this guy was exercising his First Amendment right to film in public documenting his visit at a detention center but as soon as the cops spot him watch them act like bullies ganging up to intimidate him no regard for any Constitution luckily our guy was ready to educate them all he sir you can't be videoing here is this open to the public right here yeah but you a um on a government facility you got to have a permit to be filming out here what law is that it's part of the it's that you to be on a government facility you have to be you cannot film on government on government property well I guess I'm going to challenge you on that I have a legal right to film in public so when you can't State a law I understand that because there is no law and that's why I'm out here I'm out here to educate you and others you guys don't like filming but it's a First Amendment protected activity our purpose of being out here is to educate you that we have a legal right who are you to educate me huh who are you to educate me why don't you kick rocks man what's your badge number right there what's your badge number have a great day
