What the stop me? I've been shot before. I've been shot before. >> There isn't a single day when officers don't encounter arrogance, childish antics, or full-blown Karen behavior. When tempers and emotions take over, some people live in their own world, picking fights over the silliest reasons. I'm just I'm just let me preach. >> We're going to jail. >> No. Stop. >> Whether it's a fight over a vape or someone acting like the rules don't apply to them. Officers deal with frustrations that are hard to believe. Here are some wild moments when police face red flag witch Kairens. [Music] On April 26th, 2025 in Ohio, police responded to a residence after a woman got into a heated argument with her cousin over a vape and assaulted her. Although she claimed it was just self-defense, the police came to uncover the truth. >> Put everything down. >> Yeah, you're just >> You're taking me. >> Wait, what about my dogs, though? Can you explain? >> I'm coming. Everything's going to be explained. >> But after I'm not going to do anything, >> you guys, I'm not going to do anything. She attacks me and you guys don't even tell me what's going on before cuffing. >> We're going to talk to you. >> I was not raised to be violent and you guys are cuffing me. >> Who's on the phone? >> You can hang up. She's my friend. >> Is she's Are you going to You want to come take care of the dogs? >> It's on mute. It's They're fine right now. But what is going on? Does anybody else step here? >> I'm coming. >> You're under arrest for felonious assault. >> What does that mean? >> You stabbed somebody. So, under arrest for felonies assault just to get it all out. >> Self-defense. >> I have a video of that last night. All right. Do you want to take your >> Listen, do you want to take your phone with you? >> Does anybody matter which is your phone? >> Do you want to ask her? Do you want to leave your door unlocked for her? It's open. Brooklyn, I don't know. >> I'm coming. >> I don't know. What jail? >> So, two years. She'll >> go to Summit County. >> Don't you explain me to me before like >> No, you being We already told you you're being arrested for one's assault. Okay. >> But she talk a little better. We got to go down >> and talk. Okay. >> Can I bring my vape? What is going on? My cousin literally attacks me in my own house and I'm like, what? I've literally never even been in cuffs in my life. >> It's okay. Hold on. You have anything on you? >> No. >> Hold on. I just got to make sure you don't have anything. I'm sorry. >> All right. I'm just going to pat you down. Huh? You got anything on you? Go ahead and just sit down. Listen. Like there's no selfdefense. >> No, listen. We're this is we're only going based upon the evidence that we have and what's going on. So obviously you will have, you know, a chance to, you know, go to court here. I'm going to read you this real quick. Okay. >> I already lost my job. This I got fired this week. I crashed my car this week. My boyfriend broke up with me. And then I come out my room and my cousin attacks me and I'm getting arrested. >> You can read it. No, I have to, >> you know, I have to do this, though. >> The supervisor then spoke with the woman to hear her side of the story. Though the way she explained the situation was anything but ordinary. Her strange reaction only raised more questions about what really happened. >> I'm Officer Hudson with Akan Police. Okay. I'm going to read your rights right now. Okay. So, did something happen with your cousin last night? >> Yeah, very much so. >> What What happened? You want to talk to me about that? >> Yeah. And I have videos, too, so I This is crazy. But um yeah, she was harassing me about the dogs being in the kitchen. >> Mhm. >> And then she went on a rant about how I'm a dirty and this and that. And I was just sitting at the table in the kitchen. >> And I was laughing at her like girl. >> Mhm. >> And then she comes in there and takes my vape. >> Mhm. >> And so I choke I didn't even hit her at that point. I choked her out >> until she dropped it and I let her go. >> Mhm. >> And I was like, "Leave me alone." Essentially, she kept we kept going back and forth, talking going back and forth, just like I've been waiting to be. And then I went to go walk out on the porch. I Okay. After I let her go the first time, that's when I grabbed the knife. >> Mhm. >> And um Yeah. So, I'm trying to walk outside. I still have it on me. And she before I even open the door, she body checks me and then starts punching me. >> And that's when that initial happened. And I dropped the knife cuz that ended. I dropped it and we were