Top 16. We're out with a black motorcycle, subject on it, wearing a red shirt and a Santa hat. Freeze, I stopped you. You don't have a license plate on this thing. Oh, I'm so sorry, sir. I was not able to hear you. My music was blaring too loud. So, I'm Deputy Slope. I work for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit. Freeze, I stopped you cuz you don't have a license plate on your bike. Let me see your driver's license. I It is in Mesa, Arizona, where I live. That's where your driver's license is? Yeah, because it's where my wallet is. I didn't bring my wallet with me. Okay, do you have any paperwork for this thing? It's in my wallet. Do you have insurance? I do have insurance. Do you have it with you? No, it's in my pocket. I left everything in my wallet. Where is your license plate? It would be in my backpack. Which is also at home. I'm so sorry, sir. I didn't bring anything out here. Why isn't it on your motorcycle like every other vehicle on the road that I can look at right now? You have no rear license plate. Your registration's suspended. Huh. You don't have a registration card. You don't have any proof of insurance. Huh. You don't have a driver's license. I can show you my Progressive online. Does that That It It would have 10 minutes ago when I stopped you and asked you for it. I got to ask you as I as I sit here with your fuzzy red hat. Um were you jamming out to Christmas music? I was Yes. Yes. to be in the spirit. I keep seeing all these cars with like the reindeer ears and everything. Yeah, man. Every time I see them, I got to wave at them. It feels good. I like it, man. Dude, Christmas spirit's a big deal. I was listening to Christmas music all the time when I'm out writing tickets. My attention's drawn to him cuz he's dressed like Santa on a motorcycle. And he's going down It's in the city of Casa Grande, and he's kind of bobbing and weaving in his lane. Um so, my attention's drawn to him, and then he doesn't have a license plate, so I do a traffic stop for that. And then he doesn't have anything. Like no driver's license with him, no registration, no insurance, no license plate, just nothing. So, this started out as just stopping the guy, letting him know that maybe his plate fell off, to a whole bunch of citations because he's just driving around with absolutely nothing. So, started as something totally innocuous and ended up with a fistful of coupons. Put me I'm in the season of giving, right? So, I'm giving you a citation. Kind of like my little gift to you. So, the posted speed limit on Ganzel Road is 50. Oh. Yeah. Do you have any idea how fast we passed each other? I um well, at first I know it was 50, and then I was going so 70, 75. Keep going. Uh 70 75 know after that cuz I I took my I I locked I locked you in a radar, Danny. Also, some of you realized it when I nearly rear-ended you there, but um some of you know we're standing in the middle of Ganzel Road here. Again, it's in the middle of the road. It's in the median directly in front of the LDS Church. Um so, I've mentioned before like, "Hey, the the LDS Church drinking game where if you took a drink every time I stopped the car there, you'd probably be drunk by the end of the episode." Um if you took two drinks for every time I stopped someone in the median in front of the LDS Church, you'd definitely be drunk cuz I stop people there all the time. Uh it's super safe to pull to the right there and there's a right turn lane then you could pull into the LDS parking lot. It's a great spot to stop. And people all the time pull to the left and I'm in the median and cars are going in the fast lane on both sides of me and I'm standing there talking to people as to why they didn't pull to the right super safely and instead they have me standing in the middle of the road. Oh, what are you talking about? So, we're in the middle of the road. Cars are passing us on both sides, right? Okay. In the fast lane. Legally, you are required to what? Get on the safe spot. Get on Get on to the right side parallel to the right most curve. That would be right over there. You've never been stopped by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. You have no suspensions, doesn't look like you've ever been stopped. No. So, this is what we're going to do. You're doing a criminal amount of speed, right? But, since you've you're not a habitual traffic offender, what I'm going to do is I'm going to knock that down to we're just going to call it a civil traffic violation instead of a criminal one, okay? Is that Is that fair? That's fair. Okay. Ma'am, will you Will you keep him in line? I will. HE FELL ASLEEP. I WAS I MEAN, I GUESS YOU WOULD If I was in a plane that was crashing, I'd want to be asleep, too. So, I get it. I get it. Listen, thank you guys for both wearing your seat belts. Please drive safely today. Make sure you obey the speed limit in Pinal County, okay? Now it's Last question, is 50 going to You're in 45 here. 45. Conveniently enough, it's on the speed limit sign that's right there. Okay. I got you. Have a great day. If you like what we're doing here, make sure you smash that like button. Uh subscribe to the channel. Turn on your notifications, and anytime we put out a new video, they'll let you know. And also, leave us a comment. Let us know what you think about the Johnny Appleseed of warrants here. You don't have a driver's license. That's the other issue that we're dealing with. My stuff expired on the first uh my birthday Okay. 8th. I just That's a title transfer. Yes. Okay, so you don't have a valid license. I'm working on that right now. That's not what I said. What you're working on it it you as of right now As far as I knew, I have one. But, you just said that you're working on it and that you have an identified identification card. Yes, that expired. As far as I know, I still have one. I'm just going down to transfer everything over. Cuz I just moved here like less than 2 weeks ago. Okay. Yeah, not