sort of verbal dispute
with um baby daddy in that video
albuquerque police officer farad herrera
was one of the responding officers to
this drunk driving incident
into his vehicle then he started driving
driving off and she claimed that he
didn't have a car seat so
she didn't want him taking him so she
held on to the window she falls gets an
abrasion decline medical
um and then she has bloodshot watery
eyes short speech
i asked if she had alcohol she said yes
so then the father that
drove away with the kids his parents
show up i'm talking to
his mother now and his mother is saying
uh basically
whatever she's saying is possibly lying
her sister who's 11 years
so that's what the mom said yeah that's
what the mom said that the 11th
the 11 year old told her yeah okay let's
go verify the interlock with the car