fighting >> and that's literally it. Then it ended. Her dad came and got her. But I guess she even lied to him saying I hit her with a freaking pan. >> Mhm. >> That never happened. But like that's literally it. >> How'd she get the bruises all over her face then? >> I was punching her. >> Okay. >> Like literally. >> So let's So she was harassing you. Okay. You were sitting at the kitchen table. Okay. You guys kept banging back and forth. She grabbed your vape and threw it. >> Or grabbed your vape, sorry. And then you started choking her out. She And then you got it back. >> Yeah. When she dropped, she threw it and I let her go. I was like, "Are you done?" >> Let her go. And then I kept recording and stuff and she just kept talking and talking and talking. >> And so I'm in the living room. She's sitting at the dining room table eating dinner. And she's just like, "We can go outside. We can go outside." So when she saw I was about to go on the porch with my dogs, she runs up and body checks me and starts hitting me. Literally I like and I I have multiple videos from over the past like year of her just harassing me like putting trash at the bottom of my bedroom stairs and [ __ ] Like I understand like life is hard. You're going through [ __ ] but you don't have to make everybody else miserable. >> Mhm. >> Multiple times in the video I'm like I pray for you. Like you can use your energy for good. Like I never I'm not a violent person. Like that's not me. I'd rather walk away from something, but like at that point, what do you do? Like you figured someone's not going to come at you while you're holding a knife. >> Mhm. >> But I don't know. I don't know if that counts as self-defense, but that's literally all it was. And like, where am I supposed to go? I literally live here. >> Yeah. >> So, nothing happened with any sort of frying pan or anything like that, just from getting punched in the face. >> Despite the woman's claim that she was also hurt, the officers found no visible injuries on her. But the way she tried to play the victim took an unexpected turn when police told her just how badly her cousin had been injured. >> I mean, she's pretty messed up. She went into uh immediate surgery >> on her colon. >> Mhm. >> Yeah, I know. >> So, >> is that from like the damage or is it from the wound? >> That's from the stab. Yes. She has severe injuries to her colon and bowel. She was rushed to emergency surgery. So, it's not self-defense is what you're telling me. >> I mean, I can't tell you anything, but based off the evidence, all I have right now. And see, >> does are you guys bringing my phone with me? >> Well, I can most certainly if you give us permission to go in there and grab your phone, we can bring it out to you. You can show us. >> Oh, they So, you had it on you and stuff when Okay. Okay. All right. I'll ask where the it's at and stuff. Where is the knife at in the house? >> In my bed? >> In your bed? >> Mhm. >> Okay. All right. Sit tight for me for a minute. Okay. I'm gonna go talk to the other officers and I'll get your phone. >> Am I sitting is what you're saying? I don't know. >> We're gonna we're gonna figure that out. Okay. >> This is so scary. >> Thank you. >> Mhm. >> The woman claimed she had everything recorded and planned to use it to defend herself. So, one of the officers decided to review the footage to see if it revealed anything new. >> Bro, if I wanted to fight somebody, I would fight them. I'm not about to sit here and talk about, "Oh, if you if you come outside, like, yes, do it. Do it. Do it. Give me my bro. Give me my Give me my Give me my Give me my grab you into the camera so you can see it. >> So they can see what I'm doing. Give me my Give me my >> You see I'm being attacked in my own house. So if I stab her and y thing. We both live here. So yeah. >> So she stabbed you at that point or >> that's like literally I just wanted my stuff back and I'm like leave me alone. [Music] >> Come on. Let's go outside. Come on. Let's go. [Music] That's all. That's all. >> That's literally how it happened. That was me hitting it. That's why it looks like she got hit. >> Oh yeah. And then I let her go said I wasn't even going to do it to you. Like what the heck? What the heck? Like me trying to walk out the door. That's when I had the knife and then she just ran up on me. Like what? >> So you said the knife's in your bedroom? >> Yeah, I think it's still in my bedroom. >> Okay. Cuz like I know myself and I know that I do take things too far. That's why all started. >> Would you be willing to sign a consent uh waiver for the house for us to go in and