Tell me. If you don't calm down, I'm going to laugh. No, you're not. I'm not calming down. I PROMISE YOU'RE NOT. DON'T TAKE MY CAR. ON SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2025. All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. Coming up on a 25-year veteran here for a sheriff's office in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. Real Body Cams is the channel where we found this video. Sam says it looks good. I've got body cam bingo card number three. You can [cheering] check out the whole set on our website. You order them and I'll pack them to you. Today, let's see how this video treats us. A Florida deputy running speed enforcement outside the local middle school watched a black Mustang blow by at more than double the limit. He immediately lit up his lights, whipped [music] a U-turn, and locked onto the driver. Nice. 109 mph in a 50 zone, >> [music] >> right past a middle school. Ooh. Got him. 109 >> Here's what the deputy did next. >> [music] >> That That was beyond stupid, man. Sorry. You You do realize you almost collided with another car. Sorry. Where's your license at? It's in the back in my And you're in there? I I need to go to jail. >> knives, bazookas, grenade launchers, any hookers? You mind if I look in it before you start? I don't think people truly understand how fast 109 mph is. But in 2 seconds, you travel the entire length of a football field. And on a normal road where you're expecting someone to be traveling at 50 mph, which is like 70 ft per second, when you look down the road and you see a car that's far distance away, you expect to be able to make a turn in front of that car no problem. And then you make a turn and there's a catastrophic collision. That's what happens when you're traveling at those speeds as other drivers just don't know. They're not prepared for a car coming at them that fast. So, not only is it dangerous for the person that's driving and their passenger, but it's dangerous for everyone else on the road. See. I'm sorry. Ma'am. Ma'am. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Listen to me. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Calm down. Listen. Calm calm Ma'am. Ma'am. Calm down. I'm going to explain it to you, okay? No, you don't get it. I'm trying to explain it to you. She won't stop talking. We are stopping I'm going to if you stop talking. I would love to. Okay? You are in a vehicle that is being stopped. So, we are requesting your driver's license because we are allowed to. Okay? So, give my partner So, then let me have your driver's license, please. I'm not going to ask you I'm going to listen. I'm going to ask you one more time and then I'm going to take you out of the car and I'm going to put you in handcuffs. Cuz you're not cooperating. I'm going to give you one last chance. Here, my guy. Thank you. Watch your knees. I'm sorry. Have a seat back here. I'm so sorry. I'm Deputy Wilson. I'm with Lee County Sheriff's Office. >> Hey, Lee County. The reason we're stopping you was 109 in a posted 50 mph zone. Okay? Go to jail. Okay? Why? I'm sorry. I wanted to be I'm I'm sorry. Have you had any alcoholic beverages tonight? A little bit. A little bit? That's it. Ah. Spring cleaning season is here and most people forget the most important place to start is your pantry. With most chips having 40 ingredients like seed oils and artificial flavors and mystery chemicals, Masa Chips contain just three: organic nixtamalized corn, sea salt, 100% grass-fed beef tallow. That's it. Just real food the way it used to be. These chips don't only avoid all the bad stuff, they taste incredible, too. That's the reason that both Sprouts Farmers Market and Wegmans picked them up nationwide. This is the real deal. With Masa, you feel satisfied and energetic with no crash or bloat. You're not going to find yourself uncontrollably binging and still feeling hungry afterwards. Personally, my favorite flavor is these habanero chips. They're the best nacho chip you'll ever eat. You ready to give Masa a try? Go to masachips.com/frank and use code Frank for 25% off your first order, or simply click the link in the video description, or you can scan the QR code to claim this delicious offer. William sir, sorry. I just want to enjoy my day today No. The sad part is is that it would have been a stop, and you may have gotten a court date because of your speed. You can something happen, just it's only my fault. I'm here. Yeah. It's not. I I just need your new address. >> What's my address? How long have we been at this new address? I think it's 3 months, 2 months. I don't even know right now, but it's a rental. 