officer approaches the driver is on the phone with a woman who's coaching him through what to say hey boss how you doing not too bad dep the Sheriff's Office P I just got pulled over hey so the reason why I'm stopping you Boss I didn't recognize the tagers on your vehicle yeah okay do you driv registration with you okay you go I got the paperwork right here where's the paperwork at M more paperwork okay what's your name boss I don't see your name on here can you point it to me okay that's not how this works where's your uh name at oh God in the stack of papers if he would have just given his name and date of birth and they would have been able to verify who he is he probably just would have got a ticket for a Litany of violations and possibly sent on his way I mean not a big deal you know could maybe they wouldn't have even tow his car who knows but because he wanted to go down the road of hey talk to this person and here's my paperwork and there's my name it's the postmaster and all this stuff he just continued to make things worse and worse and worse and then failing to obey when he's told to get out of his vehicle um you know it's he deserved everything that he got getting him is unregistered then on top of that I come up here I'm asking for his identification document and he's handing me a stack of papers instead of a driver's license so I'm concerned he might be driving that the sheriff's offices just rise above Florida is one of those States uh you've got great sheriffs like Sheriff Grady Jud I mean let's talk about that he is he is one of the most well-known sheriffs in the entire United States where is he pul County Florida um there's ton of other ones that are there um I big Sheriff's offices like Broward County Bard County Lee County uh all these Counties have great sheriffs that really uh take care of business down there and this is just another another example of that in belusa County so I checked the VIN the car is currently looks like it's unregistered so if you don't have do you have a Florida Drive driver's license or driver's license out of another state that I can check to ensure that you're a licensed driver right there all I got okay well there's a problem so I tried to search you up under this I can't find anybody you know I can't find you so if I can't verify that you're you have a valid driver's license then how am I supposed to let you drive off go to jail he's coming all that's not going to that's not going to change anything he's saying I got to have a valid driver LIC to Opera motor vehicle State of Florida yes sir okay it's Catalina yeah okay sir it's a it's a simple question do you have a valid driver's license there's all my paper I got I would hang that phone up I would literally just press end like Boop goodbye your middle name because he's got it right here he's got the paperwork in his hand all we're trying to do is just identify that's it and then send you on your way um is that your last want to talk to him or not if not we're going to get him out of here we're trying to give you the keys hey what I wouldn't let that car drive up on me like that calling myself because I have a phone number for him unlock this door now no I'm not going to you get out we breaking it open the door now now get out they knew right there like hey she's going to be in the same boat that he is there's no way she's going to have a license plate there's no way she's going to have a driver's license she's going to pull that whole Sovereign thing um and I love how aggressive these deputies were I love that as soon as they soon as she pulled up they were like get out she said no Deputy immediately broke that window they drug her out placed her into custody just like she needed to be um I'm sure both of their vehicles got towed and uh and this is a happy ending for law enforcement with what really appeared to be a minimal use of force um but when they said hey roll down that window and she said no it was like one second and that Deputy broke that window and that is a difference between Florida sheriff's and other places is there's some states where that's just not going to happen that fast and uh in Florida they take care of business get out yeah get out of the Court this is the best video ever I'm not looking into your we have another 10 15 yeah oh [Music] us the man was identified as dri wagerman he was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle habitually driving with a suspended or revoked license and resisting an officer without violence he entered a no contest play in December and had to serve two days in jail the woman was identified as lawyer Linda bisney she was also charged with operating a vehicle while her driver's license was suspended or revoked as well as not having proof of insurance or a li license plate her case is still moving through the courts her next hearing is in May
