We're going to watch that one first. We have um what else do we have? Oh, some bank scamming. Also, somebody that wasn't scamming the bank and all that, but I have uh questions, not so much for them, but just the process. And if you don't like talking during body cam videos, I understand. The videos are linked in the description box. If you happen to check out one of those links, at least leave me a like before you leave. That's all I ask. Leave me a like and a hype if you are feeling really generous. Um, all right. And that's for the replay, gang gang, because the hype only is available once the live ends, I have learned. Okay. Do we have anything else? I think that's it. Um, I I'll try to mention it again, but I'm going to start doing like little tiny personal updates at the end, so that way you've already gotten to watch everything. I'm having a professional adult conversation. make a citizen's arrest right now if we harass him >> with this guy. >> Hey, do me a favor. Just stand over there for me. All right. >> All right. Now, I've told you once before, >> step over here. >> I appreciate that cop's good judgment. Um, keep the real the the civilians that aren't causing trouble away from the troublemaker. I appreciate that. Separate them from him. I haven't watched this before, but he is crazy out the mouth. >> Actually, many times. Tell me what to do. >> Step over here. >> No. All right. >> Now, listen. My ID and everything I own is in Miami. Stolen by a meter mate. >> I apologize. First North. >> Stolen by a meter maid and a tow company called Beach Towing. >> Okay. >> Now, they have my driver's license, my social security card, my birth certificate. >> Okay. >> Everything else that I own, but I'm able to trade psychically. So, I own everything here. I even own this guy. So, if you guys want to >> All right. All right. Who Why are the Okay, don't answer. I'm just wondering why are the police here? Did he call the police and now he's giving him a hard time? Did someone call? He looks like a trespasser. That's what he he's giving me right now, but I'm not sure. And then the the psychically thing, we're out already. >> Call me in for questioning about my cart that I've already talked about many times. It's a beach cart. >> Okay. >> It's a beach cart. You can approach Publix if they decide they want to press charges against me for owning Publix and having my own beach cart. Okay. >> Let me know. Otherwise, I'm going to walk away right now. Just >> Well, no. You're not going to walk away. You're not allowed to walk away. >> Going to do about it. >> All right. You're not allowed to walk away. >> What are you going to do about it? >> All right. >> You're going to tase somebody. >> Get down on the ground right now. >> Get down on the ground. Get down on your knees right now. >> Absolutely not. >> All right. >> Absolutely not. >> Get down on your knees like I've asked you to do. >> You have no probable cause. >> I tried to do this the easy way. We'll do it the hard way. >> Yes. Okay. Okay. I don't know if he's going to get tased cuz if he does, I'm saving some compilation. Not a compilation, but some videos I've seen of some tasers that I want to play all at once. Um, get on your knees. I like that. Go ahead and get on your knees. Okay. >> All right. All right. Now, get down on the ground. >> You I'm not getting >> All right. You are getting >> Don't touch the ground. Don't touch me. You're assaulting me. >> All right. You're under ground. >> You're under arrest. You're assaulting me. You're under arrest. All right. >> All right. I'm arresting you right now as a private citizen. You're under arrest. >> 16 beach. I'm going to have a male detain. >> I'll know everything about you by the end of the day. No probable cause to arrest me. You have no right to put handcuffs on me. No reason to put me in cuffs. >> I sure do. >> You're going to have to put your gloves on. What are you going to do? A thoroughing check? You're going to shove your hands up my ass? What's the gloves for, mother? >> All right, sir. Right here. your life over with. >> Sir, don't touch me. >> All right, sir. I am Officer Stanley, Ker Beach Police Department. >> Who you are? >> I stopped out with you because I had reasonable suspicion that you were in possession of a stolen shopping cart. >> Absolutely. >> That is a legal Florida state. >> You got to be kidding me. A stolen shopping cart. Yeah, he's out. He is out of his mind. stat you [ __ ] >> You I stopped out with you Publix every morning. I own Publix. >> I recognize the guy. >> You're trying to arrestly uttered. So I am now telling you I want your ID. >> Spontaneously uttered. >> A spontaneous utterance is an exception to the hearsay rule of evidence. They are statements spontaneously made relating to a suspect's guilt. And under the rules of evidence, they tend to be easily admitted in court. You are going to tell me what your ID is or we're going to have additional charges for resisting and failure ID. All right. Are you going to give me your ID, sir? Let's take him back to the PD and see about getting We'll search him when we get to my car. He may have his wallet. If not, we'll get rapid ID info. >> Do we know who he is? Have we field interviewed him before? >> I don't think so. >> I have you and Strange been out with him? >> I have not. No, sir. >> All right. All right. Good deal. Let's take him to the car. All right. We'll search him there. I tried to do this the easy way, sir, but you decided to do it the hard way. Shut >> the up. You watch too much movies, [ __ ] >> Well, you that that the first thing you've said that is correct. >> Hey, my cart and all my personal belongings right over there. I want my stuff. >> Well, first of all, we're going to get your stuff. Second of all, I'm going to return the shopping cart back to public. So, that's going to that's going to happen. That's >> I want all my stuff. >> We're not worried about that. >> Don't touch me. >> All right. I am gonna touch you and you are gonna let me touch you. I am gonna play this game for you right now. >> It's so many phrases that are being said. If it's taken out of context, you would think a whole different conversation is happening right now and it has me that's why I'm mostly giggling. That's that's what really has me right now. The phrases that are coming out of their mouth. >> Your hands off me right the now. You're me, mother. I told you get youring hands off me. You can keep piece of >> You can do this the easy way or the you breaking my rights. I'm a private citizen, mother. I'm a Navy Seal. You're >> I doubt you're a Navy Seal, you mother. I'm a cop. You got >> Are we that too, >> sir? I'm trying to be nice you. >> All right. I'm not going to say another word to you. Let me switch sides real quick. We'll get all this jewelry off when we get >> you. Easy, man. >> Do not turn to work. Touch me mother. No. Hey, calm down. You >> get the off me. >> The only one screaming. >> What are you gay? >> Screaming. You mother down. Relax. >> Relax. >> He's a good candidate for a spit mask. I feel like it's a little bit too much random spit flying. Just go ahead and put that spit mask on your hands off. >> All right. Spread your feet for me, sir. wallet on him off my balls. >> All right, in the car we go. You stupid [ __ ] >> Can I get you to grab that cart and wheel it to me over here? >> I don't know. >> It's It's See the bushes? See the white beach parking sign? >> It's behind that sign. It's behind that. >> Just so y'all know on your bingo card. Let's see here. We got to go through it real fast because we got some squares. We have Oh, man. Where's it at? Shuts the door. Shuts the door is on. Yeah, shuts door while talking is on there. And dang, I can't I think. Dang. Let me know if y'all see another one. But that's definitely on there. Shuts door while the person's talking. >> Bush that's on that sign to this guy. >> He's walking. He's rolling down. He's got a clear public shopping cart. Oh. >> So, identify. >> You know Carlo, he's one of our ride alongs. Hey, >> she one of our He's going to the academy next week. So, I wanted to identify the guy. I know we've been having some calls with him and some other things. >> I wanted to uh see about getting public cart back, but he decided to take it another way. He darn near consider committed assault. He stepped towards me. >> He did commit. I saw it from >> Oh, you did see him step up and I turned my life. >> Now, he did this when I pulled my taser cuz I taser displayed first >> to make sure, >> you know, mainly for Carlo's safety since Carlo >> uh you know, trying to not get Carlo to have to jump in, you know. I think this is very >> I saw it. I was over here. >> I'm going to go back and watch my body camera. >> Cop has arm tattoo. Thank you, Leia's grandma. That's another bingo square. >> Like that. >> Yeah, I think he stepped towards me and >> you saw it as well. >> Would you be willing to give me an affidavit? I know that's not what you thought you would do today. >> I wanted you just because because you're my liability. Yeah. >> Hey, Cart. [ __ ] you. Well, really, I just wanted to identify the guy, but he's obviously a little signal 20, which is probably not his fault, but you know, I don't know. Now, I'm going to I'm going to go review my body camera before I charge him with the assault. But I definitely, you know, but I I know based on his what he just said and what you saw, you saw. Oh, clear as day. >> You know, cuz even after I decided to put the taser away because I thought I can go hands on, >> he still walked towards me. >> You know that that's got to hurt his fake Navy Seal soul. He said, "I put my taser away because I thought I could go hands on." How embarrassing. Yes. And then lovable Scorpio said, "Clos got some excitement today on his ride along." I was like, "Yeah, you got a ride along." a fake cop, fake Navy Seal. Um, it's a lot happening right now, you know. I I'm I'm enjoying it. >> I saw, you know what I mean? >> That's why I put my lights on. >> Yeah. Well, he did that cuz he wanted me to tase him, right? Which is >> which is totally the circumstances. Nah, I didn't think I needed to, so I put it away, you know. I just thought it would have been a little excessive. But because I had my ride along, I felt a need to protect and make sure his safety if anything else, you know. Well, he definitely has a thing for tools and knives. >> Yeah. >> Here. So, here's what I got. Coupe. We're on the other side of the building watching traffic enforcement. >> I see the gentleman come by. So, he comes by with the shopping cart and we've been getting some calls over the last few weeks about people yelling and impeding traffic and yelling. So, more than anything, I just want to identify him. I have reasonable suspicions. He's in possession. I saw him with the shopping cart. He he left the shopping cart to come to the beach >> and it's clearly >> I confirmed I confirmed I had the green but then I confirmed the logo before I made contact with him. I actually made a consensual encounter at first but then asked for his ID expletive. Expletive He actually stepped toward me like he was going to do something. And I'm going tell you now, I am in very much a that's what she said mindset this morning. Cuz when that man he said consensual encounter, I just I cannot with these phrases this morning. >> That's when I asked Carlo to stand back about 20 ft. And being that I had a ride along, I went taser display. >> Bald up fist and everything. >> He had baldled up fist. Took a step towards me. Uh I went taser display, but then I was only Yeah. I was this close to him about me to Carlo. I thought a taser would be excessive. So I put it back in and went hands on with no uh >> but after I went taser on, he took another step towards me. I grabbed him and then there was no no resisting after that. >> I saw when he went like this cuz I was over here. >> All right. >> I saw the >> other beach comers coming and going. He has no injuries. Like I said, it was just uh >> it was just a display. >> How you doing, partner? My name is Sergeant Cooper. from the shift supervisor. Are you okay? >> Do you need any medical attention? Are you going to answer any questions? I just want to make sure that you're all right. Okay. >> I believe that taking of a shopping cart is a felony. >> I have to look at >> That is wild. If taking a shopping cart is a felony, that's that's crazy. BRB. BRB said, "I'm tempted to put on some soft music and light some candles." >> I know it's at least a misdemeanor. >> No, I think what they >> Oh, is possession of it is the misdemeanor. If I had probable cause that he took it, uh, it would be a felony. You're right. >> I I'll look it up. >> Go ahead. I appreciate it, boss. You want to just dump it all in the bike impound and I'll deal with it when I'm done? >> Yeah. >> I think that's the best thing to do. >> I'm going to have to stay with you just in case he gets a little >> Yeah. Yeah. You'll have to follow me there. Can Can we all lift it? Make it easier on everybody. >> Yeah. Let me put it up >> here. Dang. Baller move, boys. >> Here. I got you. >> I got you. Hang on. >> All right. >> Thanks for getting here so quick. I just had decided, let's put the taser away and go hands on cuz I knew you were close. And >> yeah, I want to saw him go. I turn my lights on. Well, it's cuz he was begging me to tase him and that's another reason why I decided not to do it >> because I felt like, you know what, I'm not going to play that game. >> He's wanting to be a martyr and whatever it is. >> Well, should you just direct transport? Can we take the cuffs off this guy? >> No, we can't. It's going to be It's going to be a fight. Yeah, I'm going to Yeah, that's a good idea. >> Can you take my ride along back for with you? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. >> Hey, Coupe, I I need to direct transport because I just there's not going to be getting any cuffs off. No, >> I would direct traffic. >> Yeah. So, my ride alongs are going to go with Javi now. Is that okay? >> Huh? >> My ride alongs are going to go with Javi. Is that okay? >> I didn't know if ride alongs are allowed to go to the jail. >> I didn't think so. >> Carlo, man. >> All right. Um, Sak P, I just want you to know as soon as I saw your name, I have an urge to scream it because that's how I hear it in music. But Sak P said, "Leave Publix carts alone. Take Walmart carts instead." And I'm sorry, our time has ended. I'll be back as soon as I can. >> Yeah. Yeah. Um, he's going to be your tour guide now. All right. >> Misdemeanor theft. >> Okay. >> $200. >> Okay. >> They order the shopping carts in bulk and it roughly comes to about 200 a pop. >> Oh, wow. Okay. Okay. Cool. >> It used to be that they were $800. >> I remember that. They could be And that's what would have made it a felony. >> Yeah. >> Um, interesting. They're buying in bulk these days, I guess. Huh. >> Yeah. >> Liar. God damn you. Bear false witness against Jesus. You know what comes after. So as long as you understand that, I don't have a problem with it. >> Just trying to do my job, man. You won't tell me who you are, so I'm just having >> You're [ __ ] idiot. You shouldn't have this job. I'll make sure you lose it. I'll do everything for the rest of my life to make sure you lose every single thing you have. You have my worth. You have my worth on that. >> This suspect was charged with simple assault, resisting, and possession of stolen property. The officer still has his job and hasn't lost even one single thing since the incident. He is in a >> Midwest safety. I love the shade. I'm telling you, I have some channels where they shade in the narrative part and they get me. He said that officer didn't lose one minute of of his job. >> Sent until proven guilty in a court of law. >> Officer interacts with a man. He sees him pushing a shopping cart along the beach. You don't see that every day. He has reasonable suspicion to stop the man. And what is reasonable suspicion? Right? It is facts and circumstances that would lead one to believe that a crime has been committed or is being committed. The man admits to having the shopping cart and tells the officer that while they are speaking, you know, the spontaneous utterance, right? He then approaches the officer and, you know, kind of hostile, kind of, you know, tense. Officer takes out his taser. The man backs up, the officer puts his taser away. Okay, that's what you're supposed to do. It's very important in the force continuum to go where you're supposed to go. If they are up here, we have to unfortunately go up here. If they go down here, unfortunately, we can go back down here. Places the man under arrest. The man is yelling and screaming, but he doesn't really do anything that would warrant, you know, any physical force to be really used. Get the ride along out of the way so that he's safe and everything worked out okay. Now, this officer did a fabulous job and everything went well. And that's what you want at the end of the day. And I would love to work with this officer. He did an amazing job. All right. >> Dang, that must been Officer John's early days. This is the slowest I've ever heard this man speak. I always check my thing to make sure I don't have him on 1.5 on accident. Oh, that's really cool to see him like this. Okay. Um, we're probably going to see him again in this lineup today. Let me see here. Ashley said you should put shady comments as a square. Yes. Let me I'm going try to make a note once I start the other video to put that on version four cuz yes, shady comments are great. Shady narrator comments specifically is what I'm I'm going for on this. All right. All right. I did watch this one ahead of time when when it was sent to me. Cop surprises woman during her bank scam. She should not do bank scams. All right, here we go. >> On a Wednesday afternoon, police were called to a bank about a woman trying to pull off a scam. Here's the body cam footage of what happened when officers showed up. Are you not affecting your money to anybody? >> No. No, you're not. >> Hello. How are you? >> Hi. >> What's going on? >> Um, I was brought this check and then I don't know what's going on. I don't know. I just came here just to cash it. So, I'm not really understanding what's really >> Now, you told me that you met somebody to pick up this check. >> No, I had somebody go and pick it up and go and get the check. I don't know >> you know what's going on. >> Okay. She has taken this check to several of our other branches and gotten cash for this check. >> And so, we were notified that she was the one in the area cashing this check. So, when she came in, we called you guys cuz the bank advised us to call you guys that she's gotten money for this check several times already. I'll talk to you out here real quick. You're detained right now, so you can't >> several seconds already. >> I'll talk to you out here. >> I was trying to stop on that look right there. That's the look right there where because I've watched it. I know she still thinks she can get out of it, but you're done. You're cooked at this point. Especially once the woman behind the desk said, "That's not what you told me at first." Okay. Um, stockp said folks who go into banks to scam are God's toughest soldiers cuz ain't no way. Right. Right. Oh, which one's a square, Ashley? What's the name of the square? Yeah, she's she's a she's going to be a dumb criminal. Lovable. She's going to prove it. It's not me. It's what she's going to prove. Leia's grandma said, "Please let her cash that check so she can get her." >> Nope. You're not going to do this to me, Leia's grandma. real quick. You're detained right now, so you can't leave. You understand? >> I'll talk to you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I have another officer here, too. So, you'll >> you'll be coming in here. >> All right. Cool. >> Um he'll you'll stand with her for a moment. >> Okay. >> Hey, bud. >> You just hang out with her for a second. I'm going to talk to her. Okay. >> I had just went and >> All right. Who gave you the check is a square. Thank you. Ashley >> picked up a check and I didn't know if like the check is bad or anything. I didn't know. You get what I'm saying? I didn't know. Like I work and stuff so I didn't know, you know? I don't know what's going on. So, >> okay. I >> never been in trouble before. I never >> been in jail. She came and opened an account with us probably about a month or so ago. >> And then we actually just got an email because when people go around cashing checks, the bank sends out emails. >> So we get an email about her be on the lookout for her because she just went to a branch and cash this check against the account >> and got the same exact c the same exact check or is this a different number? >> Yeah, they haven't been able to email me anything yet. So literally my team told me she was here and I got on the phone with you guys. Mhm. >> So, I know she's gotten cash for checks of the same amount at three other branches so far today. I can collect all the information and give that to you. >> And have those checks bounced or >> not yet. But one of the branches that she went to, they called Bank United and confirmed that that's not a legitimate check or account. >> Okay. >> So, we were advised to call you guys. >> Okay. >> Cuz we haven't cashed it yet, obviously. But, >> Right. And what she say? >> So what she just told me was that she a good friend of hers told her about a job >> and that she got this job with this company. Hadn't worked there for 30 days. And I said, "So how did you apply for this job?" Well, my friend told me about it. And I was like, "Right, your friend told you about it, but you still have to apply and get the job. So how did you do that?" Then she starts talking to me about a food place across the street that she wants to go to. So I'm like, "Just buying time while you guys get here, basically." >> Okay. I do. I can give it to you. >> Is it in the office? >> In that Yeah. Yeah. And I was at the bank and I was trying to cash a check and I guess I don't know. She was saying that other banks came and notified her that I've came and cash check. >> Who you on the phone with? That's all I know. Who is she on the phone with? Um, okay. Let's see. Uh, Stockp said three times and got away with it. She's just greedy. I agree. Janetta said she's already cashed two other checks. Uh, so, oh, Janetta, I'm not finishing yours either. I'm not playing with y'all today. Uh, let me see. Okay, that's it. Oh, and here's a quick uh picture of the That's the bingo card that we're on right now. Version three. So, in case you want to play along, you can click the link. >> And they called the police. >> I don't know. >> And she's tried to cash a check like this. >> Yes. >> How many other ones? >> I believe it was. Silus, do you have the email up to see because I know she was at McDell. I know she was at Rivergate and I know she went to Bair because Belair is who emailed us. >> Yeah, I didn't see the email. >> McDell, Belair, and which other one? >> Rivergate. >> Rivergate. Can you get a like a picture of those other ones? >> See if it's like the same check also. Yep. >> If they just made the same one over and over again. I'll go talk to her. >> Okay. Can we pull her out of there so I can >> um Yeah, that's fine. I can >> Oh, okay. Good. That's fine. Which one you want to use? >> Okay, you bring her in here. >> The allegation against you is that this is a fraudulent check. >> Hold on. Hold on. And that you've been cashing fraudulent checks uh around town. So, I like to start off any kind of interview or anything like that with just letting you know that I'm not going to ploy to try and trick you or anything like that. I'm going to be honest with you about everything. And that means you need to be honest with me about everything, right? Uh cuz right now it's not looking very good for you. Um, so I think telling the truth on everything would be a good start. Um, cuz right now seems like you haven't been truthful at the banks. Okay. Um, your first name's Asia. >> Mhm. >> Last name Ballinger. >> Mhm. >> He has your information, so I don't need to get that again. Why don't you tell me what's going on? Um, I was I went and picked up those checks and I was told that I was able to go and deposit them. Well, not deposit them, but go get money for them. That was all that I was told. Um, I don't know the person who went and got the checks. I just know that they told them, "Hey, um, she can go and get money out of those, you know, out of her account cuz I do have money inside of my account. I've never been in trouble before. Um, I've never had any problems with the law. I don't want any problems with the law." Um, >> so >> that's just dumb luck if she's never had problems with the law because she's not good at this at all. Do you when you're saying this out loud, does this make sense to you when you're saying you're telling me >> that you're take you've taken three different checks. >> Now, this one being the fourth >> of a sum $3,785 >> that were just handed to you >> by a person you don't know, >> right? >> And I should have >> Well, I mean, who is the person that gave you the checks? I don't even know who they are. >> Well, where did you get the checks from? >> I don't know where they got the checks from. >> Now, where did you get the checks from? >> Oh, I met up with a person. And >> who is that person? >> I don't know. They just said their name was Joe. >> Joe. So, just a person named Joe. >> Mhm. >> Gave you four checks. Were they all for $3,785? