new registration current proof Insurance took a big whiff out of the car though honestly I just I don't know I lost my papers honestly you lost your papers is that really being honest yeah you sure yeah I have registration but I know my tags are expired so they are so I don't have registration okay okay hang tight for me see great music this guy um in looking at his history just with the sheriff's office um has been cited twice previously one in 2021 one in 2022 for not having current proof insurance he does have current proof insurance today time number three and his plates are suspended for not having insurance so I'm going to issue him tickets which he is overly welld deserving of um and I'm going to take his plate off his car which will hopefully prevent him from driving with no insurance in the future and MBD isn't going to give him uh his his plates back until he shows them that he has current insurance for this vehicle in this episode I remove a bunch of license plates uh you can see that I'm there I've got this little you know wrench that I use um so some super kind citizen actually from Southern Arizona uh watched this episode and then sent me an electric more or less like a hand drill but it's a hand wrench that I can take I can use to take plates off faster so I'm not in between cars for for that long a time um kneeling behind a car so now I have an electric one um I charge it in my car and I just and plates come off with ease um so to that that citizen down in Southern Arizona thank you so much your driver's license and your window tint are the only two legal things about this vehicle that's that's it so um no curent registration your registration expired last month um not having your registration card that makes my job harder not having any current proof insurance and your plates are suspended for not having Insurance just like the two previous times that you've been cited for not having Insurance dri license please got you got you got do today good man all my days are good home Deputy sloper work for the panel County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit the reason I stopped you is way back in front of post andb High School you were at 77 and a 45 it just took me this long to catch up to you cuz you're cuz you're driving fast that's like the most air fresheners I've ever seen in a car ever like it literally looks like you robbed a store and took all their air fresheners was ah there we go that makes sense it's Christmas time I'm in the spirit of giving I'm going to give you a citation I'm also going to give you some warnings so we're going to we're going to do this out your speed is Criminal okay because you're more than 20 M hour with the speed Li I'm not going to give you a criminal citation right you've never been pulled over in panau County before well not going to make your first time the reason that I stopped you is is your plates are both expired and suspended in Arizona we have what's called a mandatory Insurance suspension or an MI suspension um if you get a ticket for not having current proof insurance or your insurance laps or cancels um the motor vehicle division will put a suspension on your license plate um has nothing to do with the registration so you could have valid registration and still have a suspension um and when that plate is suspended what we do is we take that plate off of the back of a car then what it does is it forces that driver to go to MVD then they have to show current proof insurance and then they get a new plate back so if there's an MI suspension on a license plate which happens fairly frequently um um that's what causes me to take a plate off if it's fictitious or if it's suspended I'm yanking that plate um we just throw them in a box and eventually we return them all to MVD to be recycled so uh this is my uh syst 's girlfriend's car so your sister's girlfriend's car yeah okay well your sister's girlfriend has set you up for failure and another plate see driver's license please oh no way no way what I've seen all your videos man every other day and believe it or not you're on it right now no way absolutely oh my God so what do I do well is it can you see the sun um cuz it's dark out right right yeah some lights have any lights on okay one of the reasons I love working at night is there's all of the equipment violations that go along with all the lamps in your vehicle so if your license plate lights are out if you're um head if you have a headlight out if you're driving at night without lights on um all of those are violations that we don't get during the day but we get to to see them um at night and like in this case it was the only thing the guy had wrong was I didn't have lights on he had good license good registration insurance so I give him a Christmas warning on this one send him on his way you don't have a single light on in your truck at all yeah like not a single light hey I'm surprised you could see where you were going no lights on man that's it so hey but that's good obviously everything else is good so with only that we we give you a warning it's a season of giving man any idea why I might have stopped you uh yeah we uh me and him going about 65 going about 65 yes 60 65000 okay I'm sorry you know what the speed limit is here uh like 50 like 25 really yeah I thought it was 50 on this Ro no you certainly mistaken when you also aren't doing 65 okay so you are doing 45 okay which is 20 mph less than that but it's also 20 mph over the posted speed limit okay so maybe your Math's bad make sure that if you go to court you bring your parents obviously you're you're underage okay let give that to you there any questions I can answer for you and he just like looks like he's imploding you okay I I speed you already got two speeding tickets slow learner so you can drive slowly