would prevent that so heads up move oh she's sleeping so much tapping open she's breathing and one of the officers says hey I can see her breathing um that's the difference between knocking on the window and hoping she wakes up from her alcohol induced nap or like a fentanyl overdose where you're going to want to break the window get her out and administer Naran um so that's really that's the difference between this when when they're when they're dealing with this in real time um the observations that they're making really direct their response and um them saying that she's breathing means it's probably more likely alcohol related than drug related so they gave her the opportunity to wake up on her own before they started breaking Windows she did no she's breathing uh-oh hello Police you're going to put your right foot in front of your left foot touching Heel To Toe you're going to put your arms down at your side okay goad and I know it's okay so goad and put your right foot in front of your left punching Heel To Toe just like that just like that if you can stay like that until I tell you otherwise do you understand okay so you're going to take a series of nine heel or toe steps counting aloud you're going to keep your arms down at your side you're going to look down at your feet as you're walking in that straight line do you understand so it's going to look something like this I'm going to demonstrate it for you now okay you're going to go one two three I took three steps you're going to take nine on your ninth step you're going to keep your foot planted and you're going to take a series of small steps to turn back around and you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps counting aloud one 2 3 I took three steps you're going to take nine steps you understand all of that yeah you want me to demonstrate again okay you begin whenever you're ready thumbs are out W wo those aren't H to toe steps that looks terrible turn and nine back unless you're steps back go backwards step backwards yes yes at any time did that officer walk backwards the answer is no the most funny things happen during the walkin turn it's it is the you know people are instructed to take nine steps turn on their Lead Foot and take nine steps back super easy instructions so she takes nine stops and then takes another how ever many and then does this like moonwalk thing backwards like at that point that officer was like you're going to jail like there's it's just sober people just don't do that and I mean there's someone right now who's drunk watching this I'm sure there's also someone sober watching this and if I put you both through the fsts one of you is not going to walk backwards and I know which one it is 429 okay are you finished yes okay we're going to do one last test okay so just confirm one more time for me no leg injuries or no ankle injuries right okay do you feel comfortable in no shoes one leg stand here it comes test you're going to keep it 30 seconds take the foot of your choosing you're going to raise it approximately 6 in off the ground you're going to keep your foot parallel to the ground and you're going to count aloud 1,1 1,2 13 and so on until I tell you to stop I'm going to demonstrate that now for you okay so again foot if your choosing you're going to raise it approximately 6 in off of the ground and you're going to say 1,1 1002 1003 with that foot raise until I tell you to stop do you understand that's instructions good trade it again for you exactly but you're have to keep your feet down at your side let's just do it again one more time I'll show you one more time okay Fe again together hands down to your side you're going to take the foot of your choosing either foot does not matter to me you're going to raise it approximately 6 in off the ground you're going to say 1,1 1002 13 1004 and so on until I tell you to stop do you understand yes okay if you understand you may be G at any time nice job one two like you keep your leg up until you put it down then you raise the other one up I have never seen that ever in my career in 24 years of arresting impaired drivers I have never seen that specific um participation in the one like stand it's just it's nowhere the instructions does does that happen so that was a new one I mean every once in a while I see something new and that was it but uh that's those are some of the worst fsts and she definitely needed to uh she need to go to jail you need to go to jail it's freezing like literally it's it is very cold I'm like shivering I don't know where
