Well, I'm not in the state of Florida's jurisdiction. >> Okay. >> Okay, good. Would you like to step out of the vehicle or would you like us to pull you out? >> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. Coming up on 25 years as a deputy sheriff here in the great state of Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. Police Ride Alongs is the channel where we found today's video. U looks like it's going to be a good one. Sam says he likes it. I haven't watched it yet. While we're doing some breakdown, we're also going to be doing some bingo. [screaming] Body Cam Bingo is going to be the card today. We're using card number five. You can order all of our cards. There's a set of five. Order them on our website. I'll pack them and I'll send them to you. But uh for right now, let's get to the video. On this ride along, a woman gives a smirk. >> Need your driver's license. Okay. >> An officer finds a special license plate. >> Diplomat. >> And another pets a small dog. [music] on August 21st in Florida >> pulled over a woman for speeding through a school zone. >> So, there is a there's a a common rumor in the world that you get stopped by a motor cop, you're probably going to get a ticket, and that rumor is correct. Um, those of us that are assigned to full-time traffic units, whether as a motor or as an aggressive driver vehicle, um, it is our job to correct behavior by the issuance of citations. When you come out of the academy, you don't just go straight to a specialty division like K9 or traffic or SWAT. You have to have some years on. So people that are in specialty divisions, whether it's detectives or any of the other, you know, investigatory or, you know, enforcement support units, if you're in one of those units, most likely those people have several years on, so they've got some time on. They know a thing or two about the law. So when that motor gets off of his motorcycle and he walks up to the window, he knows exactly how to conduct this traffic stop and he knows all about the law to which he is specifically enforcing. He might not know about forgeries and he might not know about child crimes, but he definitely knows a thing or two about traffic law. So, as he's walks up there and is starting to conduct this traffic stop and she wants to interject the little bits of knowledge that she knows about random things, um, she has absolutely she's she's in over her boots right from the word go. >> He didn't know it, but this woman had special immunity. >> Hello, how are you? >> Hey, how are you? >> Hey, I'm officer Rose traffic and reason I stopped you in 34th through the school zone. The speed limit is 20. You were 14 mph the speed limit. Okay. You got your license, registration, proof of insurance, will you? >> Um, actually diplomat. >> Huh? >> I'm actually a diplomat. >> What? >> For what? >> Do you have your driver's license? >> That card is the Amnesty Coalition's diplomat passport card. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> I'm a diplomat. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> I need your driver's license. Okay. >> Am I being um >> Yes, you are. >> Okay. Dan, can you read me right now? >> Dispatch from Tango 55. No, we're not going to play the sovereign game. Okay. >> Can I get a routine 44 and be in trouble with the sovereign? >> May I please have your >> Here it comes. >> If I'm being detained, then I have to >> I'm in custodial arrest. >> I understand that broke my right. >> Ma'am, we're not playing the sovereign game. Okay. >> I need your driver's license. If not you, I'm going to remove you from the vehicle and you're going to go to jail. All right. Please hand me your driver's license. She tried playing the sovereign game 3 months earlier in an Orange County courtroom and we obtained the footage of that for you. >> Did you order her out of the courtroom? >> I ordered her out of the courtroom. >> You need to leave the courtroom now. Turn around. You will be arrested for resisting without. >> I am not. >> Okay. >> You are going to get arrested for resisting without. If you do not leave the courtroom now. >> Before we go any further, I got to bring something up. Medicare changes every year. A recent report just said patients might see benefits cut in 2027. That's why you need an advocate. So, I want to tell you about today's sponsor, Chapter. My dad's on Medicare, and it's frustrating, especially if you're trying to navigate your options with a flip phone like he is. That's what's great about Chapter. Please leave. >> She's being nice to us here. >> Challenging. >> I'm being nice with us. >> Yes. >> Please leave. >> Just leave. Do you want to end up going to jail? >> Just come this way. >> Challenging jurisdiction and I'm standing in my rights. >> Okay, >> that's it. You're under arrest. >> Super resistant without I have been guilt by the judge. >> I'm here challenging >> jurisdiction. I'm a living woman. I'm not an entity. Okay. >> She has ordered you out of the courtroom and you're refusing to leave. We'll check back with this later, but for now, how about we see if the traffic stop goes any better for the woman. >> She's dumb. >> Three or four times now. Okay. >> So, I love that they got this body cam footage from her in court. So, she is of a belief system that doesn't believe in in our courts. In other words, the the you know, courts of the jurisdiction to wherever she committed that offense. So, she doesn't believe in the laws, which means if she doesn't believe in the laws, she doesn't believe in the