huh i don't need to ride from you go
ahead and open my
garage on them i was literally i was
here chilling
listening to my music quite literally
pitch black girl let's get out of the
car let's get out of the car
no hey guys welcome back to the channel
before i get started i do want to
mention that i did something a little
bit different today
i'm uploading two versions of the same
video in the same day
the first video i don't know if you saw
it but it was the short version of this
incident
where it's only going to show the
initial interaction
and the bulk of the activity or the
action
between the officer and the person
involved
wanted to do that because some of the
videos like this one are a little bit
longer and people don't always have the
opportunity or the time to sit and watch
a long video
and i know from the analytics that
people don't watch the entire video at
least the majority of the voters don't
the viewership tails off after
i would say the majority of the action
happens
so when i do it this way i'm giving
people the opportunity
to maybe watch the short version if
that's all they have time for
and then if they're so inclined they can
go watch the long version
as well as i'm making the long version
available because i know that there are
still a lot of people that like to see
the entire encounter
so this incident is going to be a
domestic dispute
between i believe it was a brother and a
sister
the officers arrive have to take him out
of a vehicle
which should be apparent due to the
title
and then find someplace safe for the guy
it isn't clear with the body camera how
they end up going on this
so i'm going to go ahead and tell you
they end up taking him to a hospital for
treatment
not really sure if he needed substance
abuse treatment or some kind of mental
health treatment
but i would have to agree that he's
definitely needed
some kind of treatment so they decided
to do that rather than
arrest him for trespassing would be the
charge i would assume
so with all that being said i hope you
enjoy this video
i hope you learned something and i'll
talk to you soon
wow this is 9-1-1 you're phoned out are
you having an emergency
yeah i'm sorry it's not like a complete
emergency i mean it kind of is like my
brother showed up you know he's like

those passages
[Applause]
your gun i'm [ __ ]
black lives [ __ ] matter type [ __ ] i'm
not resisting
just really i'm
literally laughing watch the car we got

checking you for warrants okay you're
going to the back of my car is where
you're going
give
there's no warrants i'll give you
everything
i can breathe i'm glad i wasn't shot by
the white cop
quite like dude quite literally
i'm sitting in a [ __ ] car sleep it
was that
one favorite
real quick
see what's going on real quick before
take off and talk to her again
[Music]
now i'm going to shut the [ __ ] up
good egg often now what's your social
media
what's your date of birth am i detained
or arrested you're detained right now
okay yeah trust me i know what you have
for the input
where you live
where you live at there
she said you don't live there i don't
but all right so where do you live
so where do you live ryan i'm not going
to give you a physical address
but then you're going to be arrested
here
rest in the jail you don't tell us we
need to know where you live
my physical address is literally there
to where you have property there you
need my yep
you have mail there yep i do
trust me i know what what the [ __ ] i'm
doing
thanks for the [ __ ] advice if there's
any more questions look up my the
physical address of my [ __ ]
business's
name where what other you keep saying
physical address
where else do you stay in my physical
address where do you stay
the fabulous i don't know where do you
stay
or we'll just take you to jail man
that's simple
disorderly conduct easy oh
you got me yeah no dude literally that's
what i do address
my business physically
would you like my business where do you
sleep
i'm sick on sarah's [ __ ] driver's
seat of her car until the cops go
dude i don't know i have another address
quite literally i
do not know the [ __ ] address like
what street is it
i don't know like what street what area
is it in how do you get there usually
how do you get there [ __ ] my everything
looks like to me was that
[ __ ] no i need to know where you stay
at man not your physical address
every [ __ ] day of my life dude
i'll go walking i just want to be
released that's not how it works man
that's not how it works
it is it is not yeah remember he's going
to be detained sure i do
check it out do you want we got listen
man listen listen listen we got criminal
trespass we got disorderly conduct we
could do
any of the above man that's my physical
address
so where can i take you so you can go
lay your head
where do you usually lay your head i
can't do that because it's this
because of what go anywhere i'll go drop
me off in the [ __ ] bush
i would gladly just [ __ ]
look it up my business is registered
here
like dude literally what's your business
sister
the one you see you ever been arrested
for anything
you have a bunch of [ __ ] where's the
last time you got arrested
i just got out what'd you go in for
a bunch of [ __ ] this
is an issue like oh why do you offer if
you want
my physical dresses here my business
dress spreadsheet here
i have another business it's it's
registered in [ __ ] pittsburgh
which is where i would like to
[ __ ] be but i'm still
stuck in columbus so
when they drop me off anywhere in the
bush there's no
reason to harass me i was more than cool
no you weren't actually i know was
i was as cooperative as i could be
my ten more red lights of the night were
in the passenger seat of that car
and i was quite literally laying there
with the seat
pulled all the way back with the door a
blanket and then
the whole house backed up black off and
then sarah
that's it so he's got a bad
it's supposed to be your ass the [ __ ]
bad
y'all figured out i told you any more
questions
just ask i'm going to give it a little
mat oh because of course
so where do you usually lay your head at
your girlfriend's house
dude anywhere but being attacked
that's not an answer
no the fat [ __ ] i can't go to the fat
bitch's house because she's been doing
this [ __ ]
doing what [ __ ] this little literally
when you say this i don't know what
you're saying
what part of town is
the fat [ __ ] won't answer either but
that's where you've been staying
i mean how'd you get over here to your
sister's place
just take just take me [ __ ] i'm
asking you questions
how'd you get up here to your sister's
place the fat bed stroke
the fat [ __ ] the boy was just speaking
listen you don't need to knock on my
thing man all right okay
well it's always all these questions
right you said you would answer
