These CPS agents showed up unannounced, demanding to see this man's kids without a warrant because his ex-wife had made yet another false report. But he stood his ground and shut them down cold. So then they called backup and the cops rolled in. But this guy wasn't about to fold under pressure. And what he does next leaves them all standing there outplayed. >> I will not comply in the slightest bit, but you come back with actual warrants signed by a judge. >> You litigate the case and take it to court. >> Um, and the judge can grant. >> Good luck with that. I'm very aware of how it works. I know all my rights. I do this on a regular basis. I make sure everything's done by the book, by law, and that's it. You don't understand. >> Okay. I can't see her. Nothing. Okay. So, you do know that the next steps would be for us to um petition a judge for an order to invest. >> Go for it. I I sent the last worker when she came here directed to her email that she was in school. >> Part of our investigation process is that we do see the child every time the case is open. >> I don't care. And at this point, I'm trespassing you guys from my property. >> Did you uh contact that, sir? No. >> No. Uh DCP and B did. The workers right there in that van, sir. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I I I'm sorry. All right. I have to record this for specific reasons. >> You're not part of this conversation. >> I have a constitutional right to record you. So, okay. >> I'm I'm staying out of your investigation. You're there. >> Recording a private conversation. >> There's no such thing as there's no expect to see a privacy in public service. When >> you're not part of the conversation, sir. No, sir. There's no expect to see a privacy in public. I know what I'm allowed to do, sir. >> Okay. You're wrong. >> I'm not I'm not wrong. >> I'm not. There's no expectation of privacy in public. You are on a public sidewalk, sir. >> I don't want you to make I'm I'm very well educated, sir. At this point, uh what I'm doing is I'm just uh asserting my constitutional rights, not allowing anybody to see my kids come to my house, everything like that. You don't have to interview them. >> Like I said, I I do have the Fourth Amendment right, which I am instituting right now. That's pretty much where I stand right now. And again, and like I said, you know, I want to assert my Fourth Amendment rights and deny you guys the right to see my children today. And um hopefully I'll get a court date
