[Music] and i try to get in front of back but i can't get in i can't get through the window and now that i can't get to the window it's just hot do you guys have like a emergency maintenance line or anything like that hey guys welcome back to the channel the video i have for today is going to be an incident where an officer was dispatched to a call that was labeled as an unknown complaint basically that's a call where the dispatcher is unable to determine what is actually happening based on the call that comes in in this case you'll hear the 9-1-1 call a woman calls in says that she just hears somebody outside screaming for help and that they want them to call the police so the officer arrives what he finds is a person who was just locked out of their house so you'll be able to see how the officer interacts with this person and see how they come up with a solution to this problem i hope you enjoy this video i hope you learned something and i'll talk to you soon 911 what is the address of your emergency um it's not my address but i have to need a court and i hear somebody outside screaming time i call the police so what's your name alyssa and a phone number uh four seven three zero do you know if it's a male or female female yeah you wanna speak to a responding officer um i probably well i'm not sure if i'll be here or not but i mean i could tell them that i heard screaming but i'm on my way to work so all right i'll get there for officers all right thank you man my boyfriend got himself a fight because [Music] [Music] all the way up and i tried to get in front of back but i can't get in i can't get through the window it's not that i can't get through the window it's just hot i can't i don't have anything okay do you guys have like a emergency maintenance line or anything like that um yeah but i don't know anything i'm waiting for the i think the office open at seven okay that'd be pretty early for the office to open i'm not sure but my mic is messed up on my phone so i can't i can't even call my mom okay were you trying to get to work yeah but i can't go to work like this i'm soaking wet so like that window right there has like something stopping it from going up yeah like yeah it's like a little safety thing um okay what do these windows in the back look like they don't open okay oh you're talking about that went away up there yeah [Music] yeah that's pretty dangerous and then you got this all locked up yeah okay would you like me to take you anywhere in the meantime can you send me to my mom where's it at she lives off of climb and frank road yeah i can take you down there do you know the address yeah okay thank [Music] you i want in there you're welcome what's the address could left from court grove city ohio okay so we're going for a pretty good drive i'm sorry no you're fine it's the end of my shift i can chill out and take you for a drive let me get a trick of water let's see i don't want to blind you back there is that going to bother you all right you're fine whenever we got females in the car we have to have the camera going i have to have a light on okay so just that everyone knows i don't crawl back there and get frisky with you it's been a long night and we're going to chill out okay okay what's your name hun anachae yes sir what do people call you the people shay yeah all right shay i'm officer does he work or anything hmm um yeah well would you be able to move back in with your moms if you had to i can't i don't want to everything that i worked so hard for well is it is everything in the apartment yours yeah then he just won't leave everyone well you might have to go down and have him evicted that might be the easiest thing to do it doesn't matter if he's established residency then he has to be evicted we we give that advice to people a lot let me get on the radio 192. 192. this is going to be a 17 a.m south on south wilson towards fremont street i'm gonna have a 5-1 with her to beginning is 26. in 800 feet turn right onto josephine avenue for 2001 west street uh it's a career city address okay it's 528. yeah the problem that you're having is that you already know the answer and you're just trying to argue with yourself you know what i mean i see it a lot but if he's 38 and he's been like this he's not going to change well it's really frustrating i see it a lot i see it with uh people that are couples i see it with people who their kids have done the wrong thing you know like i i was at a house saturday morning before i got off work uh this lady's son is basically a crackhead living on the street and he came by begging to spend the night because he didn't have a place to stay so she let him in she said she tried to stay awake because she knew he was going to do something right and she ended up passing out next thing you know her car's gone yeah and she was just as emotional as you are about the whole situation yeah i've had usually it's with kids because honestly most couples when one couple is doing drugs the other person is so it's kind of a odd well that's just like your situation is a little bit uncommon because usually it's two people that are smoking crack together doing heroin together and you got two people whose lives aren't together and it's a mess do you have a car of your own are you basically paying all the rent there i think what you need to do is get yourself a girlfriend and be roommates that's what i did for a long time i had buddies that i just yeah it's definitely hard and it's hard to find a place that you can afford by yourself you know yeah well if you got to live someplace with nothing but a mattress to sleep on and no tv or nothing you can you can do that yeah you just might have to go down to the prosecutor's office and file like a 30-day eviction because i've had to tell parents to do that to their own kids yeah it's a really sad situation and i've had parents who have had to file for protection order against their kids and i mean eastbound two males walking eastbound one yelling a call 901 red white black tank top of the second one not sure what's wrong with them i guess this isn't as far away as i thought it was going to be it's funny at the end of the night because we do uh staggered shifts so like the guys we're on 10 precinct right now and they get off at six in the morning well i'm i work 19 which is up that way like where you live and we got off at seven in the morning so they basically stop taking runs at about 5 30 5 40. and we have to come down here and cover all their runs until first shift marks in well sometimes like we go all the way down to the edge of grove city every once in a while at six in the morning i got to or 6 15 in the morning i have to drive all the way down to grove city and it's like man i'm gonna be late i'm not gonna be back by seven but stuff happens all right oh my goodness what are you calling the university on sullivan you call that the university yes it's like a university they do i see at least 12 people yeah they uh you know it's funny though they go out there and they work they work hard until like midnight or one and then they'll go take a little nap and then they come back out at like 4 35 in the morning really yeah because a lot of dudes will uh pick up a hooker on the way to work in the morning yeah it's crazy busy but there's not a lot we can do in uniform patrol about the hookers because you gotta you gotta be able to prove what they're doing right because you know we all know what they're doing yeah it's like it's no surprise that all the people walking down sullivan are females at four in the morning but you gotta be able to prove it you can't just pull up on someone and call them a hooker yeah well it's really funny like when we first got these vehicles they were used to seeing the crown vix and it's a little bit harder to tell this is a police car from further away because the light bar is smaller and stuff and uh i'd be driving down solvent and i'll slow down when i come up behind them they'll turn around with a big smile on their face think that it's i'm a john and then they'll realize it's a police car and they get all upset and turn around yeah they're like man but they're i mean they know they know what our roles are as far as dealing with hookers so they're honest with us too i'll pull up and i'm like what are you doing they're like i'm working but we don't even have like a charge yeah it's gross but to an extent we work with them a little bit like they give us information all right sorry my name they'll is my beginning violence look like 5 30 is your mom gonna be awake i'll stick around make sure you get inside no problem take the next ride then turn left onto this is a pretty quiet area isn't it is she on here on the corner 192 my innings 31. i got to come let you we can't have door handles back there because people will be letting themselves out i forgot where i was yeah you know it's funny sometimes the people in the back will start crying that they need the windows down uh-huh and some of the newer officers will kind of walk away from the car next thing you know there's a hand reaching out and open up the door people are tricky like i and then and then officers will go and they're like talking and not paying attention next thing you know there's someone running down the road with handcuffs on where are you going some of these people are pretty quick though it's funny with the body cameras how we get to watch like everyone's mistakes yeah and then what your mistake was [Music] mm-hmm all right you have a good day i truly appreciate it you're welcome come on mom go back inside dawg come on mommy all right take care thank you you're welcome [Music] you
