This is why you should never fight a cop. On August 27th, 2022, officers from the Superior Police Department in Wisconsin would respond to a 911 call from a strip club. As the story goes, a male and female couple attempted to enter the club. >> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 24-year veteran of a sheriff's office here in Arizona. Today, we're going to do some body cam breakdown. My favorite channel is where we found today's video. It's Midwest Safety. They are the goat of amazing body cam videos. So, they never they never fail. And this one's looking like it's going to be good. We're going to do body cam bingo today. We've [cheering] got card number two. So, if you go to our website, you can see we sell these in a pack of five. There's five different cards. When you order them, I send them to you. And then you can play along at home. I use a dry erase marker. It works great. And the cards are reusable. So, use them as many times as you want. Little wet rag, wipe it off, you're good to go. Let's see what Midwest Safety has and what card number two can do. >> However, the 19-year-old girlfriend was barred from entry as the club now served alcoholic beverages. The club allegedly told her she could only enter as a worker and offered an application. The girlfriend applied and the club allowed her in as a dancer. Supposedly, after she made a decent amount of tips, her boyfriend decided it was time to go. He allegedly scooped up all of her tips and physically escorted her out of the club. This action triggered the emergency call and wouldn't take long for police to find the couple walking nearby. >> Hey, what's going on? Okay, ma'am, you want to come over here and talk to me? >> Everything I [ __ ] made >> Ma'am, okay, come here. Come here. What's going on? >> Everything I made at this strip club and he has ripped up and gone. >> Okay, what's what's going on? >> So, those of you out in the internet might be saying to yourselves, "Self, what a great life hack if I'm under the age 21, I could get into a strip club by working there. There's that. I mean, that's a that's it's an angle. But, I feel like this wasn't the first time. I just there's I've I've never known of someone that walks up, got denied access, was given an application, and then dances 10 minutes later. Like, I just I just don't see that happening. But, so maybe it's not her first time. Maybe Maybe this is how she gets into strip clubs. Then, actually makes extra money. >> Can you please be nice? >> Okay. Okay. Don't talk to him. Just look at me. Look at me. >> upset cuz I was stripping. >> Okay. >> And everything I made, he ripped up. >> Okay. Who's he to you? >> That's my boyfriend. Am I going to get arrested for stripping? >> No. No, there's nothing illegal as long as you're doing it in an establishment that's licensed, which they are. Exactly. What's your name? Not your stage name. Ma'am, look at me. Don't look at him. >> Or he's going to get arrested when I >> No. >> No, no. Can you just tell him to calm down? >> Ma'am, I'm I'm I'm okay. Step the Please do not Please do not push me. Do not swear at me. You're an officer of the law. Please do not swear at me. >> All right, tell me what happened. >> Nothing happened. >> Did you strike her? >> I did not strike her. >> Okay. You have an ID? >> I do. Would you like to see my ID? >> No. Is that hers? >> That That's hers. I was carrying it for her tonight. >> All right. >> Here's my ID. >> Let me look at it. What is that? >> You did not have permission to go in my pocket. You did not ask to go in my pocket. You did not ask to go in MY >> WOAH. >> GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND NOW, DUDE. YOU'RE going to get YOU'RE GOING TO THREE, TWO THERE IT IS. ON YOUR STOMACH. >> Who lays on their back? Obviously, this suspect is a a beta male. We I think we could all agree with that, right? No No adult man goes like this. And then doesn't punch. And just does this as like some sort of shallow threat. But this guy did. And then a real man punched him in the face. Because that's what happens. Like we don't have to wait for you to make contact with your fist to my face before I punch you in the face. We can punch you first. This is not like there I think there's a common misconception that cops have