Mic check. Mic check. Let me know if you can hear me. Oh, we got some We have some good videos. All them are 100% suggested by y'all. Let me There we go. Okay. I'm feeling for glasses, but I got contacts in. All right. So, if you're new here, I talk. It is a reaction. So, if you don't like reactions, but you want to see the videos, they're already linked in the description box. I will not be offended. and you will see my face because somebody commented, "Why is your face in the video?" Really? So, yeah. All that. Go click the link. Bye. Okay. Next thing is um this is my first time doing this, but I'm trying to find my new battle rhythm. So, um what is going to be different is after we watch a body cam video, if I know the charges, then we're going to talk about what prosecutors would have to prove in order for them to actually be found guilty on that charge. And let's see. Um, I like feedback. So, if you like seeing the elements on the screen, which is how I'm going to do it today, let me know. You know, just let me know what you think so I can kind of All this is kind of built from how you and I have interacted uh over the time. Also, get the elephant in the room out the way. I did take the LSAT yesterday. Um, long story short, I ran out of time in a lot of sections, but I still answered every question just because they said it's better to guess than leave it blank because you're leaving points on the table. So, I did try to do that. Um, thank you for all the ongoing encouragement. I will be responding to your comments. And what else? Oh, I'm preparing to take it again. I will take it up to three times. If I take it a second time, it's still not good. I probably would invest in a tutor at that point just to see what else am I missing. Um, what else? Oh, and push come to shove. Let's say I take it a third time after the tutor. I still don't pass. I still like law. So, I'll just keep doing it the lay person's way. Like, that's not going to change. It's just going to let me know if law school or anything else is meant for me. That's all that's going to do. So, don't worry. This will not change even if I don't pass the L set. And we are still on Body Cam Bingo version 8. Link is in the description box if you want to play along. And thank you for the prayers. I see you, Noir Angel. Thank you. Thank all of you. I think everybody almost I see in here, y'all left a comment. So, I really appreciate it. Okay, so let's start with our new format. First one up is drunk driver meets a nononsense cop. It ends badly. So, let's start there. Let me know if the sounds good on the video, too. >> On December 6th, 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after it was observed traveling 20 mph over the speed limit. >> This is a traffic stop. I pulled you over because you're driving erratically. You're flying up and down my side streets. I turn my lights on. You tell me you don't see the lights on and now you're trying to pull into your garage, right? >> No, no, no. >> So, that's why I'm asking you questions. Okay. Does that make sense? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, now we're on the same page as you understand why I'm talking to you. >> So, and I can tell you probably been drinking a little bit, right? >> How Why would you say I'm drinking? >> Cuz you're sluring your words and I can smell it. So, we can keep bullshitting each other or we can get a little honesty here, right? Give me a minute. Is your license good? >> Yes. >> All right. Do you have insurance on the car? >> Yes. >> Pull it up. >> And you got a open bottle of beer in the back seat. That's probably why I spelled it. It's all over your floorboard. >> Yeah, 104 central. >> Sorry, I think I have this one sped up. Like, why they talking so fast? I had to speedwatch. All right, there we go. >> Carry or anything? >> You got a concealed carry license. >> Concealed or something. >> What's a motorcycle? >> You said concealed car. >> I said, do you have a concealed carry license? >> No. >> No. Okay, good. Give me a minute. All right. You got your insurance up? >> Oh, >> here. Let me have you step out real quick with me. >> Step out for what? >> Cuz I'm going to have you step out of the car. That's what >> Okay, let me get >> What are you trying to do? >> Be asking for my insurance. >> Yeah, but let me have you step out. You You can get it while you get out of the car. >> Where are you at? >> I'm in the garage, man. >> Is it Mr. Mr. >> Yes. >> Let me tell you something here. You don't got to worry about the insurance right now. We'll get to that. Let me have you step out of the car. That's what I'm having to do. >> But you you asked me for my insurance, then you telling me to come out, >> right? Hey, >> why why you >> I'm going to tell you one more time to get out of the car. >> Stop. >> Hey, listen to me right now. You're going to get arrested. >> I ain't playing no games with you, dude. Hey, listen. >> And I ain't playing no games with you. >> Just slurring all over the place. Like, sir, >> I don't understand when people again have the audacity to be upset like they're being inconvenience, but you are clearly drunk. Number one. Um, and then also he said I think he called his mom. I think that's his mom. She He said, "I'm in the garage." My definition of garage and his are two different things, apparently. So, I'm like, "Where is the garage?" >> Why? Why are you being aggressive to me? >> I'm telling you to get out of the car. >> Okay. First of all, >> do not roll up your window. >> You You aggress You're being aggressive to me. >> Nobody wants to be aggressive. >> Open the door. Get out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> Do it now. Step out. >> Get out. >> Y'all been out of the car. >> Okay. Get out. >> Hey. Hey, hey, hey. >> Listen to me right now, dude. Get out. >> I was going to come out. >> Get out. >> Get out. >> I was going to come out. >> You're under arrest. Get out. Get out. Get on the ground. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Watch. Uh, somebody else is coming out of the house. >> That's right. I don't know if they are or not. >> All for nothing, dude. >> Play games. >> Yeah. All right. Get yourself up or >> somebody's coming out. >> Hello. >> No, that's that's what happens when you don't listen to lawful commands. >> Could have been easy. >> You can stay over there, man. >> He's under arrest. You're >> under arrest. >> Arrest what? >> Yeah. Well, first is disobeying a lawful order. That's the first >> obstructing. You have >> obstructing. Getting out. >> You're under arrest for obstructing. You have open alcohol in your car. We'll all go through it at the station. >> Yeah, >> bro. Y'all do this [ __ ] Y'all you be asking me to get out of the car numerous times. First of all, you asked me one question, sir. You >> I've asked you multiple question. Big fella. You asked me a question. >> He has no short-term memory. To me, he has no cognitive skills right now. Like, he's impaired. He is literally impaired. He couldn't move on to the next question the cop asked cuz at first I think he wanted either his ID or whatever. And then the cop was like, "You know what? Just get out the And he was like, "But you asked me for my ID." We're past that now. Now you got to get out the car. He don't care anymore. And then why am I getting arrested is crazy when he tells you why you're getting arrested. So I I just feel like I always wonder how people like this are when they're sober. Because to me it it connects. I feel like you're pretty dumb even when you're sober when people act like this. I'm sorry. I do. I need to be proven wrong. >> What's your name? >> Officer Voss. It's going to be all over your arrest report cuz I'm writing a report. >> That's cool. >> Mr. Go. You ask me a question. >> You got a cage. >> I don't have a cage. >> Central 2625. You start being our [ __ ] >> Well, the thing is you're intoxicated, so you're not thinking straight. That's the problem. >> You can't tell me. I just >> Hey, Kiana. Come on. We're going to take you out of the car. >> No. Let me Hey, bro. I'm I'm not doing none none foul. I'm checking for the keys, dude. That's all. >> Oh, the keys are on top of the >> He's got them. All right, let's go. Come on, guy. >> You can make phone calls. >> Okay. Well, all you needed to do was stop when he tried stopping you and not drinking. >> I I just said nothing. >> Okay. >> Where the key is at? >> I have the keys. The car is getting impounded. >> That's your Why is it being impounded? Cuz he's >> he's got open alcohol in the car. He's intoxicated and he resisted uh multiple levels. >> What she say he is to her cuz she said no. They said is that your husband? Let me see. >> That's your husband being founded cuz he's >> he's got open alcohol in the car. >> He's intoxicated. >> Oh, she didn't answer the question. She sounds impaired too. >> And he resisted uh multiple lawful orders. So, >> but he didn't resist. I heard him. I was on the phone with him. I know you're >> that pissed me off when I watched this the first time. He didn't resist. I was on the phone with him. So then you had to have heard that officer ask him multiple times to get out of the car. I do think that unless you do watch body cams or you're already in like law enforcement or the legal world, people don't understand verbally resisting is still resisting. They just haven't had to use force yet. But you are resisting what they're, you know, lawful orders they're giving you. >> On the phone with them and everything is on body camera. So >> everything's on body camera. We can >> I understand that but he did not. >> Yes, he did. >> Order is resistant. >> He was advised multiple times to get out of the car and he did not do that. So that's called obstructing justice. >> Okay. And now he's under arrest and his car is getting. >> So why is the car getting >> Okay. So I missed Purple Haze. I did miss why they pulled him over at first. But with the way that man sounds, I'm I'mma guess he was driving crazy, but I did miss why they told him to get out. Uh, so if anybody remembers when we first played it, let me know. But I accidentally had it sped up, too. But we'll see his charges, though. >> No. >> And I'm looking at what he's doing. >> You do that. You do that, but not within feet from him. No, I'm gonna give you arrest, too. Just step over here for me. >> Hey, like I say, it's it's not that big of a deal. >> It's okay. >> Then listen to what he's saying. >> You good? I'm going to put your seat belt on. >> This [ __ ] right here. I I I'm very uncomfortable. >> Well, if you sit down, there's a there's a gap here for your hands to kind of tuck in. >> It's just a short ride. >> It doesn't matter if it's a short ride or it's uncomfortable for you. >> What's What's uncomfortable? the the cuffs themselves or are they too tight? >> The cuffs >> are they tight or they're just uncom I mean they're not comfy. They're never comfy, but are they too tight? Is that the problem? >> I can lose them if they're just too tight. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> All right. Give me one second. Well, >> all right. Come on out real quick. Let me fix them for you. >> Oh, >> I'll give you two sets. It'll be a little bit more comfy. Okay. They go on easier sometimes if you don't fight it. >> That's officer Uncle Dad. They sound like they talking to a little kid. Um, okay. What was I going to say? Oh, well, thank you to Lovable and Noir Angel. They said reckless driving. Lovable said because he was doing over 20 miles per hour on the side roads and we see snow on the ground. I mean, 20 m hour over is dangerous no matter what. But now you're impaired and it's crazy weather out there. So, if you hitting black ice or just driving on snow is still a little shaky, you know, and now you're speeding. You've been you're endangering yourself and others. you are exactly where you're supposed to be right now. And also, I am not being rude. I am trying to I'm trying to be better by focusing on the video, so I'm not typing as much good morning, but I see y'all and good morning. Just so you know, I'm not ignoring you. So, you know, I always love y'all being here. >> It's kind of stupid for real. >> That's for sure. Cuz it didn't probably have to get to this point, but I guess we'll go from here. You good now, >> man? This All right, I'm good. I'm good. >> All right, sit back a little bit and grab the seat belt that's behind you now. >> Yeah, just take me on. >> I got you. I got to put your seat belt on. >> All right, she got the license. Just give her the car. >> We live right here, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay, just it's easier. >> Ma'am, you have a good driver's license. Do you have a good driver's license? >> All right. Um, if I can get that, I have no problem giving you the car >> since you're here. >> And there's no, you know, point in adding insult to injury here and impounding the car, right? >> Yep. >> So, I'm willing to do that. >> Give me a minute. Here's your license. We'll give you the car keys. You're good to put in the garage, right? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> You're very welcome. >> Um, he'll be he's not going to be staying overnight. He's going to get released from the police station. >> At what time? >> Couple hours. Uh, 1 to 10. Now I got to do a [ __ ] Okay. Thank you. >> You're welcome. Sorry to ruin your night. >> He's a very nice officer cuz they have the discretion that no matter how close you are to your house, he still could have had it towed. And the more trouble you give them, the more they use that discretion to make it worse for you. So he's lucky that the officer was still like, "Y'all can just take the car." >> All right. Step up. You need help with your foot again? >> Yeah. >> You want me to lift it? So, can I know what I'm >> why you're here? >> Yes. >> Uh, I don't know what you're going to be charged with, but I could tell you what you could be charged with. Fleeing and eluding. Uh, >> how am I >> driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, obstructing? >> I ain't never resisting. >> Y'all took me out of my car. How am I resisting? >> Okay. You don't have the right to refuse a command to get out of the car. And you've done that nu numerous times. >> No. >> Okay. >> You don't carry on. That's why you're here. >> Y'all think y'all can be aggressive to somebody. >> Okay. It's on camera. It'll be fine. We know our >> ain't never on camera. You did what you >> It's on camera. I'm telling you it's on camera. >> I don't care what you you said. Do you know what you did to me in my car? >> I understand you don't care. >> He needs to sleep this off. And also, this is not going to be his first time driving drunk. It's not. And I I I don't like these drunk drivers that act like this and they could have killed somebody like this is I hate it. Um I was saying she had been drinking my joy my peace. They didn't say that. I was saying it cuz I ain't the way she was talking. >> Let's go. >> Hey, stop pushing me. >> Are you going to move or are we going to add more charges to you? >> You can you can add whatever you want to charge. What? What? You You don't think y'all did nothing? >> Huh? >> Do you want to carry on with your court date or you want to stand here and argue? >> Bro, you did some [ __ ] to me. Y'all just grab my [ __ ] car. >> How many times he has to get out? >> It doesn't matter. >> Oh, to you it doesn't. It does. Let's go. >> No. Now you >> Yes, I am going to forcibly take you into lockup if you don't go. It's on camera. Yes, it is. >> I want No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> Look, it's recording. >> Come on, sir. >> I don't have a light on. Let's go. >> Come on, sir. >> Why is no no light? >> There's camera. There is a camera there. I want to see this light right here. Why is no light here? >> Because I don't want myself lit up when I'm working nights and have a light shining on me. >> Okay, so let's go. >> You not so y'all been aggressive? >> Yep. >> Oh, >> this is not >> Okay. >> See, cuz you're drunk now. You want to act like a baby? >> I ain't drunk as [ __ ] >> Okay, >> have a seat. >> 11. >> Have a seat. I'm good. This is stupid cuz you're looking. How old are you? How old are you? >> Younger than you. >> Okay. So, >> and you're acting like a fool. This is easy, >> bro. No. What was easy was big big fella could have just talked to me. >> He tried. >> How? >> How? >> Okay. >> And we all know there's no talking to a drunk person. You just wasting your time. Even now, this officer is wasting his time. Just put him where he got to be. The man was charged with fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, speeding, and possessing an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Let me know. >> Okay, this is where we do part two of the title. Let's go. All right, so his charges, one of them was fleeing and eluding, which is a felony, but it varies by state, and I didn't I didn't hear where they were located for this particular one. Um, but it says prosecutors generally must prove a law enforcement officer signaled the driver to stop. The driver knew or reasonably should have known the signal was given. The driver intentionally failed to stop or attempted to flee. The next charge was resisting arrest, commonly a misdemeanor. Um, they have to prove an officer was attempting a lawful arrest or detention. The defendant knew the person was a law enforcement officer. The defendant intentionally resisted, delayed, obstructed, or interfered. And from what I could find was that all of the elements listed have to be proven in the charge. So defense attorneys will usually attack the weakest element that prosecutors probably can't prove because all they have to get to is reasonable doubt because the prosecutor's burden is beyond reasonable doubt for criminal. So uh from my understanding three out of three elements for this one have to be proven. Three out of three like that like you you have to do all of them. Um the next charge was speeding. That is a traffic offense. Most times, prosecutors generally must prove the defendant was operating a motor vehicle, the vehicle exceeded the posted or lawful speed limit, the offense occurred within the jurisdiction, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, uh commonly a misdemeanor or traffic offense. They