On April 2nd, 2025, officers were dispatched to a restaurant for a call of [music] a young woman trespassing. >> Hey everyone, I'm Frank Slow. I'm a 24-year veteran of a sheriff's office in Arizona, and today we'll be doing some body cam breakdown. So, Crime Time Cam is the channel where we found today's video. Uh they're great. We've used them before. They're familiar channel. We definitely like their stuff, and they don't run too long, which we like it. While I'm watching this video, card number four on body cam bingo is going to be the game we're going to play today. >> [cheering] >> If you're looking to play along, we sell body cam bingo packs of five. So, you have five different cards, um all different stuff on there. You can order those on our website, so check that out. If you want a hat or a shirt or a cup, you can get that, too. So, let's get to it, and uh let's see how card number four performs today. >> You guys knocked, has anyone answered? >> Yeah, she's answering, but she just won't open the door. >> Okay, do you have a key? >> I brought a key, but whatever. >> Do you guys have a key? >> All right. >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> What? It's not a public bathroom. >> It's not public, it's private. You've been there for an hour, and they need you to leave. >> How do they not have a key to that? >> They want you to leave. If you do not leave, you will go to jail. And this is your last warning. Come out. Open the door. >> I like his accent. >> You're refusing to leave. That is what you're doing wrong. So, you're trespassing. >> Yep. Oh, I know my rights. We're starting out strong. I like it. >> [screaming] >> Well, you're trespassing on private property. If you have a medical problems, we going to get you medic. Then stop. You need to leave. Let's go. Come out. Leave now. You will be going to jail. You will be going in handcuffs. Let's go. We're going to tell you this one last time. If you don't leave, you're going to go in handcuffs. Let's go. >> I'm going where? >> To jail. >> For trespassing. >> We're going to take you to jail. >> Stop being in this private property. >> I don't leave now. >> How am I trespassing? I know my rights. >> You are being told to leave a private business. >> You have used the bathroom for an hour. >> Okay. I hear you. I understand you. I am leaving in 2 minutes. >> Listen, I'm going to give you a last warning. If you don't leave, you're going in handcuffs. >> All right, let's go. I'm leaving. >> Do not come back on this property. You're trespassing. >> How? How am I trespassing? >> They don't want you back on this property. >> Step out. >> Leave the property. >> doing? >> Or you go to jail. >> Step out of the property, or you going in handcuffs. >> Put her in handcuffs. >> Ma'am. Did you hear what I said? >> Put her in handcuffs. >> [ __ ] >> No. Off the property. That means out of the parking lot, off the sidewalk. >> Spring cleaning season is here, and most people forget the most important place to start is your pantry. With most chips having 40 ingredients like seed oils and artificial flavors and mystery chemicals, Masa Chips contain just three. Organic nixtamalized corn, sea salt, 100% grass-fed beef tallow. That's it. Just real food the way it used to be. These chips don't just avoid all the bad stuff, but they taste incredible, too. That's the reason that Sprouts Farmers Market and Wegmans picked them up nationwide. This is the real deal. With Masa, you feel satisfied and energetic with no crash or bloat. You're not going to find yourself uncontrollably binging and still feeling hungry afterwards. Personally, my favorite flavor is these habanero chips. They're the best nacho chip you'll ever eat. You ready to give Masa a try? Go to masachips.com/frank and use code Frank for 25% off your first order, or simply click the link in the video description, or you could scan the QR code to claim this delicious offer. >> If you come back onto this property, sidewalk or parking lot, you go to jail. >> [ __ ] bro, you are ridiculous. I was using the bathroom and I have no other >> matter. Other people need to use the bathroom. >> my rights. >> You have no rights on private property. If they don't want you there, you have to leave. >> private property. >> Yes, it is. >> a public restaurant. >> It is a private entity. >> You're so dumb. You know what? >> This is your last chance. Leave, or you go to jail. >> There's a lot of this is your last chance. Uh there's a lot of warnings being given here, and I feel like there's always a bifurcation in law enforcement, especially in Florida, where you have city cops and you have deputy sheriffs. And if this video would have had law enforcement officers wearing forest green, I just don't feel like there'd be as many chances given. The "Hey, this is your last chance. This is your last chance. I'm going to tell you one more time." Deputies just have a much lower threshold for that BS. And uh we tend to affect arrests, I feel, more more quickly. And uh I was I really wanted that to happen. I wanted them to have a a deputy level of speed of placing someone into custody. And um just it just didn't get there as fast as I wanted it to. >> I'm off the property. >> No, you're not. You're still in their parking lot. >> You guys want her to leave, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Still