All right, mic check. Mic check. Um, hopefully YouTube Are you connecting? Okay. Yeah, YouTube is connected. All right, let me know if you can hear me. I took off echo cancellation and I added removed background noise. So, we'll see how this sounds now. I'm so tired of this these settings and things. Okay, so you saw the thumbnail. This is I said A, B, D, and Z celebrity body cam. So, they can be put in the category you wish to put them in. But, we're going to start with Sunny Host's son is the actual one that's getting a a charge, but of course, Sunny showed up to the scene. So, we're going to watch that one. And most of these were sent to me. I think I like scams and stuff more, but we did need a new type of compilation for this one. So, oh, I talk I pause and talk. We're gonna talk about the charges. That's one of my interests. So, just be prepared for that. If not, links are in the description box. And all right, let's Oh. Oh, nope. I'm almost skipping my pattern anyway. All right. So, Sunny Host's son is in New York. He is caught near train tracks. Apparently, New York is very, very strict about being around train tracks. They don't. There's like a zero tolerance policy type thing. So, but what I want you to watch for, he's basically charged with criminal trespass. And I want you to think like a juror. So, possible defenses could be, and just let me know what you think as we watch it. Although the railroad property had conspicuously posted no trespassing signs. Did the defendant actually see the signs or otherwise know that he was entering a designated no trespass railroad zone? Were the signs positioned and conspicuous enough under the circumstances that the prosecution can establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was aware his presence on the railroad property was unlawful despite his claim that he never saw them? Does the body cam footage, officer's observations, posted signs, defendant statements, and surrounding circumstances established that he knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in the designated railroad zone rather than entering the area without realizing that his presence there was prohibited. And before we start, I was I didn't know if I want to play this before or after or point this out, but I was on Reddit's NYC rail thread, and somebody was asking, "Are they really serious about um being around the railroad tracks in New York?" And this person said, and it's the most upvoted one. It said, "You will be arrested and prosecuted. They don't," what does it say? They don't f around with this. It's the same as exploring the runways at JFK or Lagoria. They don't take it lightly. It's not worth being on your criminal record forever to get some cool pics. Employers will see it on your record and friends and loved ones will easily find it online. You won't be able to travel to many countries and even if the case is dismissed, the arrest stays on your record forever. And there's some other troll accounts cuz it's I mean troll comments cuz it's Reddit and stuff, but that was the number one I guess agreed with because it was upvoted. And thank you for the super chat starting off this Sunday like this. Thank you Akuo. Hope you're having a happy Sunday as well. Now, let's look at Sunny's son and when Sunny shows up and all that stuff. >> Put your hands behind your back for a second. Hey, what's going on? >> Tell them your mother is a federal prosecutor. >> Are you Are you Are you arresting my son? >> Wait a minute. >> What happens to this? >> Well, you know, uh uh we have cameras everywhere. Normally, it's a misdemeanor charge. We're ding it down to a violation. Okay. I know you're upset. >> I'm a former federal prosecutor. He knows he's a Harvard grad. who teaches fourth grade geometry to kids. >> God bless. >> This is not a kid who's ever in trouble. >> Sorry. Are you guys running for me? I'm so sorry. >> Yeah. Put your hands behind your back for a second. >> Hey, what's going on? I'm on your hands. >> Yeah, I got you. Hey, Mom. I'm walking by a train station right now. This cop is putting handcuffs on me. I got you. My mom's a lawyer, by the way. >> That's okay. What's your name? >> What's your name, sir? >> I'm Brian. >> Brian. Is that your badge number? 2814? >> Yes. Yes. So, the reason we're stopping you, this is trespassing right here. >> Oh, I'm sorry. The the It was open over there. I was just walking on a run here. >> Where are you coming from? All the way over there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I Sorry. I just looked open for me, so I just walked in. >> So, this is considered trespassing. It's criminal trespass. >> The reason why it's such a big deal, people get hit by a train all the time. We want to prevent it, obviously. Can you please uh >> want me to hold it for you? >> Yeah. My mom the phone's at 2% FYI. Here you go. >> Okay. >> So, yeah. So, this trespassing a big deal. We don't want people to get hit by a train, which is why we came running over. Okay. >> Do you have any ID on you? >> Uh, yes. >> Okay. Do you Where is it? >> It's It's in my phone. Uh, if you take off the case, >> tell them your mother is a federal prosecutor. >> Yes. >> Hey, Mom. How are you? This is Officer Gomez. Your son's fine. Offic This This is a federal prosecutor. That's my son. He's a Harvard graduate. He's he's not a criminal. He has no criminal record, no criminal history. >> Yes. Yes. >> No, no, I understand that. The the issue is, like I told your son, is this is considered criminal trespassing. So besides being illegal, it's actually very dangerous for him to be around the railroad tracks, you know? I mean, we get people that get hit all the time. So we we make this a big issue because it's it's a serious thing. people get >> I I understand. Thank you for protecting him. >> No, no problem. No problem. Listen. Listen. You know, we just have to do our due diligence here. Okay. Your son is fine. I promise. Um you're on the line here. If we do have to hang up, I'll make sure that he gets to call you. So, don't worry. Okay. Everything's fine at this point. >> Can we call her on your phone if I if my phone dies? >> Absolutely. It's fine. >> Are you Are you Are you arresting my son >> at at this point? Listen, we're just going to do our due diligence. We're just going to check his background and that's all we're going to do for now. Okay. All right. We'll keep you informed of everything that goes on. All right. So, that's pretty much it. Um, he says, "Can you please keep me can you please keep me on the phone?" >> Absolutely. Yes, ma'am. So, as of right now, if you don't mind, I'm going to hang up because he says his ID is on the phone. I just want >> If you just take out my case, it's actually right in the case. >> Thank you. >> No problem. Mom, if I hang up on you, just give me one second. Hold on. >> Yes, right there. >> Sorry to have you guys here. Yeah, it's very like this is like a super busy train uh station and we don't need anyone getting hit by a train. Okay, that's the last thing we want anyone to do. Okay, I know this gate is open, >> but that's not that's still trespassing. Okay, this is Metro North property. All right, even if you're on the phone just, you know, taking trains are coming in and out of here all night long. And >> last thing I need for you to do is, you know, be distracted and walk on the tracks and get run over by a train. All right, >> understood. I have no idea. I was just trying to walk around, take a run. >> I got you. >> Yeah, totally understood. >> My mom's asking for you, actually. >> Hello, this is Officer Murray. >> Hi, >> Hi. >> Yes. >> He's a Harvard graduate. So, how do I do? Okay. So, I do like that a minority has someone to lean on to be like, "Oh, my mom's a Is it still low? Is my mic still really low?" I'm gonna let this play for a little bit and see if it's low to y'all. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Um >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> Yeah, he's uh we we have him detained on the track area. Um he was walking, you know, talking to you on the cell phone as we were on uh the track 2 platform at New Rochelle and we saw him walking towards us. Um this is a active railroad track with four live tracks and four um third rails active. So, we um initiated a subject stop on him to get him in custody so that you know he doesn't get hit by a train accidentally because we see it happen more often than not. Yes, it's we're waiting we're waiting for our sergeant to arrive and then um we're going to we're going to take it from there. >> Okay. >> All right. So, ah Lord. Okay. Now that I have a good pausing point, I want to say that I wish everyone had the privilege, which then it wouldn't be a privilege because everyone have access. I wish everyone had the privilege of being like, "My mom is a federal prosecutor. My dad is blank." I do wish that because then maybe it would be more fair in general in the justice system, right? But I still am annoyed because I don't I She says it like five times in this video. I'm a federal prosecutor. My son's a Harvard grad and I love all that for him. And and when you watch this, this is not that serious. She looks way more she well given the circumstances of the social climate and some things and our history and stuff. I'm pretty sure that's why she's just worried in general because there is an encounter with somebody, but it's this one isn't a horrible encounter. I guess I can say. Um, so it does get on my nerves that she keeps repeating it and it's that not everyone does have access to have somebody like that. So it's a little annoying. Um, but one thing I did stay focused on and I really tried to again research was is New York more strict on railroad trespassing than the average state because I'm like this is this seems like a a little excessive if you know he he was just taking a jog. He didn't mean to be over there if he couldn't be over there. Like if I take him for his word, he I'm taking him for his word that he's never jogged there before and already told, "Hey, you're trespassing. This is his actual first time and he doesn't know." Um he looks like he's in his 20s. They're not going to name his age cuz he's an adult and there's I don't think there's any reason to name his age, but I he look he's Harvard grad. He still is pretty young, but I don't know. He looks like he's in his mid to late 20s to me. um maybe even early 30s because I don't know if that was grad school he did anyway it don't you know he's a younger guy but I was really really harping on because I know y'all would be like but it's he was he wasn't doing much and he's like okay I'll get out the area so why are we still here some of y'all might be thinking that um besides the fact of if for instance like me the repetition of you should let him go because he's my son type stuff is not annoying and stuff like that. But so I'm going to keep letting it play, but I I I really did look into New York's railroad laws. And if you just came in, they do seem strict. They have like two or three programs connected to the statute and they're basically zero policy programs. So I'm like, okay, so it's not these individual cops. It's like New York is really because there's so many selfdeletions, accidental things. And then I don't know if he's already said it, but he he said when the trains are going and they think someone may jump in front of the tracks, they're still going to try try to stop suddenly because there are people trying to use the train to take themselves out and that endangers the passengers actually on the train. So I was like, "Okay, okay." And also since the Redditors of New York City said, "Yeah, no, it really is like that." So we'll keep going though. Okay. Thank y'all for letting me know you can hear me pretty well cuz I I don't want to fight Streamyard. I really don't. Gabriel, just to keep everything above board, I am going to write you what's called an appearance ticket where you do have to show up to court. All right. I'll explain all the details on why you have to show >> Let's get my mom on the phone. >> Of course. Yeah. Yeah. >> Hey, mom. >> Hey. Um, so he said that can I grab my phone? >> Absolutely. Go ahead. >> Um, and if the phone dies, can we call her? >> Absolutely. >> So, yeah, just tell her. >> Miss Officer Gomez. >> Hi, Officer Gomez. I'm about four minutes away. >> Okay, that's fine. So, I just wanted to give you the heads up. So, I am going to be writing your son uh what's called an appearance ticket. I'm sure you know what that is. Um I'll explain everything where he has to report all that stuff because it is criminal trespass where he was. Um it's normally >> charity. >> Hold on one second. Miss >> uh it's normally a misdemeanor. Obviously, we're cutting it down to the violation because he listen, he's uh there's nothing on his record. He's been very cooperative with us. Um but as of right now, we will have to issue him the appearance ticket. officer. Is that really necessary? This old kid that doesn't do anything. He's a Harvard graduate and a Yale researcher. He teaches geometry to >> I I understand that it absolutely is necessary, miss. >> No, we appreciate you being cool, man. It's just the MTAD takes that stuff very seriously. All right. That's like >> And when he said that that they take it so seriously, I'm like, are you taking it seriously or do they? And that's when my I was like, let me go look into it again. I won't repeat what I just said, but New York really does take it seriously. >> One of like the biggest things we take seriously is like trespassers and safety along the the track area and in between the gauge, which is where the train rides through, okay? Cuz it's like >> these trains are coming in at 40, 50 miles hour. They can't stop on a dime. >> They see a person. Sometimes they don't know if they're suicidal or whatever the case may be. Okay? And sometimes they they dump the train in an emergency just to make sure, you know, so that puts the safety of other people that are riding the train at risk. Okay. >> Why would you put something on his record like this? >> No. No. It's it's not it's not even it's not anything criminal. He just has to appear. I'm dumbing it down to a violation. That's all. >> That is a personal courtesy that the officer is extending when he because it it we'll we'll look at the breakdown of the charge, but initially encountering someone that's uh criminally trespassing on those near those railroads. It actually is something that can go on your criminal record if it goes I think it was a class B misdemeanor. So, this officer is actually doing a courtesy of bringing it down to a violation that is not going on your criminal record. And I'll read that more specifically when we get there. But I do want to point out that he said that because you know that's that's start that's that officer discretion type stuff. And I do want to point out this one he's going to bring it down. It's not going to grow go or start a criminal record for this Yale researcher that does not have a criminal record at this time. But I don't think Sunny is getting that. And um I think once he says to me once at this point he says, "Oh no, I'm dumbing it down to a violation noncriminal." I'm like, are did you hear him? Because I he they still have to at least do their job. Especially if New York's so much strict about it, there's zero tolerance about it. He's got to do his part to make sure he he's not getting in trouble for not addressing it at all. But I think because the son was mostly cool and then he even get um let Sunny stay on the phone, which we see a lot of cops, they'll hang up on the family real fast. They don't care like you distracting me. You can get your phone call when you get to the jail. So stuff like that maybe be like, "Sunny, can you actually please listen to what the cop is saying?" Because in this instance, they're not giving him a hard time in my opinion. Just on based on how it could be and what that charge really is, I'm like, they're not get they're not giving him specifically that hard of a time. >> All it is, so it's not a