Before you press play, look. This one can cut deep. Real people, real pain, more than you want to see. Young faces in the frame that broke aarts raised in the bruise on the heart. If you came for then take a second now. Once it starts, it stays on your screen somehow. >> Trening at some point. >> Handle with care. >> Trending at point. >> Heavy in the air. >> You been warned. >> Don't look to body cams. Hard truth. No filter on the ground. Some nights in sirens, some in a sound. So if your mind is tired, if your chest runs thin, know what you're stepping into before it begins. If you came for shock then take a second now. Watch the stars. It stays on your screen somehow. >> At some point with care at some point >> heavy in the air. >> You been warning at >> Don't look if you're slow down. Don't call it entertaining. >> Not every truth is easy. Not every frame is safe to change. Handle with care. Heavy in the air. On point. You been trying to point. Don't look if you're torn. Okay, hold on y'all for one second. I forgot my little things over there. I a want the little another pop. Okay. All right. Hold on y'all. Okay. All right. So, there's Well, it just depends on how much you're triggered about child predators because that's where the trigger warning comes from for the most part. Um, so first we're looking at parents that either Oh, shoot. Okay. That either are he's doing it for punishment. He left his little girl outside um as punishment. And then there's other parents that don't even know that their kids out the house wandering on highways or wherever they're wandering. And then then I also have a actual child predator that was he caused the school to go on lockdown because I I think he's cruising for kids. Okay, so first one up is cop catches dad's disturbing idea of parenting. This is unspoken crime murders and I do talk. So if you're not here for the talking, links are in the description box. Hey, how you doing? All right. You okay? >> You okay? >> This father left his child outside for almost an hour and saw nothing wrong with his actions. >> Your daughter, >> I know it's a punishment. >> It's a sight. She's a child, dude. You come here. >> Why do you want it? because the family is coming out of there. They've been here for seven months now. >> Hey, how you doing? Hi. You okay? >> You okay? Have you been seeing anymore? >> Yes. She was crying. >> You talk? >> No. >> They don't speak English. >> Hey, your daughter. >> I know. >> It's a punish. >> It's what? >> She's a child, dude. >> Yeah, I know. >> Yeah, but you can't do that. You You can't do that. You got ID? >> Yeah. >> Okay, I need your ID. You can't do that. She's too young. She's unattended. This is an unattended uh child. Where's your ID, dude? >> Oh, sorry, man. My ID. >> Yeah, I'm going to write it up though. >> Like, yeah. unattended, bro. Like literally outside. And he telling me that's a punishment. He say it's a punishment. Why would you punish her like this? What did she do? >> Hate Hate her mother. >> She hit her mother. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But how old is she? >> Uh six six old. >> She's six years old, dude. >> Six. >> Yeah, but you cannot leave her outside unattended. >> I know. I know. I know. He outside and I I watch him. >> Yeah. back up. I was just going to write up to be honest with you. >> Yeah. And I I wish I never be outside. >> But the thing is when when other people see her outside like this and if some something were to happen to her, you're responsible for her. >> I know. I I I watch her and her mother watch her and the mother say that. >> Yeah. That's why she's six. I get what you're saying. >> Okay. He keeps saying that he's watching her, the mom's watching her, but you saw the neighbor had to call the police cuz she was worried about the little girl cuz little girl is pounding on the door to want to come back in and she's out there screaming and crying and nobody's coming out. So it's like, are you were you watching her? And also again, your child can be snatched up so fast. I need you to find another way for punishment. >> She's totally wrong as a child, but it's like six years old. It's a no no. Like if you want to like give up your rights as a parent with her, that's different. But it's like in in the state United, it's like people are going to call. Multiple people called cuz they were concerned about the child. >> Okay. I know. >> Yeah. >> I know. Sorry. Sorry about that. >> Okay, that's fine. It's just like, you know, if some if she were to go missing, we'll have this whole thing on lock down for the rest of the night. >> So, right. Yeah. People get your ID. We just >> Okay. You got your ID? >> Yeah. Yeah. I don't think enough people understand that their children are a currency. Human trafficking is so real. Your child bring um not well your child has the potential to bring some people some a lot of dirty money. You have to think about that. You you just you can't do this if if because I'm even worried about 13 year olds and stuff, let alone a little six-year-old. And I can't wait. Yeah. Y'all going to see the other ages of the babies. It's ridiculous. >> He said he said she she hit the mother. Well, I'mma write it up still. Regardless, I'mma write it up and I'm call. >> So, what what did she do to the mom? >> What? >> What did she do to mom? >> She hat >> like hurt her. >> Yeah. >> What she How she hurt her? >> What? >> How did she hurt her? >> How? >> You said she hurt her? Like, did she physically hurt her? >> Yeah. Yes. Uh punch the you you know. >> Yeah, I know what I'm saying though. But did she hurt her? Did she hurt her at all? Did she cause any harm? >> No, I'm saying. Did she like Is the mom injured? Do we need to call like >> No, no, no, no, no, no. >> Okay. Where's the mom? Let me see your mom. Let me talk to the mom. Okay. >> I need both of you guys' ID. >> Yeah, I need the mom's ID, too. What you have, bro? Okay. Okay. >> Have you seen them do this before? >> I'm sorry. >> Have they done this before? >> I I've never I've seen the kids out playing before together. I think they're but um never like this. >> And you didn't see anybody on the back porch, right? >> No one on the back porch. >> You knocked on the door? I knocked on both the door and back several times. When I found her, she was crying. >> So, they didn't hear the adult knocking on the door or their child knocking on the door, but they're they were watching her the whole time. >> Yeah. I just need your cuz I'm You're just going to be here for it. Thank you. Not bad. You're just going to So what what made her what? >> He sound like he was yelling at her just now. He's using a way more friendlier tone with the cop than he just spoke to his wife in. >> What made how what happened? So >> I I don't know. It's uh his mom said it's uh hit mom. punish outside. >> Okay. >> Stand here. >> Okay. So, did she punch her one? >> Yeah. >> Okay. In the face. Where did she punch her at? >> What? >> Where did she punch her? Like where where on the body? Where did she punch her? >> Uh, you know, it's a kid is >> Oh, just like she didn't want to go. Mom was trying to pick her up or something. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> In the corner. In the corner. >> I tried to pause. I was like, "Look at the little baby." Oh, they blurred. Oh, they they were trying to blur her, but they lost the blur. >> In the corner. In the corner. >> No, I'm right here in the corner. >> What? >> Yeah. >> This is that. >> Mhm. >> Which door was outside? >> Right. >> This one. They're twins. >> Yeah. >> All right. How long was the door outside? >> 30 plus minutes. >> 30 plus minutes. >> Yeah. Uh where >> right there? >> Right here. >> So this a form of discipline? >> What? >> This is a form of discipline where you're from. Is it when you put her outside? Is that a form of discipline? When she was outside, right? Is it a form of discipline where you're from? >> Punishment. Was it punishment? >> I just want to stand here and think about his fault. Oh, okay. What What language do you speak? >> Mandarin. Mandarin. >> Yeah. >> Officers were able to get a translator who explained that the father said it's normal punishment to leave his kids outside. He also admitted that sometimes he would leave both of them out together. >> So, basically, you you as a parent, as a dad, and as a mom, you have you're you're you have to take care of your kids. Okay. I think it was longer than 30 minutes while cows. He might have said 30 minutes, but I think she was out there for way longer than 30 minutes. >> Yeah. >> I understand that. But by you leaving him out there, it's kind of like you're at that point you're not. Okay. And that's why it's an issue. >> Yeah. And then with the reason why it became a bigger issue >> because I knocked on the door personally myself. I'm knocking on the door, baming on it. I'm knocking on the window. >> You hear me knocking right? >> Yeah. I look through the crack, nobody, no response. I go to the bedroom window. >> I I think it's uh it's my it's my doctor. It's a lot. >> But the thing is, >> she's always thinking >> nobody's got eyes on her. That's where the issue comes in at cuz >> they need to keep the translator on the phone. We need clear communication through this whole process. Like why where's the phone? >> Someone to grab her. Now we got a missing juvenile. My wife is a >> go to a toilet. >> She went to the toilet. Yeah, she she she always sits back. That's what you can see. >> Were you guys watching her while she was outside? >> No. >> What? >> Were you watching her while she was outside? >> It's uh it's a window. >> Did you you were watching her through the window? >> Yeah. >> The whole time. >> Yeah. >> No, she's a she's a she's big sister is a >> her big sister. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They're not able to watch each other at that age. If they were 12, 13, 14, 15, they're competent enough. At that age, state of Florida, you cannot leave two kids unattended. That's like leaving them in the house. If they're under the age of 14, >> just in case I'll just always neighbors. >> Was you talking to the neighbors? >> She won't call. >> She don't want to call. >> She said she left. Came back for 30 minutes. >> Yeah. They are a good father. >> Oh, >> this is today. Maybe this is something we >> It becomes a danger to not only their her safety, he's responsible for her safety. >> But this is necessary. >> No, I get what you're saying, but the thing is I knocked on the door myself. So then we know >> Ma'am, did you say is this necessary? that the person that called was in line because I bammed on the door four times even saying Orlando police. Then I went to the window where the kids beds are the two beds. Nobody. >> Where are he going? >> I I'll explain to you. Then you explain to the wife and she can come get him. He says, >> huh? >> It's >> what? >> That's a lot comfortable. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got to put your Yeah. I mean, they're not They're not going to be comfortable, but they're super loose. You see? >> Yeah. They're not See? Yeah. They're not comfortable, but they're loose. They're not. >> All righty. So, I got to search you. Just stand right here for me. Do you have anything in your pockets that stick? Anything in your pockets? Pockets. Pockets. >> It's a phone. >> Yeah, I know. It's unfortunate. I'll give your wife all the information. Sorry about that. >> Oh, I think it's just text. I'm not going to read it out loud. So, it says the father was taken into custody. Do you think the punishment was justified? I don't know what he was charged with. Okay. I thought they had something else coming up. All right. This one. Mom has no idea her kid was on the highway for two days. This is Arrest Flicks. And this is the second time >> he's been in the office in a week. >> And he almost got me by a car. >> Does he just Where's he walking out at? >> He just walked around the gate and came into the office. >> Whoa, man. >> And he don't speak. He doesn't. >> Do you know what building you live in? >> Could you point it out to me? >> Can y'all hear Graciey's corner in the background? Yum. Yum. Eat him up. I I I like that cartoon. >> You can't take me to your house. >> How old you are? >> How old are you? >> Yes. >> Can you show me on your hands? >> Yes. >> How How old are you? >> Three. >> Three. >> Do you know what building you stay in? >> She lived down. Do you live down there? Yeah. >> You want to walk down? Do you want to take me to your house? >> Yes. >> All right. >> What do you mind coming with me? I don't know if this is going to work or not, but it's better not. All right. We're going to follow you. You're going You're going to walk us down there. Okay. >> I just had one question right now. I think the apartment manager, whoever she is, said this has happened twice now. So, I don't How do they not know where the mom lives