You're drunk on the side of the road with a car that's disabled. So, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. >> My car is abled. Actually, >> what does abled mean? >> Biohazard. That beer bong in there. There it is. There's no law when you're drinking the claw >> alcohol in it. >> I knew there was going to be some sort of open container of alcohol in this vehicle. Um I just with this level of of impairment, um I doubt that she was there throwing beer cans away before the cops got there. Um and sure as the day is long, there's a an open container. Obviously, the officer tips out some some liquid out of that White Claw can, a tall can, uh, which is probably like a 16 ounce. So, there's at 5% by volume alcohol, a 16 can of White Claw on a female that small, um, if she drank two or three of those, she's well above the legal presumptive limit. And that's kind of what it looks like.