have to prove the defendant possessed or had access to an alcoholic beverage container, the container was open, had a broken seal, or some contents had been removed, and officer did say he saw spilled contents on the in the car. I think on the floor the container was located in the passenger area of the vehicle. The vehicle was being operated or located on a public roadway. So that's what they have to prove. All right, so this is our new format. Let me know what you think. Okay, so let's go to the next video, which is enraged woman refuses to take a cash refund ends badly. I haven't seen this one, but I said this sounds stupid. Like you're making life harder than it has to be. these people are willing to give you your money back and you just won't leave. But I haven't seen it, so let's see what happens. >> On July 12th, 2025, officers responded to a Family Dollar store after reports of a woman causing a disturbance. >> What's going on? >> I need my money back on my card. That's what's going on. >> I need my money back on my card that I spent here. Refund. It's called a refund. >> And what did you purchase and when did you purchase it? >> I pack it up right now. Not even five minutes ago. Haven't even walked out the store. I need my money. So, what were you doing to damage stuff before >> paying in here? It's cameras. Run them. >> So, basically, she's trying to get cash back. >> Mhm. >> Yes. She was a penny short. He asked her short on money. >> Asked him, can you? >> He told her, "Yeah, she went to the car, got the penny, came back." Once he came back, >> he said, "No." So, I said, "I want a refund." >> And he want to act like he can't get her no refund. >> So, give me my refund. >> Does she ever pay for anything? Yes, >> she bought these packs of gum and got cash back, >> but we can't do a refund on cash. >> She just called her manager. Her manager said refund. That's what she's in sitting here doing. On my kid, on my dead mother, >> if they're saying that they can't do on cash, >> her general manager, she just got off the phone with that's why she just That's why she just searching the garbage. >> Now, for now, because I haven't watched this, it seems like they can't give her a refund because she did choose the option of cash back. That's how it was sounding. Like has she just bought the gum, didn't want the gum, they could refund her. But if she bought the gum, then didn't try to get cash back. It doesn't give them the option to refund. That's what it sounds like >> for that receipt. She's sitting there doing the refund. She saying she can't do nothing cuz you're here. >> No, I >> She was just going to refund me my money. Am I lying? You've been standing right here this whole time. She been typing in this thing. >> She refund the gun, not the cash back, >> correct? >> Okay. So, it sounds like she can refund you for the gun. >> She can refund me my whole thing. She just called the manager on this little device right here. She just called. >> It sounds like she been refunding for the gun, but not cash. >> I don't Listen, I don't Nobody talking about that money came off my card and I need it back on my card. >> Just like that manager just said, find the receipt and refund other stuff. >> This sound like scammer logic. some something's not right because if you got your if you put cash back on the option either she never handed you cash so there's nothing to give you or she handed you cash and there's no refund to do for your cash back the cash back should not I don't understand how that's she's saying she needs to give me both back I understand you want to be refunded for the gun fine it's a little little inconvenient to me but cool your money your money but how are you arguing about the cash back as long as they didn't get debited from your account. You You're not owed cash back. I feel like something got declined and and I probably missed it if something got declined so she couldn't get the cash back. Something something's happened cuz she should e she should be holding her cash for cash back if the transaction went through. So I I'm missing something. >> She going to find everything and refund me my money. >> Don't know what to say. >> What's your name? >> None. >> Okay. Well, they want you trespassing here. So I >> Okay. Once once I get my money, I will be trespassing. I don't even live on this. >> Oh, I need your name to trespass you. >> I don't Once I get my money, you will get my name. >> That's not how that works. >> Once I get my money, you will get my name. >> What's your name? You're with her? >> Nope. He not with me. He don't know me. >> It's a officer Jess. >> I just heard >> I'm not slow. She got the cash. >> I don't got nothing. I don't got nothing. It's cameras. It's cameras. >> Did you get the cash? >> No. No. No. Nope. It's not in my hand. Just like I swiped my car. It's not in my hand. >> Here. >> That's not mine. My money was on yours. >> They're saying this is yours. >> My money is Well, this is what you got. That's not mine. That's called stealing. >> Well, here's the thing. >> This is what they got for you right now. >> I need refund my money on my car. >> Are they going to refund it? >> No, they can't refund. >> Yes, they can. Yes, they can. Yes, they can. Yes, they can. Yes, they can. >> So, we need your name so we can trespass. >> I don't know my name and I don't got no idea. >> All right, put your hands behind your back for me. Okay, >> you cannot tr >> Don't be dumb. Don't be dumb. >> Not going to cooperate. >> I ain't tripping. >> I don't got no name though. >> Okay. And see, Zach, that's reasonable cuz I don't like using ATMs either. Even though my bank will refund me the ATM fee, it's easier just to ask for cash back. So, her reason for getting cash back, I'm fine with. I feel like there's some kind of scam in there about how she's It's almost sounds like she's trying to get cash back twice because you can't you don't refund a cash back. Either you gave them cash back or you didn't. So, I don't I don't understand the refund. She keeps sticking to the cash back part. That's that's what's killing me. The re the word refund and cash back are not going together with me except as a scam. It's like I did this on purpose to confuse the system. So y'all are going to double pay me if you can't keep up with what I'm saying. That's what it feels like. >> We'll take it. Thank you. I need that. >> No, you don't. You're not with her. >> Just get my key. >> She's not with you. >> Get my key. >> You said he's not with me. >> Yes, he is with me. >> Get up. >> Yes, he is with me. >> Get up. >> Give my phone to my boyfriend. Give my phone to my boy. Record this, babe. >> Get up. >> Cuz all this over my money. >> Okay. >> Get the keys, bae. >> Making it more difficult for yourself. >> I'm not making [ __ ] difficult. >> I got scoliosis. >> You did. She say I got scoliosis. I was missed. I hope she don't have scoliosis because right now I'm laughing as if that's a scam, too. I But she said, "I got scoliosis." I have not heard that one yet. Is that on the big old card for like nameless injury? I don't know if it's on this version. Oh my gosh. Lovable, I'm with you. When I ask you, I'll give you twice because I probably have to ask multiple times according to you know what, wherever I work as a police officer. So, I'mma ask you twice. You don't give me your name, you're going under Jane Doe. If I have a fingerprint scanner, I'mma try your fingerprint, you snatch your hand away, I'm done. You're going under Jane Doe and you sort it out by how long it takes for you to get out of jail because we couldn't identify you. I promise you this will hurt you more than me every time. Okay, so yeah. Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam is what y'all are saying, too. Stockp say boyfriend like I'm trying to go home. I don't know her. >> You pulling my hair. >> Stop. >> You pulling my hair. Turn around now. >> Turn around for my money. Turn around for my money. >> Notice she's smiling. She's enjoying this. I just either sarcastically or actually enjoying it. Just know that she's enjoying this. This is This is weird. This is someone that just likes to cause trouble in life in my opinion. >> Turn around for my money. I got scoliosis. I want you to know that. >> All right. Turn around. >> I got scoliosis. >> All right. You got to get >> I got scoliosis. >> Turn around. You're going to get sprayed. for my money. Let's make this [ __ ] make sense. >> Put your hands back. >> You come up to the police station. >> My My head is on the ground, sir. >> I'm not even moving. I'm not even moving. >> I'll be out today. All this over mama. >> And that's what it is. Exactly. Why cows? I'm with y'all. I don't think she had money to get cash back. So, she started this whole little loop-de-loop of they just won't give me my money. No, no, no, no. But why said if I if I want a refund for gun, which is $2, cash back is when you get money off the card, but you can't get cash back if you had no money to get off the card to begin with. And that is exactly what I think the problem is. Pette said they are right. When you get cash back, it gets debited from your account. The bank charges and the item is in exchange for what you purchased. Thank you, Pette. Saka saya is having a medical condition part of the bingo. It it it was on some previous versions. It's lasted a lot of versions. I don't know if it's on this version eight, but definitely names and injury is one. My wrist is broken. I have plates in my ankles. Now it's I got scoliosis. That one I'm I promise you I got scoliosis is going to live with me for a long time. >> Let's make gave me your money. >> No, the lady just said that they can refund me. >> That's what I'm saying. Where my money? >> Where my money? >> Where my money? Where my money? >> I tried to give it to you. >> I bet you going to take it. >> I didn't take it. >> Make this [ __ ] make sense. >> All you did is have to give us your name, huh? >> I know what I have to give you, but all I have to do is refund me my money. Like the manager. >> Listen, y'all going to listen or not? >> Oh my damn. My My mom just died. The manager said that they can refund me my money. >> The manager just said that they can refund it. I'm telling you, she did before you came. She probably said that before she knew cash back was involved. That's what I'm going to say because a lot of times people ask questions in part before they give details. So maybe the person called at first and say, "Hey, I'm trying to give a I'm trying to give a refund to this customer." And they're like, "Okay, yeah, you can do the refund for this." And then they're like, "And she had cash back." And they're probably like, "Oh, no. With that, then we can't do a refund." Um like a cash back tied to the re tied to a refund is not going to happen. But I still don't think they have her money. I don't think she had enough money to even get cash back. I'm with y'all on that one. W Ka said, "Right, because at the beginning of the video, someone said she didn't have enough money for the transaction." Thank you. You see, I'm still missing stuff and I'm not even in the chat as much. Um, yeah, she said, "Oh, my dad mama, she just died, Ashley." Yes, she did say that. She sure did. I caught that one. >> I She said it. I promise you. >> I promise you, G. I promise you, sir. >> They had the money. >> Listen. Listen. Okay. Look. I went in. I was getting cash back, right? I was trying. My goal was to get $20 cash back. They told me I could not get 20. Only 25. >> I told the man. I said, "I only have $12 left on the car." He said, "Take 15." >> So, if you only had Oh, this math is horrible. This is scammer math. I was trying to get $20 off my account. They said I could only do a minimum of $25 off the account. That's what she's saying. Then she's like, "Well, I told them I only had $12 in my account." So, how'd you even start with $20 back? >> This is scammer math. >> The penny in the car. He said, "You can go get it." >> I went to go get the penny. I went back in. The man said, "Oh, well, with cash back, you cannot use any change. You have to use the money that's on the car." I said, "I'm short a penny. I just asked you this before I left out." >> So, they had Hold on. So, they had a $10 bill and a penny with it. >> Yeah. No. No, no, no, no, no. It was supposed to be 10 cent. It was supposed to be 10 cent. The the $10 bill came from the first time I did cash back. If you listen, they said I could not get the whole 20 off. Only 25. I didn't have 25. I had 24. >> No, they probably told you you going to get $10 cuz you had $12 in your account. I could see that is where the $10 came. I don't know where she's getting the rest of this. >> I had $24 and change. So, I took off 10. It took 1204. And I was trying to take off the other 10, but I was short a penny. The man said I could go get the penny out of the car. >> I went to go get the penny and I came back and he said he changed his mind. >> So, there's still no refund. Let's say no scammer logic, but there's still no refund due to her. She could not do a second transaction. So, they did not take, they did not give the first transaction. Let's say she did 10 to test her account out. She got her 10. Fine. This penny part, maybe it was for the gum or something. I don't get it. But she was trying to get another 10 of her $12 left. Let's just say that. But this penny played some stupid problem. I don't know. And they said no. But I can tell you what it don't sound like. It don't sound like they scammed her. It sound like she was trying to do some weird stuff. >> He said, "I couldn't." So I said, "Can I get a refund?" He said, "No." I said, "Well, can you go get the manager because I know for a fact I can get a refund as long as I got my receipt." They called the manager. The manager said, "Yeah." The man called the man with the glasses, Paul called y'all. The police, he said, "He don't got time for this and all of that." Called the police. I said, "Call. I'm not doing nothing." >> I talked to the manager on the phone. She said she couldn't refund you to understand that now cuz you was here. I'm telling you, >> she had the $10 for I'm telling you, if if you wouldn't have never came, I swear to God, I was going to get my refund. She was putting it in the computer. She just looked in the garbage for the receipt for 5 minutes. >> I'm telling you, they just I know my head hurt too, Terry. My head hurts, too. First of all, my joy, my piece is rolling in with the gifted memberships. So, she's up to two now cuz I see it twice in here. So, thank you. And I'm going to go look and see uh who did it go to. I'm going use my phone so it don't do that weird uh inception screen that it likes to do when I look at the chat on the computer. But yeah, thank you so much my joy, my peace. And let me tell you this too, when I put in Patreon, I said, what did I say? Oh, I the thing I told y'all earlier about I did finally take the L set. She said, "Okay, I know you did good or whatever." And she said, "Now, are we getting body cams back?" And I was like, "All right." I laughed. I haven't answered you on the thing yet. It was Patreon or YouTube. I can't remember. But I haven't answered you. But let me tell you what, I had a good laugh when you were like, "Okay, but where the body cams coming back?" >> The receipt and everything. >> Okay. I'm telling you what the manager told me. She said that she can't refund the cash back. She could give you the cash. >> She was about to refund it until she saw you. And I just said, "You going to refund my money?" She said, "I'll have to wait to see what she said." >> She pointed directly at you. >> That was the overlay for the underplay. I don't care about being trespassed from here. I don't live on the side. I just wanted my money back on my car so I can go to shelves and get the whole 20 off. >> That's it. That's all. I just wanted my money on my car so I can go take the whole 20 off. >> I didn't care about the store. I didn't damage nothing in the store. I didn't touch nobody in the store. The man just grabbed me by my shoulder and my neck. >> No. See, and this is why great for having body cam. It's great for someone if they're actually a victim of the police. And it is good for the police when that these people don't tell the whole story. It's it's good for both sides. going just who was right though. Um they didn't just grab her shoulder. They asked her, "Can you leave? Can you leave? Can you leave?" She doesn't. They're like, "We're gonna make you leave." She doesn't. They make her leave. And that's when the shoulder thing comes in. Possibly her head, too, cuz she was doing some crazy stuff, yelling out, "I got scoliosis." You know, uh congratulations, Pette, for being gifted a membership. Ah, yes. Okay, Pette, I'm happy for you. Uh let me see here. Yes, for some gum. And the gum, I think the gum was Juicy Fruit, Zack, it would have been better if it was bubble tape, but it was juicy fruit. It looked like that's what the package color look like. I from my memory. Okay. >> And I told him to let me go cuz if I hit him, y'all going to be saying that I hit him. >> Well, if you hit him, >> but he can hit me. >> He can grab up on me. >> No one says that. >> Like, make this make sense. I just wanted my money on my car, >> right? No, I get that. But you also have to understand where we're coming from. I don't understand what y'all want. >> When you're saying you're not going to cooperate with us, you're not going to give us any information >> because I wanted my money. >> Well, I understand, but we can't control how they get your money back to you. I can't control that. Okay. >> Yeah. So, >> they was they was going to refund it. They was >> That could That could be possible. I don't know. >> They didn't want to refund it cuz they was waiting on her ass or whatever she said. >> That's That's weird though. She was just going to refund it. That's That's so weird. I just wanted my money on my >> What do you You live You said you live I live on Davenport side. >> Okay. >> I came here to get cash back. >> Okay. >> My boyfriend going to get ready and go to work. >> I call him in there cuz I mean I know I'm black and they white and I mean they be lying sometimes. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, this is a traceable transaction and it sounded inconvenient, technical, I don't care, but it still sound like she was scamming. But it was not because you're black. It was because you had some crazy math going on and they have their own policies and those did not combine well. It was just oil and water. >> It's understandable. So, I called in. So, around me, they did it before, >> right? >> Not here, but in general, like I don't know. I just wanted my money back on my phone. >> No, I get that. >> And she was about to do it. That's all I'm saying. She was about to do it until she walked in. >> Now they got my $10. >> I got it. >> He's got it. We He got it. Okay. Did you give this other officer your name, hun? >> Aquar. >> I don't need to go to jail. >> No, you're not going to go to jail. I >> I'm close to getting my kids back. I [ __ ] in the system, >> right? >> My kids coming home. >> Oh god, she got a lot of problems. I'm close to getting my kids back on my dead mama that just died and I got scoliosis. It's a lot going on in her life. I think we should just leave the gum alone. Do get your cash another way cuz apparently you and cash back do not work that well together. >> And they see this, they not going to send my kids home, >> right? Just put your foot in real quick, hun. Okay. You You don't have a driver's license on you, do you? >> I don't know how to drive. >> You don't know how to drive? Okay, >> hun. Do you live in Davenport now or where do you live? >> I live in Davenport now. >> Okay. What's your address in Davenport? >> It's my cousin address. It's not mine. >> Okay. Well, that's okay. Okay. So, you're not going to go to jail. Okay. You're going to be released right here. Okay. But you are going to be issued a notice to appear for resisting. >> That's That's going to his house. >> No. Change the address. >> No. No. Th this is this I'm just giving to you. That's it. Nothing's going to any houses. Okay. Um so all it is is you have to make sure you go to court on the 18th of August. Are you still going to be in town? Okay. Just make sure you go to court. It's just a misdemeanor charge. You're not going to go to jail. Nothing's going to the house at the address you gave me. Okay, hun. This is just what we got to do for today. Okay. So you get the trespass for here and then this just just to make sure you go to court. Okay. >> All right, hun. Go ahead and step back. >> Okay. It's the comments for me. S P says scamming her back not straight and kids gone. Bless her heart. I I'm not playing with y'all this morning. >> For me, okay, just your copy, okay? So, make sure you go to that court date. Okay. >> All right, guys. Take care. >> The woman was issued a citation for obstructing and resisting arrest and was also trespassed from the store. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. And if you enjoyed the >> Okay, if you just came in, we're about to go over her charges and what prosecution would have to prove. All right. Yeah, she got lucky. She did. Especially after she fought with them like that. Oh, she got really lucky. Yeah, he felt bad for her. She was She is down bad forever. TRL, he felt bad for her. Like, it don't matter. It's Lord. He just let it play out play out how it's going to play out in court with her notice to appear. That's so the cop was nice. They're being, you know, on these body cams. They're being reasonable. Okay. Yeah, I wouldn't have had it once you made me fight you. Oh my god, we're going to jail. I hope she showed up to court, too. You already trying to get your kids back. Like, come on. Please show up to court. Jacqueline said she not going to show up. Okay, so based on the last video we watched, um, this was located in Rock Island, Illinois. So, this will be based off of Illinois's statutes and everything, but obstructing a peace officer was one of her charges, and the classification was class A misdemeanor. Prosecutors would have to prove the defendant knowingly obstructed or interfered with an officer, the officer was performing an authorized official duty, the defendant knew the person was a police or a peace officer. And I obstructing can also be not identifying yourself. So that might have been one, but since this this is the charge after the fact, well, they can still say it happened and she finally gave her name in the car. So, and then there's a charge of resisting arrest. That's a misdemeanor or class A misdemeanor in Illinois and prosecutors would have to prove all three. An officer was attempting an authorized arrest or official action. The defendant knew the person was a peace officer. The defendant knowingly resisted or obstructed the officer. So, those are her two and what they have to prove. I was thanking her for whomever received. It wasn't me. Yes, please hit the like. I appreciate y'all there. Gwen, there is no excuse for that behavior. It's not. She's just making her life harder. Liz, Grandma, thank you for the super chat. We miss being entertained. Trinity, thank you. I missed y'all. Let me tell you, I went through withdrawals. I had to use so much discipline not to hit that live button. I really really I did and I did. So now I can't say, "Oh, maybe I should have studied more." I know it wasn't that because I could I did not touch the live button. It was very hard. But thank you so much for the super chat. Okay, so we're going to our next one. It says trashy only fans girls get airplane deboarded. I just want to say I did not obviously make this title and their actions are probably going to be trashy. I don't think if you do Only Fans you're automatically trashy. Okay, just so y'all just for me and my, you know, let y'all know how I think. Um, I missed you too, professor. Okay, so let's go ahead and watch it and see what happens. >> I need to speak to you in the car. Listen, listen. >> Listen, listen. What's going to happen? Listen, listen to what's going to happen. >> If you guys do not deboard the aircraft now, I am going to deplane this aircraft and you're going to be arrested for trespassing. You understand that? >> Who's the second only fans girl? I know she is cuz she Oh, let me put my mouse here. She is cuz she was on the thumbnail. So, I know she's number one. Is this number two with the Let me move my Let me move my face out the way. Hold on. Cuz I honestly don't know. I'm wondering if this is number two or she just looking because she's just trying to see what's going on on the plane. >> You understand that? >> We're speaking to you and >> I need a lawyer. >> Okay. Like I said, we're going to deboard this aircraft and I'm going to take you to jail. Do you understand that? one of the tablets and we're using a tablet someone >> if they refuse I have to be the aircraft. Hello. >> Sorry. Uh, I'm gonna read the text to y'all. So, the police were called because they refused to get off the plane. That was the main reason. But that woman verbally said she threw a tablet or something. Then the text on the screen currently says the two women tried to sit in first class and were being uncooperative, forcing the plane to be deorted. class. No compliant pass on first class. They accepted the drinks. We started drinking and then they were told to go back to their seats. But they were already now. I'm asking them to please come to the front so I can speak to them. They're refusing in that. So they're not flying, right? They're not flying. >> Uh I'm going to watch it. Uh let them know they need to deboard the aircraft. If they do not, we're going to deplane the aircraft and then we're going to force a big. >> Oh, thank you. >> Thank you guys very much. >> Departing. >> All right, deport the whole aircraft. >> We got to deport the aircraft. I would I would somehow accidentally walk by their chairs and let my bag graze the back of their head if I got a deboard because you won't get off this plane. You're not flying. It's done. It's over with. >> They're all the way in the back. I told them this is the third time as to this is the fourth time I'm telling you I'm not coming up. address. >> It's just that they don't they don't want us to ask them if they don't then we >> let them let them know that they do not deport we they are going to be arrested for trespassing myself. >> Yeah. I need to speak to you in the front. Listen, listen. Listen, listen. What's going to happen? Listen, listen. What's going to happen? >> If you guys do not deboard the aircraft now, I am going to deplane this aircraft and you're going to be arrested for trespassing. You understand that? >> You understand that? >> We're speaking to you and >> I need a lawyer. >> Okay. Like I said, we're going to deboard this aircraft and I'm going to take you to jail. Do you understand that? >> Okay. She understands it. >> Bye. Morning. >> Thank you, gentlemen. >> I appreciate you trying. >> Would you like to meet or would you like me to? your belongings. >> Two of them. >> No, they're both going. >> I've been wanting to tell y'all this, too. Yes, I'll be so pissed. Saka say and Noir Angel like oh my gosh. But I have been wondering this. Do y'all remember that one thing that went viral? And I think it was a Delta plane, but you remember it was a Asian man and they this was before I started watching body cams. They showed his face was tow up on that plane cuz they the the headline said they had to drag him off the plane. That was the first time I saw where things got super violent and somebody's face looked crazy from it. I wonder if the deplained law or rule came after that thing with that the Asian man because he was the only one I've ever seen go that big to where like most likely y'all would have heard of it too and seen his face. I was always wondering is he the catalyst to why now everybody has to get off to get the problem maker off. I'mma have to find out what the how long they've been doing this where they have to deplane and then they got to get the person because the person refused to deplane because I wonder I wonder was he a refuse to deplane person and then we see the aftermath but and I didn't look into it enough because other people probably had their phones out recording so maybe he was not a problem but I just wonder if after all that this is how we get you have to be playing. >> He was next to her and he heard the same speech. Do you regret this moment all gather your belongings and bags and whatnot upstairs? I already told her I warned her she didn't get up. >> I'd be so mad. Oh my god. Okay, thank you. >> That's too bad. >> You'll be able to tell. Carlos Heck yeah. Not for nothing. I'm with BRB and Deita Joe. That beard was nice. Yes, Silver Fox. Nice beard. Thank you. >> So now what happens? We're all going to miss our connection. >> But if we only have a 30 minute connection and there's no more >> ma'am, you got to go. And I understand cuz my connected flights I'd be so stressed out if they're not at least like an hour apart which depending on the delay that that won't even matter. But I I would be so stressed but ma'am also you're adding to the time. Ask the attendant at the gate since you have to deboard right now anyway. This is wasting time too. I understand your concern but this is not how we find out. We got to get everybody off the plane so we can get these troublemakers off the plane. Hotel 4397 43 Okay. I didn't know they was I thought they was gonna skip by now. We looking at every last passage to get off this plane. Hold on. Let me I mean, I'm g skip ahead a little bit. BRB, you are funny. Okay. So, it's two females. >> Okay. Now, we're ready. We're ready. We saved the whole thing. Just we don't want everyone to come. >> Oh, Dean, I see why you said we'd be mad. Not you talking about, "Okay, we're leaving." And you just made those people get off the plane. If I could find a way to do it without getting in trouble, I'm I'm slapping somebody. Oh my god. No, she did not just say, "Okay, we're getting off." I almost said a word. And put your hand put your hands behind your back. >> Yeah. Can we just >> clap your hands? >> Clap your hands. >> Your chance was in the beginning when we >> when I told you to exit the aircraft. That's when you were supposed to exit. >> When you told me to call your attorney, this is what happened. >> Yeah, I don't give a [ __ ] And my attorney is going to hit you up. So, >> why are you so >> hold still go on our flight? We were still going to be able to fly after >> Hold on. Huh? >> Because I was not sitting in the right seat. >> You're doing that because I was not sitting in the right video. I literally have everything recorded. >> All right. Come on. >> Have they not seen Final Destination? You better sit in your correct seat. Uh-uh. But no, that is important though. Unless they allow you to switch seats, you do need to stay in the seat you're assigned. Like that's on some unfortunately some bad happens to you type stuff, you know. But yeah, it's a it's a big deal. They're just doing their job. They're doing their part. >> So, are you somebody to give me info on the >> the flight attendant, the pilot, and this gentleman? I need a female for >> I need a female for a pat. All right, real quick. Because Jacqueline said, "I always wonder why they have to remove their stuff. Aren't they going to get aren't they going to return to the same plane?" Basically, it looks like for this situation, they don't they have a lost or left dilemma. The crew cannot verify who owns what. If belongings are left, the plane cannot legally depart without taking extraordinary steps to verify the ownership of every single item, especially on international routes. And it says liability and theft prevention. If a plane is left unattended or unsecured, airlines and airport authorities do not want to be held liable for unsecured personal property, cash or electronics left behind in the cabin. >> I'm getting kicked out because I didn't ride. >> Mama, get up. Get up. Get up. Get up. Come on. Get up. >> Oh, sorry. I just had to had to do a little yoga on the way to jail. >> Oh my god. There we go. >> My car's over here. All right. If you come in the middle and you never met me before, this is a reaction. So, I am talking. I'm pausing and talking a lot. But every video we watch, the link is in the description box if you don't want to hear all that and have all that pausing stuff. Um, but Stockp say, "Yes, my petty self, I need you to be put on the no-fly list. uh trespass from this particular airport. And uh what was the other one? There was something else. But Candace Coach said, "Woo, Trinity, you picked some winners today because these people truly pissing me all the way off." This is uh Darlene, Sweet Tea, Lovable. Who else? Uh Kesha Swan. That's them sending me these videos. Maybe I think Ashley sent one. I don't remember who sent what, but that's who's been sending these videos. So, thank y'all for sending these crazy ones. Run, run. >> Hey, hey, don't sit in the wrong seat. >> No, I told these guys to get me for get it for me. Uh, the guys over there, I told Nate, get me the in from the pilot, the flight attendant. >> Who else is over there? >> Yeah, I got to go back. >> Hey, don't sit on the wrong seat cuz you'll get arrested. >> Hey, don't sit in first class. >> Yeah, we know. Shut the hell up. You don't know. Let's go down exit door 11 and I'm parked as well. 2022. >> Can I get a female officer to lower door 12? >> Let's do the the elevator. I hate her laugh. They should have I don't know if there is not a charge for the other stuff they did, but I feel like they should have gotten like I guess it'd be assault because they didn't actually connect with anyone with the tablet, but you should get charged for throwing that tablet. Um they should get charged for the intoxication, public intoxication. Um, I don't know if there's a separate one for, you know, not obeying. You should have sat in the correct seat. But everything that they did, they should be charged for. I don't like that it's uh I feel like cuz I did watch this a little bit ahead just to see their charges. I feel like it was only one charge and I'm sorry, but I think that charge got dropped, too. But we still going to go over it. >> It was awesome. 