in the parking lot. >> All right. And who's the manager? >> I know. I'm on my way. >> Okay. And you want her to leave the >> I'm going to get hit by a car. >> I'm in the bathroom. I mean, it's just a public restroom. I can use the bathroom, but it's not staying for that long. >> Okay. As of right now, do you want her to leave the property? Okay. Ma'am. This is the manager. She's asking you to leave. All right? >> Okay. >> As of right now, you need to leave the property. >> Put your hands on her. >> One last time, if you don't leave, you're going to go in handcuffs. Ma'am, leave the property. >> Thank you so much for letting me handle my medical issues. What is your name? >> Officer Charles. >> Charles and Nicholas. Thank you for not helping me. >> I'm sure that video's going to be great to watch. >> You want to go to the hospital, we'll call the medics for you. >> I don't need the medics. >> Okay, well then you need to leave the property. >> I was handling my issues. >> For now, you need to leave. >> You've got lots of issues. >> You don't know how long it takes. If I'm an hour, there's two bathrooms. [ __ ] can use the bathroom. >> Why? >> Because it's a private entity. >> Okay, and if I was buying something, that's allowed. >> service. >> So, can I get my food? >> No. >> No. At this time they denied you service. >> it? >> Nope. They don't want you back on their property for a year. If you come back, you go to jail. >> even know my name. >> We don't need to know your name. If you come back, you go into jail. >> my name. >> We know your face. It's recorded. >> I know my I know my rights. >> Mhm. >> Y'all are [ __ ] ridiculous and I'm going to report you. >> Oh. Shortly after the initial incident >> to the >> to the manager, the woman attempted to return to the establishment. >> Did they sell her food? >> So, did you guys Did you guys allow her? I'm saying did you guys allow her cuz you guys You guys didn't come in >> She said no. >> She said she talked to the cop about this situation something. >> Okay. Come on. >> I just got food. What are you doing? >> So, issuing this verbal trespass after a hundred, "Hey, this is your last chance." is just like a verbal warning on a traffic stop. They just don't work. So, they told this girl, "You've got to go. You've got to go. You can't come back. You've got to go. Get off the property." She leaves while talking smack to them. And then she comes back. So, like it didn't work. They should have just arrested her the first time. Then they wouldn't have There just wouldn't have been anything. It should have been like, "Hey, this is your last chance." "No, I've got two more minutes." "You're under arrest." That's it. That's it. It's a You could have been that easy and then it wouldn't have this entire kerfuffle that happened. It's just It would have been easier. >> Don't fight. >> Don't fight. >> What are you doing? She just said I could order food. >> Got it. >> What are you doing? You just said I could order food. She just said I could order food. >> Nope. >> You're under arrest. >> Really? >> This is no restaurant. >> Wait. >> Wait. Wait. >> Love it. >> I I know my rights. I do know my rights. >> Wait. >> You know >> You fight, you're going to get hurt. >> Wait. >> I'm telling you, put your hands together. >> Bro, did you not just say I could order food? DID YOU NOT JUST SAY I COULD order food? >> No, you told me you were talking to them. >> she's being detained right now, that's all. >> Did you tell me that? >> I was on the phone with them, and I asked you if I could order food. Now I have to call them again. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Can I please just continue? Please stop. >> You're You're under arrest. >> He's doing this >> Right now. Right now. >> For what? >> Right now. Right now. Right now. >> For what? >> Right now. Right now. >> I got it. For what? >> You just said I could order food. >> No, they can't supersede the word of the police. Sorry. >> Let's go. >> Please, can I >> Let's go. Let's go. >> ORDER FOOD? THAT'S MY PHONE. >> YOUR PHONE'S RIGHT HERE. >> Your phone's right here. We got you a phone. >> Bro, WHAT THE YOU JUST SAID I COULD ORDER FOOD. >> NO, GO SOMEWHERE else and order food. >> What the >> Oh, well. >> Can I Can I please make a phone call cuz I was just talking to your managers? >> Relax right now. >> Talking to the manager. >> phone with the company. Let me make a phone call. >> No. >> Hey, can you hear it now? >> No, I can't. She just said I could order food. >> We told you you weren't allowed back on the property. >> And she said that it was okay. >> She can't supersede word of the police. >> She just said it was okay. I don't understand. Just let me get something to drink. I have a medical issue. >> It's unfortunate. >> You have all sorts of issues. >> Before you go to jail. >> Please. >> What's your medical issue? >> I need to make a phone call. I have intussusception. Please. >> No. >> That doesn't make sense. She said I was able to order food. >> We told you already not to come back. >> AND THEN I ASKED HER. I SAID I LOST MY >> WHEN you came back to ask her when you shouldn't have. >> No, she already told us. How does this open? Does it pull? >> I need to make a phone call. >> No. >> I need to make a phone call. Please, officer. Please. Please. Please. I will not resist. >> No. How