These cops tried to press a guy for ID and answers he didn't owe, but he flipped their script on them like a pro and in the end drove off like a boss. >> So, this is a DUI checkpoint. >> We run through a quick series of questions. A DUI checkpoint does not give you the right to ask me a question about where I'm coming from and my license. Once you've entered into the checkpoint, the signage was posted, so you had the opportunity not to pull into the checkpoint. We asked the same questions, same three question of everybody. Where you coming from? Have you had anything to drink? So, what the officers are telling me is you refused to answer any questions until we can determine whether to whether or not you've been in whether or not you've had anything to drink.
