? >> She could give it to him. So, no. >> Stay here for >> No, she's not. No, she's not. I'm making that decision. >> No, you're not making a decision. >> This is This is This is the Right. >> The only option you have, right? I can give you a ride home. He's not in the house. >> No, you're going to bring my kid home. I don't know where my keys is at right now because the [ __ ] I came here to >> Have you had anything to drink today? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> You're not intoxicating? >> Okay. >> This is what he wants, bro. This is he wants. >> This is not what he wants. >> He wants No, this is what he wants. I'm telling you, this is what this man wants. I can smell the the alcohol come off your breath. >> No, I was at a baby shower. Like literally fine. You can drink. [ __ ] Exactly. I know I can. >> But but but I'm just saying I can't >> I'm just saying for the >> If y'all want to go to a baby shower, >> man for the night for the night >> for the night. You can go home and pick up the baby. >> I don't need to pick up my baby. I'm good, bro. I don't need I'm talking about, bro. I don't care about your mother friend down. >> All right. I She's the one I didn't even take a lot of notes for the other videos, but I did take a lot of notes on hers. Um, yeah. So, Ace says, "Is she drunk?" Daisy says she's under the influence of something. I Yes, I agree. She is most likely drunk or at least under the influence of something. And I also believe her underlying personality is everything is everybody else's fault. I came here to cause a little disturbance. Maybe I didn't know how far he was gonna take it to call the police, but I definitely came here to start trouble. I'm not here for my child. That's what I think. Now, she's here for the child for like manipulation reasons, but I don't think she came for the welfare of her child or like it's just a regular routine pickup. I'll pick my child up. I'll be on my way. I feel like it's all about what's going on in your house, who's coming over, what time is this? Oh, yeah. It's 12:44 a.m. Why you got to pick up your child at 12:44 a.m. Like, stop playing. So, that's my opinion on that right now. Also, she's going to keep saying the word narcissist as she continues to repeat it. I sure did pull up the uh signs of narcissism from the Cleveland Clinic because I'm tired of people using that word real loosely. They just use it as soon as they don't like somebody, it's like that's the word they throw out there. So, I was like, today we're going to look at uh signs. Okay, but we'll keep going. for yes. I had my I raised my kid eight for nine years. My kid is turning nine, baby. >> So, why were you going to walk to your house? >> No, I was never walking. That's where he got messed up. He knew I wasn't walking. So, how were you going to get home? >> A cab. >> He said Yeah, he said he was going to get her a cab or Uber or something. He's to me, he's not setting her up. It's just like you need to be in the correct state of mind to take our baby. Like, that's really the issue. You're acting erratic now. No, don't take the baby. It's not about I don't believe you should be here to have the baby because of your custody. He acknowledges she has majority custody. Good with that primary custody. But there's no way. And I think any responsible parent would also not let the other parent take the baby acting like this. And of what he described before the police body cam started like she was trying to get through the window and stuff like that. >> But he watched you he said he watched you walk. >> No, he didn't antagonize him this whole day cuz he wanted me to pick up my kid. >> Okay. Exactly. Exactly. That's a little you do you know. >> Okay. I'm trying to get the story. >> Okay. >> But you're not you're not really telling me a a story that makes sense right now. >> Okay. Cuz I'm you know I'm fed up now. I'm about to sit here and explain myself. >> Okay. >> You know you paint a picture that's you believe that picture that you >> I'm not I'm just >> That's what you're [laughter] going to believe. I'm not having a hard time getting your idea. >> I'm not having a hard time babe. I'm not. If you have a hard time doing that, that's what he has. Okay. Like I don't have time for [ __ ] like that. Like >> look, you talking about something, bro. >> No, I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to my >> That's very rude. I don't like that. Like if he's like my baby in there, you going to say something to you, too. He's He's a He's a weirdo. He'll be with y'all one minute and then he going he going Yeah. Nice. He going to switch on you in a second. Once you start talking to me crazy, he going, "Hey, mom." Yeah. Please. This is a joke right now. This is really Yeah. >> Huh? >> Yeah. You talking about her? >> I didn't laugh. >> She is acting so bad that she thinks the cops already making fun of her. But that's her projecting because he's really not. They're just like, "We don't want to arrest you. Can you just go ahead and take that cab home?" But we need the baby bag because you're not going to take the child in this state of mind. >> No, you did. >> No, I didn't. >> Mark, don't be getting smart. >> Yeah, I'm I'm just joking. Y all jokes and I wish my uncle I met was still a copy cuz it was him be going on right now. >> Yep. >> Yeah, it was. >> He be funny. >> Her voice is sorry cuz I had to watch this through for her. Her voice is going to continually get on my nerves. The um Oh, warning. Don't eat breakfast once she gets arrested because at some point you're going to see her nose. So, that's my warning to you. Um, but oh, the cry voice is coming and the I can't breathe while I'm crying stuff is coming. So, that is so annoying when I'm like I don't understand why you should be crying right now. Um, Ashley said, "I feel like people go to therapy, learn these terms, and overuse them." Yep. Overuse them. And there's a phrase they call it, is it weaponized therapy or weaponize something where people go to therapy? It's almost to learn the term. So, they can then turn the tables on you, but they really still need to be in their healing, but they just use it because now they know some things, but they don't fully learn it. But it's weaponized something. >> Yeah, he was. >> No, he wouldn't. Cuz he will be knowing what the [ __ ] going on just like everybody else. The [ __ ] This is not regular [ __ ] The [ __ ] He does narcissist [ __ ] >> He can't find your ID. Don't worry. >> I have my ID. I have my ID, babe. I know, but I you're just I can't find I can my bag. >> How do you spell your your first name? >> My name is >> I just want my kid. >> Your name? Can you spell it again? >> I'm going to have to go through this. >> Can you spell your name for me? >> Okay. And what's your date of birth? >> That says a lot about a man. >> Okay. Okay. >> Um >> Okay. >> Yeah. cop offering to take you home. That is a courtesy. It is uncommon on body cams we're watching, but I feel like uncommon in general. Like there just may be some cops that their personality is like, "If it doesn't have to escalate, I will end up taking or offering to take a person home." But I just I don't see it a lot. So, it's uncommon. It's definitely a courtesy. It's the best case scenario for you if you I mean, that's a free ride at that point. So, now nobody has to pay for a cab if you don't want to. um and just ignoring the the grace being given to her and going to make the situation worse. And I I again every body cam I can mostly title people that make their lives difficult for no reason. >> Okay. >> Can Can we just take the diaper bag? >> Okay. >> Can we take the diaper bag? >> No, you're not. >> So, you're going to either go in handcuffs or you going to give me a diaper bag? >> Okay. You're going to let him arrest me. I don't want to let y'all arrest me. >> I'm just asking for the diaper bag. Why give me the diaper bag? >> So the baby can have what the baby needs. >> Okay. But she's going to house. I don't understand what you're arresting me for. >> I'm arresting you. >> Exactly. So what are you telling me to give my baby? >> You're not in the right frame of mind to take me over a 4mon baby. Now I'm not right. And then just going to get this arm out right here. >> No. Stop touching me, sir. Like I'm just trying to get the book bag off of you. >> Like that's very weird. >> You don't want to take it off. >> That's very weird. He wants y'all to do this type of [ __ ] >> Okay. But sir, you're you're you're manhandling me and I'm barely I'm barely even grabbing you. >> Like I'm trying to get the book back off. >> Four months with babies inside. >> Okay. But ma'am, stop. >> Okay. But I'm taking her home. Diane, drop your weird. You're weird. You're going to let these people arrest. >> Go down the steps. Go down the steps. >> You're weird. >> Go down the steps. >> No, sir. I'm not going down this step. No, I'm not. You're weird. You're weird. You're weird. >> No, you're getting arrested. >> No. What am I getting arrested for? What am I getting arrested for? My phone's on the floor. We'll >> pick it up. We'll pick it up. >> What am I getting arrested for? >> What am I getting arrested for? >> Cuz you're not cooperating now. >> How am I not corrupating? >> How am I not corrupt? >> Cuz you're not cooperating. You're acting like a >> corrupt. fourmonth old child at the house. >> He's doing this on you. >> Grab the phone for me. >> Yeah. >> You're really weird. Okay. >> You're really asked for this. You asked for this. >> I did. >> You did. I I gave you >> Oh, yeah. Let me point this out. It's going to come out later because that's the only way I know the age of the baby. But BRB says she needs to go home and sleep whatever she's on off. Erratic behavior is not a good set of mind when it comes to caring for a toddler. This baby is 4 months old. I'm pretty sure I wrote that somewhere to remind myself. Yep. Fourmon old baby. >> Plenty of warnings. Just go down the steps. That's what weird. >> Let's go. We're going to walk down the steps. Going to walk down the steps. Right. >> Let's go. Come on. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing this. >> Get up. Get up. Get up. >> I feel really weird, bro. My >> Get up. >> Get up. >> Leave me alone. In the car. You're really >> Leave me alone, bro. Leave me alone. What am I getting arrested for? >> Get in the car. >> What am I getting arrested? >> Get in the car. Get in the car. This >> get in the car before I push you in the car. >> Okay, but let me show you. [laughter] >> I didn't do anything to [screaming] y'all. I just myself but my show when I watch this by myself, my joy, my peace. I prom weird and you're getting arrested because you're weird. No one else is weird but you. That's what I kept thinking the whole time. Right. Stop resisting. Golly, she likes the word weird. She likes the the the word narcissist. Um, she Oh, she said she's nursing too, Daisy. H Well, yeah, I know, Sharon. Every I swear every time I we look at one of these, anybody that says you're weird, dumb, stupid, it's like just hold up a mirror because when you're using those words, you really need to be looking at yourself as you use these words. [laughter] I hope I hope she pumps too, Ashley. Yep. I really do because I didn't even think about nursing. Hey, lovable. >> Okay. Can you get my phone? What are you pushing my button? >> Uh, they're both attached. >> Huh? >> They're both attached. >> Cool. All right. What am I getting for? >> Disorderly conduct. >> Got it [screaming] for what? I didn't do anything. I did not do anything. Jesus. [clears throat] [laughter] So, she also to me tries to throw out there. I think they're going to ask her her age in a little bit if they haven't already, but as the title says, she's 25. But when they ask her, "How old are you?" And she's like, "I'm 25 and he's 34." I'm like, "But he's acting 34. He just wants to make sure his child isn't harmed that he was going to get you a ride back home. So, I don't understand why you point that out. Plus, I would almost bet money. They've only been together, let's see, situations like this when the maturity level is horrible. I'd say they've been together less than a year. Like, like they might have been together for 3 to 6 months. She gets pregnant, obviously, carries the baby nine months, has the baby now four months later. Like I feel like this is a very short relationship with a very permanent uh result, but that's on him. I'm just saying. Uh but yeah, I don't know why she's pointing out his age. Like for me, if you're 34 and you meet somebody at 24, I don't see that as like the worst thing in the world. Now, when you start saying you knew them but like while they were still in high school and now we got an issue, but I don't think he's known her more than like a year. So, I don't have a problem with it. She points it out as if it's a horrible thing. >> Count 305. >> Count to headquarters. One female 41 headquarters 41. I have one. >> You have my >> Yeah, I have it. >> I don't know where my I don't want to get >> We gave you the option of leaving. >> We gave you the option of leaving. You didn't want to leave. >> I wasn't leaving. >> You weren't. >> I The blatant lies get me. Like, did you think in your head this? Are you just lying to yourself or are you just lying? Cuz at no point were you leaving? All they wanted was the baby bag and then you'd either take the cab or Uber home or they give you a ride home. At no point was she leaving. She was doing everything else thinking people making fun of her. They just trying to get their stuff done. He wasn't calling her bro. He's talking to somebody else on his squad or whatever. Like but you know you acting crazy. That's why you think people out here talking about you >> daughter there. >> Your daughter >> don't make no sense. >> Your daughter is not going with you tonight. >> Okay. But y'all don't understand the narcissist. >> Okay. >> He wanted me to come get her. >> This is crazy. [clears throat] He wanted me to come get her. >> That's the other thing she keeps repeating. He wanted me to come get her. He did. That's not disputed. He even tells the cops she was coming to pick up the baby. There's nothing being disputed about that. But you are not safe for the baby. And then on top of that, just because the baby's they can't talk yet, doesn't mean they don't feel their feelings. And this is very like stressful for a baby. All that yelling and screaming. Again, we didn't see what she was doing beforehand. If she's trying to get through a window, you know, that's that's a lot for a baby to have to go through because you gonna hear yelling and stuff like that. Then you're not worried about your baby. You just to me in my opinion she just wants attention, a reaction. However the energy transfers, that's what she wants because it's feeding her either way. And the baby is just part of the toolkit of manipulation in my opinion. Christmas. I don't see you. >> Can't be arriving headquarters with that female 41 as we open port. He told me to come here, bro. Crazy, bro. Shift me an open port. >> Yeah. >> Your keys are not inside the house. >> But my keys I had them. >> Yeah. I don't know. >> You had them. Well, I don't know where your keys are at. >> Okay. But I had them. >> Yeah. Well, maybe you lost them since you're intoxicated. >> I'm not intoxicated. >> You are. >> You are. I'm not intoxicated. >> That's very close for it. >> All right. As they switch from this vehicle camera to his body cam, that's where I believe her nose starts getting messy. I had wrote down a different word, but to help people that have a little bit too much of an imagination like me, I'm trying to use a different word, but you know what I'm saying. So, don't look at the camera if you get grossed out by a messy nose. Um, yes, a smooth shot. That was Yes, I respect this dad so much. He stayed focused on task. It's not a He didn't even have to say, you know, do you see how she's acting? None of that. It was just she was supposed to come with the baby. She has primary custody, but I do not feel that she should have the baby tonight because of how she's acting. That is that is and he thankfully he's not just, well, I'm done babysitting type of dad. No, it's I'm going to keep my baby safe. I'm going to be responsible. She needs to go and she still can have the baby tomorrow if she's not like how she is tonight. That is very reasonable in my opinion. Come out. >> No, >> you're going to come out one way or the other. I'm either going to pull you out and which I don't want to, but I'm asking you, can you please step out to make this process go faster? >> You're going to get released. >> Okay, the audio gets out of sync here. So, you're going to see her moving, but the words aren't matching. And again, warning warning on being disgusted and um cry voice kicks in a lot with a lot of the I can't breathe crying and stuff. So there's your warnings. >> Be able to go home tonight. Okay. I need you to cooperate. [laughter] You don't want it. You don't want it. I'm telling you, we don't want it. >> Can you come out of the vehicle? regret. [crying] >> Ma'am, you have a 4mon old baby. >> I'm a fourmon. >> You have a responsibility, right, to be the best mother you could possibly be. Right now, you're not being the best mother you could possibly be. >> It's not because of him. You Everybody wants to blame everybody else for their issues. I tell you what, I made the determination. You weren't in the right frame of mind to take responsibility of your fourmonth old baby. I felt more comfortable leaving him with the baby's father for the night. I'm not saying you can't go back tomorrow. >> Told me that >> honestly for the night's not long enough for me. Let's go ahead and re-evaluate this whole custody agreement cuz this is the these are the warning signs to me. Let's say um because it's always possible. Let's say she is also in postpartum. women in postpartum sometimes the baby doesn't make it because it's so severe. So, I think there should be there should be some supervision, some extra check-ins, some I don't know. And I know she's nursing, so hopefully she is doing the whole pump thing, but I just think more consideration should be taken just tonight because this is not a one night type of mentality >> or behavior. This is what to come. >> This is what my I I observed and what my decision came down. You want me to come? Yeah. He told me to come out. >> I need you to come out of the business. [laughter] >> How How old are you? >> I'm 25. >> 25. >> He's 34. >> What does that matter? What does that matter? You're 25. You're an adult. You're a grown woman with a child. Act like a grown woman with a child. Can you come out of the vehicle? Come out of the vehicle. I have the other shoe over there. Now that we've been able to see more of her behavior displayed, and I'm not saying she is one. I'm not saying that. But I do want to say the behavior of her accusing him of being a narcissist. And nar narcissists can be calm. Just because they're not the emotional one doesn't mean they're not at fault. But in this case, I just think she's using the word loosely. But some of Okay, so on uh who is this? Cleveland clevelandcl clinic.org. What are the symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder? I got your sock. >> I'm so walk to the door. >> I can't put my sock on. >> I'm not You can put your sock on over there. [laughter] be in the bed. >> Hey, you're not real in this situ. >> You listen. Alcohol makes people not >> No, sorry. I understand. It's not alcohol, bro. I can I have a higher sense, bro. >> Okay. >> Stand right here for me, please. Right here. All right, we've had the crying. I think it might be a little more crying. Then she about to scream up their place. I want to say this now, and I don't know if I'm going to comment when it actually happens again, but I just want to say that the female cop that searches her when she's searching her hair, she, unlike many I've seen, does try to give the girl her hair back. Like, let me put it back in place for you. I just want to say that because I don't see that often. So, I figured I'd point that out. Okay. So, Bama Bama Girl said, "Did I miss the kick?" I think it happened when they were putting her in the car. The title said kick, so I you know, I I didn't I don't remember seeing it for sure. For sure, but I feel like it probably happened either when they put her in the car or wrestling her to get to the car. Walk down there that way. [laughter] >> I'm sorry. What you say? >> She's going to She's going to help you ditch yourself. Okay. Is >> there something in the car? >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Are [screaming] you doing it right now? >> That's just right. [laughter] >> You got anything that's going to stick poke cut me? >> [laughter] >> Where is your bed? All >> [laughter] >> right. So, have a seat [cough] when I tell you a moonshot. And you already know cuz you've been over here frequently now, but I want a channel with that so bad. I need a judge that's like, "Okay, because you know how we know Judge Stephanie Boyd or Judge uh Judy