to be punched or hit or kicked or spit on first before they defend themselves in a manner that allows us to take someone into custody. Um and that's what happened with this guy. This guy Maybe he's Maybe that threat of violence works on his girlfriend. Maybe that works. But it doesn't work against men. And he's dealing with men. And that's why it's kind of why he got his butt kicked. And why he got dumped on the ground. Several times. Cuz he needs it. He needs that learning curve. He needs to understand that there's a difference between men and boys. And he is in the realm of boys. And he was dealing with people in the realm of men. Now he knows. >> On your stomach now. >> No, he's going to do it again. No, he punched him in the face and you know that. >> YEAH, I SURE DID CUZ HE HE COCKED BACK ON ME. >> NO, HE HE WASN'T EVEN THERE. [ __ ] guy. >> Stop. Stop. >> Am I going to be able to >> Stop. Just relax. >> What is wrong with you? >> Oh, that was illegal. You [ __ ] assaulted my boyfriend. He >> Stop. No, it's not illegal. >> I don't know if anyone else looked at this and thought, "Hey, that looks like a female Steve Urkel." But I did. I thought it from the minute they panned onto her. I was like, "What is going on here?" So, and even though she looks like a female Steve Urkel, somehow, through a series of poor decisions, um she ends up with goofball beta male boyfriend here, who looks like a greasy slimeball. And then, obviously treats her terribly. And rips up her money, and does all these things. And then, after all of that, then he gets punched by a man. Um and then, she defends tries to defend him after he does all these terrible things to her. I am 100% empathetic-less. I should be and I know I love me love me some Midwest safety. But, the empathetic-less cup is absolutely appropriate for this video, because I have I have no empathy. She has 100% She deserves everything she gets. Because she has willingly and knowingly put herself in this position. So, sorry, not sorry. >> That's police brutality, sir. >> It's not police brutality. >> That is police brutality. >> I don't want to turn you feel that way. >> Yeah, you just straight up punched me in the face. >> Yep, cuz you swung You swung back like >> He didn't do anything. >> No, he didn't He put his hands up. I'm sorry, I don't want to get arrested. >> Stop. Here, we have one in custody. >> Thank god. >> You're good. >> I am okay. >> Okay. He has my backpack and my purse and my elbow to get that. >> Yeah, just hang on. Yep, that's hers. >> Can you please give that to me? >> I don't feel like you had the need to punch me in the face, though. If you [ __ ] back on me, and you look like you're about to punch me in the face, I'm going to defend myself. >> You're not going to get an upper hand on >> Okay, but you're an officer of the law. You I have every right to defend myself. >> You have to get punched in the face? >> What? You you get to have the first swing? >> They [ __ ] GOT JASON. >> STOP. STOP. WAYNE, do you understand that? Do you understand that? >> Right, but just because I'm >> So I will punch you in the face if I think you're about to attack. >> Wait, wait, let me speak. >> No, I won't. >> But just because I'm a brown person just >> It has nothing to do with who you >> Race card. >> It doesn't. It doesn't. ARE YOU BROWN? YOU'RE DONE, GIRL. YOU'RE DONE. >> YOU SEARCH HEAD AND butt mean the head. >> Don't cut the bag, just take it off. >> Shut up. >> Just take it off. It's not It's not my bag. It's not my >> Yeah, Sabrina, stop. Stop. >> Hey, it's hers. >> Stop. >> You want to search on this side? >> Oh, I love it. >> 2 g of cocaine in my butt hole. >> Okay, I'll stand up. >> And I have 3 g of marijuana in my stomach. >> Okay. >> Oh, there's not. >> Shut You [ __ ] piece of >> We just started fighting, you know. >> I got another squad over here. This guy's trying to fight us and spit on us. We just need another one here. >> Stop, dude. >> Don't punch me. >> Stop. >> That's illegal. >> It's not. It's a pressure point. Stop. >> Punching me in my throat is a pressure point? >> It's not. It's underneath your chin. Stop. >> just punched me in the throat. >> Stop, dude. You're going to get tased. >> Tase me then. I have a seizure disorder. You're going to tase me? >> Get