BECAUSE POLICE OFFICERS FOLLOW ME IN EVERY CITY WHERE I GO BEING TERRORIZED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT. AND THERE'S ANOTHER ONE. I'M BEING TERRORIZED. IT DOESN'T TAKE THREE OF YOU TO DO YOUR JOB. I'm supposed to be able to walk peacefully on THE SIDEWALK WITHOUT BEING HARASSED BY YOU'RE INTERRUPTING ME. HOW RUDE. RIGHT. >> Do you go home and have sex with your wife and call yourself a man at the end of the day cuz you innocent man on the sidewalk? You are terrorist. You are terrorist. You're both terrorist. I'm walking on a peaceful passage. This is a PEACEFUL PASSAGE. I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO WALK PEACEFULLY on this passage. >> Police located Thomas walking nearby and approached him on the sidewalk to find out what had happened. >> You're supposed TO ADDRESS CRIMES. THERE'S CRIMES HAPPENING IN EVERY CORPORATE building in this country. And you can't go address one corporate CEO, but you can harass and terrorize THE MAN WHO'S HOMELESS FROM THE SIDE OF THE STREET WHO terrorized and exploited by these corporate criminals doing your job. YOU'RE A TERRORIST. >> Are we going to have a massing charge? >> You are a terrorist. A DISGRACE TO YOUR COUNTRY. YOU HAVE NO HONOR. DON'T MENTION YOUR NAME. YOU'RE AN HONORLESS NAME. DO NOT MENTION YOUR NAME TO ME. YOU ARE AN HONORLESS NAME. THE UNITED Kingdom in your nut my nuts in your face. So, the reason we're here today is for the incident that happened over at Clipside. Did you know the family over there? >> No. >> No, that's not what they're saying. So, >> well, they're liars. >> The officers over there talking to them right now. So, I'm trying to get your side of what happened. >> No, they were liars. I I haven't talked to any family over there at Flip Side. >> Yell at anybody? >> No. >> I have a I have a very vivid memory of my day and I did not yell at the point. He does feel that he's in danger if he comes back then he could harm him or his family. He would like to sign a medicine charge. >> I'm already you have no right to tell me to leave this city, but I'm going to go ahead and tell you I am leaving this city. >> Want to do that on a physical arrest or summon? >> You're aware of it. you are terrible. >> Another officer spoke with the husband and witness gathering more information about what had happened. >> So, we uh my wife and I came in. We were seated out here. He was sitting at the very very end. Um it didn't appear he was being served or anything. He was just sitting there and just kind of hanging out. >> Yeah. >> Um and as we sat down, I had to get on my phone and text the client. >> Um and at that time, I didn't hear him cuz I was focused on texting, you know, my client. >> And my wife said, "Do you hear that?" I I look up and what? And then he's he's walking this way along the sidewalk and he's yelling at Cities and he's like I'm going to break >> just like just at random. You never even >> never never said a word to him. Never I I I looked in his channel direction when we got here and that was it. Um and he was fine when we sat down and then it was just apparently me being on my phone with my family triggered him in some way. Um and then I started to look up. I said, "Hey, so what's the issue here?" >> All right. ju just try to explain real quick. >> Yeah. >> Give give me one second. I'm trying to get it here. >> Yeah. So, um I I looked up. Don't like and just was cursing crazy." >> Yeah. >> All right. Just give me one second. Let me head over there real quick. Okay. One copy. >> I copy. Unprovoked verbal threats. The family was sitting here. Wife and child. They looked up. He started cursing at him. Made threats of breaking his jaw. Unprovoked. That's what I have. >> Okay. >> Are we going to have a charge? Do do you want do you want to sign a menacing charge against him or do you want to >> It sounds like there's mental health going on. >> Yeah. >> Um there if you don't want to sign charges, I think they're going to try to just get him out of the area and just let him be because he's it sounds like he's like going crazy. >> Well, and I guess that's my question is he's just going to come back into the area because I I don't want him, you know, obviously there's families here and stuff like I don't want him coming. >> I mean, do you feel do you feel like your safety is in danger? Yeah, I I honestly do like I felt like he could have attacked me at any time with my family here and I I don't know. Like so I >> Okay. Would you would you like to sign a medicine charge? >> Yeah, I can sign that. Yeah. [clears throat] >> Uh the complaintant advised he does feel that he's in danger if he comes back that he could harm him or his family. >> After gathering enough information, officers arrested Thomas, but he continued insisting that he had done nothing wrong. >> I didn't threaten anybody. I have important information in that bag. I can't lose my information. You have to let me go. I haven't done anything wrong. >> I'm just defending myself. He was terrorized. I I was terrorized. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> I mean, he has one arrest. You don't know why arrest I haven't done anything wrong. >> Yeah. Get the handcuffs off me, dude. >> Tell me to get the handcuffs off me. >> Do we need Do you have any medical? >> I'm going to after this one. I won't press charges on you. >> I am. Get your hands off me. Are you any kind of medicine or anything or any kind OF ILLNESS? >> I'M DEFENDING MYSELF ON THIS. I WAS JUST ATTACKED BY FIVE psychiatric illness. What are you? A freemason of fraud? Is that what you call yourself? >> You're under arrest >> for what? >> Aggravated medicine. >> Medicine. I didn't pat him down. >> I got him. I got >> I was terrorized. >> Do you know who I am? >> Uh, were you in the military? >> You know who I am? >> Were you in the military? >> Yes, I'm in the military. Were you in the army? I'm in the military right now cuz you all are terrorists. >> We're in the army. >> I'm serious. >> I am in the military RIGHT NOW. YOU ALL ARE TERRORIZING ME. I want all my stuff back. You can't just say you left it out on the street. People steal my stuff from me. >> My name's Mark. I'm going to give that stuff back to you. How's that sound? >> Thank you. Thank you. What's your first name? >> Christian. >> Christian. Thank you so much. So, look, here's the deal. All right. We just got to do a little bit of paperwork. Okay. And then we're going to let you go. >> Even while at the station, he continued to tell a convoluted story in an effort to confuse the officer. >> Name? >> Christian Isaiah Thomas, born in Charleston, West Virginia. I can give you a bliss to my family members of like five or six generations we've been in this country. And I'm being treated like blessing an unregistered alien who's running around getting away with prostitution and crack cocaine and everything else. I mean, you want to talk about making arrest on people, those are the people who should be arrested. They're running around with tons of money because they're doing prostitution and drugs, calling themselves Freemasons. They're not Freemason. >> So, do you think um this isn't coming up because I'm logged in the car? I know that's an issue sometimes, but it shows Richfield here >> was out with them. I said they said I'm a special force military veteran right now. >> I'd give that to dispatch practitioner. Everything I told you. >> Yeah. >> Everything I told you should be enough for you to be convinced I'm special forces of the military and I should >> Why thank you for your service >> cuz right now it is a war on terrorist unregistered aliens in our country. My actions right now are considering special forces. You're going to have to contact Nick Kirby of the West Virginia Military National Guard and Sergeant Blair. >> Hey, it's Kelly. I have a social for you to run when you're ready. >> And FBI investigator. >> Uh, yes. Okay. It um he said it he says he's uh got a West Virginia license. Um I'm not getting anything back, but I I saw it shows here Richfield was out with him on the 14th. Um, that's probably what you're seeing, but I'm not getting anything else back. All right. Thank you. So, yeah. Um, I'm not saying that's not you, but like I said again, if we can't 100% positively say that's you, um, then you'll have to go to jail today on on John Doe. And >> that's me. I've had the same social security card my whole life and the police department in Huntington stole it from me. I mean, that's a crime, but I registered with the military of West Virginia and I guess they put me in special forces. I'm an accountant, a business person, a private investigator for the CIA and the FBI. That's my social security number and that's my driver's license number, Christian Isaiah Thomas. I was born I know both my parents. I know five or six generations of my family and I've lived in this country my whole life and there's unregistered aliens and violent criminals out there on the street. So, they took my home away from me and I've been living on the street fighting crime and and unfortunately law enforcement because law enforcement is not listening to me when I tell them how to correctly do their job. I mean, it's a man who should >> Christian Thomas was charged with aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, and transported to Seoul in jail to await a video arraignment. While one suspect faces aggravated menacing charges after a breakfast threat, an 18-year-old driver is stopped for racing at twice the speed limit under the influence of >> On December 7th, 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling above the posted speed limit. And where are you coming from? >> I'm