misdemeanor. It's just going back down. I'm writing him literally for the 140.05. It's a trespass violation. He would have to appear, which is inconvenience. I understand that. But with all due respect, I still have a job to do. And we have to deter people from being on the tracks because again >> I I understand but what I'm asking of you is once a pro once a judge gets this all he would have to do is pay a fine anyway there is a >> I understand that miss but I I have to do this it's part of my job. >> Okay. >> Is this necessary like >> Yes. What happens if you didn't do it? >> What happens like this? >> Well, you know, >> another thing is because either way, I believe he was just going to get a ticket and a notice to appear, which again, he was detained. He's not going to be arrested. Use your mom on the back end because they're really, they're not g, again, in my opinion, they're not giving him a hard time after understanding how strict New York is about this. They're not giving him a hard time. So, Why can't you continue to engage your mom who you're blessed to have that is or was a federal prosecutor on the back end? So when it goes to court, it's probably going to be fully dismissed. It's not going to most likely go anywhere. Even with the violation, most likely it's going to go when she does her little contacts or whatever she does, her networking, it's going to be gone. So I I need Sunny to have stopped in the sense of, you know, you're going to fight this and it's not going to stick. Most likely most things are not sticking for these um I'm going to say the nepo babies of the law. It's not even stick. So why are we doing all this extra? Just let's get this over with and you and just it'll be taken care of. >> We have cameras everywhere. If if we didn't see you, somebody would have called it over. >> Correct. >> You know, and >> there was too many trains coming in and out of there to not >> I hate to say it's like my partner said, our hands are tied. It is what it is. Listen, I I I really appreciate you being cool about this. you know, put your handcuffs and we do that for our safety reason. >> Hi, miss. How are you? >> I'm Officer Gomez. >> No, no problem. >> Most times they also won't let family in interested parties approach them while they're still doing their detainment and all that stuff. They don't usually let this happen. It's another courtesy. you know, >> I apologize for this, but you know, it's >> so like I explained to you, normally it's a misdemeanor charge. We're dumbing it down to a violation. Okay, I know you're upset. >> Um, we just do it as a deterrence because again, like I explained to you on on the phone, besides being illegal, which is far from the subject, it's dangerous. I mean, so that's pretty much it. Can he can you give him a warning? >> I cannot at this point. I have to reckon he's >> and like I said, >> it's usually a misdemeanor or gun down to a violation. So, he's literally getting hit by with the the 140.05. >> It's not going to go on his record. Not going toffect him. Nothing. It's not It's not going to be asked a bunch of questions like his license. Absolutely not. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, it's not it's not going to affect. No, I understand. This is my thing too and this is the the responsibility on New York is and the cop verbally points it out that there are conspicuous signs posted because you can't even it's it's definitely not going to stick if they don't have the proper signage posted. It has to be a certain size. I don't know if I think it might have been 11 by 11 or something. But it has to be exactly what the reg say in order for you to to then even be um considered to be criminally trespassing because if if the sign's not up, you don't know. So proper place, proper signage is what they verbally acknowledged. So I need her to just dial it back a little bit because signs are there. He not everybody's going to know, but that's the thing. That's just like if you drive in a certain state or area and let's say you've been used to being on I20 going 75 and all of a sudden speed goes down to 65 for their interstate or something. There's your either ticket or warning and stuff like that, but it does happen and you go on about your life. Like it's it's not it's a it's inconvenient, but it's not the most worst thing in the world. And I just need her to like, hey, they're not saying you look like a suspect we're looking for. you know, you you fit the description type thing. It's just he's trespassing. It's a very dangerous area. This has happened because this has already been historically happening that people are losing their lives and you know, traumatizing like Casey Star said, it's traumatizing for everybody involved. Like it can be when someone's done because of a train or the train conductor thought they were about to hit the person but maybe for once it stops in a you know stops on time which is going to be rare. It's it's it's almost I don't know. It's just not that bad to me of things I've seen. Um I just wish she listened like it's not even a criminal thing now. They're not even going to count it as criminal although it very much could have been. How are you? How are you? >> How you doing? >> This is my son. >> How you doing? >> You were walking along the tracks. >> Just on a run on a walk and gate was open. I was up. >> Ah, >> yeah. Sounds like >> on the phone with me >> actually. >> I'm a former federal prosecutor. He knows he's a Harvard grad who teaches fourth grade geometry to kids. God bless you. This is not a kid who's >> and being a federal prosecutor, she has so much pull. A lot of people wish they had that connection. So, let's, you know, but I know everybody pulls this card. That's why there's so many body cams of call my dad, call my mom, wait till you hear from blank. >> We're in trouble. >> It's an innocent mistake. I understand you. But yeah, what happens? It's not the end of the world. I got you. >> Okay. So, this is going to be your copy. Okay. So, basically, um, just have to show up. It's on a Friday, July 10th at 9:30 a.m. It's going to be to the New York uh, New Rashelle Criminal Court. It's going to be at 475 North A here in New Roelle. >> Um, not the end of the world, not the crime of the century. Okay? It's unfortunate. I get it. I know you're upset. I know your mom's upset. I'm not trying to be a ball buster here. I have adopted and that's all it is. Okay. I hope you don't take it personally. I really appreciate you being cooperative with us. All right. This is your ID. >> And that that's the encounter. Um that's it. I don't know what word they were beeping out earlier. I know they were able to say fourth grade. He teaches fourth graders geometry. Um but maybe there's like a gifted name for the school or something they don't want to just put on blast maybe. But I don't know what they would do. I don't think it was anything negative though. Um, she can't Oh my gosh, I wish I had have saved it. There was a judge and I wish they had have showed everything, but they teased me and that's why I didn't bring it to y'all, but there was a judge that literally did that. Well, she's former judge, so I don't know if she can or can't, but there was an acting sitting judge that was trying to basically she knew she was being dishonest. She came to represent her daughter and like it was like a traffic ticket or something. the other judge caught on that she was still a sitting judge and she had to then her bar was at or her license was at risk because you are willfully misrepresenting yourself. You can't actively represent family and I don't know if you can even represent anyone as you're also a sitting judge because one of the things is now you can intimidate the prosecutor. You you know what I mean? Like it's it's it's a power imbalance. But with her being a former sitting one, I do wonder. I don't know if she could or couldn't represent him, but she can give him she can get him representation. She could basically argue from the sidelines, like just set up whoever she's getting. She could even probably have connections to other prosecutors that are still in the area, you know, like she's a lot of things that she's going to have privilege to that others aren't. So, they'll work it out. They will work it out. But, let me show you what the cop could have done and what um what he actually ended up doing. But his the initial charge was criminal trespass in the third degree which is a class B misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant entered or remained on real property consisting of a right ofway or yard of a railroad or rapid transit railroad and the railroad property had been designated and conspicuously posted with signs designating the area as a no trespass railroad zone and the defendant knowingly entered or remained unlawfully. the knowingly is probably gonna save him on that element anyway because [clears throat] it really gives off he didn't know. I don't know if he's ever done it before, but it gave off he didn't know. But then it also says meaning the defendant was aware that he was entering or remaining on the railroad property without license or privilege to do so and in the violation of the no trespass designation. Possible sentencing. So, if it had stuck as a class B misdemeanor, it would have been punishable by up to three months in jail and a fine of up to $500 because a misdemeanor is classified as a crime under New York law. A conviction would create a criminal record. However, during this incident, the officer stated that he would reduce the offense to a violation. A violation is not classified as a crime under New York law. So, a violation conviction would not create a criminal record. And I'm gonna look at something real fast because I I am curious. I'm going to see does Sunny do stuff like uh Kim Jones I think told me about it, but the um Project Innocence type stuff. Let me see cuz that'll help me a little bit with being mad at her. So, Sunny, what Austin, I'm gonna see if her name is connected with something because cuz girl, the en the energy you putting in on on this little bitty violation, I'mma need it to I need you to put that energy into other stuff for real because you pulling a lot of weight for a little ticket. Okay. Public interest connecting her to the concept of an innocent mistake or project innocent stems from a highly publicized Y'all, let me read the sentence. It says, so she it don't have her connected before this per my quick search because it always could exist if I go deeper. But it says public interest connecting her the to the concept of an innocent mistake or project innocence stems from a highly publicized July 2026 legal incident involving her son as well as her professional role as a legal analyst. So based on that right now she does not have any connect. Now, she could be working on a smaller project, which I really need her to go ahead and come out and say as this is still going on because girl, girl, use that weight to help people that really need it. Yeah, I don't I wouldn't be in the railroad tracks. It could get derailed. It's too much that could happen for me, but right, he'll keep his job. No, there's nothing that's going to happen to him other than there is an inconvenience. So, let's go to the next one. But I had to do my research because I think had I just showed y'all that raw, all of us would have had a lot more questions going on with that one. So, I was like, "No, let me dig a little deeper first on this one." The next one, we have a love after lockup reality TV personality person. That's what I'mma call her. But it's going to be in Florida. And what you're looking for, the charges are simple battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. So, the defense may challenge, did the defendant intentionally touch or strike her partner against her partner's will, or was any physical contact part of a mutual physical confrontation between them? The defendant claims that her partner attacked her and left a bruise on her leg. Does that injury, I'm sorry, due to that injury, her statements and the other evidence support an argument that she was defending herself rather than committing an unlawful battery? Where the parties given, sorry, were the parties give competing accounts. Does the body cam footage, physical injuries, witness statements, and other evidence establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was the aggressor rather than someone responding to an attack? and defense against the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Did the defendant intentionally threaten her partner with the alleged deadly weapon or does the evidence leave reasonable doubt about whether her actions actually communicated a threat of violence? Did the defendant have the apparent ability to carry out the alleged threat and did her actions actually create a well-founded fear that violence was imminent? If the defendant claims her partner attacked her first, do her alleged actions with the weapon constitute an unlawful assault, or does the evidence support an argument that she was acting as self-defense during the confrontation? And I'd really like to know what y'all think as we watch this. I only skimmed it, but yeah, let me know what y'all think as y'all watch this. Like, do you think it was more mutual um where both of them should have gone or is right that just she went to jail? All that stuff. So, all right, let's watch. I'm going to speed it up because yeah, it is a little bit longer. Ashley. Oh, wait. No, Omar said that. I am going to speed up it just a little. Oh, I already had it set up too much. All right, let's do 1.15. >> What's going on with your leg? >> How's it going, sir? >> Officer. >> Yes. What's going on? >> Could you come over? Come on. Can you come and talk to me? >> Can you talk to me? I'm the one. >> Yeah, I'm talking to her real quick. So, what's going on, ma'am? >> Is there another officer? I can see >> there. There's one coming right now. Thank you. >> Fire rescue is right here, ma'am. So, what am I telling them? The >> What? What am I telling fire rescue? >> I don't know. I didn't call fire rescue, sir. >> No, no, but I I did. >> You said what? >> I did because apparently there there might have been a or something. >> He asked my my husband me if he slammed me on the ground. >> I was walking away from him. He slammed me on the ground. Then he went in there and told them a whole bunch of lies. My dad me out. I couldn't do it. >> No, I didn't. No, I didn't. >> And I have merc on my arm. I have merc. I can show you. I don't have to lie, sir. I got >> All right, girl. I mean, okay, she pulled the pants down. I I kind of get it. I'm not gonna It I think it's because I'm already biased cuz she comes from love after lock up. That's I can already tell that's where my brain's going. So, I'm going to try to insert a little more grace in here. But, did you hear her say her dad choked her out? Did y'all hear that? >> Marks everywhere. Literally all on my legs. >> Where'd you get I think it was it was like over tears still there. >> And he's going to lie and I could not breathe. I screamed. He me harder and harder and I want to press charges. I'm done. >> What's going on? I was my ID. I was looking for my police commissioner identification that I cannot find. I'm elected official this I guess you've heard so that there but you can run and say I was sleep today. We've been here since Tuesday. My daughter and her son I was I was sleep and all of a sudden screaming and I'm like what? And she's I don't use those expletives. And then she comes screaming running. She run through the drawer going to pull out and coming. I'm like, "What are you doing?" >> Where was she coming at? >> She came through cuz they're in that guest in the pool house. And my daughter I'm like Serious stop it. Stop. And she got the up and I grabbed holder cuz I'm like I don't know. I don't want nobody to get her. I'm calling the police. You all I can't breathe. You all I'm calling your You all are going to jail tonight. I said please call. Who did you call when she talked