This guy was just walking down the street. Didn't break a single law, but these cops rolled up and stopped him anyway. No crime, no probable cause, just the typical blueline power trip. And when a bystander tried to speak up, they escalated the whole thing even more. All while knowing full well that they had the wrong guy from the start. >> What crime did William do?
