I've not done anything to resist. I'm just being black on Southwest. And they promised I would get arrested and this is the promise. >> On December 1st, 2025. All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. Coming up on 25 years as a sworn deputy sheriff here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. While we're doing that, we're going to do some body cam bingo. We're going to be using card number four. It comes in a set of five. If you want to order one, you can grab them on our website. Body Cam Edition is the channel where we found today's video. Sam says he likes it. This card look like it's going to be good. Let's see how we do. >> Officers at the Nashville International Airport were dispatched in response to a disruptive passenger. >> So started out she went she went to the front lap. She opened the door and there's a kid peeing. The flight attendant stopped like, "Hey, can I enter? There's a kid inside." Then she automatically took her phone. I was like, "I want to record you. What's your name? You can't be doing this." Blah blah blah blah to her seat all the way in the back. bump into people beside her like just randomly just hitting the person beside the older couple made them move out their way then she requested a hot tea for the side in the back she went to the galley say I want to watch you make my hot tea so she's all these strange shenanas going off so for safety reasons and everything she's doing we're not feeling comfortable when she got off oh she was acting fool she was as soon as she as soon as I approached her she took her phone out saying I'm not comfortable with you you're white I'm black I need to speak somebody else is always drinks and didn't charge the other people for her drinks. She had two drinks according to the flight attendant. >> So, it sounds like this woman got a server in a restaurant and a flight attendant confused. Now, although they do serve some drinks when possible, that's not their primary function. A flight attendant's job on the plane is to maintain order and safety. That's it. Yes, yep, they can get you a Coke if you need it or, you know, extra little packet of peanuts, but really they're there to maintain order and keep everyone safe. And it just sounds like this woman was just just condescending and demanding and arrogant and condescending towards the staff. And I'll tell you right now, if I was a flight attendant on that flight, I wouldn't want to deal with her either. >> Hey, how's it going, man? So, >> I thought you guys were looking into that for me. I don't know how I knew We just got a call about you. >> What did I do? >> So, that's what we're trying to figure out, right? >> I didn't do anything. I'm just trying to >> I'm going to go race car right off the bat. Just right there. >> On the airline, I was harassed by people who weren't my race and I recorded not them, just me being mistreated. >> Okay. Are these other passengers or just airline employees? You're saying >> it was both. >> That was everyone. >> Everyone's against me. >> Two names. When I got off the airline, they of course called their supervisors like I would do. I'm going home to go to work tomorrow. I would call my supervisor and say I know I did wrong person. Unfortunately for them I recorded and I said yes. I recorded even if said I did if I didn't do it if somebody wants to watch the recording I'm not a person to be taken off theine. >> This was all verbal physical >> I never if you think >> I'm just asking I'm not saying all I asked them was to tell me what I did other than >> Yeah. So do you have a a connecting flight somewhere? Are you going to? >> He said, "I'm going to." So, he decided that without any evidence, anybody who I talked to, he looked at me, heard what the flight attendant said before I even got off the flight. Just like I walked out the bathroom and recognized that you guys were here for me. This is a level of treatment. No one is listening to like how I was treated on the flight. I never touched anybody. I never harassed anybody. I never cussed anybody. And I know how not to cuss and go crazy on anybody there. >> So, unfortunately, it is up to the airline whether they want to let >> But it wasn't an airline. It was this even if I were buying another airline ticket and I didn't want to go to Southwest. This guy is creating a campaign that bothered me throughout this campaign to the bathroom. I could have been buying another ticket to another airline. Not the airport. I didn't do anything to the airport. I want their information for this level. If you guys watch the video, >> that's something that you'd have to bring up with their customers. >> But I was trying to ask them how to do it. >> I've been dealing with craziness like what's in this video for 24 years now. But one type of craziness that caught me off guard was Medicare. You should see the kinds of mailers and calls that my dad gets. It's a mess. Every company promises that they've got the best plan, but none of them show the full picture. And that's because most of the agents only sell plans from companies that pay them. And that's why I want to tell you about this video sponsor, Chapter. Chapter is the only Medicare adviser that compares every plan nationwide. Their adviserss are independent and above all honest. They'll look at your doctors, your prescription, and your budget to find a plan that's actually right for you. And I've seen it in my audience. Folks have called Chapter, found a plan that actually fits, and saved about $1,100 when they did it. It's free, and it only takes 20 minutes. Call Chapter today at 8056045905. I handle craziness for a