Um, here in the state of Arizona, if you have a third or subsequent, it uh means it's a felony. So, it jumps up from just being a misdemeanor, which is what a regular DUI is, into an aggravated DUI. So, now you're talking about mandatory jail time um up to including mandatory prison time. And um it really enhances a lot of the suspensions and the fines and fees and stuff like that. So, um, we we're pretty progressive in our discipline here of DUI and impaired drivers. So, I don't know where this was. Maybe they didn't have it because in the end credits it just said that she was arrested for DUI. Um, here it would have been a felony DUI or an aggravated DUI. So, I like the way we do things like that.