if it's happened more than once? I don't know. >> Who is Is it Is this your >> So, it's two other adults in the house. That's not the mom. That is not the mom. So, it's two other adults in the house. Don't Don't know the baby's missing. >> Yo, give me a minute. Can y'all bring >> Is this Is that your mom's kid? Is this your kid? Who's who child that I belong to? >> This is my brother. >> Okay. I don't know how old she is. My bad. She might not be an adult. She's an older sister. >> Okay. This is the second time in a week. How does this keep happening? >> Okay. So, look. I was sleep. Me and my sister were asleep. Okay. >> My little brother, he was >> supposed to be sleep. >> So, we got two sisters. that man and the mom and nobody knows the babies left the house. >> Reason he going outside, I don't know why cuz like he just be going outside. >> We keep trying to lock the doors, but he keep trying like he he keeps unlocking it. Like he locking he he keep unlocking both of these locks. I don't know why he warn us for no reason. First it be on the back, but then he I'm so mad, bro. >> Okay, I'm not trying to put How old are How old are y'all? >> 14 16. Okay, y'all are kids, so I'm not going to blame y'all. I love that. >> Since you're you're older, keeping a better eye on him. Realistically, this falls on your mom. This is the second time in a week. Was he in diapers the last time, too? >> No, he No, you need to blame my mom because she's at work and like she don't she re she can't really be um be at the house all the time. I I I get that, but >> but she has to leave her baby with competent people, which at least that adult man should be competent enough if and then I'm not Yeah. older sisters, both are minors. Okay. But it Yeah, it does fall on the mom because it's happened multiple times, too. So, you can't trust whoever's in this house to watch that baby. >> At the end of the day, it's it's her kid, right? At the end of the day, she's solely responsible. We can't have We can't have two and three year olds walking around an apartment complex in the middle of daylight and wearing nothing but diapers. There's cars. There's random people up there like we don't Does this Can Does he unlock this or what does he do or does it not lock? >> Okay, so they change the locks. I don't know why. It's stupid. So, what he be doing? He unlocked the bottom lock first and then he unlocked the top lock. He opened the door and then he just >> I don't know how this happened the last time we tried to fix it but he keep just going out. >> Okay, here's what I'm going to do to at least if this problem happens again. I need his name. I'm going to document that he lives here cuz I already know what he looks like. That way if we get another call about him wandering around, we can pull the report number and we can bring him back to y'all. Cuz what if this lady and that guy down there isn't there? You know what I mean? will know where to bring him back. Hopefully, it doesn't, but I need his last name. >> The very next day, on October 2nd, 2024, officers received another call about the same three-year-old child wandering outside unsupervised, again near a busy roadway. The reporting party stated this was the second consecutive day the child had been found alone. >> Hello. >> Hey, good morning, Miss Vanish. >> I'm Detective Van with Police Department. I believe we spoke on the phone yesterday. >> Oh, that was you that called me? >> Yes, ma'am. I just want to know what happened this morning. >> Uh-huh. Say what? >> I'd like to know what happened this morning. >> No, she just uh she got him over the uh like you said the CPS. >> That's not the only thing that happened this morning. >> What happened? >> Your child got out of the gate again this morning at 6:55 and was almost run over and the complainant picked him up. >> No. >> No. >> No. >> So the reporter I came out >> this was this was yesterday. So, the child that they just found when he was walking outside the gate this morning at 6 this morning after dropping her husband off and we were running around the complex >> and that was so smart of that cop. He took a picture of the baby on the previous day. Very smart. Oh my gosh. And then she's in denial. Okay, I'm going just keep playing to see what she says. I I haven't watched this one ahead of time. >> Asking where my child is. Was not you. >> That was Yeah, that was yesterday. I mean, uh, the weekend prior to that, but today, no, cuz she just got here this morning. She got here early this morning, like seven something. >> Is that >> uh the CPS? Okay. >> Well, she she to have your child wandering the highway. Also, while CPS has come to see you, probably for the prior case. That's crazy. She called y all the time. Mr. Detective, you can come. Y'all want to come in? >> And it's the same one that will be on the news crying and whailing and everything else cuz they baby got flattened on the highway. But right now, it's all prevention. It doesn't have to happen. But we real casual. [ __ ] cuz look we um we got the camera none on the camera this morning. We can put this camera up last night. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Was not on camera this morning. >> Yeah. something. Hold >> on. Don't see the children in the second degree. >> What? And we in the in the bad sleep. >> Come on. Children to who? >> Cruy to children in the second degree. >> What is that? I don't even know what that is. Early in the morning. What could I possibly do early in the morning? Hold on. My foot was on the phone. Call my walk down here. Okay. >> I need my shoes. Can I get my shoes? >> Open the door to get your shoes for you. >> Where's the shoes? >> They're right there by the door. >> Is there a grown man still in the house that can bring in your shoes, but you know, doesn't know a child's missing? >> And you didn't even look at the thing that I had on today? >> Yes. shoes. >> Let me show you the thing that I got on my door. >> 53 arrested for nothing. >> I'm basically being arrested for nothing. Why? >> Her baby got almost killed twice and was blessed enough to make it. And she thinks she's getting arrested for no reason. >> Why is I'm being arrested? Cruel to my child. >> So, this is the fourth time this has happened. Put your shoe on. >> How is this the fourth time? >> Put your shoe on. >> How is this the fourth time? >> Let's go. How is this the fourth time? >> How is this the fourth time? >> Am I have to pull you out of this house? >> I need my phone. Can you please get my phone? >> Lisa, call. >> Let's go. >> Y'all come out the door. >> Nope. There go CPS. >> What? >> Yep. >> Hold on. Hold on. My kids old enough to be at the hospital' mean the four. This the fourth crime? How is this the fourth crime is what I'm telling y'all. This is not right. Not that How is this the fourth time? >> Interesting. Very interesting. Showing a lot of emotion when the when the wrist jewelry comes out. Blood pressure's low when they tell you baby was out on the street a second time a consecutive day and we're just butterflies and rainbows. Oh, okay. Okay. Well, you know, just let them in. It's whatever. But now now we're we're we're getting some some action. Oh my god. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do with these parents. I know it's like obviously the kids could be taken away. The system is horrible, too. I just I just wish better for kids. >> Y'all, how is this the fourth time? Why Why are y'all doing this to me? Why? Why? You was illegally locking me up. What did I do? Nothing. I ain't never been to jail, bro. What is y'all doing? >> Why? Why are y'all locking me up, bro? Why? Why I'm going to jail? >> What did y'all do? I They ain't do nothing legally. We don't. >> If someone's telling you your kid was found wandering a highway, almost got hit by a car, and you're still saying, "What did I do?" >> You're a danger to your child. >> Put them to child. >> Ma'am, >> she's trying to help you. >> Remember Remember I tried to have this conversation with you? >> No. Why? Why? This is illegally. Why? Why? What did I do? >> It don't matter. I'm not in the wrong. What happened? >> I know. I know you didn't. I know. Go ahead and just uh have my daughter just tell my head. >> Okay. She can't finish her thoughts. Possible mental health. I'll go ahead and throw that in there. But I'm thinking drugs. The way her memory she can't I feel like she actually don't remember the days of this happening. I feel like she actually blanked out and then she can't Yeah. I I think um I'm thinking some substances are involved here as well. >> Had my daughter call u my sister. That's it. >> She got a cell phone. Yes. >> Thank you. >> Because I mean this is illegal. Can you can you call my sister real quick? I ain't did I mean I ain't did nothing. >> That's the problem. >> What's the problem? >> That your kid keeps getting out cuz you're not doing anything. >> What you mean? I worked. What are you talking about? You trying to pay me as a parent? >> I need you to get in the car. >> What What are you talking about? >> We're going to put you in the car if you don't get in. >> My kids are 15, 16. They old enough to be at the house. but they're not responsible enough to watch their brother that they know likes to open the door and wander age-wise. Perfectly fine, perfectly appropriate. And then are you going to name that 30, 40y old man in the house, too? That could, you know, an actual adult in the house, but they cannot watch him cuz they choose to just they're very nonchalant about it. >> My child while I'm at work or in in in the bed. I'm not talking. Y'all think I don't love my child? >> I never said that. >> So So why why is I'm getting arrested? Y'all have no proof. I ain't did nothing. Y'all ain't told me nothing. Y'all just put a handcuff in your vehicle on on me. Call the supervisor. Please, >> I'm going to jail. What did I do illegally on on paperwork? Where the paperwork at? >> He told you the charge? Yeah. Explain it to me. >> What? I ain't got no paperwork. >> Don't have paper. >> I I don't have anything. What? What did I do illegally? What What crime did I commit? >> The longer we sit here, the longer you >> But what crime did I commit? >> The longer we sit here, the longer you take >> What crime did I commit? >> What? >> How this cruel to children? >> How? >> Put your feet in the car. >> How? My baby is good. What is y'all saying? >> Put your feet in. >> How this cru to children, >> ma'am? Put your feet in the car. boy. >> They just got ratted out by a coworker. He says, >> "Okay." >> Well, that's pretty apparent. Or what? Does y'all go to school? >> My mom's the one. >> So, who who's a family member that you guys call? >> We call my auntie. We'll need her name for the police report so I know who I >> Does anybody give a damn in this apartment? >> Oh, thank you, officer. Cuz I'm like I'm I'm seeing a whole lot of apathy in here. Nobody's caring about this. Not bad in the eye that mom's arrested. Not bad in the eye that your brother keeps almost getting killed. Like, come on. >> Doesn't seem like it. Why are you so mad? >> So, >> hey, Missy. I got a daughter and I got a granddaughter who I care and I love very much. Listen to me. You be quiet. >> Shut up. >> Shut the hell up. Listen to me right now. Shut up. You shut up. >> Okay. >> I'm a father and a grandfather of two girls, okay, who I love very much. And I would give my life to protect those two and my family. That means I watch over them at all cost. If you love your brother and give a damn about him, you wouldn't let this be happening. >> We were asleep. >> It doesn't matter. You were in charge of him yesterday when your mama was gone. >> We were asleep that time, too. >> You can't be asleep when you got a toddler in the house. >> He was asleep with us. You have to watch them 247. >> They get into everything. They get out. >> You have to be responsible. >> Can I tell you something? >> Can I tell you something? >> Listen, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but look, he was sleep with us. >> Yes. >> He was literally sleep with us. We don't know when is he going to be up because we are asleep as well with her. >> Yes. >> So, I don't understand why you trying to yell and tell us all this, but we are still kids at the end of the day. So, why are you >> kids? We are teenagers or whatever. It's still kids. At the end of the day, we are still asleep. >> I don't disagree that they're still kids. But I know they understand what this officer is saying. It falls back on the mom. Very much falls back on the mom. But I know they know what this officer is saying. >> Where is the kid's father at? >> Excuse me. Where is the child's father at? >> We don't know. We do not know. Y'all got different dads? >> Yes. >> I apologize. My mouse. Sorry about that. That wasn't on purpose if I spit on. >> Did he sleep on that? >> Yes, he's sleep. >> Where's he at? >> He's in our