even, whoever." But you know what I mean? Like, well, Judge Judy is more TV judge, but you know what I mean? Like Stephanie Boyd and I can't think of their name. Judge Simpson and all them. I need one of them to say, "You know what? You need your part of your sentencing is you got to sit here while we watch you watch your body cam. I need that in my life so bad." And I think every day we keep saying it, maybe we'll find a judge that makes it happen and they're uh being live streamed so we can go back and watch it. You know what I mean? Because I feel like some would be embarrassed, some will never be embarrassed, but I still want to see you watch yourself and tell us where this made sense. [laughter] >> Come have a seat. [laughter] >> Let me fix your Let me fix your hair. >> I'm going to take it off. >> No. Come on. We're going to put it [laughter] on. >> Take it. I have underneath. >> Take it off. I don't want it on. [laughter] >> [laughter] >> I don't know how to get [screaming] [laughter] [screaming] >> No, unless you unless you don't got no warrants. You >> want to put your sock on? Put your shoe on. We're gonna see what >> you download and [laughter] >> I know you don't have your That's how we got [screaming] >> I just want my nothing crazy. >> [screaming] >> So, I'm guessing she didn't drive to his home because had they seen her like this and there was a car there, although she lost her keys wherever she lost her keys. I feel like they would have went ahead and did a DUI as well. So, she must have lost her keys at the baby shower and maybe he got her a ride from the baby shower to his home possibly. All guesses. I don't know. But I feel like this is all irresponsibility and on purpose type stuff cuz now I'm having somebody drop me off at your house. So, I'm just going to stay the night with the baby. Just don't send me home. I want I want to stay the night, you know? Well, I don't Here's the thing. I don't know if she wants to stay the night for control surveillance. She still has feelings for them. Well, you probably still have feelings if you're trying to control cuz otherwise you you ain't even thinking about that. But you know what I mean? I want to know why. What was her reason that she'll never admit to on why she did all this? [laughter] >> [laughter] [snorts] >> You okay? You >> see checking semi. >> [laughter] >> Ashley said the key was her baby daddy. She ain't lose no key. She lost her baby. That's funny. Ashley. >> Yeah. No. Um, thank you. Because I thought he had said that when I watched it the first time. Wasn't even paying attention second time. But Bama Girl said he said he didn't let her in the house. I was wondering what her intention was. Not that she made it into the house, but that's what she wanted to do. But yeah, he's smart. Don't let her in the house. Next thing you know, I don't know what she could try to bring up to say what happened. I don't know. It's just this state of mind. Don't let them in the house. I totally get it. Please like to imagine. [screaming] [laughter] >> You need to relax. >> No, because I'm getting mad. I did not do nothing but trying to get my kid as a person wanted me to do nothing I do. It's like every [laughter] though. One, two, three, $60. >> When you relax, As this continues, remember you can still vote if you came in in the middle if you changed your mind about how you voted because you have more information now. So you can still keep voting for guilty, not guilty, not enough evidence. Basically, y'all are my jurors, you know. So yeah, but in case you want to interact, there is a poll going on. We'll have a poll for each body cam. money. I have money for what you touch. getting your case number proper spelling cuz I'm not getting anything out of >> Can you just pull up for a minute? I'm sorry. [screaming] Um, can we just get your case number 01809? You got need time to >> I always just put the time on my watch. >> Oh, [screaming] this is a cry of rejection to me. Not a cry of I'm arrested. This is a cry of rejection. I can't believe he called the police on me and didn't just let me stay type of cry in my opinion. I'm glad he didn't don't reinforce this type of behavior. She needs to learn. She needs to be accountable. And I think she's going to say um something about maybe he's not being held accountable or she says something like, "I do hold myself accountable." Something about the word accountable comes up and I'm like, "You don't know what that word means. You just need my [laughter] I my am as >> you are an ass bird. [laughter] BRB said at this point she's wearing me down. I'm going to vote one just to make the noise stop. >> This [ __ ] is crazy. I belong to a baby from >> a hater. He's a hater. is right there. >> Suspicious calling if they hear loud noises. >> No, I am here. I don't need to go to jail. >> Say what kind of noise? >> They weren't exactly sure going to jail. doesn't currently hear it anymore, but it was loud enough to wake her up. >> He deserves to be in jail. >> Why does he deserve to be in jail? Why does that man deserve to be in jail? Do you not see how you're acting? Honestly, I'm It's almost to the point of because of her trying to get through that window and like Bam Bam said uh she said or somebody said she tried to throw a chair through the window and stuff. I feel like a little bit of child endangerment could come in here. Like I just feel like there's more reasons that you could have been charged that she wasn't charged, you know? Um yeah. And then watch how dramatic. Okay, she's already being dramatic. Spoiler alert, they're letting her out the same night. She ain't even got to wait for a judge or anything. >> Check the area. on the back. I be taking on [ __ ] ass [snorts] like a [ __ ] will sit here. I bet they going to come in here and tell you she going to be going to jail cuz he know >> I'm going to say this cuz I can't for sure tell what she's saying, but I think she said uh a [clears throat] ninja would tie you up and they don't go to jail. Something like that. She's accusing him of past things he may or may not have done. Not going to say he's innocent. I don't know these people. But I am going to say report it cuz he not scared of reporting on you. If that's what happened, you need to report it in real time because every time I see somebody tell somebody about how they were abused prior to this time, they're like, "But we're here for this instant incident right now, so report it." Oh, and then the cop did mention a getting a restraining order for that the the dad should get a restraining order. I agree. I do think he needs to keep documentation and if he does want full custody, I'm pretty sure this is making a great case for him to get full custody. I want him to want full custody. I don't know if he does or does not want full custody. >> This is really bogus. We don't deserve to be in this deal with you anything deserve this deserve to get off hand. >> This is a good point. Terry Tab, she says she couldn't come back to my home. There will be a drop off destination. She may be out for retaliation from uh or from him or for herself. Yes, I feel like there's certain hours you can show up and then there's going to be drop off pickup points. I agree with both. You can't handle coming to my personal residence. I think that's a very prudent way to go forward. No more coming to the residence because what if she tries to adapt on who looks like the villain and who looks like the victim because she's kind of learned, okay, I can't do it this way. You know what I mean? So, I just feel like let's let's do neutral witnesses, not at my personal residence for everybody's safety and um decent hours of the daytime. in the area, please. >> Am I going to jail? I'm going to jail. I'm going to jail. >> You already are in jail. What do you mean? Are you going to jail? You've already been arrested. just came out. We realize I begin a charge. I'm just going to court for this type of stuff. What am I going to court for? >> What are y'all writing me up for? Miss Connelly conduct is no mly conduct because he told me to come get the baby. >> She's definitely under the influence. She She's trying to say disorderly conduct. She's Well, they already said they smell the alcohol, so we know. Literally get the baby now. I'm wrong cuz he's on the cops for me. That [ __ ] is weird, bro. He's a I will never talk to again. >> Is no way. Like you tell me to come get my baby and now I'm going in jail. >> No. A lot of people in body cams that we end up watching cuz a lot of times the original uploader is probably not going to post one that's boring in the sense of uneventful, boring. So like you they were coming to get arrested, they knew why they were arrested, they didn't fight to be arrested, they didn't make excuses about being arrested, and they just go to jail. We see less of those. So I So the ones we do see every time these people jump the the steps in logic. You are not in jail because he tricked you into coming to the house to get the baby. You're in jail because you show up smelling intoxicated, acting intoxicated, acting erratic, doesn't seem like you care about the uh the safety of your baby. It was snow on the ground. You show up at midnight 44 a.m. Like it's a lot of things. You're screaming. You're trying to basically uh break into his home through the window. There's a lot that happened between you showed up cuz he said, "Yeah, you can come get the baby." To you're going to jail. In fact, I'm pretty sure she initiated contact to come get the baby, not he told her to come get the baby at 12:44 a.m. You're pissing me off. I don't like you. I don't like you. I don't like you. I don't like you. And you don't know what's going on. Usually it's like, you know, right? I'm always wrong. You're wrong for me. You're wrong. I don't care. Shut up. Like >> your lip gloss, your lotion, cannabis flower, your cigarette paper here. Here. in trial at home early. >> I need you. I need you to sign. >> You're lucky. You're lucky. You're lucky. You're lucky. >> And I need you to sign right here. So, this is ridiculous that you're listening to a narcissist. Y'all listening to a narcissist. I know you've been in a relationship with a narcissist. If not, you haven't. All right. Some right here. called. >> So, she's getting released. She's not going to understand his last name, you know, as if she's going to file a report against him. What are you going to file? But, as you can see, she is being released. >> Here you go. >> Codwell. >> Caldwell. Yeah. >> Codwell. >> Caldwell. Yes. >> Sir, >> it's in there. It's in your purse. It's in your purse. Look in your purse. >> Look in your purse. >> Why are No, you cannot be dragging me. You have to leave. >> Okay. But you cannot be joined. >> You can't hang out in the lobby. I have to tell you, you can't wait in the lobby. You have to go outside a little bit. Okay. >> I'm just making sure I have my phone before I before I step foot. >> Don't see it. >> She probably got a notice to appear >> cuz you got like >> Is it in the back? >> No, I don't I don't see it. Is it there? >> Is it in there? Okay, perfect. You got your phone. You can go. >> [clears throat] >> There you go. Let's go, >> Jaclyn. She not dressed for the weather. She dressed for that midnight baby shower. Okay. So, these are the charges. Uh, and I probably should say the charges before I ask y'all the next time on do you think they would be guilty or not guilty of the charges and everything. And you have to do general because I can't split each charge to ask if you think guilty, not guilty. So, overall, it would be one if you think guilty, two if you thought not guilty, three if you're like not enough evidence. And as a moonshot pointed out, it's purely body cam. So you do you are making your decision on only the body cam. Now if we were in court obviously this would not be enough but for us to interact with each other you know work with me [laughter] but um okay so the actual charge she no charges were named in the video as you saw. So I um tried to come up with what she possibly could have been charged for and one of the charges if she actually kicked an officer could have been aggravated assault on a Leo. And I did look up could it be uh like simple battery and stuff and basically the answer was for this state which is New Jersey apparently even if it's battery bat on a Leo battery on a law enforcement officer it apparently still goes back to aggravated assault for this state. So, because I was like, what makes it aggravated? Because usually I think aggravated means they use something to help them assault you. But, you know, but anyway, so if she was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, prosecutors generally must prove she purposely, knowingly, or recklessly caused or attempted to cause bodily injury, and the victim was a Leo, acting in the performance of official duties, and she knew or reasonably should have known the victim was a Leo. possible sentencing up to five years in prison, probation, and or a fine of up to $15,000. The second charge seemed like it could be defiant trespass. And it's a petty, disorderly person's offense. And it says prosecutors generally must prove she knowingly entered or remained on property without permission and the defendant had actual notice that she was not licensed or privileged to remain. So most times we see that called trespass after warning. If it once it becomes a crime, it's trespass after warning. Your warning is you are trespassed. You need to leave. But if you come back or you stay as they told you you're trespass is usually called trespass after warning, but it looks like New Jersey calls it defiant trespass is one of the ways that they label it. Omar, stop playing with me. [laughter] He said, "How was she supposed to know the officer was a Leho with a zodiac?" Whatever. [laughter] I'm done with you. Yep. She could have been char Yeah. Disorderly conduct could have been a charge. I still think a little bit of child endangerment or something or at least like some minor neglect could have been in there. Can getting on my nerves be a charge? Public nuisance. Terry, we got you. [laughter] Drunk in public. Public intoxication. Yep. That could have been a charge. They went really nice on her and I don't even know what he charged her with. I do think she got a notice to appear. He probably gave her some type of ordinance charge like that. The public nuisance one. The one that don't even show up like that on your record. You know what I mean? A hookup turns into a lifetime. Yep. Wasting time. [laughter] Okay. So, this next one, let me give you the charges. What you should look out for to see if the charge may stick. And then it's generally if you believe guilty, not guilty, or uh not enough information. But you have to enter the one, the two, and the three by itself. You can't enter a one in the word. You got to just say one and hit enter, and then it'll change the poll. Um, okay. Okay, so I'm going to close this one out first really fast. So, stop poll. So, we stopped at 35% guilty for her, like a hard guilty, and then 65% said not enough evidence. 0% said not guilty, though. [laughter] All right. So, next one. This is what I need y'all to watch out for. So, the charges could be or I think it actually said this charge in the video, but ba battery by intentional touch or strike. And it says defense could challenge was the bite an act of self-defense during the altercation. Did the alleged victim initiate or escalate the physical confrontation? Did the prosecution correctly identify who was the primary aggressor? And then for the other charge she got resisting officer without violence and defense could challenge was the officer lawfully performing a legal duty at the time. Did the defendant actually resist, obstruct or oppose the officer? Was she confused, frightened, or attempting to comply rather than intentionally resisting? So, that's what you're looking out for this time. The biting part. And did she resist? Okay. And could it be uh most likely proven without a reasonable doubt? Okay. I'm sorry, beyond a reasonable doubt. So, here we go. >> You're going to go in handcuffs and you're going to go to the ground. >> No, I'm not joking. That is the purpose. No. Why are you going to work? >> I'm not joking. >> Why are you putting me a hiccup? >> Cuz you're not listening. >> What did you ask me to do? >> I said come here and you said no. >> Okay. Why are you yelling at me like >> You want to yell at me? That's how I'm going to yell at you. It's >> not nice, is it? >> Get off of me. [screaming] >> Well, now you're going to jail for sure. [laughter] >> Why did you That was completely unnecessary. >> [laughter] >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Oh, damn. >> Sit. >> I can't breathe. I swear to God, I can't breathe. >> Put your legs in. >> I can't breathe. No, please. I'm sorry. >> Put your legs in. >> I can't breathe. >> We will get you EMS. >> 3:35. Work me EMS. It tickles me when cops change their tone from how they're talking to the victim to when they have to get on the radio. Always I just be [laughter] like >> work me EMS one to 10. [laughter] >> My kids are out. Well, they're going to have to find someone else today now. Copy your Florida tag. Henry Nora Adam Henry 63 HNAH63 Red Maza. Copy. Another call 3943 king. P3943 K. So, this is her car running. It didn't There's no collision that I could tell. It's running. Yes, she parked like this cuz he was trying to leave. Not that I'm aware of. >> So, that pro y'all think that pro Well, yeah. Everything could probably be framed as some type of charge, but I do think uh she also could have been charged with preventing him from being able to move freely, you know, cuz that's some form of I don't have the word. My word that's in my brain wants to say kidnapping, but I feel like it's uh oh my gosh, y'all have said it before. Dang it. I can't remember. Y'all are going to say it in the chat, but she also could have been charged with doing that. >> It's running. Um I I haven't been able to get any information. She's screaming at him in the door as I walk up. So >> yeah. Well, right. I mean, she's preventing him from leaving. So, >> I'm just trying to figure out like I told her, I'm like, we just got to leave each other and work something out. >> You guys married? >> We've been together for a long 18 years. >> That That's her car. Her car alone? >> My car. >> It's your Is it registered to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, that makes it easy. >> Is this your property? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, will you move it so that you can get the gate closed and parked and everything? >> She has to be arrested like >> Well, she's for sure going out. All I had to do was try to figure out what's going on. Why we're yelling, screaming, >> trying to tell her to calm down. She just doesn't seem. >> So, all I'm trying to do is detain her in handcuffs because she's screaming in your face when she's pulling away from me. >> I'm used to this, >> right? >> So, then I'm just trying to get her situated in the air air conditioning >> so we can talk to you. Yeah. >> And then that's when she want >> I really don't want her to go to jail, but you know, if they talk her down. >> Yeah, we're we're past that. But I'm sure she was talking to you already regardless. I mean, you were Did she know you were trying to call the police? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And so, she was trying to prevent you >> open so we can argue like for another half an hour. >> Was she trying to prevent you from calling the police? >> Well, she knows. >> She wasn't. Okay. >> She doesn't She doesn't want the whole thing. She knows. >> She can't She's got like an anchor problem, but she knows that she let this happen, you know, completely different. >> Okay. >> Did she put her hands on you? >> Uh, I'm not worried about that. >> Did she? Yes. No. >> Uh, to to an extent. >> As in what? As in what? >> Oh, she tried to give me other parts. She just kind of bit me a little bit. >> She bit you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She can't give me. >> So now she's gonna go for domestic battery as well. >> Well, >> you're not you're not pressing charges. It's the state. Okay. So you guys are together as a couple, right? >> Right. >> So the state presses domestic charges. We have no say in that. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Even if I don't want >> 100%. So that's for you to work out with the SAO later, the state attorney's office, but we don't have a choice. There's a mandatory arrest policy in the state of Florida. Well, mainly when she does this, she hurts herself more than she hurt. >> Right. >> I know she's ripped her skin pretty good on my hand. >> Um, no, not really. >> All right. So, visibly the officer has verbalized or sorry, the officer has seen this and he's verbalized on his body cam that the he can basically see the wound. It looks pretty bad or it looks like enough that he can tell something happened to that man's hand. So, just throwing that in there for context of her biting him because he already said she bit him and the officer is uh saying out loud what he's observing from this bite. >> That's That was just smart. She just literally bit me here. It didn't It doesn't matter. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Um All right. I'm going to try to talk to her. You want to try to get a statement from him? Okay. >> Yeah. EMS is coming. They can clean her up and whatever. >> [laughter] >> You don't even know what your number is. Traffic 16. 16. >> Getting used to it. >> All right. Yeah. >> My kids, you got to tell the kids. >> Relax. >> You always think about the kids after you make these dumb actions. And I I say you, I mean the people on these body cams. Always think about my kids. Who's going to pick up my kids? Who's going to get my kids? Everything. My kids. My kids. But why didn't you think that before you left following this man, blocking him in? And not just blocking him in cuz he probably would have called the police on that or whoever observed them. But you bit him. Like you didn't think about your kids then. I didn't do anything. My kids [laughter] All >> [laughter] >> right. I need you to listen, not say anything. Okay? >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer >> for advice for closing questions or to [laughter] have him or her with you during you cannot afford a lawyer and want >> that mentality is always scary. So there's no ownership of what you did. He's getting you arrested. Not what you did got yourself arrested >> appointed you [laughter] kids. Please I didn't do it. I did not hit you. >> If you decide to answer questions the right to answer. You also have the right to stop answering any time until you talk to a lawyer. >> Damn. >> Do you understand your rights? >> I don't know what I did wrong. I didn't get back to my >> Do you understand your rights? >> He told you not to freaking put handcuffs on me. I didn't do anything. >> So, you want them to listen to him, but I'm pretty sure he didn't want you biting him. And I'm sure he said stop. Did you listen to him say stop? Don't bite me. But you want them to listen to him because he said, "Well, you don't have to arrest her." Do you understand your rights? Understand my >> No, I don't understand. >> Okay, that's >> my kids. Please, >> please. [screaming] Okay. >> Actually, is this super? >> Yes. Let me see your pants. I >> tell you what, from what I saw her face and her head, she should have picked some grass to resist because that concrete tore her up cuz I'm pretty sure that's when she resisted. Either she fell or they took her to the ground. I think they took her to the ground, but either way, you didn't have to have these wounds if you know, one, don't do it at all, but two, make sure you're on grass if you're going to try it. Just a bit. >> Uh, it's not that bad. Just >> just like sprout it. >> I mean, we're kind of both going through a bunch of stuff. My dad's in the hospital. >> There's no excuse. And >> I know, but I think it's just the way she went through a lot in her life. This is how she's always been kind of. So I >> I >> you know people are going through a lot. >> Right. Right. Can you imagine 259000025900 safer from you which means everything's on Earth. >> Okay. Um, basically we what you just told me, but again, >> okay, >> time is 12:45 p.m. The statement is in reference to case number two. >> Can you hear her screaming from the the cop car? >> Okay. Jamie said looks like he's been working all day. Came home to her BS and he left to avoid an actual fight with her. Yep. either they're not even to Oh, wait. He did say that. Yeah. He's Is he the one that says they've been together for 18 years? Cuz I think they said, "Are you married or y'all dating?" And he said, "Well, like it's kind of like marriage, but we been together 18 years." It this one might be him. So, they're together currently, I believe, from memory. Um, but yeah, look at this man. This is when you see on Tik Tok and Instagram, they say, "I work my hands look like this so she can look like this." This is that this man is This is that hardworking dirt and dust on this man trying to just make a living. Don't go bothering. Leave him alone. Like cuz what happens if they finally break up? Um those could be all four of his children. Or maybe they're not. Maybe he's a great stepdad. And now you're risking, you know, stability in the home, financial stability, all kinds of stuff for what? If she's like this because he may have cheated or something, I'm not saying she shouldn't have a reaction, but you let me separate those two things. One is not related to the other. Don't jeopardize your stability done in that part. Then I have I have seen these reactions a lot. If you find out somebody's cheating and stuff like that, but um you got to also accept the consequences of what you do in front of the police or what you've done and the police are called on you. It just is what it is because you've made the decision to this is the way you retaliate, you deal with it, whatever, and it's illegal. So, you do have to go to jail. And again, you have forgotten about those kids that would have preferred you not do this. >> Same as reference to case number 25900256. The location of this interview is landscaping and tree surfaces. Do you know the >> 335? [screaming] >> What's your name? >> And is your current address? >> Yes. >> Okay. And your current phone number? Are you under the influence of drugs or alcohol program? No. >> And I just have to explain the meaning of perjury to you. Perjury can be committed by telling lies or admitting information while under oath. Perjury is a crime in the state of Florida. Do you understand what I've explained? You are perjury. >> Yes. >> Right. Taking this one soon. I'm going to place you under oath. Raise your right hand. Do you swear to affirm the statement you're about to give will be the full truth? Nothing but the truth. >> Yes. >> So from Do you know around what time this started? >> Uh it started I don't know what time was it? >> Maybe like 20 minutes ago. >> 20 minutes, right? >> Do you did you do you know when you called? >> Uh yeah. I don't know. I don't know the exact. >> So it wasn't like a butt dial or anything. You >> No. No. Yeah. Yes. Because I knew this was going to happen and it was going to take a while. >> So how many minutes prior to you calling did it happen? Uh, it was happening as I was falling. So, >> as you were. Okay. So, we're on that same. All right. And then from there, you know, kind of before what's started all this and what happened? >> I was trying to drive out so I can close the gate. I know we were going to talk, but I was trying to get out at least so I can lock the gate so when we got done, I can leave, but she blocked me in. >> Okay. So, she had called you prior to this? >> Yeah. So, before I even got here, I was explaining to her because we have issues, trust issues, what I was doing throughout the day. um that was going to the house, picking up something, coming back here, picking up some plants, and then going back to the job site. And >> he said they have trust issues. I wonder. Okay. So, I thought it was a tow truck um at first, but with the plant in the back and all that stuff. Do you think he does more like lawn care stuff? And I saw like a little tree symbol on his shirt, too. >> And when I was talking to her, even when I got to the house, she was yelling and screaming about some other stuff. I can't even remember. landscaping specifically, not just lawn lawn care, >> um, about me working and whether I was working or not. And we tried to talk over the phone and then she was yelling on the phone and then she hung up. So when she hung up, I left the house. She didn't see me at the house and I came here to pick up. >> You guys live together? >> Yes. >> And you guys have been together how long? >> 18 years. >> 18 years. >> Um, so I left and came here, picked up the tree that I had to get and I was going to leave. That's when she blocked me in because I wasn't picking up the phone when I left the house. She hung up on me originally and then I she tried calling me back like six times. So, I didn't pick up just to argue on the phone for another hour. Um, and then that's when she got here, blocked me in and then I couldn't get out. >> Okay. And then when she came over and blocked you in, what happened when she >> Well, I tried she blocked in. I tried to sneak out through the side and then I could at least pull out and close the gate or we could figure something out. Um, she literally >> the phrase I was looking for of what she could have been doing was false imprisonment, unlawful restraint. One of those, but false imprisonment was the one I think I was really trying to get to the most. >> I cracked the window open a little bit so we can try to talk because I knew she was going to get physical and kind of aggressive. >> Has she been physical before in the past? >> Uh, somewhat. Yes. Um, so I cracked the window up just to talk because she wasn't going to be able to hear me through the window. As soon as I cracked it open, she just kind of pulled the window down and I try to roll it up and it just >> What made you calm down? >> Uh, because I knew that if I didn't, I was going to be here for probably an hour arguing, talking and and it's always the same thing. >> So when she pulled down the window at the >> and the conversation actually before this all happened while we were talking, I told her that we kind of need to just figure away and separate each other. And I think that's what kind of made it even worse. So, I knew that this was going to happen because she kind of wants to make this work to a point, but in a sense, she doesn't. >> Yeah. >> Um, and just keep going like this. So, uh, we've broken up so many times that I really I've tried to leave. >> You have any kids together? >> We have two. >> Two kids. >> Two kids. So, we I've tried to leave and then she actually won't leave. Like, I'll leave the house and then she'll just find a way to get a hold of me again. So when she came over here, she pulled down the window >> and then that's when I started calling the cops because I wasn't going to be able to close the window and it was going to escalate everything and I didn't want scene and which is what it is anyways. Um and that's when you guys pulled up. So everything else was kind of went while I was on the phone on the >> Okay. And then how did she get to the point where she did you? >> Uh well the window went down and then that's when she unlocked the door while I was talking on the phone and opened the door and then you know she was trying to get me out of the car which which she was there. Um, and then that's what she kind of just did. >> She hit you. She didn't hit you or anything else? >> No. >> She didn't try to prevent you from calling 911? >> Uh, no. >> You think she would have? >> No. I mean, probably. I guess be honest. >> All right. Is there anything you wish to add change of belief from what you told me? >> No. >> Is there anything we've discussed off tape that we did not discuss on tape? >> No. >> This concludes the statement. The time is and also I know. >> I'm kind of What do I have to do? >> Regardless, she's going to jail, but would you want to push? >> No. >> All right, Miss B was the same. The time is 12:50 p.m. I'm just going to pull this out. This is some stuff for you. Um, okay. And then, so this is going to be a victim's rights brochure. This is going to extend all your rights as a victim because this is how the state sees your brothers. If you want to press charges around, if you don't want to press charges, her hearing will be first thing tomorrow morning, you can attend that if you want and you can speak your peace on her behalf. And you think if you think the better thing for her is if you think the better thing for her is mentoring and she doesn't. Yeah. >> Then you can attest that and you can, you know, the court and you can tell them that. Okay. And I'll make sure that he can put that in place. Um, case number. Okay. So, you're gonna hit case number and everything. >> Can you give me her first name spelling? >> Okay. I'm going skip up some cuz this is like that background information part. He's told his story. So, she's just got to gather that information and we'll see what happens. >> She said she was having trouble breathing, but she's calmed down now. Can you scoot out a little bit so he can take a look at you? >> I don't even want to look at me now. >> No, that's fine. Just sit. Just sit. Just sit your butt down. Okay. >> The kids. [screaming] >> Stop yelling. >> You're harassing me. >> Stop yelling. >> No. >> You're going to get You're going to get phony witness tampering, too. You want that? >> Why the heck would I? >> Cuz you're trying to talk to him and I'm telling you not to. >> Why am I not allowed to talk to him? I wasn't even supposed to get arrested. >> He's the victim in domestic battery. You bit him. Okay. Now you can no longer talk to him. >> Why? >> You're going to have a no contact order with him because you're arrested for domestic violence. Okay. >> You need to stop talking to him. >> How many times can I tell you? >> What do you mean? >> Stop talking to him. >> But you're saying I'm going to have no contact with him. Why? >> You cannot have any contact with him. That's what the judge's order is going to be. You are no longer to have contact with him because he's a victim of domestic violence. talking to him. How many times can I say it? >> Know that >> he's going to but you need to know it and I'm telling you. So let them >> trying to be made [laughter] >> Do you want help from us? >> I you can check me please. >> What's your name? >> My kids are at home and I'm just like >> I meant to say this for every video we have watched. Everybody also as they go to jail needs to also have mandatory therapy. Just like there's mandatory like the rehab type stuff when someone's an addict and the good cities have a a a rehab program and they make it mandatory for them to attend or they can choose um jail time and stuff like that. But it's a choice. I I feel like there needs to be some some mandatory stuff for all the ones we've watched because it's it's not going to stop just cuz they got handcuffs put on them. I'm >> scared. is >> uh I get here, she's in the car door. I try to cuff her up, she pulls on me, so I pull her over here and then we go down to the ground right here. >> Her shoulder braced her fall. That's why it's bleeding from from us going down. She's trying to pull away and I'm just trying to detain her panic attack. >> And she's been acting like this since we got here. So that's why >> I'm not joking. I can't be around my kids. >> But she said she was having trouble breathing and she's got that scrape. So I just want to make sure she's good. I'm more worried about you. >> I'm more >> I'm more worried about you right now. You have any funny breath? >> Yes. Like I'm going to have a panic attack cuz I do. Look how >> you out. >> I need to save my cat. [crying] No. >> How many times can I tell you stop yelling at him? I just want to know is she having a panic attack or consequences of our actions attack. >> Let them let them. >> He doesn't know what's happening. >> Let them treat your shoulder. >> Alisandra. >> Alisandra. >> Alisandra. I like my hand. >> Besides, you have any chest pain? >> Yeah. Just cuz just just Yeah, just a vital cuz she said she had trouble breathing and then she's bleeding. So you clean it up to go to the jail and not get kicked out nonacceptance. So we just clean her up. Put a slap a band-aid on there. Check her vitals. Make sure she's good. Take some deep breaths. >> No, I I know. As long as her vital >> Yeah, absolutely. >> I don't know. I don't know when I'm getting out. They're never without me. I don't know what's happening. >> They're never without you. But we have established this is a common occurrence to the point where he knows you're going to show up to his job and he's asking you to wait in a designated arguing area. [laughter] Um, you definitely always leave your kids. You definitely do. This is a this is just another day. But you don't want that wrist jewelry on. So now it's like, but my kids my kids. You don't care about your kids. You don't. This is too much of a regular occurrence for the to care. No, ma'am. We're not going there. Yes, Ebony. A going to jail attack, right? Not a panic attack. [laughter] She She said it about 15 times. My joy, my peas. Gwen said, "I'm having a panic attack listening to her." Yep. Sounds like jail's a trigger word, [laughter] right? We live in the same house. What does it mean? Like the hair the hair out. >> Alisandra, can they just clean up your shoulder? Take some deep breaths through your nose and out your mouth. Okay, >> listen. >> Let him clean up your shoulder. Just relax. >> Let him care for you. Okay. >> I need you to >> like I need my kids. I'm being so serious. >> How long is it going to take me to get out? >> You got to get booked in first. >> Okay, but how long does that take? >> That depends on how cooperative you are. >> So, I'm not supposed to go home. >> You're not going home right now? >> I'm saying after I get out. Depends what the court order says, but generally speaking, no. You're not allowed to go home. >> How am I supposed to see my kids? I have nowhere to go. >> You can coordinate getting your kids a different way, but you can't have contact with him. Do you have family in the area? >> I have my grandma, but I can't go there. >> He has to know. He has to know. You can't >> enough. Stop yelling. You're creating a bigger issue. >> No, because I didn't do anything wrong. >> Can they get some vitals on you? Because you said you got shortness of breath. Can they get some vitals on you? >> My hair. >> But you got to relax and stop yelling, screaming, because if you don't remain calm, your vitals aren't going to be accurate. Okay. >> I I don't know if I I'm telling you, I don't know if I can be calm. I got I've never been. >> Here's the first thing you need to do. Stop talking >> and worry about your Stop talking and worry about your breathing. Control what you can control, which is your breathing. >> What did I just say? >> He has to know. >> Well, Omar, I always feel like the person that caused it is the one that's going to be inconvenient. So, she going to have to go somewhere else. She can't she can't stay there cuz he said, "How's it going to work with like the restraining order or the protective order?" I do. So, I think that means she, the biter, needs to go somewhere else and she is going to be inconvenienced and she'll have to figure out how is that going to work. >> Get blood pressure on real quick. Okay. >> So, when this happens, how am I like where am I supposed to live if I can't? >> Sandra, go ahead and take a seat. Just sit down for me. I'm going to just stand still. No talking, no moving. Okay. I need to get some accurate vital signs. >> Stop ignoring me. The kids >> leave the kids. >> Alexandra did not me. >> Hey, stop talking. >> This isn't fair. I didn't do anything wrong. >> You need to calm down. Be accurate. Well, that ain't going to happen. I appreciate you wrapping her shoulder. >> They're going to take me away. You're [laughter] going to take that away from me. >> All right. >> It's everyone else's fault. >> No, I don't want to be in there. Please. It's too [laughter] No. >> I'm getting better. >> No, my kids. My kids. >> No, I can't. Okay, we're just getting this this on your real quick. >> Stop yelling. Uh, >> you're taking me away. >> Stop yelling. >> Okay, couple comments here. Jamie said there's a lot she can control. She chooses not to. Exactly. She's using her free will to not control her actions. And now here's the consequences. And I also agree with agree with Lovable that she probably hasn't been held accountable by him for her actions before. He's probably not called the police on her like that. Possibly, at least not as many times as she's actually done the things. Um Gwen said her kids are probably happy to have a break from her always yelling cuz you know if this is how she's okay with acting in public, they are being terrorized in that house cuz that's when she feels like I can really let loose and show out again. Another reason I don't believe you care about your kids cuz that oh my god if people actually understood how emotionally damaging that is to be sitting there arguing, yelling, throwing stuff physically, you know, harming somebody even without the physical part. It's already bad for the kids. Now you're also getting physical. It's just it's just escalating so much. Sharon, as we have said, you got to think when you start doing stuff, think about the outfit you gonna have to go to jail in. So now this is her go to jail outfit. [laughter] She is used to manipulating him. I believe I agree with you, Daisy. I do. Omar said that's a violation of the order. Now, what did I miss, Omar? All this because he didn't answer the phone because you thought he was cheating. Just leave. Just leave. Then you don't have to wear wrist jewelry. You don't have to get the Edison medicine as uh I