everything you said you would answer my
friend
any more questions as someone will be
arrested in jail
preferably you can drop me off in any
bush
while you could just roll up the street
uncompletely let me know i'll literally
sleep in the bush
so later
and then dude if not that i will give
you the impression
why'd she why'd she drop you off here do
you just want to come over here
where you guys not getting along or what
would i be walking into if i took you
over there
like is she pissed off at you are you
guys on good terms
well listen man you said i can ask you
questions oh no you're not going along
you can draw me out forever you keep
saying i can answer
that you can answer questions but you
ain't answering [ __ ]
did you guys leave on good like are you
guys on good terms you and this other
female so she'd be okay if you came over
there
why'd she bring you over here why
because i can pull [ __ ]
i'm like fat [ __ ] driving me up there
then why'd you come up here
because she was being [ __ ] dead 189
what's this
i don't know what this means well
you're not answering questions again
right yeah
in the [ __ ] morning it'll be easy
do you need my physical business what's
that
unlimited llc look that gemma
you gave me the name i literally sell
those confusions you just gave me a name
but you didn't give me the address
you said you're going to give me the
address the physical address of your
business no i know how to get to the
side [ __ ]
is that is that where the business
henderson
take him and the llc is registered here
also
so that's your physical address for your
business pretty much
pretty much or yes because that's my
physical
the [ __ ] address i'm registered
there
i don't get my id's it's that my
business is where it's your name
so your sister's got kids in there yeah
my
you have three kids you said yeah where
they at
i don't get a chance to [ __ ] sit how
come
no
like well how do you think you got here
she's like i don't know you could have
walked
you know that she dropped them that the
other female dropped them off
i didn't really deal with it i know i
said why why did she bring him up why
why'd you bring you up here he said
because he runs [ __ ] or something like
that
um well she said she dealt with him for
a good hour so before she called and he
was just he kept doing the same thing
setting the car alarm off and
um just being loud and voice dressed he
damaged some property in there
i mean really the ball's on his core if
he's not gonna cooperate then
i don't know all right
yeah he just got some warrants for like
open container and ovi or something and
maybe no ops or something yeah
all right man so listen where can we
take you i'm not dropping you off at
some bush
you want to go to your girl's place or
what yeah and that's all for him
like questioning what what's another
cross street
like kenny or sawmill or huh
i don't have my phone we have your phone
is her address in there and your phone i
got you
just hit the [ __ ] speak button and
say directions to
and then [ __ ] so on there i know
she's okay with you coming over there
yeah like we're not gonna get you down
there she's gonna be like nah take him
get him
what did you say hey you're not gonna
cause her issues
you got stuff there at her place
you got clothes and whatnot
and that's where you lay your head yes
at her place
how do you how do you get in your phone
there
just gotta buddy my face oh okay i'm not
giving it to you yet
yeah i know i'll unlock it
[Music]
it's fine you wanna call stephanie do
you enjoy that [ __ ]
do you wanna call stephanie no i wanna
ride to where i should be released
that's either gonna be to stephanie or
somebody that will take you in or you're
going to jail
those are your options so you want to go
to jail yeah okay i'll be over
you don't want to call stephanie
dude yeah trust me i know you got to put
that bubble up
all right just keep having
you want to talk to her yeah put it on
speaker so we can
hear what she said
of course there's going to be a fat face
at my sister's house with two handcuffs
i want to know if i'm
allowed to be dropped off at your house
here we go
yeah because it's always just happening
[Music]
hello okay
which
i don't even know dude
she must have hung up all right man
either
sound some somebody left a text message
said don't ever come near me again on
there so is that right
he's definitely uh
oh yeah
there knock out a
complaint
i'm not even trying to go that route i
mean he's obviously howdy leave it alone
all right it's being annoying stop
[ __ ] around i need more i'm not
messing with you all right
i need my phone back we'll give it back
when we're ready to give it back
leave that alone all right why is this
cover though
i'm gonna put this behind me
yes sir i don't know where that bottle
came from
yeah it's [ __ ] this stuff
adam could struggle my arm was like
like i told you at the beginning of the
night i'll drink the [ __ ] one
i'm not the criminal here like yeah i've
been to jail a few times
i'm in the presentation
yes
wait you're redesigning me you're still
you're still detained
okay nothing's changed oh okay
[Music]
i need you walked out of my phone you
got no other person listening to you
we're trying to help you out buddy okay
we're trying to get you home you're
making it worse
i would just like to leave and just walk
and go ahead well then you should have
left when we asked you to earlier
i tried to you know you guys slammed me
out of my
dark garage literally black the [ __ ] out
when i was seeing nothing
literally walked in and slammed me to
where all i was trying to do was [ __ ]
sleep i'm not resisting that's a little
bit different than what's on the camera
but okay
okay i got a camera two yeah
trust and believe i got a camera in that
[ __ ] garage my phone has a
camera that's good
it's been recording you the whole time
you've been on the phone perfect
all right so see how it is
your permission to my phone has been
deleted so perfect
we're not going yeah i know we tried
that
i want my phone and we should be dropped
off with me to jail i'll be over in the
morning i'll make [ __ ] do
yep you you gotta [ __ ] do extra and
crate
we're doing it so it doesn't tighten up
on you no it's it's no
that's not what happened
go to the hospital man relax all right
really hardy
oh it's you for what have you been there
before
just be honest with me tell me why no
all right lean forward again
unlock the other one that you fighting
six to 16 times
uncle tom all right get the back of the
car no problem
you have no further face your head that
way
authorization would be my phone no don't
screw that way
i don't
but of course i'm being choked by the
[ __ ] cop again
howdy body cam it's face that way my
body cam it up
listen to what he's telling me to do
i'll do it for you
there we go
[Music]
you