room right now, sleeping on that bed. Do >> y'all not have school this morning? >> Not right now. >> Not right now. What time do you have school? >> Right now. Creekide. >> Do you ride the bus? >> Sometime. That's in session. And it was in session yesterday. >> This happened yesterday. >> So, why are you guys not at school? >> Are you purposely not in school to watch him? >> Are you purposely not going to school so you could watch him? >> Did your mom put you up to that? >> How How many days of school have you missed to babysit? Not like this. Not like a everyday thing. >> No, this is the fourth time this has happened recently. >> Oh, yeah. I'm trying. What do you mean like fourth? >> Yesterday we came out. He's over there with a loaded diaper running around. I almost got ran over. >> Okay. Okay. Look. Okay. So, tell me. Okay. So, I remember this happened yesterday. So, >> yes, the police were here yesterday. >> Yes. So, >> that's twice. One, two. >> Okay. So, I'm trying to understand cuz this only happened two times. So, where you get fourth from? >> How about the previous encounters like a week ago? >> Which one? >> Which one? How many are there? >> No, I'm just I'm I'm confused right now cuz you're saying fourth, but I I don't even remember. It happened two times. >> What days did y'all go to school last week? >> Did you go once at least? It's it I'm not gonna say it's a lost cause because people can change, but it is going to be a very big uphill battle. Uh because they don't care about school. They even said they're not out of school. Their mama didn't ask them to stay back from school. They're just not in school. And that I don't remember. That means you didn't go to school last week probably either cuz you two you you comfortable on school on the morning of school. And that's who the little boys going to have to look up to. And then they're looking up to their mom and it's some bad bad examples. >> No, I'm like three, I think. >> I asked the kids. I said, "Well, what time did um he get back home this morning?" You know, she said that he never got out this morning. >> Well, >> I asked the kids and they said >> Wednesday he got out. >> Oh, I had to make a report this morning cuz he got out again. >> What's your name? >> Detective Anoo. I just made one this morning. >> Oh, okay. You made another one. Okay. >> It Yeah. Wow. Let my little brother have disappeared while I was watching him. I would be gone too because my my mom my dad would not take No. I fell asleep. No. No. No. No. No. I in fact I'd make myself disappear before they even had to. No. >> Yeah. Cuz he got out this morning at 6:55 >> and he almost got run over because he was almost to Highway 74. And the same person who found him yesterday, dropped her husband off at work, was coming back in and found it again, wearing the same clothes, and she said the diaper was dirty again. So, I don't know if they changed the diaper or I don't know that part, but she was 100% sure that it was today's date and that it was the same clothes yesterday. So, when mom was like, "Nothing happened this morning." So, you know, we bring in the car back and ask, "Okay, so what time did we have to come home this morning after got out?" They said, "Oh, we don't know, Mom. We have to go pick him up." So, obviously, he got out to get this morning. Hey, excuse the family member. >> So, at this point, I spoke to a cousin named Bana and she's um an hour and two minutes away. Brianna Cunningham, she lives in Woodstock. >> Okay. >> So, I'm waiting on her. The mother was charged with cruelty to children in the second degree and transported to jail. However, she is presumed innocent. >> Save that part. I'm good. I'm good on that. Presumed innocent. I'm okay. Um, Wow said, "Another problem I see here is that the mother is the root. She's not making sure girls are up when she leaves, nor making someone put on the lock uh he can't get to. They have the little door handles. They have like that, like you said, a physical barrier, a chair. One can sleep, one be up, I feel like they sleep the whole day away. And then he's not even being tended to in the other stuff of the diaper being changed. So even if they're awake, if a molded diaper, is that what y'all said? They said they're never taking care of him. He's just existing. Oh, hold on. Sorry. So, this one is, "Why was her toddler found wandering the streets alone?" And this is Body Cam Pro. >> Just came from Walmart just now. I was coming by here. She was walking out in the middle, kind of in the middle of the street, but I on the the shoulder. I speak Spanish a little bit, but we've seen each other at McDonald's a couple of times. And so I just stopped and she's here sitting here. She's six years old. >> Yeah. >> So I got other people because they don't know me. >> Hola Colombian. >> All right. Give me some space. Okay. >> How are you? Okay. Okay. All right. She's saying she lives here. >> Okay. Is this yours? >> Uh, yes, that's mine. Okay. Yeah. I just got finished buying that at Walmart. So, I just want to make sure there's nothing wrong with it. >> Did you see that? >> I was walking home. I walked over here at 65th Way just on It's on this street and turn left. Turn right and I'm down at the first street on >> You were coming from Walmart. >> Yes. Yes. >> And what was she doing? >> She was just walking coming this way and then she start she was crying. She saw me and she started to cry. >> I guess the first person then I speak Spanish a fair amount. So I started speaking to her in com. I said, "You hungry?" And I gave her some bread. >> She's saying that mom left and there's no one else home. She's saying she lives uh there. Okay. >> Uhhuh. Okay. Okay. Okay. This is I got stuff in my cage. I'm just gonna carry her because she doesn't have Okay. See, he gave her the bread. He gave her the bread. I'm assuming. I'm assuming. >> Hi. >> Okay. >> You gave her the bread? >> Yes, I gave it. It's a fresh loaf just from McDonald from from Walmart. Everything's good. Okay. All right. All right. >> Were you driving by or walking by? >> I'm walking by. My car's in the shop. Okay. >> I got an accident overcoming the farms the other day. So I >> Thank God that's who encountered her because again somebody else with horrible intentions could have encountered that little girl and there would be no little girl anymore and or the cars could have hit her. >> Okay. All right. Well, well, thank you for doing the right thing. Thank you very much. >> She was praying for some. >> I got I got choked up. >> Okay. >> So, she was just walking around along here barefoot, >> you know, and and like that. It scared me. >> No, of course. >> Matia. Matia or Matia? >> Matia. >> Matia. Oh, >> she Colombana. It's the Colombana. >> The Colombia. The Colombia. >> See? >> Okay. Look, there's ants over here. So, okay. All right. Okay. Okay. Yeah, we'll check. Make sure everybody's fine. Can you Can you Gentlemen, stay safe. >> Go in front. I'll follow you so you can show. >> Okay. Well, what I was thinking because we don't know. Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. >> We're going to park. What you said? We're going to park and then walk. >> Yeah. >> Maybe she knows. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. >> Which house? >> Okay. Down there. Okay. Well, let's wait. Okay. Okay. No. She's saying it's not here. >> Hi, ma'am. Do you recognize her? Do you recognize her? >> Recon. >> Okay, that's all I need to know. You recognize her right now. Uh, okay. So, no number. >> Okay. Everything she answer is three. >> He said, "Do you know the number of of where your house, your mom is?" And uh he she said, "Uhhuh." And then he said, "Okay, which one is it? What's the number?" And she said, "I don't know." She shrugged her little shoulders. >> Hello. >> How you doing, ma'am? Sorry to bother you. >> See if she welcome. >> You guys know any families here that are >> Have you ever seen this child before? >> Okay. So, if you never All right. I want you to start guessing. >> Yeah, I speak Spanish, so she can pinpoint. >> Don't worry. >> Yeah. Go on back in the house. If you ain't seen the little girl before, you have nothing to add. Go on back in. Watch from your window. >> Seems like you're working. Go ahead. >> We'll take it from here. No, no problem. >> What's your mommy's name? >> Yama to mama. >> Jennifer. >> No, Jennifer. Jennifer. >> Huh? >> May. She's saying her dad's name is May and her mom's name is Jenny. >> Do you recognize this little girl? >> Do you recognize this little girl? >> I I don't. I'm sorry. >> No, it's okay. >> No. All right. She was found wandering around. So, I just want to know. >> Oh my god. >> Do you know where around here has kids? >> And it's so ridiculous because most of these I watch the parents still haven't realized that their child is missing when they make contact with the police. But then when they hear or see the police, they're like, "Oh yes, I was." They were not looking. They was out doing whatever they were doing and don't even notice my little six-year-old's not here. money here. >> Oh, you know what? Is this your house? >> I was going to say >> Is this your house? >> Madia. >> Yes. >> Where? Okay. >> She hangs out with um neighbor's daughter. Let me see the picture and then I'll send it to my neighbor. She she's lost her daughter before. >> I thought she ain't recognized. Well, maybe it took some time to settle in. Jog her memory. It can happen. >> Is that their daughter? That's her. >> Yeah. Maya. Her is is her mother name Jennifer. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's the house. >> Maya. Her name. >> Um I don't think for these Kim, I don't think they're necessarily running away from the house. They just these these kids are unsupervised and so they wonder if they can get out the door. I don't. Now, it still could be bad in the home, but it's it's not that they've identified something's bad in the home. They're just trying to find her her parents >> name is Maria. She told me >> Maria. >> So, if you want to if you don't mind, can you have Gail bring her here just so we can confirm that this is her house? >> Yeah, Jose has her right now. >> Okay. >> Everybody just kind of congregating over here. So, I'm going to have Jose just bring her over to you. You're on the back side of the community. >> Yes, sir. Remember what I told you? This is I'm with the neighbor. The neighbor is facetiming another neighbor that just told me she >> You're with her mom. >> That's what they told me you were mom. I told I told the sergeant. >> I'm checking the house and there's no one there, but her num her name is on the patio and there's toys, but no one is answered. So, I just wanted to get her to confirm that it it is uh her residence. >> Okay. Okay. >> How are you? I live here and this is my neighbor who lives there. >> The neighbor knows her. >> She watches her. Okay. >> Yeah. >> We're trying to get the phone number right now. >> Okay. Already give out the the 1020. Daisy wants to say hi to you. >> That's Stacy. >> That's Aladd's mommy. >> You okay? You okay? >> All right, I'm skipping ahead to when we find the mom. I feel like we understand. Oh, who is this? >> We'll see who this is first. >> Wonder. She was all the way >> somewhere completely away from this area. >> Cuz I've been sleep. I had I had got in yesterday when I was in like I got robbed yesterday in Miami. So, I was sleep from the medicine and stuff, but my wife, she was here. I I don't know. Nobody notified. Yeah. >> Make sure she's okay. >> Hello, Jenny. Where's Jen? >> You want to go sit in your little >> Where's Jen? I was Listen. Um, the police is here. They said Maya was out. I guess Jen, I was sleep because from the accident or whatever yesterday, but I guess Maya, listen, Maya went out the like I guess she walked out the door. She was out of the complex. >> She was out of the complex. They said >> completely out of the complex. >> Pretty sure that neighbor with the offshoulder shirt said she's gotten out a couple of times. So this is also not a first time instance. >> Walked away on the street. She was walking on the street, >> man. Janet here. They looking for um Jennifer. She need to hurry up and get here. >> I don't know. >> Huh? >> She's not answering you. >> No, she ain't I called her. She >> Where is she supposed to be at right now? >> She She She was here. >> She supposed to be >> She usually wake me up. I give him grace because I totally understand you got some pain medicine knocking you out and when you went to sleep the other responsible adult is in the house. I give I give him some grace for that as long as it's true. I give him grace. >> Like, hey, I'm I'm leaving her this and that. Like, is she supposed to be at work right now? >> No, she she on work today. She don't work today. Okay. May you where you was. >> Huh? >> I was >> You was what? >> I was >> Why? Where? Where you walked at? How you