can't remember who said it in the chat, but I love that phrase. It's definitely a phrase used around this house now. Um there's if you're if you're already going to be mad either way and you're going to do all of this, leave. But I not everybody's going to leave when that happens. But this is if you really care about your kids at least, don't stay. Let's say that maybe you would put up with it and you just do your back and forth tit for tat. But this sucks for the children. >> I didn't do [screaming] anything to you. I didn't do anything. Stop yelling. >> You want me to go to jail without seeing my >> You're going to jail regardless. That's not changing by you yelling at him. Okay. So, the faster you accept that. >> The kids. He has to be there for >> I will let him know about the kids. No, it's Alisan. A L A L A N D R >> E. Is that how you spell your name? >> A L E S S >> A L E S S >> S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S >> Wait, hit my arm. It's going >> to relax. [laughter] The more you move. [screaming] >> What's your last name, Meland? >> I like it. I get >> I guess you either become or it depends on the day you're working, but you either become numb to this, so you just wait for them to do all this and still get their information or it has to be exhausting that I they just need her basic information, but you got to wait all of this out. But I feel like a lot of times they get desensitized to it cuz I don't even know how you go through this all the time with people like this. >> Yeah, she can have those. Why can't you [laughter] just take y'all to the hospital thing in the thing? Please. >> I'm not going to calm down. I need this thing off. It's like squeezing my arm. It's like swelling. >> Stay still. So, it's going to take longer to take. [snorts] [clears throat] >> Like, I need water. haven't been drinking anything. >> You had again, you had plenty of times to hydrate. You dried out your mouth with all this yelling. You could take care of all of your personal needs by not biting somebody and attacking them and chasing them down to their job. You could you could have the food you want. You could have whatever you want to drink. All these things, but you chose leave my four kids at the house, go confront him, bite him. I wonder if this is the first time she's bitten him. Like, is that the new thing since the cops are involved this time? I I I just wonder like I feel like she's done other stuff. She's probably already hit this man. She's probably all kinds of stuff. Thrown things at his head, I'm sure. And And it's biting today. >> I don't know what this is supposed to do. What is it supposed to do? It's like squeezing my hand. >> It's taking your blood pressure. >> I ran her. Yeah. I >> don't care about my cut. Like I just want >> like I don't even know what you're doing. >> Your vital signs right now. >> That's not going to go down. I'm going to jail. You're not going to see my kids. So like you want me to have a freaking heart attack in the freaking car. Like >> no one wants anything except for you to please be quiet at this moment. But Ace Moonshot says, "I can't explain it, but you just tune it out. It's like background noise. You have your lizard brain paying attention to the words for information or threats and to be able to accurately respond. That makes sense. I'm like, how can you for a long period of time go through this without you got to let go of something? Does that make sense? >> What are you checking for? I don't understand. I don't need this. >> Sandra, we're going to try one more time. I need you to keep that right arm as still as possible. Okay. >> It's going to get tight. Keep it still. We're just going to have blood pressure on you. >> All right. It's going to get tight. Should nice and still. All right. a little bit. >> Thank you. >> All right. Uh, well, they're kind of still interacting with her, but we'll scoot your head a little bit. >> Thing that's going on, but I need you to remain calm and worry about your breathing. All right. >> Anyway, so yeah, your last name, your badge number. >> Oops. >> All right. Yeah. >> Um, anything from here forward? >> She's likely a judge is going to order a no contact issue or a no contact order >> with her living with me. >> Yeah. So, she's going to have she'll be able to do a onetime pickup to grab some things, but she won't be able to live there. >> Oh, she won't. >> Not until it gets settled for >> if she doesn't have nowhere. I mean, I hate to have it. I What would she have to do? She's gonna have you guys love to She'll have She will have to figure out living arrangements. She's not have to She's not to have contact with you. Now, that's on her to have contact with you. If she violates that, she gets arrested again. Okay? So, if you contribute to that, that's not making it easier on her, right? >> Messageing anything, >> anything, any contact, >> even to try to help her to >> any contact, even third party, even if you're or even if somebody's contacting you on behalf of her. Correct. >> Facebook see the kids either. Um, that's gonna have to be worked out and settled by the judge however he decides that's to be a thing. Okay. >> All right. >> He talked. You're gonna go take care of the kids so I can make sure. All right. >> Has their kids names and >> Yeah, they weren't present, so it doesn't really matter, but um All right. Well, I appreciate you. >> Was that from her? >> Yeah. >> All right. We're coming to the end. I think they did list her charges, but put your final votes in. You got to enter just the number one, number two, or number three for guilty, not guilty, not enough evidence for her. And but yeah, we're going to see if they list her actual charges. >> Okay, he's going to go home and take he's going to go home and take care of the kids. That's where he's going right now. That's where he's going right now. Do you need water? >> I don't have any water. >> They don't have water either. They have saline bags. >> All right. So they did uh so they gave her battery by intentional touch or strike resisting officer without violence and prosecution would have to prove for the battery by intentional touch or strike which is a firstderee misdemeanor. Did she intentionally touch or strike another person against that person's will or did she intentionally cause bodily harm to another person? which again he verbalized what he saw as far as the injury on the guy. Um possible sentencing up to one year in jail, one year of probation and or a fine of up to $1,000. The second charge resisting officer without violence. The prosecutors would have to prove the officer was lawfully executing a legal duty and uh she resisted, obstructed or opposed the officer and the defendant acting acted knowingly and willfully. And from what I understand is we go through these elements. If it's if it says and every part of and you have to do like so if they miss one of these three since it says you know and and and then they they have not proven their case on that one. Some of them say or like it'll say like the first bullet and then it'll say or then you don't have to prove all of the things but a lot of them you have to prove all the elements for the charge to stick. but possible sentencing up to one year in jail, one year of probation, and or a fine of up to $1,000. And they were in Florida, in case you were war wondering. All right, we have our next incident. Okay, so we're coming at 100% guilty for her. 100%. About to close the poll. Hold on. Uh, all right. So, 100% for her. The next one we're going to watch it is Nightmare Wife Realizes Husband Recorded Everything. This one was a highly I'm going call it requested, but it was sent to me more than once. So, we're finally going to get to watch it. It was a longer one and I just she exhaust me cuz I watched it on my own before y'all ever sent it to me and I was like, "Oh my god." But the top comment on the one we're about to watch, the top comment said, "I'm not even married to her and I'd like a divorce." So that should tell you a lot right there. But her charges were going to be are going to be battery and the defense the excuse me the defense could challenge does the husband's recording show the alleged battery never occurred and alleged battery never occurred might well that's defense so I guess the defense excuse me the defense would be saying does his recording actually show he was battered or does it not show a battery? The other one is, did she intentionally touch or strike the alleged victim against his will? Does the recording contradict the complainant's version of events? Is there sufficient evidence beyond the accusation to prove a battery occurred? Her second charge was, where am I at? Um, resisting officer without violence. And we'll get there on that one because it starts to become repetitive with the resisting one. So, if you're seeing this in the clip form, sorry, I did not read the whole thing again. [laughter] But replay gang gang, y'all are also in this. You have to leave in the comments if you think the person's guilty, not guilty, or you don't have enough um to decide and if you changed your your answer by the time the body cam ended. All right, so let's go ahead and look at nightmare wife realizes husband recorded everything. Oh, wait. One thing, one thing cuz we we're not going to get it if I don't do it now. We do have to go ahead and get the you're going to jail snuck in there. And since it was mentioned for this one, we'll go ahead and get that real fast. Won't play the whole thing. Then we'll watch this wife. >> The homies [music] going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail [music] tonight. The homies going to jail [music] tonight. Yeah. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. [music] I'm talking about the homie over there with no shirt. I go for I had to put the homie over there in the verse. He was all in the [music] street, man. I'm keeping it clean. I'm pretty sure the homie was on the stars on my team. [music] I'm just living my dream, man. You know I got him hooked like my name is Kareem. Freyle, man. I'm going through hard, man. [music] Shout a homie in the front of the car. Hey, bro. You going to jail? You're going to jail tonight. [music] The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. Yeah. The homies going to [music] jail tonight. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] Okay, we're going to nightmare wife now. Here you go. >> Hold on. I remember to unmute on my own. One second. Okay. >> I am not the violin. I know cuz you're above the wall, [ __ ] You're not you [ __ ] >> Crash out. This is [ __ ] I swear to God, every woman, this is [ __ ] >> On July 19th, 2025, Escambia County deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. What started as a fight at home quickly turned into a full-blown scene in front of officers when both parties had conflicting stories and the wife wouldn't calm down. >> What's going on? What's that? >> I need to give you a tag number. This is not the first time >> situation, but I actually talked to >> She's my >> Can you step back in the car for me? >> So, she's my ex-wife. >> Uhhuh. >> I let her move back in. >> Can you step in the car for me? >> I can't cuz he broke my door. Not true. It opens. >> You did break my door handle. I cannot open the door. >> How did you get in the first time? >> Cuz I got in the other side of the door. >> Hey, if you keep arguing with them, you're going to end up in my car instead of yours. Okay. >> You can open that door. Would you like me to open it for >> Are you able to open it? >> How? >> It's just got to hold one side. >> How long have y'all been divorced for? >> Five. Four years. 2002. >> Okay. What happened today? I think he meant 2022. I He unfortunately wasted my time with me having to go back and watch this when he said we've been divorced for four years and he said since 2002. As you can see the age of this one child walking out. I'm like that doesn't make sense. But I believe I mean I think he meant 2022. >> Today >> when she she has an alcohol >> when she drinks she gets aggressive and violent. Mhm. >> And I haven't talked to I called the other I called like about a week ago because I'm trying to have her removed from my house. I'm the sole owner, title owner of the property and she's a guest, but she's out later. She's outstayed her welcome because of his drinking. >> What's going on? >> What's going on is that he is doing manipulation and your deputy up there is like anti-women. >> He's just doing his job. >> I I understand. I understand. Trust me. I know. We were married for 20 years almost. Have a grandbaby. We just had like I don't know if you've ever been in my position before, but like being I'm 41 years old. I have four kids. I just had a grandbaby and I am like going through menopause right now and I have this and then you're looking at me like I'm crazy and I have this person. I know. But I'm back to like >> my my hormones are literally through the roof right now. Literally like he is an evil freaking human being. We have four sons together. We live here together. We just had a grandchild on Monday. This person has busted my lip yesterday. Literally have video after video after video after video of him literally putting his hands on me, choking me to the point I almost passed out. a 10-year-old in there that will gladly tell you he walked out while I was passing out. And he's the reason why I'm a light right now cuz he walked into that. I have been abused multiple times. I have been dismissed, discarded, acted like, "Oh, whatever." Cuz I don't call cops every time he does. >> Sometimes every time I'm laughing [clears throat] just about I'm looking at the comments laughing. So, I'm not laughing that she said I've been abused. I'm laughing that Candace said, "Hell no, don't blame menopause." That's what I was laughing at just in case. I always worry about the timing of when I decide to laugh and it's not about what she said about that part. >> I have it on camera. >> I've asked her to leave. She has a card. >> She's trying to act like she's afraid, but she's free to leave like the whole time she's trying to get inside. >> Okay. Where do you >> Where do you have it on camera from? >> Just from my I have like >> I have like four or five videos, but all the stops. >> Why were you recording in the first place? >> She has a pattern. Exactly. I'm like for for him. Yes. Record. Record. When people have a pattern, go ahead and go ahead and hit that record button. Okay. My joy my peace has just gifted five memberships. She said three. She went to five. So please, if y'all can chat, put who got it because I know you can see it in the um YouTube chat stream. Y'all won't show me. Um and I don't want to mess up y'all's view. So let me know and I will shout out their names. But congratulations to those five. [laughter] Thank you my joy my peas. It's about to be Leo season officially July 22nd. But if you know a Leo, it's kind of like the whole year is Leo season. So sorry. So sorry to the other signs. You know how we are. [laughter] >> Why were you following her? >> She's trying to break into the door. I'm just trying to keep her on camera so there's no question. >> I was just wondering cuz I saw her walking to the car. Yes. [laughter] >> Even though you got on video camera like that. You cannot [ __ ] your elbow and hit me in the I know. Using your bugs a long [ __ ] >> You're not you [ __ ] >> You're [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Back up. You I hear you. Oh, now we're going to lie. Now we're going to lie like that nuts. >> Why is she coming up on me like that? If she's scared, >> I did >> again. I'm going to defend myself. I will defend myself. >> And this is the end. >> But I have there was one maybe this is the one where she I was standing at the door. She ran up on me and I went like this and she fell down and said abuse. I wonder has he been been arrested before? Because she did already tell the other cop that the cop talking to him is anti-woman and then she said he's abused me before. I wonder has he been arrested? It's like all right, I got to pull this camera out because I can't keep doing this. >> Go ahead. You know what? Oh. Oh. You did like you have like you have your hands when I read it. Huh? How about that thing choked me out from your 10-year-old to the point where I almost passed out when you walked out. Huh? >> How about that? How about when you live in the car on the way to the hospital yesterday? Huh? You violent. Let them gone while you're sitting there. Do you think they haven't already seen a bunch of douche like you of women that sit there and act like they don't do anything? You think you're the first one? You think you're the first one? Huh? You think that they're not going to notice? I'm done. I hope you're >> You be able to email all those things on you. I swear to God. >> I'll give you my email if you can just select them all real quick. >> What's wild is she knows she's being recorded and she still feels like the video's not going to show what it shows like cuz she she's watching him record her, right? Um, okay. Akuo, thank you for being a member for two months. Came in hot, too. I appreciate you so much. Said, "Hey from the library, watching in silence." I hear you. I appreciate it for sure. I like the library. That's kind That's cute. Is that like the bushes, but you call it the library? That's kind of I like it. >> Or are you literally in a library? >> [laughter] >> What's the name of your son that was out here a second ago? That was also in the video. How old is he? >> He is 13. >> Did he see any of this? >> This? >> Mhm. Like anything that happened today? >> Today? Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, for sure. >> They see it all. Let me just Gmail or mail email. >> What uh what did this argument all start over? >> She'll [clears throat] get aggressive and violent with the kids and I said that's not going to happen. Then she walked outside locked the doors. >> Okay. >> And then I asked her to leave numerous times. >> How many [clears throat] >> she refuses? >> How many times total does she hit you today? >> Three. >> Three. Where at? >> Back of the head, >> side of the head. >> Okay. Was it all open hand slaps or was it a closed hand at all? >> Closed hand. >> Closed hand. >> Just a hang type. >> So, I know I act like a crazy person. I know I do. I have four [ __ ] kids and there are three that will tell you, three sons that will tell you they've seen him literally almost kill me physically. And he wants to play victim. Oh, she I need her to leave. Oh, he must have played something. >> What was the other type of killing her did she mean then? Cuz she said uh killing me physically. Yeah, I would think that's what you meant physically. What? What else could she have meant? [laughter] to play something. He's mad and because I don't want him like multiple things he has done for multiple years and I have three boys in there, one at the hospital having a baby and I'm literally trying to get this house ready to go for them to get home. So, she's been in this house for four years since they've been divorced. You got to go. Somebody got to go. There's no reason y'all can still be [laughter] in this same house. And he maybe I miss it. Are both of their names on the house? If so, it just needs to be handled through official divorce. Like maybe you got to go back and get something amended cuz why why are y'all still living in the same house together? >> For my grandbaby to be home and then I look like the crazy one cuz I have snapped. I have snapped. I am 41 and I have snapped. I'm going through par menopause. I have snapped. This [ __ ] put me in jail for 14 hours. I would never in a million years go to jail ever. I cannot handle jail. I cannot handle jail. Even now I'm not going to jail. I will go to a psychiatric ward before I ever go to jail. He should have been in jail multiple times for multiple things and his own parents, his own family would >> I didn't know this was consequences. Allah cart. So you just like I'm not going to jail. Even now I'm going to the mental ward. I'm going to the hospital. I am not going to jail. Didn't know it was a menu to choose from. >> [ __ ] notate that. I'm the crazy one because I'm snapped. I'm 41. I have four boys. I have a grandchild. I'm going through menopause. I just got fired because of him. He got me fired from my jobs cuz he wants to control every part of my life and I just now say no I'm the one that's >> How many of y'all believe she got fired because of him? Ain't [laughter] no way. I think her how her personality is. She also gets on her people's nerves and she's probably not uh living up to normal expectations. However they list their expectations out, your milestones, your KPIs, whatever. She just didn't meet them for whatever reason and they said, "Hey, you know what? You got to go." That's what I think. >> Going to look like the crazy one. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> No, he stole it from me. I have my passport inside my house. He's got my ID cuz he stole my ID. >> And I know what kind of [ __ ] psycho I am. Like I really do. I really know. >> Don't listen to him. Just tell me what happened in your words today. What happened in my words is I have not slept in 48 hours. I'm tired. My baby my our oldest son just had a baby. They're in the hospital and they're in there for 10 days because he's got to be on the antibiotics. So I've been up there every day >> and I got choked to the point where almost passed out because >> today. >> Yes, yesterday. Yesterday. >> Okay. >> Um Oh, multiple times. Like I love how he's up there showing right now. I swear to God I have multiple videos myself, too. Multiple videos. >> Well, don't I hit my lip. >> Pull out your phone. Even though it's not going to help her so much today because again the cops usually say we're focused on what happened today, but you know, pull out your phone just so we can see if you have something. >> I hit my limit. I hit my limit. I hit my [ __ ] limit. >> Don't focus on what he's doing. >> Why don't we come come over here on the side of the car with me? So we're we're not going to focus on what he's doing. Where's >> that [ __ ] cop? >> Hey, don't focus. >> I know, but he's Oh, you can be in the back of my cop car cuz I know I'm crazy right now. I know I'm crazy. I know I'm crazy and I know and I'm a I was a parillegal. I know I don't like this [ __ ] I don't I don't like me right now. I'm not normally a crazy person, but now I understand why people snap and crash out. Now I [ __ ] get it. He has choked me yesterday literally till I almost passed out. My son, my or her oldest son has baby. Um I divorced him three years ago after being married for almost 20 years in marriage. Thank God I divorced him. Unfortunately, I'm back here with him since January, which in the meantime, he has tried. I could have ped that [ __ ] in prison. >> Happily had him locked up multiple times. I have video after video of a luck doll. I have bruises. I have permanent scars all over my body. Okay. I'm not the violent one. I am not the violent one. I hear you. I'm not. I have been beat to a [ __ ] pulp. >> I have been beat to a pulp. Okay. He has he is a disgusting human being. Disgusting. >> I'm not going to I'm I'm trying not to sound ignorant when I ask this question. Many times many times we've had to talk about this. So I know it takes basically doubledigit number of times on average for a person to leave an abusive relationship. She says she divorced him. So I interpret that as she initi initiated divorce. She moves in with her boyfriend. Fine. Fine. her boyfriend apparently kicks her out or they break up. Why do you go back to his house if you have been beaten to a pope and you were out of the relationship for 3 years or so because and you had started a new relationship. So this is not you you haven't left the relationship. That's that's more permanent to me than the other ways I picture DV victims that that stay like that. That's and then for him, I'm gonna say he's stupid because if it's the to the point where she's saying you've done this to her and you have or have not done it to her, why is she back in the house? And y'all y'all thankfully, you know, you told me, "Oh no, this house is only in his name." Why are we doing this then? Toxicity on both sides for sure. Because why are we doing this? She shouldn't be living there. >> Literally >> married for 20 years. >> Mhm. I had one boyfriend that I was with for four years and then unfortunately because of that situation I'm back here with him living with him because I don't financially have anywhere to go except for my mother's house. But I choose to be with my children and he doesn't care because he doesn't work. He's a sovereign citizen. He's not a he is not a uh citizen of the United States and he is doesn't follow rules or doesn't believe in the cops or anything else he does. >> Is he a libertarian or is he a sovereign citizen? cuz then he give his actual name and sovereign citizens stand strong on that's not my name and you know what I mean like they they're usually not the ones that's calling the law either because they don't believe in the law. So is he sovereign citizen super light super diet or is he just somebody that doesn't necessarily you know like the cops believe in the cops believe in the legal system and stuff like this >> he wants to do and he does it just fine he gets away with lots of stuff from you people lots. Okay. So, yeah, he has choked me out. Literally, I have, like I said, three kids in there, uh, 17, 13, and 10 that will tell you how he's almost [ __ ] killed me multiple times. >> I am here for them. He has done that then today. He I don't know. He just I'm not doing things like he said, like he said he told my like he told my 17-year-old last night, women need to be beaten. They need to be told what to do. They need to be hit and they need to be beaten and they need to be told what to do. Your mom is not a real woman. She doesn't listen. She doesn't do what I say. She doesn't do what we say. That's what you need to do. >> That's why we're in this position right now. You can walk in my house. You can see my babies, my my son. They're they're coming home from the hospital. I have every bit of laundry washing my my whole focus is this [ __ ] baby's room, this nursery. My whole life. Go walk in there with me, please. My whole life is this, not him. I'm not worried about him. I wonder like >> so she don't plan on leaving anytime soon cuz why is your whole focus on a baby's room that you a house you shouldn't be living in too much longer? But this man has I'm I'm trying not to sound she is a specific case for me. I'm that's what I'm trying to say. She is very specific in how I'm thinking about her right now. kids and this baby coming home and I have a grand baby and he is ruining all of it and he's getting away with it. >> He is getting away with it because because I cannot hold my emotions in. I need I need a woman caught up here who's like my age, 41, who's going through pan parmenopause, who knows what the [ __ ] I'm going through and who has been with a piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] like him. Seriously, >> you can choose a therapist. You can't choose the cop you interact with. Ask many many on body cam. You cannot choose who you interact with. Um, she said she was a parallegal. So now I'm like, did you get fired? She said, I used to be a parallegal. So I'm guessing that's a job she got fired from. The way I've seen lately a lot of parallegals have entered my algorithm. They are the heavy lifters of the law. The attorneys seem like they just signing things off and they supposed to know their stuff, but the parillegals real time are the heavy lifters of things and and uh drafting the documents and doing the real real research. So, she should be she should know this is not going to work or or you're not going the way that these things would normally work. And I know you could be a parallegal in other things besides criminal law, but I just feel like there's some basic knowledge since you are a parallegal that you have touched on the area of criminal stuff before. I'm serious. I am a girl all the way. I cannot do this anymore. That cop soon as he said, "Oh, oh, miss. Oh, you'll be in my car if you keep talking." Yeah, I know. Cuz he's got you in his pocket cuz you're a [ __ ] dude. And there's been multiple of you that have been on my side, but he is not. Clearly, >> he's not on anyone's side. >> Oh. Oh, he's on the side. I have a video. You want to see it? Where he said, "Oh, you keep talking. You'll go to his car when I ask question." Oh, I will. I'm posted on >> We put people in the back of the car when they can't be calm. >> I wasn't even not calm. Now, now I'm not calm. You have every reason if you wanted to right now. I wasn't like that with him. Do you understand me? Please. I know. I know he's your partner. I know all the things. Okay. I'm telling you. I've the crash out or whatever this whole little trend is going on. It's not a trend and I'm doing it right now. It's happening >> and I can't stop it. Literally, I have four [ __ ] boys. I have a grand baby. I just got a great baby. I have a [ __ ] grandma. I am like I don't like the cops right now. Like I do normally I do I do like the cops, but right now they're not my favorite. >> Hold on one second. Just stay right here for me. Okay. She's not really saying anything about what happened today. She just keeps going on about >> he's beat her. He choked her yesterday. Um her son confessed to it. She hasn't slept in like two days. Um she just keeps circling around and around and around. I keep trying to think what happened today and you're in his pocket and that's why blah blah blah. Like literally not getting anything about what happened today. What? Talking to something 13-year-old. >> Okay. >> Yeah. He just wanted to tell me what he's hearing. Okay. So, what >> lies >> and that's fine. That's why I'm talking to you and trying to get your side of things, right? So, what happened prior to us coming out here today? What caused us to get caught up? >> Today, I took a nap literally. Like, I've been up since 4:30 this morning while his lazy fat ass has been sleeping. And I'm sorry. It's okay. I know I'm being a lie. I know I'm being a lie. It's okay. I wish I could take you inside right now and show you all the things and give you a timeline. I will >> show what if you went inside this house right now. And she says, "Sure, I have time. What would you show her in this house right now?" >> At 4:30 this morning and I am doing my normal thing, cleaning the house and nobody else cleans. I have four boys. Nobody cleans. We have two dogs. Nobody takes care of but me. And he's sleeping with his little [ __ ] light machine in his room. $7,000 machine that makes his frequency frequency machine. And here I am cleaning all >> that man could have had a million dollar light machine in the house. You get to live there for free after living with your boyfriend. What does it matter? [laughter] >> All goddamn day long. I [ __ ] lay down and took a nap. My ex-boyfriend from seven months ago, the only person I had been with and 20 [ __ ] goddamn years except for him, called me when I was asleep. He got the phone call. He got jealous and here we are. >> So, what happened when he got jealous? >> He got jealous. He uh sent a video saying, "Oh, here to my ex-boyfriend. I talked to my ex-boyfriend." I'm like, "I don't know what he's [ __ ] doing. Like, I broke up with that [ __ ] for a reason. He He's harassing him. He went he's got a felony charge right now because he went and tried to bust his door down. My ex-boyfriend right now he's got a felony charge right now for trying to bust his door down >> literally and stalking and >> everything else. Today he called my ex-boyfriend, sent him a video all this stuff and I'm like he sent your ex-boyfriend I've been muted. I'm so sorry, y'all. I was trying to say it's a delay, so y'all gonna tell me I'm still talking and I'm muted. But I was trying to say I have to Google what a frequency machine is because I would go on um YouTube to fall asleep to things. And I used to fall asleep to like the Earth's frequency channels and stuff like that. So now I got to look up what is the frequency machine. >> Hopefully y'all can hear me now. Hopefully. [laughter] >> Yes. Yes. And I have all of that. >> Okay. >> Which I don't even care. Like that's not an issue. That's my ex-boyfriend. I don't care. I have a lot more things going on. No. But he locked me out of the house. I walked outside. Oh, you're locked out. I'm calling the cops. Oh, you're calling the cops after you literally choked me and busted my goddamn lip >> and made my lip last night. >> I know. But I just love how he pretends like he did nothing wrong. Like you're Mr. Officer's best friend and you're so smooth. >> Okay, you're letting him get worked up. >> I know. I know. I'm the [ __ ] crash. >> This is [ __ ] I swear to God, every woman, this is [ __ ] This is [ __ ] So, yes, I [ __ ] lose it. I lose it. We lose it. Rightfully so, because those [ __ ] make you lose it. >> Hey, >> look at him with his little beard. Like he literally you meticulously did this. >> Stop looking at him. Okay. Don't feel sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. I'm not upset with you. Right. [snorts] >> I'm sorry. >> He's doing this on purpose. Like he's literally sitting there. I literally want to kill him. I swear to God. >> I understand. >> I don't want to kill him. You didn't hear that. >> I I didn't take it as a literal threat. >> Listen, I'm sorry. He seen my thing. I was sleeping. I took a nap. >> I took a nap. I've literally been doing everything in this house for [ __ ] six months. >> Yeah, >> I took a nap and he I don't care. You can text him. I don't care. He deserves it. That my ex-boyfriend is a piece of [ __ ] He deserves every bit of it. I hope he believes all the lies that he just got told. I don't care about that. What I care about is the fact that he I walked outside and he locked me out of the house and called the cops because he plays games constantly. >> So, were you guys like arguing? >> Okay. Yes. The cop is too sweet. Casey Star, I agree. It's time to put that woman. I know they have to wait for the decision, but it's like, hey, hey, all right. If you if we can't talk about what happened to today, let's just don't answer any more questions right now. I'm gonna I'm going to read you your rights and you can exercise your right to remain silent. Just let's stop because I I feel like we're not talking about anything from today. But it says there different frequency machines. They're for skin care, um, healing. What's the other ones? Oh, shoot. I should have went to the other search I had first. Hold on. Okay. Refers to electronic, acoustic, or wellness devices that emit specific frequencies, waves, or microcurrens for health, relaxation, or skin care. So, I wonder which one's for him. I feel like it's for relaxation because she's stressing me out right now. >> Took me, slapped me across the [ __ ] face. Knocked me on the ground. Yeah. Before he called you and acted like I'm the problem, he [ __ ] knocked me across the [ __ ] face. Knocked me on the [ __ ] floor. me. >> Okay. There should be visible some type of injuries. She he knocked you a lot of times just now from what she said. So where where's just some marks? Some marks. Where is something? Cuz that's a lot of knocking around. >> Times he has knocked me and I've never called cops to him not one time for all this [ __ ] that he's done to me. Physically violated me today multiple times before you guys got here. >> Do you feel like you need an ambulance? >> No. >> Okay. >> No. >> I just have to ask. >> No, I don't need an ambulance. I need like some backup. >> I I hate him. And I know I shouldn't be saying this to you. Like I really I can't I have never hated someone so much in my entire life. Like and I believe in Jesus and forgiveness and I need all of it because I've done so many things >> where I need forgiveness. But he is a snake in the [ __ ] grass and he [ __ ] knocks me out. Literally, this [ __ ] has hit me so much. Choked me to the point where I thought I was going to die. Literally, my 10-year-old watched watch me as my I was blacking out. Hit me to the point where my jaw clicks every time I open it for years. I have a scar on my back right here. >> Mhm. From him. Multiple scars on my body from him in the last 10 years. Multiple. However, guess who went to jail for 14 hours because they broke his poor little finger? Me. which I'm glad I broke his flat damn finger, but I went to jail and I >> I I think if she went to jail from breaking his finger from self-defense and she's describing what he did to her, her injuries would have been more major than his broken pinky. So, I we're either mixing up events or feels like some overexaggeration because they do look at primary aggressors and things like that. Even if let's say she initiated but he took it up to a whole another level. They do look at that. So what did they see the day you broke his pinky? Cuz that what she said was a lot of things that will cause some serious bruising, some type of injury, some type of even maybe her pupils would be different from being suffocated for a while. Like all these things like I just I feel like that would have been observable in some type of way. >> I don't do I don't do that. Like that's not me. I cannot do that. So, as crazy as I am, I cannot go to jail. I cannot do Joe. But I did. And his ass was there in court on a Saturday morning first thing getting me out because he knows I don't deserve to be there. So, he's the one that got me out. >> Mhm. >> He's the one that put me in there. He's the one got me out. He's probably the one that's going to put me in here tonight, too. So, you're not taking me there. You're going to take me to a public tell you that. Or to the morg. Cuz I'm not going to jail. I cannot do jail. And I cannot do people like him or him who sits up there and he's like, "Oh, and I am not a feminist womanizing whatever." I'm not. I'm not. I am pro what is right. I am pro what is right. >> And I'm 41 years old and I have gone off the [ __ ] deep end. And I'm very well aware of that. At least I'm saying as crazy as I am, I'm very well aware that I've gone off the deep end. I am. I'm very well aware. I have. I'm not going to hurt anybody. [clears throat] And I'm not going to hurt myself. >> Okay. >> Not him. >> What What's going to be done for her? >> She's not really saying anything about what happened today. She just keeps going on about he's beat her. He choked her yesterday. Um her son did it yesterday. Hasn't slept in like two days. She just keeps circling around and around and around. I keep trying to think what happened today. And >> you're in his pocket. That's why one of them literally not getting anything about what happened today. >> He's at minimum the ex-husband is at minimum an enabler. He's probably some other things too, but he is at minimum an enabler cuz she should not be living there for 4 years after y'all divorced because her boyfriend kicked her. Come on. Come on. And then these are serious serious allegations. They really are. So, you just wouldn't even be safe in your own home with these type of serious allegations. It's not mm- and he can't want too much control because he didn't Well, she said he kicked his door in so I don't know what happened with that, but he didn't drag her back from the boyfriend. The boyfriend kicked her out eventually. So, I don't know. I I feel like there's a lot of at minimum mixing and matching. She could have some valid times that he has done something. I'm not saying it never happened, but I am saying it seems like for this present she is abusing that man. >> Pushed her and then locked her out of the house. >> 15. >> Mhm. >> Video. >> Okay. Whatever you feel. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Are you going to arrest me? Wait a minute. Please do not. >> Why are you arresting me? I want to know why you're arresting me. Wait a minute. >> Wait a minute. >> I have a right to know why. >> She's not even 41. Um, thank you, Purple Queen. Purple Queen said, "I believe she's lying as well. I'm a survivor of DV and she's acting like the aggressor." She not even 41. That's the first thing that was out of her mouth. See this is type of stuff that they say it starts eroding your credibility. Why are we not saying our real age? >> I'm getting arrested. So he hit me. He literally physically abused me multiple times and I have video of it and now I'm getting arrested. >> So So I like literally my jaw is popping >> with the way that she is okay with acting in front of their kids. I do think that if this became a thing thing besides this one incident today that they should ask the children with someone qualified to ask in a healthy way or like a protected way for the children. They should ask the children what do they normally observe? What did they observe today? Stuff like that because yeah there's some ulterior motives obviously but she's very comfortable acting like this and screaming and stuff. So the children have seen things. I have bruises on my body and I got literally physically hurt and I'm going to jail. >> This This is what kind of am I paying taxes to? This mother doesn't even pay taxes. >> I am a taxpaying citizen literally. And you are going to put your hands on me. Get your hands off of me. Actually, you're going to put your hands on me after you like buddy buddy up with him. this uh sovereign citizen who does not pay taxes hates all things. >> See, see what I mean? She's throwing things out that wouldn't make sense. The Okay, the house is in his name and his name only. If he was a sovereign citizen that didn't believe in paying taxes, that house is gone. That house is not your house anymore. Because if you're not also keeping up with taxes, doesn't matter if you come up with your mortgage, you're you don't have that house anymore. So, that's like a provable lie. Like, so now you've lied about your age. You're lying that he doesn't pay taxes because he's he has to pay taxes on his house at minimum. So that's not giving me sovereign citizen, you know, unless it's a picking and choosing sovereign citizen I haven't seen yet cuz I always see the ones on the extreme end. No, no, no, no. >> Conservative and beat the out of me and then call the cops and now I'm getting arrested and you are pawn to his scheme. >> Cool. I would like to know seriously why I'm getting arrested when I want to press charges on him. I want to press charges on him. Can I say that right now? >> You can say whatever. >> Yeah. Well, uh, make a note of it. I'm pressing charges on him for [ __ ] violating me. >> And you, too. >> Turn around face to face. Spread your feet cuz I'm spread your feet. >> And that's it. Jacqueline whose story is to be believed with the things that can be proven. She's really I I I can't I can't with her. But there are again ulterior motives on everybody's side. So again, I say ask the children. Try to come to a conclusion between what the dad says, the mom says, and what the children say, cuz no, >> we got we got we got the people out here, the little kids, fun time in a great neighborhood. This is disgusting. Seriously, you're going to do this to me while that is in there with lots of other things in there and I can tell you what. >> Oh, you are recording me? Going to blast your ass. Here you go. Here you go. Here you go. You need to get all look at it. Huh? >> Hold still. >> Oh, let's do it. Huh? Let's do it. >> Down, dude. >> No. No. >> Get the goddamn psych word, mother. You want to do it? >> Go ahead. >> No. Oh. Oh, I know you. >> Oh, I know you. >> No. You want goddamn show? Here you go, girl. I'm crazy. You [ __ ] piece of white misogynistic cop. >> Oh. Oh yeah. Oh, you better be that black. You white mother. You're racist. >> Troubles are right there on the Okay. Okay. >> Right. >> Oh yeah. I know. Well, they should put their right. Are you Oh, they're going to be complaining against you. you. >> No forgiveness for you ever. >> Never. >> Never. That doesn't hurt at all. >> No. None. You get everything you deserve. I hope you get everything you deserve. Jesus Christ. >> I'm not going to do anything. Oh my god. I'm so tired right now. You want me to keep doing it? Huh? >> Can I just like I'm doing it wrong. I know I'm doing it wrong. >> Oh, let him lie to you and and now he's so whatever the mother of his children and his grandchild he'sing having arrested because he is a piece of [ __ ] Someone please clarify to me because she either said right before I called y'all or before y'all were called. Did she call the police on him or did he call the police on her? >> I cannot wait to get you on Megan Kelly and Candace Owens and every goddamn thing. >> Girl, not Candace Owens and Megan Kelly. No. >> Stop. Seriously, you suck. >> Seriously, I cannot wait. Like, I cannot wait. a mother of four and a grandmother who's never done any goddamn thing in her life and you're like stupid red mustache ass. Oh, why won't you hurt me now? Cuz I'm making fun of your stupid ass. >> Yeah, you deserve every bit of it. >> You better turn the other way. >> Grandmother. >> Grandmother. Suburban mother and this is what you're doing. There's people out there selling but you're worried about me. >> Yeah, exactly. Stupid pieces. [music] >> Videape this girl, please. Because that's another lawsuit. >> Can you lift her shoulder? >> Okay, he called cuz she she almost started giving me that she called the police. All right, he did it. Okay, >> you guys like seriously. Obviously, you don't have kids. >> You guys suck and you suck the worst. I thought you were like decent cuz you're a woman, but you [ __ ] suck the most. Really truly, >> you don't know me, but you will. You will know me cuz you don't think I'm nobody, but I am somebody and you will hear about me, honey bud. >> Hey, I [laughter] >> and politics and everything else. >> Sorry, I don't know if I've seen the seat belts used that way. So, she has been hobbled as Ace pointed out. Um, I have not seen the seat belts be wrapped around a person to restrain them in a ropel like way. So that's new to me. That's interesting. Thank you for the super chat. My joy, my peace said, I bet the kids said it's mom's fault. Here's some Mickey De's change. [laughter] You know, I told you I ought to myself. I ain't got McDonald's money. Thank you. [laughter] I appreciate it. I like it. I like the the levels of the inside jokes. Thank you. [laughter] Oh, >> okay. So, he's finishing up some paperwork that he's got to bring to you. Okay. This is a business card. It's got his name, his badge number, the case number on it. Do you need an ambulance for any reason? No. >> Do you mind if I take a couple pictures of you? >> Sure. >> Okay. Um, >> something I do have to explain to you is how to obtain a domestic violence injunction against it's an injunction for protection against domestic violence, also known as restraining order. So, the second floor of the courthouse is under family law. It's free to file. Um, if you want a copy of the report to take with you, >> you are more than welcome to do that. you can request that through the sheriff's office. Um, or you can just take that. If you have any pictures, videos, images of injuries that you have, um, you can print that all out and take that with you to submit as well. You are welcome to take an attorney, but you don't have to have one. >> That's entirely up to you. Okay. Um, you said you don't need an ambulance for any reason. N >> Okay. All right. I'm going to take a couple pictures of you >> at this point. Also, just start a formal eviction. She has to go. Either way, you're a villain, so it's not like it's going to save the image for you in front of your kids. She's already bad mouthing you to the kids, to the whole neighborhood. So, there's nothing to save your image in that. Just do a formal eviction. The fact that this happens a lot and he has not done a formal eviction. You're telling me that you are at some level going to keep putting up with this and for now you're okay with how this is happening. And every now and again, she just needs a dose of police reality, I guess. But evict her. [laughter] Y'all are divorced. She there's nothing that is hers except what she may be brought back in when she moved in after she lived with a boyfriend. But you're not going to look worse in front of your kids at this point. He is that's they are he is part of the problem. He is toxic too because why for four years? Why are we doing this? You knew how she was for 20 years that y'all were married. Then y'all been divorced for three and a half to four years. You know what you're getting into. And it's not like she hasn't accused you before. So what parts can we control? Control the controllables. Come on now. >> Um, we're gonna do overall. They're gonna do a close-up of your face and then your hands. Do you have any injuries? >> No, I don't have any like broken skin or anything. >> Okay, that's fine. This is just um something we're required to do. Yeah. >> So, I'm going to back up. Do overall. We'll do a close up and then your hands if you would put them out like that. Thank you. And then flip them over. Perfect. Thank you so much. Um, as for the Marchman Act, it's also through the courthouse. I don't remember which division it's under. Um, but it's called an emergency exparte. Um, or it might just be an exparte. I think I remember it's emergency or not. I'm going to be honest with you. But anyway, you can file with them, let them know what's going on with her drinking and things like that and that it's obviously been an issue. Um, and if the judge grants it, then she'll have a court order and once it's granted by us and then we can come out and pick she's out, if she's here this, I have the paperwork. He know this. He know this. He is too long in the tooth to not know this. He's just choosing not to act in on it and do something productive about it. He knows what he needs to do. >> We'll come out and take her and she'll be court ordered to get treatment at that point. Okay. >> Now, she [clears throat] was living in my house, >> so I'm going to have to deal with that. I guess the restraining order would take care of that. >> Yes, the restraining order would take care of that. So, if [snorts] you go before the judge and it's granted, she has to move out immediately upon once it's served upon her. So, say he grants it, then they've got to serve it on her. Once it's served on her, she has to move out. If she comes back to the house at all, um she goes to jail. If she violates the restraining order at all, she goes to jail. So, when you do the restraining order, they go over because you guys have kids together. So, they would go over a parenting plan with you to determine, you know, you get kids most time cuz they live with you and they go with her on weekends or whatever agreement you come to with the judge. >> And then he might say, "You can only have contact regarding the kids." And then if she calls you for anything else not regarding the kids, she could go to jail for that. Um, but that's something they can >> work out with you in the court. And like I said, you're more than welcome to hire an attorney for it. Obviously, um, you're not required to have one for this court. Um, but if you want one, you're more than welcome to take one. Okay. Do you have any other [clears throat] questions for me right now? >> I do not this moment. >> Okay. He'll be back in just a moment with some paperwork. That's okay. That's what we're here for. Um, sounds like >> I know I know you did so long. Yeah, I know you didn't, but um >> but thank you. >> Yeah, of course. That's what we're here for. So, he's got some paperwork here for you that he'll go over with you. >> And then um she's not going to have a bond because it's domestic violence. Um so, she'll probably go before the judge tomorrow and then he'll probably and then he'll determine whether she has >> um court. Yep. >> She's what? >> Okay. >> He's what? All right, get your final votes in. >> Crystal, >> yes. >> If we get if we get you out of these, are you going to calm down? >> No, I'm not going to be a crazy person. I am a crazy person right now. I'm not going to be. I can't move, though. >> Well, we're going to get you out of these. Just stop wiggling around. We're going We're going to get you out and we'll go that you're doing underneath me, but I cannot move. >> Yeah. >> The woman was arrested for battery and resisting without violence. If convicted, these first-degree misdemeanors can carry up to two years total in county jail and up to $2,000 in fines. She's innocent until proven guilty. >> All right, so we won't go over sentencing because the original uploader already did. So, we're just going to go over what prosecutors generally have to prove for her charges. All right. Oh, yeah. She did have two two charges. Okay. So, the first one was battery first-degree misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally touched or struck another person against that person's will or she intentionally caused bodily harm to another person. This is one of those ors where they don't have to prove both elements just either or of of the element to get the charge. And then and they have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. And charge number two was resisting officer without violence, first-degree misdemeanor, and as we know, was the officer lawfully executing a legal duty. And she resisted, obstructed, or opposed the officer, and she acted knowingly and willfully. All right. And they said up to two years, which yep, that looks like because it's one year for resisting without violence, and then the other one was up to one year for the battery. All right. Let me go through for the last thing. Yeah, the kids need therapy. They They got to have those kids in therapy and stop perpetuating this. She's been hobbled and tarped when wrapped feet are hooked to the handcuffs. Oh, that Okay, so that for my brain that's hog tie. So, it's the actual the actual phrase is tarp. Total appendage restraint procedure. If strap is wrapped around ankles and not connected, that's a hobble. Got it. Yep. So, based on what y'all said, he doesn't have to wait for her to be evicted. if he gets a TTRO and don't let her come back, right? This is the thing. See, now his name is Little Beard because of [gasps] because she called that man. She talking about his little beard. That is funny. Okay. At least they'll have 24 hours of peace and there should be bond conditions to protect him. He just needs to still do things on his end and not wait. Right. If he don't do it, that that's on him has been on him. Four years. Y'all divorced for four years. No. No. Ace Musha said, "Yeah, the cops were very professional and used reasonable force. They investigated thoroughly." I said two because they are both the problem. I got you, Kim. Okay. Okay. All right. We're going to the next one. This is the title of this video is jealous ex steals his new girlfriend's car keys doesn't end well. This is in Ohio. So, what we're looking for the defense could possibly bring up to uh to infuse reasonable doubt is they could challenge did she knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm. Oh, our first charge is sorry, first charge was domestic violence or battery because I don't remember if I had to guess on this one or if they listed it, but domestic violence is what we'll say. Okay. Um, so did she knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm? Were the scratches caused intentionally during the scuffle? Was she acting in self-defense? Did the alleged victim's actions contribute to or escalate the physical confrontation? And then for the second charge of theft, right? Theft. Yes. Okay. Um defense could challenge, did she knowingly take the car keys without the owner's consent? And when I say challenge, I mean they could bring this up, but from the body cam, you going to see some of this they wouldn't even try to challenge. Uh did she intend to permanently or temporarily deprive the owner of the keys? Did she believe she had permission or legal right to possess the keys? I'm trying not to say anything, but y'all know the obvious answers to these right now. And Crystal Gal, thank you so much for the super chat. Yes, keep doing your thing. Trending chat, remember the hype. Yes, please. If you're in the replay crowd, now I'm going to say bushes and library because there's something about that library part I really like. Shout out to Akudo. Um, please hype the video. And thank you to those that have left a comment like, "I I hyped your video, training. I hyped it. I appreciate y'all so much." Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Uh let's go to the video. Here we go. 100% of these were sent to me. So, we're going over what y'all sent to me. All right. >> How did this woman convince herself she could attack her ex right in front of the police and nothing would happen? Okay. >> So, she's in there with the keys and my stuff. Took my phone and my keys and ran in there. Lock. >> You guys live together? >> No. >> Your children. Okay. >> Anything physical or just all verbal? >> Do you need EMS? >> Grabbing trying to take all my stuff in and out. I just checked the >> Ashley attacker. Police real quick. See if I think I've been here. >> You can hop in mine. Mine's already pulled up. >> Ashley, it's APD. Yeah, they here, but she ain't answering the door. >> Hey, if they if they do come here, I can't have them up here yelling screaming and [ __ ] >> Hey, the police said don't have your people come. They hear you. >> All right. >> You okay, >> man? I'm I'm cool. We The police right here knocking on her door. She ain't even answering the door. She She in there acting like she ain't here. >> There's a baby in there. >> Baby is 3 months. >> She got mental mental problems. >> We don't know what to do. >> I got you. >> Ashley, [laughter] please. >> She do this often when you guys fight. >> There's records on there with my name. >> He's looking up prior to see. >> All right. That's why I said like I would have been wrong if I would have kicked the door in try to get my stuff and all that. So I just said I had >> this is the best way. >> But I need I need my keys. So she's in there for sure. >> There's no back door to this. >> No, it's just window. >> All right. >> Hi. Is this Ashley? This is Officer Moore here. We're at your apartment. Would you be able to meet us at the front door there? What's that? Uh, I forget his name, but he's saying that you have his keys to his Buick. [laughter] Where did you the backside? >> He said he might be around that back like that. >> Where are these keys at? Okay. If you want to pursue charges, you would have to come talk to us. >> So, you're not home right now? >> Yes, she is. She in there. >> Okay. So, what are these keys look like? >> Yeah. Now, she's talking to the police on the phone saying she ain't here. >> All right. Could you come back here and talk to us? >> Let's not do that. Uh, so we're trying to figure this out and get these keys. >> I understand that. But I need you to tell me where they're at. Where which window did you throw them out? >> He said she's still in here because you never left. >> So, let me ask >> is it is this one right there? >> Ashley, >> I Okay, so I I don't see them out here. >> We would like to leave. So, if you just tell us where they're at, he can leave. Oh. All right. So, you'd like to be charged with theft then for these keys? >> All right. >> Yeah. You So, you'll have >> Well, she hung up. >> Go to jail with the keys. That's stupid. >> She said she threw them out. >> Yeah, they scanned. You got a GPS on them or something like that? Like a air tag? >> Uh, hold on. Let me call >> Let me call my uh >> Who? >> The keys got air tag on it. They can tell that they in there >> and they know that you in there. >> So, is this not your car? It's your girlfriend's car. >> You have to know when to let some when to let someone go. Did they say they have kids together? The one that stole the keys? Probably. Usually the crazier it is. There's usually a a child in between. I don't know if they did though. That's just me projecting. Um, top comment under this video was whomever the girlfriend/car owner needs who who I'm sorry, whomever the girlfriend/car owner is needs to leave these two and their mess alone. And I could not agree more. It was warning signs before this point, but I this should be your last straw. This should be your 13th reason. Get out of this. This is not going to work. No. Let her have them. >> I just pulled up to my brother real quick and >> I got you. Okay. >> Um, actually, hold on one second. >> Hello. >> Yeah, she wants to come up here and talk to us. >> All right. She said she about to get a Uber. >> Okay. >> I rather her just get charged, but I don't do I rather just I'm ready to I'll press charges. I don't do >> it would have to be. >> It hurt. So that's why I want her to come here and talk to you. You can press start cuz they said press >> just cuz she Did that make sense? It's her car. It's her stuff. Yeah. >> You nobody trying to hide her. Nobody come her. She in here doing this stupid [ __ ] while the police is right here. Why all this is going on? >> Not Kim trying to plan a birthday event. [laughter] Kim said, "Thank you for the super chat." My joy, my peace, Kim, she said, "Okay, what are we doing for Trenton's birthday, y'all?" Uh, sip and draw on members only. Hint, hint. Let me start seeing if there's something we can do together on members only. That is funny. I don't commit because I know I be overcommitting because I do it early. I'm like, "Oh my god, you know, you do not have the bandwidth for this." But I'm looking to see what maybe we can do. You are too funny. >> Did you find her yet? >> No, I just number from the front. You said uh Ashley. >> Okay. She's black female, white, female. >> So she has both. Okay. >> We need both of them back. >> But if she gives the keys back, do you still want to like >> If she get both of them keys back and my phone, I want my phone and both keys back. I won't press charges my daughter in there. I rather her take care of my daughter today and stay free. But she don't get my stuff back. She got to >> What's the uh the uh custody? Is there like an agreement or anything in place? >> No, it's both. We in both. >> Okay. Okay. >> Is there more than just your daughter in there? >> Two sons. Go to that school right here. >> Okay. So, all three kids are yours? >> No, two. >> Two. And then the daughter? >> No, two. Uh a daughter and a son. And then she got an older son that's not mine. >> I got Okay. Okay. Sorry. Trying to get it all. >> So you you know what >> why they blur out his face right there and his face ain't been blurred this whole time. Watch watch him on the border. Hold on. Let me see if y'all catch it now. See, no blur. No blur on his face. Don't just don't even worry about the blur at this point. We are 6 and 1/2 minutes into the video. But here y'all watch this blur. >> Uh a daughter and a son. And she got an older son. It's not mine. >> I got Okay. Okay. Sorry. Trying to get it all. So, you