8685 airport. >> No, it's not even that green and white right there. >> All right. I So the point was she giggled a lot. Let's get her to this car. Lord, in fact, let's just get Hold on. We'll go right here. >> Was behind us. Augustine back here. >> Yeah. Turn sideways so it doesn't hurt. Put your shoulder on the seat and your knees to one side or the other. It's >> the text says both women were charged with trespassing on aircraft. The state attorney dropped the charges and the case is closed. And this is why people continue to act like this. They clearly did not get off the plane when they were supposed to. All right, let's go over what would have had to been proven if the state attorney kept it going. And you know, I'm I'm there's not much I can say cuz I don't know why they didn't charge, but here we go. It's their trash. They're trash. Their charge was trespassing on an aircraft, which is a seconddegree misdemeanor in Florida. The state attorney and prosecutor would have had to prove the aircraft was a conveyance under Florida law. Duh. The defendant was not authorized to remain on the aircraft, which we saw they were not. The the defendant willfully entered or remained on the aircraft and did. The defendant refused to leave or remained after permission was withdrawn and did. That's all on the body cam. Why do we not go through these charges through with the charges? Sorry, that is very annoying. Um, let me see. Ah, she might be a nervous laugh laugher, but to me, she seems amused by the situation. Yeah. Oh, she and you see why she laughed right out the courtroom. They dropped the charges. Dean said they should have gotten a federal charge for interfering with the flight crew. That one, too. Please. I would love a federal charge for people to act like this. All right, what's the next one? Oh, that makes me so mad. All right, next one is man tries to fill a I did watch this one. A fraudulent prescription for lean at Walgreens. And if you not ACL, Texas, uh it's probably some other places that have had lean. You know what Lil Wayne's addicted to or if you don't listen to that music, lean is a drug. It's a It's a drink mixed with drugs that will make you literally so out of it that you lean. Just in case you needed that context. Um just found out who was it? The franchise boys have ruined all of us because now they're saying that the um lean with it rock with it song was not well we knew lean was the drink. We knew that. But the lean with it rock with it song. The rock with it part was about literal rocks. I think like cocaine rocks or whatever that pisses me off. I listened to the lyrics again last week and they literally described the dance so don't do that to us. Let us keep what we have just like T pay said uh and their hands go up and they stay there and they say yeah no we say and they stay there twice T pay don't ruin this for us. Uh Louisiana yes Mindy um so thank you so Pay for the super chat. I appreciate it. I am. Y'all are the best and you're the best without super chats, but I definitely do appreciate it. Thank you very, very much. All right, let's see this. He is so dumb. Let's see. >> On September 3rd, 2025, officers were dispatched to Walgreens for suspicion of a man trying to fill a fraudulent prescription for codine promethazine syrup, commonly known as lean. >> See, that's the thing. It is basically cough syrup, which is why if y'all wonder why you can't buy a lot of cough syrup at one time, thank the lean generation, the lean people. But y'all see that is specifically that coding prescription stuff. But yes, people will use Yep. Purple drink, Zack. Yep. People will use any kind of cough syrup, but he tried to get that strong strong stuff, too. >> As well as benzonotate tablets. >> They said they're having an issue with the prescription, so they're they're worried about it. Um, just a second here. 116. I'm talking on the subject by the pharmacy now. Um, do you have your ID on you, man? >> Uh, I don't have my ID on right now. >> Okay. Cuz they're they're having an issue. They said this they're having an issue with this doctor that this doctor doesn't like the numbers aren't working out and they're not able to match anything. So, they're not going to be able to fill that. They came off like >> go to my doctor in person and have this figured out because >> um what's your name? >> He came on it cuz he sound like he already had some to get some more. That's the way the his um speed of speaking seems very like I've already had some. >> Um my name is J. >> You know your last name >> cuz I'm kind of tired right now. But my >> my standpoint that's real odd that you don't know your last name. You use your mom's new married name. >> Yeah. >> Usually your born name. You're you're getting that changed over that. >> Okay. Okay. So yeah, I should say from my standpoint that's real odd that you don't know your name or anything like that and you're like I was going to look at this to write it. So that doesn't help with the whole this feels like a frazzo prescription thing. You know what I mean? >> Yeah, that doesn't that doesn't work. >> What is it? >> You don't know your own birthday either. >> You don't I'm not lying. I might go to the doctor so I can actually >> Well, we got to confirm some things first cuz it comes off like you're trying to fill a fraud on prescription. >> So, we got to don't know your don't know your birthday. This is all telling me that this is not a legit prescription that you're trying to Yeah, cuz we're investigating you filling a fragile prescription right now. Well, hold on. We're We're looking into some things first. I got to figure some things out and then you mind having a seat for me? >> Okay. So, how old is your uncle? How old is my uncle? >> Uncle. >> Uncle? >> Yeah. Okay. What's uh what's his birthday? You know, I'm asking for yours though. I was asking for yours. >> And what's your name? >> James. >> So, so none of the information. I asked for your name earlier and you gave me a different name than what you just gave her. What's your name? This man said, "My name is John Jacob Jingle Hmer." That's what that man just said. Um, yes, Crystal Gal reminded me, "Please replay gang gang. Please hype the video. I really, really appreciate it. I'm going try to remember to ask that more. Thank you." And hey, Crystal Gal. Uh, let me see. There was one thing. Oh, I don't understand how you come to fill a fraudulent prescription for possibly his uncle. Don't even know for sure. and you go under the influence thinking you're going to sound rational enough to even try to sell this story. But also, that's why I feel like it's an addiction because you not even you not even thinking clearly on how this will not work. Yes. His brain is fly. His brain is fried, Gwen. Yes. >> What name did I just give? >> What is your name? I don't care what name you're giving us. What is your name? >> My name is James John. >> James John? >> Yes, sir. Now your whole name with your last name, John. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And how do you spell that? >> You got a middle initial at all? >> Okay. So, from my standpoint, you've given us three different names, two different birthdays. I have no idea who you are. You have no idea who your uncle is. You don't know how to spell your last name. >> Okay. So, what am I getting? >> So, where did this come from? You have a prescription. You created this yourself. >> Are you trying to You were trying to fill fraudulent prescriptions. >> I wasn't trying to fill a fraudulent prescription. I got it from my office. >> You just said you created myself. >> Okay. So, where did this come from? >> Who is this prescription for? You don't know your uncle's name. Your uncle's No, that's wrong. You don't know your uncle's name. So, where did you get this prescription? Did you create this? Did you make a fraudulent prescription? >> Uh, no. I didn't make a fraudulent. Honestly, I have nothing else for >> Okay. Well, all right then. Have a seat. >> Yes, you are. Because we are investigating a fraudulent prescription. Have a seat for me. >> I'm not going to the police office. >> Have a seat for me. We are investigating a fragile prescription. >> We don't know that right now. >> We don't know that right now. Have a seat. Oh, no. We're not going anywhere. You are being >> said I'm not going to the >> How to make situations worse 101. >> Not right now. You are being held for investigation. >> For what? >> For filling a fragile prescription. >> I didn't fill out a fraud. >> That's what we're looking into. >> But I didn't do it. >> Okay. That's what we're looking into. Okay. I need you to have a seat for me. All right. >> But I didn't fill out a fraudulent prescription. >> That's what we're looking into. Cuz none of the things you're saying is making any sense. So that's what we're looking into. That's what we're trying to figure out. Okay. >> But I didn't fill out a fraudulent. >> Okay. Cuz what you're telling me and what it looks like are two different things. Okay. So, I need you to have a seat for me so we can do this investigation, so we can get some things figured out. If you didn't fill a fraudulent prescription and that's not your intention, then we'll be good to go. But from what you're telling me and what we have on paper, none of this is making any sense. >> Well, I was filling out a prescription and I was going to go pick it up from my uncle. Clearly, I can't get it up from my uncle. Therefore, >> so I'm not being detained. >> You are being detained. You are being detained. You're not being taken to the department. >> Not yet. >> Not yet. For what? Why would I be >> I just told you? >> For fraudulent >> for possibly trying to fill a fraudulent prescription. >> This is This is obviously the same as trying to talk to the drunk person, but worse. Once you've made it clear as the officer, once you have made it clear why a person is detained and they keep asking you, for me, I would not keep answering. We're just gonna sit here and play the quiet game or you talk, I don't talk because I've already con I've already um relayed what I am obligated to tell you. What I'm not going to do is entertain this. I would not um Leia's grandma I cannot get my consonants together today. Leia's grandma gifted a trendy tribe membership and yes, Mindy, it did go to you. Congratulations. So now come on back here and look at the stuff I'm doing. I showed uh my members two dress choices that I uh was going to wear to my nephew-in-law's wedding because we're going to Texas next weekend. So, yeah. Oh, shoot. With that, I don't know how body cams going to work. So, we gonna figure it out. I apologize in advance, but um I couldn't say no to try to go support uh him at his wedding. And the girl he married is so cute. She's so she's nerdy, beautiful. That's the best way I can describe it. Like she is so I I haven't met her to know her personality, but that's what her energy gives off. Um, but yeah, Mindy, congratulations. And the other person that uh my joy, my peace gifted it to. I think that's part of my my uh Bush's gang gang, but congratulations to you as well. Hopefully you enjoy it back there, too. >> Do you mind grabbing some information from me and talking to the uh pharmacist for a minute? Um, say from my standpoint, you haven't been able to tell me your name, your birthday, you haven't been to tell me why you were here, where you got that. At one point, you said that you created it and then you're like, "Oh, I mean, I printed it out." Like, none of this is making any sense for us >> from my standpoint. You don't know your uncle's name. >> Well, okay. Look, I'll be honest with you, >> I got it off the internet. I printed it out. I photoshopped it. I thought it was whatever. I used it for my uncle and it didn't work because he's sick right now and I thought that would be okay. >> You are in fact trying to fill a project prescription. >> Um, >> you got it off the internet and you photoshopped to change the information to try to come here and fill a project prescription. >> Well, he's already had refills of just whatever. Yeah, I filled out a prescription. I printed it out. I didn't fill it out. It was already filled out. It was printed. >> Okay. You you said you changed some information. Try to put your new name on there. >> Any information? I just printed out the thing that I came up with. >> Okay. So, is your uncle sick at all? Is that just made up, too? >> No, it's not made up. My uncle actually >> So, you just happen to find a prescription online that fits your uncle's name? >> He found it and then he asked me was I able to print it up. >> So, who found it? Him or you? Because you just told me a second. You found it. >> He found it. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry about all of this. If I had known it would have led to this, I wouldn't have did it. I don't have any offenses. Uh, I was just trying to help my uncle. >> And you have no ID on you? >> Nothing. No way to identify yourself. >> You have a Is this phone number is the phone that you have right now? Is that your phone? You're paying the bill. Who's paying the bill? >> This is just as bad as that scammer math earlier. Zack. Yes. Zach says, "There a customer sitting in the waiting room. Poor guy just wanted to get his allergy pills." Awkward, Zach. Oh my gosh, this is so awkward for this man. >> I'm 21. >> I'm actually 20. I'm turning 21 next week, week and a half. >> Okay. Do you guys have a direct line to call there? >> Uh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Can you give it to me? >> Yes. >> Can you call that number? >> Call this number right here. >> Yeah. Can I can I have that phone number? >> We're just trying to lower it down if you start talking to us to make sure that you have a good number. Okay. >> Can you give us your good number and then we're going to verify it if you call us? What's the phone number? >> Okay. What's your phone number real quick? >> The one you the cell phone that you call. Can he call the number? Hey. Okay. He's going to call the number. Can you guys write down what's the number? >> Have you ever any >> Where you norally from? >> Um I'm sorry, Illinois. >> Okay. Is that where you say I know? >> Yeah. >> How'd you end up up here? >> Because my uncle said this was the pharmacy. >> Okay. That's enough BS about your uncle. I don't I'm not believing anything about your uncle. Where's your uncle's >> phone number on the prescription for the doctor is bogus. She Google searched it or I mean they have a database. She made contact with the doctor's office. They said they don't have a patient by that name and it's most likely >> okay said what do we what does he know at this point? I feel like nothing. Absolutely. It is empty in his head. He He's one of those Do you get withdrawals from uh stopping taking lean? Probably because it's probably an addiction, too. I feel like he gonna go through it if he ever if he ever stops or if he's in jail long enough to go through withdrawals, it's going to be bad because I don't feel like there's anything in this boy's head at this time. >> All right. You stand up, man. You have to stand up for me. Well, I'm doing. >> Yeah. Put your hand jack one. >> Do you have anything sharp? on you that will poke me or cut me when I touch you down. >> You could probably cut me down right now and see >> any weapons on you. >> No, sir. >> No need to hold any bags. Does he have the bags with it or the Do you have the bags open? I'm going to see if I can get that number. >> Yes. >> You are in custody at this moment. $3.35 my hotel key in there. Still your hotel key. Actually, it's fine. >> I don't feel any pocket. Okay. $3.35. I had to rewind so cuz so I could hear how much cash he had on. $3.35. I know you can use a debit card, but it's still funny to me because obviously that's not enough for a prescription, but I know he could have a debit card or tap to pay, Apple Pay, all that stuff. >> Um, so how long am I going to be in custody for? >> Yeah. >> Um, you might just walk out with him. >> Uh, you got transport in your car? Do you have back? Uh, I mean I got him a few uh weeks ago. Yeah. Reissue. >> H reissue. I think so. >> Where am I going to make Henry? >> Kani. >> So what? 26 in California. >> Right now we got to figure it out. >> Okay. >> The investigation continues. My car's over. If you know the addresses of the choices of jails you might go through or go to, you you've been doing too much. You got to change your life. >> How how bad will this get? >> We'll talk about it uh when the officers are done talking and they'll put all the puzzles together. Okay. >> Can I call my mom? >> Absolutely. Absolutely. Not right now, but we will give you a chance to uh to take to notify somebody. You got you have a car here >> in this lot. >> I It was uh Ferguson. Can you >> While searching James, he had a black ski mask and $3.35. It is unsure how he intended to pay for the medication that costs $298.99. >> You know how he was going to pay, narrator. He that scheme ass was going to be how he paid. Y'all were right about him probably going to steal it, sweet tea. at Walgreens pharmacy. He was later identified as Malachi James. He was charged with forgery, a class 3 felony. Share your thoughts below and please like and subscribe. >> Okay, first let's uh intermission time cuz we got to hear our going to jail song. Then we'll go over his charge and what the prosecution would have to prove. So, let's see. Where am I at? Here we go. The homies going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. Go. Street. I'm sure you know my next I'm going in a homie. >> Okay, I got everything in StreamYard now. It's so much easier. All right, let's look at his charge. He only had one charge. So, this was in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The thing said Arlington Heights, the computer deduced it was Illinois. So, that's why I'm going off of that. Classification is class three felony for forgery. That's what he was charged with. Sorry. He was charged with forgery, forging a prescription. Prosecutor Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant acted with intent to defraud, which I think they can prove that the defendant knowingly made, altered, used, or possessed a false document. He definitely was trying to use and possess it. He kind of admitted to he he made it on that computer. The document was capable of deceiving another person or entity. I don't know how it probably didn't look that great, but it was it looked like enough to where he thought it could. So, I don't know what they say about that one. And the defendant knew the document was false. He definitely knew it was false. And Sweet Te said I think his his uncle was the computer. And I agree. I think there was just a computer to make um a fraudulent document. And then he said it's for his uncle. I am with you on that one. Okay. Um let me see here. And Mindy and Candace said it's a three strikes rule. So after that, Candace said you can sat down for 25. So, woo. I It sound like he knew the locations of these jails. So, he he he close to three or at three on that one. My Joy My Peace gifted another membership. Thank you very much, My Joy My Peace. And it went to Mama T 1213. So, I hope you enjoy it, Mama T. All right. I think people usually learn it was gifted if they didn't watch the live when they get an alert that only goes to the members. I think that's how people kind of find out. All right. So, next video. Let me see. Hold on. Here we go. Okay. The ultimate Florida woman attacks pregnant mom. And I think Lovable sent this one to me. And this is Law and Crime Body Cam. All links are in the description box. And I think this is one of the ones where she has a lot of charges at the end. It's going to be a lot of talking. All right, here we go. >> It's just before noon in Orlando, Florida, where a surveillance camera catches an alleged road rage incident. Keep your eye on the two white vehicles here and watch closely as the female suspect exits her vehicle and appears to pounce on one victim's car before heading over to the driver's side and shockingly opening the door. That's when witnesses said the enraged suspect allegedly attacked the driver, later identified as a pregnant woman with a baby in the car. But it's not long until the >> Okay, they didn't give all the context. They put on the text on the screen. So, first of all, let me tell you this. Change your settings in your vehicles. These vehicles, when you put them in park, automatically unlock your car, and that is the most unsafe feature I've ever seen on a vehicle. To