up? trying to get at her husband. >> Okay. So, the deadly weapon is a knife. All right. Cuz I didn't know what it was. >> She was trying to go towards us, but we're the ones who were blocking her. >> Yeah, cuz we're trying to separate them too like scream. Well, she's screaming at him. >> He's coming in here trying to get away. over here. >> And I'm a bishop. And then >> where's [clears throat] he had >> he said he woke up to her punching him. Then she woke up and went through his phone. And I guess >> and I'm like what did you do? And I just said I'm so tired sir all the came out on some TV show. >> So just to get the the story again >> they have tours for love after lockup. you gotta h ah you know well you know this is this is where we're at now anyway okay so that was her dad speaking um another woman's voice was in there both of them saw the knife she was holding and both of them either because the boyfriend told them or because they saw but the boyfriend apparently woke up or husband woke up um with her punching him which yeah yep that's already DV we're definitely at DV at that point yet The dad is on the boyfriend's side. Yep. Um but yeah, because she saw some stuff in his phone, she wakes him up by punching him awake. According to the dad again, I don't know if he saw it, but that's what they're saying happened. >> You and dad are having an argument. >> No, me and my husband was down there. He ran away. He took his daughter and ran away. >> Your husband ran away? >> Yes. Because he's a felon. He's scared. He started >> Is that his vehicle? >> No, that's my dad's personal vehicle. [snorts] So, Miss Jones over here is complaining that she got hit by her dad, choked by her dad. She does have some bruises. >> Trying to get more information. >> I just got into my husband. I was walking away. He slammed my hand on the pavement by the pool house and I started screaming. My dad comes out and starts screaming at me. I'm telling him like, "Leave me alone." He comes in there. He comes in the kitchen. He starts me and I couldn't breathe. I'm screaming. Then then my sister comes to text me. My mom, they literally all jump on me. And I >> Okay, so you got your dad, sister, and mom go and jump you. That sister and mom and it can, how can I put this? Sometimes there's a complicated relationship of women of a family. So because they blame her first doesn't mean that they're right. But if I look at it another way, it look it seems like she already has a history of being the one that freaks out and is violent if they automatically may go to her first to stop whatever's going on. Because how are you getting jumped and he's slamming your head on the pavement? It would be more to pull him off of her if that was the sequence of events that happened. if the family, you know, actually likes each other because sometimes sisters and moms, they be hating. They be hating each other. So you don't be alive. I have bruises and this other one my leg and everybody start jumping on me. I do want to know was she wielding the knife when her if her head was actually put into the concrete or when she got jumped was that was that the time you were holding the knife because you you've definitely escalated the situation and you're holding a knife. >> What's your name? >> Where are we right now? >> I don't Airbnb. I'm not coming from New York. I'm leaving in a couple hours. >> You want to check you out at all? >> Yeah. Miss, >> what's your address? I don't know. >> When he came up, I was like not able. [laughter] Hello. >> Hi. >> Where are you? >> Looking for the husband? >> Pardon me? >> The husband >> of the young lady. >> You looking for him? >> Mhm. >> Oh, he's not in here. I was checking on the baby. I was I don't know where he is. Is >> Is somebody in here with the baby? >> No, nobody's in here. >> Sheriff's office. >> Anybody know where he went? >> No. He was out there when I went to my room to >> Is he in the house or he's >> I'm not sure. >> Okay. >> Sure. >> All right. Well, I'm going still check cuz something took place in here and uh we got to figure out what happened. So, what she guys leave today, right? >> Are you guys leaving today? >> Yeah. >> So, I have a question. Who said they didn't want her to marry him anyway? Uh, who said that? Oh, Omar. So, I have a question. So, is the whole family on contract to go to these post show tour things that they're doing? Because why are why is the whole family there if they don't even support this relationship? Like, wouldn't it be just her and him going? Why why is the family there if they didn't support this? Like, I just want Are they contractually obligated as well? Because if not, I don't understand why they're here. It doesn't make sense for mom, sister, dad to be here and they don't support this. according to her. >> The husband's primary first. >> Okay. So, you and Mr. Dale were in an argument and then somehow got pulled out and then he slammed your head in the pool. He slam my head on the pool first and then I came in >> and in the water or >> no on the side like he was about to. >> Okay. >> And then I came in cuz I'm screaming and my dad came out. He started yelling at me and I'm like and he starts blaming me and my husband saying that I was being disrespectful and trying to justify his action. So I'm upset like what are you talking about? You literally just hit me. And my dad's not doing anything. He's continuously yelling at me. So I'm like okay like what what's going on? And I'm like trying to get to the front door. My dad grabs me and he literally goes like this and me and I'm like, "Dad, screaming." Then my sister jumps on top of me. And I'm like, "I can't breathe." My dad talking about some Oh, you can breathe. How can I breathe? Like literally, I'm telling you, I'm turning red. And he kept going harder and harder and harder like he was going to. And he like, "Call the police. I don't care. Nothing's going to happen." >> What's your dad's name? >> Henry. >> And mom was in there too or no? >> I didn't even I couldn't see anything. I was in trouble. So, anyone else in there that witnessed it? >> No. >> So, really it was you, Mr. Dale, and Mr. Henry? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> From my apartment was talking to you have any idea where Mr. Dale would have gone? >> I don't know. Probably. He don't have a car. >> Do you have a picture of him? >> Did Mr. Dale say anything when he was leaving? >> I didn't even know he was. >> I'm not surprised. Toxic love lasts a long time to mean a love. I'm not even surprised they still could be together. At the end, I said I skimmed right at the end when I was waiting on them to announce her charges. She was in the back of the police car and she was like, "Yeah, they all have standby tickets." So that tells me again, not necessarily the show is paying for them to go cuz you on standby. You're not the show didn't get you a ticket, the other family members a ticket. Like some of them don't have they had standby tickets. So again, why are they here if they don't support this relationship? Why they fly out to Florida on standby and they don't support this relationship? Which I'm not saying it's a relationship you should support. I just want to know why all of them are here. >> What injuries did you sustain today? >> So it was >> my ankle and I have on my right. I do have to take pictures of you. Is that okay? >> Why? >> It's I'm documenting this incident. So, since it's domestic violence related incident, usually have to take pictures of the complaining. >> I don't want to take pictures. >> Okay. >> Hold on. And she's saying she doesn't want pictures of her injuries documented, although she is claiming it was domestic violence against her. And she also in the very beginning, first 60 seconds, she pulls down her pants to show the bruise on her leg. But now she doesn't want pictures taken of said bruises and injuries. A Hello. [clears throat] >> Um, well, let me go talk to him. Um, hopefully uh we're going to try to get in contact with her husband, see where he's at. What flavor is that? >> I don't know. I just got here. >> [clears throat] >> Yes. >> Okay. >> From the beginning decided to go through my phone while [clears throat] I was sleep that transpired throughout the day and didn't have nothing to do with this but for whatever reason it ped up on her mind. Well, I wonder what's in his phone. So this guy my phone walk up to my phone in my face literally. All right, what's wrong with you? She's storming off, walking off. I follow her out. What's wrong? What's wrong? Tell me. All right, I don't have no shoes on. I come back into Airbnb. She comes back in the room, packing her bags, storming, making all this noise, waste the kids. What are you doing? Oh, I'm leaving. Okay, cool. So now telling my daughter get I'm telling her sit down. I'm going over events with her telling her you're wrong. you know, you're doing all of this. You're wrong. I'm telling you why you're wrong. She don't want to hear nothing I got to say. So, she leaves. She comes back again doing the same thing, turning on the lights. She took a shower, you know, banging, swimming. So, now I get up and I leave. Put my stuff on and I left. Grab my bag. I left. Come back in the room. She's gone back grabbing things and she's leaving out. Stuff is right there by the door. Stuff she's packed. So, now she don't like what I had to say to her. She leaves out the room. She got injuries because she walking, dude. All the beds have this the frame in the front and she keeps banging her leg on it while she walk past the shot. Anyways, so now she's outside and screaming for whatever reason. >> Outside. >> Yeah. Out there screaming talking about some you doing this. I ain't do nothing to you. Her father came outside. I ain't doing nothing to her. She's sitting there screaming trying to get in the door because I had a door locked. And then that went from Buu crazy to her coming in here. And that was that's all she wrote from there. Nobody attacked her. Nobody put their hands on her. They were trying to calm your crazy ass down. As simple as that. Everybody was trying to interfere to calm down to see what's going on. I've been quiet this whole trip and I told everybody that I don't speak and I said what I said. I apologize for cussing etc. I don't I don't get like that. But I'm just getting fed up because like if justifiably if I would have woke up rung her neck all around within the first 45 seconds of me waking up I'm not my right state of mind. You get somebody slap in your face like >> Oh yeah. Now I can agree on that. If you wake me up by attacking me, you just signed the at risk uh waiver. You just gonna have to deal with whatever happens because people Yeah. They're not They don't even know what's happening yet. She's very lucky he didn't immediately attack as soon as that happened because you just don't even know what's going on yet. You now your body's fight or flight, freeze or whatever. Like, yeah, that was a heavy risk to take on that one. >> You don't know what's going on. I just did that to somebody. Woke him up. Yo, get up. He got up running, scrambling, and the situation is right here in front of him, but he's running out there because he's not his right state of mind. You just keep waking up out your sleep. You like, "Yo, what the excuse my language, what is going on?" So, no, it's it's a bunch of family bull crap that don't need to be going on vacation with none of us is from here. We're miles and hours away from home and no police, none of that. Shouldn't even be here to begin with. She need stop doing she never she never even called y'all because of what she did. They going to tell nobody attacked you. Of course, y'all going to come out. Somebody jumped on you. That's of course that's the quickest way to get your y but nobody jumped on it. I was wrong doing it. >> Did anything physical happen back in the room? >> No, ain't nothing physical happened besides her hitting me with that phone. She's she's a she's a light-skinned woman. Y the only bruise she had on her but unless she fell on the floor like but before that the only bruise she got is on her leg because she hit the keep hitting the headboard of the bed. Every time she walks out it jumps out. She keep hitting her leg on it. And she told me that >> she literally had like two or three bruises literally from the bed. >> And I got I got video proof of her even saying it. She was on live earlier. Look y'all. Y see this bruise? Look, I got it from hitting it on the bed. I should sue these people cuz that bed is just killer. Stop lying. Nobody t >> I do have to ask was ever like pull on you >> put on me? No. >> Did you see ever come into the equation? >> Yeah, sure did. >> What happened? up. >> So she picked up. >> Yeah. >> Okay. No, >> her intentions with it. I don't I was about She wasn't going to do that. Her scare tactics is just like >> I was picturing like a chef's knife or something else. I when when they keep saying knife, I'm not picturing a butter knife. Okay. [clears throat] >> One second. Knowing it's a butter knife, anything can do damage if you wanted to, but knowing it's a butter knife, would y'all still, say you were the police that showed up and heard about the butter knife, would you still have charged her with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon? Aggravated assault, I get cuz you got something in your hand. Would you also have put on there with a deadly weapon? One moment. We're still trying to get information. Okay. Where were you when you saw over here? Were >> you standing facing over here? my brother-in-law to try to help diffuse the situation cuz he's a bigger guy. So I was like, "Yo, they my sister-in-law was telling me, "Please go and get him. Please go get him." So I went and got him. That's just what it was. I came back. >> So we got sister, brother-in-law, mom and wait. Yeah, mom [clears throat] and dad there. That That's a lot of people. But like you said, it's a free vacation, Omar. And that is a bigsized Airbnb to fit all those people. It was trying to basically disarm her and you know calm her down at the same time. Her sister and her father was trying to calm her down. >> Yes. >> You did want to say something. >> Okay. >> It's of my opinion. >> It was just a matter of creating it just chaos. She just gets in these chaotic >> so that then she becomes the focal point. about the time and I was [snorts] like, >> "Why aren't you doing that to him? I need to go and get my stuff." >> Me and Brandon are going to get these things. Okay. So, we continue figuring out what's going on. >> That's crazy. Yo, >> not running. It's literally my son is in the back by himself. Mom, your sister, you know the thing. Okay, I'mma go a little bit ahead. Let's see who's in this cowboy head. He was in the room with y'all, right? He was in the room with me and my daughter. He was asleep. He don't even know what's going on. I don't even want to. That's going to make him flip and go crazy. He's hysterical. Please. No. >> May not. >> Okay. When you get him, can you all come in? >> No problem. >> Tell me to come out. >> No problem, sir. >> Please. Our flight is not speaking to him could help us make an arrest determination. You know, we just want to find out if he knew or if he saw anything or heard anything that might disprove or prove anything that happened between you guys and I can't push you. >> Oh, you want to see if he was back there with me and her? >> I just want to know what he's saying or something because just like my partner said is like, "Hey father, >> Mr. Henry, I have a question for you. Mr. says that we got to ask you if it's okay to speak only because he was in the room. So for us before state statute >> the baby is not going to go to jail. Like literally my flight is in a couple of hours. I have a newborn. I have a child. I have five luggages. I literally cannot carry it all. What What the am I going to do? This is my life here. Like this is like she she's she's she's wrong. Okay, good. Just give her a break. She she knows she's wrong. This should I hope this should be enough. Just her