living. Let Chapter handle this one. That's 805604-5905. I already have a bought ticket. >> We can give you the information on how to do that. >> But I asked them that an hour ago. They're trying to waste my time. This guy is single-handedly deciding that I wasn't going to be on my knees. >> Can we go and call the police? Can we go and talk? But it was I didn't talk any differently than I'm talking now. And the police don't make me talk better. I don't have that. I didn't understand. >> This is outright harassment from the plane. And when the guy said, "Mark, she won't get on the next flight." I had that on recording. When someone says that as a flight attendant, it's not based off of anything. You're >> cuz you're crazy. >> I'm going to complain and stop on them. They just beating me to the punch. >> So, I know that's frustrating, but they can do that. Like Officer Gre here was saying, >> I still get a reason. >> They don't have to give you a reason. No, >> they just No, no, they can't just deny me. >> They can. No. No. But for >> even if these complaints that she has that the flight attendants were rude are valid, that doesn't mean that you get to become disorderly. There's a way to take care of that with customer service. Contact Southwest at the end of your flight. There's all sorts of ways to deal with it. But becoming disorderly and disruptive on the plane so much that other passengers are moving away from you and that as soon as your flight lands that you are immediately 86th from being able to get on another flight. That's that is above and beyond. >> I want my money back then. I I get to buy ticket between you and them. That's something you'd have to bring up with their cousin. >> I'm going to go to customer service. Walk with me cuz I'm going >> We can go up front. >> That's customer service over there. >> That's not an option right now. I'm going to go talking to them down there. >> Decided that you guys are >> They decided they decided it. >> No, I didn't. They don't. You guys >> they decided that we don't work for Southwest. We work for the airport. And the airport is a contractor of the airport and they've decided that you're not making flight with Southwest. So, we can go up to the ticket. >> For what reason? >> They don't have to give a reason. >> But they got to give me my money back. >> We can deal with that up front. They have the same capabilities up front, but as of right now, they have boarded the ticket for. So, we're gonna go. >> He doesn't even know my name. >> We're going to go up front and get your >> He doesn't know my name. Just wait a ticket. So, we can still talk. You guys don't know my name that information. They do not have that information. >> They know your name. >> You guys saw a black girl with a green jacket description came out there. It's like I knew that you were the police. This is a lie. Like, that's a lie. >> Can we go up front and deal with it so that we're not >> No, I want to go talk to them and get my money. >> So, I can't get on that plane. >> You cannot because they denied you. >> Who was they? It was just the one guy. Southwest manager of Southwest, whoever you talked to, whoever denied you boarding, that's >> He never denied you boarding. He denied me boarding. >> That's what they have told us. >> It is outright racist that I was not boarding. Did you guys see the videos of >> We can get names for you if you want to file a complaint with Southwest, too. >> But I got to get to work tomorrow, but it's funny. Let's go. Don't think that I was you guys. This is clearly a black movie. I know you guys in Nashville. It's a lynch mob. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's a lynch mob. It's a It's a legion. >> I want to lay the base level of I am not an American historian. However, I do have a I have an idea in my head about what has happened in previous years in the United States and what a lynching is. And then I watched this video of this woman walking through the airport and I don't see any correlation between those two things. And for her to even suggest that her being asked not to fly because she's a rude, terrible human and the lynchings that happened in a a many, many, many years or generations prior here in the United States, that those two are anyway linked is nearly blasphemous. And it is a it is a discredit to absolutely everyone involved that she even brought it up. This is what you do to black people when you don't like how they act. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> We're just walking this way. >> No, ma'am. We're just trying to We're trying to escort you. >> Talk to me. I won't talk to you. Watch. I'll walk you. I'm not detained. I'm not detained. I don't got to walk with you. >> I'm not detained. Go walk. >> Don't maintain camera. She is extremely verbally combative at the moment. Wow. So, we're going to the ticket counter right now. >> I ain't got to leave the airport. I got to go nowhere with you. I got to go on that flight. So, I'm going to buy my own ticket. I got to go nowhere with you. Man, so what are you doing? >> Airline. I'm call my dad. >> So we do that. Call my dad. >> There's plenty of plenty of airlines out there. >> I'm I'm I didn't do anything else wrong. I'm just >> You can't be back here without a valid boarding pass. Okay. >> Daddy, stay in line. Stay on. I'm just trying to get [music] the money to buy a ticket. >> Yes. But as of right now, you don't have a valid boarding pass. >> And I do. >> So you do not have a boarding pass? >> I do. You don't? Yeah. My mother. >> No, you don't. >> Information. Information required. Which airline? United. You >> bought