just waiting right22 back. >> This one's expired. Do you have a new one? I just get >> your address. Is this it? Were you smoking before you started driving? >> No, I smoked before I went to the gym. >> Okay. Yeah. When you put the windows down, there was still smoke coming out of the car. This one's expired, too. So, before you went in the gym, you were smoking. >> Yeah. >> How long ago was that? >> 6:30. >> 6:30. Yeah. that stay all that smoke stayed in here the whole time. >> Yeah. All right. All right. Do me a favor. Just come out here. I'm going to come around. Make sure you don't get hit. When I come around to your side, you're going to get out. We're going to come over on the sidewalk. I'm just going to make sure you're okay. All right. You're good. Come on. I'm just going to shut this. Okay. >> Okay. [screaming] >> Just come stand right here. I'm just going to turn my lights off real quick. I don't want to burn your eyes. The officer approached the woman to assess her situation and proceeded with the field sobriety test. >> They get like irritis or anything like that, right? >> Okay. Which is that in this one? >> That one. >> Just sit with your feet together for me. Keep your arms under your side. All right. See the tip of my pen right up here. Just follow that with your eyes and eyes only. Okay. Keep your head still. Just your eyes. just following her back. Good job. All right, so I'm going to have you do next. Do you have any problems with your legs at all? No, but I just use them at the gym. So, >> you just do like that. All right. So, whatever you do, you stand with your right foot in front of your left heel to toe. Just like this. How I'm standing and I'm going to give you instructions. Okay? Just stay like that. When I tell you the beginning, you take nine heel to toe steps like this. One, two, three. Upon your ninth heel to toe step, you're going to turn just like that. And you're going to take nine heel toe steps back. One, two, three. You understand? So, nine up, turn, and then nine back. Okay? Count your step out loud. All right? 1 2 3. >> Yep. And then nine back. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6. >> Good. All right. Turn. Face me. Your feet together. Arms down to your side. When you tell to begin, you're gonna lift whatever leg you feel most comfortable with off the ground about the height of a soda can like this. Looking down at the race foot, you're going to count out loud. 1 1000 2 100 through 10,000. So, I tell you to stop. All right. It's 30 seconds. Anytime you feel you're going to lose your balance, if you put your foot down, just pick it up and carry on where you left off. You don't have to start all over. Okay. You understand? All right. Be good when you're ready. Okay. >> Is that good? >> Yep. That's fine. >> Sorry. That's You're good. >> These shoes are weird. >> If you want to take them off, you can. 100,000 2,000 300 1,000 1,000 500,000 600,000 7,000 8,000 9,000 >> Yeah, keep looking at your foot. You're just going to stand again, feet together, >> arms at your side. What I'm going to have you do, you're going to let me show you what to do first before you do it. Okay, you're going to you close your eyes and just tilt your head back and then in your head just silently to yourself, I want you to estimate 30 seconds. When you get to 30 seconds, just open your eyes back up. Understand? Okay. So, whenever you're ready, >> you're going to just your head just like this. >> Okay. All right. You're just going to stand there in your head. You're just going to count to yourself. When you get to when you feel like 30 seconds has elapsed, you open your eyes back up. Okay? All right. Okay. >> The officer clarified that although several citations were being issued, the final outcome would be decided in court. I got to read you a questionnaire. So before I do that, because you're technically in custody, I got to read you the rights here. All right? >> So I'll read them to you. You can read them after. And then when you're done, you just put your initials on each line. It's not admission to guilt or anything like that. All it's saying is I read you this >> and the answer. That's all it is. Okay? When I read you the questionnaire, if you're like, Matt, I don't want to answer. Okay. Thank you. >> [snorts] [cough] >> You said you worked at Alicia's. >> Yeah. All right. >> Uh, are you taking medicine? >> Yeah. >> Uh, what medicine are you taking? >> Planel. >> How do you spell that? >> I don't know. >> What's it called? >> Placinel. >> How often you take that? >> Every day. >> Every day. So, today you took it? Yeah. >> What time you did you take it? Morning. >> I don't think I took it yesterday. >> You don't think you took it today? >> But >> what time do you usually take it though? >> Like night time. >> Like 8:00. >> Yeah. You are you are close. That was