this guy was smoking on a street corner minding his own business but then these cops showed up and started questioning him and with nothing else to go on Cops fixated on the fact that the guy had ashed his cigarette on the ground even though the guy literally pocketed the cigarette butt to avoid littering apparently a speck of Ash in the wind is a crime now and the cops have nothing better to do than bust people for that where are you driving up from brought you up here then doing this really you dropped your Ash on the ground that's actually a violation of Michigan law the ash yes sir oh pick it up can I get your ID please so I picked it up and put it away nope can I get your ID real quick so you're saying the ashes off a cigarette are a violation yes it's a fire hazard a fire hazard on concrete yes sir you really want to go down this route I'm just for the past seven years I have stopped multiple vehicles for that reason I'm Ash out the window or a cigarette butt as it is a violation but you don't know okay I have I do not know the law can I speak to the LT do you want his ID you want to be in control you're power hungry and you're a threat to this community is what it is