got out the door? >> Huh? I don't even get it. How would she give you get out the door? Because that's what like you see that lock right there. I see it. >> Yeah. So, it means she couldn't even shut the door like where her mom probably left out the door. She didn't even pull the door hard enough because like it's like a special >> Does your ring camera work? >> Yeah, everything works. So, let's go look at it. You can check. >> No, it's a it's in her phone. The mom's. It's not my phone. It's on It's on her phone. >> Okay, let me just get my Tell my daughter. >> What happened? >> Hold on. Hold on. See, mom's here. Come on. Redhead. >> Do you have any uh do you have driver license or ID card with you or anything? >> Okay. Just grab that. >> I don't even know why she did that. If her if her dad was sleeping. >> Um well, I wanted to ask you what happened. So, >> okay. Go ahead. >> So, which um >> first of all, what happened? Where'd you guys find her? >> Uh we found her on South Third Street in 441. Where is that? >> Right here. Right here on the on 41 State Road 7 >> by the street by the by the light. >> Yeah. >> Who got here? >> A man coming from Walmart. It was a neighbor across the way who's pouring his groceries and had saw her was >> Oh, the red head. The red head is the mom I believe cuz on the thumbnail she was the one I think she got arrested. So this is this should be Jennifer the mom >> around. Okay. Do you have like a DL number or ID number or? >> Yes. I'm I'm obviously in shock right now. What happened was last night? >> Wait, wait. Before we get that, I'm just getting married because I'll forget that. >> This is too much. >> I'm not going to jail, right? >> But we don't know what's going on. That's why we need to talk to you. >> Oh, that's why I'm like, nope. Well, this is what happened. I want to take her to school. When I want to go take her to school, an incident had happened yesterday with Tmaine, whatever, but he had gotten his hand. So, I had to take her to the hospital. We came home at like 3:00 in the morning. >> Mhm. >> And I've been on medication because I'm on blood. >> Okay. >> And um it got me really drowsy. So I didn't want to drive back. >> I was like, "Am I going to drive back?" You know what I mean? So I was over there and I was I had I had um hold on one second. So I had fell asleep in the park. >> She sounds like another one to me that doesn't care. Am I going to jail? That's all we got. >> I just told her I was like, "You don't want to leave me in the parking lot? I'm gonna just sleep here. >> Here >> at the school. I was so tired from last night. Yeah. And then when I woke up, I'm like, "Oh, I don't have my phone. No, nothing." And then the dad was sleeping. And I I don't know if she didn't see him, but she was sleeping in the in, you know, she was sleeping with her and she I guess she didn't see her. And um I mean, she didn't see him. And we lost the cat a couple like weeks ago. So, I don't know if she went looking for the cat. She went looking for me or she thought she was alone at the house, but she was not. >> You know what I mean? >> You came back at You guys came back at 3:00 in the morning. >> Yes. And I was dead tired and I had to wake her up at school. I'm like I never left her alone by the house. She just left out of the house. >> But where were you now? Because you're awake and you were gone from the house. >> What? So, where were you now? Not when you had her and took her to school. Now, >> um, so you said you left 6:30 in the morning. >> I'm doing a favor. >> Talking to you. >> I'm I'm just calling my dad and my mom to bring my baby. >> Oh, okay. >> Cuz I have to go to work and I'm just like, >> where do you work at? >> Um, I live on I work on Belvadier. >> Bel. And I have to be there at 2. So, I'm not trying to like, you know what I mean? I'm trying. >> Yeah. This is This is a lot more important. Okay. I I mean we just found your daughter in the middle of the roadway by herself unsupervised in the middle of the day and she was by herself. No telling how long until we got her >> before two and it took us over an hour just to find where she lived. No one reported her missing. No one >> was no one. We were out here. We knocked literally on every door here. >> How did you guys find her? >> Excuse me. >> How did you guys find whoever? >> We I just told you we literally knocked on every door. One of your neighbors say, "Hi, I know this girl. I I've seen her before. She lives somewhere over there. Your daughter cannot articulate where she lives. She couldn't remember your phone number. She can't remember dad's phone number. She doesn't have a cell phone. There's nothing on her to identify who she is. Where does she belong? She's walking around with no shoes on. >> So, this is very important. So, who as far as work you need to understand that come?" >> Yeah. I don't need him to come right now. We're dealing with you. We already spoken to him. There's a whole gap of time that we have to account for as law enforcement deputies. So, I'm just ask you to be a little patient with us. >> No, no, I understand. >> And try to communicate as best as can because this is very important. It >> is. >> Okay. So, you got up to take your daughter to school. You didn't had no conversation with her father as far as, hey, I'm going to go take what's your daughter's name? >> No, I just told him I said I'm taking her to school. >> Did you tell him or did you not tell him? I'd tell him that, but I I don't know if he was up or not, but usually I just tell him, "Hey, listen. I'm leaving, babe. All right, I'll be back." Like that. It was something simple. It wasn't like, you know what I mean? It's like every day, everything. Hey, babe. I'm going to take her to school. And I was like so drowsy cuz what I was taking because of my um doctor and then I was just like, I love I was like, "Oh my god." And then >> what does that have to do with anything? You are fully awake and outside. you're not sleep as well on this medication that apparently everybody in the house is taking that makes them sleep. So, what does it have to do with what's going on now? >> Every single day, I guess cuz the time that I took it, it kind of like hit me a little harder. >> Mhm. >> So, I was just like, you know, I'm just going to stay and wait for her >> for your daughter to get out of school. Yeah, cuz she likes to take the bus, but it was I think it was a little bit later. So that's why I said it was 7 7:20ish. >> So she drove to Olympic Heights. You were going to sit in a car for the next what about 6, seven hours since she got out of school? >> I was going to get her a little bit early. I was like, you know what? Let me just wait here. Yeah, I was >> horrible line. Even if you got her a little bit early, that would still be hours away from home with the little girl not being watched. And I and she knows I'm I'm assuming they're sharing a bed. So when she is leaving and you still see he's asleep, that's a problem. We don't just leave the house with the adult asleep. >> I miss school. Yes. I waited in the parking lot. >> No problem. Any particular reason why you didn't take your cell phone? >> I was I never Is that a normal thing? >> No, it's not. It's not. That's why I'm like It's not. I always take myself especially cuz I work with myself. I always take my cell phone. I I don't know why I didn't take my cell phone this time. This is my first time ever leaving my cell phone at home. >> Okay. Is it normal for you to take the daughter to the school? Is it your primary you primary take your >> No, I usually she usually take the bus, but I did not. I just was like, you know, it's late. I don't want you missing school. You know, we had an incident last night. I don't want her to [ __ ] I didn't want her missing school at all. You know, >> when that incident happened last night, who who stayed with the kids? the instant. I was with the kids. I went to go with the kids. Uhhuh. >> Here. >> No, I was at my mother's house. >> Both kids were with you. >> Okay. >> And then I had to go get him somewhere. >> Where was he? >> In Jackson Memorial, >> Miami. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And that just >> they had like robbed him for like $8,000. He was literally in the mall. >> Mhm. >> And they robbed him outside or whatever it was. They like It just This has been crazy. Now we got P. It's just like a lot going on. >> Okay. >> You know what I mean? >> Okay. and I and I fell asleep. Like I I feel really bad. I feel so irresponsible. Like I'm I'm embarrassed. I just I'm really glad and I'm really thankful to you guys and whoever found her. Like this is like something like you really >> This is not the end of a conversation. Although it could be the end of a conversation, but they're not going to let you walk through that door. It's time to go. It's wrist jewelry time coming up. >> You know what I mean? Like a little kid. >> Yeah. This is very serious. Anything could have happened. She could have got hit by a car. Somebody could have somebody could have taken her. >> No, I know. I mean, that's that's a great distance where she was. >> No, it is. And that's and that's why it's not that I can't I can't answer you guys. I'm just like, >> you read about these kids and I I love her so much. You know what I mean? >> She was literally sitting on the curb. >> Oh, the Can I lock you? Um, he said that you have electronic lock on your front door. It's a safety lock for the child, but when he thought when you close it, it automatically locks that no one can get out. What happens is um the door >> it Okay, so it's one of those electronic locks >> that um >> but if you shut it >> if you shut it, it closes. If you don't shut it for like a couple seconds, the thing the bolt goes right. something maybe like I went like that maybe the >> Yeah, because when we went back trying to knock >> the door knob and there was the the dead bolt was locked. >> Correct. road. >> You couldn't because how you got out of the parking lot >> from the inside even with the safety lock >> with the safety lock but this never leaves >> but it is a dead bull. >> She never leaves. >> She never leaves but everybody says she does leave. She she gets out unsupervised. This is not the first time this she's gonna lie lie lie and then we gonna see her get arrested. >> Like she never leaves. >> All right. But she but she did today. But she did today. Okay. So that's what we're dealing with. >> Now I'm just like what am I going to do? I'm going to have to put like something up at the top or something because I'm not going to add the top outside. >> That's that's later. Okay. Like my partner has mentioned numerous times is we have to account now because we had a threeyear-old which is a very >> vulnerable age. >> He was on the meds. >> But you you didn't know he was on the medication or >> honestly we left there at 3 in the morning but he was getting treated. I was sleeping here too. You know I was sleeping in the hospital like I was just really tired. >> Yeah. Okay. Only thing I could think about is the cat and that when I left in the morning, >> she did say she was looking for you. >> She's looking for me specifically. >> Go get mom. >> Maybe. >> Yeah, she said a couple times. I don't know. >> Only thing I can think about is what if she ran out after she seen me >> and I Right. Right. And maybe the door locked behind her >> and she stayed outside. >> This is the only thing I'm thinking about. Right. >> That's even more concerned. >> Right. This is a lot long time before we got the actual call. >> All right, Jennifer. >> Yes. >> Okay. Because of our investigation, you're going to be on the arrest. >> What? >> The neglect. >> No, no, no, no. But I wasn't. >> Do not do not resist. >> What do you mean? I'm on probation. I'm not resist. Do not resist. And she's on probation. Oh, these poor children. >> Please don't do this to me right now. >> Nervous. Just relax. I want to help you and I will help you as much as I can. >> Okay. You know why we care about you and look at me. Look at me. Look at me. Look at me. She cannot be without me. >> Look at me. Look at me. >> I almost said so. I almost called her a name, but I must not say the name and say she literally was just without you, which is why there are two police vehicles here. Multiple police out here talking to you. So, yeah. Yeah, she can't be without you. Apparently, >> I'm on probation. >> Okay. All right. That's fine. But let me first do what I have to do. Okay. >> You please. I I came here >> because I care about my daughter >> and I believe you do care about your daughter. >> No, but I I left her with her dad. I never neglected her. >> Okay. Okay. I'll explain why. Can I explain why? >> You tell me. >> Okay. But first, let me do this. >> I'm on probation. >> Okay. What you on probation for? >> Please. >> Okay. That's okay. It's not the crime of the century. Let me just try to get