Uh we went with throwing out the race card cuz we love that. Uh I put in call my parents. And we have uh mentions a lawyer. So, I want a lawyer, I have a lawyer, I'm going to get my lawyer on you, whatever it is. Um along with the other boxes that we love. So, we're going to give it a try. We're still looking for a a body cam bingo. We're looking for one, but we're going to play today. >> What are you doing? Hi. What are you doing? >> What are you covering up? I'm not covering anything up. >> You literally just threw everything down onto the floorboard. >> grabbing my bag for my license. You were literally throwing [ __ ] down. >> I'm parking here because I work here. >> She's trying to cover something up on the floorboard. Great heads-up on this officer that conducts this traffic stop. He's watching driver behavior during the course of the stop. Um she's lunging into the passenger side. He He notices it. He's watching it. Um he sees it as a possible threat, which is the same way I would interpret it. Um obviously she's there trying to cover something up. Um he he immediately addresses it. She denies it. Of course she's lying because her mouth is moving. Um but great heads-up move on this officer and it ends up, you know, really yielding something positive as far as the investigation. Hey Genie. Do you know why I'm Do you know why I'm pulling you over? Sienna. Do you know why I'm pulling you over? Why? You going to give me attitude right now? Like you're annoyed because you went right through the red light in front of us at Orange and Okay. What is working here driving through a red light on Orange and Washington? I'm late from break and I'm sorry. >> You're late from break? Yes. Okay. Fair enough. Ma'am, do me a favor, put your car in park. Yeah, it's in I can't because I pulled over because I saw you behind me. >> Put your car in park. There we go. So, what do you do for What I do for work? >> Uh-huh. Sales vacation. Sales vacation? Vacation sales. Okay. So, there's an open bottle of tequila in the car. How many How many Ma'am, I'm not arguing with you. I'm I'm I'll be booked. That's like Ma'am Ma'am, we're talking. How many drinks do you have today? None. Oh, okay. Why is there an open bottle of tequila in the car? There's not. Why did you blow by that red light? I didn't blow by red light. Okay. Sounds like you did. Do me a favor, put your phone up there. [Music] I'm not going to hang up. Ma'am, just take your phone out. Right now you you're detained for a traffic stop, okay? Good. Unbelievable. >> I'm already parked. >> Ma'am, do me a favor, step out of the car for me. There we go. I like that. Good move. Ma'am, please step out of the car. Ma'am. You can't take my phone. >> Ma'am, don't resist. You're going to you're going to go to jail. She's not resisting. She's not resisting. Stop. Stop. She's She's resisting. No, stop. You're on the phone. How do you know? I said let go. I said let You're You're pulling You're pulling your arm back. >> I can't hang up. You reek of liquor. Nice. What is going on? Sienna, make sure you stay on the phone, please. And 73, what is that? Ma'am, we're not talking here. Yes, you are. Sienna. What's on the back >> Where's my phone? It's up here. Sienna. She's over there. Sienna. You don't got anything to say here. I'm hanging up with you. No, do not hang up my phone. That's illegal. Ma'am, this is not illegal. >> a brother who's a police officer. Okay. Oh, there it is. All right, that's it. I'm doing her a favor. Go, we got rid of it. If she gives her location and obstructs this investigation, she goes to jail. So, I'm doing her a favor. >> interrupting us. She's literally looking for your location right now. My dad's on Medicare and it's confusing. Especially this time of year, seniors are bombarded with mailers and it's hard to tell which is the best plan or who just has the best marketing. That's why this year I'm recommending Chapter. What I love about Chapter is Chapter is completely independent. This means that their advisors are salaried and not paid to push certain plans. They advocate for you and not the insurance companies. Other agents steer you to the plan that makes them the most commission. Chapter services are totally free and on average they save seniors $1,100 a year. This is important to check because plans change every year. If you don't look, you might even lose your doctor. Call a Chapter advisor now at 805-604-5905. If you're already on the right plan, that's great and they'll tell you. If not, they'll help you switch. Medicare open enrollment only runs through December 7th, so call Chapter today so you can enjoy the rest of the year with peace of mind. Ma'am. Ma'am. You've been extremely uncooperative at this point. I'm I'm cooperating. What do you What do you guys need from me? You reek of alcohol. What do you guys need from me? I'm trying to talk to you. Stop talking over me. Answer my question. How many drinks did you have because you reek of alcohol? I have not had any drinks. Nothing? Nothing. Okay. So, if I do some exercises, are you willing to do some exercises? Is that legal? [Music] You don't have to do them. Okay, let's do it. Do you want to do them? If I take you out of these handcuffs, are you going to cooperate? Yes, sir. All right. I promise you. If you if you act up, you will be charged with additional charges. Do you understand that? Yes, I will. >> You're I'm out with you, right? Yeah. That's what I told you. Let's see what happens here. I work here. Where do you work? >> No one cares. This is Hilton. You might not see it on the building, but this is Hilton Vacation Sales. Okay. How many drinks did you have today? None. Okay. Turn off your front lights. If you would like to take them off, you