grab the knife? >> Uh if not, we'll get a search warrant. That's going to take like 2 or 3 hours. So either or we can either do this quickly or we can >> that's all you're grabbing? >> Yeah, unless we unless we see blood or anything. >> I mean, there's blood in our bed, but Yeah. >> Okay. We can even have you in handcuffs. We can take you in there and you can >> The knife used during the altercation was considered crucial evidence and needed to be recovered. The officer then focused on locating it so the investigation could move forward. >> We're going to have you walk us in. Okay. Show us where your room's at. Okay. And then we'll bring you back out. Okay. >> Where are we going? >> Straight. This door. >> Oh, right here. Yeah. Right here. Go ahead. You stand back over here. Sorry. Open it. >> Is it hidden somewhere or? >> No. I literally didn't even know it's in my bed. It should be right next to my belonging by the Bible. That's so terrible. >> No, you're fine. Here, I'm going to have you go over here. It's going to be in her bed that's next to the dog. She said to the >> Okay. Am I seeing? And where's uh Schuler's uh bedroom? >> Uh downstairs. >> Downstairs. Yeah. >> Okay. Uh we'll go just have her walk you downstairs to her bedroom so we know. Once she does that, we'll take her back out. >> So, whose bedroom is this? >> This is the suspect's bedroom. >> Right next to the bong Bible. There's the handle. >> I got this. >> Okay, I'll go ahead. Who's your room? Who's Whose room? Is this a room here or >> uh That's my aunt's room. It's never open. >> Okay. >> And that would be victim. >> Okay. >> Victim says she was laying down, felt a sharp pain in her abdomen and looked and there's blood all over. So, >> how was this all over? >> Uh the argument over was over dogs me in the kitchen while she was cooking. >> I thought it would be over drinking. >> All right. So Ariana, based off all the evidence and everything else like that, you're going to be sent to Summit County Jail today, okay, for felonious assault and domestic violence. Okay. >> There's no based off even your phone recordings. No. >> So you're going to be going to jail today. Okay. >> Obviously, um you'll have your court date and stuff like that. Get your attorney and uh they'll review and see if there's this will go to grand jury and stuff. end. >> In the end, the woman was charged with felonious assault and domestic violence. While the woman didn't hesitate to harm her family over a mere vape, our next suspect turned a simple traffic stop into a full-blown drama. If you enjoyed the video, please give us a thumbs up. On June 8th, 2025, an officer on patrol noticed a vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign. The officer initiated a traffic stop to check on the driver. What began as a simple document check, possibly leading to just a traffic ticket, quickly turned into something much more. >> Morning, Officer Language of the Naples Police Department. The reason I'm stopping you is failure to come to a complete stop at the stop sign. >> Oh, I did. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. Is this your license and registration? >> I no longer use a license. I only have uh my passport that I use. I'm a state national, so I no longer have to abide by uh the corporate corporation's rules and I have my documentation for that. >> Okay. Those were previous uh citations that were dismissed by Judge Cone. >> Yeah. This doesn't show me anything of why you don't have to have a driver's license, though. >> Uh I'm a state national, so uh I'm exempt from the problem or the what what you guys do. I'm exempt from the uh >> Usually you have a card on you that states that um that they give you that you're exemplary. >> Yeah, they they haven't sent it to me yet. So I'm exempt. So what what we're doing here is illegal as far as me >> because I no longer participate in the extortion of the police department. >> Are you are you stating you're so you're a sovereign citizen? >> I'm at state national. >> State national? >> I'm not sovereign. I'm a state national. >> I'm a part of the Republic of the United States. No longer a part of the corporation. >> Where do you reside at? >> I reside in Naples, Florida. >> Where exactly? here in Naples. >> I know, but I I need to know so I can issue you um a citation. I need to know your address. >> You don't have to issue me a citation. >> We still have to follow the rules that everybody else follows. >> No, ma'am. I do not. I do not. That that that's why I get all of us get it excused. >> You don't have any you don't have any documentation on you stating