smoke this. That's not going to work. >> Please don't. Please. Please let me up. Mia, I want to take you to school, baby. Please, please, please. Listen, don't do this to me. >> Let's go in the car. Let's stay off. Okay. >> Okay. Um, just pat her down. Hold on. >> Do it. I'm going to put my camera here. >> Yeah. >> Doc, before before she goes in before she goes in your car, let's pat her down. >> Okay. >> I need to get back to my >> Okay, I'll get it. I promise you. I promise you. You're you're safe. Do you have anything? Sure. >> I'm going to get some numbers. >> I will, but you got to help me first. >> Do you have anything? Anything that is going to be on my email? I'm not going to carry it. >> Nothing to do with your probation. >> But I'm not going to get out. >> Yes, you will. This is >> when you violate probation. Don't get out. I'm not calling anybody. I love my kids. I love my kids. >> I beg you. I was doing >> it's not it's not about begging. Okay. Get up. >> Please please please listen. I'm such a good mother. Please. >> I believe you are because you can see what you're doing. I only put one count. But we have You got to understand. Put yourself in. >> I understand it. But I get it. Listen. We don't want to do >> If I get processed, I'm not going to get out. >> Why? >> Cuz I'm on probation. >> But that doesn't Nothing Nothing is going to change the fact that you're going to jail. Okay. for child neglect. >> I get this. >> We Okay, it doesn't seem like because >> I'm explaining to you is that >> what I'm explaining. >> Nothing. Promise me. >> And we're going to have a we're going to have a female deputy come and pat you down and search you. But you we already asked you. You don't have anything on you that's going to be >> deemed contravenant at the jail. >> Oh, I don't do anything. I was This is blood thinner. >> This is protocol questions that we ask. >> Listen, I'm not going to. >> Okay. Why? >> Because I'm on probation. When you provision, >> you're going to talk you're going to talk to the judge. Okay. And that's it. >> I think that they're going to believe anything saying that they see my child out here. >> You're the mother. >> Of course they are. You're the mother. >> Are you serious? >> No, they're not. They're going to tell me. Listen, >> I'm writing down the circumstance. That's why >> they're going to tell me. >> You want me to call um >> Listen, they're going to tell me you are on probation now. You got another charger. Not you. Get out. >> Well, I'm telling you from my show up, >> please. Can you please show up? >> I don't know if I can show up, but I'll try that. >> Everyone gonna go to her dad. >> Let me go to my >> Where's my daughter going? >> All right, we getting the whole show right now. I hopefully this camera angle changes soon. >> Sit down. >> Come on. Sit down. >> You have to sit down. Come on. >> I came to talk to you. to go to school. >> Okay, we would have still find you. So, we were just talking on what we were going to do and we have enough. Okay. >> Why me though? >> Okay. Put put your seat belt on, please. >> But her dad's okay, right? >> Dad's okay. >> So, why but why if he was in the house with her? Just look at this. >> Okay, I'm going to say this because I just heard cops say this before. When that happens, um, if you don't properly let the other person know, I'm leaving the residence, wake up, watch our baby, it's going to fall on the adult that left knowingly that the other adult was still asleep. It's going to follow on you the way the body cams I've seen. I don't understand how what did I neglect if he was in the house with my with her father. I didn't neglect anything. I just took her to school. >> Okay. You still have to tell Okay. The adult at home. >> I did tell him. I said, "Babe, I'm going to I'm going." That's why I said, "Be I'm going to go take my >> Nah, she already said he was sleeping. It's too late to say I talked to him now." when she didn't know she was about to get arrested. She said he was sleeping. >> Get to school. >> Okay. All right. >> And I was just tired and I left my phone. >> Let me do my stuff so I can get your phone. >> Please, this is not child neglected by an adult. >> Put your put your feet in. >> How is it neglected? >> Do you want to take your phone with you or do you leave? Listen, I just told you I left her with her father. This is not child neglect. >> Okay, Jennifer, nothing that you're listening. Please tell me tell me this, please. >> I will, but not for this second. Not this way. Not We have to tell you. We will tell you. And I already told you. >> Listen, I'm not going to go anywhere. I was speak I need to at least call her office. >> Okay, we can do that for you. >> I need to speak to him, please. >> But not right now. Not right this second. >> I need you to put your feet inside. Put your feet inside or I'm going to fortunately put them inside for you. >> My phone. I need to see my >> Put them inside. >> Why are you guys put them inside? >> She is facing charges of child neglect. >> Oh, that was a simple ending. Jesus. She I do. I have a headache because of her. All right. Ironically, let me move uh MJ's comment. Ironically, this one is titled Mom Leaves Kids Home Alone to Celebrate Mother's Day at the club. They called it a lounge when when when I watched this, but the title says club. This is Body Cam Goat. Um I picked this one cuz the children aren't wandering around, but Oh, no, no, no. Sorry. I think one was found wandering around. We'll see. But I I tried to get everybody that was when they found the little kids outside. >> Beach police responded to a local apartment complex after a concerned resident found a child outside unattended. It was almost 2:00 a.m. and the resident could not locate a parent for the child, so he kept him safe in his apartment until police arrived on scene. >> How you doing? You guys found the little boy? >> Yeah, that's the little boy. All right. Yep. There's one child outside. Oh, yeah. He saw a video of a snake in a pool and he wanted to go to the pool in this this like a motel type place. I don't know if it's apartments or a motel, but they they have a pool there. So, he wanted to go find a snake in the pool. That's that's why he left. Which one? Show me which one. This one. Hello. Hello. I've seen them on the pool with the two young kids. Do >> you know where to live? He probably escaped. He probably walked out. >> West Palm Beach Police. >> Hello, buddy. How are you? >> Are you okay? Are you here by yourself? Where's mommy and daddy? >> No parents. >> Are you here by yourself? Who are you with? >> That's mommy. >> Who's your mommy? >> Huh? Where is she at? Do you know her phone number? Where's mommy? >> You don't know where she's at? Was she here today at all? >> She's here. >> She was here. What time? >> When was the last time you saw mommy? >> Do you know her phone number? >> Yeah. >> You don't know her phone number? >> Okay. All right. >> Police find a seven-year-old and a four-year-old inside the apartment alone. After searching, they find a purse with the mom's ID inside and a cell phone that leads them to a phone number for the mother. >> Is daddy around? Like daddy, do you live with your daddy? Does he live here? >> No. >> No, he doesn't live here. >> Do you have the same father? >> Yes. >> Yes. Where's he at? >> He's DJ. >> He's a DJ. Okay. What's your dad's name? >> DJ. >> That's his name. DJ. No. Oh, look. >> Do you know the password for the phone, >> Derek? >> They have They have They have the phone numbers in that one, right? >> Okay. Sweet. Whose phone is that? >> My mom's >> Your mom's phone. >> Yeah, but that's >> the second phone. That's not the one that she normally uses. Is this the one she let you guys use? >> Yeah. >> No phone numbers for daddy, grandma. You guys wake up. >> Let me ask you something. >> Why did you leave the house? Why do you walk out? Look at what time it is. And then he was outside of the house. >> He was outside. >> Yes, he was outside of the house on a neighbor. >> Yes. >> Yep. >> Don't lie. Hey, don't lie. You know where we found you. You were your neighbor. After being unable to reach the mother on the phone, officers used find my location on the second phone and located her at a nearby lounge. Police responded to her location and escorted her home. While waiting for her to arrive, officers on scene discuss the potential dangers that face the children. They find alcohol within reach of the children, and the youngest child tells officers he left the apartment to look for a snake in the pool after watching a snake in the pool on his iPad. >> There's alcohol within reach of the children. forgot to mention the third or video of the children watching a video of a snake in the pool and the little guy was curious of the snake. I said, "How do you guys if you guys know how to swim? Don't know how to swim. >> How do you get?" >> So, he could have drowned. Easily could have had a child that drowned. I saw on TikTok this one mom um she was they were she took her daughter to a class. They handled them properly. It's gentle, but they do dunk them and teach them how to float in case they ever get caught in some water. And it was a little baby. She was two or three. But they're trying to, you know, make sure their kids don't drown and, you know, but man, oh my gosh. I just don't understand leaving kids like this. >> They get in the pool, they climb over the fence, but they put a jam wherever the door is. They jam the door. They get in the pool. Neither one know how to swim. They didn't have their oblivion. They had their clues when it comes to lifesavers. Um, we couldn't provide a phone number. So, long story short, we have to >> Couldn't provide a number for who? >> For anybody that could take care of them. If if there's an emergency or something, they claim there's a girl by the name of Stacy, which is an older step sister. We try that. That was the first thing we did on scene. >> I took a picture of the nightstand. There's alcohol right next there's a flask within reach. >> Yes. I took a picture of the kids standing over the net. I can just grab it. One of them moving with the name of stand >> and you have this here is obviously a concern at third floor. >> Third part. >> You have stairs a stair left >> over there leaning down stairs. The pool I would speak to him. I'm trying to get a time frame left together and see if we can narrow it down a little more. >> Okay. Officers interview the mother's friend that was with her at the lounge. >> We were called here because a child was found wandering >> outside. >> Outside. >> Okay. >> Not exactly where >> Noah was here. Um we made an attempt contact the mom. We got a hold of the mom and we learned that you guys were out. Correct. Okay. Do you do you have any knowledge of who was supposed to be taking care of the show? >> No, I this is my first time even coming here. She probably just moved here. >> Okay. What time did you guys leave? >> What What time How do you guys uh coordinated going out? >> Well, I we met up there. >> Oh, you guys met at the place? >> Yeah. >> Also, you had no clue? >> No, not here. >> Okay. Where do you guys meet up? >> Uh the lounge right over there. >> So, how do you learn about the situation? outside. Um, we were just standing outside the place to leave and she said something about somebody was outside and she just pulled off. So, I followed her here. >> Okay. >> Did you say exactly what what happened that she had to leave? >> No, she just like pulled off. That's why I flew over here. >> The part about her pulling off once she saw people probably police sirens. Um, I can understand he don't know for sure what would have happened or what was going on there, but I don't understand how he can't answer the simple questions of how did y'all make plans? When did you plan to leave? How, you know, there's some questions that aren't being answered that to me are very simple questions. >> I called, what apartment are you? I don't even know where you live. >> Okay. >> The mother's interview inside the residence was not captured on body camera. However, she informs officers she had been at a club lounge with friends to ironically celebrate Mother's Day that was coming up the next weekend. And the children's father was also DJing at the club. >> My cars are over there. >> The way we came >> this Can I say something? Let's go. Uh, who used to say Listen, unfortunately, thankfully, right, >> sometimes things happen for a reason, right? Everything's going to be a learning lesson. I had the misfortune to respond, listen to this, okay? to a case where the mother neglected the child, a two-year-old boy, and walked into a pond and we lost him. Okay. So, it it's it's very tough, you know. Um, you're being arrested. This is not a conviction. Conviction, you have to be found guilty of the crime. arrest or blown out of proportion. Anybody could be arrested for any