even that. Okay. I moved here 2 weeks ago, if not less, and I'm trying to get everything situated and transferred over. And that's where we're heading right now. We just got money to go do everything. Interesting. Okay. Well, those are all the reasons I stopped you. You also you have to wear your seat belt. Seat belt is important. Okay, do you have current insurance for your vehicle? Yes. He was adamant about that. Like, yep, I got it. Out of all the things that you're doing terrible, which is everything, at least your kids are properly secured in child safety seats. Last year I went through a car seat technician school here in Arizona. I went with Surprise Police Department. Great department, great instructors up there. I went through this class and it was a 40-hour class on how to install car seats, which I thought was crazy. It come to find out it is incredibly technical to match the the age and height and weight of a child with the proper seat, forward-facing, rear-facing, booster seat, how to actually install them, different types of seat belts, all sorts of different It's way more technical than you think. So, but what it's allowed me to do is come into circumstances like this and look at children in car seats and know that that they are properly seated, the proper car seat's properly fitted, and that the kids are safe. So, when I was talking to this guy about the car seats, I was coming from from a place of knowledge, from having taken that class and getting that certification. And out of all of the things that are important, their safety is the most important. Nice job. And I appreciate that. I'm I'm not trying to be I'm not trying to be illegal. I'm just trying to go and get everything situated. I get it. I get it, man. Sometimes you just it just doesn't line up. You've never been issued a driver's license. That's kind of hard to believe. I had one when I was in the military. In what state? New Mexico. Okay. One of the states to which you have warrants out of. Yeah, Uh, that. So, when you leave Arizona, if you ever leave, don't drive east because you have a warrant there. Of course. Don't drive west to California cuz you got a warrant there, too. For what? I don't know. What do I have in California for? I don't know. Can you find out? I I looked for it. I couldn't see. It just shows that you have a warrant. It's for contempt of court for something, yeah. Ah. Nah, yeah. There we go. Custody of the minor. Okay. So, don't go west because you have warrants there. Don't go to California. Don't go east cuz you have warrants there. Okay. So, if you're going to go anywhere, you're going to have to go north and commit more crimes in Utah where then you can accumulate warrants there, also. honestly, you're the only officer I've ever known that actually tells them not to go somewhere. Yeah, don't go there. Hey, who is this on the phone? This whole stop started uh with just a cracked windshield. Uh, I was traveling in the opposite direction. I see this vehicle with a crack directly in front of the driver's view. Uh, and my intent was only to stop the car to advise the driver they needed to fix his windshield because that crack obstructs his view. Um, then I stop it and the plate comes back suspended and the driver's got no driver's license and there's kids all over the car. Um, I think what I ended up finding out that he had a driver's license from some other state that was expired and um, so it just it wasn't good. There was nothing about the stop was good after I got to the door, but it all started with just a regular stop for a cracked windshield. I appreciate that. Um, ma'am, do you have a valid driver's license? Uh, no. No. That's no. Okay. I don't drive stick, but yes, I I mean, I don't drive stick. I can call somebody that can drive it. Well, she's All right, man. Um, can you go pick up Chris? I literally live right down the down the street at the QuikTrip. Okay. So, I can always drive it just back home and You can't drive it anywhere. You don't have the privilege to drive. So, I took the plate off the car because that's not your plate. It's not registered to you and the plate should stay with the the Well, the kid was told the kid told me to keep the plate. Yeah, it's suspended. He says that he bought the car and the guy that he bought it from was like, "Ah, just keep the plate." That's not how things work here in Arizona. So, that plate actually stays with the driver or the owner. And the car needs a new plate because it has a new owner. So, what that old owner should have done is taken that plate and returned it to MVD. Instead, I took it and returned it to MVD and now this guy who was obviously from some other state thinking everything was fine, um gets pulled over and has his plate yanked by me uh and then gets cited for all of the things that I cited him with, one of which was displaying that plate which was suspended. So. Okay, he told me to keep the plate cuz I like I said, I moved from Wyoming. Tom 16's got me? I've never had I like Wyoming. And I Okay, you know what? You do not have a driver's license in New Mexico. So, um What do you say? Do you have warrants out of Wyoming, too? No. Are you sure? Cuz you seem to leave a You're like the Johnny Appleseed of warrants. Wow. Like everywhere you go, you're leaving warrants behind so you can find your way back. I'll believe it or not, I have not been to California in 4 years. Oh, that's good because if you go there, they're going to arrest you for your warrant. Well, it's contempt of court warrant. They'll they'll It's a release in California. Probably it's probably everything everything is there. You are safe here on the road. I'm going to tell you not to drive because you do not have the right to drive. You do not have the privilege to drive. You have nothing. You have an identification card that you could go and cash checks with and get on a plane. That does not let you drive. So, you can't drive, okay? All right. All right.