courts. But then she still goes to court to plead her case in front of the judge in a courtroom that she doesn't believe in, then gets arrested again. Um because I I I don't know where the end is for all of these crazy thoughts, but if every time I had interaction with law enforcement, I was arrested, I would probably change my views because things aren't going well and things aren't going well. Please hand me your driver's license. Can I please speak with your dep uh the over your um whoever's over you, please? Can you >> You like to speak with a supervisor? >> Yeah. I wish I had that >> on my card. >> Driver's license. >> I like to speak with >> I like to speak with them. >> I understand that, but he's not. He's going to tell you the same thing I am. Okay. >> Yep. >> All right. I've said it before. I'm going to say it again. Oh, nearly 100% of the time you want to deal with the officer or deputy on the side of the road. You don't want to bother their supervisor. Supervisors have supervisor things to do. When this sergeant gets there, he immediately goes to, "I don't have patience. I'm going to rip you out of this car." That's it. He entertains her for less than one minute and is like, "Look, that's it. I'm not a patient guy and you're coming out of this car." I love that. Like I love that she's not getting any different answer from the supervisor than she did from the officer. And in all of the videos on this channel that we've ever seen, there has never been an officer that said no. And then the supervisor got there and said, "Oh yeah, let this person go." That has never It's never happened in the history of forever. It just unless there was some sort of gross issue, it just doesn't happen. So, this is just yet another example to all those sovereigns out there that when you ask for a sergeant, you're not going to get anything different. It's just you're barking up the wrong tree. >> I like to dispatch 55. >> You're absolutely trying to be more difficult. >> 51, please. Thank you. >> Okay, so let's do this. I've done everything you've asked. Now, please hand me your driver's license. >> Are you refusing to identify yourself to me? Driving is a privilege in this state. It is not a right. I understand you're going to say you have the right to travel, all that stuff. Okay, but driving on the public roadways is a privilege. By that privilege, you have to have a driver's license with you. So, I'm asking you to give me a driver's license. Okay, I understand that, but I I need your driver's license. >> I'm trying to be as nice as I can. >> I'm giving you every opportunity to give me a driver's license. Okay. >> So, do you have a driver's license? >> She actually does, but it's suspended. >> Of course it is. >> Did you know your license was suspended? >> Turned it in as >> Oh, okay. Um, can I have my helping? >> No, >> this. No, I'm going to hang on to this now in case something happens. So, if this at least has your name on it, then >> yeah, >> that's okay. All right, that's fine. I'm going to hang on to it for right now then. All right. So, what I'm asking you is a driver. Do you have a driver's license? >> I can't I can't hear you. I'm sorry. >> If I'm under custodial arrest, then I'd like to remain. >> You're just being detained right now for a traffic violation. It's a civil infraction is all it is. So long. >> So what I'm saying is you can give me your driver's license. I can issue a citation. You can be about your way. >> If not, we'll have to go down a different route. And I've already explained to you what that route is. Okay. So >> I'll wait for >> Okay, that's fine. So you just don't you're not going to give me your driver's license, nothing like that. >> Okay. All right. We'll just wait for somebody else to get here. Okay. >> She's not very smart. So, >> it would only take a moment for the supervisor to arrive, but he wouldn't be wearing his body cam. The clip was there, but not the camera. So, we don't get his viewpoint. >> So, per your request, the supervisor is here. Okay. So, he's actually walking up now. All right. So, here he is. >> Good morning, Mr. How can I help you today? >> Good morning. Um the this officer here, he pulled me over and then he asked me um for a driver's license and I explained my diplomat and I gave him the identification for myself and >> then he is continually assisting him. >> I gave him a driver's license because I like I told and then I asked if I was under arrest or am I free to go and he said that detained. So I assume that that's under facility right. So I like to in which you're >> wrong. >> Okay. So you don't want to have anything else to say. >> Did you want to identify yourself to this officer then or with the driver's license? >> This is not a valid identification. >> It's not an identification. >> It's not a valid identification for me. >> Okay. Let's not recognize in the state of Florida. >> I'm not in the state of Florida's jurisdiction. >> Okay. Okay. Good. Would you like to step out of the vehicle? Would you like us to pull you out because we're going to be under arrest cuz >> I think he's I think that deputy said that same thing. >> Okay. I'm letting you know what's going to happen. I'm giving you the option to step out so it's less violent. >> Hey. Hey. What do you stop? >> Don't be reaching for stuff. >> Don't Don't be reaching for stuff. >> As that was going on, a third officer would arrive with a pepper ball blast at the ready. >> Hey, now we're talking. >> I would prefer you don't start reaching for stuff. Do you have any weapons in the vehicle? Okay. Do you have a name and date of birth you'd like to provide for the Can you stop reaching for stuff? >> Just Do you have a name and date of birth you'd like to give this officer? >> Um, I did give >> this not valid, ma'am. We've already told you that. Okay. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, this is not a valid identification card. This was it's not this is not recognized by the state of Florida. Okay. This is not a valid ID. Okay. So, just you want to go that route? You want to give me your name and date of birth? This can't be a deputy. This has to be a police officer. >> No deputy would take this long. But >> I'm not a very patient person in general. I don't really need to be because we've given you opportunity to provide this information and you're basically saying you don't recognize it. So, we can either ask you to step out of the vehicle or I'm going to pull you out of the vehicle and I have no problem with that and you'll be under arrest. Okay. So to save the heartache of maybe even breaking this window because we don't want to have to do that either. You can step out of the vehicle and save yourself some time. >> Can't be a whole lot. Um >> 313 >> sounds like a posit maybe. >> Turn your vehicle off for me. Step out. Okay. Just turn your vehicle off. >> Just turn your vehicle off. Okay. >> Come on. Just step out of the vehicle. Okay, >> there we go. Door's open. I like it. >> For me. All right, >> get out. >> I don't understand why. >> Okay. Well, come on. Let's just hop out. Just step out for me. Okay. >> Continue real quick. Step out. >> Fine. I'm going to end up taking that phone and setting it down, though. >> Yep. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back right here. >> Thank you. We're good. >> The motors are wearing nice bright green shirts. Let me explain it to you. >> Okay. >> No, I mean that's not a crime. I didn't do anything. >> You refuse to recognize the state of Florida's authority over whatever. >> I think she said I don't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. I'm going to take that one. >> Driver's license or travel on a motor vehicle. Whatever verb would you like to use? >> Come back here for me. >> Providing driving. >> So any for me. Okay. >> Sit right here. >> Against your car. >> I just explained that to you. What words did you not understand of that sentence? >> I don't understand why I'm being arrested. >> Okay. So, the part where I just explained it to you where you're driving a motor vehicle and not having a valid license in the state of Florida besides your reasonings for not recognizing that law and authority. Is there any other reason why you may not understand that sentence? >> I'm not in that jurisdiction. I'm making >> besides that cuz I realize you don't recognize our jurisdiction. She had a hard time understanding her courtroom arrest as well. >> Are you arresting me? >> I am for resisting without because you have refused a judge's direct order. >> She does not have jurisdiction over me. >> That is your choice. >> No priest is with her >> jurisdiction over me. >> Okay. >> Yep. Out you go. >> Because if you don't recognize the jurisdiction, you're not going to recognize the law and you're not going to understand why you're being arrested. And I can't explain it to you. >> I didn't injure anyone. >> But he didn't say you did. >> Yeah. Pet that dog. >> All right, everyone knows I'm a big fan of dogs. And I'm telling you right now, if I was that officer standing on the sidewalk and that dog walked up to me, I would spend the entire rest of that video would be me petting that dog. That's that's all you'd see from my body cam is me petting it. Cuz that's I mean, I've seen a whole bunch of sovereigns, but probably never pet that dog before. So, I can't I can't throw shade on the guy petting the dog because I do the same thing. God's law, the Bible, >> common law. That's what that's what everything is based off of. He's got >> I'm just going to have her hang it until Angie gets here. I'm not going to appear back at all car cuz we haven't had her down or nothing yet. So, >> okay. >> As soon as she gets here. All right. >> The only reason we're being arrested right now is for driving motor vehicle without a license. >> That's because you didn't identify yourself to me. >> That's fine. I I understand that you can't comprehend that law. >> I have never said that. >> I have eight kids. She would actually reference these eight kids in a letter she sent the court saying the court's causes have created irreparable harm to her, the man of her union, and her eight offspring born of her womb. >> That's [clears throat] >> I have eight kids. >> Interesting garbage. I couldn't imagine the mental gymnastics that this woman has to go through to justify these multiple arrests and all of this negative contact with law enforcement and then how she articulates that to her kids. Like if you've got eight small humans who you are responsible for, you probably don't have a lot of time to be arrested and booked into jail frequently and repeatedly. So she is, you know, she says in here she's a good person. She's a good mom. But I think good moms take care of their kids and are present for their kids. Um good moms don't get arrested by different jurisdictions and booked into jail. So, I don't think I could agree with her on that. >> I didn't do anything. Like, I'm a good mom and I didn't do anything. I was literally just >> You're also a crazy mom. >> And I haven't said