back. Just go STAND OVER THERE. JUST GO IT'S ALL RUINED. Just go stand over there. >> No. >> Get back. >> You can You got to step back. >> Get back. >> Yeah, hey, get her back now. >> I'm No, this is legal. >> No, you can step back. I I I'm not comfortable with you that close. >> Why? >> them, babe. Get them. >> Why am I a stripper? >> Babe, help me. >> I can't. You >> It is, baby. Help me. >> There's nothing I can do. I'm sorry. >> Yeah, you just cut [laughter] my hair. >> You're on your own. >> I know that. >> I'm sorry. >> You're going to jail for multiple felonies. That's what sucks. >> Felonies? >> Yeah, felonies. >> Yeah. >> Assaults on a police officer. >> it. You punched him in the >> I did. >> Yeah, but he swung back. >> Come back on me. >> I was protecting myself because you punched him. I was protecting myself. >> Okay. >> Right? I have the right to protect myself, don't I? >> That is in the rule book of the laws. >> Because you punched me, I have the right to protect myself. >> Nope. >> All right. I was protecting myself from you. Ow. >> I would HAVE LET THE COPS GO AFTER THIS, DUMB ASS. >> Shut your mouth. >> No, you shut your [ __ ] mouth. Don't talk to me like that. Don't talk to my [ __ ] woman like that. >> Listen, babe. Hey, why don't you >> So, you took her money, you ripped it up, dragged her out of the strip club, but now you want to be Captain Chivalrous? Get out of here. >> Just let me enable the runner yet. >> OW. OH, WOW. THERE YOU GO. PULL. PULL. PULL. >> WHAT DO I DO ABOUT MY MONEY GETTING CUT UP? >> Don't worry about it. I don't know. See you. >> I I've seen lots of strip clubs. You said I don't worry about it. We can go to the strip club, too. >> I have never been to the strip clubs here. Yeah. >> Really? That's really interesting. >> OW. OW. [ __ ] >> STOP. >> HE HURTS. >> RELAX. We're trying >> He hurts. >> We're trying to fix it. Stop. You're going to get another charge. >> He hurts. >> Hey, go back. Relax. Go back. Stop. Relax. We're done with her. You need leave, otherwise you're going to get arrested. >> No, because this is legal. I'm I'm allowed to stay close to him. >> You are interjecting into our scene right now. You're getting too close. I told you that multiple times. >> Yeah, you >> So, just stop. It's very easy. >> You're built easy. Did you know that? >> I don't know what that means. >> That means anyone can [ __ ] you. >> Cool. >> It [ __ ] hurts. >> Stop. You're going to get another charge. >> It [ __ ] hurts. >> Roll him on HIS SIDE. >> NO. OW. >> ON HIS SIDE. >> IT [ __ ] HURTS. >> STOP. >> AH. GOD DAMN IT. >> WELL, >> Set him up. >> that's what happens. >> SET HIM UP. >> BATTERY, DISORDERLY CONDUCT. >> SOMEBODY grab the >> His charges are >> You don't need to hobble me. You just shut the [ __ ] door. >> HEY. THAT'S ANOTHER CHARGE. >> Get him down. Shut that door now. Shut the door. No. >> We all like to say, "Hey, I want to buckle up my prisoners in the back. It's good for their safety. It's a lot of agencies require it as part of department policy." But, as they're trying to get this guy into a position to seatbelt him in, he is kicking and, you know, spitting and moving around and just making it generally difficult for these officers who are trying to do something with his best interest in mind. So, I like that finally they're just like, "That's it. Just leave him there." And then on the way, he beats his own head into the center divider. Well, that's a him problem. Like, you know, it's he prevented them from putting him in a position of safety. So, if he hits his own head as a matter of his own actions, that's that's not those officers' fault. And it's obvious through the the that they tried their best to put him in a a good position seated and seat belted but it was through his own actions that that wasn't you know, wasn't able to happen. >> He started it. >> No, he just head-butted one of my officers, ma'am. >> He's the one who pushed me. >> He's head-butted two officers. >> Okay. >> You need to leave now. You don't have a criminal complaint, you need to leave. >> Against what? >> Assaulting my boyfriend. >> Okay, have a good night. >> It's fine. >> Is that yours? >> Yeah. >> My rag. >> Can you let the jail know that he's very uncooperative? They're going to need quite a few