hi I'd like to report uh trespassing and
lering at uh private
property
what's it is 314 North Peg
Avenue is this a business or residence
it's the business what's the name of the
business I it's it's just a commercial
warehouse building there's no okay it's
not a public business there should be
nobody there and actually I filed a um
oh what is it your no trespassing letter
to give you guys
authorization so basically took anybody
off okay that should be file as well and
there are there people there now there
are and also the street is lined up I
can't even access my building which is
really frustrating
with like vehicles that aren't supposed
to be parked there correct okay how do
you know how many people are in there
right
now um I can see there's one gentleman
that is sitting in the doorway and it
looks like he's got an hospital gown
he's been throwing things so can't
really say what his status is okay and
uh there's other people that have been
walking in and over to him and okay but
right now there's just a one male in
there oh uh

yes hey buddy the owner of this property
doesn't want anybody on the property so
right grab your stuff and remove
yourself

hey do me a favor and spread the word
yeah cuz this guy's been like calling a
lot he's been flagging us down like it's
a matter of time but he's going to start
issuing like a uh AR rest protocol you
know what I mean I just grab my lunch I
understand the uh the city's coming down
on him for having people hanging out and
leaving trash and stuff so in order for
him to avoid getting in trouble he's
becoming an which it's kind of
how the world works you know what I mean
so just let everybody know that they
might get in trouble if they hang out
