If you are driving on the roadway and a law enforcement officer sees you and then you pull into your driveway or into your garage or wherever into a private parking lot, you could still be stopped. As far as I know, it's like that in all 50 of the states and probably every US territory. It you don't get a home base. It doesn't It doesn't work like that. So, this suspect is so wound up about the fact that she got pulled over in her driveway. I've pulled tons of people over in their driveway because sometimes you just you can't get through an intersection, you can't c catch up to them, they make a turn and you know, you can't follow them. So, you have to wait till cars go through the intersection, then you're trying to catch up. It happens. It happens all the time all over the United States. You're not free of committing crime in your driveway.
