I'll take the blow test if you want me to. >> I love it when people that are impaired by drugs want to take the blow test because they know that they don't have any alcohol in their body. Like that's great. You just smoked a giant crystal of methamphetamine and you are absolutely super high but you're like, "Sure, I'll take that blow test." Well, yeah, that's a test for alcohol and of course it's going to show that there's no alcohol there. That's not the substance that's impairing you. Same exact situation here. She's like, "I'll take that test." Of course, cuz she's smoking a THC vape pen where the percentage of THC is probably who knows, 50, 60, 70%? She is absolutely still high from smoking several hours before. And she's like, "Yeah, I'll take that test." Well, I love that this is a traffic cop. I love that he is he's recognizing things that are are very common with cannabis impairment and that he goes down the road of obtaining a warrant and getting a blood draw to be able to prosecute this case. This guy's definitely doing it right.