6 months. >> Okay. All right. So, recently, I went to Lee County. I met the Sheriff Carmine Marceno, great guy. He's a New Yorker just like me. Super passionate about law enforcement. And I rode along with their traffic unit. They drive 392 Challengers, and they catch super speeders. So, there's going to be an episode. I was on Coffee with Carmine. So, we had an episode of that, as well as an episode of me in Florida and all the stuff that I did with Lee County. So, you have to check that out. Are you willing to submit to field sobriety exercise to dispel fears that you're driving while under the influence? Sir, are you will- do you speak English or I need a translator. Try to get a translator. Do we have an available translator for Spanish, please? It's not her car. Well, it's actually not her car. It's her dad's car. No, it's registered to somebody else. He Her dad died. Just give me a minute. Go stand over there with my partner, please. Thank you. Her dad died. Okay, but the car is still registered to him. Yeah, I know, but her dad Her dad died and he's a few payments behind on the car. Uh I was just driving her car. How did you guys tell me what you were going As they wait for a translator, the driver remains calm while the passenger is getting more upset. Listen. Listen. Stop. Stop. Stop. If you don't calm down, relax. NO, YOU'RE NOT. WOW. NO, YOU'RE NOT. THAT'S CALM. LISTEN. Calm down. Stop. >> [laughter] >> If you don't calm down, we're going to have you have a seat in one of our patrol cars. Then you need to relax. I'm going to give it to you one more time. Take a breather. Relax. Wow. >> Okay? Because you acting like this >> [laughter] >> is not going to get this situation going any faster. >> [crying] >> I need you to relax. >> Who acts like that? I will tell you everything that's going on once I get to that point. But right now we're not going to tell you what's going on until I figure out what's going on. Okay? So, I need you to relax because I can't focus on you and focus on him. I I don't think you do. Cuz I want to go home at night. Okay? I'm straight up [ __ ] doing my [ __ ] job. I need you to breathe. Relax. Okay? Otherwise, we're going to have you have a seat in the car. Okay? Fair enough? All right. Stay cool calm and collected for me. Good. I I I understand. I get it, but at the same time I got to have her calm. I don't want to explain how Can you get it for me? What? You're such a [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh, yeah, you need babes. I'm not your [ __ ] [ __ ] And yet, here you are. >> go under the car and get it? I'm not going to get the guy [ __ ] You can grab it, Alex. I couldn't. Thank you. So, yeah, come back over here, partner, please. Hey, I'm going to need you to help me translate for DUI. Put his feet together, arms to his side. Touch the top of my pen for me. Perfecto. Go ahead and begin. Oh. Left and right and left. Once I was in 14 walked up piece of me. Left. Left and left and left. Right. Right and left. Left. Right and left. There we go. That needed to happen. >> You're now being placed under arrest for driving while under the influence. Do you understand all of that? Yes or no? Yeah. All right, so recently Florida enacted a super speeder law, which from my understanding is anything over 100 miles an hour or more than 50 miles an hour above the posted speed limit. And that comes with mandatory amounts and you know, other stuff, court costs and other things. Here in Arizona, we have criminal speed, which is anything more than 20 miles an hour over the speed limit in absolutely any location across the state. So, the threshold for being placed in cuffs for just speeding in Arizona is way lower than it is here in Florida. All right. Have a seat for me. Get out, you [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh my goodness. YOU'RE IN NAPLES. >> [laughter] [screaming] >> SHE PROBABLY HAS A GOOD POINT. IT probably will be difficult for her to get this vehicle out of impound if it's registered to her father who has passed and they haven't transferred the title. That's why things like a mandatory transfer of title is important because when situations like this happen, you're just you're going to be out of luck. You're going to have to get lawyers involved and it it really it becomes a bigger deal than it needs to be. But she probably had time to take care of that and just hasn't yet and now there's consequences for that. All right, well, come out of the car, please. You can call your mom out of the out of the car. I can't believe they let her get in the Over here. I don't want you to get hit by a car. >> [laughter] >> Over here. I don't want you to get hit by a car. All right, come on. COME OUT OF THE CAR. DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOUR MOTHER WHERE YOU'RE AT? SOMEBODY NEEDS to come and pick you up. You're not in Naples. You're not in Naples. You're in Fort Bass Road. So, Fort Myers, where this occurred, is exactly where I rode