being in the car should be enough. She can't go to jail. >> So I hear Mr. Dale and normally for crimes we can do a whole bunch of things. But if felonious crime happened, one and secondly for domestic cases, former Governor Rick Scott made it a thing that all law enforcement officers will take the person who is the primary and or if a predominant aggressor was identified the predominant aggressor to incarceration for whatever time the magistrate decides. >> But it she don't need to be taken to jail. It's not that serious. No, >> it's not. >> No worries. So if anything, Mr. They're just hanging on on the front porch or inside at the end of the day. >> So, is all the family not flying back to the same location? They can't split the luggage between them and split the kids to help cuz she she got to go to jail for the night. Yeah, she called the police. Jacqueline. Yep. She's the one that called. He did not call. Um cuz I'm outside of she if she's a violent one she should be going to jail but how are you functioning as a dad and stuff like how do you make it as just an adult in this world to not be able to figure this out like it's an inconvenience yes but it's not the end of the world especially with one two three at least four adults five counting him I just don't understand like how you can't figure this out to get home >> we like I just told your sister this ain't the first time we deal with This fight the second time I dealt with this ever where one family kids got into a fight or take one to the juvenile detention center. Mom had to stay or either mom or dad to stay because they don't live here. They live in Kentucky and >> No, no, no, no. He has been alive longer than he's known her. That's how he operates. Omar, she may now add to it, but him not being self-sufficient, that's all him. He She didn't raise him. That is him. To not be able to critically think, problem solve, and you have four adults. It's not even you by yourself. No, that's him. That part's on him. >> Like we said, there's nothing we can do. I can't we honestly if I wish we can let y'all go like I told her I wish I could have just let y'all go but I wouldn't trust none of y'all but the fact that we left that nothing would have happened again and then when it got serious and then now we on CNN and all because one of y'all decided to the other one in the neck and we was already here when we could have just did our job because that's what's going to so it's all going to boil down to she already made detentions that she wouldn't go grab that's good enough for us like we ain't got time to play with that too many people died in domestics my cousin died in domestic that it's serious and it may not have happened. Thank God that her father and them grabbed her. I know she's on medication, but it doesn't oversupers the crime. So, what we're just trying to do is she's going to get arrested anyway. So, we rather keep it to that and let her go when she when they when they let her out because obviously Jud's going to read the he's going to read the PC and everything. He know all y'all from going to be from New York. So, they probably just gonna make plans for her to get out so you can go. But at the same time, it's better than us anchoracting her because remember it's a hold for 72 hours because you just admit she didn't take medication and everything. Now we just went from the day to 72 hours on hold. Now she's staying longer. And to the fact she has a crime that she still have to go to jail for. See what I'm saying? So we can make the process longer. We try to make process shorter. All right. Either way, it's going to suck because now y'all got to switch your plans up with baby and ticket and everything and that [ __ ] suck. I'm sorry, but somebody is kind of like I know you got what? One, two, you got two kids with her or just two kids and >> three kids, but the the older kid is going with the grandparents. I have my daughter and our son. >> Okay. My daughter I got to get her back to Buffalo. We live in Syracuse. I drove to Buffalo to go get my daughter. >> I am triggered. I am triggered as an oldest daughter. This is triggering me so many times. Not always. These boys that then end up being an adult age but still are boys don't know how to do nothing. Meanwhile, let let the daughter be like, "I don't know how I'm going to do this. I can't figure this out." The daughter's darn near doing uh Excel spreadsheets of the budget of the household. She don't even run by the time she's getting out the house. But he don't know how to just function. No, it I'm triggered. I'm triggered. >> So now you got to bring her out here cuz that's why I'm originally from Buffalo. So, we drove to Buffalo to go get my daughter. I all my stuff is in Buffalo. Like, >> so your plans to just fly back, take her, but you still have your son. I was like, she's going to get out um after she see the judge most likely because y'all don't live here and she's going to have to just find a ticket to fly back or try to do redo hero ticket. Um like I told her the same thing. That [ __ ] sucks. But we cannot there's nothing we can do for that. Like it it just sucks. I hate that y in this [clears throat] situation, but sometimes people got to think before they act and we can't control that. So, I rather it's like this than, you know, we picking up somebody body on the stretcher, bleeding from the neck and everything. >> I was slightly pulled back because he wouldn't know anything if he's been in jail for 13 years. Omar, I I will slightly pull back. I just will say that there is a pattern that maybe cannot be applied to him because he wasn't out to learn anything. I'll pull back a little bit. still triggered just because it's bringing up stuff. But yeah, fair point of 13 years you weren't out in the real world >> cuz it has happened. So >> Oh, and the father's upset. I was down here for Christmas. >> Yes. This is Christmas vacation. I have to work tonight. I'm going to lose my job because >> but also wear condoms and stop producing kids. Sorry. >> I don't have no motives like me in the room. That same time see you know y'all get back grandparents can help out if they don't work. See if we can get that help for now. We can get out of here situation. >> Not necessarily not because y'all already been through it. We can't let y'all talk to each other after y'all just after we're here for y'all. >> Yay. I love you. You got me tight, dude. Just listen to me. I be This why I tell you to listen to me all the time. Listen, why I tell you to listen to your husband? I mad as [ __ ] man. >> How long y'all been together? >> I've been with my wife for six years. I don't like to see this [ __ ] to nobody cuz I know how I feel. I've been incarcerated. You know what I'm saying? I did seven years of my life in prison. That's how I found her. That's how I met her. I'm saying that's my time. >> Hold on. Seven. How old is he, Omar? He said he did seven years in prison. always like bad situation. You know what I'm saying? This is not good on all parties. This if you don't mind me asking what you for possession of a weapon in second attempted property >> in New York. >> Yes. >> And how your relationship been dates. We don't always Yeah, that's a real [ __ ] >> But overall, I mean, [ __ ] We just had beautiful sun. We live pretty graveyard shift so I don't have to pay for child care and she works during the day. So I had a baby during the day. She has night time, you know. We split them in the evening time for the most part. Y'all don't want to ask for that. >> That's immediately I don't want her in the back. >> Well, ain't nobody going to know unless she very unique. >> Yeah, I know. You just just got to hope nobody looking at the uh booking vlog. He said log out the lockup. I know that. So, I'm brought up to speed. So, as of right now, you are going to be placed under arrest for simple battery. Okay. Um due to the multiple accounts inside the house. Okay. [snorts] >> Please, sir. My son can't get home. He's a newborn. He can't I It's under my thing and I can't they can't change it if I don't talk to him. >> You have family in there that's going to take care of him. Okay. And and but I don't in the state of Florida, we don't have discretion when it comes to domestic violence. >> Who I didn't hit anybody. >> I didn't hit anybody. >> We have a We're being told that you hit your husband in the face with the cell phone. >> No, I didn't. I didn't. But there was nobody. It was just me and him. How are you just going off of what he said? and I have bruises on me. >> And that's the diabolical if her bruise came from the bed post like he said because as someone that always bumps into things definitely. I've definitely had bruises from table corners and bed post because I keep walking into the same place and if she's over there storming around, yeah, she's gonna bump her thigh and it will show up quickly because of her skin tone and everything. That is so evil to attribute a bruise to somebody else causing it. Meanwhile, you actually with witnesses apparently have hit him and he's like, "Please don't let her go to jail." And you're trying to make stuff to where he goes back to jail with worse consequences because of his past. >> Those bruises where the bruises on your knee, on your legs. >> Yes. Okay. >> And what's up with that? >> You said what? That was an plane. >> I didn't touch any. I was literally being >> Okay, give me one second. Okay. >> Please, sir. I have a new form. Please. Please. I've never been arrested. Please. [gasps] >> Um, I need to can is there a way you can get a message? My mom, my my newborn is on my southwest. We're supposed to be leaving in a couple hours and Southwest will not let her change the thing and and he she won't be he won't be able to leave. >> So she can't So she won't be able to fly the newborn out because he's on her ticket. >> Yes. And they they're on standby. So it's just me. He's the only one that's on my ticket. >> I'll let her know >> cuz if she calls someone, she doesn't have any of my information or anything like that. They won't change it because it's under my No, because she she doesn't have a ticket. She's on standby. So, she's flying through United. So, he literally will be stuck here. >> They're all flying in United. >> They just ain't going to be here without nobody watching. >> But I'm saying who is going to watch him? >> Mom, sister, or somebody in the family or his dad. >> Who is going to watch him? I'm assuming the newborn is with I'm g call him Troy Dale, which reminds me of that skip with Roy Dale and Augustine, but his name is Troy and his middle name is Dale. They said in the police report they referred to him as Dale, but anyway, that's in the the the description box of this video, but um so Troy, that is her child with Troy Dale, who who she just tried to get sent back to jail, right? What do you mean? Who's gonna watch the baby? What do you mean the father? >> Is that his dad? >> Yeah, but they don't but he's not on the the flight information. >> He's going to have to figure that out. You're going to have to figure that out. >> And if you don't trust that the father can watch the baby, just like I heard somebody else say, why are you having a baby with someone you can't trust to make sure that they are okay, that they survive, that they're taken care of? Why are you producing a child with someone you can't trust with the child that y'all made together? That's weird. As >> long as he has the the accessories like the milk and all that because he can't do that, right? >> He can't change anything. It's under my name. >> You don't have to purchase any. I mean, honestly, I don't I wish I can give you more information on how to fix this, but you know, like y'all going at it, it's not the ideal thing, >> right? That's why I was trying to get away. That was it. That was all I was trying to do is get away. I kept leaving and now it's being blamed on me. I literally reached out here because whatever y'all had got more than God and now we have to step. I wish we could just let y'all go, but God wouldn't have done good enough either. I wouldn't trust none of y'all that we have left that y'all would have got into it again and we'll be back in the same spot. >> Right. But my Uber was I called the Uber. I was literally talking to the the fire people and they were like, "Why don't you call the Uber so that you can be able to leave? My bags are already packed." >> Yeah. Honestly, >> we all we all should have kept it at that. If you were going to leave and all that, should just stay with it. I get not get back into it cuz I know they going to say things that don't like and y'all got back into it for no reason. Cuz what y'all could have dealt with could have dealt with at home. Not in another state. talking to stranger strange ass deputies and stuff. I'm pretty sure that's the last thing I want to do on that trip. They've been there so long it's about to be daylight. Baby, >> take care of my baby. No, the phone was off. The phone was off. The T-Mobile turned it off. >> T-Mobile. Our phones. Our phones got shut off. I was supposed to pay it this morning. She said she >> your phone doesn't automatically shut off just cuz it's a day one day past the due date. I want to know when she is going on these love after lockup tours or life after lockup tours and all this stuff. Are y'all stunning while y'all out there? Meanwhile, the T-Mobile bill is not getting paid. Jacqueline, what jobs do they hold? Somebody enlighten me because right now it's really giving. We only live off what we earn when we go on these tours. Hold on. That's what I get for making Hold on. YouTube, please don't freeze on me. Please don't. Don't do this. Oh no. Don't leave. Hold on, y'all. I wonder if I have to do Okay, hold on. Let me turn my screen off. Let me do this little task manager thing real fast and see what happens. I do. Okay, I'm still here, but I just got to troubleshoot. >> Huh? >> Yeah. Well, like I was supposed to pay it. Like I got paid this morning to pay it. It was due on the 24th. >> You can't >> It's under my name. >> He can't He don't have >> He not going to be able to do nothing. He not going to be able to get on the plane with the baby. Like he's not going to be able to do nothing. you lock it. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Deputy Bradford. I'm bringing you to the jail. So, just Can you grab my bracelet? Brace. >> All right. Most of the hoopla is done. She's going to be put in another car. All this stuff. Still trying to figure out how she going to solve problems she created or want somebody else to figure it out. And then it names her charge. So, I'm going to go to the end where I think it'll say her charge. I'm just praying that the judge gives me some grace cuz I can't be away from my baby. I don't even know if he's going to be able to get on a plane cuz I have my phone and they don't have access to the plane tickets. Yeah. And my parents, they're on standby so they have no plane ticket at all. >> Your parents live here or >> No, everybody lives. >> Yeah, but my brother's numbers on my phone. I don't have my brother's number here. I just have my parents. >> Sure. You could call someone and call someone. Call someone. >> Yeah. I thought it was just one phone call. Okay. >> In the end, she was booked on one felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one misdemeanor charge of [music] simple battery. >> All right, those are her charges. I'm not even going to go over what has to be proven because this girl, we just going to move on. We moving on. Justin Timberlake's DWI arrest and body cam video. I'm flipping between two different videos of him because one video has some stuff that the other video doesn't have. So, we're gonna start here and then I'll flip back. You'll see. But let's Oh, just Oh, DWI. Let me see here. Which we know this is not going to matter when it comes to Justin Timberlake, Tiger Woods, and all. It's not going to matter, but here we go. Think like a juror. Possible defense challenges for driving while intoxicated. Do the officer's observations of Timberlake's appearance, speech, coordination, driving, and performance on field sobriety tests establish intoxication, or could some of those observations have reasonable non-alcohol-related explanations? Does the evidence establish that alcohol affected Timberlake to the degree required for intoxication rather than the lesser level of impairment associated with New York's driving while ability impaired offense? Without relying on assumptions about alcohol consumption alone, do the body camera footage, officer observations, field sobriety test, driving behavior, and Timberlake's own statements established beyond a reasonable doubt that he operated the vehicle while intoxicated. Here you go. >> So, the reason for the stop is because you're keep veering off to the left and then you're not stopping at the stop signs. >> Yeah. Sorry about that. >> Um, is this your vehicle? Whose vehicle is it? >> Uh, it's just a rental. It's a rental. Okay. Um, do you have a any registration with it? Do you know if they can put it in the glove box? >> Let me check. >> How long you renting it for? >> Uh, just for a couple days. >> What are you visiting? >> Yeah, I'm on tour. >> What are you doing? >> Uh, I'm on a world tour. >> Of what? >> A world tour. >> Doing what? Um, hard to explain. Um, um, >> you I don't I'm going to guess this officer does not know who he is because he said doing what? He said world tour. The officer said doing what? So, good for him though. I'm glad he don't know who he is. >> Uh, world tour. I'm Justin Timberlake. Um, >> what's what's your name? >> Justin Timberlake. >> You are Justin Timberlake? >> Yeah. >> You have a license with you? >> Yeah, I do. >> And then when we do this, uh, just like you're doing right now, arms, feet together, arms by your side. You're doing it just now. I'm just going to reexplain it before we continue. Okay. Um, arms by side, feet together, and then you're going to keep your head straight and just keep your head straight. Only follow with your eyes. Okay. Okay. >> You understand that? Yes, sir. Okay. Okay. So, left foot on the line. Left foot on the line first. And then you're going to put your right foot in front of your left. Stay just like that. Okay. You're going to be heel to toe like this. Heel to toe. Put your left foot on the line. Yep. You're going to have your right foot in front of your left. Heel to toe here. Okay. Okay. So, we're going to put our left foot on the line first. Put your right foot in front of your left. Heel to toe. And you can stay just like that. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, it's going to be a series of small of nine heel to toe steps. I will demonstrate this like you're doing right now like this. One, two, three, all the way up to nine. >> Followed by a series of small steps around. >> One, two, three, all the way up to nine. Back. This is going to be heel to toe. So, you're gonna be clicking your heels as you're going. Arms by your side. >> While you're doing this, you're gonna look down at your toes. >> Guys, I'm just I'm just following my friends back to my house. I'm I'm not like I'm not doing anything. I'm just >> following my friends back to my house. >> Will Will you do this do these tests? >> Sure. And then and then just walk. I'm sorry. I'm >> Justin is heel to toe, not one of your dance steps. He crossed he he did a uh oh, what was that called? I just called it a cross, but there almost a Charleston step or something. I was going to say I was wondering that too. I said, "Oh, he high." He can't even say I sing and dance on tour. Noir. That's what I was thinking. Same thing. >> Ready? Ready? Ready? >> I'm a little nervous. >> Right foot in front. You're going to look down. Ready? >> One, two, three, four. Like that. Okay. Hang on. Let him tell you when to go. Let him tell you when to go. You gota tell me to start. >> Sorry. No, you're good. Don't worry about it. >> Sorry. >> No, I want to make sure we want to make sure you're this right. >> Right foot in front of your left. >> Is this my line? >> Imaginary line you make. That's the line you're going to walk. >> Now, in general, I don't like that. No imaginary lines. You better come with some tape you put on the ground or you find me a line. Imaginary line. No. No, sir. >> 1 100 1 2 100 3 100 4 100 >> Remember, just just continue. Yep. >> Okay. Yep. >> Right. Gotcha. >> Sorry. 1 10 100 2 100 3 100 4 100 5 100 Uh, you want me to keep going? >> Yep. Yeah. Until I tell you stuff. Yep. >> Okay. 1 100 1 2 100 3 100 4 100 5 100 >> All right, that's all good. >> All right, >> by the way, these are like these are like really hard tests. >> Uh so the way this device works, you just put your lips over it and you blow up blow into it like you're blowing. >> No. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> All right. Um, at this point based on the observations, um, you're under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. That's what I do. Let's turn around. >> Man, I'm just following my fence home. I'm >> all right. Uh, just turn around for me, please. >> I gota go to I have to go to the other POV now. But yes, he makes plenty of money for a driver. Just like we talk about people that's not famous, don't have the money, get you a Uber or if your friend needs to be a designated driver. Yes, Ashley, for sure. There's no reason he should be doing this except the hubris of thinking you're not going to get caught or you're not that drunk or hot. Yep. Justice for Janet. That's right. Omar. Yeah, we got to go with Janet. We have to. He never really did He didn't do right. He ain't do right at no point for her. He did not do right. And I did watch that documentary, too. 61000. It took two years before it was released publicly. Okay. I'm starting here. Law and crime to see what else they may have him do because then I don't know who the woman is. is I couldn't tell if it was Jessica just or somebody else cuz I just need to skip through and get my charges and stuff. But there's still a woman that's supposed to show up as well. So, we'll see where he's at on his test on this version. 7 >> six. Go ahead. Last one. >> Your BMW rescal out of Tennessee. >> Thank you. You can set up real straight and follow your eyes. When your eyes go up, it's going to be almost like they're looking at your eyebrows. >> Got you. Okay. All right. The next thing is going to be called the walking. I'm going to explain this here and that >> we saw his walk and turn. So, I'll skip ahead to when he refuses the breathalyzer. >> Arms by his side the whole way. So, you're going to start. >> Okay. Keep going. Magnary line. >> So, it was balance. You go down. You're going to go through. We saw his balance cuz he was like, "Do I stop now?" >> 97. >> Yes, sir. >> Time to stop and then time check. >> Yeah, we could have you just hang out in the front of the car. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. Time of stop was 00 20. Time now is 035 >> 15. Y What's happening? >> We have to make sure that uh your friend here is okay to drive. >> Can I just drive? Uh, well, he was >> You should have driven at the beginning. Can't you just drive? I know she's asking because they always get off on everything. I know that's why, but why didn't y'all use that common sense beforehand? I don't even know. They give her a sobriety test, too, but it it doesn't matter. No, you're not driving. It's past that point. >> Already operating a vehicle, so we need to make sure that he's okay. He wasn't operating the vehicle under any kind of impairment. Got it. >> That's all. If he's all good. >> Can I charge my phone? Is that okay? >> Yeah, you can go in the vehicle. Turn. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yeah, it's fine. >> All right. Uh, just turn around for me, please. Come on. >> Step back from Why are you asking me? Like, >> okay. So, you're >> We're not done because that's why I got to flip back to when he's at the station. So, we're still going. Um, she's giving drunk to me as well. just not as maybe drunk as he was or high as he was. But she's giving something. Chewing that gum is making me really suspicious of her as well cuz I'm like what you what you chewing that gum for at this time of night. I feel like you they just don't think having a martini or whatever is enough to be like I should admit I was drinking. Right. Call us why. She's saying [laughter] okay you you're getting drunk from her as well. Right. It's a mixture to me. I feel like it's a mixture, noir. Definitely that entitled voice and then also some substances, but I totally understand what you're saying. Yeah, that's creepy. Omar, his smirk is creepy. Okay, let's watch him in the station. >> My partner here, I don't know the details. Obviously, I wasn't the one to stop you. My partner here observed you some kind of traffic violation, started a traffic stop, believed you have impairment, did a series of routine tests on you, right? sobriety tests. Okay, you performed poorly on those. Okay, based off of his observations, you are intoxicated. >> Okay. >> So, you were under arrest for DWI. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. Awesome. >> All we're asking is if you understand what was just read to you. >> Yeah. Yeah, I hear you. >> Perfect. >> And I'm going to what I'm going to do, I'm going to reread this again. Uh we're going to go through the rest of it, but at this I got you. At this point, it asked your initials. If you don't want initial, you're not required to. Um, you can't be forced to. And then I'll re I'll read I will read the rest of it. Okay. >> Will you initial or No. >> No. >> Okay. >> No. >> I'll read the rest of >> like >> um now do you consent or refuse to the chemical test? >> No. I I'm not doing the chemical test. Like guys, I don't mean no harm. Like But see, you do mean harm. And this is the time you got caught. I feel like there's another time, even if it was just pictures that we saw, when his eyes were even bigger. He was high in his mind. But um you did mean harm because you got on a road. You're not maintaining your lane. You're under the influence of something strong enough to where you will endanger yourself or others. So yeah, you did mean harm by making the decision you made. And your friend's an enabler. Obviously, his whole circle is gonna be yes men and yes women. You did mean harm. It's just thank God someone um interfered before you could hurt somebody this time. What did he say? Uh Noir Angel, what did he say? I missed it. >> I understand. We believe you to be under the influence of alcohol >> and operating a motor vehicle, right? >> Okay. But I don't mean harm. >> I didn't say you did, right? Everyone makes a mistake or two in their life, right? You had too much to drink, you drove the car. All right. >> Okay. >> It's whatever. You know, I'm not here to judge you. Just we got a job today. >> Yes, sir. I I >> I appreciate your understanding. >> By the way, I appreciate that you're doing that. >> Appreciate that. Thank you. >> What was the uh what was the uh what was the traffic violation I missed? Um, I observe you just just so I just >> if you were sober, you'd remember because he definitely said that first before he got to the impairment part. >> If you were sober, you would remember. >> I've I observed you fell to a stop at the stop sign and then while you're driving, you failed to keep right on numerous occasions. So, you're very >> Wait, start over. Sorry. >> So, >> one more time. You failed to stop at the stop sign and then while you're operating the motor vehicle, you failed to keep right on your side of the roadway and you continuously moved off and veered to the left of the roadway. >> Okay. Well, I was just following my friends. >> Okay. Yeah. I >> did your friends also cross over the line. So, did you one for one follow your friends and because they tipped over a line, you did stop playing with us. I the way I used to love some instinct and just timber like I can't even I can't I can't how far they fall. This is why you got to just you know like a little bit from a distance and keep it moving cuz everybody will disappoint you. Thank you for the stay hydrated academic try hard. I got to see what that symbol look like. But thank you very much. I appreciate you. Happy Sunday. >> I understand but we are we are where we are right now. Okay. >> You boys treat me like I'm a criminal. I don't want to say that because I mean you're being arrested. So we're investigable names, Mr. Tibble, but which is the situation that we're in unfortunately. Okay. I'm trying my best to treat you like anybody else. Okay. I appreciate your cooperation. >> Yeah, man. >> Most people a lot of people don't don't cooperate like uh like this. So uh it goes a long way in my book. I appreciate it. Hey, can I ask you a question? >> Yeah, happy to answer anything I can. >> Um, is this a normal process? >> Yeah. Yes. Everything is pretty standard. Nothing of the ordinary. It is for everyone that gets arrested for DWI. Is there anything specifically about it you are wondering or just >> No, no, no. I just wondered like like you really cut people up and like >> Yeah. Yeah. you're in our custody. We have to make sure that you that people who we lock up here don't leave. You know, you can't just leave. We got to process you or anything like that. Your safety, our safety, things like that. It's just standard protocol. Got you. [clears throat] >> I appreciate you boys for doing your job, man. >> I appreciate that you understand that we got to do our appreciate you boys for doing your job. I had one martini and I follow my >> Oh, you had one martini. I almost cursed. I actually almost cursed just now. Did you have martini and a cocaine mix or something? Cuz ain't no way friends. I appreciate you boys for doing your job. >> He's kind of sedated. So maybe some kind of barbituate or something. But he it wasn't just a mart and Yeah. And then calling them boys, right? Living life. Thank you. I almost forgot to point that out. Very condescending. Very insulting. Just look it over real quick before you before. >> I'm [snorts] just kidding. >> I'm just kidding, man. >> So, you're being held for the night and then in the morning is the uranium. So, in the morning, usually around 9:30 all night, >> it might not be this one. You might be over at the other one, and they actually have blankets for you. >> You guys are wild, man. >> And again, like I said, you can make a phone call if you would like, attorney, and things like that. You're allowed to call right now if you wish or you can call later. >> Um, >> yeah. Any point you want to make a phone call, let us know. >> Yeah. >> You are entitled to have phone calls. >> He Yep, that was him, Zach. And I just want to point out they made it seem like that was planned. He was not supposed to do that. He caused all that. It was not supposed to happen. Period. I want to say he's still corny. And that's what I wanted y'all to hear. He want to be black. So he does. He does. Remember when he went through his phase when he tried to do the Man in the Woods or whatever album and nobody was like messing with him and he had to go back to being uh back to his uh his black scent days. know you from trying to do that stuff. You rode the backs of black people all night in the drunk tank. Yep. Just like the criminal he is. Cuz somebody could have been killed easily from the way he was driving. Yeah, that's Justin Timberlake academic tryh hard. Yep. Can he have a pillow in a blanket? They say he could get a blanket if they put him in the other location. Purple Queen mini dropped off then. I was still too. For me, my youth clouded my judgment during that time. But I have finally I've gotten there. I've gotten there. I didn't realize the impact of Janet at that time in my age. I was a lot. I just wasn't catching. But I understand now. Me, too. We were practicing routines in the living room. Noir, man. Disappointing. All right. Now y'all send me this cuz I wouldn't put this in the list cuz I don't know who this man is if I saw him walking. Let me stop. Let me stop cuz I really don't want my Texas people coming after