another ticket. She bought you another ticket. >> Yes. Who do you think this is? >> I'm just stuck. >> What gate is that at? >> It's at I won't be at harass. Show me a law. I got to show you. >> I'm not getting on a Southwest flight. Listen. All right. Let me look it up. I'm not going anywhere. >> We're just trying to help you out. We're trying to get you involved when I show you videos to say that like I want to play. >> I believe I believe you have their names. >> We believe you, but we can't do anything about that. I do. >> But um you don't have to like you have to give me a combination number. Got to go home today. >> I ain't leaving anywhere. I got you. >> Well, then you came forward with a Southwest call, right? I might get on that airplane and I want to know the names of the people that put me on. That's all. >> Okay. >> I'm not going. >> Well, you have to make sure you got a boarding class. until my mom confirmed in California and I want my money back. >> And that's something you can definitely take out with Southwest. >> I want their names. People that call on me and I want your name. The people that are here harassing me. >> I wish I had name and badge number on this card. >> I'm not going to get escorted out of the airport when I do anything at the airport. You're trying to create an airport. >> So, like I said, we just have to confirm you got that new boarding pass and we'll be out of your hair. Okay. >> You in my life. >> You're right. I'm not I'm not your life guide, but you have to have an active boarding pass to be back here. So, I feel like this woman is very mistaken in what her rights are. There is no right to fly. You grab a copy, grab a little pocket constitution, flip through there, see where the right to fly is. It's nowhere in there. It's a privilege. It's just like driving. That means it's a privilege that can be taken away. So, if Southwest, a private business, says, "We don't like your attitude. you're a terrible human. We don't want you to fly with us anymore. That's their right. Now, they have that right. Absolutely. But sorry if you don't want to be prohibited from flying. Don't act in a manner that gets you prohibited. This is one in in this equation. She is the constant. She is the she is the the aspect that's everyone's racist towards her. Everyone was rude towards her. It's all her. She's the problem >> to be on the secure side of the airport. >> That's not the law. You don't have to. That's not the law. That's not the law. You guys got to follow the law like I am. You guys told me I can't get on that flight, which was a lie. >> That's Southwest. That has nothing to do with >> I think that's a lie. >> I did something wrong. So after that, you're done. I won't get on the flight. But you're not going to stand around me and harass. >> That's up to Southwest discretion. That has nothing to do with >> And I'm not going on the flight. >> Well, you understand. We We didn't deny you board. >> Yeah, you did. Cuz I went over there to talk to them to say that like, "Hey, I got all these videos to show. I didn't do anything. have the names of the people that harassed me. Why would I correct that information and have that paper trail? I was in the wrong I didn't think I was getting off the flight. They were at the gate to bother me on the plane cuz they knew it'll still go so I can't get on. >> She's exhausted. >> My point is I'm not banned. >> I'm not banned from them. I don't That's what I'm saying. >> We would have to talk to them to know that and that would have to take place up front. Up front, >> I know I at the ticket counter up front. That's not happening. I could have talked to them there. The fight was 10 minutes away. They wanted to be around police to see how crazy I am. I'm a black person in the airport. That's a crime right now. Right now, what's the crime? >> No, ma'am. I'm a black person in the airport. What's the crime? >> So, it would have been disorderly conduct depending on your behavior. >> It could fill every one of these boxes if it said race car. That's how many times she's mentioned it. >> That would that's what it would have been. But I think that you're looking. That's why I sat down and put my stuff down because I think when I was adapting, you ever talked to me for escalation? >> No, man. I just want to go. >> I'm just trying to talk to you person. You never had racism happening. You don't know how to look. >> I'm just trying to talk to you person. I don't look at you any other way like I would anyone else. >> You don't know how to look when someone pulls you off a plane, call the police on your black ass, and it makes you beg to get on that plane. I ain't begging. >> Well, like we're saying, that's a that's a Southwest call, right? >> I think anyone wants you to beg for anything. They probably just beg you to leave. That's something that you have to talk to the city accountant about. >> You're harassing me at this point. I'm asking you to leave. Southwest has already got you to get away. I missed my flight. Why don't you leave and let me go? They don't know who I am. You can't do You can't make me a criminal when it's a civil issue. I need my money. You're trying to make me a criminal. You're escalating the situation and trying to criminalize it. I don't have time for this. I want to go home. Like, we bought two tickets now. >> All right, ma'am. I'm going to give you one more option right now. We need to walk to the nonsecure side. And if we do not walk to the to the flight and I'm asking >> you don't have a ticket to a flight. >> I have a ticket to get on Southwest Airlines flight. I've asked them to leave me alone so I