close. >> Thank you. All right. Do you have diabetes? >> No. >> You taking insulin? >> No. >> Are you injured? >> No. [snorts] >> And no alcoholic drinks tonight? >> No. >> [snorts] >> like the unknown. [cough] [clears throat] [snorts] >> [snorts] >> All right. So, this is this is what happens now. Okay. We'll put this stuff license and stuff back here. Um, so you just get traffic ticket. Okay. Tickets. And I'll explain that in a second, too. It's going to sound like a lot, but when you come to court, you're going to found guilty of one of them or none of them at all. Okay? So, I'm going to read it to you. You're going to be like, "Wow, this guy's a [ __ ] jerk off." Like, I can't believe you all these tickets. But it's just Well, I'm telling you, when you come to court, it's just one or none of them at all. They just merge them all together. Okay? It's just for the case. Okay? Um, so you'll have a court date. The court date is a preliminary hearing and you'll just that means you'll go in front of the judge. Judge will explain to you the rights and the fines you're facing. It'll give you time to go out if you want to apply for a public defender or if you have a lawyer of your own. Okay. And then that'll be set for like a trial date or or an actual hearing date. Okay. So, the court date is December or not December 13th, January 13th at 10 a.m. And that's in Vorhees. Okay. The the old Echelon Mall. I don't if you know town center there. The address is all up here at the top of the ticket. Okay. I'm going to read you the tickets. Okay. Again, don't think I'm a dick. It's just one or none at all. Okay. So, the first one is it's considered a DUI when you smoke marijuana and you drive. Okay, that just make sure the court dates are all the same because All right, so DUI and you have the open container, which is the the uh the pipe inside the car. Okay, [snorts] in the state of New Jersey with the DUI reckless driving. It's just automatic with the prosecutor. Prosecutor just has us did that. Okay. [snorts] And then they consuming the marijuana in the vehicle. All right. I know you said you did it before you went into the gym, but when I come up to the car and the smoke's coming out, it's hard to like, you know. Okay. [snorts] The next one is fail to maintain lane. So, you're coming at me on Bert Mill Road. I don't even know if you noticed it or not. You're like on the other side of WL lines coming. All right. And then the last one is the speeding. All right. That was the 52 and the 25. All right. Again, one or none at all. All right. So, there's six right here, but it's just one of these or none of them at all. Okay? So, don't don't get like freaked out. >> Do you have any questions for me? So >> you can ask away. You're not going to insult me. I'm not going to think you're I don't think you're being a dick or disrespectful. >> Just I'm not supposed to be here on the 13th. >> Okay. >> So if I can't make it >> Yep. completely fine. Good question. You call this number at the top, the court office. Just let them know you're not going to be around for the court date >> and they'll Yep. They'll reschedule for you. Okay. >> And then it just auto the computer puts it on there automatically. You used to be able to do it, but just let them know you're not going to be here. They'll either move it up for you or move it back. Where you going? You going somewhere good? >> Costa Rica. >> Okay. How long you going there for? >> A week. >> Nice. Good little vacation. [snorts] >> Um, any other questions? >> Where's my car? >> Your car? Your car's at Lynden Auto and that's in Lynen Wall. What'll happen tomorrow morning? Just come down here and you'll go when we walk out. I'll show you the window. the ladies up front. You tell them you're here to pick up your car. They'll give you a release form and then they'll show you. They'll give you the address where it's at. It's It's only a couple miles down the road. >> All right. You go there, give them the release form, and they'll give you you'll be able to get your car. Okay. They have the car keys for you. I took your >> house keys and everything off there, put them in there. >> All right. And you have your phone >> and I took there was like a medicine bottle in there. I made sure I grabbed that. Um pretty much anything I saw that I thought you would need. Okay. >> Um Does he need to come in here or >> is he Yeah. Is he here? He's going to walk up. He just has to sign a form for me saying he's taking you and then that's it. >> All right. [snorts] Is he here? >> Yeah. I don't He doesn't know where to go. >> Okay. I'll go up in the lobby and see if I can >> Okay. A lot of people don't know that you can't smoke in a car even though you know legalized everywhere. >> You can't smoke in a car at all. >> It's like drinking in a car. >> Same as that. >> It's cold outside. Yeah. >> I