me, the odds are greater that someone would use that to their advantage. And like this, open your car. Lock your door. I'm sorry. Set your settings to keep your doors locked when you put it in park. That is a dumb feature. I know it's probably created for some great reason, but the odds are more likely you're going to get hurt and um and they can access you quickly because your door automatically unlocked. I don't like that feature. But the text on the screen says victim informed that Kia cut across two lanes of traffic, got out and jumped on the hood of victim's white Kia Carnival. Victim advised the driver said honking me again be repeatedly. Victim advised the suspect opened her van door and began to hit her in the face and chest with a closed fist. Victim told the suspect she was pregnant and had a baby in the car. Victim stated she kicked at the suspect to get her away from her car. Victim stated other drivers came to her aid and she was able to get away as a pregnant woman with a baby in the car. But it's not long until the alleged road rager turns her attention to others who attempt to intervene in the situation. The suspect appears to turn and walk away momentarily before making a quick about face and rushing toward one woman identified as a nearly 70-year-old who said she was hit and scratched by the suspect in the >> That 70-year-old holding her own though. That 70-year-old is giving it back. ensuing brawl seen here that was also caught on a cell phone. Okay. Sak said, "I thought most modern cars automatically lock when put in drive." They do. And then you put them in park and they unlock on you. And that unlock part is not safe. The put it in drive part. Yes, not arguing with that. But when you park your car and they just and the car just unlocks your doors, that is a crazy vulnerability. >> Next, the suspect appears to head back to her vehicle and drive off toward a Target parking lot where she is quickly located by police. >> How you doing? Have a seat. Take your hands out of your pocket. Officers identify the woman seen here as 37year-old Mandolin Schaefer Brockwell, who's about to find herself in hot water with police. >> Sit down. Sit down. You're a suspect on a battery incident. Sit down. >> Okay. >> Echo 29. I'm going to be 1012 with the suspect in front of the target. >> All right. You're going to be detained. Face the wall for me. I'm just putting you in cuffs. You're going to be detained until I I determine otherwise. You understand? >> I'll tell the No, I know. >> Don't Don't resist me. >> Tell me why. Tell me why. First of all, tell me why. >> Don't resist. You're being held for battery. >> Okay. Do not hold. Do not resist. >> Stop. >> How do people do all that to the point where she closed fist? First of all, you got out your car to open somebody else's car door. It's crazy. That's how you get shot. And I understand if you get shot. That's on you if you get shot doing some stupid stuff like that. But how do you do that? then uh commits to punching a person, then get in a fight with a 70-year-old cuz you turned back. She doubled back and then you're like, "What did I do?" How do you live? The privilege is real. How do you live life like this talking about why am I in trouble? Why am I getting arrested? I am the I am the I am the am >> I got one resisting headquarters >> I got one resisting >> the I am >> let go >> no you let go >> sir >> I know he can't get his hands hands free cuz she is literally a handful. But if he could spit mask immediately, >> you're being on film right now. >> Don't bite me. >> Get the off. >> Turn around the tape. >> You're being For what? >> For battery. >> Did you catch that? The suspect appears to bite the officer, earning her even more charges. >> For what? >> For battery. Who? >> Who? Name it. >> Name the case. >> Name it. >> Tell me why. >> Tell me why. >> Yo, tell me the why. >> Hey, she's trying to bite. >> I'm not. Tell me the why. >> Let go. >> Let go. Why >> let go of my cuffs? >> No. Tell me the floor. >> I already told you why I let go of the damn cuffs. >> Well, I'm trying. Hold up. Hold on. Get the legs. >> She not doing enough for me if she's still over here smiling, talking about he ain't got it. And it's two people. Y'all need to do some more. You know, when they sit there and they start punching suspects, this might be one we might need to be using a little more force or taser first. Fine. Or as Mindy called it, uh what you call it? Mosquito zapper. Mosquito zapper. Let's Let's start doing that. But these cops be free with they fist sometimes. I'm just saying subdue her and all the ways y'all are given uh to to do it. Go ahead and subdue her that way. Oh my god. >> Stand by. We got one resisting. >> Tell me why. >> Tell me why. >> We're in front of the target. >> Okay. Now, now I'm getting Was that Backstreet Boys? Omar said uh he was thinking of Oh, yes. BRB, you did it. But Omar said he was thinking of the pink ladies on uh Greece. Tell me more. Tell me more. But this is me backstreet all day. Hey, that's what I was thinking every time. She said, "Tell me why. >> Tell me why." >> Yeah. >> Yeah, we're good. Get your hand lighted up. >> Hey, grab grab this hand. >> He's holding on to something. >> Go now. Stop. >> Lego. Stop resisting. >> I got I got this one. Hold on. >> Okay. >> I I got it. >> Watch your leg right there. You got that wrist. >> You got something there. >> You got that wrist. >> Watch cuz she's trying to bite. >> It's her nail. Her nail is broken off. Her nails blood. Watch the blood. You got that on? >> Hold on. Let me let go real quick. >> Blood on you finger. >> Yeah. Her nails broken off. >> You heard? You heard? >> I have telling us. Thank you. location. >> Go get cleaned up real quick. All right. >> While officers continue working to subdue Mandolin, others get a chance to hear from witnesses. Let's see what they have to say. >> He just told me a little bit what was taking place. What's going on? >> I don't know what was wrong with this lady. We was we was coming up to the light and the car was on the side of me and I don't know where this car came from. Okay. But it's like she cut the lady off and then the lady went to back. She It was an older lady. She didn't know whether to go forward or back. So when she went up, the lady cross the street this way and blocked. And she got out and she went to the lady car and opened the door and she was beating the crap out that urban lady. So I got out my car and I said, "Stop. >> Stop." >> And I was screaming at her to stop. Stop. Get back in your mothering car. get back in your car. And so then she dropped off and I asked the lady if she was okay and then I turned around, she came back at me. >> Okay. >> And she scratched me in my face. You can see it. >> Yeah, I can see it. Yeah. >> And I'm like, what the is wrong with her? >> Hey, where's the other lady that got beat up by her? >> She was older than she got out. She jumped on that lady. >> She literally opened that lady door, jumped in her car, and beat her. Somebody had already >> and then after this she seen us get out stopping her from the next she came back to your car. >> Okay. You sure you double checked? >> Did she turn in here after the incident? >> Us when we pulled off from her. It was a gray sprinter van. She attacked so many people. >> Back with the suspect. She gets a chance to tell her version of events. is talking to me first. >> Okay, so lovable gave context. This woman is hot out of her mind. She is so lying like there's a video everywhere. People with their phones, dash cams, uh cameras sometimes on the streets like and she said that lady attacked her first. The lady that we never saw get out the car or even the seven-year-old. I still either way, nobody attacked her first in my opinion and based on what we saw on that camera. Serious >> that I backed the away from her after she came out of her car. >> Calm down. >> They're making things a lot worse than they need to be. >> No, I'm not. >> Hey, >> what I was being charged with. >> He didn't tell me. She put her hands on me first. >> Yo, you all are so >> Even if she did put her hands on her first, she's trying to come to the aid of someone that you're attacking. So, I still say no matter what is going to be on the one over here that's on the ground high. >> How dare you? You don't even know who I am. >> This is more than one incident. >> This is from the 85. >> We had an 80 two victims. 185 when the older lady was getting beat up. Another older lady saw her beating her up. Hey, what are you doing? She walked away. She was checking on the old lady. She came back and beat the second victim up. >> I didn't touch her. >> We have videos of the whole thing. >> Video video from the outside the other car who approached afterwards. You want to go talk to them and we'll >> talk to them from the beginning. So, >> whatever. >> Yeah, you I hit me against the wall. You beat the out of me. >> You beat the out of me. That was >> She doesn't know cameras were invented. Apparently the there's body cams everywhere. You got store surveillance. Like she just act like cameras don't exist and she could just say whatever she want to. Ma'am, you're in the wrong century or decade. Either way, it's not going to work. >> That was before. >> Now officers utilize a hobble restraint after Mandolin was seen hitting her head against the concrete curb. She needs a whole burrito wrap because just a hobble is not enough. She needs to be put in that helmet. She needs to be wrapped up where her body cannot move. Uh you don't you don't know who I am is not on a bingo card. But let's let's Okay, first of all, we have the banshee screen. You definitely can take that one if you're playing. Or if I saw the videotape of her attacking those people, hair just going to have to stay in your mouth, your face, your eye, wherever it is. >> Everything's on video right now. I asked for a V cuz they asked for a reason. >> Okay, they're here. >> They're pulling in. >> Punched me in the face. >> Next, other officers step away from the suspect when one allegedly notices something suspicious in her vehicle. >> Son of a gun, man. All right, let me back up. I'm going to put my uh car seat. >> She's I could I can smell the alcohol of her breath. Yeah. Yeah, the thing that sucks is that we didn't we didn't see her behind the wheel for the signal one. >> All right. Anybody who touched her is got to get tested. So, if you have any cuts or bruises, let me know. >> Um, I also want to follow the girl in the face. Is >> she getting arrested, too? >> It's going to be on the report. Is a bingo square. You'll see it there, too. I would like to forward it to my lawyer at the beginning. I said, "What am I being retained for?" And he couldn't give me an answer. >> We >> the old lady who came out of the car and hit me first. >> We had that on film. >> I don't even know what's going on. >> Somebody has that on film. >> That's how I got the punch in my face. >> But that's why I'm saying like I didn't want you to hit your head against the wall. Okay. We were concerned about your >> causing a serious trauma to your head. >> Trauma to my head. >> Yeah, you hit like three times. >> Yeah. >> And you hit it though. >> Like three times. Three or four times. >> Hit hard. >> I'll show you. >> Going to jail. scared of me. >> I'm afraid to scare you now. >> Jail should be scared of me. >> She's definitely under the influence. >> What? >> Huh? I'm not talking about you. Focus on yourself. >> Literally said she two, three, four months. >> There are multiple other calls that I have been on not talking about you. Worry about yourself right now. >> Worry about yourself, Lil Ton. Sorry, I could not help it. Oh my gosh. Okay. Uh, that's a crazy angle she just got caught up in. Um, I do think that 70-year-old put hands on on that woman, but I think she did it for the right reason. She defended somebody else and she ain't no punk because that woman definitely was trying to uh fight her and she just had better hands than this woman. The seven-year-old should still be counted as a victim because this woman was the one committing crimes the whole time and the seven-year-old tried to come to another person's aid. >> You don't worry about me. >> I know you're watching the video. >> By all means, right here. >> I have already >> not spitting at anybody. I just had to spit. >> Okay. While Mandolin continues chatting with officers, others get a chance to discuss possible charges. >> That's why everyone jumped out to help her. >> Yeah. So, the other lady jumped out to help her. She walked away, but then all of a sudden, she comes back, she turn around, she's hitting the other lady. So, we're going to have two. And now, how old is the victim on the Kia one? >> Uh, she's an adult, but she was also 18 weeks pregnant, but she still had >> Oh, so we got felony any Oh, no. She Well, no. >> She opened the car door up and was feeding her vehicle. >> Oh, so we got vehicle burglary. >> Oh, yeah. Do you have a warrant then? No. >> No. >> The >> I know my rights. >> Just because you have to keep >> Hold on. Does I know my rights on there? I'm going have to add do you have a warrant if I remember to the next version. Oh, I know the law. Which you can count for I know my rights. I know the law. >> Does not mean you are allowed to enter my vehicle. Just throw it the away. >> But you were so concerned about it just a minute ago. >> Huh? >> You were so concerned about it just a minute ago. >> Concerned about what? >> Your knife. >> Yeah, I said throw it away. >> But you were so concerned about where it was. If you don't care about it, you're throwing it away. Why were you concerned? >> I was concerned about it being thinking that you could enter my car. >> No. Get a warrant. >> Nobody wants a warrant. Nobody wants your car. The tag is dead, though. You're gonna have to have it towed. >> It's going to get towed cuz Target won't keep it here. $160. >> Oh, I was on mute. I am on mute. Thank you, Mindy. Lord. Okay, hold on. Let me go back a little bit because I do want y'all to see. Do y'all see this officer right here in the right? He grew his hair out, but he's been on a lot of our Orlando body cams. We usually saw him um investigating financial fraud. He did it at this one bank where the woman, you know, she of course she took a Uber there and then another one where um this lady stole money from her job and I think it was a tire shop. Um but yeah, I don't know if y'all remember him. If you picture him with shorter hair, he's been on a lot of body cams. >> He's going to get towed cuz Target won't keep it here. >> Well, no. You have to register before you drive it cuz she's taking the tag off. >> Oh, I've taken it before. They don't give a >> They literally don't care. >> She's a peach, man. She's a peach. >> They literally don't care. Took companies don't give a They just put their money. >> What are you going to take it to? Whatever. >> Yep. Know him, dated him out. Yeah. Son, >> please do take it there. >> Yeah, thank you. >> Thank you. I'll get it out tomorrow. >> Technically, we're not >> Target won't tow it either for weeks. >> They will literally don't My best friend is the manager here. >> I'm sure they want to play you right now. >> You are so silly. >> Okay, >> you are in so denial. You obviously don't know how Orlando works. I got nothing right now. >> I have to pee. >> I'm sorry. That's nothing we can handle. >> I'll just here. >> Okay, that's your choice. You're going to sit in it. >> It's going to go in your car. >> Not mine. >> Whose car is that one? >> Not mine. >> That would be my car, but you're not going >> Oh, man. Why? Low totem. >> Low totem brown. He rode a bike here. >> I'm also brown. >> You're cute brown. Cute brown. Got the clean shave and the haircut. >> You've been on the for what? Two years. >> Longer. A brows like that. >> You are a cute brown is a new one for me. >> You should take a lesson. Get the brows. Moments later, both victims are driven by mandolin in a show up to confirm whether police have the right suspect. >> Does he have the person? >> How? They're like locked together. >> How this right here? >> Wait, wait. You'll be a hobble. >> Oh my god. This I've never seen someone carried in a hobble. So they can do a show up for the victims to identify them. Cuz I was like, why is it so low? And why are they walking like that? I forgot she got a hobble on. >> You're fine. >> Okay. Leg. >> Yeah, I know. You probably forgot she was. >> Sit up. >> I don't know why you need to sit up. I can't move. >> She's hard to stand. Well, I can't stand. She's awful. >> What am I supposed to do? I don't understand what you want me. >> You're doing exactly right. You're fine. >> Can you sell something on the back? >> I'm sorry. I apologize. >> For now, yes, they are. >> According to an arrest affidavit, both victims positively identified Mandolin as the suspect in the road rage incident. She was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, burglary of a conveyance with assault or battery, and resisting an officer with violence. At last check, court records show the 37year-old pleaded not guilty to the charges and is expected back in court this summer. >> Okay, let's do the charges. Let's see here. She got a lot. All right, y'all ready? This is for this lady we just watched. They are in Florida. First charge was battery of a person 65 and older, which is a felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant intentionally touched or struck the victim against the victim's will or intentionally caused bodily harm. The victim was 65 years of age or older, and the defendant knew or should have known the victim was 65 years of age or older. I know she definitely saw her and knew that was an older woman. Next charge, aggravated battery on a Leo. Classification is a felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant intentionally touched, struck, or caused bodily harm to the officer. The battery was aggravated by causing great bodily harm using a deadly weapon or battering a protected officer. The victim was a law enforcement officer performing official duties. and the defendant knew the victim was a law enforcement officer. Next charge, burglary of a conveyance with assault or battery. And that was when they said she opened that woman's door and commenceed to hitting her, the