people. >> On the way to the jail, the suspect continues lashing out and according to police reports, he continually bashes his own face into the window that separates the front and back seats. >> [ __ ] pieces of [ __ ] I told you to shut the [ __ ] doors. Roll my WINDOW DOWN, [music] [ __ ] >> [music] [screaming] >> WHILE THE SUSPECT IS ON THE WAY TO JAIL, some officers stay behind to question his girlfriend. >> So, what happened? >> So, we tried getting into the strip club but I'm not 21 and she was like, "Well, the only way you can get in if you're a dancer." And I'm like, "I'll dance tonight." And my boyfriend's like, "If you dance tonight, I'm breaking up with you." I'm like, "Okay." I started dancing, maybe 20 25 minutes later, he runs up on stage. He And he's just like he's just snatching my money up. He's cussing me out talking about I need to get off the stage and the owner was like, "That's not your money, you need to give it back." That's when I was like, "Okay, I got to go. I need to calm him down cuz he gets angry as As we're walking away He's I was like, "Can I just see my money so I can at least see how much I made tonight?" He's like, "No, this is hard money." I was like, "What? Hard money?" I was like, "Naked?" And then he starts ripping up my money and that's what happened. >> Are there any charges you want to press against him at this time? >> No. Okay. >> I'm literally homeless. So, I mean like I get it, homeless people be having nothing. Trust me, I know. I work with homeless people. They be a little crazy. But, that's my only backpack I have and um I'm [ __ ] now. >> Are you afraid of him? >> Yeah. >> No, you don't think he's going to hurt you or your children? >> No. >> Or your children if you have children? >> I don't have any children. >> Do you have any questions for us at the moment? >> Yeah. Who's paying for my backpack? >> Well, if you want to make a complaint about the backpack being damaged, you can contact our supervisor. >> about the officer who punched me in the face. I'll do that. >> Okay. That's I'll have you if you want to contact our supervisor. You have a right to do that. >> And it assures a summer full of delicious meals coming off that grill. >> What is your name, man? >> Okay. I'm trying to help you out. I'm not asking you a question. I'm looking to see if you're going to be cooperative with jail staff. >> Okay. >> All right, man. He's telling us that he's going to fight with you guys. >> Okay. >> And he's already head-butted us, he's punched us, he's kicked us, he's bit us, so >> It goes like this. So, then I just backed up and I right across the jaw and then it was a fight on. >> Who is it? >> We don't know his name. >> We don't know him. >> Austin? Just keep your gun on you for now on case something >> How's it going? Where do you get the out of the squad car here? >> Officers place a spit hood over the suspect's head as he had bit and spit at officers during the arrest. They may also be doing this to prevent the suspect's blood from getting everywhere. >> Can you walk? Can we check what's going on? >> Yes. >> He's got a good Pulse is about 70 something. >> He was just talking right before I got out of the car. >> Give him that alcohol. >> Right above the right eye is swelling. >> Now he's got >> Did you grab shackles? >> Just having a little little incarceritis. >> It's from when I was getting shot by the BBs actually. But it ripped when I was fighting with him. >> Your name? You don't know your >> Why was I arrested? >> I don't know to be honest with >> When you get there you can use my medical, okay? >> I don't want to go home. Where Where do I Where am I? >> You're at the jail. Do you take any drugs or anything? Do you know if you did today? Okay. I'm going to guess that's why you got so much blood. the alcohol >> And he's got >> Yeah. >> He's not the I He's not the one I'm thinking of. >> Hey, Sergeant Jago with the police department. So I just wanted to give you guys a heads up. >> Another officer then calls the local hospital to inform them about the suspect's unruly behavior, sparing no detail. Upon hearing this information, the hospital shares that they refuse to take the patient in as he risks the safety of their staff. In the meantime, medics from the fire department look at