that. So, you're not exempt. I am I am excited. >> The officer requested only the driver's basic documents. Following standard procedure, however, the driver became agitated and speaking boldly was not going to help. The officer requested backup but initially tried to handle the situation with a friendly approach. >> Believe me, you'll get a bond from me that goes directly towards you that finds you for every minute that you're holding me here. There there is no crime that's committed. You can only detain me if there's a crime committed. Ma'am, you are legally have to follow injured party injured motor vehicle in Florida. You still have to follow. No, I don't. It's See, you guys are extorting money from us. >> See, the problem is you're violating my fourth amendment. >> No, actually not. >> Yes, you are. I can go through it with you, doll. >> I have it all here. Stand by for a vehicle versus a pole. There is airbag deployment in the northbound lane. >> Hey, Nicole. >> Sirens. Do you have a minute? >> Sure. Go right ahead. >> Okay. So, I'm on a traffic stop with um a woman who's stating she's not a sovereign citizen, but she's a citizen. And >> documentation from the judge. >> Okay. Can you repeat again what you just told me? >> I'm I'm a state travel. I'm I'm a state national. I have the right to travel freely. I am not encumbered by any of your laws or regulations. >> Stating >> stating she doesn't have to have a driver's license. she can run the stop sign, do everything >> and that she travels through common law and um >> she said if she if she fails to produce identification or driver's license >> I did I did produce my my >> she gave me her passport but she says she doesn't have a driver's license she doesn't need a driver's license doesn't have >> if she doesn't have a if she doesn't have a driver's license just like anyone else she can be arrested for not having a driver >> no state shall no state shall convert my >> send you back It's a God-given right. All right. Bye. >> It's a God-given right. You guys are You guys are extorting money from us. It's a God-given right. Murdoch versus Pennsylvania. It's a God-given right where the Supreme law. >> Do you have your registration for the vehicle? >> I don't have registration with me. No, I don't have to provide it. It's a God-given right for me to be able to travel. here. >> Do you have your registration with you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. So, you have no registration, no driver's license. >> I have it. I just don't have it on me. I don't have to carry it. >> So, go ahead and call your supervisor. >> In the event, you know, you get into an accident with somebody or somebody. >> I have insurance. >> Well, >> I have insurance and I've also got a bond. Meanwhile, the officer ran the information the driver provided through the system and discovered a red flag. No wonder she was acting so defensively. The officer now had enough reason to detain her, but judging by her reaction, it wasn't going to go smoothly. >> Okay, ma'am. I need you to turn your vehicle off for me. >> What's the purpose? >> Cuz your driver's license is actually expired, ma'am. the state of Florida turned my my freedom to travel freely into a >> What I need you to do right now is turn your car off for me so we can get this situated. >> What What are we getting situated? >> I'm trying to help you. >> What are you trying to help me with, >> ma'am? >> No, I don't understand. I need >> call your Call your supervisor. My partner is here with me right now. >> Call your supervisor. Call your supervisor, please. >> We can do that, too. >> What is your badge number, please? >> Ma'am, I'm trying to help you in the best way that I can. >> You have to disclose your badge number. >> And I have no problem doing that. >> You have to disclose your badge number right now. According to Shapiro versus Thompson. >> Okay, that's no problem, ma'am. >> These are these are constitutional laws that have been put in place, ma'am. That's what I follow. The constitution. The state of Florida has taken my right to travel freely in my private vehicle and turned it into a privilege which is against my constitutional rights. >> I am not I am not contracting with you. >> Okay. My part me out for a second. Okay. >> Just I heard what you had to say. At this point she has asked you to turn the vehicle off and step out of the vehicle. >> Listen to me. You are going to step out of the vehicle. Why would I do that? >> Because I asked you to. >> You don't have any authority over me. >> I do. >> No, you don't, sir. You both are criminals. >> No. You're