While an officer investigates a black Honda Civic he suspects is stolen, an unwanted guest inserts himself in the officer's business. >> Is there a reason why you're coming over here? >> No, I'm just admiring it. It's a nice car. See the wheels? Real nice. Just admiring it. >> And you can keep on going then. >> Hey, it's not illegal to be in a public space. >> All right, internet. My name is Frank Slope. I'm a 24-year veteran in the sheriff's office out here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. All of our videos came from Midwest Safety. So, they've got a goose that sometimes gets too silly. Um, Midwest Safety's got great stuff. Hats, cups, shirts, they all sorts of stuff. If you're not following them, go over there. They've got great videos. This entire compilation comes from them. And, uh, we're looking at Gen Z's that meltdown because sometimes they just don't have the emotional intelligence that those of us with gray hair have. Um, we're going to do some body cam bingo. [cheering] It's a mainstay of this channel. So, we love it. We have a card specifically focused on things that Jenzers say. Uh so we have complaints about handcuffs because they complain about everything. Um request a supervisor because they're demanding. Um ask for a parent because they can't stand on their own two feet. Uh they say the word bro. Uh don't touch some variant of don't touch me or get your hands off me. Something like that. Um I get a for what like typically when they're being placed under arrest like for what? um asks for their phone or demands their phone, says something about about having their phone. Um mentions lawyer or court, which would include like I'm going to sue you or you're going to talk to my lawyer, something like that. Um and then of course name and badge number cuz they demand everything but accountability. Um so we're going to we're going to check it out. Let's watch some Jenzer's meltdown. >> Go ahead and start me a toe, please. I'm at Target for a black Honda Civic. >> Look how nice and shiny this dude's wheels are. This thing looks slow, man. >> Mhm. >> You waiting for something? >> I'm towing the car. >> Why? >> Cuz it's got no plates and the VIN's covered. >> All right, so this video starts. We're in a parking lot. Law enforcement have identified a car. It's a Honda Civic. It's a very frequently stolen vehicle. Um, it has no license plate on it, so red flags are going up. Um, I don't know if you know this, but your VIN number, your vehicle identification number is located on your vehicle on the driver's side on the dash right at the bottom corner of your driver's side, right where your window comes down, your windshield comes down. Um, well, in this vehicle, not only does it not have a license plate, but there's a card over the VIN number, so law enforcement can't verify that this vehicle isn't stolen. Um, so they're there, they're conducting investigation. this cocky kid walks up and then you know this conversation ensues with him um just berating these law enforcement officers as they do their job. >> Not yours, huh? No idea. >> Look at me like I'm doing something wrong. >> You're chilling in a public spot, man. You can do whatever you want. >> I know. >> Cool, >> man. This cop's trying to tow this random dude's car. >> What a shame. >> Yep. What a shame. It's going to be real expensive for that guy. >> Yeah, I guess so. >> You want to get your nasty ass shoe off that rim? >> Is this your car, man? >> I got >> cuz we can like solve this real quick just by you opening the car, removing the vin, but you shove the paper in the vin. I can't read the vin. It's got no plates, so I'm assuming it's stolen. So, per RCW, I got to seize it, get a search warrant, remove that, and read the vin. >> Hear me out. Is there a black twodoor Honda Civic with white wheels and a aftermarket wing reported as stolen? >> There's a thousand stolen cars a month in Pierce County, bud. >> The answer is >> and this is the most common stolen vehicle in Pierce County. >> Answer is why don't you just uncover it yourself? >> I can't. It's inside the car. >> What a shame. >> What a shame. >> What a shame. >> So, if this is your car, we can go ahead and solve this crisis. But if you're not going to claim ownership of this and just >> this entire scenario would be absolutely nothing if this kid wasn't such a jerk. He's just a terrible human. If the cops have been like, "Hey man, you need to verify the VIN. Make sure that it's not stolen." If that kid would have went, "Yeah, man. Hold on a second. Look, here's the VIN. It's not stolen. I just got the license plate in the trunk." The officers would have been like, "Have a good day, citizen." And that would have been the end of it. This wouldn't even been a video. we wouldn't even be talking about this. But he just had to make things as absolutely difficult as possible. And although this is video number one, I am sure that in the next four videos, things would be incredibly easy if people just listened, acquiesced to requests by law enforcement that are legal and just kind of played nice like we're better humans. But instead, we have this kid. Not a good human. >> Why would I claim ownership of a car that's got a cop that's 100% gonna hand out tickets, >> right? That being said, it's going to come to the gay car police department. We're going to go ahead and seize it on a search warrant. >> Search warrant for what? Search >> for what? >> To uncover the van. >> For what? >> Got it. >> Do you have any suspicion of it being stolen other than no plates and >> absolutely? >> What's your suspicion of it being stolen, officer? >> Hey, man. Is this your car or what? Dude, you're making this so much harder than it needs to be. >> You're [ __ ] towing it for no reason. You got your nasty ass shoe on the wheel. >> Yeah. >> Get your [ __ ] shoe off the wheel. >> Is this your car? >> You're being disrespectful to whoever's car it is. >> Okay, you need to back off my face. Go over there. >> I'm not in your face. You just stuck your hand in my face, >> bud. >> Bud, chill. Get your Why is your foot on the wheel? >> Why are you doing that? You're literally doing that to piss me off for no [ __ ] reason. >> Cuz it's your car. >> Doesn't matter. Is this your car or what? >> You're going to scratch those wheels and have to pay for them. >> Yeah. All right. Go. >> Well, I don't know what policy is. Your department's probably going to have to pay for these thousand wheels. >> Yeah. Go ahead and walk over there, buddy. >> Keep your hand out of my face. >> Walk over there. >> Keep your hand out of my face. >> Walk. >> Walk. Get out of my face. Go. >> You're You're walking in my face. >> Go before you get >> Don't touch me. Go. >> I'm not doing my face. Get away from my car. I'm give him the don't touch me because your car's back there. I'm getting a search warrant. Start moving. >> All right. You You are You are approaching me. You are getting in my face. >> Move back. >> Get your hand off me. >> The initial video is coming from an officer who is trying to prevent this kid from leaving in this car. Um so he's blocking the door so the kid can't get in and drive away. Um and he's he's trying to create some distance with the kid and he tells him, "Hey, back up." And then he gives him gives him a shove to create distance. absolutely acceptable. If you're not going to listen when we ask you, then we're going to tell you and then we're going to make you. It's called the ATM. Um, so he's gotten to the make portion of this where he is is physically creating some distance and that kid smacks that officer's hand. Now, I know this is in Washington State, um, which is it's a little bit it's they have different policies and procedures there. Um, in the agency I work for, when that kid's hand hit mine, he would immediately be placed under arrest because you don't get to touch me when I'm in uniform. That's just the way that the law is written. Um, so that's things would have be been different here, but that is the uh that's kind of that that officer's individual discretion. Not a problem at all. >> Stay me or don't. Keep your mother hands off me. >> Stay off the car. >> Keep your mother hands off me. >> Stay off the car. Off the car. You're the one that was on the car. I ain't touching it. I'm off the car. >> Back up. >> I'm I'm back. >> Okay, back off. >> Start recording this. Touch me again, mother. Come push me. >> Back off. >> Come push me. Pushing me for no goddamn reason. You were putting your hands in my face. >> Yep. >> I kept my phone back respectfully. I wasn't sticking it in your face. >> I got your name and that was it. >> What's your badge number? >> 117. >> Yeah, absolutely. Need your badge number. He doesn't even know what to do with it. >> Police department if you're not going to claim ownership of it. >> This kid probably educated through YouTube University demands his this officer's name and badge number. And then when the officer gives him his badge number, the kid doesn't know what to do cuz he's like, "Well, now I have this piece of information." That means absolutely nothing. It means nothing. Like, cool, my badge number is 2393. Now the internet knows it. No one cares. It's just a number. Um, but this kid gets that information, has no idea what to do with it. No, because he has no idea why he asked for it. He's just a parrot from something that he saw online. And I guarantee 30 seconds after he was told it, he forgot it anyway. So, it just people demanding that is such a weird thing because they they think that it holds some some sort of meaning and it doesn't. It's not a it's it's nothing. It's not like it's your social security number. You're going to ruin my credit by spreading it around. It's nothing. >> What's going to happen is we're going to get a search warrant. >> You're shoving me. Why would I want toing make it easy on you? Okay. >> Anyways, we're going to get a search warrant to remove the cover from the VIN and if it comes back stolen, we'll deal with it. If not, we'll come back to the last person who has ownership, give them the call to come pick it up. If that ain't you, you ain't getting the car back. All right. >> Sick. >> Cool. >> So, I'm just going to repeat what you said real quick to make sure I understand. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You are going to get a search warrant. >> Yeah. Which means you call or whoever you have to call and then they say yes, you can open the door, move the piece of paper. Correct. >> Correct. >> Or do you have to tow it first? >> Got to tell it first. >> If you think the people in my videos are annoying, wait until you hear what's happening online with your own personal data. That's incogn.com/frank >> per rcw sir. >> So um I think I'm going to visit you down at the department and I'm going to actually get a supervisor down here >> since you were shutting me for no reason. >> Yeah. Want to talk to you? Get your supervisor here. >> Call supervisor. AB. He wouldn't even know what to do when he got there. >> I need you to back away from the vehicle. No, I'm going to need you to call a supervisor. >> No, I ain't got to help you out right now. >> You are legally required to call your supervisor if requested. >> Not correct. >> Get your supervisor down here. >> I will when you back up. >> I have not committed any f I am back. >> I've gone through this scenario of people requesting a supervisor. In my particular case, you definitely want to deal with me. You don't want my boss to come to the scene because he's doing boss things while I'm doing deputy things. And if he has to stop doing boss things to come because you saw on some internet channel that you have to demand a supervisor when he gets there, he is not going to be kind. Like this cop is the chillest cop of all time. Like this guy is awesome. Doesn't get ruffled. Doesn't raise his voice. He's just he's like Xanax, man. He's just super cool. And this kid again, because he heard it, I'm sure on the internet was like, "I need your supervisor here. I guarantee that supervisor is not gonna be as cool as that officer. So, I think that kid's asking for something and he doesn't know what he's asking for. >> You shoved me back. I am back. >> So, here's what's going to happen. One, I'm not going to do your request until I get a second unit down here cuz I'm guarding the door from you getting in it. >> That's why I'm pushing you back away from it cuz keep trying to get near the door. >> Two, when a second unit comes here, I will call you a supervisor. But until I get a second unit down here, you're not getting a supervisor. >> Are you serious? >> I'm absolutely serious. >> There's your second unit. Call a damn supervisor. >> Oh, what? You You could stand still and call the supervisor, >> but you can't do it cuz you're standing in front of a door. >> Yeah. >> Oh, [ __ ] all of you guys. >> You guys got [ __ ] nothing better to do than harass people for no goddamn reason. >> Yeah. >> Look at this dumbass. He doesn't even know how to [ __ ] a car. Are you [ __ ] serious? Are youing serious? So >> anyways, it says it's not his car, but he's acting like it's his car. >> This stupid motherucker just ran into my car for no reason. >> Oh, it is your car. Okay. >> Hit my car. >> All right. Come here. >> Are you serious? >> Come here. So now it's your car, right? >> Oh, yeah. >> All right. Listen. So, it's a gross misdemeanor to cover up your event like that. Do you understand? >> I literally just got it back. >> Okay, let's go ahead and see somebody ID now. >> I don't have my wallet or anything. >> What's your name? >> For what? What crime have I >> It's a gross misdemeanor. Cover up your VIN. >> I'm not the one that covered it. >> You're It's your car, right? >> Car, right? >> This kid's argument of Well, it came like that. Well, he admitted, "Hey, this is my car." Well, if it's your car, you're required to have license plate on it. You're required to have good registration on it and good insurance and you're required apparently in the state of Washington to display your VIN number. Um, which I love. I I think that's a that is a a great law. Uh, I don't think we have one in the state of Arizona. Um, I'd have to look into the law books on it. It's not one if we have it, I've never written it. Um, but I love that Washington has it. I love that these officers are using that as a tool to be able to confirm the identity of this vehicle. You know, can be able to confirm the VIN number, make sure that the registration's good and all that stuff. So, the fact that it came like this is absolutely irrelevant. It doesn't matter. It's as soon as you're you buy it and it's in your name, you're the captain of your ship. >> What's your name? >> Cody. >> Cody, what? Cody, what's your birthday, Cody? 2005. >> What's the rest of your birth? >> Oh, you >> what? >> In my car. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? WHAT? >> CONTINUE. >> Continue what? I'm not committing a crime. >> Raising my voice is not committing a crime. >> Cody, you're being detained. >> You're not free to leave. Hey, >> good. Thanks for your service. Hey, no problem. I'm a little busy right now, but I appreciate it. I >> imagine you're a Trump supporter. >> No comment. >> All right. He wanted to talk to you, but I think you already got that part. >> Yeah. >> Is that my ticket? >> No, this is the law in which we are seizing your vehicle for. So, you're not getting this back. We are seizing it. We are going to uncover the event with a search warrant. We'll give you a call back if need be, but you're free to go from here. If it comes back stolen, you've been contacted for stolen vehicle in the past. We know where to come find you. Yes, you have. I looked up the report. >> Uh, no the I haven't. What? >> First black Honda Civic from Pierce County. >> Okay, that I can actually >> uh one second. I will call you right back. >> Check my center console. >> I get full consent >> going in there without a certain >> There is there is a business card from an officer. I got pulled over. The officer said it was coming up as stolen. By the way, did not hit my car when he did that. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> He said the car is coming up as stolen. This was right after I purchased it from an auction. They called I don't know who they called. I'm not a cop. Okay. They called, got it cleared up. That was this car. It was previously stolen. Got towed. The title got written over to the tow company and then I purchased it from an auction. So, no. I have not been contacted about a stolen car. >> I'm just going this route. All right. That's the route we're going to go with. You could have cooperated about 20 minutes ago when you walked up. >> Suck my >> All right. >> Stupid. Hey, who's towing? >> Town and country. >> Oh, that's >> As the tow truck arrives, the suspect's stepfather arrives on scene and he quickly becomes a suspect himself. >> Okay, we're towing the car. I need you to back off cuz the vent's covered back. >> I'm on. >> Okay, that's great. The tow truck is coming right here. I need you to move back up. >> You don't need to touch me. >> Get away. >> I'm asking a mother question. >> The tow truck is block You're blocking the tow truck. Go. Touch me, dude. >> Go. Go. >> He's touched me multiple times. Don't touch me. >> Get out. Okay, turn off the truck. My bad. >> Are you serious? >> Are you trying to figure out what the purpose is for you? >> Nothing to do with you under arrest this time. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Sorry, Dad. >> You're good, dude. >> Is he being arrested or detained? >> Yes, he's being arrested. You got anything illegal on you? >> Do I have what? >> Anything illegal on you? >> Um, >> any drugs, contraband, weapons? >> I have a torch in my pocket. torch. So, real quick, being audio video recorded, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You understand all that? >> One of the best things about having a body warn camera is that you don't have to write down and document, hey, at this time on this date, I read this subject, his Miranda rights, and he responded because it's all on video. Um, I like obviously this officer, it's not his first day. He reads them from memory, same way I do. Um, I don't use a Miranda card. I just I I grew out of that uh really early on in my career. [snorts] But the officer places this guy under arrest. So there's custody and he is going to ask him questions about the crime to which he was placed in in custody for which is interrogation. So the officer knows he has to read a Miranda before he asks him those questions. Absolutely perfect. This guy is this is just a great officer on so many different levels. But his knowledge and aptitude um as it pertains to this very simple task is very obviously demonstrated. >> What's your name? >> Justin. >> Justin. >> Yes. >> What's your relationship here? >> It's my step kid. >> Step kid. >> Yes. >> Okay. All this could have been simply avoided just by uncovering a VIN and explaining why the VIN's covered. Now we got to seize it cuz we have to think it's stolen. The VIN's covered. It's got no plates. What I tried to explain why it to >> still in it. >> There's no plates on it. >> In the trunk. There's not a plate in the trunk. No. Okay. It's a Honda Civic. Look at me, Justin. >> I know. I really >> It's a Honda Civic, right? Most commonly stolen vehicle. Yes. Yes. See, shake up and down. All this could have been avoided with just a little bit of cooperation. Now, when I tell you to get out of the way, the tow truck's coming cuz I got to seize this vehicle. You need to get out of the way. Not sit here and keep arguing with me, blocking the tow truck, and block me from doing my job. That's why you're under arrest. >> Answer my question. >> Why is the car getting towed? >> Yeah, >> cuz the bin is covered. >> Okay. Hey, well that would mean Was that really that hard to say? >> Is that my job to explain to you? Why are you here? >> Have fun explaining this to my sister. The fact that I'm not making my flight now. >> Come on over here. >> Christ. >> I thought you look familiar. You've been staying out of trouble for a while. >> Is he going to make it? Sitting there talking to the guy. Hey, this is your car. Yeah, just cover the vid. >> Yeah. >> Hey, stay away from the tow truck driver. >> Go grab a box of cereal right now and read the ingredients. We're going to check out this next one where uh we're close to a bingo. This one happens at a gas station. We're going to see what happens. What happened was last week, three young kids go in there and grab the uh tea, the uh vodka and salsa tea. >> Okay. All right. And they steal it and they walk and they run. Well, they did it last week again. And I went out to the park. I said, "Don't come back again." That was the first time I've ever seen them. So, there was sheriffs parked out here while this was going on. >> I went over there and I told the sheriff's department, I said, "They just stole some beer." >> Last night or >> that was last night? Last night. Gotcha. So the sheriffs went after them and caught them, took them to their parents' house and brought the beer back that they stole. >> Okay. Okay. That was last week. Well, tonight, one of them came in by himself, walked back here and did the same thing, same routine, grabbed a a pass, a 12-pack or whatever, and started walking over here to the candy acting like he was on the phone. I recognized him and I stood right by the door. I told him, "Bro, put the case down. put the beard down. You know, you're not old enough to drink. And I said, "As a matter of fact, you tried stealing beer last week." And he says, "I'm not leaving here without I" I said, "Bro, I can even smell the alcohol in drunk." >> Yes. >> So, he's over here. He tries to walk by me. I grab the case and threw it on the floor. He falls to the floor. >> His sister evidently was with him. I did not know. She comes, grabs the case, and starts running. He gets up. be in the nose. >> In some states, assaulting an employee in the commission of a theft can result in a strong armed robbery charge depending on the circumstances. There's a customer out here watching everything. He's filming everything. Punches me in the nose. I fall back. I'm 68 years old. I'm trying to kind of stuff. And I didn't expect him to hit me either. >> So, he starts running. That was tonight. >> I love that this is a small business owner. I'm a small business guy. I grew up in a small business family. This store owner is trying to protect his business and he's obviously he's tired of stuff getting stolen. I like that he physically takes the beer away from this kid. Uh I love it. I think it's I think it's great. Um he's well within his right to protect to stop the commission of that crime. He's on his premises within the boundaries of his store. Um I don't see any problem with that. Uh, you know, I know there are some bigger companies that will prohibit their employees from touching suspects, but when you start talking about a small business and this guy's livelihood, uh, I like that he doesn't have that philosophy and that he's taking it into his own hands. >> Then about when I called you guys just now about 10 minutes ago, he comes up with a bat, starts slinging it, threatening, and he goes outside and breaks one of our pumps. By that time I had her locked the door, right? >> Okay. >> Okay. The sheriff's department know they know who they are. >> The reason that criminals that we catch criminals is because they're dumb. So, not only does this guy commit a crime from this store previously, but then he goes back where he's recognized from the last time he committed a crime and then commits several crimes along with stealing and assault and then comes back and commits criminal damage. Um, maybe he doesn't realize that we know who you are. Like once you're contacted by the cops, we know who you are. We got a pretty good idea who you are. to come back and to vandalize and, you know, commit assault and theft from the same store where you identified the last time. Like, the cops are going to go to your house and they're going to arrest you. I don't understand how he couldn't see that coming, but he's not very smart. >> Officers get the address of the suspect and surprise him at his house. However, the suspect's dad is also there, resulting in a surprising twist. >> Yeah. Please go inside, baby. >> Baby. Baby. Baby, I didn't do [ __ ] >> HEY, STOP. HEY, >> WAIT THERE. Ask for parent and that gives us an up and down bingo. >> All I got is my >> Dad, please. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Dad. Dad. Promise me you won't get mad at her for giving me YOUR NUMBER. GIVE HER YOUR NUMBER. GIVE HER EVERYTHING. EZEKIEL, DO YOU WANT TO GET IN MORE trouble than you're in? >> I didn't do nothing. >> Okay, so act like you did nothing. >> Then why are you guys treating me like I'm a criminal? >> Why were you running away like you're a criminal? >> BECAUSE YOU GUYS TREAT ME LIKE ONE EVERY TIME. BABY, I LOVE [screaming] YOU. >> I going to talk to you in a second. >> I TR NO, I TRUST HIM. LOOK AT ME. WHY WON'T YOU LOOK AT ME, >> BROTHER? PLEASE. PLEASE. >> I'm going to come talk to you. >> Wait. No. Please. Please, >> I'm going to talk to you. I'm going to go on the window. I'm going talk to you. >> No, don't don't. Please, man. Please, >> bro. Okay, so I'm actually couch police department. Okay, >> I'm going to read you something and we're going to have a chat. Okay, >> so you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can use against you in court. Do you understand your rights? >> What rights? >> The ones I just read you. >> What rights? >> The ones I just read you. >> What rights? >> You better know, you don't understand. >> That wasn't rights. >> Those are your rights. >> That's not right. >> Those are your rights. >> Those aren't the constitutional rights. >> Those are your Miranda rights. Those aren't Miranda or constitutional rights. So try again. >> All right. >> Would you cool if I let him talk to his dad real quick? Says he'll calm down. Yeah. Okay. >> Hey, stop. >> I NEED TO >> YOU NEED TO STOP. I'M not going to let you talk to your dad if he keep acting like this. >> WHERE AM I? >> WHERE AM I? >> STOP. >> WHERE AM I? >> You need to chill. He might be pretending to have a stroke. >> What did he do? >> I don't know. He's not open. you're shaking and pretending to have a stroke unroll the window. Yeah, >> we use a term in the law enforcement world of jailitis or incarceritis. Um, and that's just where people go in handcuffs and then they pretend to have some sort of medical issue where they think that they're going to go to the hospital instead of going to jail. Um, just like this guy, you know, fakes having a seizure. He didn't have a seizure. He's just drunk and stupid and his impaired brain is telling him, "Hey, this is a great idea." When really it's not >> He was just pretending to have a stroke. >> Everything's fine. >> My fault. >> We're just just drinking. That's all. You're just drinking. You got to stop the drinking. >> I DON'T GIVE a >> Okay. I'll see you in the morning. >> I'll see you in the morning. All right. All right. All right. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Look, yes, you're on probation, but that will go take care of that. Okay. >> I'll warn you. So, old Skippy, the suspect here, is on probation from some previous crime that they don't disclose, but some previous crime that he committed, and he's on probation. Terms of his probation probably have something to do with not having any sort of alcohol, not having any sort of contact with the police, not committing any additional crimes, all of which he's done on this particular night. So, not only is he going to be booked into jail, but he's going to be booked into jail and he's going to stay there because it's obvious that he can't make good decisions. Uh, which is why he's on probation in the first place. So, you can see how this just compounds. But he's not getting out the next day. I'll tell you that. >> I [clears throat] know. I know. I know. It's fine. >> I do. I understand everything. >> No, I got Lord. >> These guys are friends. How many times have I told you we are the side of cops? We don't go against cops. These guys are our friends. We're Republican, not Democrat. I know. >> So, stop this [ __ ] You're fine. I called the lawyer. I called the lawyer. It's all set. >> Okay, Colins. I got it. >> Okay, I got it. I got it. They're going to put you in detox. They're going to put you in detox, bro. That's where you're going. You're going to go to detox and I'll request them to put you in medical, dude. Okay, >> cuz you need that. >> He's going to request that, man. >> I can do that. Please, medical. >> I can ask I can even ask for psych real quick, please. >> Please. Please. He's got schizo. He drinks. >> You don't have to do that. We'll put you in the tit. >> Stop. Okay, let's roll out the window. He's fine. He's fine. I love you. >> Let me throw this out there. This is one of my favorite dads for some of the stuff that he's saying, and I appreciate that he says that the cops are friends, that they're on the side of cops. I really like that. Um, but he is talking to his adult son like a kid, like a baby. and also is probably part of this problem as much as he um you know is involved in this. And I I understand that being the the parent of a child that has a substance abuse problem in this case alcohol and who knows what else. Um I I know how difficult that is because we've obviously I've dealt with it my whole career just being on patrol and dealing with people who are impaired. Um, so this this dad doesn't have an easy job, but I bet he also doesn't put his a hard foot down on his son's substance abuse problem. So, he might be a little bit a victim, and he might be a little bit the problem. I'LL KILL YOU. >> I DON'T I DON'T HAVE a press in my car. >> Officers get ready to shackle the suspect's feet since he won't calm down. >> You guys ready? >> Yep. So, you're going to be getting take care of that. I'll get his right arm. It's going to be his left arm and you just kind of jump in wherever you need to find. Ready? All right. Can I stick you back out so you can put your hands on facing vehicle first? >> Thank you. >> Dad, come talk to me, please. >> Not right now, man. >> Yeah, that's fine. You can stay underneath. Fine. >> Can you at least give me a chance when it's done? Can you at least hug me when I'm tied up? Please. >> See, this is going to be really uncomfortable. >> Let her go down. Let a female go. You all three men can do it. Let her go. Tell her to let go. >> She's switching his head. >> Zeke, it's me. She let go. >> Back up. >> That's enough. Zeke. What are you doing? Have him move forward or I don't get up. >> Zeke, she's gone. >> You grab my foot, I cross. >> Try again, bud. Come on. Aerodynamics. What are you doing? >> We said we were trying. What did I ask? >> You work with me, I work with you. But if you're not, >> if you're not going to work with me, >> look at me. >> I'm looking at you guys. >> Stop pulling it up like I'm someing criminal. >> How interesting when our suspect here is like, "You treat me like a criminal." Like, you're on probation and you're in a pair of handcuffs after committing multiple crimes. You are a criminal. Like, you are the definition of a criminal. You have committed a crime and you have been put on probation because of the crime that you've already been convicted. Van, besides all the crimes that you're accused of tonight, you're a criminal and you are being appropriately treated as such. >> You're the one that's sitting down. >> You're making it uncomfortable for you. >> Step back down the way you were. I trust you more the way you were. >> Well, you if I go back on my knees, >> I you go back down on your knees, I will calm down. >> I'm looking at you. You don't have to tell him to let go and I will let you hold my attention. We're not playing that game. >> All right. Fine. Cool. Cool. Cool. Hey, but you're on your knees. You got >> I'm up. >> And fail. >> It's the Matrix. YOU'RE RIGHT. >> NO, do not listen to him. >> Yep. >> Have a seat. Come on. Have a seat. You sit down. Come on. Let's go. There you go, bud. Got it. HEY 3 2 1 0 5 6 2 1 I got a swing. I got this [ __ ] on my big ass dingling. >> Come on. Loosen these up. Come on, [ __ ] What are you doing? >> Hey, complains about handcuffs gives us a sideways and a diagonal. So, we've got bingos all over the place. Just get the out of my face, white boy. >> Going to put him in a hole. >> Get the out of your hole. >> 100%. >> Cool. I'll head butt the out of you. That's cool. >> Ezekiel was charged with robbery, criminal damage over $1,000, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery on a peace officer, and contributing delinquency of a minor. He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. >> All right. Again, another Midwest safety video. This one comes from the Florida of the Midwest. We like to call it Wisconsin. Oh, this is going to be a vehicle pursuit. I don't know what we're looking at, but it's looking like it's going to be good. >> On June 28th, [music] 2025, an officer with the Pleasant Prairie Police Department in Wisconsin was on patrol when he observed a black sedan with tinted windows run a stop sign and later made a left-hand turn without using his signal. The erratic driving prompted the officer to attempt a stop, but he had no idea what was fueling the driver's unpredictable [music] behavior. 76 black sedan high rated speed is remove coming up to 8274 Fore [music] coming up over the hill right here. Medium traffic. making speed approaching 7 seconds. See if I get enough to go south. South relay. South. >> Speeds are going to be 55. I'm going to have County coming in with me here. Uh, North 85 Tempo approaching Bane Station. Speeds are 90 lane two. Speeds 105. Light traffic still coming up toward you. All right, passing the PD lane two. Still going south. Going down 70 mph. All right, speeds are 87 and increasing passing miter distribution. Outside lane. Lane. Sorry. Lane. Outside lane. >> 29. Speeds 105. Approaching 95th. Lane two. tires >> as we're using spike strips or they as they call them this brand happened to be stop sticks. Um the idea the best way to to to deploy them is to position the spike strips on one side of the road. Then you run a very thin line across the other side and you pull those spike strips in front of a vehicle that's traveling. Um, a lot of times you see people try to throw them out in front of the vehicle. That's a terrible idea. It puts you in danger. It very seldomly works. The the strips don't land, you know, as a as a line. They kind of land all messed up. It's there's a better way to do it and it is to exactly the way that the the very last officer puts those spike strips out. That's how you do it. 29 southbound speeds are 70 and increasing approaching 104. No traffic. Road conditions good. 29 speeds 99 and increasing approaching the red light 104. We are slowing down here guys so we can get out going through four. We got both right tires flat. I'm going to try to slow down that channel on the front. We're going to lock 29 P. We're still south. Both right tires are flat. 29 tires are flat. Adam King 2774 Honda start here no believe Heat. Heat. Yow! I know. We're in Illinois. I'm going to buy some again up here. I'm going to come and see if we can get a test. >> So, jurisdiction in the state of Arizona is great because it's everywhere. If you're a certified law enforcement officer, you have jurisdiction everywhere. So, if we move from county line to county line or into a city or outside, no one cares. It's you're in the