Get out of the car and you're going to be tased, ma'am. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm asking why. >> You are under arrest. You are under arrest. Oh my god. >> You are under arrest. Oh my god. That piece of Play-Doh is screaming at that officer. >> 2024. >> Code Blue Cam is where we found this video. We did a YouTube live. Someone said, "Hey, check out this channel." And they're great. So check them out. You'll find out they're great, too. >> A sergeant with the St. Croy tribal police was on his way to respond to an alarm call in Webster, Wisconsin while driving >> like Wisconsin. >> People pulled over on the shoulder with its hazard lights flashing. It didn't seem urgent at the time, so he continued on to the call. After clearing the alarm without issue, he headed back the same way and saw that the vehicle was still there, flasher still going, wanting to make sure everything was okay, he decided to stop and take a closer look. That's when he found a 29-year-old woman in the driver's seat slumped over, setting the stage for a situation that quickly escalated beyond a simple welfare check. >> Oh, she's taking a nap. Oh, hi. Sleepy time. >> Roll your window down. Roll your window down. Hi. Is everything okay? Okay. Why are you stopped along the road? >> You got a driver's license on you? You don't have a driver's license. Okay. Whoa. Hey, wait. Wait. She's taking off on me. >> Well, that doesn't work. As soon as this officer makes contact with the driver, sees that she's asleep behind the wheel, um he says that he could smell marijuana and smell alcohol from her car, she's not free to go. This is now a criminal investigation. It's a DUI investigation or whatever they have in Wisconsin. Um this is this is now it's it's a full-fledged investigation. This isn't a welfare check anymore. It might have started out like that, but that's not where it ended up. Um, so and when I mean no normal person would look at a a uniform law enforcement officer and go I'm just going to drive away. Uh, so obviously there's an impairment in judgment there which again leads itself down the you know down the pathway to being impaired, having impaired judgment. Um, you know, and then just her actions just aren't normal. around about 45. >> After casually fleeing the traffic stop, she drove a short distance before being pulled over again where things wouldn't stay calm for long. >> Okay, now it looks like we're stopping now. Okay, she stopped. >> What are you doing? >> What do you mean? >> What do you mean? What do I mean? >> I'm just on the What? >> What's up? >> She drunk. >> Took off on me. >> What do you mean took off? >> How much have you had to drink? >> I haven't had any to drink. What do you mean? Breath me then. What kind of drugs are you on? >> What kind? I work overnight. I just had tonight off. I'm just trying to have a break. I'm doing a lot of >> Why did you take off on me? >> I'm not taking off. >> You did. >> Drove away. >> identification at all. >> Somewhere. Just hold on. Can you like relax? >> I could smell alcohol on your breath. >> There we go. >> There we go. >> There's my >> No, I want to see a driver's license. >> Can you not blind me? Like, how the am I supposed to see? >> Attitude better change. >> It's my >> right now. You're on your way to jail. Roll the window down. What? >> You took off on me. >> I didn't take off. >> Failure to yield. >> Very overexaggerated. >> No, you drove away on camera. >> That's fine. What am I supposed to say? Blind me more and I can see more. >> Give me your driver's license. >> Can you back up? You're literally in my car. >> I'm just about to take you out and put you in handcuffs. >> Yep. >> For what? You're blinding me. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> How can I see if you can't? You literally can't >> step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> I can't see. Look. She then decided to call 911, screaming at dispatch about the situation. >> Today's video is brought to you by Cyber GhostVPN. Cyber GhostVPN has over 38 million subscribers worldwide. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car, ma'am. >> What a terrible sound. The scariest part of this, besides the possibility of having your foot stepped on by her, is that she is a a caregiver. So, she's taking care of another human out there in the world. and she has this level of mental, psychological instability that she can't deal with the slightest bit of adversity and she's in a total meltdown. What happens when something happens to the person who she's taking care of? Like this is she she could barely take care of herself in this instant. There's no way I would trust her. I wouldn't trust her to take care of my dog. Like love dogs. I wouldn't put her in charge of that. I sure wouldn't put her in charge of a human. Absolutely not. >> Get out of the car. You are under arrest. >> Get out of the car. You're under arrest. >> What sound is that? >> It's like a squeaky toy. >> Under arrest, ma'am. Get out of the car. >> Illinois22, but I need back up. >> Trying to tase me. >> Then get out of the car. >> Flashlight. >> Send me back up. Get out of the car, ma'am. I'm trying to take care of my dad. My dad, get out of the car any further. >> I'm going to take you my dad. My dad. >> Get out of the car. You are under arrest >> for what? >> Disorderly conduct. And you kicked me. >> I'm trying to get you out of my car. Help me. I can't. >> I'm telling you to get out of the car. >> Help me. >> Those dispatchers that are out there, you know what I'm talking about. But a lot of times they wear a headset. though sometimes one ear, sometimes both ears are covered. Um, so they can hear better as they're taking calls for service. I couldn't imagine the headache you would have if you're a 911 dispatcher, call taker, and this creature calls and starts screaming the way that she did. I couldn't imagine having that in both ears at the same time. I mean, you'd be deaf. I I absolutely feel for that call taker who took that call from this this 911. You know that 911 dispatcher is earning her money having to deal with this. So feel bad for her. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm asking why. >> You are under arrest. Get off your phone. >> Can you talk to me, please? He >> get off your phone. >> He's saying disorderly conduct >> and assault. >> I laid in my car and I pushed him with my foot. Get out of the car. >> He's yelling at me. >> Get out of the car, man. Get out of the car. >> You can't pull all that out. >> What the Why is he grabbing me? There's no reason for this. >> I will warn you one more time. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car or you get tased. >> I'm just trying to relax. My dad's dead. >> Get out of the car. >> Please. >> Get out of the car, ma'am. >> I'm the only person that's here for me. I am the only person on this earth for me. Ma'am, what is happening? >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. I told you. What? >> I told you. >> Can you just talk to me instead? I just painted >> Get out of the car. You're under arrest. Talk is too late. Stop >> talking to me. The talking is Get out of the car. >> Get out. >> You are under arrest. >> You haven't said anything. >> Yes, you have. Get out of the car. Talk to me. >> No, I don't want to talk to you. >> Just let me breathe. >> Get out. >> You sound like a squeaky toy. >> Let me breathe. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm trying to breathe. I am I am not even bad. What is going on? >> Get out of the car. I've explained to you. >> You haven't explained anything to me here. Get out of the car. Taser to me. I'm just trying to talk to you. Can you please >> Every time I reach in to try and take you into custody, you fight me. >> Because you're reaching into my car. >> That's right. You're under arrest for You are under arrest. >> You are under arrest, ma'am. >> You just relax. Just talk. Stop yelling. >> Get out of the car, ma'am. >> Get out of the car. You are under arrest. >> Here we go. >> One second. Can you just >> No. No. No. There is no 1 second. Out of the car, man. >> Here it is. >> Get out of the car. >> Here comes help. >> Out. You got >> right now. Out of the car. >> Out of the car. >> Out of the car. Out of the car. >> Oh my god. >> Get out of the car, ma'am. Out of the car. >> I'm going to tase her. >> I'm going to tase her. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm going to tase her. Get back. Get out of the car. >> You don't have to break my arm out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Yeah, you break your arm. >> Car now. >> Get out of the car. >> Out of the car now. Out of the car. >> Come on. Get off me. >> Why is this so difficult? >> I have no car. >> Get out of the car. >> You go. >> I just wanted to talk. >> Guys, I'm going to tase her. >> I'm going to tase her. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Stop. >> Get out of the car. You're going to get it again. >> Stop. >> Get out of the car. Then do it. >> Just do it to me. >> Then do it, ma'am. >> You got to do it then. >> She's so terrible. >> Get out of the car. You're going to get tased again. >> Breathe. I was just going to >> get out of the car, ma'am. Get out of the car. >> There we go. Out you come. Oh, she pulled those pulled the pros off. You like my song? You piece of [ __ ] I can't give you a piece of >> down on the ground. On the ground. >> She can't. Don't do that. You're not going to be able to get her back up. >> I feel support. >> You got yours. >> That was way harder than it needed to be. >> This officer deploys a taser. Um, I, you know, I I like joint manipulation, trying to get someone out of a car, but he goes the route of taser because she's fighting so much and she's kind of wedged in there. Um, and I like it. I I like the taser. U, this is an older model of the taser. Um, you can tell he only has one shot before he has to take that cartridge off and put another one in. Um, one of the later um, models of taser give you two shots. And the current one now, um, you have to, although you have to pull the trigger twice, it gives you 10 possible shots. So, you can hit someone in multiple locations to get that neuromuscular lockup that you're looking for, um, to gain compliance from a suspect. So, um, taser has has come quite a long way from the old ones, um, like like this one, but obviously it was effective because he ended up tasing her and I think she didn't want any more of that and ultimately, you know, they're able to get her out. Let's get her in my car. >> Let's go. >> You're so terrible for no reason. [Music] >> My glasses. >> Okay. >> Have a seat in the car, man. >> Slide your feet in. >> Slide in. >> You need to tell me why. >> I've told you numerous times. Get in the car. >> Get in the car, ma'am. I just see what I behind you. >> Okay, get in the car. >> Put your legs in the car. >> There we go. Just get in. Super easy. Look how easy that is. >> Police officer kick me. >> Stop being so quiet. >> Along the road. I knocked at the window and I said, "Okay, I see driver's license." >> No. And then all of a sudden, she took off. >> It just drives away, >> right? >> It looks like a one hitter right there in plain view. >> And it reeks like weed. So, >> and it reeks like weed. >> She also smelled like she drunk. >> As a drug recognition expert, um, and as a guy that does a lot of of DUI enforcement, um, there are studies from all over the United States that show a a compounding level of impairment between low levels of alcohol and marijuana. So even if you have a beer and you've got marijuana on board, it enhances the impairment potential of both of those impairing substances. So even though you might have low level here and low level there, together they end up coming up here. >> I can smell odor of a toxic. >> So she must have called 911. >> Oh, she did. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, good. We got that on 911, too. Well, I'm going to get her down there and start booking if you guys want to take a look in the car, but down there as quick as I can. Thank you. >> All righty. >> Will you go back? >> Well, right now we're going to jail. >> Say when we go. >> We're going right now. Yeah. >> Somewhere in my glasses. >> I have no idea. >> Where are they? >> I don't know. >> I got a [ __ ] place. These cameras. >> How's it going tonight? >> Well, it was going okay. >> And then I met this. >> Okay, go ahead and step out. Due to her behavior, jail staff decided it was best to immediately place her in a holding cell. >> Yep. >> Okay, cool. There we go. >> Okay. >> Ah, it's good to have a good to have a woman there. Makes things so much easier. [Applause] [Music] >> I think she just fell over. No one's even doing anything to her. Just just fell over. Just submitted to gravity's desire. >> Let's There we go. >> She was a fighter. She She was a fighter, wouldn't I? I mean, we couldn't get out. >> She was She wasn't doing She wasn't giving a complaint pain complaint, >> but she just she was along shoulder of the road, and I saw her there when I went to go answer the alarm that we had. So, then I come back again and still there. As a result, the 29-year-old woman was charged with felony battery threat to an officer, vehicle fleeing eluding an officer, failure to comply, misdemeanor, resisting obstructing an officer, resisting failing to stop, possession of THC, and possession of drug paranoia. She was eventually released on a $500 cash bond. 5 months later, she pleaded guilty to resisting failing to stop. All the remaining charges were dismissed but read in. Ultimately, she was sentenced to pay $500 in fines, fees, and court costs. >> That's it.
