I'm getting out of the street. >> not. Like after I [ __ ] do that, who the [ __ ] are you, bro? >> When an entitled YouTuber [music] pushes officers too far, they decide to bring him in. But they're unaware of the lengths he's willing to go to turn this situation into content. >> everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 25-year veteran of Sheriff's Office here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. Uh Code Blue Cam is the channel where we found today's video. We've used them before. We definitely like their stuff. And obviously, we're going to use them again. So, while we're doing some body cam breakdown, game of the day, body cam bingo. We've got card number five. We sell them in a five-pack. If you want it, check out our merch. You can order it there, and we'll send it to you. But, let's get to the video. >> It is around 3:00 a.m. on the morning of Saturday >> Nothing good happens at 3:00 a.m. >> 2025, and these Miami Beach police officers stationed on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida, have reached their patience limit with 22-year-old YouTuber Jack Doherty, who broke away from his group and attempted to engage officers to create content for his channel in the middle of the roadway, creating a safety hazard. Despite multiple warnings, Jack [music] continued recording the video, even ignoring his friends as they told him to stop. As a final warning, officers told him that they would arrest him if he didn't comply, to which Jack replied, "Once I'm done with this, bet." And now, as officers move to make good on that warning, they have no idea that Jack is far from done recording them on this day. >> What? No. I got him. I got him. I got him. I got him. I got >> Hey, yo. Yo, you don't want to go near him. Back up. >> I'm just saying I got him. >> Back up. Don't worry about it. >> Back up. >> [laughter] >> Back up. >> I'm going to save you some time in having to dive into the internet and figure out who this Jack Wagon is. Uh Sam and I did it. He is a 22-year-old punk who's got over 15 million subscribers on YouTube, and he apparently is a professional idiot. >> Yo. >> I want to go over here. I'm going to >> Yo, what's up, bro? >> All boys is going. Go to sidewalk now. You want to go with him? Go to sidewalk now. Okay. Look, all of a sudden, "No, I'm going. I'm going." I hate people like that. >> I'm getting out the street. >> No, you're Are you, bro? >> I was trying to walk on the street but these guys >> Doesn't matter, bro. All you had to do was get in the sidewalk. That's it. You want to >> I like it. >> No kidding. You should have got your man out the road. >> I was trying to. I was trying to. I was trying to. >> So, I just got back from Miami. Sam and I took a trip there. We spent two days in Miami, walked around, ate great food, checked out the sites. And this kid absolutely belongs there. So, Sam's got one fully functional arm and one partially functional arm. And Sam could have kicked anyone's butt that we saw in Miami. Like, there isn't a man with a a chest and any remnants of being an alpha human anywhere there that I saw if they weren't working for the police department. Um they it's just it it's the craziest place. This kid absolutely fits in. Not one bit of muscle tone, not one bit of of you know, motivation to be better except for trying to make stupid videos. I just it's like it's like Scottsdale meets Manhattan without a gym in sight. I I don't I don't understand. I don't get it but he certainly fits in. Now, as officers proceed to search him, they immediately find even more reasons to take him to jail but Jack only sees it as another content opportunity, something the officers have yet to realize. >> Hey, free Jack. >> Oh, good. >> Can't take that off and give it to someone? No, no, no, you can't take it off like that. You're going to trip. >> All right, guys. This is literally the wallet I now carry every day and it's made by my sponsor Ekster. Check this out. Boom. This little thing holds up to 14 cards. Now, I like the traditional leather, but Ekster also makes a card holder pro and that is made from recycled aluminum. And these little things come in a variety of colors. And there's all kinds of customizations. My favorite is the finder card. It's like an air tag, but it's the size of a credit card and it works seamlessly with Apple's Find My app. Ekster makes all sorts of other cool stuff, like this travel pack vacuum kit. You can get up to 15 items in this bag and it comes with a little rechargeable vacuum. And if somehow this isn't enough, they just launched the vacuum kit plus that's triple the size of this one and that'll get you through a 10-day trip. Ekster backs up their products with a 100-day money-back guarantee. Ekster's currently offering a Father's Day sale of up to 50% sitewide through June 24th. Use code FRANK20 at checkout for an extra 20% off. Cannabis and pills. And no gloves. I like it. So, that YouTuber hired a big bodyguard and still gets arrested. >> Twitch get my watch or something or not? >> What is