me too. But this says rapper sauce walker stuns cops in wild flipped car chase. So we shall watch this together. Oh we Oh crap crap crap. Hold on. Let me show they changed their laws in New York and that's the only thing I'll go over because we know DWI stuff and we we see. But the one I wanted to show y'all was where's it go? Him refusing to do the test. That law changed I think in 2025. Let me see. Is this it? Yeah. Driving while intoxicated. Possible sentencing. It said where's it at? Oh, I didn't put it in. Oh, it's with the first one. I don't have it. Oh, it might be Tiger Woods. It's not just in Timberlakes. That's why it's Tiger Woods. So, we'll wait till we get there. We'll wait. Okay, let's move on to Sauce Walk. >> Walk back. >> Stop. Stop. >> A Texas driver with his foot glued to the gas pedal sends police on a chase with speeds way into the triple digits. Then, boom. We'll take you into what happened that night as deputies try to stop him. This is Inside the Crime presented by Lawn Crime. I'm Elizabeth Milner who ran a red light. Officers tried to pull him over but the driver floored it. I'm going to forget later. So, let me give you the full detail of what they put in their description box. It says deputies in Houston tried to pull over a driver who ran a red light sparking a 130 mile per hour chase that ended when the car flipped and the uninjured driver cuz they're always uninjured when you know they're at fault. is always they're the ones that don't get hurt most times. Turned out to be rapper Saucewalker. He was arrested, released on bond, and later ordered not to drive while his case was pending. This is unrelated to this body cam, but it says months after the crash, he survived a shooting in Memphis that left another man dead. This year, Saswalker pleaded guilty, and that year was 2025. He plead guilty to evading arrest and received probation, community service, and fines, avoiding jail time unless he violates the terms. The chase ended when the driver crashed his car and the vehicle completely flipped over. Surprisingly though, the driver didn't have a scratch on him. As the driver is now closer to the deputies, rap fans might recognize immediately who the driver is. Albert Walker Montine, better known by his stage name, Sauce Walker. >> Is there anybody else in the car? >> No. >> Is it just you? >> Get up. >> 240. >> We're clear. No more outstanding. >> 32. Is there anyone out standing or is it just that one? >> Charles 30. They're clearing their vehicle. Give them a second. >> Stay right there. Spread your feet apart. Okay. No outanding vehicle. No outstanding vehicle. [clears throat] >> You're worried about the wrong thing. >> Homestead. Damn, I rigged my check, bro. What else is in the car? >> I don't have nothing in my car. >> Charles, is it okay to release? >> I don't have nothing in my car, bro. >> Charles, 30. No more records. >> No. >> Oh. Oh. Can I call Can I call? >> No, you can't call nobody. Oh, >> get in. What's your last name? >> Mundane. >> Spell it. >> M O N D A N E >> first name >> Albert. >> 6290. Charles 32, is there anyone out here? >> Dang, look at that car. Since they didn't mention it, hopefully he was the only one in that car, but that is crazy. Yes. Why is he acting like this is an inconvenience? First of all, this started with a run a red light type ticket. So, what did you either have in the car that they were about to find or what were you already possibly were you on a warrant? Like, why did you go from about to stop you? Oh, he even a DUI is better than what happened here in my opinion. I don't He He Nothing should have happened. You should not be driving under the influence, period. But this escalated it even beyond that. Why Why did you do all this running a red light? You could have got a ticket and you turn it into almost killing somebody, almost killing yourself 130 miles per hour because you ran a red light is crazy. >> Standing or is it just that one? >> Clearing the car right now. >> Stay on this side. Stay on this side. >> All right. Watch the door. All right, we're good. Charles 32, no outstanding vehicle's clear. >> Clear. No outanding. Vehicle clear. >> All right. We're clear. >> Hey, director. Homestead. Ah, >> he passed the red light. He took off on me. >> Charles, is it okay to release channel? >> Charles 32, that's affirmative. You can release it. >> Can resume normal traffic or something. I'm tell you what. Right now, if this is just going to be him mumbling the rest of this time, I'm I'm going to see if we can get to another officer or something cuz I can't I can't do it. I need something else. >> Keep saying there's something. [clears throat] He peeled off and so I heard it and I turn around and I take that U-turn and know so he starts speeding and I was like all right well let me let me the light was red 13 no more records so the light turned red and u he passed he passed up that red light so I was like all right I'm going to catch up to him soon as I caught up he was already burning off so I turned on my lights and then he just pressed on it >> I was wondering we were just talking I didn't even see you that that you had broke And because did the bumps hit uh hurt you >> a little bit? I just want to call my daddy and tell him I'm I hurt myself. >> Yo, you'll call him when you get uh when you get to JPC, man. >> You just take me then? >> I'll take you, but EMS has to come check you out. My supervisor come out. Got to run you. I got to make sure everything's good, man. >> Man, I caught the cop lift over. I was getting bumped around, but >> you got the seat belt on. >> Can we get EMS out here? >> They're already in route. Oh, >> Houston is in route. So is HP on my mother. >> Oh yeah. More. Is this your Is this his DL or is just his name? >> No, no, no. It's just his >> You've been arrested here in Harris County before? >> Of course. My name is Albert Walker. from Southw. >> Albert, you need to never get your license back for a long time. I'm I'm going to continue going because I wish we would have been able to see the chase. That really would have been great. And I know you can only see what you can see, but I would have liked to have seen the actual chase. All this We're about to almost get to his charges. I'm so sorry, y'all. I don't I don't know what else we're listening for on this one. He's I can't I Here we go. We're just going to skip ahead. SGE, what do you want to do with this? >> You have to deposit it. >> Pretty much >> deposit all of it. >> Yeah, >> you could probably uh >> what? >> I can't. Huh? Someone else could have driven for him just like we talked about in the Justin Timberlake one. Again, just a normal Joe Schmo can get an Uber at this point. I you shouldn't be this wasted and behind a wheel. It just shouldn't happen. I I don't know. Some states may have it and they may, but I think if you're not just above 08, but like up to a certain limit, I think there should be even more punishment for people that's like egregiously over the limit because you need to learn for real. For real. Like you you are a murder weapon on the road. Like I hate that they don't take this seriously enough. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Where Sergeant at? >> Nah, no drugs. Morning [applause] JPC 193. >> Yeah, I guess his investments or whatever. >> Sauce Walker was taken into custody later and released on a $40,000 bond. >> All right, let's get to his uh possible sentencing. Go ahead and get this out the way. All right, so his charge that was in the news was cuz they didn't name it on here that I saw. They just kept saying the bond part, but they didn't name what he was charged with. But an article apparently said that he was charged with evading arrest or detention with a motor vehicle. So, uh, let's see. With that charge, it's a thirdderee felony. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally fled from another person and the defendant knew that person was a peace officer and the peace officer was attempting to lawfully arrest or detain the defendant and the defendant used a motor vehicle while fleeing. Possible sentencing. Hold on. Punishable by two to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Started with a red light stop. He probably ran because he knew that he wasn't supposed to be driving in the first place. He that could be too because again, I don't think by the time we see things, it's going to be the person's first time. It's going to be very rare that we catch the first time they've done this. Um or he got something he's not supposed to. I don't He don't need a driver. He needs a Uber. But I was saying with that cash that he had on him that the cop was holding, he could have bought a driver for a night. But yeah, I think he could try to maybe get one on a regular. I don't know him. Maybe he can't. I don't know that man's pockets, but he shouldn't have been driving. Wrecked Rex's car. All these unnecessary traffic violations. The choices you make. Right. Right. I was eating and looking down. I thought the cop was packing some [laughter] cigarettes. The violations are cheaper, sweet tea. Right. They are cheaper. He said it on body cam. Yes. They're just Yeah, they're tripping over felonies. Right. Trying to avoid misdemeanors. Yes. That is That is it. All right, let's get to Tiger Woods. He's our last one, but I have again have to do two different body cams to get the POV of everything. Might not have it in exact order, but I just want to make sure we get all of it. So, we'll start here, go to the next one, come back down, my phone, and all of a sudden, boom. >> I'm going to just take a listen. I'm going to just like take is this is this comfortable for you? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Why don't you respond? >> I don't feel anything out of the >> We're still going to have our medic come and check you out. All right. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> No, >> he's okay. Hey, I just checked for anything on his back. I didn't do anything. >> Oh, that's him. >> Y'all see this? Another flipped car. And we know he can afford a driver. It's the audacity for me. >> I'm right here. >> I hit him. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you were stopped. >> I was getting ready to turn. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> And how fast was he going down this road? This looks very residential. Looks like you shouldn't be going that fast. and to have hit the trailer and now a car is flipped. How fast were you driving on top of being under the influence of something? >> I don't know if I'm going to take this tire. I don't even know drive out of here, >> right? >> Yeah. I don't know. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You're gonna have to go back around. >> Yeah. Everybody, >> you're going to have to go back around. All right, this is the part I'm deciding if we'll come back to, which is the press of the police describing what happened, but we got to keep going with the other body cam first. We got a we got longer. Shout out to body cam K9. On March 27th, 2026, officers were dispatched to a car crash with one vehicle flipped over. This would have been a normal call if it wasn't Tiger Woods as the one at fault. Police managed a highly sensitive situation with news reporters showing up quicker than they could assess the scene. >> Is anybody in the car? >> No. He's out. So, I pulled up after it happened. >> Who's involved? Who's involved? >> Yeah. And and this gentleman here. >> [screaming] >> Is this is this comfortable for you? Yeah. Yeah. >> You all right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Do you um you talked to your security yet? >> Yeah. >> They're on the way. >> Okay. >> So, I'm headed south back to my job site. Can I go back or >> Yeah. Um did you witness it? >> I did not. I pulled up right after this. You >> No, that's him. I'm right here. >> You're right here. >> I I helped him out >> cuz he climbed up the top. >> He hit the trailer, I think. I don't know. Even this Yeah. >> When you spoke to him at all, did he? >> No, not at all. Yeah. Like I held the door open for him and helped him climb out >> cuz I freaked out. I saw a [ __ ] car. You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah. Understood. Okay. All right. Yeah, you're good. >> It's tired. [ __ ] >> Okay, I got you. >> Yeah. >> Um, we got to block all this traffic. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, you you go through. >> Let me go. >> Yeah. Yeah. You go. Um, >> Chris, I'm gonna I'm gonna move my car up here. I got to block all this. >> Tell me. >> Hey, it's Tiger. >> Um, just I just need you over here just because of the rolls. >> Just because of the sensitivity of it. He's the one that rolled over. >> I didn't feel anything on his back. He feels fine. >> All right. >> That was my big concern is he was standing. >> All right. So, just Yeah, just get over here when you can. >> No, understood. >> He was coming so fast. >> Yeah, I understood. >> Where was he going? >> He was coming this way. >> He was coming this way. And where were you? I was getting ready to turn >> and he he didn't see me, I think, and he just kept coming. >> Number 42. >> I literally tried to avoid it. >> I'm gonna put him in my car. >> Yeah, he's he's going to get over. >> Put him in the car. >> Yeah. >> Go sit in his car just so you're >> I'm going to have Tiger sit in your car just so he's away from everybody. >> Yeah, you're good. Are you all right? Are you in any pain? >> No pain. No. >> No back pain, no neck pain, >> no >> knee. >> Nope. >> Nothing. >> Nothing. Nothing unusual. >> Of course, he doesn't have any back pain or neck pain because he's the intoxicated one. They they skate off a lot of times with no injuries while everybody else is hurt. It is again a blessing that nobody was injured because of his horrible decisions. >> Unusual. Okay. All right. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, what we're going to do is we're just going to have the medic just check you out real fast. Get your baseline vitals and all that stuff. >> All right. >> You want to get >> I don't know. He doesn't He doesn't How you doing? I don't know if anybody spoke to you, but it's it's going to be a while. If you >> No, I've been here since the beginning. >> Since the beginning. >> You've been telling people to go around volunteer. You have nothing to do right now. >> No, I don't. >> All right. Yeah, my name is Gideon. >> Nice to meet you. >> Thank you very much for for that. All right. Okay. >> And it's So, they finish with the crime scene part and then they're going to get it towed. >> Yes. Once I Yeah. Once I get >> Now, people can walk through, right? >> Yeah. People can can walk through. Yeah. Walking through is easy. >> So, I >> I'm sorry. Did she say she has nothing to do with this at all? I need her to move along then if she doesn't have anything to do with this and there's not some significant assistance she's providing. I might have missed it. So, let me know if I missed it. >> There's a woman who came through. She's a chef. She works down the road. Okay. She's parking in the Danfors and then she's gonna walk >> walk and then come back in. >> Yeah. So, I helped her with that. So, >> did did you see it happening? >> I saw um No, I literally was very I was very here after it happened, but Okay. One of the first people people that got Yeah. And so there was a huge line all the way back past that sign. >> Thank you. I appreciate your help. Um >> single sir, >> who's sitting with him in the blue shirt? >> That's his manager. >> His manager. Can you hang out with him? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Right. The sheriff's office is here now. They're just going to they're going to do their uh crash investigation. >> Okay. >> All right. So hopefully it's not going to be too much longer. We got a uh a tow company. Okay. >> Is going to come and they're going to move the vehicle over on its side. Okay. >> Um once he gets here before they do anything, I'll let him know just about the you know and then we'll try to um accommodate that so it doesn't have any damage. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. It's just the clubs. >> Yeah. No, I understand. >> Yeah. >> I understand. >> Yeah. >> Worth more than my house, [laughter] >> right? Totally. Butter is worth more than all our houses. >> How'd you guys been doing on that uh on that leak? Good. Right. >> This is what Justin Timberlake was hoping that the police recognized him. They keep up keep up a little convo. This is what he and he a no no handcuffs yet. I don't know what's going to happen. I didn't I didn't again I skimmed to get what I need and I moved on. But yeah, this is what just Tim was hoping for so far. And I don't think Tiger deserves it either. Let me be very clear. But this is exactly what at minimum what he was thinking he was about to get. >> All right, boss. So final. My uh my good buddy is a K9 handler for Gardens PD. >> He was over there doing bomb sweeps and stuff. >> You've seen him in there. >> A couple of them over there. >> Yeah. >> Other than the clubs, is there anything else in there that you absolutely need at the moment? >> Just the sticks. >> Just the sticks. Okay. >> Right. Right. Because there's a bunch of other sticks I don't need. >> Just in the bag. Yeah, >> it's only minus the putter, right? >> Yeah. [laughter] >> Not the putter. Okay. >> Is that putter just for the one that you take away your career or or what? >> Uh, I've won 14 majors with it. >> Oh, was that putter? >> Wow. >> Yeah. Since 99. Since 99. Didn't >> call you the goat for nothing, man. >> Yeah. >> At one club. There's only one other club that's one more major. So, not individual club. Jack has one like three or something. >> Can you golf in the master? Sure. >> Open. >> I'll just Google what that is. And that is hilarious. Ace Mush. I [laughter] was like, what is that? That's funny. That is funny. Um, hire private personal driver is so selfish. is so selfish that he does not do so many selfish decisions. Um, she's helping the police, directing traffic. I can't with the privilege giving to some not involved. Right. Let's just keep it Let's keep it across the board. How are we going to do it? Let's keep it that way across the board. Okay. Zack, you think she's just being nosy, too? Because I'm like the when she he said, "Did you see anything?" And she was like, she she I felt like she was almost going to lie and then she was like, "No, I got I got here after. Go sit down. Go sit down." Oh, and I'm about to with all this extra uh yapping. I'm about to skip all this. I just want to know what the police saw, what they talking about to each other, not them trying to make nice conversation with him. >> I'll tell him what's up. >> Huh? >> What? Is there a media staging area? >> No, not right now. It's a two-lane road. We have a strict town ordinance violation um policy and code. >> Sorry, you're good. I'm with WPTV. I was told when I get on scene to ask if there was anyone available, they said that someone would be on scene right now. >> I don't think anybody. >> So, if there's anyone that can um either on their way or can meet me or one of my uh colleagues, um I can always tell them, you know, either come here or go to the other side. the bridge. >> So the guy coming up in the khakis, that's our captain. Okay. So, [laughter] >> but unfortunately, you're not going to be able to leave your car parked, though. >> Yeah. I've already explained that. So, >> so why isn't he moving his car? the people that do news and media and all that stuff sometimes like where they're like there they're either up in somebody's face or they're hindering an investigation. They get on my nerves. They really really get on my nerves. Like you know you're in the way. You know you are. Okay, let's keep it going. More stuff about the news being in the way. All right, I'm let y'all see this because I know I know what y'all keep saying in the chat. I'm just not I'm not I hate it. I'm It's not Y'all can but I just I'm not even dealing with that. But uh I'm hit play in case because I'm sure this is a video y'all are talking about though. >> Traffic DUI. >> Okay. So, Deputy uh Gideon request that I respond here to conduct a DUI investigation on you just to ensure that you're safe to operate the motor vehicle at the time of the crash. Okay. Um with that being said, he did conduct his investigation. So, the civil aspect of this is done. So, I'm going into a criminal aspect. Okay. Um can you tell me what happened with the crash? >> I was looking down on my phone. I already changed the radio station. Mhm. >> And I hit it. >> Okay. So, you were looking down at your phone and changing yours? >> Yes. From radio station. >> Okay. All righty. And where are you coming from today? >> Uh my house. >> Your house. Where's your higher? >> Uh 462. >> So, right down the street? >> Yes. >> Okay. [laughter] And you're not injured from the crash in any way. Okay. So, are you willing to perform a few field exercises just to ensure that you're safe to operate the motor vehicle? Okay. What I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you step out. We're going to go in front of my car. Okay. Do you want to stay in the shade? Is that more comfortable for you? Are you okay in the sun? Okay. Um, so besides your leg, do you have any medical conditions that I need to know about? >> Um, I've had seven back operations. Um, >> 20 something operations on my leg. >> Okay. >> And my back as well. >> When was your recent surgery? >> Um, how long ago? >> October of last year. >> Of last year. Okay. Are you able to like walk, lift your leg with no issues or do you have >> I have a limb. >> You have a limb? >> And my ankle's fused. Okay. Um, so what we're going to do is, um, since you do have injuries, I'm going to have you seated and we're going to have you perform seated exercises. Are you okay with that? >> Okay. Um, before we get started, okay, do you feel comfortable with your shoes or do you want to remove your shoes? >> Yeah. Okay. What I'm going to have you do is remove your glasses and put it on top of the hood. And you're perfect. You're on top of this. And then go ahead and have a seat all the way on the push bumper. And then go ahead and bring your feet towards you. All the way. Perfect. And how much have you had to drink today? >> None. >> None. Do you take any medication? >> Uh, I take a few. Yes. >> What's a few? >> Um, Motrin, ibuprofen, and uh, what do we call it? Uh, >> did you take all of them? >> All right. I know they bleeped out the real ones. I'm like, don't nobody need you to name you take Motrin and ibuprofen. Stop playing. >> Today? Yes. >> Yeah. At what time? in the morning. >> Sorry. He gets to do seated exercises because he has had surgeries. He has a I think he said a fused ankle and some other things. That is why he gets to do seated exercises. I think he thought he wouldn't have to do anything, but that's why he's doing seated at least minimum that ankle >> in the morning. Okay. Do you know the milligrams for each? >> Uh no. Uh the ibuprofen is eight and five. >> Okay. And do you take any illegal substances? >> No. >> No. Smoke weed? >> Nope. >> No. Okay, perfect. All righty. So, what I'm going to have you do is place your hands at your side. >> I believe him that he doesn't smoke weed. Ask him does he do cokeena. Ask him does he mess with the heroin. Ask him does he mess with Molly. Ask Ask him. Yeah. Ask him other questions cuz I believe he not doing not doing weed. I believe that. All right. So, what you're going to do is look at my pen right here. Okay? And with your eyes and your eyes only, you're going to follow that. Don't move your head. Do you understand? >> You got it. >> Perfect. >> Okay. The pen is going to go in circles and come really, really close to your face. It's going to feel like it's going to touch your face. It's not going to. Okay. Can you bring your feet in more? So, follow this. One more time. All right. Give me one moment. What I'm going to have you do is take your index fingers and point them out like this and then return your hands back to your side. Okay? So, just just like this. Yes, sir. And you're going to remain in this position until I give you further instructions. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Perfect. When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back at a 45 degree angle. >> Zach, you're right. Who needs heroin if you got doctors on a payroll payroll prescri I wouldn't Yeah. Had we not uh had they not beefed out his prescriptions, that's probably where it did come from. You're right. Who needs that when you have doctors giving you You're right, Zach. You're right. >> Go and close your eyes. Do you understand? Perfect. Do you know your left hand from your right hand? Which one is your left? Perfect. Which one is your right? Right. All righty. So, like I said, when I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back at a 45 degree angle. Okay? Don't begin yet. And then you're going to close your eyes. Don't begin yet. Okay? So, you're just going to watch me for the uh for the time being. Okay? So, like I said, when I say left, you're going to raise your left hand directly in front of your face, touch the tip of your finger to the tip of your nose, and then immediately return your hand back to your side. Same thing when I say right, you're going to touch your right finger to the tip of your nose to the tip of your sides, and immediately return your hand back to your side. When I say the tip of your finger, this is the tip of your finger. Okay? It's not going to be your fingerprint. It's not going to be your thumbnail. It's not going to be the sides of your finger. This is the tip of your nose, okay? It's not going to be the sides. It's not going to be the top. It's not going to be the bottom. It's not going to be your nostrils. Okay. Do you understand? >> Do you have any questions? >> No. >> All righty. Go ahead and begin. Make sure you close your eyes. >> Left to >> just like I explained and demonstrated. Remember to return your hands back to your side. I'm not going to keep reminding you. >> Right, left, right, right, left. You can go ahead and open your eyes. All righty. For this exercise, what I want you to do is place your hands palm to palm with one hand up and one hand down like this. Okay? And you're going to remain in this position until I give you further instructions. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Perfect. >> When I tell you to begin, you're going to turn your top hand over and count out loud one. Then turn your hand back over and count out loud two. Count in only when your hands make contact like this. Okay. So, it's gonna be one, two, one, two. >> Okay. So, one, one here, two here. >> Yes, sir. Only when your hands make contact. So, one, two, one, two. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> You're going to repeat this. Speed up as you go and do not stop until told. >> Make sure you keep your hands and fingers parallel during each pat like this. It's going to be one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. You understand? You have any questions? All right, go ahead and begin. >> To be fair, I'm sober and I [clears throat] already forgot what the heck the instructions were just now. Like, what was this? This is new to me. She has to spill down like a carnival barker. Never seen this test. They got different ones for seated folks. I've never seen this. Even when um there's a cop that got pulled over for DUI that y'all put in a suggestion that we would eventually watch. It's just like lowkey. So, I just didn't do it yet cuz there's not really much going on. But he also claimed a lot of stuff was wrong with his legs and stuff. I'm like, that's weird cuz you're still a cop on duty. So, how how are you making it out in the field? But anyway, he also got to do non leg using tests, I believe. And I still didn't see this test that she's doing right now. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one. >> Make sure you speed up as you go. >> One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. >> You can go ahead and stop. >> Okay, for the last exercise, what I'm going to have you do is make a fist with both hands. Place your left fist at the center of your chest and your right fist against your left chest. So, it's going to look like this. So, your left fist at the center of your chest and then your right fist directly in front. And you're going to remain in this position until I give you further instructions. Okay? When I say begin, you must perform four tasks. Okay? Your first task is to count out loud from one to four while you move your fist in a step-like fashion, making contact between each fist. So, it's going to look like this. One, two, three, four. Okay. The second task is to memorize the position of your fist. After you've counted to four, clap your hands three times and return your fist to the memorized position. So after you count one, two, three, four, gonna memorize the position of your fist and then clap three times. >> Never have I ever seen this. Now I want to see more seated DUI tests cuz they exist. I do. I feel like she's doing a real test. I really really do. I just I don't see these though. Like Noir said, you don't we don't see these getting offered when people say, "Well, my leg I hurt my leg or I had surgery on my leg." We don't see this. I need to keep seeing these because I'm being thrown off so much from these exercises and I I want to know like what's going on here. What he shake off just then is probably he was trying to he trying to get in his zone. It's too late. >> And then return to the memorized position. Your third task is to move your fist in a step-like fashion in reverse order. Counting out loud from five to eight and return your left fist to the center of your chest. So you're gonna go, >> oh my god, fist over fist. Count five to eight. Then you reverse. So he got to remember five to eight. 8 to five, right? No other numbers. And then you also have to make sure the correct hand lands on top. This is why no matter what, I'm not taking a field sobriety test. Just take my blood. Take my blood. Take my breath. Cuz I I couldn't do this on a good day. I cannot do this. >> Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Your fourth task is to open your hands with your palms down and place them on your lap. So, after you completed the task, you're going to open your hands up and place them on your lap. Okay? Do you understand all the instructions or do you want me to repeat them to you one more time? >> Repeat them as we go. >> I'm sorry. >> Repeat them as we go. >> So, I can't repeat them as we go. Okay? That's why I'm asking that you understand all the instructions. If you need me to demonstrate it to you one more time, I can. >> Okay? But this is the time to ask any questions that you want. First one is 1 2 3 4 all the way out. >> Oh, I thought she said five to eight. Did she also say something about 1 to four? This is what I'm picturing her instructions mean cuz we can't see her demonstrated. This is what I'm picturing. Okay. Left hand over right. Wait. Yeah. Left hand over right. Then I picture is 5 6 7 8 and then like 8 8 7 6 5. Like that's what I'm picturing right now. [laughter] >> Do you need me to explain it to you one more time? >> Okay. yet. >> So, like I said, you're going to begin. >> Don't begin yet. >> Okay. So, don't begin yet. Okay. So, all I want you to do is just remain in the starting position. Okay? >> When I tell you to begin, you're going to perform four tasks. Okay? Task one is to count out loud from one to four while moving your fist in a step-like fashion like this and making contact between each fist. So, it's going to look like this. One, two, three, four. Okay. Second task is to memorize the position of your fist. >> Clap three times and return your fist to the memorized position. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing this. This is not a serious test. She said clap three. This is Simon said at this point. This is not real. Clap three times on top of all that. No. No. Nope. Nope. Yeah. This feels like there's no way. I'm laughing too. They're gonna be like, "You didn't even take this seriously. How can I? You said clap three times after I've already had to do." What was the other thing you had to do? This I already had to do this and now I got to do whatever she said. Either this or stacking them like this. And then I got to remember to clap. No, ma'am. No. Nope. >> Your third task is to move your fists in a step-like fashion in a reverse order, counting out loud from five to eight. Okay. Making contact between each fist. Five, six, seven, eight. Okay, placing your left fist at the center of your chest. >> Your forecast is to open your hands, palm down, and place them on your lap. Okay, do you have any more questions? All righty, go ahead and begin. All right, you're all done. >> Yeah. >> Okay, go ahead and stand up for me >> and left foot stomp and right foot. [laughter] I can't do this. There's no way. So, you want me to dance the hokey pokey in the macarina while counting, right? There's no way. There's no way. Thank you, Zach, for the flow state. Oh, that's that sounds cute, too. What is that? I got to look at what that looks like before I forget. That sounds cute. Like learning a K-pop dance. [laughter] Oh my god. Oh lord. The way I would be cussing, I'd be like, you know, I messed up. I have not had surgery. You're going to face my car. Okay. Go ahead and place your hands behind your back. Place them behind your back. There you go. So, at this time, I do believe your normal faculties are impaired. Okay. And you're under the unknown substance. Okay. So, at this time, you're under the DUI. Yes, sir. >> If I wasn't here to see a flipped car, I'll be like, I blame the test, not him. That's how much my mind has been changed from the start of this video to seeing this test. Let me not have seen a flip car and it was just more of a fender bender. I'd be like, "Nah, no. Fight that test in court. There is no way. >> I'll give it to his manager. You want me to bring him over here? >> Yeah, please. [groaning] Just let me know, Tatiana, when he's good to come. >> Yeah. >> Hey, let me uh let me help you with that. I got to get their club. >> Move it all the way. >> We're going to go We're going to go to Take it from the back. >> They got you. >> You just a little bit glass on it, so be careful. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Got the one. >> Yeah. Gotta save the golf clubs. Gotta get those. I'm like, what they breaking that window for? Thank you for the gold coin forever. TRL Tiger Wood. If Tiger could, right? >> Look at it. >> That's a piece of history right there, huh? >> Yeah. See how many? >> Look at this. Mark on a [laughter] >> Tiger Woods was charged with DUI. A judge granted him permission to travel outside the United States to begin treatment. I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today, Wood said in a statement posted on social media. Share your thoughts below. >> My thoughts. Obviously, he got very, very much privileged treatment that others would not have gotten. I will ask you this before we go over his charge for the last time. Did y'all want to see the press release of the police? What they said? Did y'all want to see that? Let me know. Actually, while I wait, we can do his charges. So, y'all can let me know if you want to see it. And if you don't, I will have finished up either way. So, let's look at his charges. What prosecution would have to prove for the DUI with property damage? Woods was D. They would have to prove Woods was driving or in actual physical control of a vehicle in Florida and he was under the influence of alcohol, a qualifying chemical substance or a controlled substance to the extent that his normal faculties were impaired, which let's just say he was legally taking his prescription medicine. No alcohol mixed in, no nothing. If you take medication that gets you to that point, that is still your personal responsibility to not drive because controlled substances in the medication, they still tell you do not operate heavy machinery. Heavy machinery includes your vehicle. So, he still could get in trouble even if there was no alcohol and it was legally prescribed uh drugs. He still could get in trouble if he wasn't tighter. Woods was getting all this, you know, he didn't really get in trouble. um that he operate the vehicle and by reason of that operation was caused or contributed to the causing damage to the property of another, possible sentencing, first-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail, and a fine of up to $1,000, which we know that did not happen, and then refusal to submit to a lawful test. So, it was Florida that I believe since last year, you now can get a secondderee misdemeanor for your first refusal. Let me see if it's called second. It's eight. [clears throat] One year driver's license suspension for a first refusal or 18 months for a second or subsequent refusal. Um, he refused to submit to the requested urine test. And yep, a first refusal is a secondderee misdemeanor, which would be punishable by up to 60 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. A first refusal also results in a one-year driver's license suspension and again 18mon suspension for second refusal and after that. Can you drive a car? Nope. Can you stand up straight? Nope. Everybody got choices. I don't know. Look, I I'm not listening to enough E40, but it's still funny to me even not knowing how this sounds in the music. Gwen, uh, let me see. American recovery centers weren't good enough for him, but the meds are right. Yep. Grab a tiger by himself. Um, has he completed treatment yet? I don't trust it. Even if he did, it's going to be one of those we'll just check the boxes for you type of treatment. He's not getting real treatment because that's why he's still making horrible decisions and, you know, putting himself out there on the road and being a danger to others. So, even if he did, I don't trust the type of treatment he completed. Okay. Did y'all say if y'all Jacqueline did you say you did? Was that you as a yes on that Bay Area stand up? Okay. Oh, cuz of E40. All right. Let's look at the press release and then we're done. Done. Let's see here. Are we good? Well, good evening and thank you for being here. I'm going to uh give you a rundown on a crash that happened a few hours ago here on Jupiter Island. And I really will tell you everything that I I know at this time. So, just before 2 p.m. today, the Jupiter Island Police Department, which is where we currently are, received a call of a rollover crash about 2 and a half miles from where we are. The uh Jupiter Island Police Department responded out there and found a a pickup truck pulling a pressure cleaner trailer and a Land Rover, which was rolled over on the on the driver's door, and we're going to provide you photos of that. The investigation started, and uh initially, right off the top, it did appear that the driver of the Land Rover might be impaired. And at that point, the chief, Chief Yuing of Jup Brown Police Department called me from the Martin County Sheriff's Office and asked for our assistance. It wasn't that the Duke Brown Police Department isn't fully capable of doing these types of investigations, but quite frankly, the sheriff's office has a lot more repetitions in in these traffic crashes and uh these types of investigations. Our investigation revealed as follows. Uh shortly again before two, the pressure cleaner truck truck pulling a trailer, a small trailer was northbound on South Beach Road and was pulling kind of to turn into a driveway. It was slowing down, starting to turn into a driveway. And the driver of that vehicle looked in his mirror and saw a Land Rover, dark colored Land Rover, overtaking him at high speeds, and I don't know those speeds. The uh the Land Rover kept overtaking him. and he saw it coming. So, he tried to edge off to the side of the road, but but this is a small two-lane road, and there was no shoulder for for this uh pressure cleaner uh gentleman to get off to the side of the road. Uh as he was trying to move to the side of the road, the Land Rover overtook him at the last minute, swerved to avoid a collision, but clipped the back end of the trailer of the pressure cleaner uh apparatus, listed to the side, and then rolled on the driver's door north past the uh the truck that had just avoided the crash with the individual driving that Land Rover was able to crawl out the passenger door of the car and was identified to be Mr. Tiger Woods. Our DUI investigators came to the scene here and uh Mr. Woods did exemplify signs of impairment. They uh they did several tests on him. Of course, he did explain the injuries and the surgeries that he had, we did take that into account, but they did uh do some in-depth roadside tests and when it was determined he was placed under under arrest and taken to the Martin County Jail at the Martin County Jail and even on scene, we really weren't suspicious of alcohol being involved in this case and that proved to be true at the jail. So, Mr. Woods did a breathalyzer test, blue triple zeros, but when it came time for us to ask for a analysis test, he refused and so he's been charged with DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. Uh, in the crash, no one was injured. Mr. Woods did not uh seem to be injured at all and the other gentlemen were not injured, but um this is again this happened a few hours ago. So, I've given you the information that I have right here right now. So, with that, let me kick it to you for questions. I'll answer what I can answer. >> Just to be clear, they're both going the same direction. Tiger was coming up behind the guy in the pickup. So, the question is, uh, were they both going the same direction? Yes, both of them were in the 280 block of South Beach Road driving northbound. The the truck pulling a trailer was trying to slow down and pull over and Mr. Woods was overtaking him at a high rate of speed before he uh clipped the back end and rolled his vehicle over on the driver's door. >> How many times did he roll over? >> So, the question is, how many times did he roll over? The answer is he didn't roll completely over. The truck rolled to the driver's door and then just slid northbound up the road. And again, we'll provide you some some photos of that. >> I appreciate him. There's not many that will do a press conference and repeat the question because y'all know we cannot hear the questions that they're asking. So, I appreciate this little bit of a detail. >> Exact speed. You said speed twice now. Is there a way just to give us a general idea of how fast you mentioned before you can't drive very fast on that road. >> So, the question is, can I give you a general idea of how fast? And the answer is I can't, but I can tell you this. It's a 30 mph speed limit. And when I show you the photos, they kind of speak for themselves. You can see where he clipped the back of the trailer. You can see where he rolled. And then as he decelerates uh sliding down on the driver's door of the vehicle, you can see that he slid for a pretty decent uh space before he came to a stop. Yes, sir. >> Was he cooperative uh as far as what his schedule was today? What he was doing? Was he did he speak to you guys what his you know activities were today? >> So the question was was he cooperative with us? The answer is was he he is cooperative but he was not trying to incriminate himself. So he was careful in what he said and didn't say. Uh and when it came time again for the test, the urine test at the jail, he stopped that. Let me go back to one thing. Uh there is a Florida state statute that requires us to keep people incarcerated for at least 8 hours posted to DUI arrest. So he's in our jail. He will be there for at least eight hours from the from 3:00 for at least eight hours and then he'll be released on bond if he postpone. >> Injuries to the driver who was pulling that uh pressure washer. >> So the question is injuries to the driver pulling the pulling the pressure washer. The answer is no injuries to him. He was fine thankfully. >> You said that breathalyzer came out zero. >> The question is breathalyzer was zero and urine test. The answer is yes. So on scene we had uh DR experts evaluating him and they believed from on scene that he was not impaired on alcohol. They believe it was some type of medication or drug. And again at the jail he cooperated with the urine or I'm sorry he cooperated with the breathalyzer and then the urine he wanted no part of. >> Is there going to be any testing afterwards? What's the procedure with that to verify if he was under something? >> So the question will will there be any follow-up testing? The answer is no. He has a right to refuse that test. There's a forest statute which he will be charged with for refusing to take that test, but we will never get definitive results as to what he was impaired on at the time of the crash. >> Also, refusing to take >> The question is, is it a fel? The answer is no. Both charges are misdemeanor charges. >> Is he being given preferential treatment in the jail because of who he is? >> The question is, is he getting preferential treatment in the jail because of who he is? Let me go back to the simplicity of this. We're the sheriff's office. We know we arrested a highrofile figure. I'm not trying to dramatize, but it doesn't matter who you are. If you break the law, we're going to follow the law. That's a really easy path to take. Now, as far as being in the jail, we're going to make sure he's safe. We're not going to put him in general population. He's not going to be with other inmates that could hurt him or or try to capitalize on what he did. He'll pay the price, but he's not going to pay the price by getting punished in jail. >> Is there any drugs or medication or alcoh >> He's not paying a price. That's why y'all said, "Well, which Tiger Woods body cam is it this time? You're He's not paying a price." That's not true. >> Was there any drugs or medication in the car? The answer is no, there was not. >> Was he injured? >> The question is, was he injured? And the answer is no. He was not injured. Again, he was lethargic on scene, but that we believe was was >> All right. Now, some of these people asking the question need to listen to the previous question. They already asked, "Was he injured? Was that driver injured?" Listen up now. I thought they were supposed to be better than this at this job >> because of what he was uh intoxicated on. >> Was anyone else in the car with him? >> The question is, anyone else in the car? The answer is no. He was alone in the car. >> And was he wearing a seat belt? >> The question is, was he wearing a seat belt? The answer is I don't know. I'm not sure. We know uh he crawled out of the the passenger door prior to law enforcement arriving. We can determine that based on looking at the car. I just don't know the answer. >> Anyone else injured uh in the area because of the crash or the rollover? >> The question is, anyone else injured because of the rollover crash? And the answer is thankfully no. This is a small two-lane road. Again, I'm going to show you the photos. Had there been somebody moving in the opposite direction, we would not be having a conversation saying there was no injuries. This could have been a lot worse. >> Oops. Hold on. Sorry. I didn't mean to click that. What's it about to do? Okay. It's just the channel. That man I believe the one answering the questions said there were no injuries to anyone. So again I need the people asking these questions to listen up to the answer that was already given. And whoever had asked the very first question they kind of covered everybody. Little annoying. All right. Oh yeah. He's not going there for actual good purposes for that treatment. Wherever he's going I don't trust it. But okay. That is the last one y'all. So, thank you for hanging out with me on Sunday. And I'm going to upload a draft to members on Patreon and YouTube just so y'all can see like the little notes that I'm doing for the video I'm trying to record. Yeah, you you know, it's just a share.