going to step out of the vehicle or I'm going to make you get out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to church. >> No. You're going to get out of the vehicle right now. Nope. Nope. Stop it. Do not do it. Do not. Oh my god. >> No. No. >> Keith, no. No. >> Stop. Leave me alone. >> Listen. >> Oh my god. I'm going to church. Stop it. Leave me alone. >> Please stop. Oh my god. Are you crazy? >> No. You're going to step out of the vehicle right now. >> Oh my god. Wait. Let me turn my vehicle off. >> No. Do not grab me. No. >> Stop. >> Do not stop it. >> Grab this one. >> I'm going to put I'm going to lock up my car. >> No. >> I'm going to lock up my car. >> We tried to help. >> Oh my god. Burn. >> Hold on. Do not move. >> Oh my god. The woman was so talkative about the law, yet she should have known better than to act so entitled. This experience may serve as a lesson to think before acting. >> Don't tighten them again. You don't have to tighten them that much in there and they are loose. >> Relax. >> Nope. >> Ow. You don't have to tighten it, sir. >> Not tight. >> You are. You're tightening. >> They have to be clamped on. They're handcuffs. >> Are you the supervisor? >> I am the supervisor. >> Okay. I need you to please get my purse and call my attorney. >> Ma'am, I'm not calling your attorney. I will. We will take care of your property. going to have a seat right now. >> Don't handle me like that. >> You're going to sit down, please. >> Stop it. >> Sit down and put your legs in. >> Don't tell my car. Call my brother to come down. >> Thank you. >> Please don't tell my car. >> Watch your legs. >> Please don't tow my vehicle. Can I please call my brother? >> No. >> Why? >> Cuz it's getting towed. >> Why? That's theft. >> It's not. Sir, you're you're stealing my car if you impound it. >> Sir, can I please secure my vehicle? >> Sir, >> let me secure my car, please. My purse and everything. How am I supposed to get out of jail? >> It's getting towed. >> What about my personal belongings? >> You're going to be secured in the vehicle. >> Sir, I've got money in that purse. Please don't do that to me. >> What kind of money do you have? I have over $2,000 in that purse, please. >> Okay. Uh, I can check with the supervisor and ask you if >> Please let me have my purse so I can post bail. Please, >> let me check. >> She would like to bring her purse with her to jail. >> Making sure I see a lot of lighters. So, I just want to make sure that here that's not supposed to be in here before we bring it to the jail. >> Uh, while you're doing that, I'm going to type the jail intake. She can have her phone, too. I will bring your purse and your uh phone for you. >> Thank you, sir. >> Yep. >> Can you please roll up my windows? >> We will. >> And and I I I can't have the code to towed because it's on a security. >> It's going to get towed. There is not nothing around that. >> What if you up my car? >> It's not going to. >> How do you know that? >> Because we notate any damage on it prior to the toe. There is no damage on my car >> and there won't be anyone to get it. >> How do I get it? >> Uh, you'll be advised on where it's going to get towed to. >> How long am I going to be in jail? >> Uh, I can't answer that question. I don't know. That's not up to us. >> Well, we need a magistrate here to tell me that right now. >> Uh, you'll go before a judge when you get in. The woman was charged with obstruction, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a police officer. It's hard to believe how people bring trouble upon themselves, just like this woman. Without thinking, she tried to hide her mistakes and ended up with far more than she bargained for. An officer noticed a vehicle speeding and swerving between lanes. Finding it very dangerous, the officer conducted a traffic stop to check on the driver. >> I had my ID and everything. Somebody I wasn't even going past the speed limit. >> 10 for you were going 61 and a 35 and then >> 35 >> and then you were swerving in the middle of the roadway and then the way you pulled over too. I have no idea what you were doing. >> I don't know what you were doing. >> You just called me a >> No, I didn't call you. I'm looking for my um ID which was in my card and now it's not here. My debit and my ID are gone. I was at my cousin's house and now that pisses me off because I mean somebody stole my which pisses me off. >> So where are you coming from? >> My cousin's house in Romeo and now I'm pissed off because my debit and my ID card are gone and I was just with them and I had it. >> What do you guys do there? >> I was at her birthday