you're a bad person, but there is a law in the state of Florida. >> Okay. But we enforce Florida law. And just because you don't recognize Florida law doesn't mean that we can't enforce it. You >> did those YouTube videos you watched that justified everything you're thinking >> cover this part this part >> or did they just fast forward to the court where everything got dropped and magically went away? >> This is biblical. >> Wow. I I don't remember motor vehicles covered in the Bible. It's been a while since I read it though. >> Being imprisoned is biblical. Being imprisoned for following God is biblical. >> Okay. But >> do you believe in Bible? >> Sure. And I've read it a couple times. >> I don't remember. >> Here's the thing. You're not You're not being arrested for following God. You're being arrested for refusing to identify yourself to me. That's why you're being arrested. Okay? >> I'm standing on the truth that I'm following God's law and not people's law. And >> well, we are not judge. We're not executioners. We're simply abiding and enforcing the laws that we're employed to do. >> You're enforcing Satan's law. >> She sent another letter to the court referencing multiple Bible verses such as Ephesians, Daniel, Luke, Colosseans, and Romans. >> Oh, lots of Romans. Remember when I told you that driving is a privilege in the state of Florida? It's not a right. So in the state of Florida, it's a it's a privilege. >> God said God said subdue the earth. >> I don't think God talked about driving vehicles. >> God said subdue the earth. Do you know what that means? >> To do the earth. >> Subdue the earth. He mean he means to travel over the earth. And >> you can travel >> travel over the earth all you want. You just can't travel in a motor vehicle. You can travel by plane, train, horseback, bicycle, scooter. But to travel on these roadways in a vehicle, it is a privilege. The state of Florida pays for these roadways. The cus the municipalities play for these roadways. That's it. That is you can travel. You just can't travel in a vehicle. That is driving. >> And you cannot drive on our roadways unless you abide by the laws. It's that it's that simple. Okay. You can travel. You have the right to travel. You can travel to a different city, a different county, a different state, all over the United States. But just not in a vehicle unless you do it the right way. >> Do I have any due process to have someone have all the due process you want? I am a huge fan of due process. Okay. >> Someone come pick this up? Nope. Nobody's going to come pick this up. That you're being arrested. So, your vehicle is going to be towed incident to arrest. Okay. Love it. Your vehicle is going to be towed and it's going to be inventoried. >> The due process is will come when you at your time in court. Okay. That's when your due process will come. >> But it's not mine. >> The vehicle is not yours. Then the registered owner can come pick it up. That's fine. >> Then can I call them? >> We will notify them. Yes. What is their phone number? >> 3 2 1. >> Hold on one second. Will you hold this for me? I got you. All right. Appreciate, sir. >> After getting the ARO's phone number, a female officer would conduct a search of the woman's person. >> All right. This is Officer Quantero. She's going to go ahead and search you real quick, okay? Before we put you in back of a vehicle. All right. So, she's going to go ahead and do that. >> Please leave my property in my car. >> I'm not going to take your property. I'm just going to inventory your vehicle. >> Lean against the car. Please don't search it. >> Hey, lean against the card. Where are you going? Let He's going to search it regardless. >> I'm just inventorying it, that's all. Inventory would reveal. You >> have time to put your license plate on. >> This isn't my vehicle. >> Oh, diapers, >> water bottle, nothing crazy. >> Once that was finished, the officer just had one more question for the woman before she was taken to jail. >> One second. >> What's a current address for you? >> Oh my god. >> Is it South John Young Parkway? Is that where you live now? >> I don't know. >> Where do you live? Where do you rest your head at night? Where do you sleep? >> God's land. >> Huh? >> On God's land. >> Okay. So, which one is >> God's land? >> Orlando. Or is it the the one on South Johnny Parkway? Is that where you live? South JP. >> I don't have an address. >> Okay. All right. You have a phone number? >> I have a phone number. >> You don't have a phone number either. Okay. All right. Thank you. [music] >> The officer charged her with resisting without violence. She also got citations for speeding in a school zone, having only one functioning brake light, driving with a suspended license, and knowingly possessing a canceled driver's license. [music] >> Despite the letters she sent to the court in an effort to get the case dropped, she'd eventually plead no contest to the resisting charge and be assessed court costs of $223. >> Not very much. Also pled no contest to the [music] resisting charge she got in the courtroom in May. For that, adjudication was withheld. >> All right, card number five. Only one. That's it. just I didn't do anything. I was really I was I was hoping for more, but I don't think she had the sovereign verbiage down yet. So, she a little baby sovereign. She's working on it. All right, that's that. Hope you liked it. Let me know if you used another card and you got a bingo. Let me know about it. What I want you to do is check the subscribe button out.