have that opportunity to take them off. >> Sure. Why did you urinate yourself? I didn't urinate. Why What's that on the seat? I sat in juice earlier. You know you can't pull over somebody who's parked. When we conduct traffic stops, especially traffic stops that come to a stop in a parking lot, it's pretty normal. It It's normal human behavior to park in a parking stall. Two white lines, position your vehicle in between them. If you notice where her vehicle is stopped, she's straddling the parking line. So, she is parked in two parking stalls. Just It's an exhibition of being a terrible human. You just Why would you do that? Why would you pull Why would you take up two spots? There's no reason for it. There's no reason for it unless you're terrible. Or maybe because you're drunk. Ma'am, I don't understand I don't know what you know, but I you committed a traffic violation at Orange and Washington. But you can't pull over somebody who's parked. >> But who said that? You can't. Ma'am. I know that. Okay. I know that. >> So, are you going to quit uh Yes, I am. All right. But I'm telling you right now you cannot pull over somebody who's Ma'am, that's not an argument. Ma'am, you're Can you put your feet together, hands onto your side? With your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. Do you understand? Yes, sir. Can you keep your hands onto your side? >> was a raindrop on my head. You're moving your head. So, we're going to start this >> Am I moving my head? Yeah. No, I haven't. How did I move my head? No, you did. I didn't. Ma'am, I'm not >> Can we do it again? Can you imagine a line about the width of your foot from here all the way over there? Yeah. Only there was a line there in that parking lot. So, this traffic stop is conducted in a parking lot where there are numerous lines everywhere. That's why it's a parking lot. It's places to park. Parking stall, lane markers everywhere. Like when you think of a parking lot, you picture it in your head, you see all those lines. Like Why would you not use one of those lines that's like 6 ft away to conduct the walk and turn when instead of having to imagine a line, maybe you imagine a straight line and your line kind of bends. I I I don't know. But when you use a line, it's so much easier and it there's one right there. It's right behind her. So, I don't like talking smack, but when I make a parking parking lot traffic stop and I do a DUI investigation, I use one of those parking stall lane markers. It just It's easy. It can when you explain it to a jury, they they can picture it. It just It solves lots of problems. So, I would have did things a little different. Can you put your left foot on that one? Your left foot. That's your right There we go. Your right foot. You're going to put your toes just like this. You're Hands onto your side. Perfect. >> Hold that position till I'm done explaining it. Yep. I did three steps. You're going to do nine. Okay. Do you understand? Yes, sir. Yep. Good instructions. Is there anything else you would like? The way I instructed you, remember my instructions? >> All right, then do it the way I instructed you. I did that. 1,001, 1,002, what am I counting to? Three? You're going to keep counting until I tell you to stop. Okay. Okay? So, you may begin at any time. Here? Yep. Why? Two. Not the way that's instructed. Whoop. Whoop. Whoop. Falling over. Okay. So, how many drinks did you have today? I have not had any. None at all? No. Okay, look at my partner. All right, and then can you do a forward dive like this with your hands behind your back? Dive? Yeah, like put both of your hands like you're praying behind your back. Yep. Ma'am, we're going to put you back in cuffs. You're additionally getting charged with DUI, okay? Yep. Nice move. So, you went inside my car? Yes, we did. Without permission? >> With probable cause. Get in the car. No, without permission. Yep. With probable We don't need your permission. >> my phone. You'll get that. I need my phone. Yep, got your phone. I need my phone. You're going to Phone is What's the other charge? We're giving you a glass of water. We're giving you a glass of water. We're giving you a glass of water. My phone has to go with you. Your phone will go with you. But it's not coming with you in the back of the car. It's going to come up front and then it's going to go with you into jail. Okay, please get that. Watch your feet. Watch your toes. You also don't have a valid license, ma'am. What's my behavior, match? Ma'am, you don't have a valid license. >> What's my behavior, match? Well, look at your person. I've been cooperating with you this whole time. So, what is it? You're drunk. >> told me the reason I'm arrested. You haven't told me >> you you're under arrest for DUI. Yep. What? How? How am I arrested for a DUI? You're drunk and driving. I'm not drunk. I haven't endangered anyone or anything. >> Um Officer Johnson >> arrested for a DUI? Johnson probably has an allergy, so or an allergy. I don't know right now. I have a a brother who's a police officer and I have an uncle who's a lawyer. >> Yay! Mentions lawyer. You're under arrest for DUI. >> You're about to face some real serious consequences. Okay, ma'am. Okay, ma'am. I'm going to tell you that now. Nope. And you know what? I hope this is worth your job. I need I need a I know my rights. >> your job and the rest of your career cuz you guys have not dignified that I'm arrested for DUI. I have not been proved drunk. I have not been proved anything. Oh, Johnson's here. Johnson's here. Oh, Johnson's already here. Awesome. Uh I just need to get back to >> Let's go because I can't wait to see you guys behind bars. Let's go. I'm so excited for this. You're not going to ever be able to work for