mean, yeah, you're sitting at your house smoking in the car. Are you going to get a DUI? I don't know why Washington might do that. I don't know. But yeah, driving is a little different. >> Yeah. Other states, you know, this this a criminal charge here. Like you said, it's just traffic tickets. [snorts] >> Your car all lit up when you stopped here or not? >> No, I >> saw the lights. You can't miss that thing. >> I broke them. >> I don't drive around at night with them on >> anyway, so I get pulled over. >> Oh, I've seen plenty of cars doing it. I was like like oh my god. >> Yeah. I don't know if you can even get a ticket for that. >> I'm not g. But there's probably something that says you can't do that. >> Yeah. Yeah, we told him I gave you six tickets already. He was like, "Sh, you gave her six tickets." He was like, "What the hell does she do?" I was like, "That was quick. I literally here you go." >> All right. All right. If you think of any questions or anything, just call us. Let us know >> and I'll walk you up here and I'll show you where the go. >> Leila Pearick was charged with DUI involving reckless driving, speeding, failure to maintain lane related vehicle violations. Introduce myself. >> So, we'd like to talk about what happened here. >> Okay. a lot of lot of questions. You you've got you've got all the answers. So that's why we're here to figure out what we can find out. Are you willing to provide a statement or >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. In all honesty, I mean, I think after this discussion, you'll find that the charter should be dropped and I should leave, but I want to, you know, lay this out cuz there's actually some good rationale to it. So, you know, I was basically I was planning on taking a flight and so I went to the airport and, you know, it's it's a public airport, you know, and so basically anyone's allowed in there. Now, as soon as I got in there, I was getting profiled as for racist, but you know, they were being racist towards me. Now, I don't, you know, I was so nice to the point that I'd offered the, you know, they was like, "Hey, you know what? I have some flowers." I dropped them there from Jolly Ranchers. I mean, it was just I was being beyond nice. But all of a sudden, these guys were just coming at me and I was like, "What the did I do?" You know, it's like nothing. And I mean, I'm at a public place and they're just just ripping me apart for trying to eat my Taco Johns as I'm waiting. And so basically I heard these kids crying outside you know sometimes I you know just I could just like hear it and I'm like you know and so I'm like obviously it had to come from this plane and these guys are like get here get the out of here you know I'm like what going on so all of a sudden the doors you know I can see them locking I mean before I was able to like walk out they were green but at that point I don't know what the date is today >> 1111 perfect so basically I'm hearing these kids crying and all this you know I'm trying to figure out what's going on cuz the only place I could be coming from is this plane that's out there with the do you know the hatch is down and so you know immediately I'm like what? And so these guys trying to kick me out of here, rush me out. And so I'm like all right, what the going on? I'm like and then all of a sudden it hits me. So I'm like what going on? I mean this isn't okay. And so basically they wouldn't let me through that door at this point. I'm afraid they're going to take off. So what do I do? I mean I take my truck. You bust down the fence. Not even that expensive. And you [ __ ] go out there and make sure. Now I could hear the kids crying in the back. I mean as far as I didn't make it to the back side of the plane, but I could hear that. I'm assuming the officers did later. And that's probably why we're having this discussion because I mean you could hear it throughout the crying and you know just the pain but like the reality so because that's where basically they sent out people you know trying to stop me from getting to the plane at that point cuz I knew I knew the kids were in there and that was the most important part of it but in truth I mean it just it it truly hurt me. I mean I'm smiling joking a little bit now but I mean that's just to get past the pain cuz I know that you guys saved him and that's the best part. I mean it really is. >> So I guess you did have a knife. You feel like a knife on your belt or whatever and >> Well, well, no, actually it was just a knife that I at this point during the, you know, the traffic the stuff driving there. When I got out of my vehicle, I grabbed a knife that was just in my truck. And that's why as soon as Adam and his guys got there, I threw them the knife just, you know, hey, Adam, this, you know, here's my weapon. You know, this is what I grabbed. You