this guy was just sitting in his truck not bothering anyone then out of nowhere these cops rolled up and started pressing him with unlawful demands but our guy wasn't having it and he made sure these cops got a lesson they won't forget I am required to ID if I have committed a crime or a city ordinance that's not the way the law reads you making threats you got the wrong guy for that he's not making threats that was an outright threat it is a consequence if you don't Iden there is nothing that says you cannot park down here and enjoy your time off the road now you violated my fourth amendment so there are going to be repercussions I don't think your basis is you can think all you want what the law says is different I would urge you do some research that way you can understand all right we're going to start naming badge numbers we're not going to sit here and play games all morning bottom line is I have constitutional rights you want to play this game I will file a civil lawsuit but when you start out with a threat like that you just took it to a totally different level you're going to cooperate with us tell you it will if you don't there are consequences well there's going to be consequences for you for your actions