along. So, I was with a traffic deputy, Deputy Strobel, awesome guy, a true traffic professional. Uh Sam and I went and rode along with him. You got to check out our episode. Do you want me to tell her where you're at? Do you speak English? Okay, that's fine. Do you speak any English, ma'am? Habla inglés? No, habla inglés. Okay. So, there's I I don't know how to Okay. So, she was just talking to her the whole time in English, and now I want my car to get [ __ ] home. You're on Bass Road and Summerlin Road. Someone needs to come pick you up. Listen, I don't even have words for this. Well, you're going to go to jail. Okay. Okay. That's it. Ma'am, there we go. >> [laughter] >> I'm just throwing it out there that if I was in a car and they were going 109 miles an hour on surface streets, I would be losing my mind in the passenger seat, because I know how dangerous it is. And I don't want to die because someone's driving like an idiot. So, uh she is absolutely a participant in this. YOU DON'T BE LIKE THAT. THAT'S WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT NOW IS texting her a PIN code. NO! >> [screaming] >> YOU CAN'T BITE YOU DREW FREAKING BLOOD FROM WHERE YOU BIT ME. I DIDN'T [ __ ] DRAW BLOOD, YOU DUMB [ __ ] AW, couldn't have happened to a nicer girl. I didn't [ __ ] draw blood from you, man. You didn't let me take the [ __ ] ID CARD TO MY MOM, BRO. YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE THE [ __ ] CAR? I'm going to take bro. Bow bro in the corner. Get the other arm? I just need a four watts. >> [snorts] >> Stop [ __ ] brain you, dumb [ __ ] I can't [ __ ] draw WE SAID TAKE I CAN'T WHY CAN'T YOU, PLEASE? STOP RESISTING. YOU CAN'T DO ME. STOP. YOU UNDERSTAND ME, SON? I TOLD YOU GUYS THAT THING ABOUT my [ __ ] car and you guys still did it. Yeah. Yeah. Well, now you're going to jail for a felony. Yep. I would venture to say there's a good chance that this guy used alcohol and speed as a way to get away from this crazy chick. Because she's crazy. And I maybe that's his only way out. He maybe he used the Lee County Sheriff's Office as a lifeboat. And he just He said, "Man, I got to get away from her. They'll definitely take me to jail if I'm going 110. This is my chance out." It's a possibility. CALL MY MOM. CALL MY MOM. YOU DUMB [ __ ] WHY are you pulling me like Why are you pulling me like that? Can you not Stop! >> [screaming and groaning] >> FIX HER. I CAN'T. FIX HER WITH FIX MY BIKINI CUZ THIS DUMB DICK face is [ __ ] pushing me over. Stop being a dick, bro. I haven't done [ __ ] to you this entire time. I'M GOING TO [ __ ] DROP YOU, DICK FACE. Take [snorts] my [ __ ] keys. >> [laughter] >> That's blood from biting me. YOU [ __ ] [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> ALL RIGHT, SO YOU MIGHT NOTICE that they didn't secure her seat belt. That's because she's actively fighting and kicking and biting. And sometimes simply the need to get her into the back of a car is that's that's the goal that we're going towards. There is no way that they're going to seat belt her in when she's actively kicking at the door and fighting them. Sometimes you just got to say, "Hey, it's if you were if she was worried about her own safety, one, she wouldn't have been in a car going 109 miles an hour. Two, she wouldn't be fighting with the police." So, so kind of all falls on her. Following the incident, he was charged with DUI, failure to obey a traffic control device, and operating a vehicle at over 100 mph. He was held on a $2,250 bond, which he later posted. He initially entered a plea of not guilty. However, he later appeared in court changing his plea to no contest, [music] and the judge adjudicated him guilty on all charges. He was sentenced to 13 days in jail with credit for 11 days already served, followed by 12 months of probation. His driver's license was revoked for 6 months, [music] and his vehicle was ordered to be impounded for 10 days. Additionally, he was required to complete DUI school and a high-risk driver's course, and [music] pay various fines, court costs, and attorney fees. Yeah. Following the incident, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication. She was held on a $3,000 bond, which she later posted. Though she initially entered a plea of not guilty, she ultimately changed her plea to guilty on both charges. >> Good. She was sentenced to 2 days in jail, 30 days in a day work program, and 36 months of probation. Additionally, she was ordered to attend an 18-week anger management program, >> 18-week anger management submit a DNA sample to the state law enforcement database, and pay $733 in restitution, alongside court costs and attorney fees. Card number three, only thing I got was bro. I thought she'd say a lot more during that fight, but it just didn't happen. So, better luck next time.
