This gem was found on Body Cam Watch. Um, they've got some good videos. If you're looking for more stuff like this, go check them out. Read the tag. The driver was listed as having her driving privileges permanently revoked. Nice. Oh, he's in a Dodge. Oh, think it's a Charger. Nice. Oh, hey Dan. Knock it off. She doesn't look at him like you would as someone's walking up to you, you would look at them, but she's just looking straight ahead. She doesn't say anything. Um, just not friendly, like not a normal cordial conversation like you would have with another human being. So, all these red flags were probably going up for this deputy that things were going to go south. All right, the deputy m sheriff's office letting you know traffic stop video and other order. Okay. You have your driver's license, registration for insurance. I don't have my ID. You don't have your ID. Red flag should immediately go up because most people that have driver's licenses carry them with them. And typically the answer is like, hey, I forgot my wallet. I don't have my driver's license with me. Like, okay, do you have a driver's license? Yes. You write the information down. Then it's even like a 50/50. But like right now, when I'm driving, my wallet's with me. Uh, and most people it's that way. So, if someone doesn't have a driver's license, there's a reason. No. Rebecca, are you on the car? Correct. Yes, sir. I do with my vehicle. Okay. Are your license suspended? My license isn't suspended. Yes. License cancers. You failed to take it last. No, it's not. Are you telling me cuz I have access to motor vehicle data and we ran your tag and your tag is suspended? Let me see your registration for insurance. That expired. You have your insurance card? No, that's it. This the one. Where are you at? I need proof insurance or else that is all I have. Your car is about to be towed if I don't have pro insurance. Cool. I like that. Where are you at? Can you please call? I need you. I need you to load your boat up and come. If I was out on my boat, which by the way, I don't have a boat, but if I had a boat and I was out on it and my girlfriend called me and said, "You need to go load up your boat and come get me." That would never happen ever in this situation. Like, I have to come and get you because you're being a terrible human being and I need to ruin my day. No, absolutely not. Absolutely not. This guy should never have come off the water for her. He should still be fishing right now. Just on the water, reeling him in and being He probably wanted to be on the water because she wasn't on the water. That's why he was out there to get away from her. And I don't blame him. I'm about to get arrested. She wasn't going to be arrested. She was just going to get a ticket. She made it so that she was got arrested. like she she made that a true statement based on her actions. It wasn't that deputy's actions. That deputy was going to cut her a ticket and cut her loose, but she was just such a terrible human being that it was like foreshadowing. It was like she knew she was going to get arrested cuz she probably knows herself and she knows she's terrible. Terrible. No. What a charming woman. Apparently my was suspended. My tag in my sense is suspended. 44 finally stopped getting sideway and yes no he ain't [ __ ] towing my he is not [ __ ] towing my car Robin has her [ __ ] license and [ __ ] she can drive it back to the car ma'am step out of the car I'm not stepping out of the vehicle step out of the car it's not a request it's an order for reason manually I'm not listening. There is no reason for me to get out of my car. You're under arrest. Get out the car. No. Get out the car. Under arrest. Can you come get me for no reason? Well, there's a reason. Record. Do not touch me. Stop bullying. Do not touch me. Stop pulling for me. Ryan, don't kid me. What the Law enforcement's a brotherhood, right? We could agree on that. But there's like police brothers, there's deputy sheriff brothers, then there's trooper brothers. Troopers got a troop. They just do their own thing. But in a video, when you see someone like, "Hey, you need to stop that. Hey, you need to stop that. Hey, you need to stop that. Hey, you need to stop that. Hey, you need to stop that." A lot of times that comes from a jurisdiction that's a police department. When you hear a, "Hey, get out of the car." In this particular instance, it was a deputy sheriff. No backup to be seen, no one else there. He just yanks her out of the car. And I like that because he was he did the ATM, right? The ask, the tell, and the make. He asked her, then he gave her an order, he told her, and then he opened up her door and he yanked her out. He made her. So the ATM is is something that was appropriate in this particular situation. And I'm glad that I saw Sheriff on the side of this car. Not to say the police officers don't do it. It just seems that it happens a lot more frequently with deputies. We're built different and we know it. I record this [ __ ] Record this. Everything's recorded. There's no reason to stop. You stay there or you'll be arrested. Okay. She's got She's got to She's got to chill. She's got to chill. Stop or you're going to be thrown on the ground. Stop it. Let me No, you're under arrest. No, I'm not. No, I'm Yes, you are. You break my arm, you sorry piece of [ __ ] I'mma [ __ ] punch you. Well, that's a that's a felony right there for making a threat. Yep. Okay. You just upgraded from a missing minute to a felony. Way to level up. There's no reason for this. You put yourself in this situation, not me. There's no reason for it. What am I being arrested for? Resisting arrest without violence. Okay. For what? Not stepping out of the car when I told you to do so. This is my [ __ ] vehicle. Doesn't matter. I don't have to. Yes, you do. No, I do not. You going to learn? Yes. Anything illegal on you? No. Don't touch me. You Yeah, it's a sheriff. I like it. I'm Am I patting you? Am I I'm not a woman. I don't have to be a woman. I will scream rap. You scream all you want. I told you everything's being recorded. Unbelievable. Call mom. I got my glasses. No. Piece of [ __ ] Oh, that wasn't very nice. This ignorant woman. I think we could we could agree that that's the right descriptor of her. I think she calls him a Mexican. So, and I think that I mean, look, I'm dark. My blood is somewhere down the line is Spanish. I'm not Mexican. I'm the same color as that guy. That guy wasn't Mexican. That guy was probably not Mexican. Maybe Cuban, like maybe, but maybe Puerto Rican, but there was there was definitely that was not a Mexican accent that he had. And to call him a Mexican is it's