the suspect first. Soon after an ambulance arrives. >> Just a heads up with this gentleman, he's cooperative now. I don't know if that's false or if he's now going to remain cooperative. I did call ahead to give Superior ER a heads up and they obviously were like, "Ah, we don't want him here." But yeah, I tried to give him a courtesy heads up and they were not having it. So why don't you take a look? Maybe he doesn't need to go, I don't know. >> At this point, the officers were able to successfully determine the suspect's identity. >> He has seizures and was threatening to do this >> Yeah. >> before. >> Seizures from what? >> Pseudo. >> Yeah. >> Pseudo Pseudo? >> Yeah. >> I don't think we're there. >> It looks like a couple. >> I don't think they're that intoxicated or what. >> I don't know what the deal is. I don't know if it's all a charade or it's probably the most violent I've ever seen for an officer for sure. >> We got to make sure there's nothing going on with his skull or his brain, okay? Honestly, I prefer not to transport someone with their hands behind their back just so that it could cut off circulation or do damage. >> That way you won't be able to >> Oh. Don't. >> Look at the man. SEE YOU DON'T KNOW >> STOP PUSHING ON MY HEAD. STOP IT. >> I'M GOING TO HAVE TO PUT HIM IN A POSITION TO DATE HIM. >> YOU THINK THAT'S NECESSARY, then absolutely do it. >> If he won't cooperate, we can put him in softer restraints and have him go up and to the side. >> That's that's that's not going to happen. That's not going to happen. >> We'll get you on a stretcher. We just don't want you to fight. We don't want you to hurt yourself, okay? We don't have a way to stop that. >> Bingo complains about handcuffs. Almost like he complains about handcuffs. Bingo, diagonal. >> Officer, do you think we should date him here? Cuz if he's going to fight, I don't want him to hurt himself or anyone else. >> Okay. >> What a beta male. >> [ __ ] is that a foot? County just said that he was just here last year the week for the same thing. >> Really? >> What the officer just shared is true. According to court documents, the suspect was involved in a previous incident that happened roughly 5 weeks before the filming of this video. The suspect was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at that time. He was sentenced for resisting and spent 30 days in jail. He had been out of jail for just 1 week before he got into the altercation captured in this video. >> OW. I can't do it anymore. The handcuffs are fine. No, the arm. THE ARM. I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE. OH. >> NOW THERE'S SPIT HOOD. On you go. >> [screaming] >> That's fine. Stop. >> Your handcuffs are cutting me. You probably would have better luck if you started cooperating Jason. >> Or >> Here here. Step out. Step out. Grab him. >> I can't do this anymore. I GOT YOUR HANDCUFFS. >> REMEMBER WHEN THE COPS WERE LIKE he needs to have handcuffs on and the medic goes I'd really not like that. This is why we don't do that. Just a little bit closer. Can we Can we talk? Can we man to man talk? We have a 5 minute ride to St. Mary's and those cuffs come off. And then you go into soccer restraints. You can make it 5 minutes. >> Is it going to break if I cuff this to that? >> I cannot do it. I can't. I can't DO IT NO MORE. I CAN'T. NO. NO. NO. I DON'T GIVE YOU CONSENT. I don't give you consent. I don't give you consent. I don't give you consent. I do not give you consent to do >> You're hurting yourself. >> I do not give you consent to do that. I do not give you consent to do that. I do not give I do not give you consent to do that. >> I'm sorry. >> You're sorry? You're sorry cuz you're going to lose your [ __ ] job. What's your name? What's your name? Alba what? >> That's all you got to know. >> What's your last name? >> You don't get to know that. >> Yeah, because you don't want to because >> you don't want to your job. What's your last name? >> Because I don't want to lose my job. >> What's your [ __ ] last name, [ __ ] >> Hopefully I don't have one. >> Well, that's nice. >> I'm not going to start with that, guys. >> What's your last name? >> I'm not going to go there. She doesn't I didn't want to say it cuz, you know, I didn't know, but yeah. We're not going to do