you know what you're doing here. Why don't you just give him the keys and we can be out of here and I would like to see your injuries as well. So, what >> the jail? I don't I'm not >> So, here's the thing. >> Been to jail enough. >> I understand that. So, what do you >> what happened what happened when he was over there? >> We he we got into it a little bit. >> It wasn't really physical. You know what I'm saying? And something happened to my foot and so I scratched them like with my nails. >> Okay. What happened to your foot? >> It doesn't matter. >> It It does because >> it doesn't because that this is him calling y'all. Like I don't want to do this. >> I'm just trying to be respectful to you because you showing me the same courtesy. So I'm just But I don't want to talk about that >> cuz I don't want him to get in trouble. He trust me if if you both have injuries I can document that like like I'm saying he's not going to get in trouble if your foot's >> broken. Girl is the girl whose car cuz I know he caught her is she pressing charges or something because I don't want none of this documented or none of I mean if she do fine but that's I'm not trying to get him in trouble. I'm trying to avoid all >> I promise you he is not the one in trouble and I don't think she cares cuz if he was getting in trouble I don't think she tried to save him but she knows she did wrong twice apparently battery and stealing this girl's keys >> right >> I would you come to the back window here and talk to me or something or >> I don't have the keys officer I threw them out there now I'm not going to lie to you they could be anywhere in this field as mad as I was they could be over They're behind on the other side of the apartments where them trees is at. But I threw them cuz I don't have no need for it. I knew he was going to be lurking to see if I got in the car. So I'm not, you know, I don't have no need for the keys. >> Which direction did you throw it? I will look. If they are not there though, please be honest with me and tell me if you have >> No, I'mma be honest and say I don't know exact. I just know I did it over there. I don't know. I didn't place them down. I threw the hell out of him. Like I didn't want him to find him. >> Okay. And how long ago did you throw those? >> He been sitting out there for like two hours. That was a minute ago. >> Okay, let me take a look here. >> No, out the side. This way. Like, so when you first walk out of your apartment down the stairs towards these trees, you're saying a cross cling. >> So, you're talking about I'm trying to We'll keep looking. >> I know. >> What do you think? >> We're just playing games. >> Okay. Um, just wait for the other person. want her charged with grand or whatever. I want her charge. >> All right. That's why I'm glad you're here. I'm gonna go tell the recording officer. >> Amber, don't go anywhere. >> Okay. >> I know. >> Yeah. And you should go to jail. >> Run, Amber. Run, girl. This ain't a ain't none of this worth it. None of it. And if he can't eventually get some strict boundaries and limit access to her, he's not gonna be happy in another relationship. It's just it's not happening. But Amber, run, girl, too. But I'm not about to tell her what you did. >> You go. Hey, >> that was a baby. >> That's >> Are you kidding me? Hey, baby, bro. >> Hold on. I got to go back. She got a the baby in her hand. Oh, she the baby's her shield. I hate when they do this. I hate when they do this. Like this is gonna keep the wrist jewelry from coming. Hold on. >> I know. >> Yeah, you do. And you should go to jail, too. But I'm not about to tell them what you did. >> You go, man. >> Now it's a baby. Think about your kid. >> Are you kidding me? Hey, take a deep breath. Thank goodness the police thought about the baby's safety because the mom isn't that. Oh my gosh, there's another one. It'll have to be an evening watch. But the way this woman used her kid as a shield from the cops is so deplorable. It's so bad. Lord, these parents. >> What happened? I took my baby to our appointment this morning and he was posting. He was calling telling me he was going to pick us up. >> Mhm. >> We together. That's one of his hoes. He drive her car. >> And there we have it. I was waiting. Either she believes they're together. They could possibly be together. I don't know. I don't know. Someone's being led on, but it does not excuse the laws that she broke. This should just be evidence that y'all are not really together. Move on. But especially I'm seeing that especially when uh a child is under uh one year of age that usually the mom is very much still emotionally attached and it's not always because she's you know sometimes they the guys don't give clear signs they're they're over it like we're not doing this anymore but a lot of times I see it when the kids are super young this is this is what I see and it's not it doesn't help anything again think about the child first >> care you know what I'm saying we've been together 12 It is what it is. So he was coming to pick us up and um so I got in the car but he got mad because he thought that I was coming from somewhere else >> but I was coming from the wick office. So he pull off all crazy and another officer stopped him >> stopped him this morning. So I ended up talking to the other officer like that's my bad. I kind of pissed him off like it's not that big of a deal. I just wanted to take us home. >> So he let us go. So when we get to the house, still kind of bickering, not physical. Um, but he ran on my foot like, so I'm mad like, "Bro." So he was like, "You want to go to the hospital?" I'm like, "No, I just want to go home. It's not broken, but it's swoll like it hurts really bad." >> Mhm. >> So I'm like, "No, I just want to go." >> So we get here still kind of bickering, going back and forth. Um, we end up squashing it and I the neighbor be letting us wash clothes next door. So I grab his [ __ ] from the back seat. Mhm. >> He had like a pair of pants and a t-shirt back there. I grab it all and I bring him in the house and he was like, "Oh, I can't find the keys." Boom. When I pick up the clothes, we both standing there. The keys fall out. >> So, I'm like, "Here you go." He got the keys. >> So, I asked him something and we standing in front of the car. We talking and I asked him something and he said, "Come something something." >> So, I'm pulling on his t-shirt and I grabbed the keys >> and I came in the house. He sat out there for about two hours. I left. That's when I told I left. came out, went around the corner, I tossed the keys, and I walked to go meet my cousin. They gave me $20 and I came back. He was still sitting out there. >> Well, yeah, you done toss the keys. He's still sitting out there, Daisy. I don't know why Streamyard needs to update and go ahead and show it because uh the other one I had did show it in the actual chat, but thank you for the thumbs up that I see. I got it. Thank you very much. I'm have to remember to keep my chat open um so that I can see when y'all do that because I see it. I had to go through my phone, but I see it. So, thank you very much. >> I'm like, I'm thinking he going to at least come in the house and try to find the key. He left here. Something nothing. So, I left his ass out there. Next thing I know, here y'all come. >> We haven't spoken. I said nothing to each other, >> but I threw the keys out there. Like, I'm not going to fake to you about that. I tossed them so they could be anywhere. Maybe somebody else picked them up. I don't know. But I threw them because I have no need for them. I knew he was around here lurking. >> The the scratches on his arm. Mhm. >> How How did that all transpire? >> That's when I grabbed his I grabbed his arm. >> Okay. >> I grabbed him and then like my nails just kind of went like that. But I didn't do it on purpose. I just was grabbing his arm >> and I Yeah, grabbing at somebody and you're definitely you're already in an argument. It's not like you're grabbing at them cuz y'all were both about to go hug each other. It's too late. The result was a scratch. It's too late for you now. >> You guys were somewhere else. Came here. When did he run over your foot? while we was on Arlington. It hurt a little bit. You know, it's on the bad ankle, but I didn't want to take it too far. Like, I'm telling you the truth. Through the keys. >> Mhm. >> Because I don't want to be doing this, but I had no idea he was going to call the police. Like, this is real out of character. >> I don't think he did. Um, >> he did though cuz that's what the neighbor said. >> I think he did, but also those keys are his >> whoever this girl is tonight. The one sitting out there. Yes. >> So, that's that's her keys. Well, I'll help y'all find the other one that he left here, but those keys that I took from him, I threw outside. Now, he did leave a key fob here and I told you I would look for it. I haven't done that yet. >> But if this is about to be a whole thing, like I'm not trying to press charges against him. I see you trying to press charge against me. Fine. Whatever. >> But like I don't want this to be a whole big >> And so where do you think this other key fob is? >> Ask him. >> This isn't one of them. Is it this black thing? Yeah, it's a Nike one. >> Okay. So, this is good. This is I don't know where the other one is, though. >> So, what did you >> So, she done cost that girl money, too, because you threw her keys. She had two sets. You throw You can't find her second set, but you you chose to throw it. So, now she's got to replace her spare, which the more you know, the more new the car is, the more these f these key fobs cost a lot a lot. So, you're costing her money. You're costing her peace of mind. Amber, girl, run away from this couple. Run away. He wouldn't put you through this if he was serious about you. And he wouldn't even let you be around this till he got this woman taken care of and settled somewhere else. She has too much access. This won't be the first time she's been mad about him dating somebody else. Run, Amber. Don't come back. Even if he changes, just just find somewhere else because you don't know if she gonna change. And I'm thinking not. [laughter] >> Just be did you think through these or these? >> Was it just a key fob? >> Yeah, it's just a key fob. >> My kids walk in. >> I got you. >> That's why I looked and made sure >> we're not going to go down there and talk to him, right? What am I doing? >> This girl just hop, skipped, and jumped to try to attack him again. Is that what happened here? Oh, Lord. Pray for the kids. We're not going to go down there and talk to him, right? >> What are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> Yeah, that's what you want. Stop. >> Yeah, do it. Have him charge you. >> And I'mma have him charge you. >> Nope. >> Stop. >> We're not doing this. >> I'm going in the house like >> We're done. >> Please stop my baby. >> I understand. >> Okay. I won't do nothing. Please, officer. Please >> get Come get the baby. >> Stop. Going stop. >> Get the out of here. >> Let him get the baby. >> Jesus Christ. >> Go get the baby. I'm tired of this. >> You guys can't act like it's >> And the boys, you got to go get the boys. >> Just please back up. Let's go. >> Can I put on some shoes? >> No. Let's go. >> Okay, baby. >> Shut up. >> Please don't take me to jail. >> Please tired of this. >> I just don't want to go to jail. My kids, I'm all they got. Please, please, officer. Please take a seat. >> Okay. Please. >> Until we get this figured out. Take a seat. >> Figured out. You got this. >> No, it's not. Put your feet in. >> Can you please >> put your feet in? >> [ __ ] >> I kind of provoked that cuz I looked at her like she was going to jail type [ __ ] She seen it. >> I told her if she goes out with her boy, she can't do that. And then she did that. [ __ ] We don't do that. >> Okay. >> Both are toxic. Again, honestly, all three cuz I think I heard Amber, the one who got her keys from, kind of joining in, too. If they want this toxic triangle, that's on them. But again, what about the baby, though? >> Not how that [ __ ] works. >> So, there's two two kids coming. >> Yes, sir. >> Those are your boy girls or I'm sorry, boys. Two boys. Okay. >> They coming right down the street. >> Okay. >> Cuz I got to go to work. >> She didn't hit him. I stopped before, but she opened the door. >> She didn't get close. But there's other things we need to discuss. >> Yes. >> You can wait in there. Hold on. I don't want to. >> So I She's going to get arrested for the the domestic violence. >> Oh man. >> It's a preferred arrest state. >> It's pouring outside now for them. That's crazy how quickly the weather can change. >> Ohio. >> I ain't allowed I ain't allowed to deny and say I don't want to. >> You can talk to the courts after that, but we it's a preferred arrest. So, we have to make the arrest. If we have injuries and she doesn't have any injuries, we'll we'll skip the theft charges. I mean, we haven't had children we haven't been in touch with children services. Nothing like that happened. >> Okay, that's true. >> You arrested me? >> Yes. >> Why? >> For domestic violence >> against him for the scratches. >> Correct. >> In Ohio is a preferred arrest state. He doesn't want them, >> but we have to by law. Correct. >> My baby is new. My baby is new. She's new. >> Yeah, she is new. Y'all said she was 3 months old. Yeah. Why didn't you think about this before tossing somebody's keys and and scuffling and scratching people? >> I understand. >> And it's scratches on his arm. I got I got I don't want him to get in trouble for running me over. >> I >> But it was just a reaction. Like I literally grabbed him and I ended up scratching him. >> That didn't happen while >> So those are like two separate incidents, >> but I didn't I just grabbed his arm. Like I wasn't I was trying to get him to come in the house and I scratched them and I I just scratched them. So how is that domestic violence if it >> because you guys have children in >> But I'm saying how is it domestic violence if I wasn't hitting them or nothing like that? It doesn't matter if there's any. >> And that shows the mentality of many that they don't see this DB if they're not actually throwing a slap or a punch. And that's not how it works. [sighs and gasps] >> You really should keep your hands to yourself so you don't really have to figure out how it works, but that's not how it works. >> We have to arrest on injuries. >> The woman was arrested and charged with theft and domestic violence. Drop your opinion in the comments and hit like and subscribe for more videos. Ashley said ones immediately. Ones across the board. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. Okay. So, um, we'll see what prosecutors would have to prove for those charges and then I'll close out this poll. But right now, we're at 100%. If you were a juror, she's guilty on if you only had the body cam, she's 100% guilty. They should involve CPS because this is going to be constant. You didn't think about the baby before you hopped off the porch, right? Or when she brought the baby out quickly to run down the stairs. Remember, I think she was going to do the same hop skip with the baby and they said, "No, we're not going to do that." So, she was going to do it with the baby in her arms. Then she tried to do it again, but now you want to think about your baby. We're done here. All right, let's see. So, this was in Ohio that the whole key throwing thing occurred. But the first one, her charge was domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor. Um, it says prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. So, physical harm is a wide range of what that could mean. So, scratching is going to be in there, but I really do think that she is convinced if it's not hitting or slapping that was not domestic violence. The other charge was theft. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly obtained or exerted control over another person's property and the property belonged to another person and she acted without the owner's consent or beyond the scope of consent. So maybe and this this beyond the scope of consent is actually interesting because like say somebody let you borrow their car to go to the grocery store but then you go to the grocery store go somewhere else to a whole another state you've went beyond the scope of somebody be letting you borrow their car. um and she intended to deprive the owner of the property. So that's one of the ones it looks like you the prosecution would have to prove all four elements, not just one of or um two of or whatever. And possible sentencing for that is up to 180 days in jail, five years of community control probation and or a fine of up to $1,000. I have not seen five years of community control before. That's that's long. Can she be charged with negligence and or endangerment to the kids? She could have. They for sure could have had they wanted to. I'm surprised that they are not bringing this up. Like put put the kid charge in there, too. Like they can't keep thinking this is okay. Ace Moonshot said, "Yep. Moment she admitted admitted to throwing the keys away, she was guilty." But they dropped that charge and the DV was also admitted to it. But was it inadvertent? Only reason I'm gonna say for me it could have resulted the the scratch was probably inadvertent but I do think she was scuffling with him and therefore the the the scratch came because she's either trying to get him not to walk away cuz remember when she was telling her story she said something like he stepped outside or something but then she threw the keys and he didn't leave. I feel like she was saying she was trying to keep him in the house again unlawful restraint. So I to me the I don't know it's fruit of a poison tree like it's still domestic violence because you injured them while you were trying to do something. You harmed them. Um and because of the relation romantic partner, family member. Did they say household? What did it say for DV too? It was something else. It could have been Oh, household member. Yeah. Okay. So no CPS for this one. She doesn't need to lose her child. She does need to. She needs to. All these videos make me miss the airport videos. [laughter] Look, you know, we'll always have plenty of airport videos to get back to. Definitely has a control issue. Emotions are high. She's not ready to not be in a relationship with him. And he he is playing around. He's not setting firm boundaries. He's in the chaos with them. Total toxic triangle in my opinion. Last one we have. Obsessed ex-girlfriend throws bottle at boyfriend. gets instant karma. I think y'all are gonna have opinions about the boyfriend, too, on this one. But it's uh so before we watch, think like a juror. So, first charge Oh, she got three charges. Lord, first charge is going to be battery. Excuse me. Second charge is going to be burglary. Third charge will be criminal mischief. So, we'll go over the the the second and third since we've gone over battery a few times. But the questions are for the defense to challenge. Did the defendant unlawfully enter or remain inside the residence? Did she have permission or a reasonable belief that she was allowed inside? Did she enter with the intent to commit a crime? And then the other one for let me get the name again. I think it's criminal mischief. Yeah, criminal mischief. Did she intentionally damage the alleged victim's property? Is there sufficient evidence that the defendant caused the property damage? Was the damage accidental rather than intentional? So, let's look. And this is the last one, which I think my timing is pretty good. Yeah, we're at 3 hours already. Yep. Okay, last one, y'all. Obsessed ex-girlfriend throws bottle at boyfriend, gets instant karma. And we did end at 100% for the prior uh body cam video. >> Hello. What's going on? What? Hey. Hey, what's going on? What the in front of the police? What the in front of the police? >> Go by the tree. >> Hey, who's she to you? >> Nothing. >> Well, who was she? >> No, the ex. She's the ex. >> On January 3rd, 2024, an officer from the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a call reporting a recent burglary at a residence. Upon arrival, the officer was met with a distraught woman chasing her ex-boyfriend and screaming loudly enough to wake the entire neighborhood. >> Hello. What's going on? What? Hey. Hey. What's going on? >> First of all, she broke my host. >> Can you Can you hold over there by that? >> Ace said instant one. One is guilty. If you you have to type just the number in case you're coming in later. But the poll question is if you were a juror, what's your verdict? You can change your answer as the video plays. One is guilty. Two is not guilty of the charges. Three is not enough evidence. And Ace said instant one. [laughter] >> Hey, can you go by that tree so I can talk to >> you? But you I'm not going to listen to you. You want to be innocent. You want to be innocent. >> Hey, can can you go by that tree? >> I want to be innocent. >> What the Can I show you this? >> Go by the tree. Hey, I I'm trying to >> I should have showed my ass is what I should have. >> Hey, can you can we go in my house? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> Well, I I don't want her to go anywhere cuz I'm not I'm not sure what's going on here. >> I'll show you. >> I'm not showing what's going on here. >> Just go by the tree, man. Please. >> Oh, no. You need to get a >> You want to be a You want a victim? >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Relax. >> This is why. >> Relax. Hey. Go. This is why. >> Go by the tree. >> This is why. I don't care. I will whoop your ass in front of the police. I will whoop your ass in front of the police. >> Go by the tree. >> The the second highest comment under this video was that they said they said the the comment said the cop was weak. He should have immediately arrested her as soon as he saw her. hit him with that bottle and but he let it go on for a long time. So that's what the second most top comment said. The top comment was something that it didn't feel like enough to bring to y'all. So I don't remember but that was the second most uh popular comment. >> No, go by the listen. Hey, >> if you don't start listening to instructions, you're going to go in handcuffs in the back of my car. Go by the tree. I'm trying to be nice to you. Okay. >> Say to come by the tree. I want to look at that. >> You go by the Well, you're not going to do that. Go by the tree. The woman, 22-year-old Akiva Reic, had just entered her ex-boyfriend's house and was reported by a witness. Her angry and confrontational demeanor toward the officer quickly complicated the investigation. Unfortunately for the responding officer, her hostile behavior was far from over. >> Who is she to you? >> Nothing. >> Well, who was she? >> No, the ex. She's the ex. Does she live here? >> No, she don't. My girl lives here. >> But I was She needs to go home. >> She needs to go home. She needs >> to go home. I see that right there. >> She needs to go home. >> How long were you guys together? >> She's been trying to make up for what she didn't do when she was listen. >> So, y'all know I think he's toxic, too. But she did the criminal part, so she got to go. She got to go >> to make up for what she didn't do for when we was together. >> We was never together. >> We never together. >> So, why you doing? You go over there. >> How many times I got to tell you? >> That's why you burning, [ __ ] >> What? What? What? What? >> Don't that mean you is too if that's the case? >> Hey, both of you need to stop. Hey, can both of you stop right now? Okay. I'm trying to figure out what's going on here. >> All right, sir. >> I'm going to be respectful now. >> Okay. Thank you. All right. Look, you're not going to be a victim. >> First of all, she literally told me she called me a couple times. I can show you on my phone. >> Her number's right there. She literally told me she was coming to my house. She has my camera. I can show you on the footage of my the person who lives with me. He has the app on his phone. >> She picked the camera up so you can come in here and show. >> Yeah. Come on, >> ma'am. You're doing too much right now. Can you just Can you just stay by the tree on fire? >> Well, let's not talk that way. >> Oh, she said he's burning like a STD STI. Yeah. If you not burning, you lucky because from what it sounds like, you don't mind sharing a little bit because he's she's saying does she know or or now she knows you cheated on her and you invited me over here knowing you had a girlfriend. So, you knew you was involved with multiple people. So, if if he is burning, there's a chance the burn is coming for you eventually as well. >> Wait, go by the tree, please. >> I should have said >> I told you you can do anything. I go to jail if I drive. >> I told you to do it. >> Yes, you will. >> So, don't go anywhere. Okay. >> Less before you came, right? >> I mean, >> you already did a bunch of crazy stuff, it seems. >> Well, you threw some sprite on him. >> That's all you seen, though. >> Well, I'm sure he has a lot more on video. >> Girlfriend did that when she found out about me. >> Well, I'm sure he has more on his video camera. He's trying to show me. >> Huh? >> I don't care what you got. >> Oh, wrong. >> Y'all know that man, officer, if you Okay, >> listen. It's only me and I'm trying to keep eyes on you and listen to him. Okay. I can't I can't really do both with both of you like going back and forth with each other right now. >> I'm done. I'm done. Okay. So, officer, if Okay, so if you was if you had a girlfriend, >> you kept telling me you would had a girlfriend and I got him. >> Well, listen. This is between you and him. >> It has nothing to do with me. >> I am listening. I already I already pretty much understand what's going on here. >> You You thought you're with him or had something going with him. >> Can I give my words to him? Can you give what? >> My ones. >> Your ones? >> I want to fight him >> to him. >> Yeah, I want to fight him. >> Well, you can't fight him now. >> Don't fight him before you came. >> Well, don't fight anybody. That's not a good idea. >> At this point, Reic made it clear that the investigation would not proceed smoothly if it were up to her. Her immature and disruptive behavior only escalated the situation. She showed little respect for the officer, repeatedly shouting over him and behaving as though she were the one in charge at the scene. >> Well, you can't go anywhere right now. >> All right. So, um, what time at night is this? This is 10:20 p.m. at night. U, thank you for the super chat, my joy, my peace. Was he cheating at his lady house with her? I think he's cheating at his own house on her. Oh, wait. Oh, I see what you're saying. Is he staying with the girl that he claims is his girlfriend, but invited her over to You know what? I don't know now. So, yeah, somebody let me know cuz that's a good question. It's just more dirt baggage for sure. now. Sir, I >> I can't I can't leave her. >> Okay. While she's while she's a suspect in something and come talk to you inside the house. >> Stay over here. Stay over here. Ma'am, >> if you leave, you're going to have a problem. Come back over here. Come. Ma'am, listen to me. Okay. You need to start listening. See, you're not listening. Neither of you are actually listening, honestly, to to be honest with you. Okay? cuz you both want to get the last word in on each other. >> No, we don't need backup. >> They're already coming. I'm just I'm just [laughter] >> because neither of you are listening. Okay. >> And you might try to leave while I'm trying to talk to him and figure out what's going on here. >> Keys on me at all. >> Well, the keys are in the car. >> Okay. Well, can I like can we do like a So, you know what? I ain't going to leave. I promise you I ain't going to leave. >> Your promises don't I never met you before. >> Okay. Okay. So, we can't link arms. >> No, we can't link arms. I don't know what's going on here. >> I think he Okay, maybe he's just now about to do it, but I I was going to say I thought he already called for backup cuz I know a female cop's going to show up soon. >> Headquarters. How far out is the nearest >> You got You got to go. >> You got >> Oh lord. Oh lord. Oh lord. Ah. Um, Omar said no, he's at his house because he said his roommate has the video footage. Thank you. >> Okay, I'm just trying to sort this out, but I can't keep eyes on both of them. They yelling at each other and I still look better than her without my hair done and her hair was done. >> What's going >> I've been nice to you and respectful, okay? But you're not listening to me. You keep shouting at him. Okay. When my partner gets here, you can give him your side of the story and I'll go talk to him and hear his side of the story. Okay. >> Dang. I didn't get to hear the context of Link Arms, y'all. Dang it. Cuz I know earlier she said she wanted to get her ones context clues. She wanted to fight him. Have a chance to fight him real quick. Did not catch Link arms though. >> Okay. >> But but both of you need to start >> your >> relaxing. Especially you. You need to relax the most >> cuz he after he tried me. >> Well, you're like an eight out of like a 10. You need to You need to come down to like a three is what you need to do is come down to a three. I understand you're mad. I get that. But we can't be wild and out in the streets when the police are rolling up. >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. >> Can we get a female officer? She going She going to believe what I'm saying. >> Well, from >> No, she won't. No, she will not. >> The sounds of it, it sounds like you two had something going on that he got a girlfriend. You don't like that, so you came over here. But he lied about it. I don't like >> Why you lied about that girl? >> Well, he can, I guess, if he wants to. >> I know y'all said she needs to touch Well, y'all said hug a tree. Touch a tree. And I'm also thinking about touching grass. None of this working, y'all, cuz she's definitely touching that tree right now. [laughter] >> I'm not saying it's right, but there's lots of people that lie every day. >> You real? >> I'm just I'm just >> Hey, you ain't that little piece. >> I'm just telling you. >> Oh, look. See, there's a female deputy right there. >> There we go. >> There you go. See, your request has been fulfilled. >> You know, she she might arrest me. She looking mean. >> Uh, can you just get her side of the story? What's going on here? >> And I'm going to go inside and talk to him. Okay. >> As soon as reinforcements arrived, the officer was finally free to speak with the man. It was then that the full extent of the woman's anger and the damage it left behind inside the house began to unfold. >> All right, now I'm here. All right, I can come in, right? >> All right, y'all see the damage. Um, let me move Let me move this real fast. Y'all see kind of things been thrown around. I'm sure something expensive might have been broken. But who said I could Okay, Omar said I couldn't have been the neighbor. Omar, I couldn't have been the roommate. I'm fighting somebody. Most likely him cuz why you call this girl over? Why? Why is Why is my stuff at risk? Cuz you want to be uh messy. But I'm I'm probably going to fight my roommate. >> Yeah. Okay. >> No. Yeah. No, you good. I just I don't >> So So explain to me what's going on here cuz this is a lot of stuff going on. >> Okay, let me take you back. All right, let me get off the phone with you. >> Okay, >> move these out the way. >> No, you got it. >> All right, so what's going on? >> So first of all, we were dating way back like a year ago, I want to say. >> Okay, >> it didn't work out. I thought she said or whatever. >> She came to me. She was like, "Oh, I'm going to make it up to you this and that." I literally told her, "Yes, but you will be an option. I will not put you first." >> Okay. And how long ago was that? >> This was I want to say two months ago. >> Okay. So you guys dated a year ago. Then two months ago you kind of Hey, >> maybe we'll hang out, maybe we won't. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So boom. You know, so I literally told you that. So you should have respected that. >> I left my key under my map for my mom to get in to bring my dog. >> But she knows the keys there. >> Okay. >> She came to my house. >> She took the camera. I don't know where the camera is. >> There was an outside camera. >> Yes. I wait for my friend to get back. He has the app on his phone and then I literally have footage of her. >> Okay, before he talks about his footage, um, who was it? Gwen, no. Teresa said, "Is this Fort Myers, Florida?" Let me tell you what, Teresa. I don't I didn't I either didn't get to see their badge clearly. I missed it. I couldn't see their vehicle or something. cuz usually I if they don't say it in a description box or um the narrator doesn't say it, I usually try to look for the the sleeves or the marking on the car. And I I don't know if I missed it or just didn't see it. But I put Georgia just so I could get some kind some kind of statute for her charges cuz I'm like this looks like Georgia. That's what I put in my notes. So and or sounds like Georgia. So but it could it could be Fort Myers, Florida for all I know. So yeah, I think I put this could be George, but I don't know where they at. [laughter] >> Camera. >> Yes, I have to wait for my friend to get back. He has the app on his phone. And then I literally have footage of her trashing my house and it was already trashed before I even >> How did she get in here then? >> The key was under the map. Remember? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Well, what I'm saying is she didn't know the She didn't know on camera with her like >> Oh, she just happened to like look and saw a key. Okay. Oh, okay. I got you. So then she K has has she ever lived here? >> No. Do you guys have a kid or? >> No, we have no children. She's never there. She has been here. I can say >> she has been here. Okay. When was the last time she stayed the night here? >> I I'm going to say two weeks ago. >> Okay. But it's only like a night here and there. She doesn't like consistently like sleep here. >> Okay. >> Upon entering the house, the officer encountered items and trash scattered throughout the residence. A clear sign of what had taken place that night. According to the victim, Reic had gained entry using a key she found and then left the house in complete disarray. >> What is She threw the pork sausages or something. >> Yeah, she trashed my whole house. And I She did this one time, but I let it go. >> What's that stuff right there? >> I don't know what she trashed. Everything is just trash. >> You mind if I walk around? >> Yes, >> I can walk around. That's cool. >> Yes. >> Oh, boy. Look at that. >> Huh? >> Did you invite her over there? >> No, I did not. >> So, when you got home, was she already in here >> or were you in here and she came in? >> She was out and she literally said, "I'm coming to your house." I said, "Please don't come to my house." I seen her grab the camera to your phone. >> Do you have video of her in here like on your phone? Okay. Can I see that? I should have recorded the first time the situation happened. >> Sorry. I'll pause and get my head out the way so y'all can kind of see what he's seeing on the phone. So, hold on one second. Let's see. Go back a little bit. All right. Should have recorded the first time this situation happened, but I don't do you. You want to press charges for any of us? I She literally is that camera? >> Yes. >> You literally say she said we was never together. So you have no right to even go this far. You was never together. And I also told you that you were option. You have no right to go this after I told you. >> With the video evidence in hand, the officer was able to see the full extent of the woman's behavior. Following ongoing arguments related to their troubled relationship, she sought revenge by unlawfully entering the man's home and deliberately causing disorder, disrupting everything in sight, and even throwing pork meat onto the couch. Unfortunately, the officer would not accept her side of the story. >> Was your girlfriend here or the girl that you're seeing now or was she somewhere somewhere else? >> Okay. So, but so your girlfriend wasn't here at all. She ruined the couch. >> Where does she live? >> Um, [clears throat and cough] hold on. I can look in the messages. >> Does she live in Lehi or like somewhere else? >> She lives in Lehi. >> Okay, >> I got you. We went through this the first time. She damaged a couple of my clothes and stuff, but um I was I'm on for a bit. I don't even supposed to be in contact with the law enforcement. My little slide the first time. Now here we are. And >> well, I mean, you're not in trouble from the sounds of it. Um >> I I got you. It's a It's It's nerve-wracking when you're on probation. I get you. >> Seems like she broke like whatever this is. >> I don't even know what this is. Well, she broke that. Um, whatever that was. Because it wasn't like that before, right? I'm assuming you don't have shattered glass in your house. >> Whatever that is. >> Oh, boy. >> Was it too somewhere? >> I guess your couch is kind of >> Well, the the pickle juice is not going to be helpful to your couch. >> Okay. All right. Um Okay. Let me let me call my sergeant. >> Yes, sir. Okay. And then we'll go from there. Okay. >> In the end, Reic was arrested for battery, burglary, and criminal mischief. >> The ones are coming through. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. This y'all, we actually had unanimous majority of the time. More than maybe. Well, I don't know. I kind of did look at these ahead of time. So, I I was actually probably going to be surprised if we needed to discuss more on some of these, but yeah, the ones is where I was going with most of these two. understand on some of these of need to see more. Yep. Okay. Let me see here. So, we're going to go over what prosecutors generally must prove for her charges. I also want to say this. Um I plan on trying to be back this evening with the trigger warning type body cams or interrogations, whichever one we're watching. I don't even know which uh topic it would be yet. But if you also like the more serious ones, uh check check on me in the evening, late afternoon time. The best way is you can join my Patreon for free because I do send out live alerts that way and there's no cost. If you're already a member, I send out live alerts to members as well. I would love to send a live alert just on YouTube to the general public, but it won't make it to you. It purposely does not make it to you. So, that's why it's on members only. It's not a secret. It's just at least I can catch somebody versus it not sending it to anybody because YouTube sucks. You can have notify me button on all and it doesn't care. I I'm gonna [clears throat] screenshot it one day. They Okay, let's say a few hundred people watch this. The live alert goes out to 40 people on purpose. Even if all few hundred actually ask for the alert, doesn't matter. You just have to catch me on your browse screen and stuff like that. It's stupid. Um, but all right. So, what prosecutors must prove for battery? Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally caused substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another person. And this is based on the state of Georgia because I didn't know where they were. The [clears throat] next charge is burglary. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant entered or remained within a dwelling without authority and the defendant intended to commit a felony or theft therein. Oh, I didn't do possible sentencing. The first one for battery is if it was Georgia. excuse me, is up to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, and or a fine of up to $1,000 for the burglary, possible sentencing, generally one to 20 years in prison, depending on the circumstances and prior convictions, and her last charge was criminal mischief. Um, and it says prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally damaged the property of another person and the damage occurred without the owner's consent. varies from a misdemeanor to a felony depending on the primarily depending primarily on the amount of damage and the applicable subsection. All right, the trigger warning or uh yeah, trigger warning type uh body cams for this evening. It could be horrible monster parents. It could be uh hidden runs that end fatally, DUIs that end fatally. It's going to be something where somebody's not going to make it in most of the videos. So yeah, trigger warning for the evening times. Um, no boyfriend is worth that. I agree. The girl accepted the choice he gave her. Yeah, it doesn't. You just have to see me. It's I hate it. I hate it. But here we are. She's mad about the girl getting her hair done. Oh my god. Candace, you're one of the few. This is a secret. Okay, let make sure I don't have any other announcements for y'all before you go. We um [sighs and gasps] Oh gosh, I feel like there was something else and I should have written it down when I was thinking about it, but I did tell you at least come see me this evening. As long as nothing happens, I plan on being being here for those. Oh, that's what I was going to say. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I typed it and I don't know if I said it, but again, I want to thank the chat every time. Y'all do help set a tone. You do set an impression that makes people feel safe to kind of poke their head out a little bit. So, I appreciate that. And even if uh they don't poke their head on the chat, it's still like a lot of people if they don't like confrontational chats, they still won't even watch from the bushes. A lot of times they'll just pick another channel unless they like that. If they like that, then they'll stay. But yeah, so believe me, I appreciate it. I can tell. And it keeps multiplying to the same type of vibe. So I appreciate that, too. Uh let me see. All right, but I think that's it. So I'll see y'all later. And always always I appreciate you. All right.
