video i have for today
is going to feature an incident where
officers come across a man who is high
on meth
out in public and he was acting
strange let's just put it that way the
way this run comes about
was the officers were actually on a
dispatched run
down the street and right when they
started turning their cameras off for
that run
they could hear somebody yelling and
screaming so they drove down the road to
investigate
and that's how they found this man i
thought this
incident would be a good one to show
people because
the gentleman in this video is obviously
under the influence
of something and the officer in this
case believes it's meth and
he kind of gets the guy to half admit
to using meth earlier in the night so
the guy is definitely under the
influence but he's not
completely out of control uh wild and
crazy like a lot of people expect
when they hear about somebody who's
using meth
i also did something a little bit
different with this video
and there's going to be moments where
the audio is out of sync but that's
because
i tried to take the officers the audio
from the officer's body camera
while they were driving to this guy's
home and i paired that up with
the video feed from the back seat of the
cruiser
so i paired i mashed it up as best i
could but there is a little bit of audio
desync there
i just wanted really for people to be
able to see
you know how this guy was acting and
kind of
give people an idea of what someone
might look like
when they've taken a substance like this
so with that being said
