And I I don't know. I I've heard it happen in jurisdictions all over the place. I'm fortunate enough that I've got a great county attorney. We've got great deputy county attorneys and our our cases stick here. It's not like that everywhere. I'm just incredibly fortunate where I'm at. >> [ __ ] kick the cop. How old is she? >> She's old enough. >> Good. >> They just never >> charger. She going to get charged on this one. I'm still >> just stay on her legs. Huh? not something you see every day is using the Lord's name in vain while saying I'm going to have my family shoot cops, which she might just be she might be impaired by crazy. And I think that we can agree that this is a normal behavior for any human. Um, but I feel like when you're saying that on God, I'm going to have my family come and shoot cops. I don't think I don't think that's how you get to the pearly gates. I don't know. But I'm pretty sure that's not how you get there. >> Cool. I like that. Firefighters coming in taking care of business. I like that. Doesn't look like it's broken. Uh it's not really bleeding that bad. Let's just get a rag. Maybe an ice pack. Um they're really just maintaining her position on the ground. She calls it brutality. And she does this after she kicks a police officer in the face. So there's a police officer over there bleeding, spitting blood, coughing up blood, sitting on the curb. And she is saying that these officers who are absolutely totally in control of this situation are brutal. I don't think they're brutal. I think she was the brutal one. And the brutality, the only victim of brutality here is the police officer who got kicked in the face. >> Well, sorry. Your night's going this way. >> I don't think you know what brutality is. No one's doing anything to you unlike you kicking a police officer in the face. Get off of me, bro. >> Let me know. >> One, two, three. >> There we go. >> Let me go. Let me the [ __ ] out. The [ __ ] >> You're hurting. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. >> These officers are awesome. >> Get off of me. >> They're so calm in the face of this craziness. >> Get off of me. >> Back off. >> No one's on you. >> I don't care. >> You definitely don't. >> Pull your feet in the wagon. But see how all the cops are coughing and gagging and I just I just don't like pepper spray. I don't like it. I just I The taser was deployed. Taser worked great. Obviously, they took her into custody. It stopped the fight. Um maybe a little touch taze. Like maybe a little There's got to be some other way. Joint manipulation. Um there's got to be something better than spraying pepper spray in the back of this van because all you did was make everyone's day worse. I don't like it. You got his camera. >> Everybody got their camera. >> It's looking okay. My nose. It goes one direction and comes back. I've broken it three times. >> Oh, great. >> So, you're dealing. >> It's my first bloody nose ever. >> Ever? >> Ever in my life? Yeah. >> That's amazing. She >> So, posting she had like a 30-second seizure. >> Pulled it off. >> Does she still need to be transported to the hospital? >> She's got She's got to get checked out. It's >> my first bloody nose. It looks so bad. >> Serge is like >> they hurt. >> This suspect was charged with substantial battery, battery to public officers, resisting, obstructing, causing bodily harm, disorderly conduct, and four counts of bail jumping. Court records indicate the suspect spent 3 days in jail before being released to a group home. Her defense attorney requested an examination by a psychologist to see if the defendant was not guilty by reason of insanity. After approximately 4 months, the doctor advised the court the insanity claim was not supported. Finally, almost a year later, right before the case was to be sent to trial, the defendant pleaded guilty to felony assault on an officer on the condition of six other charges being dismissed. She was sentenced to 3 years of probation. >> Midwest Safety makes great videos. And you know where else you see great videos before anyone else is if you're a member of this channel.