state. Um, and I don't know what I would do if I chase someone to like if I chased them east into New Mexico. Um, first of all, it' be like a three-hour drive. So, that'd be a heck of a pursuit. So, we we don't deal with crossing state lines because we're we're kind of in the middle of the state, so uh no one's going to get there. Um, at least the way with our tactics. Um, but yeah, I don't know. I guess I I like that these Wisconsin guys were like, "Yep, we're in Illinois and we're still going to we're still going to take this guy into custody and and we're going to take care of him." So, I really like that. Water 29 intentional contact. Two squads have been hit. We need to end this. HEADS. HE HANDS HEADS. ONE VOICE. ONE VOICE. [music and singing] It's up. Move back. Slow down. SLOW DOWN. [screaming] Slow down. We're fine. Slow down. Slow down. Turn the sirens off. Turn the sirens off. >> Turn the sirens off. >> I don't know how. >> Turn the sirens off. >> Everybody chill out. >> I definitely like that this officer takes charge um of this of the scene of this felony stop or high-risisk stop. Um, I like that he slows everyone down, makes sure that all the sirens are turned off. Um, all newer vehicles now, when you put your car in park, it'll shut the siren off, at least in my agency, to prevent exactly the scenario that you're looking at here. Um, but I like that he shuts the sirens off. I like that he says, "Hey, man, only one person gives commands." Um, that makes it just it's a lot easier for the suspect to understand um, and to comply with one person's orders. Um, and then they have a canine there that I absolutely love because they're by some woods. If that kid wanted to jump jump that guardrail and run into the woods, you could send that dog and uh it decreases the length of time of a foot pursuit. Um, so I like all the resources that they had there. Um, really really looked like a pretty a pretty good felony stop for for the situation that they were in. >> The police will bite you. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? >> GET OUT AND WALK TOWARDS THAT police dog. That's fine. DO NOT RUN. >> HANDS VISIBLE. >> You okay? >> I'm fine. >> He hit Armando. >> Yeah, several times. >> Keep those hands visible, drivers visible. >> Yeah. >> Walk out. Walk towards that dog. Otherwise, we're letting it go. >> Do not run. >> All right, you guys got it. Take command. >> Step back. Step back. Step back towards us. Step back towards us. Step back towards us. You got hands. >> Step back. Step back. Keep going. Anyone else in the car? >> Keep coming back. Keep coming back. >> Drop to your knees. >> If you move, you will get you in the car. It's just me. In the car. >> It's just me. >> Just >> weapons. >> No, in the car. Yes. >> What's in the car? uh concealed carry uh Glock. >> I'm not really familiar with the concealed carry laws in Wisconsin, in Arizona. Uh we just believe in the constitution here. So, if long as you're not a prohibited possessor, you're over the age 21, you can have a gun, stick it in your pants, totally fine. Absolutely legal. Um unless you're somewhere where it's prohibited by signage, but besides that, you know, walking down the street, no problem. Um I like that this guy says, "Hey, I have a concealed carry uh Glock." um if you have and I'm pretty sure that you need a permit uh in Wisconsin to carry. He may have been able to legally carry before this date. He's no longer going to be able to legally carry after this date. So, pretty sure that uh that is going to be a nvoid document as far as he's concerned moving forward. >> You're under arrest. >> 32 in the car, sir. >> It's all taken. It's not going to go out. >> I'm not Hold on. Can you see in there? All right, there we go. All right, we're good. >> Code for one in custody. They're clearing a vehicle now. >> We're speeding. >> Just so you know, you're getting charged in attempt homicide. Okay, >> for your actions right there 100%. >> Who is in 42? >> All right, >> you hit it right without the bumper. All right, >> don't plan on getting out. >> Probably the dumbest [ __ ] I've ever seen someone do. You pissed yourself too >> cuz you're so >> afraid. >> Step back. >> 98. We're going to need uh Lake County for a crash. Doc >> Are you okay, though? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> So, you had at least three counts of attempt homicide and I'm going to be very confident in that charge. You intentionally struck multiple squad cars for a speeding violation >> and a stop sign violation. >> There's more in there. Thank you. >> Hold. >> Holy. >> Welcome to Prairie. >> It's very I did not try to strike any cars. I was definitely just trying to get out. No way. But it's all right. It's fine. We do. We have cameras. I did not try to hit backless. >> What's going on, dude? >> How you doing, boss? >> You okay? >> Yeah, I they hit me a couple times, but it was it wasn't anything damaging to me or what? >> All right. Did you take anything tonight? >> Oh, yeah. >> What did you take? >> Uh, cracking and cooking. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> And how long ago did you do it? >> Uh, probably I mean just all day. >> All day. Yeah. >> When When did you do it last? >> I uh probably right before I left Target. Okay. >> So, pretty much as soon as he came and got me, probably 10, 15, 20 minutes. >> Okay. And you're sure you don't want to take him to the hospital? >> I'm okay. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Do you know how much you took? >> Today, crack uh about 70 G's and then co probably two. According to the police report, officers searched the suspect's vehicle and found a glass bong with white [music] residue, a bag containing a white rocky substance, a second bag containing a white powder, a second bong with white residue, and a Glock 19 with laser sight [music] and extended magazine loaded with a single 9mm round. The suspect, identified as Marco Infusino, was taken to a regional hospital in Zion, Illinois, where he was cleared for incarceration. >> [music] >> The contents of both bags recovered from the vehicle tested positive for cocaine. According to court [music] documents, Marco was charged with three misdemeanors, hit and run, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with six felonies, [music] fleeing and eluding, and five counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. A Kenosha court commissioner signed a $75,000 arrest warrant, then set bail at $50,000 after Marco's first [music] court appearance. Eight days later, his bail was lowered again to $15,000. Marco posted the $15,000 cash bond and is currently at an inpatient drug treatment facility until November [music] 2025. His final pre-trial hearing is scheduled for December 15th, 2025. Marco entered a plea of [music] not guilty and is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> 126 over 80. >> 126 over 80. Damn, bro. Your blood pressure is better than mine. >> Yeah, >> we didn't get any boxes in this one. So, our squares are exactly where they were from the first two. Uh, we're looking. So, there's there's a little bit of this interesting comments. There's either a coverall or a bingo blackout. That means that every single box is checked. We're going for it. We got two more videos. So, we we still got some open boxes. We're looking for a bingo blackout coverall. Whichever term you look for, that's what we're looking for. >> On August 31st, 2022, a teenage officer from the Kiwas Police Department in Wisconsin witnessed a teenager run a stop sign on a motorbike. >> We didn't plan this, but there's two backto-back videos, both involving pursuits, both in Wisconsin. I didn't start it, but the Florida of the Midwest has not failed us. According to a Facebook post made by the police department, this officer just completed his field training program within the same month. He is about to experience what is possibly his first felony crime in the field on his own. We're in a video compilation of Gen Zers doing things that are stupid. But on the contrary, you have a Gen Z cop. So you have a cop uh apparently, see in the state of Arizona, you can't be a sworn law enforcement officer under the age of 21. Apparently, Wisconsin's laws are different. You can be a 19-year-old and be a law enforcement officer, and that's what we have here. So, this is Gen Z versus Gen Z, and I like it. >> Go ahead. Something to stop Dway going on BRZ from Edgewood. Vehicles accelerating speed. I am not in pursuit. Trying to catch up. Vehicle is going to subdivisions. Suspect's driving on a sidewalk. White male, blue shirt, black pants. Dirt bike's containing back heading towards Edgewood grass. Again, I am not in pursuit. County killing lights in Sarah. Suspect vehicle is continuing on Bratz from Edgewood. I'll take a second in the area. 8 visual. Suspect got multiple patrons like down east still down Edgewood County back on Gavin Parkway going out towards Edwin now. I love that as this police officer is in pursuit, people are coming out of their houses to give directions as to where the suspect's going. It's like those of you that play video games, it's like you're playing a video game and you're on the easiest mode and all the NPCs come out and they're like, "Over there. He went that way." But it's everyone. It's like every house. Multiple people, both sides of the road. Um, this neighborhood probably hates this kid. He probably drives like a jerk all the time, just like he did on this night. And they're probably tired of it. and they are happy to see that law enforcement's finally addressing an issue that's probably been there for a while. >> That way, >> the officer is informed by several bystanders that the suspect turned down a road that only has one outlet. He decides [music] to block the road with his cruiser and simply waits for the ride to return to the only exit. Meanwhile, he's still continuing uh his Parkway from Edwood 104. This is confirming you're not in attorney 810. I'm currently posted by Bratz and Edgewood. I am not following the vehicle at this time. He is still going up and down Bratz. Right by G Parkway [screaming] now. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. STOP THE BIKE. GET OFF THE BIKE NOW. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. [screaming] >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> BRO. HEY, I got a bro. I got a bro. Gives us a bingo across. So, >> we're getting pretty close. >> Don't move. Stay where you are. back on point. >> Stay where you are. Put your arms out like an airplane now. >> What's that? >> Yeah. >> What's that? Not that I can see. He pretty much fled to me from me when I was trying to stop him. >> Don't move. What's your name, boss? >> CJ. >> CJ, you're under arrest. >> Yes, you are >> for felony eluding. >> I'm pretty injured. I crashed the bike not long ago. >> So, right now, kids being taken into custody and he's like, "Yeah, I'm injured. I'm I'm banged up from crashing my bike." Well, if you've already gotten speeding ticket for on your bike, you have already crashed your bike and got injured from it, maybe you shouldn't be riding your bike in a manner that has you being pulled over and by the cops and then fleeing and eluding and like maybe you're just compounding on your bad decisions because you're dumb. Maybe you should be less dumb. >> Anything on you? >> No, I do not. Did you crash it here? >> Search this other side here. >> Why you running? >> Actually, don't answer that. >> So, this cop and obviously he's new, so he's still learning things. He has a subject in custody. So, we have custody. And he asks him a question about a crime to which he was taken into custody for, which means Miranda needs to apply. So, he asks the question and then immediately says, "Wait, don't answer that." Um, and he's saying that because he doesn't want the kid to answer it and have that answer be non-admissible in court because the requirements for Miranda exist and they're present in this situation. So, then he goes and he reads the kid as Miranda writes so that anything that he says after that can be admissible in court. >> Can't for any more seconds, man. The suspect's record indicates he received one speeding ticket a month prior, where he was issued a fine of roughly $275 for going at least 20 m over the posted speed limit. Seemingly for that same incident, he also violated a GDL or graduated driver licensing restriction by having an unauthorized passenger in the vehicle, resulting in an additional fine for [music] a total of roughly $475. >> Why you running from the police? >> I can't. Okay, now you're going to get a felony charge. Ready? >> Flip flops, too. >> Yeah. That's a winner. I'm going get right on this Miranda lever and just move my car out of the way so these people can get through. What would happen if I would have stopped? >> See, he doesn't want to. But since he make that statement without Miranda, you can't use that unless he makes it again with Miranda, right? I mean, [clears throat] >> all right, my man. Um, so I got to read your Miranda rights and I need to identify you. Okay. Um, so you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, I'm going to initial each paragraph as I read it to you. Anything you can or sorry, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> Okay. You have the right to consult with a lawyer before questioning and to have a lawyer present with you during questioning. Do you understand this right? >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you at public expense before during any questioning if you so wish. Do you understand this right? >> Yep. If you do decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop questioning and remain silent at any time you wish and the right to ask to ask for and have a lawyer um at any time at you wish, including during questioning. Do you understand that? >> Mhm. >> All right. Realizing [clears throat] that you have each of these rights, are you now willing to make any or not willing to answer any questions or make a statement? This is your time to give your side of the story. Do you want to make any statements? >> No. No. >> All right, my man. I'm going to identify you now. >> You live around it. >> Hey, Connie. I have it when you're ready. >> Yeah, somebody can come pick up your dirt bike. >> Yeah, but not at the moment. >> All right, I will call your mom and let her know you've been placed under arrest. So, just uh just so we're clear, you're under arrest for felony aluding from an officer. Okay. >> No reason for that, >> honey. Yeah. >> You want me to get a telephone for the bike? >> Um, let me call mom. See if we can't arrange for it to get picked up. Otherwise, Yeah. >> The village doesn't like when we tow cars. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. So, >> so this officer says that the the village that he works for doesn't like when they tow vehicles. I work for a county that's exactly the opposite. Um, I definitely I think I should probably tow more vehicles. Uh, it might be a swing in the pendulum. We might we might start towing some more vehicles for things like reckless driving and driving on suspended and stuff where we've talked about it because people seem to uh not obey the law when you give them a a way to continuously break the law that being a vehicle. Um, this bike since it was used in the commission of a felony and has no registration, no insurance, like 100% 10 out of 10 times I'm going to tow this bike. Uh, and I I really wish this officer would have also just so that it takes the ability of the suspect to drive it away since it would be an impound. >> I wonder if there's any vehicle identity information on it. Perfect. Thank you. >> All right. He's got a shop light for his driveway. >> Jeez Louise. Do you have insurance on this dirt bike? >> I do not. >> Is it registered? >> No. >> Okay. >> His lights are completely off the whole time. >> Um, if I can't get someone to pick it up tonight, then yeah, I'm going to end up. >> While apparent residents of the neighborhood gather over the commotion, the suspect's father arrives on scene. >> Holy, it hurts. All right. You're dead. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Why don't talk to me over by the dirt bike just over in front of a bunch of other people here? Where you going? >> Excuse me, sir. Excuse me. >> No. >> This is good right here. Okay. So, I tried stopping your son. So, I was watching a stop sign intersection. I heard your son's motorbike, the dirt bike here. I could hear the so I was paying extra special attention. He blew right through the stop sign and then he pretty much fled and then he was driving on the sidewalk to avoid me. Came back down here. I tried following where he went and a bunch of people started coming out of their houses pointing where he was. So then I caught up to him again right on this little side street, Gavin Parkway right there. And then he came out and I held him at gunpoint and ordered him on the ground and he obeyed my commands and then now he's taken into custody for felony eluding and a bunch of >> traffic. [clears throat] Yes. Well, that's felony eluding. So yeah, he's going to be >> at gun. >> Oh, at gunpoint. Yeah. >> All right. Well, he's a kid, you know. >> Well, it doesn't matter. >> Yeah. >> No, it doesn't. It doesn't matter. It does not. >> I know. Y'all got them right. I know. >> So, >> I know you got >> There it is. Mentions lawyer. We got it. Now, that one is a good one. We only got one square left, man. We're getting getting close to a blackout. >> How do I tell someone who How do I tell who someone is? By their helmet, >> right? So you can you see any grown men doing that? >> You tell me. >> You tell me. You tell me. You're the You see any grown man doing that? >> Do that. Any grown man doing that? >> Kids grown men do it. >> I know kids do it. >> Kids do it. You're