party and now I >> How old she turned? >> 35. >> Nice. >> That's great, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay, >> I'd say so. >> I thank you. I had all of my stuff with me. >> Do you have insurance? At least I don't need your driver's license. I can always look that up on my own. >> Yes, I have insurance. >> Okay. Can I see that? Where are you going now? >> Home. >> Where's home at? >> Juliet. >> How did you end up over here? >> Because we went to the bar. She was in Rome. >> Yeah, but isn't your >> And my Yes. I just said I was celebrating my cousin's birthday. >> Yeah, but your house is >> right. So, I can't come to visit my cousin and Romeo. >> No, your house is the other way. >> Exactly. >> Why were you going this way? because it's shorter. You don't go through the You don't go through 9inth Street Bridge to the Then I go back the back road on State Street. It takes me 15 minutes as opposed to 30 minutes. >> Are you looking for insurance? >> Yeah. >> So, you wouldn't go down 53 to 9? >> No. I would go down runway so that I could go down so that I can go down state and then turn and I'm right there. >> Can you zoom in on it? It might be expired from June. Does it say June of 2024 is when it expired? >> I don't know if the new updated one is on there. >> Okay. Do you have the new updated one? Cuz that one's saying I have >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> I haven't had anything. >> You haven't had anything? So, those cups right there? >> Those are from earlier today at 5:00 p.m. >> Okay. Cuz I can smell it coming from inside the car. The Is there anything in those cups? >> What cup? >> Those solo cups right there. Okay. Can I see them? >> Yeah, they're full. >> Yes, but I'm not drinking them. If I was drinking them, they wouldn't be over here. I'm not drinking them. I did have somebody earlier in the passenger seat, and as you can see, everything is filled. >> Okay. Anything else illegal in the car? >> No. >> No, no drugs. >> No. And even if there was weed, it's legal. >> Yeah, but the way you transport it. So, is there any weed in the car then? >> No, there's no car. You can search it all you want. >> Okay. Give me a couple minutes. Um, see if you can find the valid insurance and then I'm going to try looking you up. Okay. >> My insurance is not up for you. >> That's fine. By the way, your license is expired since June as well. >> I know it's expired, but I haven't been able to go. I'm working. >> Finding her license had expired was one issue, but the smell of alcohol suggested another concern. The woman realized she was in trouble despite claiming she hadn't had any drinks. Her real drama began when the officer asked her to step out of the vehicle. >> My ex took me. I'm sure he didn't tell me. >> It's fine. That's fine. >> No, it's not fine. You don't understand. I'm going through a bad divorce right now and he's being >> Oh, you don't understand. >> I'm not I'm not worried about that. Okay. >> But I am. I'm can't believe he didn't tell me because that means I've been driving around without an insurance and he didn't tell me. All because he just wants to be an If I would have known, I would have done something. That's not fair. That's not fair. He keeps doing this to me. Do you understand? He's being He's driving in a car that I'm paying for. It is not fair. If I would have known about the insurance, I would have handled the insurance. I don't understand why he didn't tell me. >> Well, I'm just concerned that you've been drinking and driving. So, let's take a couple breaths. Are you able to do field sobriety then? I'm not going to agree to that. >> Why not? >> I'm on Redwing. I got pulled over. >> Why do you want someone else here? >> They want me to do a test. >> I don't know. I They want me to do a test. >> Yeah. I want to make sure you're okay to drive. >> What? >> Like the walk and turn and stuff like that. >> A sobriety test. >> Look, if if you had nothing to if you had nothing to drink, you shouldn't have you shouldn't worry about it then. Just you'll do a test and you won't show any signs of impairment. If you really had nothing to drink, I have no problem. >> Well, that's why I want you here. >> It doesn't work like that. I just want to make sure you're okay to drive. That's my worry. I don't even care about your insurance. I don't care about your expired license. Okay. >> Just step out of the car. Okay. We'll talk out here. >> I don't want to leave the car. >> Do you want a female officer here to make you feel better? Yeah. The officers first spoke with the staff to hear about the situation, which was