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. They were all for $3,785. >> Oh, BRB. You caught one of my favorite parts when I first watched it. Yes. When you say it out loud, does it still make sense? Sock Pay said, "First thing guilty ones say, "I don't know the person. I'm just cashing a check every time." And then, and I need to probably add that as a a future square. I don't know the person. Um, there was another one. There was Oh, lovable Scorpio. Where did it go? She said she was probably speaking to her imaginary friend on the phone. And I'm not even going to say the other one. She said >> dollars. >> And what did Joe tell you to do with the checks? >> They just told me to like go to banks and cash them out and get money. And I was just like, well, I've never like done nothing like that before, you know, like I made I I work. >> Okay. How did you get into contact with Joe? >> Um, through a third party. So, who's the third party? >> Just some girl who I had met like at a club. Um, >> what club >> at Turbo? It's probably closed down now. >> Where's Turbo at? >> Over there like kind of like over there by the Waw Was on 54th. Like it used to be called Turbo Lounge or something like that. >> How long ago was that? >> This was probably like a couple weeks ago. >> Why would it be closed down by now? >> I don't know. I don't think nobody really go there no more. I don't really see the same like the city talk about it. I don't know like if they close it down due to >> Who is the girl you met? >> Just some She didn't even give me her. She said her name was Britney. She said >> her name was >> Britney. >> Britney. >> Mhm. She said her name was Britney. She was just like um cuz she was like I just met her on some drunk night and she was just like hey. She was like is your name Asian? I was like yeah what's up? And she was like, um, >> it's so many lies I've skipped over. I can't keep up. But this one I have to say. She said, I met Britney on a drunk night and she asked me, "Is your name Asia?" And I said, "Yes." So, you met her for the first time. Were you wearing a name tag? Why was she asking you, "Is your name Asia?" >> She was like, "Well, I know this guy and um he was like saying that he can get you some money." And I was like, "What?" I was like, "I don't need any money. you know, pretty I'm decent. I'm good. >> This is Bella. This is what she did at Rivergate. I'm waiting on the hill. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> So, um I was just like, you know, well, I'm pretty good on that. And she was like, well, no, girl. She was just like, you know, I think, you know, you should go and do something with them. And I was like, well, I don't really do people like that, so I'm not really sure. Mhm. >> So, um that was when um she was just like, "Well, he does like I guess she didn't really say he do like bank fraud, but she was just like he just help people get money." And you know, I had just had surgery on my cyst and stuff like that. So, you know, I hadn't worked and probably like, >> now did she not just say she told the girl when she first said it, which all of it sounds dumb, I know, but she said, "I'm good. I'm fine." You know, I'm good. I'm I I have money. I don't I don't need this. Now she's about to list all the reasons she does need money and why she supposedly did it. Had surgery on my cyst and stuff like that. So, you know, I hadn't worked in probably like a couple months I was doing Uber Eats and stuff. Um I've had two car accidents, you know, where somebody has hit me and stuff like that. And I was like, you know, I really needed, you know, some money, you know, cuz it's been kind of hard not working, not having no money and stuff like that. And um so, you know, I took her for her word for it, you know, um and I thought that, you know, she was somebody who I could trust even though I was drunk and I shouldn't trust somebody who I just met. And so, um I didn't go and meet with him to get the check. somebody else had did and um they had just dropped them off and um that was when I just went >> dropped them off where >> um just at a like a really they didn't tell me where I don't know where they dropped them off at. They just dropped them off and they just told me to come there where there's like no cameras or anything like that. So, >> where did you get the >> If they dropped him off somewhere, you don't know where, but then they told you the where cuz you had to come there to meet him. >> Exhausting. Where's he at? >> I went like So, I'm not really good with like locations and stuff like that. I just went and picked them up just at a random place. Like, they left them by like a dumpster. So, I had went and just went >> dumpster where >> I want to say I don't really I'm not really good with like streets and stuff like that. Like I'm really scared. Like I don't I ain't trying to go to jail. I'm not trying >> You're not going to try to go to jail. But you mentioned I know this was bank fraud and I again she had to get surgery on her cysts. She had two car accidents. She's driving for Uber. She said oh yes. Okay. I was going to say did she is she did that does not count as a square though the cuz she didn't get a Uber here but she said she drove for Uber. >> So let me let me run things back by you. >> It's not looking good. >> I'm just >> No, it's it's not looking good. And >> I've been in trouble before. I'm not >> Hold on. Let me Let me finish. It's not looking good cuz right now I don't really believe anything you're saying. Uh you're saying that here's two copies of ones from other banks. So this one here you went to and this is now the fourth bank to cash checks worth a lot of money. $3,785. That's a good amount of money especially that's over $10,000. So, doing the cash checks uh that were >> they didn't even blur out the license plate on this one usually. I mean, not license plate, driver's license or ID. They didn't even blur it on this one. I could even tell from this she looked crazy in this picture on the ID. She looks clueless even on that and I only got an impression of it. Um comments. Okay, hold on. Sock said, hold on. Where is it at? not good with locations, names, discernment, common sense, etc. Daisy, how I see it says, "So, what she's telling us is she's absolutely knew she was about to commit a crime." Definitely, she did. She first tried to say, "I don't know anything about this, blah, blah, blah." And then she said, "Well, you know," and then, yes, basically, she said she's doing bank fraud. She knows it. April RN said, "You picking up checks near a dumpster and you think you aren't going to jail, right, Sharon?" Even the cop is laughing at her. Yep. Wow. That's another cop with a tattoo. You can get your square. She BRB, if y'all don't know BRB's personality, very very uh quick and sarcastic. Um, but BRB says she seems to kind of think she's on top of this. I'm just waiting for the reaction when the bracelets come out. Right. Lovable Scorpion said, "Now, I don't know street names, but I do know landmark. So, you can't even tell them a landmark of where you met that man." Right. and it would be saved in your phone because if you didn't know how to get there, you probably used Google >> given to you at first. You said by Joe. You don't know who Joe is. >> Okay. But they were given to you. >> Let me let me just finish because I'm kind of just painting a picture for you on what you're telling me on the lies you're telling me right now. You're saying that Joe gave you the checks in the very beginning. You don't know who Joe is. Okay. You met Joe through a third party, which is a girl at a club called Turbo, which you're assuming is closed now. >> For some reason, you're assuming that, and her name was Britney. Okay. Uh, and then now you're saying that actually somebody else got the checks from Joe and just left them by a dumpster that you just magically don't remember where the dumpster is. Well, I'm I'm really not good with like streaming. >> How about How about your phone? Do you have any information? Show it to me while you're doing it. Do you have any information? Text messages from this Joe? Text messages from this girl Britney? Anything? >> No, I don't have no messages. >> You don't have anything? A location? No. >> So, how did you have contact with these people? >> I never really spoke to these people. Then how did you know where the checks were? >> Because they told Britney and Britney was the one who was like me and Britney never talked on the phone. I always just met up with her. >> How did you know where the checks were? >> Because she told me where they were >> while you were drunk at the club. >> Yes. >> She said a couple weeks ago, >> right? >> Oh, hey. >> While she was drunk at the club that she now believes is closed down. I love how he's recalling the parts that just it's just so stupid. By the way, there's some checks by a dumpster. Yeah. >> Okay. Uh let's restart this whole interview here. >> Okay. Jacqueline, you are wondering the same thing I am. I don't recall him reading her rights. Definitely need to read her her rights because she's talking and we need this on record that could be used later. So, I'm with you. I don't remember him reading her her rights unless they literally cut it out and they just wanted us to assume that they were red, but I didn't hear it. >> Let's just restart because right now you are giving me the most amount of BS and I'm trying to be as forthcoming and kind with you because right now this is probably one of the worst stories I've ever heard. Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? translation. I'm trying not to call you an idiot to your face. I'm trying to use every nice word around this to let you know I know you're lying and your story doesn't make sense, but I don't want to outright call you dumb or an idiot. >> Like, let's restart. All right. And let's now tell the truth because I think telling the truth will go a long way when it's on paper and on video. It's a It's not It's not adding up. And you know, it's not adding up. All right. I mean, it was a valiant attempt at trying to tell me some story about Joe and Britney and stuff like that. And it's not my first rodeo. Okay. So, let's start with Did you know those are fraudulent? >> No. >> Come on. >> Now, that No. Honestly, >> there's four checks for $3,785. >> They They looked it real to me. I mean, I see people with checks like that all the time. So, I really thought that they were real. Like, if I'm being honest now that I I get >> $3,785 and you got four of them, >> right? >> Even if >> I want to point this out and we'll see if I remember correctly later, but right now she said, "I see checks like this all the time." I feel like she also will later say, "Well, I don't write checks. I don't know what they normally look like." And we're going to have a new player enter the chat on who she also talked to, but she's only going to know their street name. I >> If your best friend came up to you and said, "Hey, look at these checks. Look, they're 3,875 37 $3,785. You know what? I'm just going to make them out to you. Go cash the checks for me and get me the cash." >> That don't make sense then. >> Get me the cash. That don't make sense. Now you're saying Joe and Britney and >> No, but then that's not making sense cuz then like I'm kind of like are they real? >> Not to mention, you know, the bank manager told me that you were telling her it was about some job. >> Come on. You are literally digging yourself a bigger hole right now than just being honest with me. Is the person out there in the car waiting for you? >> Who's out there waiting for you? >> I mean, look on your face saying it all right now. >> That's That's the dude. >> Who's the dude? >> I don't know his real name, but he go by Dread. I don't know his his real government name. Like that's the honest truth. I don't know his name. >> Who is Dre? >> Dread. Just D E R E A D. >> Dread. Yeah, >> I have to point out something else I remembered. So, oh that's that's the street name. She just named the other player. I think she's they're saying she's saying that's who was driving the car or whatever. Watch when he asks her to describe him and she looks at his arm and starts saying he has tattoos and then I think she tries to backtrack like well I think he has tattoos. >> Mhm. >> I don't know his real government. >> Hey John. Yeah. >> Is that car still out there? >> No, it left. >> Okay. >> Is that >> It left you. >> Okay. >> Was it a white expedition? >> The Expedition out there? Which one? Which one was it? There's a couple. >> Great Kia. >> Great Kia. >> Great Kia. >> Can you go check the >> Yeah, we'll go >> SUV or is it a Is it a car or an SUV? >> It's a car. >> It's a car. What kind of car? >> It's a KiaForte. >> KiaForte. Okay. Here's the third check. Stay off your phone for me. >> Okay, >> thank you. Um, now, now we're getting a little bit more truthful. Who's Dread? >> Don't know him. Don't know his real name. Um, I honestly don't really know his real name. Um it's just somebody who I met through um a person. And >> who's the person? >> My friend. >> Who's your friend? >> My friend Aaliyah. >> How you spell Aaliyah? >> I forgot about Aaliyah. And as soon as she he said, "How do you spell it?" I was I was like, "Uh was it uh a A l y a?" And she forgot how to spell it. When she said spell it like the song, first thing I thought, I said, "This girl is just making people up. I'm so through." >> A l i a l i. >> I think she like Aaliyah, like how the singer Aaliyah, I think that's a y a >> Yeah, I think it's something like that. >> So a a l y ah. Mhm. >> Okay. So, we met Dread through Aaliyah. >> Mhm. >> And continue. >> Um, >> stop giving me the I met him through this like a person. Just tell me the name. >> I met him through Aaliyah. Um, I don't know how she met him and tell her that. I'm not really sure. Um, I just met him through her and um, I was told to open up um, an account. >> Mhm. Which you opened on what? July 31st. Something like that. July 3rd. July 3rd or July 31st. July 3rd. >> And um, >> I had put money on my account, which there there's money on there. >> Um, and that was really it. I mean, um, M >> there was money put on the account. >> Money put on the account. Um >> that's not really it cuz now we have four four checks. >> As far as like where he got the checks from, I don't know. I don't know nothing about where he got the checks from. >> And what did he say to you? What did Dread say to you? He just told me, "Hey, you know, um, we're going to go to some banks and I need you to cash these checks and get money." That was it. >> Um, he didn't say what it was for. >> You weren't like, "Why?" >> I did ask him. He said that it was for like his daughter or whatever the case may be. He does have a child. Um >> Mhm. >> I'm not really sure like >> as far as like where he >> No. Okay. Can you see if they have video cameras >> for me? Thank you. >> Um, as far as like where he's gotten the checks from, not that I don't >> um I don't write checks. I don't know nothing about no checks. I don't know how they get them >> or anything like that. >> You know how to get them cuz there's four right here. >> No, but I'm saying I don't know. But he gave them to me. I don't know like who he went to to go and get gold. I don't know. >> Uh yeah, if you can you can just take one of them with you. >> So I'm not >> Yeah, I'll just leave that. >> I'll go talk to Casper. >> Thank you. >> Oh, okay. I don't want the door open. If in a scam, specifically anything where you have to personally go into a bank or a location where cameras can see your face and you can be identified, just know whatever group you're working with pinpointed you as the most stupid one out of the group. You take all the risk and get nothing. You have been deemed the most stupid one out of the group. if you are going into the bank and there's anybody else you're uh with. And it's funny, he's going I think he's going to say it later, but he also basically said in the nicest way he could, I don't think you're capable of doing this by yourself. So, can you tell me who else you're working with? Meaning, there's no way she made up those checks, got access to those checks, and there was nobody else involved because based on that story, come on. >> Clues. >> Okay. Well, >> now that's the truth. I I don't know Dread's real government name. >> Um, the >> Hey, leave this open just a little bit. Okay. >> He never told me his real name. Um, >> so a guy named Dread, >> correct, >> that you met through Aaliyah? >> Yes. >> Gave you over what, 134,000. >> Mhm. >> Like, hey, cash these checks for me. And you thought that was a good idea and there wasn't anything suspicious about that coming from a cast remodeling. >> Who's cast remodeling? >> See, I ain't even look at them. >> Do you not know how checks work? >> No, cuz see I never I never wrote out a check before. I don't ride around. I have a bank through Grow Financial. So I don't do check >> for severance payment. >> No, I never knew what that is. Is that not your handwriting? >> No. >> Remember a few minutes ago she said, "I've seen checks like that all the time." Now she's saying, "I don't do checks." Remember Remember when she said that though? She said, "I've seen checks look like that all the time." >> Whose handwriting is that? >> I don't know. He when he brought them, they were already >> What does dread look like? >> Um, he has dreads. He look kind of young. Maybe probably about 23, 22, I would say. Um, he got like tattoos. Um, >> what kind of tattoos? >> I don't know. He got them like on his arm. >> Which arm? >> I would say maybe like his right. >> If you're just coming in, just know this cop has tattoos on his arm. >> I don't know if he got any on his left arm. He ain't never really. >> Are you asking me or you telling? >> No, I'm saying I don't know if he had He might have some. Most guys do have tattoos. So you don't know if he has >> I don't know if he has tattoo on his left arm. I know he has tatto. >> What are the tattoos of? >> Tattoo cuz >> Okay. Any other kind of tattoos? >> How tall is he? >> I would say probably about 56, 5'7. >> Okay. Uh how much does he weigh? He kind of swims. So I would say maybe like maybe 160 maybe 180. Guys are a little bit >> he has a little bit more muscles. So I don't know like his exact weight but if I'm guessing it would be like >> how did you get in contact with Dread today? >> Um he >> Do you have his phone number? >> I do. >> Okay. Let me see what you're doing on your phone while you're doing it. Just Yep. Do you mind if I take a look? Thank you. >> Are you in a relationship with this person? >> No. No. I have a boyfriend. >> Oh, you know what? I'll wait. I was about to talk ahead of this part, but I'll wait. >> Oh, Leah's calling. >> I'll leave it. You guys aren't in any kind of like relationship or sexual relationship? >> No. Mm-m. Hell no. Got my own boyfriend. No, >> I mean, I don't care either way. >> No, I'm just being honest with you. Like, no, that ain't my man. We don't nothing sexual going on. >> Nothing like that. No, that's my friend Aaliyah's peoples. I don't know him from Adam and Eve. So, >> now she's calling Aaliyah her friend, but she'll know how to spell Aaliyah's name. She don't know Leah's last name, nothing. But Aaliyah is her friend just like Britney. But she don't know no name past Britney's first name. And and she and Britney met at a club. What's it called? Turbo. That might be closed down now. And Britney, who she didn't know until she met at this supposedly closed down club named Turbo. Knew her name. Said, "Oh, are you Asia?" But they never met before that point. >> She knows him better than I do. I don't really know him like that. So, >> yeah. >> You're not texting on your watch, are you? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, you pretend there's no type of relationship at the >> All right. So, let's just assume >> that you're telling me halfway the truth that you don't want Let me just finish. >> Okay. I don't think you're no mastermind behind all of these checks, but come on. I mean, I know dang for sure that you know these checks aren't real. So, why don't we you give me everything on these other people? >> I I don't know the people. >> That's the problem. I mean, you've been texting this dude for a while now. I mean, come on. This is I'm already I'm I'm at July 11th. Yeah, >> I'm still going, you know, they go J, this is good. I'm good. Okay, I'm going to come out and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. I mean, now you guys are just talking and still talking about, you know, money and checks and yada yada yada. I mean, >> clearly it's this isn't is an ongoing thing. I mean, come on. Any sane person, any normal person ain't going to look at this and be like, "Oh, yeah, she didn't know." You know, and I think now that you're thinking about it, you're like, "Dang, you know, he right." Like, no sane, no sane p person is going to be like, you know, I put you in front of like a jury saying that this is all just like >> I mean, they're going to be like, "Dang, 15 grand and she don't know the person." And they're just telling you, >> well, saying you might not really know him like that, right? Okay. But >> ain't no person taking $15,000 from a person they don't know and then going around depositing checks. >> Okay. So why don't you start telling me more things about this situation. So if you're not the one that is clearly >> I ain't even my hand. I could show you my handwriting. >> You clearly ain't the one that is running the show obviously. But you are doing stuff for them and it's very obvious. You know it. I know it. This is my first time, >> right? But obviously, how much money is something >> how much money did they say they would give you if you cash these checks for them? Let's start there. Don't don't don't reach for the skies. Okay? Just tell me how much money >> was just 4,000. >> 4,000 of the 15, >> right? Because they got he got to pay whoever makes the check. And I don't know, >> that's what he said. She said again, "I didn't know this was fraudulent." Although before she admitted she knew. And now after saying, "I didn't know they were fraudulent." She's saying he has to pay whoever makes the checks. >> Yes. And I don't know who makes them. Like I don't know. I don't I don't know who makes the checks. I don't know who's how often he does this. Uh did did he ever boast? They ever go, "Oh yeah, I'd be making 50 G's a month." >> They do it a lot from my understanding. >> How much is a lot, would you say? >> I mean, I would say you can do like a lot as if like how you get up and you clock in and go to work every day. This is like their job. This is like a person like if you was getting up, clocking in, going to work, and you doing this. But >> he got he got socials. You got Insta? >> Nah, >> you got Facebook. >> I don't got him on social media. No, I'm pretty sure you do, but I don't have social media. >> I do have a Leo on Facebook. >> Okay. Can you pull her Facebook up? >> I'm pretty sure his Facebook name ain't even drag. that guy right there. >> Amaze. Oh, never mind. I thought you were saying the video is killing you. Um, it was a struggle getting through this cuz after so much dumbness, it's like, how do we wade through this? Can we just go now? Noir said, "If you didn't work for the checks or someone didn't write checks to you, then they are fraudulent." Right. Right. It's you you can't think that they were real. which she goes back and forth. She she can't keep up with anything she says. >> The guy with all the money, the racks. >> I look like him. Yeah. >> ATM Dread. >> Yeah. See, I ain't got them. You see, I ain't got We ain't friends. >> We friends. I ain't never had him on social media or anything. Oh, >> appreciate you working with me. >> John call. >> Oh. >> Um, you got your work phone by chance? On me? Uh, can you do that for me? >> Yeah. >> Or if Yeah, just wait for John if he's got his. >> Okay. Do you have any of the ECU numbers? Any of those guys? >> All right. Madison on my work phone. >> Hey, can you come here and take a picture of that? Of what? That >> what is it? >> That that is the guy the checks and there anybody getting footage right now. All right. This is your pretty much like your one chance right now. If I can get a detective down here, would you talk to them? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I mean, I can't go to jail. I got too much to lose. >> I can't go to jail. I have too much to lose. So, did we not think about this when we were picking up checks by the dumpster and meeting a girl called Britney for the first time? The first thing she asked is, "Do you want to make money and take these checks?" And then you cashed three checks apparently successfully. Don't know how. Who were those tellers that need to be retrained? I'm so sorry. Um, and now you're saying I can't go to jail. I have too much to lose. I'm going tell you what she doesn't have left to lose is brain cells. I know that much. >> I'm in school with my medical assistant. I got way too much to lose. I ain't never been in trouble before. Okay. So, um since you're telling me the truth and being honest as much as you have been, um we are going to go to the station. We're going to talk to detectives, okay? and pretty much everything that you told me, truthfully tell them cuz they can help you out whereas right now you could just possibly go to jail and it's uh it's a felony. >> So, you know, you help us out, we help you out essentially. Make sense? >> So, and we're going to we're going to the station. We're going to talk detectives. Um and then you go from there what they don't do where they get information from you from about the other people. Um make sense? Sound good? Okay. Can't take the purse in the back of the car with you though. Uh can you take your watch off and put it in the purse? Just turn. Sure. Yeah. I hope she lying about being a medical assistant cuz ain't no way. >> Will tell you what to tell other people. Yada yada yada. >> Yeah. >> Um before we go out there, do you need any of your pockets? Just flip your pockets inside out. Okay. >> You get this contraption open. Tell I don't have much experience with purses. Anything else? Flip the pockets inside out. Okay. And the pants ones. Flip them inside out. Okay. All right. Turn around for me. I'm just going to take the small of my hand and I brought you back. Okay. >> All right. All right. We're good. Um what we're going to do is I am going to um take you out in handcuffs. >> Okay. >> Okay. So it doesn't look like you're just cooperating with us. >> That makes sense. >> Um and then I'll drive you to the station. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. Palms together. Palms together. >> Palms together. >> Like what do you >> like this? Like you're praying. That man said palms together and her hands were separated behind her back. I just need y'all to know that. Hands together, palms together. Her hands are separated. I I cannot like >> There you go. There you go. Be more comfortable. There. Release a little bit. There you go. >> Okay. >> Don't move because it'll get tighter if you move there. Lift it out more. There you go. Keep your palms together. It's a little more comfortable that way. All right, follow me. >> I got the stuff. >> Yep. You just throw the phone in the purse. >> Yep. >> The officer that's questioning that was questioning her and now has her, you know, in the handcuffs. I did not picture him looking like that. Not going to hold you. The woman was charged with uttering forged checks. So, whoever she tried to snitch on, it didn't work. I mean, by the details she tried to give, I'm not surprised cuz the charges stuck to her. All right, on to another one. Another bank bank scammer finally gets what he deserves. I have not watched this ahead of time, so we shall see what happens. Oh yeah, she deserves her own intermission. Hold on. Where is it at? Here you go. >> Tonight's going to jail. going tonight. >> Don't you are not free to leave. >> He's running day four. He's running. Stop running. Stop. Stop Freddy. You're going to get tased. He's running through traffic. Dairy Queen parking lot. Run back towards Fiverr. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. He got in a vehicle. He's driving away. Charles. Adam. Charles. He went towards Tibbitz. Yeah. I don't know which way it went once it hits once it hit Tibbitz. There's a Washington plate >> wallet and then the coat. >> Where's all the uh where's the check and all that? Can I see it? >> Before the officer arrived at this bank, the suspect was attempting to cash in a fraudulent check. While the suspect is involved in a much larger organized financial crime operation than police currently realize, the officer now questions the bank manager to find out more about the situation. >> Dang it. Okay. Yeah. First we got to get out the way. I when he hit that concrete I was like a everything skinned up the knees and everything. Just who said the knees? Who? I saw somebody that said that. Oh said the knees. Um Leia's grandma said these cops got to get in shape. He seemed like he was kind of in shape cuz you know they got to run with the gear. Tell where they going. It was a lot. So I'mma give him a little more credit than I've seen some of the other ones. Dang. Mama V said the cops should be ashamed. Okay, y'all ain't giving no passes. No passes today on that. >> Okay, why do we think this is >> I called the number that his house has been broken into and the police reported his house was broken into >> 2 p.m. Sunday morning. >> Okay, that's when their house got broken into. >> Yeah. 2 a.m. Sorry. >> All right. Thank you. >> Sorry about that. >> Oh, that's all good. I'm just irritated he got away. He got in that car and started it and I didn't want to hold on to him. Yeah, >> that's a good way to get hurt. And of course, I had to give my taser to our DT guy if I didn't have it or else I had to hit him with that. Dang it. This is his. >> Yeah, that's his. >> Okay, thank you. >> The bank manager informs the officer that she spoke to the real owner of the check and they revealed that their house was broken into just a day prior to the incident and their vehicle was stolen as well. This leads police to believe the suspect who fled from the scene is also the one who broke into that house in order to steal the check and the vehicle. While there are still even more pieces to the puzzle yet to be uncovered, 2 days later, an officer with the Track and Field Police Department notices the same vehicle the suspect fled in parked across the street. Hey to your stop. Police Department, stop right there. You're >> okay. I don't know if this is shady or not. I don't know. But Midwest Safety put up distance ran in feet. Such useful information. I'm very interested in little stats like that. I love it. I love it when they uh do the speed that the cars are going in the chase and all that. They always have like these little details. I really like taste. Hey, you're going to get tased. Stop. Dispatch 88 from be on a marine and fifth crossing the street headed eastbound. Stop. Stop. Hey dude, just stop. Stop right there. Okay, now we got to give this cop credit, right? Cuz he was from a distance and he gained on that dude and is still chasing him, right? So he gets he gets some credit, right? Hey, stop. Rush 18. I got him from the Wana parking lot. Do not move. Okay, sit down. Do not move. What are you doing running, dude? Dispatch 181 in custody. Make me run like that, bro. Come on. >> Get up for me. What? Come this way. Want to grab this for real? Give me a workout, right? Anything on you that's okay. Anything in your pockets, bro? Some change your feet for me? >> Do you have any injuries you need to know about? >> Yeah. >> You think so or no? >> Uh, I definitely do. What's wrong with your foot? I sprained it. You're good. All right. Yes. Ashley said, "Uh, um, why?" Okay. Ejected is a Mario Kart driving Uber when you need one. Oh, where is? Okay. Yes, I will. Yes, he needs one of those Uber driver or the Uber driver that picked up the cop and let him ride in there to chase the dude. That was one of the best things ever. Um, Omi said it seems like he took him down in slow motion. I almost feel like I should make the arm tattoo square a free space because every video we have they have an arm tattoo. This was two chances we almost could have gotten the square where the cop um falls down while chasing but they did not fall. Uh and thank you to Candace that sent me some bingo square uh suggestions. That was one of her sit back here. He's got some changes proced. >> Oh, okay. >> Oh, I got gear on, brother. Come on now. >> That was a good little run, though. >> Feed him. >> Yeah. >> Just name date of birth. >> Yeah. I'm just going to pop his door real quick. It'll be easier. These cuffs. >> What's up, buddy? Cuffs are coming. I think about two fingers, not too much. >> Okay. When we go out, I uh he'll probably have me take them off and you for running. >> You're all good. >> Down. >> You're all good. What's your middle initial, Shane? >> Oh, I um I'm an idiot and I'm a little delirious from the run. I just don't want to say anything. >> Okay, no problem. I'll just grab her from there. >> Okay. Yeah. >> And you said your foot hurt. Your foot hurts, correct? >> Um, yeah, this foot does. I don't know what I did to it. I got a set of boots I just got. >> Okay. So, your right or left foot, so I can let them know. Left foot. Okay. >> The suspect is now checked out at the >> Okay, we'll go back a second so they can say that part again. But yeah, Ace Moonshot said, "Why blur his face?" I've seen a few videos. We seen the man or woman's full face in the first five minutes. It's just lingering. we see it and then later they blur the face out. I'm like, why are y'all blurring now? It's it's too late. >> Okay. >> The suspect is now checked out at the hospital, medically cleared, and promptly taken to jail. As police still don't have all the details of the fraud scheme the suspect is involved in. A day later, an officer questions him about the missing information. >> So, real quick, um, body cam, you know, state of Washington, we're required to record anytime we talk with people. Um, so that's what you you understand that side of it, right? Mhm. >> So again, I'm detective for Long Beach PD. I'm here to talk to you about something that happened in Long View here over the past week. Wondering if you wanted to talk to me a little bit about what's going on. >> Um I haven't spoken with the lawyer yet and I just am not uh all there. I'd much prefer to have a lawyer present before with anybody. >> So kind of what's happened just so you know and we won't talk about it. Uh incident happened this week. U obviously we wear body cameras. The officer says you ran from him on some stuff. He's requesting a a warrant just because you're here. So, what'll probably happen is uh I won't come back here, right? It's a decent of a drive. So, I'm assuming the judge PA is going to get a warrant for you, extra extraate you back to Long View, and then go from there. So, I won't talk with you again. Uh just imagine when you get there, you'll get an attorney. Do you have any other like warrants around here that you got to handle while you're here? >> I don't believe so. >> Okay. So, whenever you bail out of here, uh, they'll ship you back to Cal County and then you'll see a judge, whatever the bail is, and then you can bail out there. But, just so you know, kind of that's I'm guessing what's going to happen. >> Okay. >> All right. Any questions about that? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Well, I figured, but I had to come up here and give you try to talk to me. I am going to turn this off right now, but you did understand that this was recording, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. Fortunately for police, the jail sergeant of the county jail happens to be directly involved in this case. To fill in the missing details of the situation, the jail sergeant's wife was at a concert days prior when the license plate off of her car was stolen and replaced with another different stolen license plate. The license plate was then found to be on the vehicle the suspect used to flee the bank when he was attempting to cash in the fraudulent check. Police are now able to put the full story together. The suspect broke into a house to steal a check and then stole the homeowner's vehicle as well. He then swapped the license plate of the stolen vehicle with the license plate off the jail sergeant's wife's car. He then drove this vehicle to the bank the day after to attempt to cash the fraudulent check-in for $3,000. However, bank staff knew the check was fraudulent when the suspect signed a name that belonged to an incarcerated person. Bank staff then called police, which is what led to the first incident shown in the body cam footage. The suspect, identified as Shane, was charged with felony forgery or counterfeiting, identity theft, two counts of felony possession of stolen property, felony fleeing, eluding a police vehicle, obstructing a public servant, and resisting arrest. He was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 22 months in prison and 12 months of probation. He will be released back into the public in April of 2027 and as of the time of publication is lodged at the Cedar Creek Correction Center in Washington. >> All right, before we get his comments, that's some dumb luck. That's the worst luck. you done stole the sergeant the jail sergeant's wife's license plate and also how did the people at the bank know he signed the name of an incarcerated person like how do you just know like oh I don't I wouldn't know that and I did used to work at a bank and I would not be like unless you put somebody like Charles Manson or something something like that but how do you know that yeah he got a lot of charges >> a lot of people think when criminals break into homes they're only looking for things they can carry out with them. TVs, jewelry, and money. Career criminals are actually looking for something much more useful later on. Documents like checkbooks, account numbers, personal information, the kind of material that quietly turns into fraud weeks or months down the road. And if you didn't know, according to the American Bankers Association, bank staff are trained to detect fraudulent checks and scams. Which is why bank tellers are often the first ones to notice when something doesn't feel right. So, when the employee flagged the officer, there wasn't panic. That's his training doing exactly what it's supposed to do. And notice something else about the officer's decision-making. When the suspect jumped into that car, he didn't force a dangerous vehicle pursuit through traffic. He put the info out over police radio. He gathered information and let the investigation work. And it didn't because crimes like fraud rarely happen just once. And eventually, someone's going to notice the pattern. Okay, that's the speed I know Officer John to talk in. That's my current officer John. This is another Midwest safety video. Oh my god. I'm gonna call her BBL Lizzy because she's she stole from a Lululemon. Um, well, I'm just gonna let you watch it. This is wild. Okay, here you go. >> In WKEA, Illinois at a Lululemon store, Lake County officers are dispatched for a possible shoplifting suspect. Little did they know, their investigation would just get weirder and weirder. >> Can you tell me your name, man? >> Shaquille. S H E K Y A. What's the problem? >> All right, I got to see your uh driver's license. >> You got your knees in the car? >> Yeah. Uh uh uh. Don't close the door. Don't close the door. Don't close the door. If you hit me, that's battery to peace officer. Step out. >> I'm not >> Okay. >> Just grab your purse. Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. I'm not going to ask you again. Step out. Step out of the car. >> Actually, can you check? Can I check it? No. >> Give me the car keys. >> Huh? >> Give You're going to give me the car keys. You're not getting back in the vehicle. >> Okay. Can you check in on >> there's clothes in here with tag on it? >> Huh? There you go. >> Can you tell me your full name? >> Shakira. >> Give me one second. I'll be with you. All right. >> Okay, that's fine. >> I might be telling the truth. >> It's okay. Listen. Listen, ma'am. >> I just need you to relax. Okay. >> I'm just pulling on my pants. I want you. >> Listen. Listen. I just need I'm just going to run this. Okay. We've gotten a lot of complaints from the store about thefts. Okay. The vehicle matches the description of the vehicle that's been constantly uh robbing this place. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. Listen. Listen. There's a couple things we have to verify first. You understand? All right. >> All right. So, I just need you to take a deep breath. Calm down. Let me run this. I'll verify that it's you and then we'll kind of go from there. Okay. >> I'll go back to just just wait one second. Ma'am. Ma'am, if nothing comes out of this, you're free to go on your way. I just need you to calm down. Okay. All right. Why are you parked in a handicap spot? >> I don't know. I just >> parked. >> What? >> I just parked. I didn't even think. >> You didn't think? >> No. >> You got any other kind of identification on you by chance? >> No. >> No. This was it. Cuz you understand this is an identification card, right? Same driver's license. >> It's identification card. >> Can Am I open able to open the door? >> 10. So, you got 20. in life. >> It's all about just my Abby. >> Ma'am, >> we have to kind of ask you these questions first, okay? Because there's >> there's a lot of implications to what can and cannot happen. You know what I mean? That's why we have to run our course and why we approach you in the manner that we did. Okay. Okay. >> All right. This is an identification card. This isn't a driver's license. You're aware of that, right? >> Yeah. Okay. >> You understand that it's an ID card, not a driver's license. And you drove here? >> Yes. Okay, you you see you understand how none of this is making sense to us. You don't have a driver's license. You drove here. You parked in the handicap spot. I'm >> I apologize. I just >> I mean, it's not something to apologize. We're just trying to understand the train of thought. You understand what I'm saying? >> I was just trying to go in and out and that's it. >> I'm letting you know right now at the moment you're detained. Okay? You're not free to go. I need you to understand that. >> Okay. >> Okay. Cuz if you had decided to start the vehicle and drive off, >> why would I drive 550 out right here? I want to go drive. cuz you were trying to get into the vehicle. I You know what I mean? >> Ask me to get my ID. >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. But you don't have to sit inside the vehicle for that. >> I want I just give us just give us a second. All right. >> But what am I being detained for? >> Because we have an ongoing active investigation regarding the Lululemon. This vehicle that matches the exact same description. >> What is it? This exact same like >> it's the vehicle. >> It's the vehicle in question. >> Okay. >> Okay. But this not my vehicle. this month. >> I understand that. >> Can I Can y'all bring my phone to me so I could call somebody then? >> Just give us a second. >> Okay. Come on, sit down. >> You never seen on the crew if you would like. >> All right. Quick education because I see some are unfamiliar with the BBL recovery uniform. She has on basically like a compression suit is what I'm going to call it under her outfit. This is to hold in things. And just know Tik Tok taught me too much about the posttop stuff, but she is leaking bodily fluids right now. Um, it's disgusting. Um, she should be home just chilling. They have to take a bath, a shower a certain way. You can't get certain things wet for a while. So, yeah, that's a that's just a nude colored body compression thing under her clothes. And she's supposed to only be sitting on soft surfaces, but that's not going to happen when you go in the back of a police car. >> Yeah. So, wait, you had to You can't sit down then, right? >> Huh? So, >> she had that procedure done. >> Yeah. I could sit down was like on like softness that were attached to anything else. >> Mike, are you going to be good out here? Can Can I go back in the store? >> Let me just Let me just go inside real quick. >> The officer now goes inside the Lululemon and is able to get a picture of the shoplifter from employees. He then returns outside to the suspect to use the picture to ID her. >> All right, ma'am. What you got? So, >> they I'm being detained. >> Yeah, that's her. >> Yo. Yeah, that's definitely her. We got her. >> I'm not going with her. I promise you. >> Yeah, it's a positive idea. It's a positive idea. >> Ma'am, I need you to step over here, please. >> I need you call rescue. I'm going to call rescue for you. Okay. >> Let me just put this in here, >> please. I'm sorry. >> You're fine. >> I'm saying to him, he looking like >> Oh, >> you're detained at this moment. I want you to I want you to understand that >> you you already told me that. I was fully aware of that. >> Well, like handcuffed the chain. >> Oh, okay. >> Go ahead and stand up. >> Okay. >> All right. Go ahead and stand up. >> Stand up. >> Okay. I'm I'm >> I'm not going to ask again. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Stand up. Wait, I'm going to call rescue. They're going to they're going to figure that out. They're going to work with you on that. Why won't you stand up? >> Stand up. >> Stand up, ma'am. I'm not going to ask again. >> Okay, >> turn around. >> Okay, >> Ashley, this might just be Florida cuz Lovable said, "I feel dumb because even the officer knows what's going on with the BBL outfit." That might be Florida cuz don't is Florida a closer flight to the Dominican Republic and stuff like that? I'm not saying if that's where she went, but when people get out of uh country surgeries, a lot of them apparently were going to the DR. Um, let me see. There was something else. She's just being dumb by cows. There's nothing she's doing that's productive. She is just all over the place. And when you see the end of the video, it'll kind of tie it together. But she's not doing anything. It's nothing. She's just floundering around. Yeah, she recently had cosmetic surgery. Purple haze. And thank you. Ashley said it's called a faja. Thank you, Ashley. >> Okay. Can I put this? >> Face Face him. Face him. Turn around right now. >> Face me. >> I'm I'm facing you. >> Back a little bit so I can shut the door. >> No. No. You're not doing this. You're not doing this. Mike, grab her. >> No. Come on. >> We got to pull. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. some unknown medical reason. >> Hey. Hey, >> you cannot do that. You've been cool with me, right? >> Yes. >> I was trying to type in there that she is not having an actual medical emergency, but as y'all can see when they started dragging her, she got out of that real fast because again, BBL recovery, she's on her back. Yeah, you can't pretend to be out of it and go through the pain of whatever that is right now. >> They continue that. Turn over. Turn over. >> I'm going to get up. >> Turn over. >> Can you help me up? >> Turn over. Listen. I'm telling you, it's going to hurt a lot more if you turn over. It's going to be a lot easier for you if you just sit up. I'll have you sit down here, but you are detained. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. You be cool with me, right? >> Listen. Can I pull this up? Listen. I just listen. You can look. Pull that up. Yes. I'm just >> We're not trying to look it up. Just pull that up. I'm talking about this. >> Pull this up. >> Listen. Okay. >> Pull that up. >> You see it? >> Okay. Pull this. Pull this back up. Pull that back up. >> You cool with me, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. He he acting crazy. >> Continue that. Pull your pants up. >> Pull your pants up. >> My pants. >> Yes. You're not making it easy for yourself. You're really not. You're really not. >> We know who you are, man. >> So direct. >> What are you talking about? >> You have multiple multiple >> Are you able to sit up? >> Yes. >> Stay there. >> Can I sit up? >> Stay there. >> Can I sit up for a second? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not I'm not going to ask you then. You can pull with me, right? >> Yeah. >> Then continue that. Continue that way. Right. >> Yep. And I'll pull my pants up. >> I told you to pull it off before. >> What is you doing? >> Give me your hand. >> A woman supposed to be doing that. >> No, that's not how this works. >> Yes, but I don't. >> Do not resist the arrest. Can >> you put the cup on me? Cuz >> I'm trying to I'm trying to >> Can you come and put the cup on me? >> I'm not going to do that. >> I'm trying to. You're not letting me give you your hand. You're not letting me get your hand. >> So, can you please let this Let this go. Let I I'm trying to right here. >> I I know. That's why I'm grabbing your hand. >> Okay. Huh? Here you go. Sounds like Wait, how you doing? >> I'm trying to do I'm not doing >> You hurting me. >> No one's hurting me. You are the other. You are. >> Call another one. She's calling her something too. If we can get another unit here, please. >> Let let go your hand. I'm trying to cuff you like you said, right? You want me to cuff you, right? >> Yes. I don't want him touching me. Unbelievable. >> Grab that hand, man. Just grab that hand. We're not going to be She We have to move her out of this crevice. >> Unbelievable. Okay. Can I get up? Get up. >> Okay. Listen. I'm going to get up. You ain't got to You ain't got to pull. >> Okay. Listen. Can I grab on to your >> grab on to me? It's fine. >> Ready? >> Okay. >> Now, turn over. >> Face the vehicle. Face the vehicle. >> There you go. There you go. >> Now, this is all messed up. >> What vehic? >> Retail theft. I told you that already. What the >> I got to undo this. Okay. So it doesn't hurt you. Okay. >> Well, you put you the one that put it on me like you acting like a you acting like a idiot. Like what the >> You don't >> It always um interests me. I'll say when the person that is acting like an idiot tells someone else they're acting like an idiot. I'm like, "Do you not see you? Do you not hear yourself?" And Dean, I don't know if she was trying to change her padding, but she was doing something in her pants and it was weird and a weird time to do it. >> You're going to make it hard. >> Okay, let me fix it. >> Stop. >> I got my bleeding. What the [ __ ] >> This thing stop. >> Hey, you don't need your hand down there. Let me just put your pants. >> Thank you. >> Just listen to the med. Don't move cuz it's going to lock and it's going to be tightened. Okay. Don't move. Don't move. Otherwise, it's going to hurt. It's going to tighten. Do not move. >> We're going to have kick her back to the squad car. We're going to go this way. >> We're going to go over here. >> I'm trying. >> I'm trying to help you. >> Wait. I got to sit on something soft. >> No, you're sitting there. We're not doing that. >> Lay down. >> I can't. Why you being so Why you acting like that? I didn't do to you. You don't even know me. >> Yeah. I don't have to know you. >> Okay. Don't act like that to me. >> I didn't do to you. I can't I can't sit on my butt. >> I'm saying you drove here. You sat down. >> Yes. And I own nothing hard. It's hard as he stole while you Well, don't steal at all. But don't steal while you're recovering and have a risk of being in the back of a police car with hard seats. I also I am not understanding why specifically anyone that is brown or black is trying to steal from Lululemon. The demographic for Lululemon is not brown or black. So you automatically look suspicious just being in there. First of all, you just do because they're not expecting you. Okay? And then you go to steal. And then you go to still dress like that with your faha or whatever under there which is going to catch someone's attention. I don't and I don't think she had on Lul lemon clothes already but I'm just like it's like you want to get caught. That's what it seems like to me. >> We don't got anything soft like that. >> I mean >> this suspect whose real name is Kada Terry has an extensive criminal history involving multiple retail thefts and fraud cases. In 2015, when she was 21 years old, Kada attempted to use fraudulent gift cards at a Walgreens in Indiana. When police were called to the Walgreens, they found 32 Mastercard and Visa gift cards in her purse before being brought in for questioning. Kada told police she was pregnant and experiencing pain, so she needed to go to the hospital. However, on the way to the hospital, she jumped out of the ambulance when medics and police restrained her. She allegedly struck an officer in the process. She later was determined to not be pregnant and was charged with felony fraud, felony battery, felony identity deception, and resisting. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to fraud while all other charges were dismissed and was sentenced to 270 days in jail. Then in 2017, Kada allegedly attempted to shoplift $1,140 worth of merchandise at a Dick Sporting Goods in Indiana. When police arrived, she reportedly fled in a stolen vehicle, and then allegedly tried to run over police officers, and rammed a squad. She was then charged with two counts of felony attempted murder, three counts of resisting law enforcement, felony attempted theft, and two counts of felony attempted battery with a deadly weapon. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to one count of resisting and both counts of attempted battery with a deadly weapon while all other charges were dismissed. She was then sentenced to 7 years in prison exactly 7 years later in July 2024 when she was released. The incident in this body cam footage took place in Illinois. For this incident, she was char. >> Oh wow. Illinois, not Florida. Very surprised. I'm very surprised. charged with two counts of resisting a peace officer, attempted retail theft, unlawful use of identification, obstruction of identification, unauthorized use of handicap parking, and operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license for over 6 months. Then, just 4 months after this incident in November 2024, Kada was allegedly involved in yet another retail theft incident at a mall in Illinois. She reportedly fled from police in an Audi Q5 when they attempted to perform a traffic stop and then crashed into a Lexus SUV. Officers then removed her from the Audi and after being transported to a nearby hospital, she allegedly caused approximately $7,000 worth of damage to a hospital bed. A short clip from this incident details her attitude when police attempt to get her out of the vehicle. >> Never have myself. I'm myself. I'm by myself. What am I under arrest for? >> You just fled from me. Okay. You're under arrest. >> You backed into my car and then you fled and then you caused crap. >> Are you ready? You ready? Ready. So dumb. >> She was subsequently charged with two counts of felony aggravated fleeing and eluding felony criminal damage to property, resisting, driving with a suspended license, improper turn, and failure to signal in a motor vehicle. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to one count of aggravated fleeing and eluding while all other charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to 30 months in prison. You notice the way she >> 7 years and you go back for another 30 months is crazy to me. Um, few things. Terry T-baby said, "Oh, this is her nineto five." Yeah, Terry. Uh, let me see. There was another one. Bam. Bam Bam says she's a lifelong criminal. Mhm. Life can't. Life is hard. I still think it's harder to do things like this and then have to live with those consequences as well. Just casually strolls past those officers as soon as they make contact. That's not confusion. That's experience. as someone hoping confidence buys time because a quick quiet getaway is often plan A. Then the investigation starts and one officer positions near the front of her car. And I'll be honest, I never like that spot because some people will drive straight through you to escape and that vest will not protect you. Now watch the moment she's told she's detained. She goes back to her car and starts changing clothes. But she's also reaching inside that car and this is where a stop turns tense real fast because we don't know if it's a hoodie or a weapon. Even retired, my pulse jumps watching it because cops don't just rewatch scenes like this. We relive them and remember what they feel like instead of running. The strategy changes. You start seeing hesitation, confusion, and sudden medical issues right when the cuffs appear. That's not really about passing out. It's a last second attempt to regain control of a situation that just got real. Because for some people, the theft wasn't the stressful part. Being held accountable is, and officers recognize that immediately, which is why they keep moving forward, even while someone is screaming. Not to punish someone, but to bring the moment back under control before it turns into something nobody can undo. I'm going tell you what, after all, first of all, they BBL's should only be uh performed by board certified doctors, their postreovery is probably one of the most disgusting post recoveries I've ever heard. When I tell you it's better to do squats, not shots, when it comes to BBLs, you can get a better payoff and you won't have these incisions that are leaking and having odor and just and then you might not even like it cuz the hip to thigh ratio people are clocking you. They call it ant booty and wearing a diaper. It's like it don't even look it's the ones that have gotten it and it looks good. You won't you won't know. So you'll never know. Um, but most of them are horrible. They're horrible. Oh, and it's one of the most uh highest like mortality rates for like a a cosmetic surgery, I think, because there's some there's either blood vessels or something in that area that make it more dangerous to even get it. So, then you get it almost die. Unfortunately, some people died and then it looks stupid. It looks crazy. It's just not worth it. All right, this one's a change of pace. I had to put her in the middle cuz I didn't want to save her for the end cuz I was like I don't know. I cuz it might make some people sad. It It made me I was a little sad for her. So, let me tell you the title first. It says she sued for $5 million after dealership called 911 for a $31,000 fraud check. The only question I kept having was and I think possibly part of my answer did it get or part of my question got answered at the end was I understand suing the bank. I don't really understand suing the police on this one. But we'll see again and y'all can kind of let me know if it makes sense for her to also have su sued the police department in that $5 million lawsuit. On March 10th, 2023, officers were called to a Kia dealership after employees reported a customer trying to buy a car with a fraudulent $31,000 check. What started as a routine fraud call end it with a police department, a national bank, the dealership, and the city. All named in a massive lawsuit. >> We are here for this check. >> Yeah. The police right here. The police is here for this check. >> Yes, the police right here. % off your first order with code at D. >> The police is right here for this check you just gave me to buy a car. >> Who's this? >> This is the owner of the check that he's buying me a car and he was going to follow me to him to finish the paperwork cuz he's 82 years old. >> The music a little bit like we can't hear. >> Good. >> He's 82 years old. >> So what's going on, sir? What's going on? >> Who are you? >> That's my family member. >> My great cousin. My mama's on the phone also. >> I know. I honestly I don't need to talk to anyone. >> Hello. What's the problem then? >> Well, the problem is the check is no good. >> It's no good. >> We just came out the bank getting it. They said the check is no good. A >> We just left the bank. They can bring the cameras back from the bank. This is where the bank at right here >> on this envelope right here today. We just left the bank. >> Ain't no bringing it back. They saying it's no good. It's like it's a problem. The police is here. I am at a dealership. >> I know. I don't [ __ ] steal. This is the name of the bank right here. >> That's the location. No, we was on at 5third on 92nd around commercial. Where your bank at? >> I said, "Where's your bank at?" We went on 53rd. Hold on. I got to Google it. >> 53rd or 92nd? >> Huh? It's 92nd around Commercial. It's around the corner from Commercial. >> Okay. I need a location to the bank. >> Okay. I need a location of the bank. >> It should be on here. The check. >> I knew I should have brought his ass. This the receipt right there. This man is rich as hell. >> There's no no address on the bank >> on here. >> There's no address on there. >> There is no address here. I need the location. >> He needs the location of your bank. A Where is your bank? >> Your name. >> Let me Google. It's a It's on 92. Hold on. Hold on. >> All right. Tell you the first person that made me mad is whoever's on that phone because she she is asking a critical question. Um, and the person on the phone is not helping her. There was another one we watched earlier, different day, couple months, few months ago maybe now at this point where I even knowing that that woman's identity got stolen. The way she acted at the car dealership, she was not doing herself any favors. She again when they said she said, "I can call my mom. She can verify my identity." They say, "Okay, call your mom." They she puts it on speaker. She calls. It's not her mom's number. It's the dude she was with at the car dealership. So, I was like, why would you do that? Like, that just that's just weird. Like, if you because she was who she said she was, but I don't understand how she got mad at the police department for it. Except for when they held her later when her family was trying to prove it was her. But at the time at the dealership, they asked her, "Well, what's your social security number?" She was like, "What does it say on the paperwork?" I don't have I don't have anything for you in that one. But this one, she's trying because she is legit and she's trying, but the people are failing her right now. In my opinion, the bank failed her and the um person on the phone failed her. >> They is some [ __ ] going on with this bank. So she can put it cuz Skooki is popping up in Skooki. It's on 92nd right around the corner from And then they act like they was on the phone with the bank. The bank It's closed. >> Where was the bank at? I need to walk. >> I'm going to get the exact address. >> All right, we need the exact address. Okay, >> cuz I was on the phone with the dealership while I was in the bank. They gave me the number to make this out to. >> Yes, Kana, put in Fifth Third Bank. Uh, and then it's going to say 92. >> This doesn't help me right here. >> I know it's not. I'm just telling this what happened to the bank today. Kana, >> put in fifth bank and it's going to say 92 something around over east. It's going to say east. Hurry up cuz I'm in front of the police and this a problem. This is crazy. I should He didn't have to use the bathroom too much so he couldn't ride all the way out here with me. >> So I called a Uber. Hold on. >> This some [ __ ] A you got me in this [ __ ] because you is acting you not cooperating. >> You live there? You live in Lady Second in Green? >> Yeah. You're at Gresham, right? Yeah. Uh you're from Gresham. Okay. >> I'm from Anglewood actually. We're at 70th. I have six train. All right. Six lumas. >> The police is right here. He listening. You on speaker phone. >> I just want to say I took an Uber. Is a bingo square. >> Hey, how's it going? My name is Officer Beco. All right. I need to find out exactly where the bank is at. Okay. You got to tell me the address. >> Ke is it? >> No. Not 90 seconds. >> Roll your voice. It's a place of business. >> I am so sorry. You understand what I'm going through right now. >> You say what is it, Kisha? >> Yeah, that should be it. It popped up two addresses like that over there. The same address, right? >> 3030 9 seconds. >> Yeah, it say closer. So, can you please call them and see if we just left out of there today? Listen. Can you give me 5 minutes to call >> please? >> And it say closing. So what's the address? I mean what's the phone number? >> They called to verify the shot. >> Just see when we was in >> I just want you play with cashier check. That's why I told he was buying me a car. I said you can't walk in the dealership with cash. >> You could. >> How you got to verify where the cash come from? But he rich as hell. But he wasn't trusting me with cash. So he like, >> "And she is right. Once you start bringing over $10,000, there's a lot of questions you got to answer to trace that money back and make sure it's not from something else." So you can bring cash, but you about to bring a whole lot more questions and things on you if you bring over 10,000. >> Like I'm going to put it directly in the cashier. >> What is the phone number? >> Let me give it a show. Okay. >> They don't want the number. They walking off. >> No. Have a seat. Have a seat. You bogus a what is your social? >> What is your social? That's all you had to do from the beginning and these people wouldn't have thought it was a red flag up in here. Now the police is in here. >> Thank you. >> He call back. He call back. >> I'mma call y'all back. Police told me to call y'all back. >> So who who gave you cash? The cat the check. Yeah. >> The person that's on the phone in the grave is my great cousin. My mama first cousin. I take care of him and my auntie. My auntie can't walk. And he went to the bank or you went to the bank. >> He went to the bank. I sat next to him. We I this piece of paper right here to the lady. The lady showed his ID. You can't get nothing out the bank like that. And then the lady even the teller was even talking about how like we was like my name ain't not on there so I can't take it in there. So we had made arrangements for them to follow me back so they can he could sign everything, >> you know, to verify everything. But when it came to him acting for the social, he like I'm not I need a for my social, but I'm not giving up my social because he's really rich. He's 100% veteran. He's a Navy Seal. So he >> So hold on. >> So he gives you a check. >> And why'd you come all the way out here to get a check? >> I actually look I found this car on CarMax. Found this car right here on CarMax. I talked to them over the phone. They told me it was 26,000. The man Mark told me exactly what to make the check out to and everything. I put it in my notes. McGar Cliff the manager. Okay. >> And I did all this yesterday. I talked to him yesterday. We made all arrangements to come this morning. We didn't leave this morning because he wasn't feeling well this morning. >> Okay. >> So that's why I just was online. So he said I was like your car buying your car. So I wasn't going to just go to the dealership. I Googled and found the car. Called and got a number told me what it was going to be out the door. That's the price out the door. >> Okay. Just in case because it took me to the end sometimes to put things together. So just to get us all on the same page, she has a legitimate cashier's check. It was uh she had the person that um whose account the casher's check came from in the