can go on the airline. If I can't get on the airline, let me not get on there and then you can start. >> Did they mention that she might have had a drink or two on the plane? I don't I don't see overwhelming signs and symptoms that would be consistent with impairment. I think she's just like this. And I think she just sees the entire world as victimizing her every day because of whatever it is. Maybe her gender, maybe her race, I who knows, you know, color of her hair, whatever she said, whatever crazy excuses that she said. Um, I think that's what it is. I think she just she looks as she is a perpetual victim. And I think that's absolutely has nothing to do with alcohol concentration. And it's just like she must be the product of a crazy environment or I I don't know. I don't know. I don't know how I don't know how humans turn into this, but I hope it doesn't happen to me. >> I'm giving you one last option. >> Where's my last option? >> We need to walk to these secure side. >> I'm not detained. >> I don't You're going to be having a >> Listen, at this point, we've given you multiple warnings that we need to leave. You've refused to leave. That doesn't matter. If you continue to refuse to leave me, >> you will go to jail for criminal trespassing. >> How? >> Oh, they're going to remove you. >> Refusing our lawful order to leave the area, right? >> Why would I leave you and I have a ticket to be here? >> You do not. You have been denied boarding. >> I haven't I got to go get I got to go board to be denied boarding. You're denying me boarding. You don't work for Southwest. He got on the phone and claim to talk to Southwest. He's claiming that he no lawyer. Let me go to the boarding and see if I got denied boarding. >> Where who deny me boarding? Is it the police or Southwest? Southwest Airlines. >> No, they have not. I'm not that board. So, I want to go. >> They gave you a ticket before they realized what a terrible human you were. >> Now, they've rescended that >> as I would. Make sure you backed up off of it. >> I'm giving you this option. >> I don't have an option. >> This is the last option until you will end. >> I have a ticket. Let me show you the ticket again. >> That's You're going to be denied boarding. >> I bought two tickets. Let me buy another from another airline. You want to see me move for another airline? >> No. >> I got it. >> We're past that point right now. Hold on. I can't fly at all. >> Not with Southwest. >> I'm going to buy it from the airport. >> Then you need to exit the secure side. >> I don't know, but I still have a ticket for you. I'm still secure here. My baggage is still on their flight. >> Okay. Go. Go ahead and stand up. >> I'll go. I'll go. I'll go. >> No. Now all of a sudden that's I'll go. >> Please don't do this. >> I love how it went from, oh no, I'll go now. I'll go. >> Can you grab my phone and my stuff? Can you not? >> Yes. >> Can you not Can you not go through my belongings? I'm not You're arrested. >> I'm not arrested. What did I do wrong? >> I'm not You're arrested. >> The airlines customer service. I need everybody's information that there is black people out in Nashville. Is your body camera? >> Sure is. >> Okay. So, I repeatedly saw me asking them if I can buy a ticket. [music] My mother bought two tickets out of Southwest. It's not illegal for me to buy a ticket. >> It's not illegal for me to buy a plane ticket. They got out of patience. They don't work for the airline. They don't work for that. I want to be in front of the camera at all times. Please be in front of the camera at all times. I want to be in front of the camera at all times. I have not done anything to resist. I've been nice to you guys. I won't ask. Okay. I I won't do anything wrong. I've not done anything to resist. I'm just being black on Southwest and they promised I would get arrested and this is the promise. I've been on camera. I asked them. He's shaking. >> I wish I had a >> I'm not resisting on here. >> I have to search you. >> I'm I'm You can search. My my hands are in the pain. >> So, please spread your legs slightly. >> I need a woman. I need a woman. I'm not spreading my legs. >> I'm not spreading my legs. It's against my religion. You can You can look. >> I will not be spreading your >> legs where you are. That's as much as I can do. I will not spread my legs. I'm a whole warning. But what am I? But you guys are ridiculous. This is You guys are really going to arrest me. >> Yes. Oh, you are under arrest. >> Get my passport back. Get my passport back. >> Pulling away from you. >> I'm not pulling away from you. I'm asking my belongings. You will get them at booking when you >> not touch me. Not touch me. >> Racist. I will. >> You know what? I've got a don't touch me. I'm good with that one. Bam. At least I got that. >> You know you wrong. There it is. This door. >> The woman was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. As of March 30th, 2026, the case had not been formally resolved. >> All right. So, card number four. Looks like we only got two. I got a don't touch me and obviously race card. Um, out of the five cards that we looked at, I think cards number three and five would have been bingos. So, if uh if you played along, you had a three or a five, put down in the comments if it got a bingo. I couldn't I couldn't keep track of three cards while we were watching that, but let me know. Now, I want to let you know something, and that's be a subscriber. So, click that button, let us know that you're watching it. It gives us some support. Um, and it shows YouTube like, hey, people are liking this channel, so help me out. Appreciate that.