already tense. >> There's like six of them down the hallway. I walked there. Well, I wanted to press charges on her because she assaulted ranch army in hot grease. Um, >> let me go talk with them real quick. Give me one second. All right. >> Where was the uh young lady that was involved? >> Oh, I told her to go home. She's probably in the back. >> I need her back here. >> She has a white car. I mean, car. I don't know if she's in the back. I don't. >> All right. UFS, what happened? >> Oil was spilled. He ended up and then next thing you know, uh, >> what do you mean by oil was spilled? >> No. No. Oh, it was stone. >> Okay. I guess that's >> Did you see any of this happen? >> I I saw I saw the oil thing. >> Did she use to throw the oil? Not this specifically, but another >> Where's the one that she actually used? >> She's this one. >> While the officer was looking for the employee, another officer spoke with the staff who had witnessed what happened. It was hard to believe what had made the man throw hot oil at a customer. >> Basically, they was talking whatever cuz past girl, the girl that's out there, she's working. I guess those two they got beef or whatever. I don't know. But they was talking and she decided to start throwing ranch at them. >> Who threw ranch? >> Our worker. >> Your worker threw ranch at us. >> Yeah. Threw ranch at those two. >> You can see on there. I was in the middle of it. They got ranch on me. Um straws and then I guess she ended up ging um you're a worker. So, we're going to say worker, customer. All right. Worker threw ranch at the customer. What did the customer do after that? >> Um, >> the one that's in the black and yellow, she ended up pushing the um straws on the floor. Whatever. >> Push the straws on the floor. Not at anybody. Just push the straws on the floor. >> I think she was aiming at her. I don't know. >> Ended up going on the floor. And then >> worker. >> Yeah. with oil, whatnot, got some and everything. I try to push them outside the building. They were not trying to come out the building. He ended up getting too. So, >> okay. Uh, employee or customer? >> I'll be back. Uh, do you have an ID on you? >> Meanwhile, the victim provided her statement confirming the details the officer had already gathered. The officer then focused on uncovering the cause of the altercation and getting the full story. >> Going back and forth with my sister and then she had her hands on our faces. I don't I don't know why she was so upset. I don't know. >> And then that's when she go to throwing ranch which on me. >> Yeah. >> She just started squirt kept throwing it and then she got a bucket of hot grease. >> Mhm. >> And it she threw it and it splashed all over me and my sister. >> That's messed up. That's can mess you up. >> No, I know. That's pretty bad. Yeah, it was burning, but I don't know. >> Do you need an ambulance? >> I don't I don't know what I need. >> Okay. >> Okay. I don't really have like >> Was this originally on your shirt right here or is that from this? >> Oh, no. That's from that. This is what I I haven't had nothing messed up. >> Do me a favor. It's going to be real weird. I got a photograph right here, right here, right here. >> Okay. >> Once the officer understood the situation, they spoke with the suspect to hear her side of the story. For the woman, losing control of her temper had serious consequences that she did not anticipate. >> Basically, I'm going to try to tell you everything I have told her. So, I'm trying to do my job. I'm trying to close. So, we could It's already It's 11:20. It was probably I don't even know what time 10 or something. But around that time, we start taking some stuff to the back so we could start on the dishes, >> right? approximately around 12:30 to 12:40 50 probably 1:00 is when we're trying to get out of the store. >> Okay. >> So, she comes in and then she's there's just a whole bunch of other guys that are friends with my other co-workers and then she was just talking to them and then she was calling people broke and they were asking who's broke and they were asking if it was my my other coworker that was broke and she was like, "Oh, no." She pointed at me and my boyfriend. She was like, "She's broke and he's broke and I'm just like, "Okay, she doesn't know us, but you know, whatever." >> And then I just went along with it. I was just like and she was started singing a song that's viral broki by Matto and I was just like broki and I was just dancing trolling her cuz she trolling me like okay I don't know this girl so I'm just going along with whatever she's doing and then what else happened