pretty crappy. Like it just furthermore shows that she's just a terrible human being. And I'm glad that he booked her into jail cuz she needed to go there and and he made it happen and I like this guy for that. Go fishing later, but I don't know. Went under arrest. I rape party. Okay, you guys understand what happened? Why is her stuff suspended? So, she was ordered to take a class. Okay, I tried to explain that to her and then she didn't. Her license was suspended as a result. That would have been just a ticket. I don't know why she made it this way. She's in the back of my car. All right, here's what we're going to do. So, there's no insurance on the car. I tow the car right now. Okay, I don't want to tow the car with you guys. I told everyone he I can take the car right off. Okay, there's no insurance on it. Okay, that is a criminal offense in the state of Florida. Nice. Car cannot be on a public roadway if it's not insured. I am going to let you keep the car and park the car. My mom says that she can put insurance on the car real quick. Hey, roll this window down. She's good. She was talking to mom. It's it's it's the driver that was out of control in the back of the cop car. I can't send you anything. Uh yeah, it's it's her. She's the problem. I mean, they didn't really do anything. Okay. Uh, her license is suspended. She couldn't believe it and then she made a scene out of it. She didn't want to get out the car, so she got assisted. Okay, cool. So, I'm just going to let her park in front private property. Okay. Cuz your mom is going to get insurance on your mom is going to put insurance on the vehicle right now. Where is the VI number on this? Is it this right here? That's what I thought. Yes. You said it was on the dash. That's not the dash. Yeah. So, if No, it's on the dash, too. I could not It should It should be there. Oh. I might want to talk to you. Speaker. Yes, ma'am. Can I get out for a second? For what? Yes. I'm not I'm not going to tow the car. Uh I'm going to let her park at the gas station. You going to stand over here? Oh, it's not the popper. Yes. To uh let her park at the gas station. Just make sure that before the vehicle moves, uh, you guys put insurance on it cuz, uh, driving without insurance is a criminal violation in the state of Florida. Anybody else? Uh, there we go. That dog needs some pets. Oh, Jessica boy. Oh, there we go. Yeah. Best part of that stop right there. So, there's a stigma that pit bulls have, right? That they're like hry and aggressive. The pit bull in the back seat was looking at the driver who was hry and aggressive and that pitull was like, "Man, I'm glad I'm not like her." That pit bull was awesome. Do you see a dog getting rubbed in the back seat just getting love that other backup officer? That would have been the me there. I would been like, "Hey, man. You good?" "Yeah, this dog over here needs to be pet." And I would have spent the whole rest of my time petting that dog. Um so that that needed to happen. That dog was super friendly. um was obviously the best part of this stop was the fact that that deputy got to pet that dog. So kind of jealous for that. I love it. How old are you? 16. You're 16. Okay. Who's that? Your mom or That was my grandma. She's on her way. Oh, okay. Okay. You're related to these people? No. Um friends, the one that got arrested is my dad's girlfriend. Okay. Yeah. Dad is on a boat trying to get away from his girlfriend who's obviously crazy. Girlfriend is driving around boyfriend's 16-year-old daughter. Okay, cuz they're only, if I did my math right, they're only five years apart. So, I mean, is that good on dad? But she's crazy, so not so good on dad. Like, I don't know. I don't know what's going on here, but I I feel bad for this 16-year-old because she's got to deal with dad's girlfriend who's obviously crazy. Um, this is just a weird dynamic. I mean, again, the best part of this whole thing is that they have a cool dog. Like, that's it. All righty. Uh, so here's what you're going to Okay. No reason to call me a dick. She put herself in this situation. She would be She smashed her out of the car and she hit her head and everything. Listen, when when if I asked her to step out of the car multiple times, she doesn't have the right to refuse. It's an order. A driver or passenger, anybody, if they get asked to get out of the car, they have to get out of the car. Okay? If not, they're assisted. And and in this case, I didn't feel like I needed face or anything like that. I just pulled them from the car. Okay. But I didn't take her down. No, nothing like that. Again, everything sounds okay. Uh but again, Kai's just there. His partner is just petting that dog. I love it. Let go with a ticket. Yeah. And now she's in the back. Okay. Any question? Is she going to She's going to No, my grandpa's on. She's coming here. Yeah, I Okay, you're good. Go ahead. She's saying, "Yeah, the dogs." Whose dogs are they? My sisters. They're your sisters. Yeah, that's why I said I can take the car back home cuz we're going to go pick them up if they want. Well, you you can figure out the dog situation. You're free to go, ma'am. Pull off the road. What's that? So, I'm just going to leave her by herself with a whole bunch of cops. Yeah, her grandma's coming to get her. So, the driver, the redhead, tells the deputy about the 16-year-old that she's just going to leave her here with a bunch of cops. Like, where in the state of Florida is that 16-year-old girl going to be safer than with like eight deputy sheriffs? Like, that's the safest place she could possibly be. She's in this She is almost safer than anywhere else except being inside a police station. Uh, so I thought that was kind of it was kind of a crappy thing to say. And it also shows like that girl that took the car, like that shows her mind frame of not being pro law enforcement. If she doesn't think that this girl is in the safest place she could be with people who have sworn an oath to protect her, like I just I don't know. And obviously that 16-year-old didn't want to be in the car with the driver because she has to get out. So that 16-year-old might actually be the She is absolutely the smartest person on this stop. Maybe except for the dog. She called her grandma. You are free to leave if you don't. Who else would she be safer with? All right. All right. So dumb. Thank you. Sorry for the mess. How we going? There's a lot of deputies there. This would have been a ticket. That's it. And you escalated the whole traffic stop. Nice. There was no reason. There was no reason for what? You you you created a scene. Instead of getting a ticket for it, it draws suspend the license.