does this come off? >> It doesn't come off. >> Okay, you mean you mean it doesn't come off? >> Can you please just let me make a phone call? >> Just relax. Just relax enough so I can get this off. Just relax enough so I can take this off. >> I've done nothing wrong. I know my rights. You are freaking violating me and my rights. You're violating me. You're violating >> Stop. Stop clenching. >> You are violating me and my rights, sir. >> Sure. What you're doing right now is not helping. >> What you're doing is illegal. >> Mhm. It's not. >> DUDE, TAKE HER OFF. DO NOT TAKE MY GRANDMOTHER OFF. WE'RE GOING TO THE NO. NO. NO. NO. >> ALL RIGHT. >> NO. You just broke off all of my nails. >> All right, stand up. GET IN THE CAR. >> [laughter] >> WHAT THE >> YOU COULD HAVE JUST STEPPED IN. You could have done everything easy. Whoops. They argue for a little bit. >> King of the world. I NEED TO CALL HOME. >> I'M GOING TO SAY COMPLAINTS ABOUT HANDCUFFS on that one. >> It's not okay. It's not okay. THIS IS NOT OKAY. I NEED TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. I need one. I DESERVE IT. I am legally required to get one. >> When you get to county. >> No, NOW. TECHNICALLY, I'M ALLOWED TO HAVE MY PHONE BACK HERE. >> OH, you are. She knows all of her rights. >> I know my [ __ ] rights. >> [laughter] >> Check for weapons. Bad breath. Fancy ice skating. You can check these. Hey. Yep, now she's going to have to be hobbled. Yeah, she's going to have to be hobbled. There it is. >> BRO, WHAT THE >> THERE'S A LEG. >> THE BATHROOM. >> YEP. >> BRO, what the >> Sarah, don't kick. >> [ __ ] you guys. You do nothing to help the community. >> Sarah, give us your other foot. >> No. >> They're helping that business by removing her. So, this terrible human is yelling at the cops that they do nothing for the community. But, think of what the world would be like if nasty, terrible humans like this were allowed to roam unchecked. No one holding them accountable. No one keeping them from doing whatever they want. Just camping in the bathroom or doing whatever it is she was doing in there and causing a disturbance and yelling and Like, what if those people went unchecked? It'd be pandemonium. It'd be anarchy. Like, she is saying it because of course she's selfish and self-centered that the cops aren't doing anything for society. But, really the rest of society that wants to enjoy that restaurant, maybe go into the bathroom and wash their hands. Well, all of those people are now have a better experience at that restaurant because she was removed. So, even though it's not in her best interest as one person, society as a whole is probably grateful these officers doing their job. So, she just needs to change her point of view a little bit and she needs to have 30,000 ft view instead of a 3-ft view. I don't think she's going to get there. >> When you get to county >> Give me my [ __ ] phone call, [ __ ] I'm loosening these [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Sarah >> You have a lot of demands for someone in the back of a cop car. >> Here you go, YOU [ __ ] KING. THAT DOES NOTHING TO [ __ ] HELP. >> STOP. >> [ __ ] YOU [ __ ] you do. You're supposed to be on my side. Isn't that supposed to be woman to >> What? Why? >> Because bro, WHAT THE [ __ ] IS YOUR PROBLEM? >> Slip them through. >> I JUST WANT TO GET OUT OF HERE. I did nothing wrong. >> No. >> Please loosen this a little bit cuz this one is literally CUTTING ME OFF. >> SLIP THEM SLIP IT UNDER. >> GO. BRO, WHAT is your problem? >> [screaming] >> That'll work. >> Respect my rights. >> One more time, Sierra. >> I am legally allowed to enter a building if a manager says so. I am being held against my will. I'm being held against my rights. >> Sierra, your date of birth one more time. >> I'm being held against my rights. Have you even read me my mandatory rights? No, you have not done that either. So, first of all, now you are [ __ ] violating two rights of mine. >> So, she's big on I know my rights cuz she said it 46 times. Um but then she wants to be read her rights as if she doesn't know her rights, but she knows her rights. And this is not a crime where you have to be read your rights. This is a crime of trespass. So, you're there. You're told not to be there anymore, and then you're there again. That's it. There doesn't need to be any sort of interview. If she was never ever read her Miranda rights from the minute the cuffs went on to the minute she's booked in the jail, this is still a good rock solid case. It's Miranda only applies if I'm going to ask you questions about a crime to which I believe you committed after you're in custody and not free to go. Well, no one's asking her any questions because she it doesn't matter. She's just she's there. She committed the violation. I don't I don't need any sort of confession. So, uh she's just this is just a wonderful exemplar of ignorance. And um it she just she doesn't she doesn't even know what she doesn't know. But, she's going to find out. >> What's your date of birth? >> I told you. >> One more time. >> I told you. >> The woman was charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. >> All right, we almost had it. Card four performed pretty well. Um I was looking for something about mentions court or lawyer to get the the diagonal bingo, and I just couldn't I just couldn't do it.
