hey hey this is trending at some point someone says Danny Lee Danny lay I don't never know was arrested on three felony charges in connection to a DUI hit and run accident the Jasmine brand says according to reports Danny Lay's the baby's baby mother was arrested earlier today May 30th after police connected her to a DUI hit and run the victim who was riding a moped allegedly received a serious back injury from the hit reportedly several witnessed several witnesses claimed Danny lay was driving over the speed limit near Miami Beach and was constantly swerving the vehicle after she hit the victim on the motorized scooter she dragged the moped for almost a block police claimed Danny lay wreaked of alcohol as she failed the conductive breathalyzer test she blew of 0.145 and those 0.148 which is reportedly twice the legal limit Danny was detained on three felony charges which include driving Under the Influence leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury and DUI damage to property reportedly the victim now suffers from a kidney laceration and a fractured spine that's crazy I don't know what to say I mean she made a conscious choice to drive under the influence I'm glad she was caught quickly because someone was injured and that's ridiculous um yeah she's lucky that person didn't you know pass away so that's crazy I mean what do you say you're an adult why are you doing this like why don't people just either especially people with resources I never understand why they're behind the wheel when they're under the influence of anything like what are you doing that that doesn't make sense to me it okay but yeah let me know what y'all think talk to you later bye