pregnant lady. Prosecutors have to Oh, it's a first-degree felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant entered a conveyance without permission or remained after permission was withdrawn. The defendant intended to commit an offense inside. During the burglary, the defendant committed an assault or battery upon another person. Her next charge and last charge was resisting officer with violence, thirdderee felony. That's probably when they showed that she bit that officer. Prosecutors have to prove the officer was performing a lawful duty. The defendant knew the person was an officer. The defendant knowingly and willfully resisted, obstructed, or opposed the officer. And the resistance involved violence or the threat of violence. It says she 37. Well, she living a hard life, lovable. She might be 37. She living a hard 37 life. All right. What's the next one? And that that was a lot. Hold on. All right. Entitled shoplifter refuses to identify herself. Ends badly. On August 29th, 2025, officers responded to a grocery store after reports of a woman attempting to shoplift merchandise. >> Did I grab two? >> No, you grab one. >> It look like I grabbed two. >> Did you move them around? >> I didn't move nothing around. >> Grab two more. >> Cuz you can't move nothing around with that one in front. Did I grab two? >> Just a little bitty bottle right there in front. So, how did I move anything around? Let's play checker and chest. But if you want to call police, go ahead. >> I mean, they're already here. >> Hi. >> Okay. Hey, let's go. Come on. >> Hold on. Just hold on. >> She said, >> "So, >> she did pay for the tea lemonade." >> Actually, just >> that none of that was paid for. >> That can't remember that >> that you didn't pay for that. >> Do you have your receipt on you? And since we want to see all this, too. There we go. >> Oh, is that one of those Oh, hold on. Let me move. Let me see if y'all can see it. See that little green thing right there? Is that one of those um alcohol drinks? I can't remember what they called right now. They've just become popular for it to reach me cuz I didn't know about them until recently, but they're called like something balls or something. It's something. But that's what that looks like cuz I've never seen another can that size and it's kind of bulged out and buzz ball. Thank you. Yes. This looks like a buzz ball. >> That's paid for. That's paid for. You paid for this. I watched you pay for that. >> Okay. And she said everything else >> cuz she so I'm going based off her words and what I heard. I want to see that one. I want to see. She said, "For the stuff that you just have in your bag, that's right there where I can see." >> She just got the the buzz ball right now. Basically, >> she's got the buzz ball. I'm be honest with you, I'm not sure. I haven't had a chance to really go through the full footage of finding like the the item there, um the nail stuff, any of that. She's got to collect some things in her bag that you don't have receipts for. >> Okay. >> Uh, so I was navigating to >> She ain't got to care in the world. You know how carefree you got to be to empty your chip bag like that? Hold it upside down and do that. She ain't got to care in the world. I think she really think she didn't get caught. She using those skip scan technicalities that I guess she doesn't know that they know about skip scanning. You can scan something and then not scan something else. Like it's it still happens. But she is really comfortable >> the item there. Um the nail stuff, any of that. I mean, she's got a collection of things in her bag that we don't have receipts for. >> Okay. >> Uh so I was navigating the footage, but you wanted to see the footage and ultimately trying to escalate any other circumstances and trying to >> What the Yeah. >> Yeah. >> All right. Do you have an ID or anything on you? >> No. >> Can I get your name real quick? >> I ain't got one. >> Give me your name or you going to jail. >> Let's go. >> And that's where the video could end for me. If I was the cop, you're right. Let's go. Put your hands behind your back. Gloves on. Go to the car. Sorry. She want to be a Jane Doe. I have nothing else to say. Her charges are what they already showed. We'll have everything listed in the report. This is it. We're done. There's no more talking. Oh, her shirt cuz Saka says, "Treny, you must ain't see what the back of her shirt say." I didn't. And Kim, because I was trying to see the back now that I read that comment, and her shirt says unbothered. Well, she Yep, she is giving unbothered. Did she pay for those chips? I wondered the same thing, Jacqueline. >> So, what's your name? >> Oh, you think I'm playing? >> What is your name? >> Why? Why? Why you want to be difficult? You said give me your name or we're going to jail. >> Why aren't you give me your name? >> Come on. >> What is your name? >> I ain't got to tell you. >> Why you playing all these games? What is your game? >> I ain't even got an ID and I'm telling you the truth. Let's go. >> Then what is your name? You don't have to give me an ID. I >> ain't got to tell you my name. Let's go to jail. >> Okay. >> First of all. >> Oh, you know we about to run that back. It escalated way too quickly. Who sent me this? This was a good one. Oh my gosh. Okay, hold on. That escalated quickly. I think Let's see if he pushed her harder than he had to cuz I heard a little push. But I think like she needs to be in control of how she gets arrested as well. So, we'll see. I'm trying not to put 20 on 10, but we'll see. >> Okay. What impressed the >> Sorry, the video didn't play. The sound did. Hold on. Try again. >> I ain't got to tell you my name. Let's go to jail. >> Okay. >> Hold on. First of all, >> stop. >> First of all, don't push my stomach. >> Stop. You just pushed my goddamn stomach. >> Stop. >> You just pushed my stomach. >> Get off my stomach. >> Hit my radio. >> Get off my stomach. >> That side button. >> Off my stomach. G >> 209. I get another one. >> I think she did get pushed in her stomach. I don't know if it was a super hard push cuz I heard it and then she went off. But I know she didn't like she got pushed to get arrested. I do know that. >> Get off my stomach. >> Roll over. >> Get off my stomach. >> Roll over. You just push my stomach in over. >> Come on. >> Roll over. >> I want you to Come on. >> Stop. >> Come on. Get off my stomach. >> Oh, Pikachu came out. >> The roll over. >> Roll over. >> Get off my stomach. >> Roll over. >> Please roll over. I can't breathe, you idiot. >> Please roll over. Get off. Get off my stomach, G. >> Just roll over. >> Get off my stomach. Get all the way off. >> Roll over. I'm not on your stomach. I don't I don't want to do this. >> You just got on my stomach, G. And >> you push my stomach in the damn counter. >> You just push my stomach in the counter. Yeah. >> You just >> stop. >> You just >> off my stomach. >> You just pushed my stomach in the counter. >> I did because you wanted to resist me and you were going to go in handcuffs. >> You take your foot off there, please, cuz I don't want that to fall down on you. >> Oh, push my damn stomach. Get off. >> Oh, get off my mama. Get off. I wonder is there a second cop for a second angle of the body cam? I know we're probably not going to see the angle, but I just do wonder does he have backup to show a another angle? You know, cuz she she's forming a complaint right now. >> Are you tired? Get off my stomach. >> Just >> get off my stomach. >> Get off me. >> Stop. Please stop. >> Get off me. Y'all want to play today? I ain't got time to play out here with >> I don't want to do this. Just roll over. >> Get off me. >> Roll over. >> Get off. >> Hey, sis. >> Get off. >> Okay. Thank you, lovable. Cuz I was sitting here thinking like if you do roll over, he will not be on your stomach. They probably can be on a stomach to subdue a person. So, if you roll over, there's no longer anything on your stomach. So, why aren't you rolling over? Cuz she keep trying to contain. She keeps trying to maintain eye contact obviously and make her point. He has to roll over a lot of times. >> Get off of me. >> Please roll over. >> Get off my stomach. >> Please roll over. >> CG, >> please roll over. >> Hey, listen. Listen. If she go with you, just roll over my stomach. >> Roll over. You're going to get tased. >> Roll over. You're going to get tased. >> Roll over. It didn't work on that table. >> Roll it over. >> Yep. >> Hey, just handcuff you. >> You're going to get Hey, listen. >> Tase me if you want. >> Hey, >> I want you to Sergeant G. I want you to do something about >> I swear to God. >> Yeah, >> you talking about >> you're in cuffs now. I don't need >> Hey, >> she's secured. >> You talking about my stomach in California. >> No, no. I I get it. I get it. >> Hey, you don't get >> 144. Yeah. 1442. >> You're under arrest. >> You better tell me. >> That was an efficient swing up. Did y'all see how they got her off the ground? That was that was pretty official. It was like a little arc. Got her right on up. I haven't seen that that smooth in these other body cams. >> Huh? >> You don't know. Let's talk. >> Hey. Hey. You breaking my arm. >> Not broken. >> My arm is already broke. >> Your arm's not broken. >> Y'all not supposed to carry nobody like that. >> It's like our third broken arm today. We done had scoliosis. Broken arm. Arm uh shoulder popped out. The socket. Uh I scoliosis is the one that keeps taking over my memory. I can't remember if someone else had another injury, but we had at least two arm injuries claimed and scoliosis. >> Let pressure off my >> me again. >> You breaking my arm. >> You breaking my arm. >> I got it. >> You breaking my arm. >> I got chill out. >> Relieve pressure off >> y'all. The blurs. Okay. BRB has said, "I'm so glad they're protecting the privacy of the trash can with the blurs." Very funny. Very, very funny. Candace said, "Why the black box over a shadow?" I don't know what these redactions and blurs are for. The straight line blurs. I'm thinking it took out some body cam information cuz it stayed there the whole time. It's the same length. I don't know. They just be redacting all kinds of stuff. Just be just floating around. You >> get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> You going to push my stomach thing? >> Yeah. >> Well, now he done pushed her stomach and her foot cuz that foot got shoved in that car. >> You know what? You know what? You got to do a good job, man. Seriously. >> Oh my gosh. >> Seriously. >> Hey. >> Seriously. Huh? >> I was trying to see what his shirt said. It said a man's favorite something. And I couldn't see the rest of it. The one that shook the opposite hand. >> I don't have her name or anything. >> Can you just stay here? Don't break my squad car. >> All right. Um, can you just tell me what happened? Like why you got called? >> Saw her in our apartment. >> Yep. >> Um, she had a lot of luggage, so I was kind of mad at her. She grabbed a bottle of the three olives whoopy vodka off the shelf. >> Okay. >> And then walked with it out of the department. So I just kind of followed her out. She zigzag through the aisles. Um and then eventually made her way up to the register and paid for juice. >> Okay. >> She didn't pay for the bottle. Put it in her purse. >> So that was in her like the like it was like a book bag. >> It was in like a large bag that was on the back of her luggage. >> On the back of the luggage. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So it was in that and then that's when you >> and that's she checked out with her juice and then she left and that's when I left as she had a receipt for the bottle and then she started arguing with me. She's like but what about all this other stuff in my bag and she started pulling out things and I said I didn't ask about any of those things. I just asked about the bottle and then she just kept arguing with me about the other things in her luggage in her bag. Okay. >> That's when I called Chris over. >> Okay. All right. And then you took over from there. They were back here and Lance showed up. >> Yes. Okay. Do you have an idea or can I get some in? >> All right. Now, this one I do have to shout out to the redactor because they try to cover up every face in the store. That's a lot. That's a lot. >> Yeah. >> I can just get your name. It's okay. All right. So, she was in there all of her bags. Keep an eye on her. And then where did she check out at? Did she check out on this side or >> It was over here. It >> was over here. Okay. And you saw that in her bag? >> Yes. >> Okay. Did you happen to grab it and take it back or >> I did. You did. Yeah. >> I was going to take a picture of it real quick. >> Okay. >> All right. It was that bottle. >> This bottle. Yeah. >> Okay. >> And I'm going to take a Which uh where was it? Over here. Right there. Where do you guys keep your buzz balls? >> Actually, no. >> We moved them because of that. >> Okay. I just wanted to take a picture of where they were. W she and then was she over? >> I'm not gonna hold y'all. I kind of want to try one now in the safety of my home and not drink and drive like these people. But I kind of want to try a buzz ball. I'm like, where did these things just pop up on the scene and then now I always hear about them. >> I wanted to take a picture of where they were. Was she And then was she over here? >> I didn't see her take any of the buzz balls or anything else. I just saw her in the aisle taking the bottle. >> I question. So, the one that she had could be from somewhere else, but she at least, you know, she's being she's being suspicious and for sure the bottle. Okay. I don't even know what kind of crumbs or whatever I got on me. That was kind of gross. Yeah. Okay. So, I'll call if I need anything. Is that your personal phone number you gave me? Okay. All right. Thank you. >> Oh, yeah. That's what she was putting everything in. Not much. She's had a bottle of vodka, but she was toing around with her. >> She literally had luggage with her. I just saw the handle of a suitcase. >> You enjoy the rest of your night. >> The woman was charged with retail theft, battery on a law enforcement, obstructing, and resisting arrest. Let me know. >> Okay. I think I should have her, too. I just don't recall. uh writing it down for the retail theft. So, let's see here. Okay. Yes, I do have it. All right. So, let's see what has to be proven in court for her charges. So, one of her charges was retail theft. And do I have the location? Okay. At the time, I don't think I caught on that this was Florida, so I don't have Florida specific. So, it says commonly retail theft is a misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly took, carried away, transferred, or possessed merchandise. The merchandise belonged to a retail establishment. The defendant intended to permanently deprive the owner of the merchandise or its value. The defendant acted without authorization or payment. Her other charge was battery on a law enforcement officer, commonly a felony, but varies by state. They they have to prove the defendant intentionally touched, struck, or caused bodily harm to another person. The victim was a law enforcement officer. The officer was performing official duties. The defendant knew or should have known the victim was a law enforcement officer. She was also charged with obstruct obstructing and resisting, commonly a misdemeanor. Prosecutors have to prove an officer was performing an official duty. The defendant knew the person was a law enforcement officer. The defendant intentionally resisted, obstructed, delayed, or interfered with the officer's duties. Okay, that's all. We got a Midwest safety. This one says, "Woman turns gas station into a battlefield." I didn't finish this one, but I did start it and it was crazy. On March 13th, 2025 in Norwich, Connecticut, a trooper spots a black Subaru Legacy missing its front license plate and failing to maintain its lane. After running the vehicle's back plate, troopers realize this same woman fled from them just a week prior and initiate a traffic stop. >> Don't [ __ ] move. >> Get out of the car. >> What did I do? >> Get out of the car. >> What did I do? >> Get out of the car. >> Why? What did I do? >> Turn the car off for me. I'll talk to you in a minute. Why? I didn't do anything. >> I'll talk to you in a minute. >> I didn't do anything. >> I will talk to you in a minute. >> You're Electra, correct? >> Open the door, please. >> Can you please tell me what I did? >> I don't understand. >> I'll tell you in a second. Just open the door. >> Why can't you tell me what I did? >> Open the door. >> Can you please tell me what I did? >> I'll tell you in a minute. Okay. You failed to maintain your lane and you don't have a front plate. >> What do you mean? >> That's why I pulled you over. No, I didn't. >> Open the door, please. >> I don't need to open my door. >> I got a uh I got a lock on kit. A lot of people do. I'll explain more once you cooperate with me >> because I went over a lane. >> I'll explain more once you cooperate with me, >> sir. I don't understand. >> Could you please just open the door? I don't want to break the window. Can you just open the door? >> That, sir. I don't understand what I did. >> You're Electra, correct? >> Right. >> Okay. You're the owner of the car. >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. So, step out of the car >> because I went over a lane. >> No, it's all [ __ ] dude. >> Let me tighten it up a bit. Can you spot for me and then move? >> Just just open the uh You >> just said that I went over a lane. You're trying to get me out of my car. Why? Just I'm I'm going to talk to you. Okay. >> Okay. So, please tell me. >> No, sir. I don't understand. >> For those that can't see the text, they had he's had a second officer show up. Another uh police vehicle showed up behind her uh purposely boxing her in right now. Sir, why are you doing this? >> Do you want me to break the window? >> No. >> You want me to open it? >> Yeah. >> Can you please explain to me why you're doing this? >> Ma'am, you got a lane. >> Ma'am, you got a warrant. Okay. >> For what? >> Out of It's I believe it's at Old Sabre Troops area. >> How? >> I'll explain it in a minute. >> Can you show me I have a warrant? >> I'll show you if you get out. We're just going to >> I'm