These are optional tests, okay? >> Yeah, and so I have every option to ask you what I'm asking. And you're asking me crazy You want to keep me here. And I'm trying to answer the questions as best as I can. I don't really know what I'm supposed to say. >> Okay. So, you're going to do the test or not? >> What question are you >> Go ahead and step out for me. >> No, if you want to ask me a question, then ask me. >> Go ahead and step out. >> You can ask me a question. >> Get out of the car or we're going to pull you out. >> I thought you wanted to ask me a question. >> Oh. >> Did you not want to ask me a question? >> Turn around. Get out. >> Did you not ask me a question? >> There we go. Good enough for me. >> I'm not going to be asked a question. >> That's right. Good answer. >> You're not going to ask me a single question? >> All right. So, this officer is he's already going down the road of this investigation. He's pretty sure that she's impaired. Um, you know, he's asking about alcohol consumption. He says that he could smell it right off the bat. Um, he puts her through some tests in the car, obviously, that she performs terribly at. Um, and then asks her to do the field sobriety test battery. I like it. Um, he's just building building a really strong case. But with her wanting to question everything and to delay this process, I'm also a big fan of the fact where finally he's like, "That's it. Get out of the car." Like we're we're done We're done asking questions and doing this roundabout "Why have a question? Well, can I ask a question?" At that point, the answer is no. You either perform the field sobriety test battery or you don't. And he says, "It's all up to you." Which is absolutely accurate. If she fails to, there's great case law in the state of Arizona that says that we can bring that up in a jury trial. So, we can tell the jury, "Hey, she was given ample opportunity to perform the field sobriety test battery, and she refused to." It's kind of like hiding evidence. Um, so, that can be held against her in a court of law, and I think that he's got more than enough of articulable reason to place her under arrest. So, I'm good with it. I like it.