know, just cuz, you know, just to make sure that, you know, they understood that, you know, what nothing I wasn't armed. I wasn't traffickers. But I think, you know, they just still got confused because like I say, people confuse me and they just don't get that. Sometimes with that one headlight, I just spot like >> don't know how. Don't know how it happens. >> So at first you >> and I I'd love to keep going with you, but man, I got to get back to my truck. I've been in here. I didn't even finish eating my dinner yet. I just I want to get back to the American and have it. Can we Is there any chance? I'll even come in tomorrow if you want cuz I'm pretty sure I'll have to get my truck fixed a little bit after today and across. it's going to be easier to get it done in so I can come back tomorrow, chat with you guys. But overall, I just want to get back to my stuff, you know, grab it, uh, get a ride back. I'm assuming I mean, I can pay for a cab, but it'd be great if I can just get a ride there quick from you guys. One of the officers or something. I mean, even one of you guys would be cool. I'll sit in the back. I don't have any weapons. >> I'm almost done asking you questions while, >> you know, and sorry I'm and I and I'm just like I'm I have to finish tomorrow after I get out cuz at this point I still got to get back to my truck, you know, get dressed, get back to my truck. My knee hurts like hell. And then I got to get back to Veroa, which I mean is find in the dark cuz I can't use the sun to find it. And so basically I just want to get back get back to the American, you know, and just leave it as soon as possible down the road, but also just get back there and get into bed. And so I mean not that I don't mind laying on those pads he got there, but overall officers I want to say >> Cody was charged with attempted carjacking, attempted armed robbery, terrorist threats, resisting custody, and criminal damage to property. A highstakes jet takeover attempt fails spectacularly. Next, a store thief escalates by resisting arrest and assaulting a UPS driver. On September 3rd, 2025, officers responded to a store after employees reported a man attempting to leave without paying. >> Are you trying to steal something right in front of the cop? >> Oh, hell no. >> You have ID on you? Let's go outside for a second. >> I'm waiting over here. Let me see your ID, please. Yes, sir. How are you doing? Lean over here, man. You all right? >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm out with a freaking pain. Yeah. I'm not detained. >> All right. Give me a second. I don't have the footwork. Can you help me? Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Employees >> with employees. And then uh he had he had like a like an espresso Starbucks coffee thing that he was about to walk out with. Have you already see if they want him trespassing? >> Can I just say one thing about your good looks? >> Talk to the >> Yes. >> I am worried about getting trespassed. >> It's time for you to be quiet. >> I'm sorry to bring you all out to work today. I know there's much more crimes you can go me investigating or whatever. >> I didn't do nothing. >> I don't know why she's calling the cops. >> Probably because you're drunk >> and you probably weren't being very nice while being drunk. >> So, just don't be drunk is what you're saying. >> Well, you could be drunk, but you probably were rude and then you were about to walk out with >> merchandise. doesn't want that. I've been I already paid for all my >> No, you didn't pay for it. >> While escorting the man identified as Justin off the property, the officers soon encountered the same man again, prompting additional enforcement measures. >> All right. You're going to be documented and trespass from this location. If you come back on the property, you go to jail. >> No more no more boozers here. >> Yeah. Don't come back here to this. >> I'll have to send people here. You see that lightning strike between you two? >> No, you were too busy looking at me. >> Justin, get get up. >> Oh, sicky sick now. >> Come on. >> Don't me, man. Go do your thing. You know what's going on. >> You could write me a literature if you want later. Like this. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hey, maybe we should sue him for slippery conditions out here. Oh, that chicken away from Can I buy that? Can I buy that chicken a little? >> Go away. >> Buy that chicken. >> You are trespass from the property. Leave the property or you're going to go to jail, man. >> Uh, that's what she said. >> Can I get my beer from inside? >> Leave. Time to go, man. Get off the property. You come back and go to jail. I'll go by. >> Yeah. My walk is like, >> you ever count a beat in a second? You ever count the beat between a second? >> 5 seconds. >> How can you be this smash this early in the day?