scared right now. Like what? I'm going to break the window if you don't >> I don't understand. >> Oh, that's the first time I saw one of those used. I saw they say that he they got a little air tool or whatever, but it's like a blood pressure cuff is what I'mma say it's like. And he's he put it in the seam of her door and he's pumping it with air to to I'm sure give a gap to open her door. I guess >> right now like what I'm going >> to break the window if you don't >> I don't understand. >> I don't understand why you're doing this. >> Please open the door. >> Why? I didn't Step out of the car. It's a lawful order from the state police. Get out of the car. >> Midwest Safety has I don't know if they've always been this funny, but I feel like they're adding more and more little adlibs in there, and so they just zoomed in on a nosy bystander uh watching the watching everything happen. I might just shoot a little pepper spray in the car, but then I got to >> What did I do? >> Give me my stick back. >> My stick back. There you go. >> Open the door. He's breaking the window. Open the door. He's going to break your window. Do you want a broken window? >> Open the door. Open the door. >> Do you want a broken window? >> Don't open the door. >> Watch out. She's in gear. Another police vehicle, a Charger showed up. This is for I'm describing it for people that aren't looking at their screen in case you're like, "Duh, we can see it." But um another police vehicle, blue charger showed up just in time cuz they he they also boxed her in. Um I did see in the video it mentioned that she was a known like a looter, a flight risk. So, they already knew to box her in as soon as they got there. But he showed up just in time because that angle was clear. They had a lot of tools, too. A lot of gadgets, which I actually like all the gadgets. I also like the sarcastic tone of the police. I do. This is This is funny to me. I I'm so sorry. This is very funny. >> The door in the car. She's running northbound. A gap tire cruiser. >> She'll have a rear right deflated north on 975. >> 97. Correct. >> She's off 19. >> All right. She's getting off 19. >> 19. >> Taking a left northbound. >> 310 ahead of me. >> Troop. We're northbound about 75. approaching candle. >> I missed the tire. Uh Candace said, "Did y'all see that slick tire stick the cop did to the tire?" Impressive. I missed it. That's how slick it was. I did not even see it. >> Roger on. >> And she's giving it up. 100 yards in. Roger. She's stopping. Is that her? >> That's not it. >> That's not it. >> No. 455. I I'm like, "Dang, how did they call the wrong vehicle?" And then the the right vehicle would have had damage on the front and back cuz she crashed into the pump, which apparently is5 or $6,000 up to $10,000. Um, another charge probably. They'll spit on it. Well, I'm with Mindy. Why is she in the front? Cuz it is a lot of stuff and she definitely could spit. And then I'm just like, see, this is where I would have a spit mask out so many times cuz I can't reach across you to put a seat belt on and risk you spitting my face. It's It's too much. >> First and foremost, you're going to have to get checked out. I can't believe you thinking swallowing all that. >> I know, but just take a hit. You know what I'm saying? I'm like, "No, you took all that, man." Like, I thought this was I didn't think it was even real. The cop and they pinned me in like that. >> I'm going to give you the help that you need. They're in Connecticut. >> How much fentanyl was in each baggie? or >> Oh boy. Technically, that's pretty good lethal amount of fentanyl you ingested right now. Let's concentrate on making sure those drugs. >> I need to wake up. Hey, I got I got to process you. Why don't you just read this? You can read, right? Understand? >> How old are you? >> Yeah. I mean, this is going to be a pain in the butt, but we got to get it done. So, we're going to do your right arm first. This gonna be right thumb. This is a disaster, dude. We got Let's just put this flat. Come on. Follow your fist and go like this. >> It's not pretty easy. I >> mean, you It's like Go like this. Can you do that? >> Do you see how you have my arms ranked? >> I'm just trying to do this and it's coming out like >> want you here any longer than I need you here. >> I trust me, I don't want to be here any longer than I need you. All right. Can you move your feet over that way so we got more space over here? >> I have wires in my hand. That's why it doesn't bend properly. >> What are they from? >> Hand surgery. >> She got wires in her hand from hand surgery. So we got dis dislocated shoulders. Wires in the wrist, I think. Or hand, whatever. And then we have scoliosis. >> What happened? Does >> it really matter? You really want to do small talk? >> I just don't really believe you. That's fine. >> I think you're hurting me cuz you're pranking it. I'm saying it doesn't bend that way. >> You're not really helping me here, are you? >> So, do you mind leaning forward so I can do your >> I don't know what's so difficult >> move closer to me. There you go, buddy. Use your little brain. >> There you go, buddy. >> Can't lean forward. >> Uh considering my feet are right here. >> I would be highly offended if someone that was on a high-speed chase with the police and smoking a crackpipe told me to use my brain. There I go, buddy. I would be so mad. Like, don't talk to me. >> Unlike you. I don't suck like that. >> That's not what I heard. >> Oh, yeah. >> Some crazy about you. >> Oh, I bet you did. That's a good one. >> All right. >> Oh, what a man you are. Love hurting a little female. Good thing you're on camera smashing my head against a cop car. >> I'm just going to let those uh >> What's up, man? >> Yeah, they're me. >> No, I didn't. I was asking >> from working at Costco the rest of your life. I can't understand you cuz you only got three teeth. So, we're going to uh cuff you back to the bed and then uh we're going to go from there. Fair enough. >> Please don't touch me, sir. Please don't touch me. I'm not resisting. Please don't touch me. You like squeezing me? >> No, I just don't want you to go anyway. You already took off on us twice. She's not obviously not posting her bond. So, >> yes, I am. >> Oh, you're going to post You got to call the 500k. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I've already >> You can do it at court tomorrow then. Electriculi, 33 years old, was charged with criminal attempt to assault a public safety officer, firstderee reckless endangerment, three counts of criminal mischief, two counts of interfering with an officer, reckless driving, engaging in a police pursuit, evading responsibility after a collision, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was additionally charged with improper number of marker plates, and failure to maintain her lane. Authorities said the decision to attempt a box and maneuver at the gas station was based on Chulie's prior history of evading law enforcement. Officials confirmed that no injuries were sustained by any police officers or members of the public. Julie is being held on a $500,000 bond and is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> I could Midway Safety will cut a video off so quickly. Okay. Um, they were throwing every charge they could at her cuz they said and failure to maintain lane after all that other stuff. Yeah, I missed the three teeth. I'm so glad y'all put that in there. That is wild. Okay, so let's go over her charges and what has to be proven. So, she's in Norwick. Is it Norwick? Probably Connecticut. Um, the charge was criminal attempt to assault a public safety officer. That is a felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant intended to commit an assault on a public safety officer. The victim was a public safety officer performing official duties. The defendant took a substantial step toward committing the assault. The next charge, firstdegree reckless endangerment. It's a class A misdemeanor. You have to prove all of the elements. The defendant engaged in conduct creating a risk of serious physical injury. The defendant acted recklessly. the conduct showed extreme indifference to human life and she did. Um the next charge was criminal mischief. It's a misdemeanor or felony depending on damage and amount. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally or recklessly damaged property. And since that property was worth between $5,000 to $10,000, it seems like that's a felony amount to me. The property belonged to another person. The defendant lacked authorization to cause the damage. Next charge, interfering with an officer. Class A misdemeanor. You must prove the officer was performing official duties and the defendant in intentionally obstructed, resisted, hindered, or interfered with the officer. Next charge, reckless driving. Misdemeanor. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant operated a motor vehicle. The defendant drove in a manner that endangered people or property. The defendant acted recklessly. Next charge, engaging in a police pursuit, a felony. Prosecutors uh have to prove a law enforcement officer signaled the defendant to stop. The defendant knew or should have known the signal was given. The defendant intentionally attempted to flee or elude police. Check on that one. Next one is evading responsibility after a collision, misdemeanor, or felony depending on injuries and damage. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant was involved in a motor vehicle collision. The defendant knew or should have known a collision occurred. The defendant failed to stop, provide required information, or otherwise comply with legal duties following the collision. Next charge, possession of a controlled substance, commonly a felony. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly possessed a controlled substance. The substance was legally classified as a controlled substance. Next charge, possession of drug paraphernalia. Classification, a misdemeanor. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant knowingly possessed an item. The item was was drug paraphernalia. The item was intended for use with a controlled substance. Next charge, improper number of marked plates. It's a traffic offense. Most times, uh, the defendant has to be proven to have operated a motor vehicle. The vehicle displayed plates in a manner that violated registration requirements. And the last charge, failure to maintain lane traffic offense. The prosecution has to prove the defendant operated a motor vehicle and the vehicle failed to remain with a designated within a designated lane when required by law. Some of those have to stick. Now, they're probably going to have her plead out and the charges will just get lowered because ain't no way none of this can be like everything on here can be proven when it comes to her body cam. Jacqueline said she not going to jail but staying in jail. Yeah, that's her new home. Um, hey Royal Mindy said, "Oh, they was mad mad. They gave her everything but a flu shot, right?" Okay, let's see if we can see this um tire stick real fast, then we're going to the next video. On March 13th, 2025 in Norwich, Connecticut, a trooper spots a black >> I'm trying to pause. Okay, there we go. Um, I'm actually surprised I remember to go back to see this tire stick. Okay, I think it was the air pump cop. So, let me see. Let's see. >> I didn't go back far enough. Hold on. Here we go. All right. Let's see when he walk up if he stuck the tire. I don't understand why you're doing this. >> Please open the door. >> Why? I just I step out of the car. It's a lawful order from the state police. Get out of the car. >> What are you doing? >> I might just shoot a little pepper spray in the car, but then I got to >> Okay. When does he stick it? Is it after this part? >> Give me my stick back. He must stick back. There you go. >> Open the door. He's breaking the window. Open the door. He's going to break your window. Do you want a broken window? >> Open the door. Open the door. >> Do you want a broken window? So, open the door. >> Watch out. She's in gear. >> Open the door. raming the car. >> That was good. That was good. I heard the air come out that tire. That was good. Yes. Good on him cuz that's a lot happening. She didn't already crash trying to ram people. She don't care if she hit anybody. You're right. That That was a good one. All right, we're on to the last video. Last one, y'all. Okay, it was worth going back to look at that. All right, this last one says, "Why police struggled with this arrest until his mama showed up." Some of y'all de well, a lot of y'all have seen this one if you are just used to watching body cams anyway. And this was a multiple requested one. It was so ridiculous. I avoided showing this one just cuz I don't know. It's so bad. But here we go with the the son and the mama. Here we go. The mama wasn't on scene at the time. It's 612 on King's Point. Blue Toyota Camry versus a link. >> Oh lord. Hold on. Candace, I'm sorry y'all. If you're used to me, you know why I'm going back. They said Candace said they showed his POV when he did the tire. So, hold on. Since I didn't take the video down, we'll keep it and look at his POV. Sorry, Candace. See, I got you. Okay, here we go. >> Second two. Final stop's going to be O Pine Hills. >> How y'all doing? All right. How you doing? Good. >> Can you roll all the windows down? >> Thank you. You know why I'm stopping you? >> No. >> You know what? >> Uh, one, you're speeding on Ivy's 35. And two, you don't got your headlights on and it's raining outside. >> It rain. >> It's raining back there where we were. >> Yeah, I got your lights on. >> Oh my goodness. Is that McCree? Yes, sir. >> Wow. Haven't seen you in a while. >> Fishing. >> You're what? >> Fishing. >> Fishing. >> Going fishing. Where's the fishing pole? in the top. >> Got you. >> You want You want to see it? >> Huh? No, I'm good. >> You guys got your IDs on you? >> No, sir. >> Mind if I see them? >> I don't got mine. >> You don't got yours? No, sir. >> Thank you. >> Feel fair, man. Go ahead. Hand me the rolling tray. >> Two out of three with their IDs on these body cams is actually pretty nice because we get usually the whole car don't have IDs. And we'll see real soon why he don't have his ID. Thank you. Orange County confirmed on alarm for ferry safety. Hold active juvenile order reference grandst. >> And y'all got medical marijuana cards. >> No, sir. Ser, >> you got any weed on you today? >> No. >> You got any weed on you? >> No. >> No. We're not sweating that little bag of weed. Good. >> I can street. >> Are you good? >> I'm good. >> I mean, I'm good. You good? You're not free to go. It's a tough stop. >> Man, you don't got no weapons on you, right? No guns, nothing like that. >> Just keep your hands on the stairwell, man. Thank you. >> He trying to be so unbothered on his little tablet cuz he know he the main one that's about to get in trouble. And when I say that, I'm talking about this passenger in the front seat. >> Have put your hands. I'm going to take your seat belt off. All right. >> Hey, mom. >> Don't call your mom. McCree. Come on, dude. You may do this many too many times to call your mom. Dude, >> he already know that. He already know his name with no ID cuz that's how much they come in contact with him. And when I say he, I mean the uh passenger, the front passenger seat guy. This being his name for a drug investigation. >> Yes. >> Weed is still drugs, man. Unfortunately, walk over here. >> Nothing on you. Right. Going to stab me or poke me? No guns, nothing like that. >> Craig, you sweating a lot, bro. You weren't sweating when we started. >> It's hot. >> Ain't that hot? I'm wearing all stuff. Fine. Fine. >> Oh, stop that nonsense. >> You're hot as >> Stop moving around the car. I don't I hate this because, you know, in a lot of people's minds, they're going to have the Philando Castile people on their mind, the Trayvon Martin people on their mind. But this man is causing the scene as if he is a victim of the police, and you got people out here recording, but you're not a victim. You You are in trouble. And when y'all see all his charges, you'll see how much trouble he brought upon himself. >> They can film all they want. Stop. Just hold what you got. Hold what you got. >> Let go of the handcuffs. How is this not resisting? cut off. >> So you you're going to go to jail? >> Yeah. >> That my mom right there. >> Yeah. >> So you're going to get up on your own >> cuz you're going to have to go. >> The fact that he has a history, the police know his first name. The mom needs to stop enabling him. Do not show up to these stops. He He has done this a lot. And when y'all see his charges, you'll see how much history he has. The mom needs to stop enabling him. There's nothing to show up for. He's just got to go do what he needs to do because he caused his own problems. >> You got to make it harder. >> So, we would like you to stand up for him. >> I just man >> for this clearly. >> For what? >> So, are you going to sign up on your own? If he ain't touch, why the y'all touch him? >> This the part I know the mom eventually tells him to act right, but this is the part where I was like, "Oh, here come the mama." The the the first part and then it's still I feel like she says something at the end too that's still like it's everybody fault but his. I don't know. It just This is not helping. I I'm glad she got him to cooperate in the middle, but this is not helping. >> I know. Hey, baby. Baby, hold it. Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. I know he kicking you told me don't do not be recording. Don't move. >> Oh, god damn it. Move. They always do this cuz his name rang. >> Hold on. Don't keep doing that. >> That's not why they did this. They His face rang a bell, but they pulled a whole different driver over. He was a passenger. They're not doing this cuz his name rings a bell. They check out all the occupants of the vehicle and lo and behold, here's your son with some issues. >> Don't keep doing that. Don't keep doing it. Don't keep doing it. >> Y'all always do this and it always be the black ones on the scene looking right at these mother. >> Step out for me. You >> want this officer right here? >> Come over here, man. >> Yeah. Mhm. >> We appreciate your cooperation. >> Just have a seat next to your buddy here. >> I got you. Gwen said, "I'm scared of the mama, but sweet tea said he must be giving his mama money." I was okay. I considered that just now cuz I didn't think about it before, but I'm like, "He seems really lazy and dense. He doesn't seem street heavy. Street savvy. So, I don't think he even makes money illegally almost. I feel like he's just a leech on his mama. He not giving her nothing cuz he can't make nothing either, you know, um within the law or outside of the law. He he just don't seem like he he can do it. So, I don't feel like there's nothing he can give her. And it if he's giving her anything, it's the equivalent to, oh, I gave you gas money for this month, but like you live in her house and you're doing so much more and eating up eating her up out of uh out of her home and stuff like that. You know what I mean? I just feel like he not contributing enough for all this. I think she's just a natural enabler. >> No, no, I understand. I'm just asking what his deal is. >> I don't know. I just try to let y'all do that job so I can get on my way. >> I can get on my way. I'm trying to go. My lady got to go. Is is he just like your guys's friend or what? >> Yo, that's like a brother. >> That's like a brother's house. >> We all been knowing each other about CO. >> That's a fact. >> Like like I told him, y'all might want to consider cutting ties with him >> or at least not in the same vehicle with him. >> Okay? Cuz the police ask you to step out, it's not time to argue. It's not time to fight. It's not time to reach around. >> Okay? Because you know, a lot of people have firearms. So, we don't want to mistake him reaching around for a firearm and then he gets hurt or we get hurt. >> Yeah. >> Obviously, you guys did the right thing. Obviously, you guys don't like it having to step out of the vehicle being in handcuffs. But >> yeah, it is what it is. >> I don't like it. But what can I do? Y'all got to fire on my doom. So, I got to comply. Y >> he's not listening. Standbody. >> Sir, you need to stand up on your own. >> Why are you asking to stand up? >> Okay. I got a haircut, >> sir. You ask me to stand up. >> You need to stand up on your own. >> Stand up. >> Stop putting my arm. >> Are you ready? One. >> You put in my arm. >> Hands up. >> One, two, three. >> Get off the ground. Stand up. >> Hands up, bro. >> Get up, bro. >> Stop bing my rib. Stand up. No one's bending your eyes. Stand up. >> Stop resisting, >> man. Marble Standel. How do you in the same breath say, "Why does it take so many of y'all and why y'all doing all this to get him to stand up?" And you also say he's almost 500 lb. You pre-answered your question. How else does this happen to get him up? >> McCree, you need to stand up. >> This what they do, McCree. >> You need to stand up. Be an adult. >> Like, you going to get more charges. I'm telling I'm his mother. I can get him off. >> Okay, >> but let him get up. Y'all ain't got to do that. >> Let me get him off. >> Okay, but I'm watching him ranging his wrist. >> That's the way we >> No, that ain't the way. >> Babe, get up cuz I ain't got time for you. Know I got a bad heart. Get up. >> He's just getting more charges. >> Uh-oh. We got an unarrested injury. Mama got a bad heart. She's not the one going in cuffs, but it's another injury being named. >> Get up. >> I'm calm, baby. Just get up. >> Mom, stay up. Godamn it. >> Towards you like this. Cross your leg and then roll onto your knee. We're trying to help you up. So that man not trying to get from behind me. >> I will help you out. >> There you go. Roll on to their right knee. Roll on to your knee. I'll help you out. >> Child that knee gonna give out. Knees be struggling on at certain weights. >> Roll on to the knee. >> They forcing me up, bro. >> They like you up. ain't talking to him. >> You know my heart, man. >> Just get out. Get you out. >> Now watch when I get to the fourth question. >> It don't matter. I'm following you all the way to the Orange County jail. It don't matter. They can't do no more >> cuz I'm following you all the way to the Orange County. They go through them gates then I'm gone. Your mama mama coming to get you, man. There you go. Your mama coming to get you. Come on, man. >> There you go. Appreciate it. >> There we go. >> That's what I would know. Pull your pants up. >> It's just >> Is the mama not tired? Pull your pants up. You got to talk to him like he's still you still getting him ready for school. Are you not tired? Talking about you got a bad heart. I'm with Mindy. If you know you have a bad heart, bring it down. Better yet, don't show up. He chose to do the things he's doing. >> That's crazy, >> baby. Stand up on your leg. >> God damn it. I'll come over to get you up, but I'm sick of this, man. Get up. >> Get up on your leg. Get up. Put your shoes on and go. God damn it. My You need to walk forcing me, bro. Crazy, bro. >> Stop. Stop. Stop doing that, boy. >> Watch the back of the car. Walk towards the back of the car, man. How far you've already gone? Get in the car. Let's go, baby. on my wrist, bro. >> How do y'all think they would have finally gotten him up if his mama never came? Cuz if he chooses not to get up, that's kind of like a done deal. I guess they have to sub I don't even know what. Could they do a rap on him? A little burrito wrap. And then who's going to lift the rap? What do they do if they don't willingly go? If they're like if they're starting to be in this weight class, >> doesn't work that way. Get rid of that. have to go to that door. Can you please don't listen? They tell him I ran. >> No, I'm not getting carc stuff in the car, bro. >> We call this the B-pillar. Okay, guess what we're trained to do as officers? Just get behind it. >> Are we trained to stand behind B-pillars on traffic stops? >> Yep. B-pillar stop bullets. So, you saw me right here. My angle was forward so that my other officer didn't get hit and that he didn't hit me and that you didn't get hit either. >> But still, I know you don't have fire on me. Everybody's >> We wait. You said we know. >> We don't know that. >> How How do we know? >> I just don't like it. I understand you don't like it, but that doesn't mean that the facts are facts. Fact facts aren't feelings, right? You not liking something doesn't mean it's a fact that there's no gun in there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Why are y'all pushing me to the car? >> You're backing away from the car. You're going to be charged with y'all forcing me to the car, bro. >> Why forcing me to the car? >> Because you're not going stupid, bro. Let's act like an adult. >> I'd be so tired after this shift between him literally using his weight against me, whether he wants to sit down or he wants to have this explosive energy where he all of a sudden is moving. I would be wrecked after this shift. If you had reached for my phone, I told my hand, I'm getting my phone. >> And did what did I tell you to do? Did I tell you that you could answer your phone? I told you to stop, right? >> Answer it. You said no. >> You said no. I said, "Keep your hands in my pocket." You said I can. And I reached in my pocket and got my phone. >> Got there's a difference between you being cooperative and listening to us and asking, "Hey, can I get my phone?" versus someone who's clearly being defiant and reaching in their pocket. >> Yeah. But he's trying to show you how he's not off. >> That's a terrible idea. Terrible idea. Let me reach into a place where officers don't know what I have inside. >> Wild guns. >> I can show them that I don't have anything. Terrible idea. >> Terrible. >> So So he he's not street smart either because you can't tell me you believe this explanation that he reached in his pockets to show he's not armed. He's someone that comes into regular contact with the police to the point that they knew his name even though he wouldn't identify themselves. Then y'all have a firearm in the car and you don't understand. And if you just see the news, you know why everybody's recording because they trying to see if somebody's about to get shot, you know, stop reaching, then they get shot and all this other stuff. But y'all, y'all going to sit here and say he was trying to reach in his pocket to show you he was unarmed. That don't make sense. So, nobody has street sense in this car. And I'm blaming the one that ain't even talked to because he in the car with the dummies which means birds of a feather at this point. Stop. Please stop listen you me up boy. Please won't you let now let me walk into the car. Get in the car man. Get in the car because they forc me instead of twisting hand. >> Okay they let once I get let you go. They going to let you go. You going to walk to the car by yourself >> man. Once I get in the car they not going to worry about me no more. >> Come on baby cuz you baby. You know I'm up. You know I got hot. Don't do this. Go get in the car. >> Get in the car. Can y'all please get in the car? Get in the car. And get in there. >> I just need >> right now. Resisting. >> What? What's the resist? Resisting with who? >> Literally, you observed a good portion of it. >> I'm talking resisting and what else? >> Right now. Resisting, ma'am. >> I'm not throwing out the rest of his business. You observe resisting. >> I understand that. But he is a grown man. >> So, you know, he's going I'm not being rude. I'm just letting you know. You know how it goes. This ain't the first time I've met you. Ain't first time in my house. >> You know, he going to get a copy of what I write. Too small. >> You're getting in there. >> Yo, why did you force me in there though, bro? >> They forced me in. I'm not getting I run the truck. >> Somebody really call the paramedics. >> Yeah. Bro, >> why you dripping on me like that, man? We here at the car. >> Come here. with you, bro. >> All right, listen. You're good. >> Can you just take a seat? At least take a seat. >> No, my wrist is hurt. Yo, broke my finger. >> All type. We just need a hole for you. >> Hey, what's going on? hospital. >> I was just about to say the EMT, I don't know for sure, but it they might be fire rescue/ EMTT because they got some arms on them. You know what I mean? Like the other EMTs if they show up in a group, not everybody looks like they work out. >> All right. For what? >> It's the handcuffs. better. So listen to the hospital for you. I give you an ice pack. There's nothing to do at the hospital for you. >> No, I'm trying to tell you if you give you a nice thing for you. That's why he act because he get beat up. >> And if you know, I don't know if you ever been to my house, but they came in my house chasing him and went in my room and beat him up in my house. >> Can I get you to back up a little bit? >> Okay, baby. Yeah. You know, and when somebody he's traumatized by y'all. >> Well, I mean, I I think the way he goes about it is the worst way. You can't just chill out, relax, be done. You don't >> He don't know what you're going to do. >> You don't even got to go in handcuff. >> Know what you're going to do. >> Everybody knows what happens when you act like that, right? >> Yeah. He don't know what you're going to do. >> All right. the ice pack with the finger. Just going to watch. >> So, you going to be okay. >> All right, man. We're going to have you sign something. >> We're going to have you guys sign something for him. >> Hey, McCree. We got the Taho truck ready for you. >> Hey, I will just come to the truck with us. What you pushing me for? >> You pushing me for, bro? >> Over this way, sir. >> What you being rough for? >> What you being rough for, though? >> What you being for? You being rough to me, right? You pulling on me for you. Pull on your kids like that. >> You put on your kids like that. >> Why is everybody think the cops supposed to treat them like however they treat their kids? They're on a traffic stop. You resisted arrest. You're a suspect. You're not a You're not their child. You're You're not in a circumstance where someone would think about how would I treat my child really? But everybody be asking that would you treat your kids like that if they was acting like this? Yeah, probably. >> Hey baby, come on. >> Hold on. The video >> video had froze. Don't hit your head on the window on purpose. >> Bro, why you why you put on me for >> turn around? >> You put in me for searching me, bro. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Spread your legs, please. >> Three times, bro. Sorry, honey. >> I got I'm saying, can you get a bag or something for this? >> Yeah, I'll hold on to it. >> Okay. You want gloves? You just open handed. >> Oh my god. Why you pushing me to the car? >> You need to be search. Yeah. Oh, I smoke you ain't got to jail for that. >> You said you'll smoke it. >> Yeah, that little jail for >> I smoke that little but two blocks. >> We live in an interesting day and age, >> huh? >> Nothing. >> Okay, baby. Sit there. Slide all the way back. Slide all the way back. You in a big truck now. Ain't no ain't no ain't no use for that. Slide on back. >> Slide on back. >> Why do we have to give these blues clues instructions? Slide on back. Go back some more. Like come on man. Like you know he understands. He just doesn't want to. He already said they not going to treat me like this once I'm in the car cuz you know the mom for now whatever. Like they're not going to do much with you. you. They They need you to They need you to walk. So, they're not going to do too much with you. But yeah, he knows and she knows this is an enabler. That's what this is. >> What's that? >> The air on it now. >> Okay. Start on back and turn yourself around. You big old >> Come on. >> Okay. It's okay. Get in. They say they chang all the way back. Turn. >> Come on. Okay, stop it now. >> There we go. He had a gun on him. And it's going to get compounded on the fact that he had a gun on him because do you think he was allowed legally to have a gun on him or near him? I didn't know that records. >> Yeah. >> I don't know about Jamie. He was charged with escape, possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, resisting with and without violence, possession and possession of a concealed weapon as a felon. He was sentenced to 57 months in prison. >> He's not new to this. He's true to this. So, let's go over He was already convicted. So, that means the prosecutors prove what they need to prove. But, we still going to go over it because that's what we're doing now. So, let's review his charges. Let's see here. So, this was Florida, Orlando. Um, so the first charge, escape. It's a felony in Florida. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant was lawfully detained, arrested, or in custody. The defendant knowingly escaped or attempted to escape from custody. The escape was intentional. I wonder if the escape occurred after the body cam part we just saw or if they're counting what he did outside once he was in handcuffs as part of the escape because I feel like he would have done more still on the way to the station or when he got out. I I just feel like he didn't stop. Next one was possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. That is a secondderee felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant had previously been convicted of a felony. The defendant knowingly possessed, owned, controlled, or had access to a firearm. the defendant's civil right to possess a firearm had not been restored and that had access is what gets a lot of previous felons too. Even if you are not touching that weapon, if you are in a car with someone that has a a firearm, guess what? If you get pulled over and the police see the firearm in the car, you're just still as much in trouble because of that having access to the firearm. That's why you can't hang out with your old friends and stuff, you know. But for him, they say he actually had it on him, too. It wasn't just near him. But yeah, don't hang with your old people because that's going to be probably one of the first ways you get in trouble as a felon that got out. Okay. Um, let's see. Resisting officer without violence. First-degree misdemeanor. You have to prove the officer was performing a lawful duty. The defendant knew the person was an officer. The defendant knowingly resisted, obstructed, or opposed the officer. The resistance did not involve violence. He was also charged with resisting officer with violence. Thirdderee felony. The officer was performing a lawful duty. The defendant knew the person was an officer. The defendant knowingly resisted, obstructed, or opposed the officer. The resistance involved violence or the threat of violence. Next charge, possession of a controlled substance. Felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant knowingly possessed a substance, the substance was a controlled substance. And the last one, possession of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon. And this was the part about it being concealed is different from the previous charge. And it's a felony. Prosecutors have to prove the defendant had previously been convicted of a felony. The defendant knowingly carried or possessed a concealed weapon. The weapon was concealed from ordinary observation. The defendant was prohibited from possessing the weapon. And that's all his stuff, which again uh I don't know which ones they kept and threw threw out, but 57 months total we heard was his uh sentencing. More reason to uh cooperate and not be reaching around in a car. You already riding hot. Right. Right. Sak. Right. Oh my gosh. Okay. So, that's the last video. We're back in here. But because I will be traveling next weekend, I don't know how this is going to work out. But I'm not saying for sure it won't work out at all. I just I don't know yet. But if you don't see me, that's why you don't see me next weekend. Um after that, I don't really think I have any traveling for a little bit anyway. But all right, y'all. Oh, yes. Play the music. Hold on. I got you. Hold on. He def it definitely deserves it. Here you go. Where's it at? >> The homies. said you tonight I'm talking about the no shirt my dreams in going to jail. You're going to jail. Going to jail. You going to jail. Going to jail. Going to jail. I got you. Go in the jail. And I'm doing it and I'm doing it. You know I'm the same. >> All right, y'all. I will see you later. Bye.