drive carefully I do appreciate you uh feel like that guy's going over the speed limit um feel like appreciate you wearing your seat belt though okay you you're free to go thanks and then on meltdown I I don't know if I've ever seen someone do that like he just oh there he is punching punching so he's punching his steering wheel and I feel like that's a i I don't I don't know that's a what was he born so he's born in ' 05 um I don't know what it is about the Year 2005 but this guy was born in that year and he has absolutely no ability to deal with the slightest little bit of adversity I mean being pulled over look it happens happens to all of us it's happened to me um it's probably happened to some of you it's I mean does it does it kind of tick you off yeah absolutely but is it like like yelling flipping off the cops punching your steering wheel total meltdown like is it does it cause that kind of day it shouldn't like and I I mean I talk a lot in my personal life about resiliency and the ability to deal with adversity and fortitude and all those things um and there was none of it in this car that's not a normal reaction to getting a speeding ticket but he said it was his third so I I don't know think he'd be better at it by now I I don't know I I don't I don't even have words how's it going there the happy music how you doing good Ste driver's license there's this difference in music so Sam loves to match music with people um so you have like this guy raging in his car total meltdown and then the music switches to the guy in the pickup truck who's just like he's an older dude older than me um I walk up and he's like hey Frank and this is this is early on in the Fridays with Frank Series so it was still new to for me to be recognized um now probably 50% if not more when I walk up to someone's window they already know who I am um but in this stage of the game this is you know probably just about two years ago it was it was a whole different game back then um so that's why Sam left that in there is cuz then it was something different um and obviously our contact UM was very different than the guy before and that's what caused that music to change was was that guy's demeanor as opposed to um the Meltdown kid any idea why I might be stopping you uh maybe I didn't slow down enough coming around the corner super illegal window tint oh really yeah look at it it's limo it's as dark as you know I watch your Fridays with Frank all the time and I see that I keep going I wonder the truck was like this when I bought it back in July and I'm sure that you've heard me say this before there is no stipulation for hey man I bought it like this well that's is what it is all right you have a registration insurance Port all right I'll let you look at that and I'll be back with you there's the cameraman am I going to be on Friday for FR you probably are because you are a really slow learner you're like I got this illegal window tint nah I'm going to drive around Santana and just see if he stops me of course I'm going to stop you look at it it's like limo it's so I don't know how you just see out this thing at night you know what this thing is as dark as looking at the inside of your eyelids you know what and I agree with you on that I I I definitely do because sometimes I row my window down just so I can see what I'm doing I I very rarely drive at night I know I've seen I've seen this on your show too before but I'm trying to get my my insurance card that says I needed to update the I'm tell I've got insurance it's all so so you see how this happens this is it so so when you're when you're watching this and you're like holy cow that's me you're be like this is how it happens my boss is the one who turned me on to watching that he goes dude you got to watch this stuff this is hilarious watching these people around here cuz we all live up here and so I always catch not on the mountain right you don't live there here I am here you are man when you turned and came up behind me I looked in my I go that's Frank that's his new car the driver of the pickup truck mentions that hey this is I I saw your new car um so this is when I switch Chargers um within the Traffic Unit we have all different sorts of cars we have tahos uh we have F-150 pickup truck we have some explorers we have some Mustangs and we have some Chargers um so I had someone had left the unit and just based on seniority I had the ability to move into the white charger from the blue charger um it was newer it had less miles it was faster um just a different car it gave me a little different look so I I just moved from one car to another um it's not a big deal it happens within our unit quite a bit uh we actually we have a F250 that we just got um so we have all sorts of of vehicles and and often times when someone leaves and their vehicle comes available um there'll be a little switch a little round robin of of vehicles so this is the charger that I'm in today um it's parked in my driveway at home and uh it's so I've had it since this episode or shortly there before this episode and here I am man so listen I haven't I haven't given a single warning yet today I've given nothing but sights every single stop so I'm due I'm due to give a warning so I'm going to give you a warning for this okay right but you know you're a violator okay well don't be a violator change your windows change your window 10 just the front windows leave the back ones back ones are fine go to a window 10 shop say hey man make it as dark as legal they'll give you something that's 30% be totally fine you'll still be good in the sun you won't be a violator row my windows down and leave them down and nobody can tell the difference you do that too I'll give that back to you there update that print it out put it in your car have a great day