right. Grown men don't do that. >> So shut your mouth or you're going to get a DC ticket >> for what? >> You're getting loud. >> I'm not allowed. >> So you're going to leave now? >> My voice carries. >> You're going to leave now. >> Where do I pick him up at? >> He'll be down at the county jail in Washington County. So >> okay. How much is his bond? >> You're going to have to find that out. It's a felony. He's not going to get bonded out. >> Well, he's a juvenile. >> It doesn't matter. I don't care. >> So, >> he's a juvenile. You want to pull your guns out. Boy, I'm glad you didn't shoot him. >> Gun happy. Ain't you little trigger happy? >> No, it's a training. So, >> it's not training. >> Yeah, it's felony. You ain't train. >> Why don't you walk away before you get yourself into the training? >> Get yourself away or you're going get talk yourself into a ticket. >> I can't talk myself. Walk away. Walk away. Good boy. One of my favorite parts in this video is one this officer telling the dad, "Hey, good boy." as he walks away. Also, dad's NASCAR like arrest stats popping up on the screen. Like when dad walks up looking like Kurt Cobain, you might say to yourself, "Self, this guy's probably had a a dealing with the cops before." And then all that comes up and you're like, "Yep, that's why you have a son like that because he's following in his father's footsteps who shows up smoking a cigarette with hair that hasn't been washed in 5 days." Um, yeah. So, I Alex, so Alex, I appreciate everything that you do for Midwest Safety. Uh, recently met Alex, had a great dinner. Um, you know, obviously we we love we're super pro Midwest safety here. Um, so finally got to meet the owner. Uh, great great dude. Obviously over the top pro law enforcement. Um, and so now we we met on the internet, but we have a great friendship and uh, so Sam and I Sam and I have a new friend and uh, and he's from the Midwest. >> All right, my man. You're going to get transported by the sheriff deputies here and then you're going to be placed in a holding cell and then I'll meet you down there. >> All right. The suspect was issued citations for five counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, one count of reckless driving and endangering safety, one count of unreasonable and imprudent speed, one count of driving a non-registered vehicle, one count of driving a vehicle with no insurance, and one felony count of knowingly fleeing or eluding an officer. According to a report released by the village of Kiwasam, this was the only felony charge issued in the town for the month of August. The state requested a $500 cash bond while the defendant's attorney requested a $200 signature bond. However, the judge ordered a $7,500 signature bond for his release, which he signed the following day. In court, prosecutors seemed to only pursue his felony charge. 6 weeks later, the defendant entered a plea of not guilty for that charge. After another 3 months, a plea deal was made. The felony charge was amended to a misdemeanor charge for failing to stop and the defendant submitted a no contest plea. For this, he was sentenced to 9 months in jail, but that was imposed and stayed for one year of probation instead. During his probation, he must complete 80 hours of community service. He is prohibited from operating motorcycles, and he must participate in programs directed by the probation agent along with maintaining a clean record. If the suspect follows through probation requirements, the charges will be expuned from court records. However, a year after his sentencing, it appears the defendant didn't meet all the requirements for expungement and the charge will remain on his record. Records show this was likely due to him failing to appear for his past speeding and GDL violations and neglecting to pay those fines. >> All right, we got one more video. I feel like the boys over at Midwest Safety are going to hook us up. We got Jenz in a gas station. So, all I need is asks for a phone. So, I'm hoping it happens. I feel like Gen Z love their phone, so I need it for a coverall. Let's check it out. >> Hello. Can you step out here and talk to me? >> Yeah. There any weapons in the car? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. Who is he? >> He's my boyfriend. >> That's your boyfriend? Okay. >> I My keys broke off. Okay. >> Um, so my key is in my ignition. I literally pulled up and I can't get it wrong. >> Okay. What were you coming from tonight? >> My work. >> What do you do for work? >> What do you do for work? >> Server. >> Okay. >> So, in a previous life, I was a waiter and a bartender. I I waited tables and bartended all through college and then afterwards before I became a a deputy sheriff. So, I'm familiar with the service industry. There's a lot of restaurants and bars that after the end of your shift, you can have a beer. Um, you know, sometimes you have friends at other bars and you can go and have like an industry night where they decrease the price for people that are in the industry. Um, so her being in in the service industry and having a couple beers after work is not abnormal, but she looks like she might have had more than two. >> And uh, where you guys trying to go to now? I'm >> home. Where's home? like 10 minutes away. Okay. But my keys broke off and I literally can't get it to do [ __ ] else besides this >> and just sit here. >> Yeah. Don't No, like my wind >> That's okay. Just Hold on. We're just talking right now. So, just leave it right now. >> So, I just wanted you to see like I'm not doing anything. >> Yeah. Go ahead and close that door. >> Okay. No, my windshield wipers are just going My key broke off. I like I'm trying to like look for my spare key. I don't know how to get it out. So, what's going on tonight between you and him? >> Um, he's fighting with me for honestly no reason. I'm just trying to take him home, too. I I did have two beers at work. Like, I promise you, I am sober. >> There's a a long-standing running joke amongst law enforcement professionals that when you pull someone over who's drunk that their answer is always, "I've had two beers." And we we account that for they remember their first beer and then they remember their last beer. So those are the two beers that they remember. It's all the beers in between that they forget. So that's that's why we think it's it's two beers. Um but we hear it all the time. Um I actually chuckled when she said I had two beers. Because it's it's such a stereotypical response for someone who's impaired. >> Was there something physical going on between you two? >> No. No. Not a physical. No, no physical or anything. >> Nothing physical. >> No, >> I've been out all day. >> Okay. So, >> I I did have two beers though. That was [ __ ] 2 hours ago or three. >> I mean, I can tell you clearly been drinking and everything. >> Has Has she been drinking? >> No, she hasn't been. >> And then you guys were arguing. What were you arguing about? >> Arguing over my keys. >> No, because they broke. Did they break here in this? >> Yes. So, how'd it break? I I really wish I knew. Like, that's why I'm fighting with him because like I don't understand why the key he's broke off. Like I told him like get the out of my car. Like, >> well, what were you guys arguing about? >> Uh relationship things. I'm not trying to, you know, put our business all out there, but yeah. >> Now, when you say fighting, are you talking like physically fighting or verbally fighting? >> Verbally. >> Okay. I know it's like listen I'll pull the right here and then my keys go 332 clear. >> I said he's checking the uh >> the van. Yep. >> Yeah. >> So why did someone call in and say that you two were physically fighting? >> Honestly, I mean that could be the gas station. We had not been in there. They could have just saw something. I'm not sure. >> How long have you guys been together? >> 8 months. Do you guys live together? >> No. >> A physical thing would be like me like literally looking for my keys. Like he's I think needing you. >> The guy's knocking on the window. >> What do you need, man? >> I'm sorry. >> The very first thing I noticed about this passenger is how big his pupils are. So you could see that his face is illuminated by a light whether it's a a you know a headlight from one of the police vehicles or a flashlight from the officer that's standing there and his pupils are huge which is abnormal for pupils. Um under direct light pupil should constrict um and then they dilate when it's darker so they can gather more light. So it is obviously um a a very very uh common sign or symptom of impairment when you start seeing dilated pupils like that. Um and I mean it could be anything. It could be meth. It could be marijuana. It could be a hallucinogen. Um it could be alcohol. Alcohol dilate your pupils at certain levels. So uh there's a lot of things that can do that. But he's obviously impaired since he could barely speak and his pupils look like