anything government-wise. I'm going to tell you that right now. Well. Can we start moving so I can get her to the vehicle? All right, ma'am. How are you? Step on out. I'm just going to search you, okay? Search me? Yes. >> What do you have to search me for? Cuz you're going to jail. So, don't they search me when I get there? No, you search you before you get to the policy. So, we have to search you now. Who calls it? All right. Does that make you feel tough? Not really. I wouldn't talk back if I were you, ma'am. Just stand here and watch the car. Widen your stance. Widen your stance. There you go. Anything on you is going to hurt if we push that in. Anything in your bra or anything like that? >> Nope. Cool. You guys stand still. Look at everyone's wearing shorts. Great. So, working for different agencies, some agencies you just don't you don't have a female officer or deputy or trooper on duty in close proximity to where you are. Sometimes it's not always available. I don't know a single agency anywhere that says you absolutely 100% you have to be searched by a member of your own gender. Um it is a lot of agencies it's preferred. I like to do it. Um it's not required by the agency I work for. If there's a female on duty, I will always rather have them search than me search. It's just easier. But it's not it's not required. But on something like this, especially where you have someone who's kind of mouthy and there may or may not be contraband involved, it's always good to have a female. And Orlando PD, being a pretty big agency, they happen to have a female, so they call one in. >> There's only a certain amount of room in the car. Widen your stance. Wider. What else do you want? What else do you want? Wider. It can't go wider. She can't. Can't go I'm pretty sure you can. There we go. Look, it's wider. Is that good enough? I don't know. You follow instructions. Hey, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. This thing fell off. Oh, wow. Actually, that helps. Here, just take it out. I'm already going to jail. Here, just take it out. Cuz you're drunk. Super easy. You already have me for resisting as well, so Yeah, so you Okay. Stop. Can I move my hands? Are you going to break my finger? If you make it so difficult, it's not our fault. Are you going to break it? Good? Yeah. Make sure that one's You're searching me to go to jail. We're We're there already. Don't push me. Stop pulling away from me. Stop. I'm not pulling away from you. DON'T PUSH ME. HELLO! HELP! GOOD. YEAH, WE'RE GOOD. SOMEONE AGAIN I'M BEING RESISTED. Um I'm being arrested unlawfully. HOLD HER LIKE THIS. >> RECORD this if you can. Record this if you can. We're recording right now. No, they're recording as well. Okay, perfect. Are you going to arrest them, too? Cuz you guys hung up my phone. Hold it. You're going to jail. You guys hung up my phone. It's so dumb. You don't have a right to hang up my phone. She's so dumb. I love it. Sure do. Oh my god, I feel violated. I'm being sexually assaulted. Nobody I'm being sexually assaulted. Help me. Help me. He sexually assaulted me. beyond I will protect myself if you want to continue to do this. How? Get off my arm. Get off me. Just keep an eye on it. Uh we're assigning transport. Let's put her in Rosario's car. This is not the right way to hold somebody. This is not the right way to hold somebody. Stop. Stop resisting, ma'am. Not the right way. Not the right way. All right, you're going to get hurt now. That's the right way. You're going to break my arm. You're going to Stop resisting. You are going to break it yourself by dropping like that. You are going to self-inflict your injury when you drop all your weight to the ground purposely trying to make it difficult for us to walk. Improper. Improper. It's so dumb. Put your arms behind your elbows. Go get your car. They're holding me wrong. Okay. Are you >> They're going to break my arm. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CONDITIONS I HAVE. They don't know what conditions I have. Stop resisting. Tell them to get from under me. That's dumb. They're holding me from under my elbow. Because of the way you're acting, yes, she's going No, I'm not acting any I have not physically resisted anybody. You keep dropping your weight trying to get out of the side of our plane. >> me wrong. She's going to break my shoulder. I'm not. She's going to break my shoulder. You chose to act the way you're acting. Yes, she did. That's going to break my shoulder like that. >> You've been resisting everything >> Let go of my shoulder like that. And now you're pushing me against the car. Now you're pushing me against the car. Stop doing that. Stop. I'm going to tell you right now you are not running the show. I don't care. Stop fighting You're not going to hurt me. The more you FIGHT BACK, THE MORE >> HELP PEOPLE. >> I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU. YOU'RE NOT helping people by arresting you. Letting her do this to me. Get in the car. She's actually Cuban. She is Cuban. Cool. The suspect was charged with running a red light, DUI, resisting arrest, invalid driver's license, and battery on an officer. Nice. Best performance on body cam bingo so far. So, I've got three. Uh she dropped the race card right at the very end. Um she asked for her phone almost right away. And she mentions that she has someone in her family is a lawyer. We had someone in my family is a police officer or police officer in the family on a previous card and we took it off. It could have been a bingo today. Um so, we're still working on it. We're perfecting it. Um we've got a couple different versions of this. So, this is this version. It just we didn't hit it didn't hit a bingo today, but it's the closest that we've got.