she just keeps talking. So a customer comes in and her and her sister are just coming close and just getting loud and I'm just like okay well >> are they on like different side of the counter or >> yes they're on this side of the counter and I'm on that side. >> So they're coming up to the counter just kind of >> Yes. coming up to the counter and just starting [ __ ] So I'm just like and then the customer comes in and a door dash customer. I'm just like, "Okay, you guys can move. Excuse me." And then they're just like, "Sorry, they're just like, "Oh, don't put your hand in my sister." She comes closer. "Don't put your hand in my sister's face. Don't put your hand in my face." This that and the third. And then I'm just like, "Well, there's a customer here. Excuse me. You could move now. Like I'm done with like I don't leave me alone. I'm trying to do my job. Literally trying to do my job, >> right?" And then so finally I get to the customer and then I give him his order and I guess they just go back at it and then she's knocks over uh she just keeps talking and then she knocks over a thing of straws and then while I'm still getting the stuff mind you the thing of straws are on my side of the counter so she reaches to my side and knocks it over all over the floor. Damn near hits me cuz it's in the tin can or whatever the cause. So [ __ ] I'm a girl cuz she came in here talking about how I'm ugly. My hair is never done. My nails never done. I'm wearing fake jewelry. this that and the third dropping it down to the store in front of all these people twerking just doing random ass like can you go she's not supposed to be here her sister used to work here but her sister either clocked out got fire whatever like they just keep coming back talking about how people are talking [ __ ] about her in person >> okay real quick the oil >> the oil >> can you explain quite exactly how that happened >> how how'd you grab it >> okay real quick can you explain what you used to throw it at her like the remnants of the oil left in like one of the fry baskets Was it a a sealed cup? Was it like a a sealed container? Was it >> It's like I don't know how to describe it. It's like a Do you You think you could go to the back and like you could see like a little silver thingy >> real quick. Is it Is it a container or >> Kind of a container? I guess. >> Yeah. Almost like a cup or like a pot. >> Down. Before we leave, just turn around. We're going to patch you down real quick. Sweet. >> Do me a favor. Put your right here. Put your hands behind your back. >> All right. You are being placed under arrest. All right. The woman was charged with aggravated assault. All is that that just let me tell you something. I beat my mother and them ain't cuts. These children need that up in these days. >> Seeing the family so careless, the officer had no choice but to call medical personnel to have the child checked. It's mindboggling how neglectful a family can be toward an innocent child. >> Sorry. Is he a parent? >> No. >> Excuse me. That's that's my big brother. Where is you taking him? I wasn't at the same that doesn't matter. We can't release be with him. Whatever happened there was probably too much. I don't know yet. I have to get to the bottom of it. If there was you're allowed to corral punishment, but you can't beat somebody till they till they're bleeding and cut. >> There's there's there's a difference between corporal punishment and beating someone. for him. >> That's what That's what I I haven't got. So, like if you beat someone with, I don't know, a belt, a cord, like a jump rope or something, they leave wes, he has wales all over his arm, all over his legs. He has a walr along his face. And I don't know about his back and front area. They will tell me that cuz he's at St. Mary's Hospital. >> And then you said something about bleeding. >> He's bleeding on his face. Where else did he have bleeding? >> On his right leg. >> His right leg. Right over here. And what kind of like um what caused the bleeding? She was so belligerent that the officer had to step in and protect her boyfriend from her. On October 9th, 2024, police responded to a report of a domestic dispute where a woman got into a heated argument and assaulted her boyfriend. The officer first spoke with the victim outside the house to learn more about the incident. >> Two, three weeks and she won't leave. And now she she she jumped on me and so I called you guys. God getting tired of her physically hitting me and stuff like that. And then whenever I try to keep her off me, she makes it more of a problem. You know what I mean?