the watch or something? >> Keep telling them to pull up here though my friends. >> You can take it off. You can take the watch off 05. >> But real quick can I take it off? >> We'll let you out at the station. >> Sam and I talk about how crazy the internet is all the time and especially people on YouTube. Obviously we're trying to scratch out a home in YouTube but it is crazy to us that people like this have as many subscribers as they have and he's just like he's just a he's just a useless human. You want to follow someone that's really cool, same age range. There's a guy named Mr. Manny. He's ridden with me, same exact age group but he's an actual productive human. So if you don't follow him, check out Mr. Manny. Dude's super cool and he's got videos of me up there. Bodyguard's probably worried about getting paid. >> Jack rolls his suspected cannabis cigarettes and half of an orange oval shaped pill marked with a three consistent with a schedule two amphetamine. Jack is immediately brought to the station and this is where his entitled behavior leads him to pull another move that he will soon regret. >> You'll ask them when you get a chance though. I don't know. Soon as the the judge call you in then you'll be fine. They respect you. I'll answer it. I'll answer it later on. Sorry. I cuz I don't know. I don't know. Probably no, probably tomorrow. Maybe. Oh, no. This is just a picture. All right, come on. Oh. >> How are you guys? >> How are you all? >> Pretty good, man. >> All right. >> So, now you know. >> Sorry, bro. >> I you guys said that you were >> You got to listen to my man. We got you. >> All right, where is he? >> You have the right to remain silent. Everything you will >> I can't know what to say to him. >> We're not questioning you. >> You're going to be mad. >> It's kind of how it works. >> All right, so these officers observed a crime with their eyes. They then placed him under arrest, searched him incident to arrest. Everything's perfect so far. Um while he's walking into the jail, he's asking about being read Miranda. He doesn't have to be read Miranda because they're not asking him any questions. They don't need to know anything. They they don't have to ask him any questions about any crime that they believe he's he's committed because they saw it all and found it all with their own eyes. So, it's really easy. It's Miranda doesn't apply here. And you can see they didn't ask him any questions because they didn't have to. >> Just stand away from the vehicle. >> That's right. >> Yes, stand like that. >> That's good. >> Are your guys' body cams on? >> 100%. >> [snorts] >> That's enough. >> [clears throat] >> It's tough. >> All right. >> See how it is? Uh All right. >> All right. This is what's going to happen. I'm going to remove the handcuffs from you. Listen. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> Then, take all your jewelry off. >> Okay. >> Socks, sneakers, put on top of the car. Yes? >> Top of the uh what? >> Car. >> This might seem like a simple order, but to Jack, it's about protecting his jewelry, and he won't even hesitate to instruct officers on how to preserve it. >> I'm not wearing that tonight. >> Unfortunately, now, bro, you >> What When do you think I will? >> I'm going to start >> Look at all that jewelry. >> Okay. Hopefully >> We'll be doing >> It's like a like a >> All right. >> Check. >> I'm sorry. I'm so OCD and [ __ ] >> I'll get you a lawyer. >> I always >> Don't scratch my [ __ ] up. >> Now, I'm I'm suing. >> All right. Everything, bro. >> You got a scratch on your face now, you know what I'm saying? >> Take the jewelry off, please. >> What do you do with this, you know? >> Take everything off? >> You guys You guys need like careful with it, you know? >> Yeah, of course, man. >> Can show us you guys >> Shut up. >> Everything get documented. You know? >> All right. Cool. I'm not saying anything about that. It's like, bro, you can't like bend it, you know? >> I am not [clears throat] a fashionista. Um I I wear stuff from Costco all the time. I I buy a ton of stuff at the outlet malls. Um I My most expensive clothes are all camouflage. Uh I certainly don't wear an Amiri shirt and Louis Vuitton shoes and crazy watches and jewelry like a chick. Um not that there's anything wrong with that for women, but I I just I I hope that one day this YouTube platform that you're watching this on right now, I hope this allows me to have the money to do things like this. I wouldn't because I'm more responsible with money, um but I I hope I have that. That's why I need you to be a subscriber. Please click the subscribe button. Um Help me help me get there. It will it's he's got 15.2 million subscribers. I have a statistically insignificant amount compared to him and he's useless. So please help me not be useless. >> I support his friends I was with. >> I don't know. >> Cuz I don't think he wants to hand that over to them. >> Can I call him? I'll do anything to give him this so it doesn't have to be here. Please >> Did you give him >> No, I don't want to give him >> Just