reason. You can get drive with a suspended license, you can get arrested, okay? You get booked and you get basically gets documented. You're in the system basically in the criminal justice system, right? Uh this is not going to destroy your life. >> Job is going to fly. >> Why would they do that? Why would they do that? Huh? Do you Okay. Do you work at a daycare? >> I work at the hotel. >> Okay. So, okay. So, you're not around children. So, essentially, this case is like totally for the most part unrelated to your job functions, I believe. So, I wouldn't be so worried about that. This is my cruiser right here. Uh, man, it's it's child sex. >> I would like to know what does she think child neglect is? Because you know the first time we heard her voice as far as when they could film it again was I promise I did not neglect my child. What do you define as child neglect? Because the officer said there was alcohol within reach. Obviously she knowingly left knowing there was no adult or responsible individual um to watch her kids. They barely kind of could get in. They did get in the phone. They did. But the seven-year-old is not able to really say names. Well, like he was he was struggling to answer questions. If there was an emergency, I just don't even know. I don't even know. And then again, also you could have had a a a drowned child. So, what what do you define as child neglect then, ma'am? >> Available. Okay. Uh, give me one second. Um, I gotta do a pat down. Appreciate it. Um, underwear. Okay. Um, one second. Okay. Listen, I'm trying to jam you up. Do you have any contraband or anything on you? >> No. >> Not at all. Okay. Only I'm asking because if if there's something and we go to PBSO, they find it, it's going to be a lot worse. Okay. >> All right. Um, >> you don't really need to go in there. >> Listen, I'm going to do a pat down for weapons or anything. >> Basically, contraband weapons. You obviously can't tell. >> You say you're not wearing a bra. >> You don't have a punch. >> Okay. All right. So, I'm going to check your waistband and under your breast. Okay. Sounds good. >> With the back of his hand. >> With the back of my hand. Okay. All right. Uh, move up a little bit. Okay. on camera right here. Okay, good. Got your waistband. You don't have any pockets. Good to go. All right. So, let's go on the other side to make sure these look good. There's nothing else in here. All right. It's a little cramped. It's Taurus. Okay. Yep. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> She is going to love her. Yeah, she's probably going to need that. >> This is the phone. >> Yeah, she needs her phone. >> Do you want me to text him or call him? Babe, I'm just going to tell him he wasn't feeling well. >> Listen, they don't even need to know. Just tell him if he don't come. >> Tell him it's medical. >> Yeah, I just tell him I What's your password >> for him? For him to get your number. What is it? >> Should I text him or call him? >> I'm gonna turn it off. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Is this the appointment or the dad? I just I just I don't know. >> I forgot what the dude looked like that they talked to. >> Hold the talk and I just let him know you wasn't feeling well in the morning. Right. >> Yeah. I call in the morning. >> That's all you're taking, right? Just the phone and that's how numbers for >> him or for her brother. >> I'm going to get you know your brother's number. I'm not going to sleep. >> Call me soon as you get in the lock holding cell. >> Okay. >> I'll be up waiting for your call. >> Now she can have this paper >> with her >> with her the whole time. >> You the B and relax, babe. I'm >> all right. >> All right, let's get going. Okay. Thank you. Hey, appreciate it, man. >> Righty, ma'am. One up. You know what? Yeah. Oh, no. No, no, guys. It's Moonshot. Okay, let me read your comment. You said, "The way she was dressed makes me think those kids were going to be alone a long time if no intervention." But you remember when the dude said she told me to meet her back here? She might have been taking that dude into her room into I don't know if that's an apartment or motel. I think they're apartments. I think she was taking them into there. I do. Cuz why would you meet back where you live? He don't know about those apartments or whatever. This way. This way. Okay. I don't know if that was YouTube or what. Shoes off. Okay. Um, want to go in here? Make sure this room is clear. >> It's good to go. >> Huh? No. >> It's good. Um, we're going to go. He's going to do some paperwork so we can get you out of those handcuffs. Hang out for a minute while he does. >> All right. It's going to be tears, tears, tears. Let's see if she got charges. And all right back. All righty. Terisha was charged with two counts of felony child neglect. >> All right. This is the last video of the day. Now, predators come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. I did pick the most extreme looking one, but I I picked him, but there was unfortunately so many I could have picked on um why your kids should not just be out alone like that and you need to be better about keeping them in the house. And I'm also seeing he's got little kids stuff hanging. There's a unicorn right here or whatever that is. There's a little stuffed animal right here. I'mma play it. I don't think I've played this one like watched it by myself before. >> Is there a gun in that? Do not reach in that center council again. I'm going to have you step out of the car for me right now. >> Have to tell y'all the title. The title is elementary school placed on lockdown after disturbing visitor. This is code blue cam. >> Okay. >> Take the seat belt out for >> Take the seat belt off. Out of the car. Out of the car. I think there was a 32 out of the car. >> Hands behind your back. Put them behind your back. >> When officers show up at a local school after reports of a man refusing to leave, they had no idea how messy the situation is about to get. What starts as a routine call quickly turns tense. And as they dig into why he's there, his shady past starts coming out. like trying to get little girls to get in his truck, oh, follow little girls and, you know, night nice hair tie type of thing. You know, just a lot of that kind of behavior. So, >> on the afternoon of April 24th, 2025, around 2:34 p.m., an Oaklair police officer receives a report about a man at an elementary school in Oaklair, Wisconsin, who refuses to leave, prompting the school to go into lockdown. As the officer heads toward the school, he spots the suspect's truck pulling from the property and initiates a traffic stop. >> Sam4 headquarters, I'll be stopping that vehicle in front of the top of the 28. >> Sam zebra 4329. Sam zebra 4329. >> All right. Can you roll down the window for me, sir? >> Uh, you can leave the keys out. I'm just going to pop the door. Okay. Is that all right? No, that's not >> okay. What What's going on, sir? >> I forgot to stop at the stop sign. Sorry about that. >> Okay, then just take take the keys off for me. What's your name, sir? >> Oh, it's Andre. How are you doing this morning? >> Andre. Andre, do you have an ID on you? >> Yeah, I do, sir. What was your name? >> I'm officer Canado. >> Okay. What was your first name? >> I'm not going to give you my first name right now. Just need >> Andre. All I did was >> Don't Is there a gun in that? Do not reach in that center council again. >> I'm gonna have you step out of the car for me right now. Okay. >> Take the seat belt out. >> Take the seat belt off. >> Get out of the car. >> What are you doing? >> I think there was a 32. >> Out of the car. Hands behind your back. >> Behind your back. >> Second Amendment. I'm running accidentally. Second Amendment. Right. You're okay. I'm not doing anything to you. M104 one in custody. >> You're okay. I I rolled past a stop sign. That's all. >> Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? >> No. >> Anything sharp or poke you at all? >> No. >> I'm a good person. >> It's clear. >> All I did was roll a stop. I'm sorry. Everything's okay. Relax. >> Talk back here. >> It's a second amendment. I'm allowed to protect myself. You don't need to >> forwards. You can let the school know that it's 102. >> I got >> What are you doing? I called the stop sign. That's all I did. >> What are you doing? >> Okay, we'll we'll be talking to you in just a second. >> That's all I did. The second amendment, right? I have a seat. >> I didn't mean to keep it. >> You have no right to do this to me. >> Officers have just detained 32-year-old Andre Shashuga. While they know little about him at the moment, the school district administration has enough information, and the officers will be brought up to speed shortly. opened the center console, grab his wallet, and he saw 32. >> Okay. >> Did we get an ID on him? >> Um um I kept it light today, and I know pedophilia is not light, but I'm saying the fact that he was attempting to but did not get to. But I I will have some in the future that some have been sent to me, some that I want to show where it some kids are not that lucky. So, when I put trigger warning, which I didn't do it on this one, but when I do put trigger warning on stuff, I'm telling y'all, it's gruesome. There's another one where this guy took advantage. Oh, he took advantage and and unal alive the woman in like a nursing home. I have a lot of way more serious ones. So, when y'all do see trigger warning, please understand it is explicit a trigger warning. Like I'm I don't know how to prepare y'all. But I'll be trying to tell you like if you I'm trying I try to put the the what they did in the title or on the thumbnail. Like please do not be here if you cannot handle some of this stuff cuz it's bad. >> Let me check that wallet here. I've got a Dun County District Attorney's Office. Um and >> Andre Couga Tempor. Can you run Andre? >> Yeah, there is a 32. >> Yep. and a knife. So to me, >> yeah, we need to find out what connection go ahead. >> He has to the school at all, if any. >> 104, can you advise if he's a felony offender? I'm going to clear this. >> Yeah. No, for sure. >> Second, mister. Loaded. >> One in the chamber. >> Should I go talk to the school? Are you you good with him or do you want >> Yeah, I'll be good with him. I'm going to put this in my trunk for now. >> Yeah. >> Lock it up and I'll mirandize him and fig try and figure out >> find out why he's here. >> Why he's here. >> Okay. I'll question the school to see what he actually did while he was here or what uh cuz yeah, if he came came in and >> you know must have given them the negative vibe or something that they >> I'm going to check his wall to see if there is a CCW in there. If there is one, I'll have them run them. >> Perfect. for the backup officer. Important details about Andre's history with the school come up quickly while talking with the school's counselor. >> So, I just saw some of the notes. Uh, you're familiar with this person? >> Yeah. >> He was uh >> So, we've gotten word that shows up in our parking lot. The police. So, we scrambled, got all the kids in, put him on hold, called you guys. He was parked right out front. Um he's had a couple of other interactions with our principal and whatever else in the past. Okay. >> I understand from Chipua and a bunch of other schools. So he's >> was trying to get hired or something. >> I think he was Yeah, he was he applied for a job a while back. Didn't get it. >> Okay. What kind of job was he? >> He was a Russian BEA bilingual assistant. >> Oh, okay. >> Essentially. Um and so yeah, but just like kind of showing up for work when he wasn't hired, you know, really bizaro kind of >> no real valid reason being here, no kids or anything like that. No connection. >> No connection whatsoever. And so just the the flakiness of it, you know, like was enough for concern. >> And I know we don't have any and when I say we, I mean the school district, there's no restraining order or anything, but I really feel like we got to get to that point. Yeah. because I got 430 kids that like are now like what's going like just it's unsettling and staff another 100 staff members. So I got you know 600 people that are like what's going on? >> So did he walk up to the office or anything? >> Directed to like not >> Okay. >> And >> so you recognize the truck >> so that unicorn gives it away. That's that's our signal. Sadly we have to have a signal. My unicorn guys here. Um so and I'm >> He's doing it so much. They have a signal. Uh I I feel like he's probably got some victims in his history. >> Our principles are at a meeting. >> Okay. >> Classic, right? >> Thanks for taking charge and being aware of everything. >> Yeah. Yeah. I credit my secretary like he's here and I said, "All right, I'll lock it down. Let's get him in. Let's do whatever." Um so yeah, I mean it's just unsettled. So, you were given the heads up that uh >> a lot and we didn't >> and other schools have uh had that information >> and I've been told not to because I'm the guy that'll come out and talk to them in person is I've been directed not to >> talk through the glass only whatever. So, that just again there isn't anybody else in town that we have that directed from. So, that tells me that >> for whatever reason going on and yeah to take the proper cooking precautions and you did exactly the right thing. Uh where was he parked over here? >> And that gun, like they said, had a bullet in the chamber. So yeah, it's like he just seemed like he go either way on whatever he's going to do >> right. Um he got a row that takes the building. So I could actually my secretary could tell you the exact >> Sure. So in an actual spot, not like >> see where that gray truck is. He would have pulled up right there. >> Okay. Uh like that Toyota. >> Like that Toyota. >> Okay. It quickly becomes clear to this officer that Andre's situation is complicated, especially given how his conversation is going with the first officer. And let's be real, when things start spiraling like this, whether it's legal trouble or just figuring out why you're paying for six different cancing their budget, I've million people >> did nothing. >> Not willing to answer questions or make a statement. >> Sure, I will do so as a free citizen here that did nothing wrong. I'm sorry for rolling the stop sign. >> Okay. >> I was getting my ID as you asked. >> Okay. Andre, do you have a a concealed carry license? >> I have an Indiana permit. >> You have an Indiana permit. When did you when did you do you have that in your wallet? >> Uh, usually I do, but I came here after 2020 just to be with family. >> Okay. You say you have a Indiana concealed carry permit? >> It's an Indiana permit. >> Just Indiana. >> It's registered in Indiana. I'm from there from IU area. >> Okay. What kind What kind of permit is it? It's just a there they have a it's a second amendment right. You have a right to protect yourself. So it's just registered there. That's it. >> Okay. How long have you been living in Wisconsin for? >> Uh just since 2020. >> Since 2020. So for the last 5 years. >> A few years. 2021 20 something like that. >> Hey, is there a supervisor or someone that could come up here? Uh we've got a probably, you know, a fairly significant uh um like concern from the school district of a guy that uh came right up to the the school and we found a loaded uh handgun on him and in his car and Yeah. Yeah. Okay. No. Would you mind messaging one of them and just have them uh stop up? We're questioning the guy now right in front of Putinham Heights. the school on a traffic stop. Uh, >> sorry to scare you guys. I didn't mean to do that. >> Okay. >> I just I just got too happy. I rolled the stop sign. I'm He needs new brake pads and >> Okay. What was your purpose in coming to the school today? >> Uh, I they I want to talk to the principal. >> Okay. >> To show her. I went to the office there. That piece of paper. They told me one thing cuz another officer was he got chewed out by the sergeant for for a front license plate thing on my new truck or whatever and some but I just wanted I just wanted to give it a second chance to be like look nothing happened. Let me explain to you. They didn't tell me just something like that. But I I don't I'm not going to bother doing it because I'm just going to move on and do my other things. But I just want to talk to the principal because the interview went really well and it was really good. I just want to talk to her. >> So you interviewed with the principal? >> Yeah. earlier and they still need that person. So, I wanted to give it a second chance meeting. >> Okay. Did they tell you they didn't want to hire you? >> No, they said they did, but the like that piece of paper says it says if you pay then it's off. But all I had to do is show up and say nothing happened. >> Cuz the sergeant chewed out that person and fired him. So, >> what piece of paper? >> He done skipped. He's skipping around. I at first he was still talking about that job and I don't believe not one person that he interviewed with said, uh, come back. Now, he didn't skip to something else that he's talking about. >> Oh, that you saw up there >> on the front passenger seat. >> Yeah. So, that was from a few years ago. But to work at a school, if it's if it's just a citation, it doesn't matter. And the lady at the office told me wrong. Anyways, that's just what I was going to explain. >> Let me tell you what, if he's already had a history of being a peep in time, stalking um what do they call it? Um what is it called when you reveal yourself to people? if he's been because unfortunately unfortunately some of these police officers will downgrade what the person was actually doing to something else. So I could believe that that piece of paper or that citation possibly has something to do with his previous history with kids. But I I see that a lot that they'll downgrade the charges just I don't know. >> Okay. >> But you haven't you have not been hired here. Correct. >> You what? You have not gotten a job? >> Uh, not officially, but I was in the interview process and they definitely needed me. >> Did Did the staff ask you to leave today? >> No, they did not. I just rang the doorbell and walked away. >> Okay. >> All I did was roll the stop sign. I'm sorry. I'm not in California. Can't do that. >> And you said you have a permit in Indiana. >> Yes, sir. It's registered there >> to to carry a firearm. >> Yes, sir. >> But not nothing in Wisconsin. You haven't got any permit? >> One class. I got to keep going, but you got to protect yourself in this country. So, >> okay. Hang tight with me for just watch your knees. As both officers regroup to go over their notes and fill the team in, more questions pop up about Andre and his criminal history that still need answers. >> Going armed on school grounds. I'm not I'm just want to read that statute to make sure. >> Yeah. Just so we know uh or just so you know, the Andre Suga, he's always up at like the church. He had some Dun County paperwork too from a district health seems a little bit off. >> Yeah. like trying to get little girls to get in his truck and follow little girls and, you know, nice hair tie type of thing, you know, just a lot of that kind of behavior. So, >> but a gun was not displayed or anything at the school or anything. We just came upon it in the uh traffic stop. So, just so we're clear on that, >> we can search it. It can't stay there. >> Yeah. >> So, we'll search it, get it towed, uh get him down for a recorded interview room. We'll go get pictures of the front door, which I'm sure there's postings, no firearms. >> All right, Andre, we're gonna head down to the um police department for now, and um so we can talk in a a room that's not the car. Okay. >> Okay. About what? >> Just about what happened here today. Okay. >> I rolled a stop sign. Sorry. I'll keep the firearm somewhere else. I'm sorry. I'm not from here. And you had no right to take me out of my vehicle just cuz I was getting my ID. Absolutely no right to do that. While Andre fights for his rights, the unit back at the scene finds more reasons to investigate his past during the car search. >> Not here. There's a laptop here, too. Is that something we're going to potentially uh >> got zip ties and a steak knife exposed? >> I can only imagine what's in that laptop. >> He's not a felon, though. So, knives, >> matches, another mag. Here's a notepad saying stand, hold the line, no retreat, no surrender, don't run or >> That's a mass shooter waiting to happen. Active shooter right here waiting to happen. I'm telling you. Yes. That that he's a starter. He's the starter kit for pedophile like you said, wow, and uh active shooter. Yeah, that's him. Attract God wins the battle. Chest plate. >> Okay. >> Strength from divine God. Being strong in God. >> Kind of concerning. >> Warrior of light. Spiritual armor. Yeah. It's kind of a >> take pictures of it. I don't think we have to take it. >> Yeah. Yeah. He's got a whole bunch of >> just u addresses and stuff written down in here. >> Yeah. It just kind of page through that uh whole brick of 9 mm ammo. Definitely creepiness. The other thing that that uh card there I didn't get a chance to decipher kind of what's all on there. But was this the gun count? He took his gun. >> Oh, I didn't got it back. >> Didn't see that. >> And as the officers dig deeper after the car search, Andre's shocking criminal history starts to come up. Um, we just had an information case uh on the 19th of this month, Perkins involving him just saying Kohl's department store manager wanted to report concerns with a former employee making staff uncomfortable. So, I guess he worked at Kohl's. U, >> that was written in one of those books I was skimming through. >> Okay. >> He had handwritten like places to work and was >> Okay. Uh other than I mean we've got enough history here of calls. Let's see the vehicle actually registers to uh his same last name only a lot older guy. So um yeah and he is listed banned all property twice. Uh actually no it's just listed on here twice. Uh putsy banned from Calvary Baptist Church. um involvements, bail jumping on February 19th. Um yeah, we had a vehicle assist on the 17th of this month, undesirable on the 13th of this month. Check person on the 13th this month. Another vehicle assist check person undesirable. Disturbance DC, check person, check person, information, information, check person. That's all this year. Um, he does not need to be anywhere near a school with gun. >> Inside the police department though, Andre has his defenses ready as he sits with the detectives for an interview. >> So, do you mind just kind of walking us through like what's going on today? That as best you know. >> Well, I know I want to work cuz I need to go to school more. >> Mhm. >> To do more like education, maybe masters in education or something like that. So, a year ago, I tried to get this I got the job for this. The principal there, she was really nice. I know they really needed me to uh help with the students there, but I just got hopeful about it since that was a few years ago. >> I promise promise promise you they never need that much help with for the school. You can always just stay away. It's good to go. I hope he got some serious time and something while cow's as well cuz he >> cuz the >> he's a high high I wouldn't call him a high risk because I feel like he's already done something. the nominee. A cop stopped me for not having a place to attach my license plate to >> to my Toyota Tacoma. It's a new one. So, he stopped me for no reason. Got chewed out by the sergeant. All this. >> That's what I was trying to explain to this principal like, "Hey, I'm a good person. The kids would love me." >> Mhm. >> They told me if I paid it would not go on there. It'd be like a little baby citation or something. It wouldn't matter. But because of that, they don't want to hire me or whatever. And then whatever I heard him say over the radio um but the other thing they're trying to it's okay but I got also got reported for it doesn't matter I was trying to help someone I got uh punished for reporting a crime in Monomony also that's what was it was my one of my family members so the family there is very bad and the child was ended up lying not telling the truth thinking they were in danger safe >> and there we go that's at least one victim that thankfully um poor baby spoke up to alert their parents or whatever. I Oh my god, it's so disturbing how he's talking about it and tell saying that the child's lying. Oh my Jesus. >> for staying in the home. So that's also uh affecting me as well. I tried to help the person and I got punished for trying to help and giving it to you guys to bring justice to it. That's a different thing. But okay, >> that's all that's all that >> that was something that happened to Monomine. >> Yep. >> I got you. >> But >> okay, >> you that didn't happen to a good person trying to >> Yeah. Yeah, I appreciate that. >> Anyways, but all was there's nowhere to put the license plate. It flew off in the wind. The cop was mad and trying to start stuff and that's all I was trying to tell the principal like there's nothing there on my record or whatever. Just >> I was just hopeful. >> Mhm. >> So, >> yeah, >> whatever. I'll just go to school some more and get a job for real there. I rolled the stop sign. I went to get my ID, my second amendment protection thing that, you know, I respect and honor. Wasn't trying to, you know, scare anybody. That was there as well. I didn't mean I'm not really sure where to That's all that happened. He assumed something was there and then I just got my ID and he ripped me out of the car, which he's not allowed to do for rolling the stop sign. While Andre obsesses over the stop sign and his rights, the detectives dig up more about his supposed meeting with the school's principal before getting deeper into his visit this day. >> So, what kind of prompt you today to go back to the school if you hadn't been there in like a little over a year? >> I just got hopeful. It just felt good to maybe, but I forgot that I already tried talking to them and they don't hear me out. So, it doesn't matter. I'm just gonna just >> Yeah. >> I'll just leave it alone. >> Yeah. You said that you had seen they were they still had that job posted like online. >> Yeah. >> Okay. When was that that you saw that? >> Oh, like a month ago or so. >> Sure. >> Okay. >> Yeah. They knew people. They like me. >> Mhm. >> It just that little thing came up on there. I was like, >> I don't know. >> Yeah. Yep. Did you talk to anybody at the school today? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> No, they're really friendly. So, sorry I I scared someone or >> gave the wrong impression. Sorry about that. >> Mhm. >> Didn't mean to do that. >> Yeah. Do you know did somebody get scared today about something? >> No, I'm just being polite about it. >> Not guessing someone scared or >> to make anyone think just a kid. >> True. Okay. >> Stupid. I'm just going to do my thing. >> When you parked in the parking lot there, where was where was your gun at that time? I had no interest or even that's a completely different just to protect myself. >> Right. But that's I'm just curious. >> Going there to get a job possibly and >> No. Right. I I understand that. But what I'm asking is when you got when you parked your car and got out to go up to the school, where was your gun at that time? >> Uh just where I kept it. I just maybe maybe you guys know a better place to keep things like that cuz you are supposed to keep it with you >> but it wasn't like on me. It was just maybe like where you guys prefer to people keep protection like that. >> Well, I I'm just asking you >> away from away from wallets or I don't know what >> right. What what I'm asking if you had a Iowa permit, you're trained on how you can or cannot uh carry a gun. Like that's the whole point. Well, you know what? Let me stop because I don't I now I feel like I'm assuming. So, I don't know if they tell people the rules. Let me back up and not act like I know anything about it. I would think you're told the rules and that's how you get a permit. But I know is Florida one that you can kind of just grab a permit. So I don't know >> intention even >> that wasn't even my thought that oh I have this me or >> but what what I'm asking is when you got out of your car when you got out of the truck where was the gun? >> Uh just where I kept it. >> Okay. >> I should move this somewhere else on >> it. It was in the center console. >> Just cuz I cleaned everything. Vacuum everything. You don't want to keep everything under the >> Okay. anything. So, I don't know where else you keep it. >> So, I guess did you left the gun in the car or did you have it with you when you went up? >> It was in the car. I had no That's a whole different I came in there friendly as >> Okay. No, I Do you ever carry it on your person when you're out and about? You put it in your pocket or anything like that. >> Well, I made the holster cuz you live in America. You're allowed to do that, but it has to be where it's appropriate. Mhm. >> So maybe you guys need help helpful guidelines on that, but >> we do live in America, so you do have a right to have that out or >> I'm waiting to see if they found something in his laptop and if this video will talk about if they found something in his laptop. >> Yeah, I'm not questioning that at all. I was just asking do you like cuz I I carry mine right here. >> Yes, sir. >> You know, is that do you when you're out and about going to stores or anything, do you carry it on you put it in your pocket or do you leave it in the center console of the truck? >> I usually just leave in the truck. >> Okay. Okay. Usually I leave it not there. It's just I had to clean everything. >> Sure. >> I don't want stuff like that. Or maybe, you know, kids can reach and get I just I'm not quite sure where to keep it. >> Okay. >> So, that's probably not that good of a place either. So, >> when you have it in the center console there, do you have it in a case or anything? >> It's just in the holster. >> Just in the holster. In the center console there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you keep it loaded >> uh today? Yes. For for now, yes, I Yes, I did. Just But I can >> Do you normally >> make it useless really quick? What was that >> you said? So when you when I when you answered that, you said today it was >> just normal norm just to >> is it normally loaded or is it normally unloaded? >> Um just like you guys would. Would you keep it that way ready to go or >> Well, that's not what I'm asking. What I'm asking is what you do. I'm asking if you usually keep it loaded. I know today you said it was loaded. >> Yeah, presently. >> Was it loaded yesterday, but not for any particular reason? >> I got you. Well, we're going to step out for a sec. We'll kind of get things figured out from here and get things going. Okay. Okay. >> So, yeah, just hang tight tight for just a couple minutes. Okay. >> Thank you. appreciate that. >> What Andre doesn't realize is that sweet talking the detectives won't get him anywhere because when they return they are far more confrontational. >> So, so more of the the concern today is actually like, you know, about you being at the school and not so much a stop sign, you know. >> Um I know you had some contacts with the school district before um at some other schools. Do you remember any of those like up at North High School or anything? Uh, I tried to talk to the principal there >> because that's what I, like I said, to explain that there's nothing there. All I did was misunderstand. All I had to say was there's nothing there. That by paying for it, you're agreeing that there's something happened, but nothing happened. So, I just left. I remember trying to talk to the principal, arrange a meeting with her, >> and they weren't having it. So, I just left. And then I went, >> all of his crimes are misunderstandings or the child is lying. >> Back to Brandon or whatever, the HR person. Mhm. >> I'm able to have a job. I'm able to work. It's not even a >> The letter is literally a non-existent citation that shouldn't even be there. They just totally the wrong thing. >> The letter that he sent you, was that through the mail or was that >> Yeah, through the mail. Through the mail. >> Did he ever communicate with you with with you on email? >> No, I don't think so. >> You never You never communicated with him via email? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have an email address? >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay. >> What? >> Just let me know what if the things are being misunderstood. I don't I don't mean anything bias. Sorry. I was just too hopeful. I rather just worked up my own stuff today. I'm sorry. >> Okay. So, I I have a copy of an email sent from this >> Brandon. Brandon. Um and I I can read it for you if you want. Um it says, "Hello, Andre. Your final adverse action notice has been mailed." So, that's probably that thing they mailed you, you know. And then it says, "Please know that the district's decision to deny any offer of employment is final. I have copied Principal Lesneski and Principal Coler as I know you have attempted to contact them regarding the situation. Our record do not list you as a parent or guardian of any Oaklair area school district students. As such, you no longer have a reason to be on Oaklair Area School District property. >> Then I'll respect that for now. Thank you. >> Not not for now. I will respect it. Okay. >> But not just for now. Like you are not allowed back at any school district buildings. Any communication for the school district has to go through the HR director. Not for now. >> Um for like not in person. You cannot even go back to school. >> That's good to know. It's good to know. >> I did not. >> I don't want you to get in trouble later on. >> Okay. Sounds good to me. I didn't know. Sorry about that. >> Nope. Okay. >> I'm very sorry. >> So, here's the deal. >> The school district was pretty concerned today, you know, when you showed up cuz they didn't know why you're there and that was kind of concerning for them with everything going on. There was kids outside. Um, kind of caused a big >> really. Okay. Sorry. >> The big issue, right? >> No. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. Right now, you are being arrested for disorderly conduct. Okay? It's just a misdemeanor. All right? There's no felonies or anything like that. You'll have the ability to to post bail and get out of jail. Okay? >> See, that's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. He's just being arrested for disorderly conduct. And I know for this one, that's probably all they can prove. But the ones where they follow kids and stuff into the bathroom, I'm like, how is this just disorderly conduct and stuff like that? But I want I want to know about this laptop. But for right now, I have But for right now, I have take you into custody. Okay? So, you stand up for me. >> Not for no reason. >> It says right there, it's not a criminal citation. >> We're not talking about >> I'm not talking about that the thing with Dun County. Okay. >> And he had no right to what happened out of my car for getting my ID. >> Yep. Okay. That's not for right now. You're under arrest. I need you to stand up for me. Okay. >> Sir, I had >> I don't want you get in any more trouble and I don't want you to I don't want you getting charged with You're also being charged with resisting arrest as well. the conduct for what to get over to get out of the car for getting an ID wrong. >> Yep. >> We're not going to keep discussing that debate. >> But I'm telling you the truth. This is wrong. This is this is illegal what you're doing. >> I need you to stand up for me. And if you continue to not cooperate with us right now, you could catch additional charges of resisting and obstructing. And I don't want that to happen. So I need you to cooperate with me. I need you to stand up for me right now. >> I'm sorry. >> You don't need to I I didn't know that that was like that. >> All I did was to disc it says right there it's a noncriminal citation. >> These are criminal. >> The citation the citations are noncriminal. The charges are criminal. >> But I didn't mean I didn't know. >> So you you'll have court tomorrow morning at 11:00. >> We also have a lot more information to show that you didn't know and reasonable person would understand. >> But he told me to meet with him to discuss it. >> But you didn't meet with him. You tried to meet with the Putinham Heights principal. >> I didn't know sir. I think I have I have a lot of emails showing that you do. >> There was no emails to emails are to me. >> Documentation showing that you you were not supposed to be there. >> I didn't mean any harm. I was I wasn't trying to be there. I'm sorry. I didn't mean any harm to anyone. >> While you may have not meant any harm to anybody, you did cause a disturbance that caused the school to go into lockdown and you resisted an officer. I listened to him. >> He ripped me out of the car for trying to get an ID. If he wouldn't have ripped you all apart, he would have stepped out for it. >> Andre was charged with felony possession of a firearm on school grounds and misdemeanor resisting obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct. He was also cited for trespassing and failure to have proof of a CCW. He was given a cash bond set at $10,000 with conditions to have no contact with any of the elementary school staff, no intentional contact with any children, not to be within 1,000 ft of any school building, and no possession of weapons. On July 21st, 2025, during a competency hearing, a psychiatrist from a mental health institution testified. The court found clear and convincing evidence that Andre is currently not competent to proceed, but is likely to regain competency within the allowed time frame. As a result, the court ordered Andre to be committed to the Mandota Mental Health Institute in Madison. >> Might be a controversial tape, but if you are uh what is competent enough to touch and terrorize little kids, you competent enough to stand in trial. I'm I'm so sorry. I am so sorry. Because there are again there are plenty of people with mental health issues truly extreme mental health issues and they are not out there creating victims. What the hell ever? Yeah, I do agree with you though. They they tried to do what they could, what they could actually prove. I just hate that it's it it's they tried to be restrictive. They understand he is a danger to children. I wish we could get more, but I do understand. Yeah. Okay. Thank you, Teresa. Back me up. I appreciate it. All right.
