no interest and remained professional in the end she was charged with DUI Elizabeth may have been flirtatious but she was nothing compared to this intoxicated lady in a skimpy outfit who tried to control what happened when officers pulled her over I'm I'm I'm going to I know the procedure right I'm going to I'm going to trans I know the law I like okay all right you to do is this one standing the other way okay that's fine we're going to we're going to go inside of my vehicle where it's warm on December the 3rd 2022 an intoxicated woman was pulled over in Palm Beach County Florida but the confrontation between her and the officers went as bad as it possibly could I had a question for you all so obviously I'm I'm smelling an overwhelming of alcohol emanating from your breath okay so how much have you had to drink today how much alcohol have you had today not much okay what what what were you drinking okay but what were you drinking Cheetos vodka okay all right so you know like right now this is not a a safe place to conduct it would you mind if we go to the station it's just like two exits away I can give you a ride there right but okay all right right but but I'm asking you would would would you mind doing the standard field Surety exercises off of the interstate because it's safer like right now this is uneven terrain that's fine all right so I can give you a right to the exit and then uh we'll we'll do them we'll do them in the parking is that okay right here no this is this is not an ideal place to do standard pH so yeah so what I would I would transport you to a safe location okay but unfortunately this is an uneven this is an uneven so ma'am do you want to do standard fuel sity exercises okay they will not be done here yeah yeah but would you mind if I take every single one at this point the officers were left with no choice but to follow the law we're going to walk towards my car okay all right you face my car please and put your hands behind your back then they're going to pat you down okay okay all right so just have a seat in my vehicle eventually she was taken to the police station where she was charged with a DUI beauty doesn't always mean brains because this stripper thought she could use her feminine charm to get away with driving a stolen vehicle all right no problem walk back here at me she's mad at me just make sure the car's CLE was hit in C corcus New Jersey further investigation revealed that it was stolen but the officer wasn't expecting the driver to be a stripper looking for trouble driver turn the vehicle off driver move one of us take lead we'll go to the front and we'll move her from the vehicle she's not she's not listening driver she's all the road so I don't she's 450 back up to my just back up to my car you're good seora all we have enough wait what are you doing you good all right 36 if you want to just take lethal hold her we'll be hands she's not respond to any commands she was uh fail maintain Lan so possible 450 in Spanish speaking all right you ready we'll go hands he'll hold that yeah he speaks Spanish so you want me to go there yeah if you want go with Magno so you can try and talk her the officers then searched her car the woman's name was revealed to be Rosemary Torres who had no issued license making the investigation difficult for the police during the search officers discovered an important piece of information she was a stripper at this point they commenced a DUI investigation just going to walk over turn around I'm going to take the handcuffs off for a second all right fix yourself and then we're going to walk over here don't try and run away anything that's probably the worst thing you can do you understand what I'm telling you me what I don't know what you're saying as chill out at work the officer detected signs of intoxication and asked a suspect named Emily heste if she was willing to perform a sobriety test and this is how she responded would there be any chance that you'd be able to submit to some tests to see if you're able to drive tonight ma'am okay you can come on step out please do you need me to turn my car no it's fine got so we're going to step back here and we're going to wait for the other officer to show up just you know it's for a safety issue of course yes sir I got you absolutely so you had one strawberry margarita yes sir I did but it was like an hour hour and a half ago and we've just been kind of chilling out until they were ready to close and we're waiting until the guide section that we were sitting in was ready to close license so I get her to call her mom pick her up okay but you're okay if if her mom comes and picks the car up okay after placing the suspect in the patrol car the officer began searching her vehicle and found something that would get her into even more trouble y see her wallet in there anything yeah you're going to read her for huh no not yet what you say that what's that just got okay that's fine yeah I read her for she said yes so I don't know what finding uh-oh oh god oh interesting uhoh where's her wallet y do youall see her wallet oh it's up here this okay that looks like these rocks that you have that we have here yeah but there's also with this rock a nice R up that bill oh and this is a gummy okay and this is a little baggie sounds like usage to me the officer went to the suspect to confront her about what they had found in her vehicle all right you have the right to remain silent anything you say anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law you