two black dinner plates. So, I'm going tell you right now, if that guy was in the driver's seat, I'd be taking him for DUI. >> You I was talking girlfriend. >> Huh? >> I was talking to my girlfriend. >> Oh, okay. >> Yep. Just stay there in the car. How long have you had this car? >> Can Not very long. >> I mean, the garage like my tags are probably still on a Honda. >> Okay. >> But it's my car. I have the everything in the like in my um box, title, and everything. >> Okay. She's saying that they were arguing because her keys broke >> her keys. >> Yeah, her keys in the ignition broke off. So, but she said that they were never physically fighting. Um, admitted to drinking a couple beers at work. She promises me that she's not drunk, >> but I don't know if you want to try to run into some tests or what you want to do, but >> And you drove here? >> How long How long have you been here? >> Oh, like 5 minutes. Okay. >> Like 5 minutes. >> Okay. How much have you had a drink? Do you have anything mixed? >> I don't know. >> Where was she at? You rolled up. >> Back seat. Yeah. When I was sitting at this light, she was moving around quite a bit in the car, >> but I don't think it was them trying to like fight for anything. >> I did get heated when my keys got pulled out and like all died and whatever. That's probably where the like fighting call came from. >> Were any threats of violence made tonight? >> No. >> She's I >> drunk. That's >> I think I think what both of you guys just um probably all I need to do is uh start calling for rides for each of you. >> No, that's fine. I agree. Like I had two beers in a shot within 8:00 p.m. to now. >> Yeah. Well, you're sluring your speech. So >> I am because honestly because like the the heat once once I get to green light and somebody turns mad at me then that puts me into a certain place. I am sorry about that. >> Okay. I mean, like, if I need a ride up or ticket, what the I really don't care. >> I'm not trying to give you a ticket. I'm trying to tell you that you need to call somebody to come get you. >> Yeah. >> The plate also doesn't return to this vehicle. Return to a Honda. >> How long ago did you go to the car? >> Uh, like probably 40 days like on the point. I'm waiting till >> How many days? >> Probably 40 days to the point. Like I'm waiting till Monday. >> 40. >> I'm >> Is that what you're saying? I'm not sure like how many days I've had the car to the point. >> You're just slurring your speech so much I can't understand >> slurring. I'm telling you >> how many days >> around 40. >> Okay, that's better. >> Go get your phone and call somebody to come get you in your car. >> That's not going to happen. >> Huh? What's not? >> I don't know that anybody's going to come get me. >> Okay. Well, you're definitely not getting back in the driver's seat of that car. And he's not driving. >> Oh, for sure. Well, you're for sure not driving either. >> That I agree with that, honestly. Like, I'm not mad at you guys. I promise. >> Well, okay. So, >> all right. So, you need to have somebody come get you. Have somebody come get your car. I'm going to tell him he needs to have somebody else come get him. And you guys just need to stay separated cuz clearly when you guys have both been drinking, you guys face. It's not a good good place for you two, right? >> I don't partner. Can you uh call somebody to come get you? >> Huh? >> I'll be right. >> No, I'm telling you. Call somebody to come get you for sure. >> Huh? I appreciate you. >> Call them right now. >> Yeah, >> right now. >> I'm telling you like neither of you guys are leaving here without a ride. Dial up a buddy doubt. Mom do. Dad do brother, sister. >> Somebody. >> Nice. >> Nice. >> I My car my key is >> I'm not worried about it. You already told me that several times, right? >> Right. Well, you didn't seem to listen. >> I don't think now's the time to be >> I have no time to be smart. >> Buddy, you're not dialing anybody. And that's her right there. >> Well, I mean, what do you want at this point? I don't have [ __ ] anybody. >> I don't have [ __ ] anybody. >> Well, you're >> So, which one which one which one would you like? Would you like me to go ahead and deal for somebody that's not there? Which is >> I want you to have >> my mother or dad? I don't. I mean, I'll go ahead and have somebody to stay >> just for you. >> No, I don't like how anybody calls. So, >> figure out somebody cuz it's better going to jail, right? >> Like, can I walk? >> No. >> Cuz then you'll get arrested. >> I don't have a mom. I don't have a pod. >> Do you have We're offended. >> Do you have friends? I heard you say friends, dumbass. Who the [ __ ] >> You know I don'ting had anybody. I don't [ __ ] have family. I don't have [ __ ] friends. What do you want from me? >> I want you to call. No, I'll get I I'll go ahead and get home for you so I have friends that can go ahead and set me home asleep. Do you notice that as soon as that passenger starts getting mouthy with the police officer standing on the passenger side that the two other police officers on the driver's side open up the driver's side door and that is in preparation for physical contact. um they are ready that if there should be a fight in that car or uh an order to get out and a refusal to obey that order um both of those cops are going in that car to assist the passenger out the passenger side. Um so I just I liked how fast it happened um that as soon as they heard that there was kind of a back and forth and that the passenger was being non-compliant that they opened up that door in in preparation for a good time. So, I get sleepy. >> What are you talking about? >> What's about to happen is about something you don't want to see. >> What's that? >> I don't want to go to jail. >> Just go. >> Just go. >> What's about to happen? >> Oh, look at you, buggy. But you want to be big? I'm big for >> What are you talking about? >> No. >> I want you to have somebody come get you. >> All right. If >> you pop that door open, you're going to jail. >> Am I? >> So, >> for what? >> See, uh door see the thing when you uh when you try to process somebody for a process, you you got to have a reason. And I haven't really done anything. So, it's wild that you're trying to go ahead and have over the [ __ ] else >> for me when I've done nothing. >> My mom died. >> I'm sorry to hear that, but you need to get a hold of somebody. >> Who the [ __ ] else do I go? >> I'm sure you know other people. >> No, I don't. >> Why don't you go ahead and step back with your mom? >> I said, why don't you go ahead and step back? Do >> you think anyway? >> I need you to have somebody confuse you. Listen me. No, no, I'm not here. That is for what? For what? For what? >> Put your hands behind your back or you're going to go to jail. >> For what? >> Or you are going to jail now. >> I was trying to talk. >> Quit resisting. Quit resisting. >> Whoa. What? I was trying to talk to you. I didn't even do anything. >> I didn't do anything. Chelsea, >> I can't help you. >> For what? What have I done? >> Can I put my phone into my car to keep pulling people? >> What's your phone? >> I have 1%. >> Just uh >> but like I promise I'm not doing anything else, but like I'm not trying to go over here to this car. Come here. >> Just hang tight right there. >> Yep. >> Like there's nothing harmful. >> Sit up. >> Who you? For what? >> I didn't do anything. For what? Dude, what did I even do, dude? I have a broken ass leg, bro. Like, what the are y'all doing? >> For what, >> dude? >> For what? What did I just sit down? >> What did I do? Like, I'm just trying to go home. Yo, I have a broken ass leg, bro. >> I'm not even trying to be like, >> what do you mean? What did I do? >> Put your feet in. What the damn like you good? >> Yeah. >> Kelsey, does he use any drugs? >> Uh, no. >> No. >> No. He did just have like hell of surgeries. >> Okay. What do you have surgery on? >> His leg. Um, >> how much do you have to drink tonight? >> Uh, probably like five, six beers and a couple of shots. >> Okay. >> And I had two beers. Like I'm I'm really not trying to go to jail either. >> Just so you know, I got the your key out of the ignition for you. Thank you. >> Yep. Will the car go into parker or uh reverse or anything or neutral? I could probably start it. >> Good lord. It's at least in neutral. Uh we're going to push it back. Please don't hit my car. Hold on. Hold on. Killer. [laughter] >> Great parking job. >> So, we'll take her into our police department lobby. >> That's 28 minutes. >> All right. Sounds good. We'll get her up there. >> All right. Thank you. >> Mhm. While Kelsey was transported to [music] the police department to be picked up by a friend, her boyfriend was taken to jail and charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest. He is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> All right, we missed the coverall by one. No one in these five videos asked for their phone.
