That's it. like she obviously isn't going to participate in these. Um she doesn't understand that you do the horizontal gaze nagmus before you do the walk and turn. Um it's the way that we're instructed. It's the way that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration wants this test battery administered. Um it's they're their officers are trying to do everything right. Although it's at a snail's pace, they're trying to do everything right and she's just not participating. That's fine. That's cause a refusal. Just do it. just put your hands on her, place her in custody. She didn't want to do it. That that was it seemed to be a much longer decision to get to that final um you know act of placing her into custody because she just needed to she needed to go just do it.