bank with her in person, I believe, is what she's saying. He's 80 something years old and he cannot control his bodily functions, which is why he's not at the car dealership with her. I think she's saying the car was a gift to her. It's is her birthday about to be her birthday. It was like I think a thank you gift, whatever. um they're at the point where they're the car dealership person thinks the cashier's check is fake and they're going to explain why they think it's fake. Uh it wasn't to me it wasn't a profiling thing. They'll explain more at the end. We're just watching the buildup right now. But just know she was with the owner, just came in by herself with a check, but like she said, she called the day before, asked how they should do it, all that stuff. I had everything arranged. But the red flag probably came when they was sitting on the phone with him and he was telling like I'm 100% veteran. I'm not giving cuz he's really rich. So he probably think >> that wasn't it. It was >> they had the check and they called Fifth Third to verify the funds are real, >> right? >> You know the check. He got 400,000 in his account >> and Fifth Third said no. >> That's why they called us. >> That's why so that's why we're here. >> That check is real. >> All right. So so far car dealership called the bank. The bank says, "No, that check is fraudulent." Wait till you find out why. That's why I agree with her suing the bank. Then the cops, as you saw when they've gotten here, are allowing her to call the bank on her own, but it's failing because can Kenisha, what is her name? Can she I can't remember her name now, but the one on the phone is failing her in my opinion. She's at She's She really needs help. She needs a number to the actual physical bank that they did go to, and I just feel like that woman failed her. that was on the phone. So, I hate that she maybe she should add her to the lawsuit, too, for her through this. But, so that's why the cops are under the impression the check is fraudulent because when the uh the car dealer called, the bank is saying, "No, that check is fraudulent and but it's not the location she physically went to that they called." Um, but she was trying to find out the number to the place that they actually went to. Kishana, thank you. Kishana is failing her getting her the correct information. They're waiting about the reasonable time they normally wait. If we're in watching a body cam for bank fraud, you get the same questions. You kind of get um for her, I've never seen anybody else get to call the bank yet to verify the check, but that makes sense to give her a chance to do that. So, that's where we're at so far. >> Third literally printed that check out. I don't play nothing like that. I'm 3 I'll be 37 this month. >> Did you get this cashier check today? >> Today? Yes. Literally today. I was on the phone with the dealership while we were they were making it cuz I was trying to cuz I fixed his name on there and I'm like will it be a problem with his name on there? Will he have to be there? They said um we can make some arranges where someone could follow you back and he could just we can print out the paperwork and we could just have him sign it and everything will be everything after that. So I said, "Okay, that's how it was." Cuz otherwise I was going to try to have to find a way to get him out of there cuz I'm like 50 minutes away from here. Mhm. >> And he used the bathroom like I have to clean up boooo and do stuff for him every day all day. >> And then the car that I have, I was paying over $1,000 a month and I'll take care of him. So he like I'mma help you get out of debt and not have to pay $1,000 a month for that car no more. I'm going to buy you a car just buying a car. And that price was decent for him cuz I wanted a link. He was like, "No, that's like 50 60,000." We like, "No, I can't do that." >> Which is understandable. That's what I just found the car that was 26,000. He was okay with the out the door price. That's why we went to the bank. He said, "I'mma get cuz yesterday we supposed to." He said, "No, I don't I'm not going. I don't feel like getting up right now." He like I'm like, "Well, let's go with the money." He said, "No, I'm not giving you no money. I'm going to get a cashier's check." And so that made sense. Like instead of somebody just having you stack the money, >> cash your check, you know, is verified. is going to go directly to that person who said it's >> said the issue is the check. >> Yeah, it's real. It's real for a fact. That's all the information that came with this. The lady put it in the envelope today. Everything I've been here for a minute. Everything. Everything. They knew about the cash. They knew everything. >> Okay. I'm going to pull this in my pocket. >> Is everything okay? You might want to hang up right now. >> They lock me up. >> Hang up the phone. >> They going to lock me up and I got to hang up the phone. >> Okay. Here's where we stand. Okay. I called the bank. I told the branch ranger. >> It's either a frozen check, either counterfeit check or wash check. One or the others. >> Okay. The cops also called the bank following up that the car dealership called the bank. They're saying a wash check or a fraudulent check. This is why I think it's the bank's fault most of all. >> Put the phone in back. Pull your phone in back. >> It can't be. >> It can't be. >> All right. Here's the deal. >> Listen, I was on the phone with you and Matt when I was inside the We're going to do this. Okay. Somebody clear that. >> Dang it, Dean. I was all in on the emotional thing. Dean, that is a fair question. It is neither. Well, it's kind of it is here or there cuz I'm going to say it's neither here or there, but know it does raise questions. Dean says she is a caregiver and has to do that type of cleaning, you know, for his incontinence. Why would she choose nails that lint? She can't even wear gloves. That's actually a fair question, Dean. Oh, no. Because we were also in the chat talking about how do you clean yourself properly with that length of nails, too. I know people with long nails say they stay out their business. I don't care. Don't just just know I don't want anything from you. I won't touch nothing after you because I don't know the answers to these questions though. But that's your business. >> What am I getting locked up for? >> Check. Oh my god. >> Y'all can't verify no more. Like >> I just called the manager. This the brand manager. The branch manager at the same location you gave me. >> No, I was just that's the address I found out in the thing. I told you I don't know. >> You told me this is the location. I asked you multiple times. All right. >> I Googled it. >> All right. >> You don't understand. I promise that God would never put my life in no situation like this. >> Please. >> All right. >> Can we do this again? >> We cannot do this again. >> Oh my god. I can't believe this. Oh my god. >> Anything anything in your purse? >> Yes, I have money and I have some weed on me. >> You got some weed on you. >> Weed. Anything else? Anything else on you? >> No, nothing like that hurt. >> Weapons and >> and I have $8,500 on me. >> You got what? >> $8,500. >> $8,500. That's fine. >> Why are you so much cash? because I'm f to go pay bills and he was helping me pay bills and get a car today. He just got that money. >> I'm take your handcuff off so I get your purse off. >> I know. Keep your hand back there. >> Change. >> And I want money at the casino. >> Don't worry. We're going to count all the money once we go in. Okay. >> Okay. >> That's going to happen. >> He gave me $1,000 earlier and I won $6,000 at the casino yesterday. I play. >> Good. You're lucky. Anything in your pockets? >> I play buffer. >> Anything in your pockets? I'm taking my keys or it might be in my purse. I cannot go to jail for this. Y'all have to really pro. Is it a way that like we can >> nothing in the footage? Nothing. >> No. Also going to be a call state attorney's office. They decide if they want to charge you the felony or not. >> Call state attorney's office. >> I have to or you guys are. >> We have to. We're going to do this. >> Take her back. I'll grab a statement from these guys. >> You mind? >> Yeah. >> Thanks, sir. Appreciate. I'm going to call the SA right away cuz I want to get out. It took forever to connect with these guys. Takes a second. And they're closing at 6. So they just closed. >> Uh, just hold on. Just hold on. Just a sec. Just sick. >> You can do what you got to do. Okay. Just give me a second. >> I need a copy. I'm sorry. >> But is that how how do I Oh my. How do I prove my innocence? Y'all taking my money? >> No, the money is yours. You're talking about the cash, right? >> The cash is yours. The check we got inventory. >> I I understand that. But I'm going to go We going to go to when I get out of jail, I'm going to go back to the same bank and print the same check out again. >> The money is yours. The cash you got on your back is yours. We don't take your cash >> or something or wherever they out. >> We're going to see. We're going to see first. First, we got to call the states attorneys. It's a little different than K County. Okay. But I could pay to get out. >> I'm not sure. That's But I got to call. >> I got a key as well. I don't have to sit him back in jail tonight. >> I don't know. I don't think so. But I'm not sure. Okay. We got to call, like I said, we got to call the states attorneys and we're going to move on from there. >> This is Elliot with this charge. This [ __ ] is g >> Hey, Karma Streams. I'm going to have to look up who that is, but hey, welcome in. Welcome in. >> It is interest. Who gave you the check? >> I date my cousin in the grace. is my great cousin is my mom's first cousin is my second cousin. I take care of him and my aunt. They piss every day. He got like 100% veteran Navy Seal and he to help me get bought me a car today. He could take the long ride because he pisses [ __ ] too much. Piss every day. Scrub [ __ ] out the carpets every >> being good family. >> Do this type of [ __ ] But God must don't want me to help his ass no more. Somebody is something right. Some I know God is going to handle every last person that's responsible for this. I promise you he is. I'm going through something like this. I am the goodest person. I don't have to live in Chicago. I'm only living here to help my two elderly family members that's left. >> You're doing the right thing. >> I don't have to help them. >> Seems like you're a good family, right? You're being good to your family. You take care of you take care of your family. I'm a good person, but this right here just turned me into the cold hard [ __ ] I promise you. >> I don't know what happened there. Like, I'm not going to pretend at home. >> Turn me to a whole another person. >> We're just trying to figure this out, too. Okay. >> But the bank said that this is >> baby. This is over with. I cannot help them no more. I'm trying to help on my background. This is me young. I am not young. I am old. I take care of my mama and my daddy. I can't take I can't do this. Stop it. Like [ __ ] They going to damn near die because they know they sending me through some [ __ ] like this. I probably get out of jail. Two old [ __ ] aren't helping voluntarily. Great. Okay, before they explain at the end, I just want to say so a lot of us have attention issues in this chat cuz a lot of y'all got me focused on the fact that she keeps saying great cousin instead of y'all leave. Y'all stop. But no, I've never heard anybody say great cousin before either. piece of [ __ ] go. >> This the only thing I'll say if he if and it's okay I'm going to take it as truth that um he does have a lot of money. He's 100% veteran, disability, all that stuff, right? You it is better to get a financial power of attorney or whatever else she needs to be her the caregiver and be um legitimate so you are not challenged if you show up with a check that has the person's name on it that owns the account. Um, I learned later that there are general powers of attorney and then you can get very specific like medical, financial, stuff like that. And I think that would have helped her more to actually have had a power of attorney as well. Now, it's still going to be the bank's fault at the end of this. I'm going to tell you right now, it is the bank's fault in my opinion. Oh, Ashley J said I got kids is a bingo square. So, that's another bingo square. and nightly out the window. I'm being charged. I'm in the bank for the police. I'm [ __ ] racist. >> Here's what happened. The dealership calls Fifth Third Bank to verify the check, but they call the wrong branch. The teller can't find a customer named Shadeai Crockett because it wasn't her account, it was her uncle's. Then the teller says their systems are down. But instead of saying we can't confirm, the bank tells the dealership the check is fraudulent. Officers show up and one of them tells the bank teller that people from those neighborhoods are probably using her as a tool to buy the car with a fake check. They cuff her, remove her from the dealership in front of a crowd. She's charged with felony forgery up to 10 years. She appeared in court five times over 4 months before the state's attorney confirmed the check was real the entire time. It was a birthday gift from her 82-year-old uncle. The prosecutor's response when they finally dropped it. Sorry it took so long. She's now suing the city of Highland Park. Both officers, the dealership, and Fifth Third Bank. >> All right. Fifth Third Bank. As I said, I definitely think they should be sued. And some kind of reprimand for the teller that instead of saying, "Oh, our systems are down, so we can't verify the check." The teller says it's a fraudulent check. That's why I totally understand the bank being sued. I don't for sure understand the cops being sued because probable cause was there. Especially when they actually called the bank as well. I don't know. She did they say she she also sued the car dealership? Oh, okay. Maybe not. But yeah, the bank I I do get it. But just minimum probable cause. I feel like the police did have it. They were It was wrong in the end, but I don't know. So, y'all let me know what you think about suing the bank. Oh, yeah. She sued the dealership, too. WKM Automotive. They called the bank, too. It's not like they just looked at her and said, "Nope, check's fraudulent. Just looks questionable. So, I'm calling the police." They called the bank and the bank failed her. Get power of attorney number one. Tell you that right now. I think just backed up check dates. Not check dates, court dates that cuz court does not happen fast. So the four months is the normal court system to me. Um but that is very scary to face a 10ear sentence off of a felony and you did not do it. Um but bank bank is their fault to me. Okay. Ace moonshot said that she's suing the cops because the prosecutor kept dragging her through uh court for months. Yeah, one of the cops did profile her, but and and I heard that, but he did profile he he shouldn't have done it, but he profiled her after the bank said it's a fraudulent check. So, the fruit of the poison tree to me is still the bank. Had they just come in and said, "You're under arrest for fraud." Because his his bias still went there, but they went to the source that could say, "Actually, that's a good check." And they're saying, "Oh, it's fraudulent." But I still don't like that he profiled her. I'm not saying that. Um, all right. So, let's keep going. I just want to show that in the middle. I didn't want y'all to have to end with that one, but I did want to show it since we were watching bank scams and we had watched another lady that was in a different position. She had identity theft, but again, she wasn't helping herself on the identity theft. All right, we're going on to the airport. All right. Uh, and I see a lot of people saying, "Uh, yep. Sue, sue the cops, too." Yeah. But all right, here we go. Woman attacks her mother-in-law at the airport. I did not watch this one ahead of time. >> On October 2nd, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after receiving reports of a battery. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> Cut it out. >> Cut it out. >> Cut it out. Can you decide? Hold on. Hold on. >> Who is she? >> She's my mom. >> This is your mom. >> Okay. Ma'am, just Okay. >> What's that? 179. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's going on? I'm not going to say anything because that lady is going to answer me. I just want to leave with my kid on the airplane. >> Okay. So, >> she doesn't want me to take my kids passport. She was grabbing me his passport. >> Okay. So, you So, you two are trying to fly out everybody. We're leaving. >> So, all three of you. Yeah. Okay. >> Can you tell her to leave my kid? >> Okay. Just hold on. Okay. because I'm not going to sit there and pull the kid away and everything. Okay. So, we're all here. All right. Nobody's going to go anywhere with your child. All right. We're okay. All right. Okay. So, you're trying to fly with your child and you are too, right? You three are trying to fly. >> Not everybody. Everybody we're just leaving. >> Is she going too? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's the issue? The issue is that I don't want him to be with my kid right now and I just want to make another line of the airplane and I want to be with my kid. He can stay with her mom. >> Okay. So, you just want to fly in separate rows or whatever. >> That's it. But I want him my kids paper with >> You want two kids paper with you? No, you're just the one to to go to security with him without that lady and that >> that's it. >> Okay. So, >> can I can I tell my person? >> Yeah. >> Okay. She gets pretty anxious when she flights. Okay. So, you understand that the problem is that she went into a crisis today and she beat my mother. You can see her over here. >> Scratch me to take >> Okay, let's focus. Okay. and she wanted to take the kid by herself to Miami without my permission. >> Hold on. Hold on. Okay, come over here, sir. >> I want to This is a great thing. >> So, is this a current mother-in-law or an ex-mother-in-law? Cuz he's talking like they're separated, right? She wanted to take my kid without me to Miami. That sound like a ex. So, but I Okay. But he said Yeah. she she beat up his mother. >> Just Okay. All right. Yeah. All right. Go ahead. >> And um so we were staying at Spectrum of Reunion here in Orlando. >> So we had to call security and the sheriff came. >> So that was like 2 hours ago. >> Okay. >> And she said, "Uh, I'll go." >> So where were you guys at when >> uh reunion? Reunion. Reunion. >> Reunion. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. So all this happened in reunion. So but now you guys are all going to fly together. >> Yeah. For my mom it's okay. But then when we got here to do the check in, she tried to just to to get the the passport and to take again. >> Okay. Well, she's the mother, right? >> Yeah, she's the mother. >> And she's trying to fly with the kids, they need the passport to fly, right? >> Yeah, that's right. >> Okay. So, are we going to do this the whole time for the next 3 days because somebody's end up going to get arrested or something for something silly? Because you guys are I understand you're you guys have issues, right? But it's not like she's trying to take off by herself on the plane and you're not going. All right. to to take a kid by yourself. >> Ma'am, over there, please. Over there now. Please. >> I will talk to you again. Okay. Ma'am, come on over here then. >> Why is his partner not helping him? Like, say, "Ma'am, come over here with me." There's another cop right there with him. Why isn't he saying anything? >> All right. Okay. So the issue is this is so what's the deal with why can't she take the passport go in a different row and fly down to Miami and then you guys are there on the plane you guys get off the plane. >> Okay. I don't have any problem. I don't have any issue. >> I don't want just to to walk >> and I would like you guys do too. I want you guys to get to stay together and you know get to wherever you need to go. >> Just my my my only concern is that right now she's in a crisis >> right? >> So I don't care. I mean, she can have the passport right now and then we'll fix it, but she's not in >> she's in a in a in an anxiety crisis. >> Okay. >> And I don't think it's the best way that my kid stay with his mom at this moment. We can fly everyone at the same time. >> But that's what I'm saying is it's not like you're sending her off by herself with the kid. You guys are all in on the plane, an enclosed area. I mean, she can't do anything on, you know, on the plane, right? And then you guys are all getting off off the same exit of the plane. You know, there's only one exit. So, and then you know, and then after that, so why are you guys going to Miami? Are you flying somewhere else or is >> No, he's her her brother lives there, so she wanted to just like go and stay with with their >> I feel like there's a language barrier a little bit. I feel like there is because I feel like he's trying to communicate to the officer. In her emotional state, she's a danger to the child and maybe there at first they weren't going to be on the same flight and maybe now they possibly will be, but he is very concerned about this woman being alone with a child in her mental state. I clearly understand that. I So either the cop or I one of us are misunderstanding if they would or wouldn't have been on that plane together originally cuz he seems like it was going to be he can't keep his eyes on on the child when she was first going to fly to Miami. Um they well they with their accents I'm gonna say they're international travel travelers so they probably just a lot of times travel with their passport anyway even though right now it's a domestic flight that they're flying but they might be used to using their passports because of they do fly out the country a lot. I don't know >> brother it's not happening right now anymore that that option but uh >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. Um I >> so no I I mean I I'm getting I I get everything that's going on and I understand you don't want to you know she keeps separating more and more you know on this travels and you don't want her to be able to just be able to go off and you know cuz obviously she you don't think she's in the right mind right now. So all right so what do you want if you could say okay this is what I want to happen what do you want? Um, I would ask if I have I can have the passport and she goes on a road and my mom, the kid, and myself go in another rob for me. That would be good enough, >> which is what you guys were trying to talk about, but she wants the passport and she's not. >> Yeah, it's a little more complex like that because she Yeah, pretty much. So, what's uh it's I guess if she's got control of the child, you know, she's in control right there, you know, and uh whether she has a passport or not, I guess I I'm >> Oh, so maybe she would have gotten to Miami and then left the country from Miami because if he's concerned about her passport, that wasn't going to be her last flight. I think that's why he's talking about the passport. >> I don't see the big deal in it. I mean, enough to where we're gonna get into something where somebody's gonna end up getting arrested or, you know, or something bad happens. >> Yeah, that's the issue because she beat my mom over here. She beat me over here. So, now we're talking about something physical. So, I don't want to get this bigger and bigger, >> right? >> So, but uh yes, if we can do that, >> uh I'll be happy just one rope for the bikina and my kid, my mom and Yes. >> Okay. What time is your guys' flight? >> Uh 4:55. >> 455. >> Okay. All right, ma'am. Come on over here so I can sit with my kid. >> So I can Let me talk to you with my kid. >> Ma'am, you make my kid right now. >> Okay. You guys are the parents. Act like parents. Okay. >> Okay. I am acting. >> Just let him hold your child. It's not like he's running off there. >> He just Okay. So what happened before here? >> Okay. >> No, he did not call the cops. >> Ma'am, he did not call the cops. No, her mother. I'm sorry. He's >> BRB. How do you say damn you're tall in French without sounding rude. Um I will say this though, the husband, if they're still married or even if they're not, you're risking it by trying to take someone's passport because that's like that's um restricting their freedom of movement. And also that's usually what pe people are uh that work for the government are trained to look out for as far as human trafficking. You can't keep someone's personal identification in their means of travel. So, I understand if he's trying to protect the child. Um, I just hope he doesn't get in trouble if that's all he was trying to do. But you can get in trouble for trying to maintain possession of someone else's passport. I think sometimes her cell phone too, stuff like that. >> She didn't call either. All right. >> No, it's because everyone around you is seeing how you guys are both acting. Okay. So, what happened? >> Touch me. Okay. So, what happened? >> Okay. What happened? Yes. I We were packing and they knocked the door and they say, "Can you leave in 15 minutes?" So he was like, "I don't know what to do." I was packing everything. >> He doesn't want was doing anything. He was taking breakfast, the coffee, whatever. Okay. So we just calm down and say, "Okay, I was with my kid and say not jail to him like this. He's come up. I'm just carrying my kid." So her mother took his mother took him inside the room and say did not touch my and I was like okay don't mess with my kid that's it. >> Mhm. >> The only thing that I'm having this okay and I just was I was walking and he wants my kid pass. >> So he grabbed me really tight >> to take my the documents of my kid. >> Okay. >> Okay. We got a question answered. He wanted the child's passport. That still that very much then leans to he thinks she might have taken him out of the country once she got to Miami. I do think that especially if he was trying to get his kids passport. >> So in that in that moment he my my mother-in-law called the cops. >> Okay. >> Okay. They took me out the papers. Okay. And they were doing me like this. What? I I >> This was down in reunion. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. Then she grabbed my kid and I said, "Do not took my kid." She She took my kids. >> Then they called the cops. The cops and I said like, "Okay, wow. I don't want any problems. I can go." >> Okay. >> Okay. They cancel me the credit card. >> Mhm. >> While we while I was talking with I don't have any money with me because they have everything everything was with them, >> right? Did the cops end up coming? >> Yeah, they come. They came. They came to the to reunion. Okay. They to they took another car. They go on top of the car. They didn't let me on top of the car. I was going with them. So the cops took me out and they told me that I was I cannot be there. So take my things and go that I don't have any money to go. >> Okay. So the security of reunion took me to the Publix and I called my sister that lives in California to take an Uber for me to the airport and that's how I arrived to the airport. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm going to play Angel's advocate on her side right now because of this is from watching movies and stuff like that. But it is also possible that he appears to be the more logical one right now cuz he's not the one that got violent in public. And her emotional state could be because they are restricting her financially all of a sudden. They are trying to take her child and make her seem like she's crazy for being emotional that you trying to take my child and you're I have no resources now because international husbands are known to try to do stuff like that and they make you look like you crazy. So I just want to throw that out there too. Okay. Then I was here and I was just want to be in another room with my kid because I don't want her to be with my kid right now because I am the mother. >> Mhm. Okay. >> And I was messing that I was doing the checkin and he also took call the cops and that's it. >> No, he didn't call the cops while we were here. >> No, she to she tell to the lady to talk to call the cops. >> All right. Well, >> and they took to us and they >> Okay. Well, when you guys are starting to take stuff from each other right here and stuff and probably the servant, they're going to call they're going to call the cops regardless. >> Are you letting him to be with the kid instead of >> It's his father. We're taking I know, but just cuz I'm trying to talk to you. I can't talk to you while you're holding the kid because what's going to happen is you're going to be talking to the kid and so I'm getting everyone's story. Okay? So, just hang on. All right? You need to calm down because we're all here. Nobody's just running off now with the kid or anything like that. You guys are all traveling together. And the thing is is it seems like you keep getting what you eventually want, but every time you do, you start to say, "Well, I want the kid with me, but I don't want you guys there." >> But I want you to come with me, but I want his passport also >> because I give him they took me the >> But you guys are both the parents. And you're not being you're not compromising at all. And that's the problem. Yes. You're not. >> Okay. Because they all agree to fly together and then you say, "Well, I don't want I just want to fly with the kid in the row." Hold on. You did you not did you not ask to to fly in a different row, right? In a different row. Right. >> That's it. >> Okay. And they said, "Yes." >> But then you're like, "Well, no, because I want to do that, but I also >> Yes. But he doesn't want me to have >> Exactly. So why you keep making other demands? They're letting you fly it in a separate row." >> No, they they are not letting me. >> Okay. Well, they're going to book you in a different row. What is >> okay? Hold on. Here with same roll with him. >> Why are you defending it? >> I'm not defending that was crushing me all that. >> Look at this. Look at this. >> Did they give you a case number? >> No. >> The police officers. No, they didn't. Okay. >> All right. So, what I'm saying is if they keep the passport and you're flying in a sub row with the child, is that good? You're a family. So, I don't I'm I'm trying hard to realize why >> you know what happened before this that to cause this strife because you guys haven't told me any of that stuff. >> No, you can ask her. You can ask the mother-in-law if you want. >> I think there's a language barrier. I do. I don't even think I can't say who's possibly being dishonest, but I do think there's a language barrier on them comprehending the question to give the police officer the answer he's trying to get to understand the situation better because the bias is that she's she's violent because we came in on the fact that she had fought her mother-in-law. But I want to know the reason she fought her mother-in-law. Was her mother-in-law a monster-in-law and backing up her son on the financial restriction and all this other stuff? Or is she in an actual bad mental state and she should not have the child so she can possibly take the child out the country? Like I don't know. I don't know. But I'm I don't know if if we're going to get the answer either cuz there is a language barrier here. >> This was something that it goes really big. >> Okay. >> Because he doesn't want me to take his passport because No, I know. I know. I know why. I know why. Okay. Because my brother is on lives in Miami and my sister lives in California and he's afraid that I'm taking the kid to another. But I don't have any I don't have any money with me because they cancel my credit. >> I'm not going to stay in the US. >> Okay. >> That's not my plan, right? I just I have a work in Mexico. >> Okay. >> He has to go back to school tomorrow. >> Okay. I understand. >> That's not my plans. My parents are in Mexico. >> Then why do you need the passport then? >> That's the thing. That's that's that's a one-on-one >> be with him >> if you're with him on inside the airport and what I said if they're gonna book with you and you and and you're going to sit with him and you're >> just to go inside the airport. >> Why do you have to have the passport? >> Just to go inside the airport with him, not to wait for them and to be all around together because we are right now we are fighting and I don't want to make this thing inside. That's the only thing. Well, you guys are all flying on the same plane, so you guys are going to be there and your son's going to want to see both of you guys. >> Different, bro. It's gonna >> put the level down. >> It still doesn't It still doesn't explain why you have to have the passport and the child. Like I said, you're you want everything. >> Why he wants the No, I don't have everything. >> He said you you told me why he wants it. >> So that after you guys get off the plane that you can't just run off and go do whatever you want. >> Because I want my ch my child. I don't want everything. I want just my child. >> Okay. And if you just want your child, they're allowing you to sit with your child and you're going to be with them the entire time. >> So then again, so why is the passport that important? The only reason that would be is so that you could take off with the child and the passport. What would that be not? >> Okay. Is that >> okay? That's what I'm getting at. So >> But why you don't take the passport off him? I I >> He's the child's father. >> But I'm the mother. I know, but I can't take >> because you are a father and I'm just I don't know. I I really don't understand that that part. >> Okay. So, so why do you get it over him? >> No, no, no. Because he took me away the passport. >> Okay. But I'm saying forcing me to >> What I'm saying is because I was >> What I'm saying is this. Listen, listen to me. There's a passport belongs to your son. >> You both have equal rights to that passport since you're both mother and father. Why should I take it from him and give it to you? >> Because he took it. >> Because you want it? >> Because he took it from me. >> Okay. >> Because he took it from I also am getting a headache. Loveable Scorpion. I don't It's the person that sent this to me in the chat. Please let me know if they're going to clear this up at the end because I don't know what's happening. Jacqueline said allowing her is suspect to me. It could go either way. Yes. me because he wants all the all the control of my kid. I just want to be with him. That's it. >> And they're allowing you to be with him. They're just relaxing together. >> I'm just here because it's the only way to be with him, you know, because here he doesn't they don't have an option >> inside the airport. They're going away. They're going to leave me. They leave me on the road. Do you don't think they don't carry to that? They don't care. >> They really don't care. They leave me. They leave me with a cop. >> Like I said, if he's got equal rights to property, whether it's a passport or kids property or whatever, then I can't take it from him. >> I can't take it from him to give to somebody else. I can't do that. That's cuz he's it's his. It's because if it's a son, it's his. >> Okay. Now, I just want to know if I >> Man, that Okay. The title makes you biased cuz again, it's called woman attacks her mother-in-law at the airport. So, you're already thinking she's violent. She attacked her mother-in-law for no reason or, you know, whatever, right? But she's saying they were going to leave me on the road. That's something we should ask more questions about. >> If I >> Where do you live? Like, where do you guys live? You guys live in Mexico. >> Okay. >> If I have it, you cannot give it to him. That's why you told me to say if he wants to give it to me, it's because of his he wants to. But no, you cannot do it. Okay. Right. I mean, you understand? Legally, I can't do that. That's what I'm getting at. Okay. But >> I got it. I just I just >> Okay, I got it. >> Right. >> I got it. >> Your mom is done with a statement. >> Does she write it every other transl? >> I'll take a look. >> What is that saying? >> She grabbed my hands and harmed my arms. >> Harmed your arms. Okay. >> Do you want fire rescue? >> Do you want to get checked out by Firefighters, are you okay? You sure? >> So for me, can you just sign that you do swear to it? Okay. >> Now, and if you do want to testify and prosecute criminally, initial there is mandatory. >> Crystal Gal said they left her at the hotel, which tells me you weren't planning on flying together. If you left her at the hotel, I don't know. Cuz if you trying to take my kid for no reason and just try to make me seem crazy, I'mma bite and hit you, too. I'm I'm also going to do that cuz I'm wondering why are you trying to take my kid away from me? >> It's up to her. >> You have to come back to the states. >> Yes, you have to come. >> You have to fly back here to testify. >> Okay. So, yeah, that's fine. And just initial, >> but it's still domestic. It doesn't matter. >> You want to write a statement? Not really, but I just >> You don't have to write a statement. It was up to you. But you're saying that >> she started it. >> She put her hands on her first. >> Okay. So, again, you're saying she started the physical altercation that took place at the airport. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Physical and mental. >> Okay. All right. Cuz I know you guys had something going on over there and then over here >> and everything is set on camera. the one over there and the one over there. >> Does she have any um you know mental disabilities? What what is it? >> It's called in Spanish syndrome which is Yeah. Like >> do you understand that? >> No. >> Is it What is it? You could say it in Spanish. >> Okay. Here we go. Come on. Hold on. >> They cannot take my kid. >> Okay. Is that his kid? >> Yeah, that's my kid. >> So, your kid and his kid, right? Okay. So, he has the rights to your kid as well. We're still >> Me, too. >> What? >> Me, too. >> It's joint, right? It takes two people. So, you're the mom, he's the dad, right? >> In the passport, they come picture. >> We don't do anything when it comes to the passport. Do you understand? >> She could do that real quick. Just want to get the kid out of here. >> No. Can I Can I go to that flight? I cannot. They don't want you on the plane. >> So, you're going to have to find another route to another way to get >> I don't want my mother-in-law. I don't want my mother-in-law to be with us. >> Come on. Let's go ahead. >> I feel like they might have biased us on this title. This is giving me I don't remember what decade for sure, but I'm just going to say the late 1800s, early 1900s when they would diagnose women with hysteria cuz they dared to show emotions. I ain't believe in this mother-in-law and dad as much now. Mm. Because cutting off her credit card completely, that is financial abuse. That is then then it sounds like they were Crystal G said they left her at the hotel. She said they were going to leave me on the road. It's a lot of leaving me leaving me and a little bit of uh you know, she fought her mother-in-law, but I would fight my mother-in-law for my child as well. I don't like it. Take this bag. Relax. Relax. Relax. Listen. Leave the bag on. >> We are trying to be calm with you. You need to listen to us. Do you understand? Don't touch me. Grab her arm. Please. >> Don't touch your bag. We can do that outside. Let's just >> We'll grab that outside. >> The kid is with the dad. >> Is there a car on this? wish they had to let the officer that speaks Spanish talk to both of them because I still say there's a language barrier on making those cops understand the sequence of events what her intention was what she believes her husband's intention was and then also for the husband what he believes her intention was and and all that stuff like I feel like if we had a Spanish speaking officer why didn't we have him interview them >> on Okay. >> Okay. Ready? Y. We'll do the searching and everything else. >> You guys good? Got everything you need? >> All right. Let's got to get in the car. Um, I am going to yell. >> Yes, ma'am. You are. Let's go this way. >> Her bag is back here. >> Sit in the car. >> It's going to be a little uncomfortable, but you'll be okay. >> She was charged with domestic battery. Share your thoughts in the comments below. >> My thoughts. Let me see what the comments are saying. I just um but y'all gave me my sanity check, so I'm going to go how we're on the fence is what I'm getting at minimum. And some of us are feeling very strongly that there's some manipulation going on here. Let me see what the comments say. The husband and mother-in-law are trying to take the kid away from the mom. People don't seem to understand that mom said they kicked her out and emptied the bank account. So, she has no money and nowhere to go. Her sister had to send her money. I'm getting strong. This is going to turn into a kidnapping vibes from her. So, that person was uh on the side of the dad. The This person says, "I read this differently than everyone else. The husband and mother-in-law cut off all the wife's access to money and then left her stranded at the motel with no way to get to the airport. She had to call her sister in California to get money for an Uber to get to the airport. That's the reason the husband took the kid's passport from the mother. The husband and mother-in-law then took the kid and went to the airport, leaving mom stranded. They're the ones who were going to take off with the kid. And had she gotten to Florida where her brother was, that would have been more support for her, too. And that wouldn't help. Yeah, I'm with I'm with the I'm with that some. Mm- I don't like it. Spanish syndrome is attack nurvios. Stress with crying, anger in family situations in Spanish speaking cultures. Thank you, Ace Moonshot. I appreciate that. Wow. Wow. I did not I didn't expect that. I didn't know. I thought we was just going to get a good old crazy mother-in-law daughter-in-law thing. That's crazy. Brianna Banana said when the biting took place changes my opinion. If she wasn't fighting for her child, it would have took place for me too. But if you fighting for your child, all bets are off on that one. That's That's me. But I I understand. But they did frame this in a way to already put you against the woman. They It just automatically set your mind that way. All right. Um this one I didn't watch all of it. I just watched the end to make sure it didn't get crazy, but the title says, "Flor man fakes robbery after grocery store heist goes wrong." Let me see. Okay, we have one more video after this. All right, here you go. >> All right. So, what's going on, man? >> What was that? >> I got robbed. >> You want to do a police report? Yeah, I got you. They said, >> "Okay, listen. You understand that if you make a false police report, you're going to jail." >> I'm just letting you know. >> You ain't got to let me know. I know. >> What was that? >> The consequences of lying to the police. >> Okay. I just want to make that very clear. >> Huh? >> I said I'm a grown man. I understand the law. >> Okay. So, if we review footage, what are we going to see? >> See somebody stealing from me, bro. >> Okay. >> In the parking lot of Walmart right there. >> All right. So, give me a rundown of what happened. >> I'm walking to my car. I get from my car. I got a Durango. I bought the truck. I'm assuming y'all got police activity out there in the back. So, everybody got it kind of looking that way. I'm assuming when I'm looking this way, they're pulling the groceries either from here or my truck right there in the park. >> You saw it? >> No, I didn't see it. That's why I'm back in here with no groceries. I'm I'm I'm ask I'm doing >> That makes no sense. So, you never saw anybody go in the back of your car? So, you basically remember loading up groceries. >> You got footage. Just go look at it. You think I'm Just go look at it. We don't got to play a hole in my line here. Go ahead. I'm not. That's not what that's not what I'm saying. It just seems very >> when you come up here and you say, "Do I know what the fuck?" These are They're saying >> feel like you already know what you think I'm saying. >> If you want to let me speak, I'll explain it to you. They're saying that they review footage and that's not what they see. >> What did they say? >> I didn't get to review the footage myself. >> What did they say? I >> I don't know. I have to go see it myself. >> Okay. >> They're saying one thing, they're saying another thing. >> What are they saying? >> That That's not important. >> That is very important. >> No, it's not. That's something that I have to investigate. >> Think of lying. I think that's important. Don't you in my position? No, it makes me feel like somebody here is lying. Cuz if you're saying one thing and they're saying the complete opposite, someone's lying. Either you or them. >> Okay. >> Is that not true? >> When you see me get by my car, you going to see a fat black woman, some fat dudes in the blue car next to my wife and you going to see them out there and then I promise you, you going to see [ __ ] grabbing groceries. Okay. So, what >> Okay, make sure we're on the same page. He says he was robbed, I think, of groceries earlier, but the store is saying he stole from the store and since he got caught, he is now saying he was robbed. That's what I'm getting right now. >> They do. So, you loaded up with groceries. All of them. >> All the groceries. >> Like you said you put groceries in the car. >> Yeah. Like like a basket like this. >> Okay. So, you put everything in the car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then where were you after that? >> I pushed it. You know how like you'll push the the cart somewhere to get it out. >> So you went to go put the to put the car out of the way. >> They took it out my cart >> and by the time you came back everything was gone. >> Yeah. Cuz I do I do it like this. I don't close my truck. I walk I walk and get in there. I can close it and open it like that. >> Okay. >> I don't have to open and close my back part. >> They definitely snuck me, bro. If I would have caught them, bro, it would have been a whole different >> while you're walking the shopping cart back, right? >> You come back and there's nothing in the truck anymore. >> No, I get home. I stay right I can walk I can walk home I stay around soon. So soon as I got home which is 2 seconds. >> You never notice a grocery missing when you got in the truck. >> I told you look I push the cart like this. >> Oh yeah to the front of my car and I'm going like this. I'm not even looking at my back anymore like that. You know what I'm saying? So they they obviously throw the [ __ ] out before I even close the trunk. >> All right. Only reason I know cuz when I get home I tell my dick get the groceries put them up. They said what? They said what groceries you got. >> I know I ain't that crazy. >> So you have the receipt. >> So you basically got the receipt and you went and got everything back. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You can't do that. >> I told them. I didn't just do that. I'm telling them. I'm not It's not I understand. But it's not that's not on them. >> Yes, it is. This is their parking lot. Yes. >> It doesn't matter. They're not They're not respons. That doesn't matter. >> They're not responsible for it. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. I got to go back to see what he did with that receipt because that was an important question to me. So, let me go back. >> Get the groceries. Put them up. They said what? They said what groceries. I know I ain't that crazy. >> So, you have the receipt. So, you basically got the receipt and you went and got everything back. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You can't see. >> Okay. Okay. We're gonna find out at the end if he was robbed or not, but based off him saying he was robbed, he went to go duplicate his whole order and not pay for it again because he said he'd already paid for it and he got robbed. So, he thinks Walmart owes him to just duplicate his groceries right now because he got robbed in the Walmart parking lot. If that's true, >> I told them I didn't just do that. I'm telling them it's not I understand, but it's not that's not on net. >> Yes, it is. This is their parking lot. Yes, >> it doesn't matter. They're not They're not responsible for it. >> They're not responsible for it. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay, you can say what you want. I'm telling you what they're telling me. They don't want you leaving with the groceries. >> They don't want you leaving with the groceries. It's just as simple as that. And they're allowed to do that for >> this [ __ ] bro. I got problem. >> How does that They're not held responsible for that. >> You said you was >> Okay. My joy my peace said, "I hope he's right. I had something happen to me like that at Kroger, but I didn't get anything back from the store. And I there was no crime that he would have committed if he didn't try to duplicate that order and walked back out with everything for free. That would that's the part that puts him in a crime. He should have just reported a crime if he actually got robbed of his groceries. So, but we're going to keep going cuz they do talk about watching the camera. >> Go review footage. See if >> I am happens if you see I'm not lying. Then what? >> It doesn't matter. It's up to them. It's a private business. If you don't if you if you feel like they're responsible for it, take them to small claims court and sue them. >> But you can't walk out with these groceries like this in Walmart's parking lot. This Walmart li >> Yeah. I don't I don't know what you're doing, but I'm letting you know that if you walk out with these groceries, right, you're shoplifting. >> I shoplifting and I pay for them. >> You pay for the ones that got stolen. >> So why don't we have to go through the >> Let's go through that process. Come Let's go look. >> Well, I don't know if they want you doing that, but what uh >> are you are you here to help me or to be against me? >> I'm I'm letting It's a private business. Do you understand what that mean? >> I just got robbed, bro. And you're talking to me like like like you don't care about that. >> Okay. Do you understand? >> I just got robbed, sir. >> Okay. >> Are we done? I'm trying to explain to you it's a private business. >> I just got robbed and you're telling me about what I can do. You walk out with those groceries, you >> are you going to check the camera so I can so we can get after the people who robbed me? >> Is that a focus at all here? >> Are are you want to take the cart in there with you? Cuz see they talking about me and groceries right now, bro. Ain't nobody giving a [ __ ] about I just got robbed, bro. >> That's very infuriating, dog. >> This is This is what we see. This is what we saw. Do you want to listen or no? >> Check the camera is a bingo square. I'm listening. Okay. All right. So, we saw him get to his car as he's putting his groceries in the trunk. You can see that three people go to the vehicle next to his. >> Uh, it looks like they stopped between >> because it look like they're talking to him. It's hard to really tell from the distance of the >> distracting me and the other two with the door and >> this dude >> like so he ends up taking the groceries out of his trunk, putting them back in the cart. moving grocer. >> He's moving the groceries out of his trunk into the shopping cart. Okay. >> Me. >> And pulling the shopping cart across to the next car with the groceries in it. >> Me? >> Yes. >> I took grocer. >> And he said, "Check the cameras." And they So, it was him and his buddies is what it sounds like to me. He put the groceries back. He said, "Check the camera." Bro, they checked the camera and it's against him. >> She's out of my trunk. Put it back in the car and push the cart away is what you're saying right now. >> Walk with the shopping cart. >> Show him that camera, man. Show him that. >> Yeah, I I'll review it all. Don't worry. I'll review it. >> Me pull groceries out of the trunk >> is what you see. >> And put them in the shopping cart. And walk the shopping cart over to the other side. >> You seen this, too? >> Yes. >> Me pull groceries out of my trunk. >> Yes. And you leave the cart over. You leave a cart over there. And the three people get into the blue infinity that's parked next to your white truck. They reverse out of that spot. >> They get out. Then they go straight to the shopping cart. Load the stuff. >> So my question is you see me put the groceries in there, not them. >> Yes. >> Why the would I take groceries out of my car and put it back in the cart? >> And just just to just to clarify, >> I cannot my dog. This man knows me personally. >> That's what I'm saying. >> That's like >> Dang. So he's like, "I I do know you." First of all, don't don't jeop He ain't going to jeopardize his dog or his dog. He ain't going to jeopardize his job for you. So y'all aren't that good because why are you trying to get him to lie so he can lose um he can lose his job trying to lie for you. So that sucks. Number one, you're a horrible friend if y'all are friends. Uh, number two, you probably would have been better off saying, "One of them held a pow pow to me in a in an area that was concealed and so they told me to put the groceries back in the cart." But you can't say he said they blatantly robbed him. And he's saying, "Oh, so you see me putting the groceries back in the cart." So you know you're lying cuz of course the camera's going to see you do that. And they the law enforcement always says Walmart has better cameras than than they do a lot of times. That's why I'm saying I wouldn't just be saying this. You know, I wouldn't. >> Me, you're taking the groceries out of your trunk and putting it back into the shopping cart and then you drag it across to the other side of the parking lot for that hour. You park the cart, you go back to your truck, you get in, you >> saying is valid. I don't remember putting groceries back in my cart and leaving them. Think about that, bro. Like that make you trust me. It's my fault. It's blowing. It's blowing me too. You see me take >> I want to see this. >> What's your first name? >> H A R L A N >> RN. >> Yes. >> Bro, I cannot believe this. >> I don't know what. >> So, question. If you noticed that your groceries were gone, why didn't you call us when you got home? >> No, I came right back. >> But why not call us when you notice that they were gone? >> Really? My I got a lot. >> That's what I'm saying is it's not this doesn't make sense. The the the a normal average person my plan before you go into that. I understand what you're about to say. >> I came in here as a young man. I came in here. I grabbed the exact same groceries I missed and before I walked out, I came to you and said, "What? >> I got robbed. This is the groceries that I that's took from me. Mr. I was trying to make you guys are already in the back of the parking lot. Look like y'all was doing some shit." >> So, you guys are >> recording your video. It does seem like maybe you are doing some [ __ ] >> I'm not doing a [ __ ] thing. Oh my god. I come here every day. >> Okay. So if I review it and it is what they're saying and you basically lied. >> I didn't lie. Not >> but if the video says if the video shows something completely different than what you're telling me what's lying the video or you >> that's what I'm saying is enough of the games. >> I'm not playing. I'm lost. >> So it's me doing that. >> Do you guys want him trespassing? >> We don't need them trespassing. >> Not a problem. I'm I'm the paying customer. >> What the >> What are you talking about trespassing? >> I pay. I don't steal. I don't rob. I don't scam. >> But according to them, according to them, according to the video, listen. According to the video, >> that's shocking me. That's the only part that's shutting me up right now. >> I can't believe that. That part is so unbeliev I'm doing that. >> You wait over here and I'll review it. Maybe they're seeing something that they shouldn't. All right. Let me review it and I'll come back. >> We'll come right back. >> All right. So, he's not even going to go off to just the employees word. He's going to go look at it himself. This man said, "Who are you going to believe? Me or your lying eyes?" >> We'll come right back. Are >> you going to stay here or you are you going to dip as soon as I leave? >> I'm not going to dip, bro. But I don't want to go to jail behind me getting robbed. I honestly got robbed. >> You walk out with those groceries. >> I'm just making it very clear. >> Dude, if I if I swear this dude in and he gives me the lie around again, I'm taking him to jail. >> Damn. What's up? >> Pisses they got a sock that he claiming is still in the store. >> Yeah, he's full of >> So, this is him putting the groceries in his truck, >> right? I don't know. what these people are saying to him cuz he look he look like he's facing it at this point cuz I see the polo back too. >> Yeah. >> Now he's taking them out, >> right? >> All right. Look, no see this [ __ ] anymore. >> You see him? He's taking the groceries out of his truck and putting them back into the shopping cart. >> 665 is >> literally pull You see the stuff is still in there. >> Yep. >> Some of the stuff is still in there. He parked it right here with groceries still inside of it. >> That's I'll speed it up. >> He won't. He thought that camera angle wasn't gonna catch him. He I don't know who he got this scam from cuz I'm pretty sure he heard it from somebody else and thought that it would actually work. >> Straight back to his car, closes the trunk, gets in his truck. All right, Mr. >> Just some truth to what you're saying. >> Thank you. >> So, hold on. Let me let me just get this all squared away. Uh, >> this is weird for me, bro. I come here every other a lot of these [ __ ] that work here, that's why they talking to me, cuz they personally see me here every day for years. >> I got you. I got you. >> Like, bro, this [ __ ] crazy, bro. I'm not even mad. You know what I'm mad at? I'm mad at this [ __ ] store, bro. I spend money in this [ __ ] every other day. And you tell me you >> That's why I came the way I came. They post the easy say, "Oh, it's going for every day spending my money, bro." >> I got you. So, listen. [ __ ] >> Like they said, >> you have to report 1250 at Walmart. >> All right. It is today's day. It is 12:06. >> 124. It is 1333 hours. This interview is conducted at Walmart located at one of Congress. >> I am Deputy Barker at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Uh, do you speak English? >> Yes. >> Okay. Are you under the influence of any medications that would affect your ability to tell the truth or understand the questions I'm about to ask you? >> Nope. >> Okay. If you had >> these him being read his rights and being asked, "Is there any reason you're misunderstanding this?" And you you understand how to give a true statement versus a false statement, all that stuff. This is where he messes himself up cuz this is your last chance to tell the truth or at least I don't know. It's something. But y'all see, but oh man, cuz now we're we're at the Miranda rights now. any mental condition or impairments that would affect your ability to answer my questions? >> No. >> Do you swear and affirm that the statement you are about to give is the truth? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you acknowledge that whoever knowingly uh provides a false sworn statement under oath shall be guilty of a firstdegree uh punishable by imprisonment up to one year? >> Yes. He asked him, "Do you understand if you give a false statement, you can go to prison for up to a year?" He said, "Yes." And he is ready to lie. 10 toes down, ready to lie. >> Okay. Is there anything that I failed to ask you? Okay. All right. Raise your right hand. You >> Sorry. One more thing. Before this point, he has not officially committed a crime. He didn't leave the store with the second set of groceries, which would have been shoplifting. They even said, "No, we're not trying to trespass him." So that that's gone. He just can't give this false statement. That is that is the crime he is about to commit. >> Think about tell me the truth and truth only. >> Sure. >> Was that >> okay? So just cuz I know I asked you what happened, but now give me a recount of everything that happened. >> So you you came here to buy groceries, right? >> I purchased groceries. I went outside to my car to load them and I assume when I walked away to put the cart away, somebody went in my trunk and took them out before I can close them. >> Okay. So, >> or the cart? I don't know. >> I got you. So, when you loaded up the groceries, you load them in the trunk, in the passenger seat, on the >> In the trunk. >> You put them in the trunk. >> Correct. >> Okay. And then before you're telling me on your key thing, >> trunk closed. >> Right. On the key thing, you close it from your keys. >> Correct. >> Right. And then you took the shopping car. Is this all going to be documented on paper though? Cuz the last time I ever seen >> No, this is 100% going on paper. I'll give you a case number. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Cool. Cool. >> All right. So, once you loaded up the groceries, you took the empty shopping cart and you basically went to go put it like on the side. >> I took the car >> and then I got in my car and I went home. When I got home, no groceries. >> So, when you got in the trunk, I mean, when you got in the car, the trunk, did you notice if the trunk was up or down? Obviously, it would have been down. >> It It was closing. It was probably in the process of closing and I was >> not you acting out the lie. >> It's camera walking from my >> So by the time I got in my car, my trunk was full. >> Okay. So then you got home >> and then there was no groceries in my car. I sent my kids to get groceries. They came they kind of meet me. I'm like dad. So I got in my house. I told my children to go get the groceries and they said, "What groceries, man?" No groceries in the trunk. >> Okay. Um, do you know do you know how much your groceries were like what you bought exactly? >> So, I'm trying to figure out did they target you because of high-end items? >> I'm feeling a little like a duck. >> No, cuz what I'm saying >> I wish I would have been on beat. I should have been on beat, but you guys are in the back doing some like happy point of [ __ ] So, I'm everybody attention on that [ __ ] I spent I spent $63.52 which is [ __ ] I was going >> to say. Okay. >> Um, >> so on the video it shows that there's a car that parks next to you. Do you know who that car was or who those people were? >> Car that parks next to me? No, I don't. I don't know who I don't know. I never seen one people. >> So you you never really saw >> it was cuz it makes sense now why they were so [ __ ] talking to me. It's like >> you know their name? >> No, I don't know their name. >> Nope. Never seen them before. So listen, I I tried talking to Target, right? >> Tower 175 to the people there. I'm like, listen, this man got his groceries, >> right? >> Are you guys responsible? Right? If something gets stolen and they said, "No." And the way they explain it is, say you're say you're shopping here, right? >> And you have your phone, you take your phone, you're shopping, you take your cell phone, and you put it like where the kids sit, right? and you walk out, you go buy some other stuff or something >> and somebody and somebody comes and they steal your phone, right? They're saying that person's liable. No, >> being a cop. Me and you both know that's not the same person. I was that [ __ ] like you even said, that [ __ ] looks a little targeted. This is your parking lot. You not you're not keeping your patron safe. I'm a patron and I'm somebody who comes on the regular. I mean, right now, not going to lie, cuz at the end of the day, I do understand what you're saying. You got to be responsible for your own [ __ ] But when somebody's taking your [ __ ] out while you're putting it in, that's a one two right there that you [ __ ] ain't stepped on and on top of. That's a whole different analogy. It's cool. >> So listen, bro, I I'll repay for it, bro. I can do that, bro. I can I can repay for this [ __ ] I got bread. >> Listen, I'm not I'm mad at them. I'm not even my douche ain't even with y'all. It's the mother watch me come in here every day and spend money, then they going to act like the $60 going to kick in the nuts during Christmas Sorry y'all. Okay. Well, first let me say my thank you and then I'll go back to the what I was saying about him. Um, Leia's grandma, thank you for gifting a trendy tribe membership. And I think this is one of the few that have gone to my bushwise because I call this that's my people in the bushes. I call them my bushwise because I haven't seen their name in the chat before. So, congratulate congratulations na na if you watch this later or if you're in the bushes. Um, what was I going to say about him? Dang it. I'll read Ace Moonshot's comment because I forgot I was going to say about him, but Ace Moonshot said, "Yeah, even if true, just cuz Peter stole from you doesn't make it legal for you to steal from Paul, but he is acting agrieved, right? The the almost crime was in him about to shoplift the duplicate order for free." And now his actual crime, cuz he didn't he didn't take it past the last point of sale, so he didn't shop he didn't get a chance to shoplift, although he was aiming to. And now false statement. >> Know I got to do. Come on, bro. >> Do you want me to see if they could do like a store credit >> something, bro? Like I just got robbed y'all paying to treat me like I'm suspect. Not you. I'm saying like they Bro, you came in here feeling how you feel based off their energy, bro. Based off their energy. I'm somebody who come and spend money in this thing every day, bro. I'mma be here tomorrow. Whether you here or not, I'm going to be here. And I just got robbed for the first time. I come here for years. And you [ __ ] let me try to look out. Y'all y'all coming at me sideways. They made up a whole story. I put my groceries back in the cart and push the cart away. Come on, man. Trust me. >> Bingo square. Can I pay for it? Counts. >> I'm keeping my [ __ ] together, bro. [ __ ] Crazy, dog. >> All right. There's a store manager here. Can you ask him that? >> So, that that's going to be our next step. You know what door is at? Okay, >> well 23 and then 10:15. >> Um, >> stay right here. I just want to say one thing. I'm not going to Yeah. You see, I'm not disrespectful, bro. I'm not overreacting. I just want to say one thing, bro. They can lay their hammer down and judge them down all they want. >> So So look, listen. >> Let's say it again. What's your question? >> So So okay, so we >> Oh [ __ ] it's Ninja Warrior. >> Yeah, >> man. Why you got to Don't you know we hate when we see y'all with the gloves. That mean y'all come for business, bro. >> Why you got to have the gloves, bro? >> Cuz I'm working, man. >> [ __ ] man. So listen, >> I'm the good guy, bro. Believe it or not, I'm a good guy. >> Listen, so Walmart's a private business, right? >> You understand that? >> Yes, sir. I >> So say, >> even though how is they private? They all over the world, though. >> We'll get into that later. But damn, I didn't know they were private. >> So they own this property, meaning they can trespass. >> They can do whatever they want. >> Right. It's private. >> Yeah. Tell me to leave, I'll leave. >> So listen, >> nobody told me. >> I'm trying to get someone with this. So say you go to your homeboy's house, right? >> Right. >> Private. >> Private private property. >> You parked your car there. >> Correct. Somebody comes embracing your car. Who's liable? Your friend? >> No. No. I don't think >> so. Why is it different for Walmart? It's a private business. It's the same thing. >> It's their parking lot though. Even Even when I But listen listen to my defense. I don't want to give go back and forth with nobody. I'm not that type of dude. >> You seen Even when I ask Google, they're mutual. They don't know you or me. But even Google say they liable, bro. Like I'm I'm just saying from everything I've ever learned from a little kid coming up. Where the where the incident happens matters, bro. If a person go out there and slip or get hit, if >> that's civil, it's not criminal. >> Oh, >> it's civil. That's why I say >> See, that's why I want to go back and forth. I'm not even no lawyer. >> No. No. Listen, I'm just saying I'm not a lawyer either. >> I told I told Tell them what I told you. I'm not even mad with y'all, bro. I'm mad that as a citizen, bro. I come here every day, my [ __ ] I come here every day. I spend money here every day. These people didn't even act like they gave a bro. I come here every day for years, bro. I spend my money now. Not EBT. That's what's pissing me off, bro. It's like, bro, you treating me like a suspect, but I'm telling you, I just got robbed over Christmas. They know I got kids. >> Like, bro, like they act like you give a Don't act like, damn, let's just hurry up and just get him up. >> This video came out. >> He did, >> bro. I did. I did. >> He did. I'm not lying, bro. >> Wow. Wow. The victimhood is crazy on this one. They caught you in 4K lying. You gave a false statement. You are blatantly lying. And let's say he told the truth like like y'all said, let's say he told the truth and he really had his groceries robbed in the parking lot. It's crazy that he's arguing a lie, though. Wasting all this time to argue a lie that didn't even happen. But if he had a guy robbed in the parking lot, you can call the police, try to find the criminal, and that's about it. You cannot go and duplicate your order that you got robbed from your grocery uh your whole grocery basket and go duplicate the grocery basket and think you just about to walk out of Walmart with your second grocery basket because you got robbed in that parking lot. That's not how it is, right? They don't give a f Sharon. Yeah, he about to get those wrist bracelets. Get them on out, y'all. Come on. Hurry up, too. Google said, "How we getting it?" >> I got robbed, bro. It feels weird to say. I can't believe it. >> So, it's not that's not robbed. That's not how we view >> what you what do you view that as >> if any cuz you're alleging burglary, not robbery. Robbery is where they take something with force. >> You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> Sorry. >> Yeah. >> I got burglarized. >> Um, so yeah. Anyway, so you made me lose my train of thought. So, the reason why I'm trying to explain to you is if you feel if No, no. If you feel like they're liable civily, >> I got to sue them. I got to sue them. You got to sue them a small clues court for it. >> You get what I'm saying? >> Okay. >> So, that's what you got to do. They're they're right now talking to their manager, showing them everything, and seeing if they can work something out or they can restore credit or something. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Let's You want to check with them cuz I I've been here an hour. I'm ready to go home. I'm ready to go smoke my black, bro. >> Listen, if you want to do this the right way. >> No, I'm saying can we get their answer? I don't want nobody. I'm saying owner of that car. >> Yeah, that's my car, bro. >> Okay. Anything else in that car that was stolen? >> No, nothing else was stolen out of my car. >> Just the groceries. >> Just the groceries. Smooth mother. >> And they left no groceries whatsoever. >> No grocer. I even had other product. I had other [ __ ] they could steal out of it. All they took was the Walmart bags. Them [ __ ] hungry boy. >> I can't believe I got got, bro. That's some [ __ ] >> All right, so look listen. I review footage, right? >> And what they're saying is correct. You walk over there, you load up some of the groceries inside the trunk, and then you take them out, you take the shopping cart, you move it across the street, you leave the shopping cart with the items in the shopping cart, you get in your truck, you drive away, and then that car that parked next to you comes and takes the groceries. So, for that reason, which I explained to you beforehand, if you provide a false statement, I'm going to take you to jail. Just came out and said, I'm taking you to jail. And when I tell you he read each statement and he said, "Do you understand?" He said, "Yes." He read the next statement. "Do you understand?" He said, "Yes." It was broken up into pieces, but he was so ready to talk and overtalk and run his mouth and he just knew he was right. And somebody done convinced him that he can get away with this. And now you've made a false report. And you're acting like you don't even know what a false report is or how that could be possible. >> I was telling the truth. >> You just came out earlier. Tell him the truth, bro. >> We're not going to play this game. >> Ryan, he just came out here some truth to what I said. >> Yeah, you did put the groceries in the car. >> Stop tensing. Stop tensing. >> Why is he showing up, bro? >> I just asked y'all to tell me what they want to do, bro. >> Why are you doing this, man? What's wrong with you, J? What's wrong with you, man? You a psycho, bro. >> Relax. >> This man straight. >> Relax. Relax cuz you keep tensing up. >> Keep pulling on me, bro. >> All right. >> What the is going on, bro? >> What I tell you? >> Holy [ __ ] >> What I tell you? >> I'm white, bro. Would you do this? >> What? >> If you got problems, got taken to jail. What would happen to you? >> What would happen to you? Uh, signal maker 56 complainant at the McDonald's 24. >> You didn't get robbed, >> bro. Yes, I did. >> Provide a false statement. You're lying. >> Okay. And you you came out and said you looked at the camera and seen I ain't lying. >> That's not what I said. >> Didn't you say I wasn't lying? >> Why are you playing me right now? What you said? Some of the things you said lying, bro. Stop pensing. Stop, >> bro. You [ __ ] is wrong, bro. What the [ __ ] is going on? What this is? I want to beat up on the going on. He lying. You stay on mental or something. You know what you just did. >> I know y'all all know what you're doing, bro. What is y'all doing? Oh man, bro. What the >> I don't give a change out. >> He gives me the same energy as that man we watched that blatantly lied that he was on camera. He got a lap dance for two dances, but he only paid for one and yet he only had $10 on him. But he said he he asked the dancer he could advance her $200 and she turned it down. But he only had $10 left on him after paying for the one dance that was $40. where he's supposed to pay for the second dance. This that same thing. He was like, "You can arrest me. Arrest me cuz I ain't I ain't do it." And and then they arrested him. He's like, "What the [ __ ] bro?" >> This man just said, "Only thing I can do is see if they'll give me a store credit." Then now you saying I'm writing a false statement. Bro, you flipped the script. >> There was no script. >> I'm trying to buy groceries, bro. And I got one. Let's go. What the [ __ ] bro? Go ahead and sit in the back of the car. >> How do you sleep at night, bro? You You throwing an innocent man in jail. I got robbed. >> Put your feet in. >> I got robbed and you're throwing me in jail. >> And you're going to catch another charge. >> Oh my god. What is wrong with you? Wherever you learned that from, don't just stop. Just go honest. Just go ahead and pick up some extra shifts or a first shift if you don't have a job yet cuz the trouble isn't worth it. for $63 worth of stuff. Now you could face up to one year in prison for a false statement which he most likely he's not. That's not but you have to pay something. There's a fine, a fee or something bail for $63 of groceries you actually had. Now you about to be out of money. Crazy crazy work. All right, this is the last one. After this video is done, if you want to stick around, I just have a few personal updates. Um because I you know I'll be getting off and most of y'all are not going to see me again unless you're a member and I'll be telling them a couple things. So I figured I'd try this out and start doing at the end so I'm not like keeping anybody long in the middle of the video. Okay, this one's funny. Let me tell you what. That last one was a good one. Claim it if you sent that one. That last one was a good one. Okay, here we go. She acted so bad they needed bolt cutters and I have not seen this one. On April 20th, 2025, deputies in Washington responded to an outdoor rodeo event after event security detained a woman for fighting and flipping over tables. As deputies arrived, they found the highly intoxicated woman tied to the bumper of a security vehicle with a pair of handcuffs nobody had the key for. Here's what the deputies did next. How you doing? >> Good. How are you? >> We got a little excus. And she didn't call me only that name. >> That's why we put the handcuffs and I almost let him go cuz she weren't going inside, you know. So she's not allowed to be in here anymore. >> Well, she could have been right here, but my hand. >> Okay. >> Somebody in there. >> Wanting to talk to us or is he okay? >> Okay. Hey, I just got here. >> Let me go. >> Hey, what's your name? >> Let me go. It doesn't matter. Let me go. >> Okay. Did you guys see what happened or >> No, he doesn't know. Hey, he doesn't know. You lying. >> Do you have someone that can come pick you up? >> Yes. My friends don't fail. Okay. Is there anyone want to let me go? >> What's the phone number? >> Doesn't matter. >> Let me go. >> If you guys not anymore, >> hey, listen. Listen. They're okay with you being here until you're able to get >> Listen what I'm saying. >> They're okay with you being here until you can get a ride, but you cannot go back inside of there. >> First question, whose vehicle does she bolt herself to? Is this over a man? And I pray alcohol or whatever's in her system never makes me act like this. >> And my friends over there. >> They don't want you in there. >> Okay. >> Why? >> I don't know. She was a whole different level of crazy. I thought she put hers bolted herself to that truck. I'm not going to lie. Okay, thank you. Lovable. Terry said that's too many bag of bees. Oh, did she say I'm going to sue? Cuz that's that is a bingo square. So, I'm suing. >> I'm going to win. >> Hey, you want to play game? Hey, you want to play game? Hey, watch me. Watch me. It's like a smaller little It looks the same, but it's smaller than like my key won't even go into the hole. So, they're trying to find keys there, but they don't want her. So, apparently, she got into some sort of altercation with an ex-husband, but he's MIA, don't know his name or nothing like that. Um, she started to flip a bunch of cables over and everything. So, they handcuff her, brought her out here. They're okay with her waiting out here to arrange a ride or whatever, but you can't go back there. out here. >> It'd be better if we give her a ride somewhere. I don't know about you. >> Bye. >> Hey, we're going to try to cut your hand. >> Because the security guards used a non-standard pair of handcuffs, the deputies don't have the key to unlock them. To free her from the vehicle, the sergeant has to use a pair of heavy duty bolt cutters to snap the chain. Those look normal. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You want to try and cut that real quick? She's got >> You think you can cut that off? >> Yeah. Right here. >> Yeah. Make sure you hold her. >> Hey, hold still camera. Set this off. No, >> she just keeps repeating herself. The uh lovable Scorpion said the ex-husband is out there trying to enjoy his new woman if she keeps trying to go off on him. And then was it Terry? Terry Tab says she is the new car emblem. Ace Moonshot said, "Why would he divorce a charming last like her?" >> What's that? >> Maybe just like a little at a time. Hold on. >> It's going to cut through that. I could try, but >> I don't think that you think >> that's got to be later on. They're going to do it. >> Yeah, she's going to have to do that. >> Oh, she's so drunk. She's falling to the other side of the car. >> Where's your phone at? >> Shut the >> Where's your phone? Okay, listen. >> We're trying to help you. >> You're not allowed to go back in there. Okay. >> All right. All right. >> Do you want a trespasser? >> Okay. Do you want a trespasser? >> What is she doing? >> You got to go back to jail. >> You have to get what? >> Where's she over there? I don't know. That's why I'm trying to find him. She told me he wants >> Where do you live at? >> No. Where do you live at? >> It doesn't matter. >> We can give you a ride there. >> No, it's fine. I can drive. >> You cannot drive. >> Yes, I can. >> You're drunk. You cannot drive. We're trying to look for our boyfriend. >> We need to go back out the front otherwise >> I'm trying to look for a boyfriend. >> No, we're done doing that. >> Because you're not allowed to be in here. You're trespassing. >> Hey, because my boyfriend wanted me to be with me. >> Okay. Going to give you a ride home. >> No. Because my boyfriend, >> let me tell you something. If somebody wants to be with you and they don't see you for however long it took for you to be taken out, handcuffed to a truck, can't find the handcuff keys, had to bolt cut you out the handcuff keys, and now you back searching for them. They don't want to be with you. They do not. You got to let them go. >> My boyfriend want to be with me. >> Hey, let's go find your car. They'll give you a ride home. Find my boyfriend. Your car. >> No, he's not. >> He'll give you a ride home. He came out to me and he's throwing hands with me. >> I know. >> Okay. So, why are you trying to find him? >> Because I know he's going to throw hands with me. He'll >> give you a ride home. >> No, you know, you don't know how he's going to be with me. He girls. >> I can tell you that. He doesn't give a [ __ ] >> Seems like she's switching tactics on this one because first it was help me find my boyfriend. My boyfriend, my man. My man. My man. Now she's saying if I go to him, he's going to put hands on me. I'm with the cop. Why are you Why are you trying to find him? Cuz you Cuz you One of these is obviously a lie. It's a lie. >> I'm telling because I'm scared. >> I'm scared. >> Hey, I'm scared. >> No, no, no. Walk out front. So, let's go. >> I'm scared. Was she the one? Was he the one over there talking to you? Was he the one over there talking to you? >> We want to love you. >> We want to help you. Was he the one over there to you? >> To the person that asked what's the weather out there because they were looking at her top versus this woman that's covered up. Everybody I'm looking at has at least long sleeves on. So, she did not dress for the weather. She dressed for her own purposes. Um, Mindy said, "Let that man cheat in peace. He told you he'd be home tomorrow." Dean said he's just not that into you, girl. Mary said, "That man don't want you, Otis." Terry says, "Sleep it off in a cell." Yeah, she needs to go to jail, my joy, my peace. This is This is taking forever. Her boyfriend is hiding from her. Dean says, "So, she still has half a handcuff on her?" with that girl. >> Where is he? >> I don't know. >> Huh? It was up there. Where? >> Do you need him? >> Yeah. He was up there. Where? >> Now they know good and god they know good and dog on well. That man do not want to be with that girl. They are not real friendsm >> or just anybody from your family to come pick you up. Sister or She's not from here. She's from Wala. >> She's with me. Hey, so apparently she punched me in the chest and two charges. So yeah, it's all four. >> Yeah, she does. >> Hey, can you meet us up front? Okay. All right. Hey, >> you're under arrest. Okay, >> Mindy, your comment reminds me of Chris Tucker on rush hour. So, Mindy said, "How were you handcuffed to the bumper for like an hour, but your friends just coming over there, girl, don't nobody there like you." And you remind me of Chris Tucker telling Jackie Chan that whoever don't like him. And he was like, so he's like, "The little girl don't like you." Like he just kept saying everybody that didn't like Jackie Chin. It was funny. >> Can I ask you a reason why? >> Yeah, let's talk about it. >> You be able to help her. Okay. >> Hey, >> I'm giving you the opportunity. >> Hey, wait. >> She's not wanting to. So, we're just >> Wait, wait. Emily, shut up. Can you go pee? Tell her to come out here. >> That's her sister. Tell her to come out here. They should have just taken her to jail cuz I didn't see it. Thank goodness cuz I've seen enough of those. But y'all are saying she already peed on herself. So you might as well take her to jail cuz it's she going to mess up your seat either way now cuz this is she is a waste of time. This took way too taking way too long cuz the video is not over. >> Really? Really? >> She's grabbing she's grabbing her pants. >> Yeah, she's going to help you. >> Stop, [ __ ] Yes, you hit me. >> Oh, really? Loveable Scorpion said her friend ain't a bit more concerned about her peeing. She is thinking about getting those keys so she can go home. Yep. I agree. When she was like, "Can I get the keys?" Yeah. >> We're going to have to have the fire department cut them off. >> Man, don't try to act like you was helping that girl at first. Y'all are not real friends and she needs to work on herself cuz she doesn't seem like a great friend herself. That's fine. But you were not really trying to help her and now you're all of a sudden done. The most hands-off friends I've ever seen. Um, let's see. Oh, there was one I wanted to see. Oh, puppy pads. I actually do think a moonshot that cops should have some type of form of a puppy pad or something in their vehicles because they deal with a lot of people peeing on themselves and it's crazy. got my car. Bro, >> how the do you know? >> Good to go. >> Perfect. Thank you very much. You're welcome. >> Okay, let's go. Let me go. >> Just remember me one day. >> Um earlier. >> I got to pee. My friend was right there and you're like, I don't give a I'm going to arrest her. >> Why? >> Cuz you're under arrest. >> And yeah, for him. >> Are you a gang member? >> Hey, how the are you not going to arrest? >> Are you gang affiliated? >> My boyfriend, huh? >> Are you gang affiliated? >> Doesn't matter to you. I'm telling you for God right now. How the you not going to arrest my ex-boyfriend? Huh? Huh? You okay with that? >> Huh? >> You okay? And my man hit me and throw my hands and beat the out of me. You okay with that? >> I'm not okay with that. >> Yeah, you okay with that? Because you can throw hands with him. He had hurt me so much. He throw hands with me. He beat the out of me so many times. >> So why you still with him? >> And you have to get my ass instead of him. >> Okay, Terry. No. My joy my pee says, "So would I have to pee be the same as can I go to the bathroom?" Do I have that one on this version? Y'all know I can can I read and be live at the same time half the time? If it's on here, yes, it counts. But I don't know if it's on version three, though. >> For what? >> For several charges. Actually, I'll explain that to you in a bit. >> How's it going? >> She's intoxicating. got medical clear, but just she's going to probably go dead weight on you guys and try and get her out. How are they going to help me out? If they're going to, you know, >> the suspect was charged with assault, fourth degree, trespassing, second degree, disorderly conduct, and obstructing justice. >> Okay. Okay. Cuz you also, you know, we could add public intoxication on there, but yeah, that fits. Okay. Now, if you want to stay after this, this is for my personal update for my um non-trendy tribe members because I don't really be getting to I don't go live really for the personal stuff. So, I was like, "Yep, I'mma put it at the end." Let me tell you what, the last few weeks of my life have been studying, studying, and more studying and studying for two different things that are important. And my brain is very full. And y'all know I already get distracted easily. So the memory is just oh my god and for one of the things I have to sit in front of a threeperson board. Um I am nervous. I don't I feel like I'm going to forget everything that I'm looking at. Plus they may not even ask the questions I'm studying for which makes it more nerve-wracking. Uh and I just I hate it. I hate that I even have to do this board but I know I have to. So, I'm trying to suck it up, buttercup, and just prepare for it. But it is just it's wild wild west of the questions they could ask me. It's oh god, it's stressing me out. So, still studying for the LSAT, but I put the LSAT down until well, for this weekend, and then it's going to be a little lighter studying for the LSAT till I finish studying for this board, going in front of the board, then I can go back to studying more heavily for the LSAT again. And if you haven't been on my legal at some point channel cuz I I've only been doing vlog updates right now for that, but I should be um I should be testing in June for the LSAT. I need to register by next month. So I I'll let y'all know. I'll confirm if I did or did not register for the LSAT, but that's the plan. And then by the end of June, like not even the whole end of June, but like by June 24th, they apparently let you know your score. So you you don't have to wait that long. And then I'm trying to see can I Right now they're offering uh options to take it remotely. So I'm thinking I might do that so I don't hear everybody rustling around and stuff. I feel more confident right now and I'm not saying that for sure I know I'll do well, but I feel more confident right now in testing for the LSAT if I had to go in front of and test the LSAT today than I do for the board. That's how I do not feel confident at all for this board. And I I I hate feeling like that because I'm like, if you know me and get to experience me out of the board, you'll be like, okay, she's good. She can do what she's going, you know, to be capable of doing, fine. But if you get me in front of the board, it seems like, does she even know how to do her job? Cuz I'm nervous. I hate it. I hate interviewing. I hate the boards. All of it. Thank y'all. I appreciate the vote of confidence. I'm over it. I am I I'll keep y'all posted. Trendy Tribe members. I am thinking about doing because I have gotten back into my little little bit of my when I say fashion, I mean my own little style bag and so I got a lot of skirts and dresses that are coming in and I wanted to try this thing. It'll be a trial run though. But I'mma start with some glasses, some frames that I want. And if you're a Trendy Tribe member, either on the YouTube side or Patreon side, y'all will get to vote on which pair I get. Uh, I'm gonna say first because if I put them all up, it's probably cuz I liked all the styles. But y'all will get to vote on those and those are the ones I'll get first. Um, every now and again I have time to do outfit of the day so I could show y'all that. Um, but I want to I want to do glasses and then I'm hoping to do some other stuff after glasses, but glasses are the lowhanging fruit that I'll start with to see if I can do that. So, that'll just be something else we can interact with because I I want to make sure my members are actually getting something. Um, my joy my piece said, "I should be able to see your brands full." No, you're good. Your questions are good, my joy, my piece. That's why I'm live so I can interact with y'all. So, while we're live, you didn't ask too many questions or anything. You know, you're just fine. I'll keep y'all posted, though. I think that's that's really all that my life is right now is a lot of studying, hand cramping from not writing because my recall is better when I handwrite versus typing, but typing second best if I can't handw write my stuff. Terry, yep, Terry said Terry Tab said Treny will second, third, and fourth guess herself. I will, Terry. I sure will. Thank you, White House. I definitely appreciate it. I'll still update y'all outside of the Trinity tribe about the studying part. I' I'm sharing I've shared that publicly. I will, Mary White. I will. Thank you, Noir. Cheryl, who is that? Ace Moonshot. Uh, Omi, I appreciate y'all. Jacqueline said, I know I I know what you're saying about don't claim doubts, but putting it in practice is not going so well. But I hear you. I do. Thank you, sweet tea. Um, Dean, thank you so much. Okay. Um, Vi, I appreciate you. Thank you. Lovable. All right, y'all. I'll let you go, but that's a little little personal update. I'll try to find other things that we can talk about towards the end if y'all like hanging out just for a little bit longer. But always, I appreciate I appreciate your company. Hit the notify me button on the actual live for Sunday.