morphine. >> Give me some morphine. Give me some morphine. Give me some morphine. >> Give me some morphine. >> Give me some morphine. Thank you, sir. >> Give me some morphine. Give me some morphine. Give me some morphine. >> Jason, do you have any known medical issues? >> Give me some morphine. >> I was genuinely worried you were going to hurt yourself. >> So, you notice that he becomes really enraged and he's put on the gurney and he's yelling and screaming and breaks his restraints and then he gets a shot in his arm. And that shot then afterwards he's his words become like slow and lethargic and mumbled. Well, that's called the use of a chemical restraint. We use physical restraints, but paramedics also have the ability to give a chemical restraint, which is a mixture. Um it has been called the B-52 before, but it um it just restrains someone, brings them down, calms them down, um sometimes puts them to sleep, but it makes them much more manageable. Um so, when you have someone that goes into the hospital and you're in a medical setting and they're you know, maybe they're having some sort of they're in psychosis um or they're just they have a psych issue or whatever it may be, they'll give them that that chemical restraint to uh to bring them down and make them easier to handle. And it's good for their safety, uh especially if someone in like methamphetamine psychosis where you have everything is amped and you're worried about like their heart exploding, their blood pressure getting too high, their pulse getting too fast, um Um, that brings that back down. And so, it's actually a benefit um, even for the suspect simply to keep them safe while they get through whatever their issue is. >> The suspect gave in for the rest of the trip from the hospital to the jailhouse, likely with the help of his attorney. For this incident, the suspect was charged with one count of battery on a law enforcement officer, two counts of attempted battery of a law enforcement officer, and one count of resisting an officer. >> For his sentence >> That's it, huh? >> one count of attempted battery and resisting was dismissed but read in, meaning he would not face a punishment but those crimes would remain on his record. For battery of a law enforcement officer and one count of attempted battery, he was sentenced to 60 days of jail and 30 months of probation each. His sentence runs concurrently, meaning he will serve all sentences at the same time. However, based off clues played out by court documents on April 13th, 2022, with just one day left of his 60-day jail sentence, he was charged for another incident for battery as a prisoner. Court documents suggest this crime was against an officer at the jail. For that incident, on August 28th, 2023, his previous 30-month sentence of probation was revoked and he would instead spend one year in county jail with 164 days of credit. If he follows the rules, he should be out of jail at this point, at least by the middle of March of 2024. >> The bank won't even do anything about these bills? >> Currently, that's damaged. You bring them into the bank >> Yeah, keep this money in this. You have a nice You could like try and tap these back together. You don't know if you had any like >> That is ghetto, and Benji, I'm not doing that. >> Do you want me to just cut right here? >> Yes, please. >> That's ghetto. Oh. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, you're welcome. >> Okay. >> All right, here it is. We got the bingo on the diagonal. Race card, obviously, cuz he said, "You're only doing this cuz I'm brown." We take the free square in the middle. Hey, we'll take the free one when we get it. And then obviously complains about handcuffs. So, we didn't get a lot of squares, but we got the ones that mattered. Card number two killed it for us today. So, other thing that I'm looking to kill it on is subscribers. So, right here, click that. All it does is make you a subscriber. Doesn't cost you a dime, but it lets me know how many people are watching, how many people are following, and helps me get to that magical number. YouTube really puts a puts people on a pedestal that hit a million, and I would love to be there. And I need you guys to help. So, if you can help me, I'd appreciate it. We'll see you on the next one.