my jewelry. I'll do anything. >> I'm his jewelry. >> Let him he got his phone, right? >> Yeah, it's right here. >> Make a phone let him make a phone call. >> Thank you. >> And you know they can take all your jewelry. >> [clears throat] >> What is the problem? >> Boss man, Jack. >> Yes, sir. >> When you giving an order now, you got to do that. Like you could have avoided all of this. >> I know. I wish I could have. But like already right when I was getting out of the car I turned around and boom my security guard was there. But like it was I I know I know. I'm not going to like make excuses, you know. Yeah. >> to come to the station and I'll >> Yo, you want to come to the station? You you got my location? >> Um >> Cuz give me the address. >> How come? >> Your ride is on the way. >> Dave Dave has the location but you can pick up my jewelry. >> Yeah, I never steal watching the hour. 1100 >> Yeah, pick up my jewelry, you know. >> So dumb. Who's watching this idiot? >> car. Matter of fact, yeah, put it all in the bag. He's going to go back out and go into your car or whatever from there. >> Yeah. >> And then the guy will walk him in or whatever. >> to hand it over to them. >> There he he's like hey, you can get this this and and get his get his all his >> The person he's giving it to all that stuff to him that goes in the OIA. >> I don't want nothing from the police department. >> Do your thing, all right? >> Hello. Sir, I'm trying to tell him to come here. >> All right. >> Yo, can you hear me? Hello. Hello. >> Hey, no video. Just phone calls. >> This is not working. >> Here, I'll put it right here. All right. Take your jewelry off then. Come on. >> Sorry, sir. I'm just trying to tell him to get here. >> Just take off While you're doing that, take off your jewelry. Come on. So you should get it though. We got his 13. Oh. >> Not yet. >> You got your hearing? >> Yeah, we're good. >> All right, where are you? >> We're watching it right now. >> Okay, bet. >> So, let me have his um his driver's license and everything ready. ID. >> You don't got your ID? >> When I was older. >> Could someone just have Dave or whoever has their ID? You do? All right, bet. >> How much was it again? >> 440. >> 100. >> 100. >> 200. I like this. >> So, you know, you got your cash cool. You guys got it. >> No, look, 300, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7. We saw that, all right? >> Yeah, 6 7. >> All of them are in here. >> We don't know. I started giving to him. >> Yeah, you are. >> Yeah, we got to like keep it nice and neat, yeah. >> Okay, so one here. >> What is it? >> All right. >> No, no. I just give it to them hand. >> We have to put them back. >> All right, all right, y'all. >> Okay, two of them. All right. All right, three right here. Four of them. >> Thank you. >> I got them all. >> We got a separate bag first so it don't scratch it up, you know? You don't got a separate bag? >> The watch. >> It's going to scratch it up. You can't scratch it up. >> Oh, no. >> Oh, thank you so much. >> Three. >> I hate everything about him. >> So, you'll see that these officers are very overtly, openly counting the money in front of their body worn cameras. There's two of them there. One to count it, one to check. That's very, very common. Um we don't steal money. I mean, my my pension is worth a lot more than, you know, a couple 20s and a couple 100s. I know the overwhelming, overwhelming majority of cops, more than 99.9% aren't going to steal a suspect's money. Like, we just don't do it. Um now, in my office, within the sheriff's office, I have to have a lock on my refrigerator because they will eat every Reese's Peanut Butter Cup I have and will drink every can of Monster that I have in there if I don't lock them up. That they'll do. But we're not going to take someone else's. We'll We'll take from ourselves. But we'll reallocate our own resources, but we're not going to be stealing from from suspects. So, I really like that these officers kind of went above and beyond in showing like, "Look, we don't we don't want your money. We're not going to do anything with it." >> Officer Wright, can you >> All right, would you get a breath? >> There's a problem, right? We met on an exception for you to make a phone call. Yes? >> Yes. >> And I told you not to record, but you are recording. >> I didn't know. >> So, you know what's going to happen now? All these are going with you to the UK. >> Yep. >> We're not giving this to anybody else. >> Good. >> Can we just delete the video? >> No. Take your shoes off. >> Throw what? >> Take your shoes off. Take your shoes off. >> Bro, you guys are recording >> Take your socks off. Take [clears throat] your shoes off. >> But my shoes are off. >> Take your socks off. >> All right. >> Hey, cool. Assistant 10-12-7, uh somebody picking these up is going to the UK. >> The what? >> Uh tonight. >> Dude, really, bro? You guys really got to wait that, dude? Like, that is intense. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to take that, bro. >> Put your hands right here. Take some steps back. More than this time. More than this time. >> More. >> More. >> All right. >> Sweatpants. >> Hey, that's going to the UK. Everything's going to the UK. It's all right. Everything Everything's going to the UK. >> Yeah, yeah, my phone's in there. >> Oh, yeah. Okay, cool. Even better. Yes. Hey, get in there. Probably fine. Okay, fine. >> So, there are benefits to being kind to the cops. We are under absolutely no obligation to give you your phone. Now, I give people phones all the time. When I get down to the station, I put them in a holding cell, I give them their phone, let them call, they can call whoever they want, a lawyer for legal advice, mom for her cookie recipe, whatever, whoever they want to call. If they are compliant, if they're not argumentative, if they haven't fought with me, um because it's a privilege. And I'm I'm allowing them that as a common courtesy, but I am under no requirement to provide that. And um I think he's learning that that privilege can be taken away at any time. And that there's uh there's I think he's mistaking their kindness for weakness. >> You want to play games? >> Yeah, what's up? Uh we actually been very nice, uh making an exception for him. I'll be fine. >> Yeah, I like it. >> Yes, you did. >> Mhm. >> You explained You explained it to me multiple times, man. >> Hey. >> Delete the video, yes? >> Uh no. >> No, we can't do that. >> No, no, no, it's cool because hey, everything is it's cool, carry on. >> No, we can't do that. Uh you can't do that. For him to go on his phone and delete it. >> No, no, I can't hear you. No, it's cool. >> You can't do that. No, you can't do that. >> I know where you're coming from, okay, man. I'm good. >> So, I like that the officer finds out, takes his phone, looks at it, sees that it's recording, calls the kid out on it, and the kid's like, "Oh, I'll delete it." The officer was like, "No, absolutely not." So, I like that. You know, that obviously they weren't doing anything wrong. There's nothing There's absolutely no reason to to let that kid go into the phone, delete it. Who knows if he will or not. It looks bad. There's nothing on there that's you know, that that is bad looking towards the officers. So, I just like the fact that they just switched gears and said, "Look, we were being nice and and allowing you some you know, some abilities that we wouldn't allow everyone else. Well, now you're going to be treated like everyone else." >> So, can I ask what I'm being arrested for? >> For resistance is one of them. >> How was I resisting? >> Possibly potential possession. >> What? >> Possibly possession. >> Of what? >> Possession of substance. I caught it. Understand that? Yes. >> Even after realizing the full impact of his actions, Jack's desperate attempt to apologize only becomes another display of his vanity. >> I don't chance my friend. I know I would have to shoot that film. I get it. >> [snorts] >> You're taking it with [clears throat] you to the TUK, right? >> What does that mean? >> It goes with you. >> What? >> It goes to TUK with you. >> But then when I like to leave, I just get it? >> Yeah, they'll give it to you back. Yeah, of course, man. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> I just got to let my release process out. >> No, no, no. They give it to you when you get released. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Do you know when I will get out? >> Huh? >> Do you know when I will get out? >> Hopefully tomorrow, man, but probably not in the morning anymore, you know? >> No, really? This sucks already. >> Good. It should suck. It's jail. >> Try helping him out. >> Ultimately, Jack Doherty was charged with felony possession of controlled substance without prescription, misdemeanor resisting without violence, possession of cannabis. He was later released on a $3,500 cash bond. But true to his nature, Jack continued milking the incident for content after his release, even uploading footage officers had accidentally recorded on his phone after not realizing the camera was still running. In a later interview with TMZ, Jack described the arrest as the worst day of his life, claiming he was stuck in a small cell for 5 hours before being moved to a larger holding room for another 10 hours. He even warned others to stay away from jail while still managing to put his entitlement on full display. >> Of course. >> seems like Jack is using the experience [music] to create even more police-related content for his channel, continuing to profit off the incident, at least until another group of officers decides to draw the line and take him in again. >> All right, card number five. All I got was, "Bro." That's it. And I don't know if there's any cards I would have got a bingo on this one. He wasn't He just The stuff he said was dumb, but it wasn't body cam bingo-worthy. So, better luck on the next video. I still love this one. What I want you to do is you want to level up from just being a subscriber, which is typically on this side, we're going to go join the channel on this side. Joining is like leveling up.
