GET ON THE GROUND NOW. >> Something about complying with the female officer ticked the aggressive male right off, resulting in a dangerous outburst on his end. At this point, the deputy was up against a deranged man who was off his rocker. And the outcome wasn't looking too good. >> Get out of the room. >> All right. >> Get on the ground. >> Yeah, you stay down. You ain't with a woman, man. She >> No, she didn't. >> Yes, she did. >> You got You got someone coming. >> Yes. >> Stay down. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put it behind your back. >> Put it back. As soon as the misogynistic male got humbled by somebody his own size, his entire demeanor became docile, as if his aggression was only reserved for females. But that sudden behavior change wasn't going to do him any favors. >> Can you not bring me into jail? >> 26. It's under control. You can slow anyone else. >> Yeah, I'm >> okay, guys. No one's being rude to you. >> Back up. >> Back up. >> Hey, stop walking up like that. Let's go. >> You need to stop with all that. >> On December the 8th, 2024, police responded to a residence in Oak Park, Illinois, after a man identified as Charles refused to leave the building. The simple call quickly spiraled into a tense standoff when the suspect decided to push every reasonable boundary. >> Hi. >> My hat and my shirt, man. >> Your hat and your shirt? Is it in the unit? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Do you have the phone number of the person? So, they called us because they want you to leave. >> My shirt and my hat, man. >> Okay. Do you have a phone? BACK UP. >> It is time to go, man. >> From the start, it was obvious the suspect was just too intoxicated to follow basic commands. But when Charles attitude suddenly shifted from sloppy to aggressive, the female officers realized removing him from the property was going to be much harder than expected. >> Call somebody to give you a ride, man. Call a mover or tax. >> Let's smoke out something. Come on. Let's step outside. What's your name? >> Okay. What's up? Well, too much hospital, >> right? You just got to go. >> Yeah. >> Walk out of here with your integrity or walk out of here with cuffs on your hands of four cops. You got to think through that. >> You ready to go? >> So, you're not oriented. You can't tell me where you are. You can't tell me your name. So, we're going to call an ambulance for you. >> Charles King. >> Charles King. Okay. Do you know where you're at, Charles? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Where you know what day it is? >> Yeah. 9:21. What does that mean? >> Can you roll an ambulance, please? Look. >> Okay, we're going to have >> Look, the 1221 the 1229. No matter how calmly they tried to reason with him, Charles refused to act like an adult. Even as an ambulance arrived to help deescalate the situation, it didn't stop Charles from acting out. >> Ambulance is here. >> Man down. >> Okay. All right. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. >> All right. I got [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. You little stupid ass [ __ ] >> Because you keep walking up on us. >> What's your name, [ __ ] I'm your [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Back up, >> man. Leave that down. >> Charles, just go. >> Come on, boys. I kill your ass. >> Come on. >> Listen up. Listen, Charles. All right, you guys are cuffed out. We're going to place him in custody. King Jr. was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and resisting a police officer. Charles got served a piece of humble pie and so did Thomas when he tried to threaten a female officer after assaulting his own wife. >> Sir, drop the gun. >> Drop the gun. >> Put your hands up. >> Put your hands up. >> Get on your stomach. >> Guess what? >> The wife will tomorrow. On February the 18th, 2024 in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, deputies received a concerning distress call from a woman identified as Kathleen, who claimed her armed husband, Thomas, was threatening her amidst an argument. A female officer was immediately dispatched to the scene, but was met by a misogynistic, aggressive male who perceived the women's species to be beneath him. >> Sir, drop the gun. >> Drop the gun. Drop the gun. >> 146. We've got one male. He is wearing a plaid shirt, jeans, and he's got a gun in the right hand. Drop the gun, sir. >> Drop the gun. >> 146. I lost visual. I'm on the north side. Can anyone see him on the south side? >> DROP THE GUN. >> DROP THE GUN. >> HEY, SIR. What's your name? >> 146. Do we have word of someone inside? >> She's at the front door. She doesn't appear to be scared right now. >> Drop the gun. >> Sir, drop the gun. Julia, I'm grabbing my rifle. >> He's just verbally at the moment. I don't think he's putting down the gun. He's now entering the house, it appears, guys. Liz, he's entering the house. 120 >> up against an armed male. The female deputy was well aware of the odds being stacked against her. However, knowing there was an equally vulnerable female inside the residence, the officer was not willing to back down until she guaranteed her safety. >> Ma'am, come outside. Come outside. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here, please. Come here, please. Come on. Yes. Right here. >> Right here. Right to me. Right to me. >> Right here. Come here. >> Dispatch, the females exited the residence. He went back inside the house. >> Come here. Right here. >> He's fine. I'm not >> He's loaded. >> That's fine. That's fine. I need you to come over here. Do you know him at all? >> That's my husband. We've been married for 30 years. Okay. Okay. He's low. >> Let's just All right. >> Is there anybody else inside? >> No. There's no one else there. It's just him. >> Can you stick with me for now? >> Can I grab my purse or something? >> No, we're not going to have you go in there if he's angry and upset with a firearm. That's not That's not happening. >> Take your time. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Here. Um you stick by my squad. Uh stay by the or >> I'm going to put you in the back of this one. That's fine. >> Does anyone have visual? I called 911. >> I know. I don't know. >> So, let's just uh stand right over here. All right. Hold on to your phone and everything. Um, we're just gonna stay in the back of here till we get it all figured out. Okay. >> Your location. >> Um, >> what did he say? Did he threaten you at all? >> Oh, sure. >> I am >> He was going to me and he was sick of taking care of me. >> I had a bleed in my brain. >> Okay. My memory is terrible. >> Okay. >> And you know, it's been really >> Okay. Um, hang tight for just a second. Okay. I'm just going to make sure. Yeah, I was unaware that you lived at that residence. I thought he was just walking around trying to get into a house and everything like that. Okay. So, we're just going to we're just going to make sure everything's fine. Um is he just intoxicated at the moment? >> He's drunk. >> Oh, yeah. He's loaded. >> Okay. >> And I had nothing to drink. I mean, >> all right. So, we're going to try to get in, get him. >> I don't even know. Do I have my purse? >> You don't? But >> I have medications I have to take. And >> um, kindness. >> Do you guys have a landline there or does he just have a cell phone? >> He's got a cell phone. He's coming out >> here. Just hang tight. Had the female deputy arrived any later, there was no telling what Thomas might have done to Kathleen. His faithful wife, who stayed by his side for many decades. Since politely talking to the deranged old man had not worked, the officers decided to take a more sterner approach. >> Nothing in his hand. >> Put your hands up. >> PUT YOUR HANDS UP. >> Put your hands up now. >> Put your hands up. >> What the goddamn Put your hands. >> Put your hands up. >> Put your hands up. >> Turn over. Stop it. >> You >> get out of your stomach. Yeah. I got to cut. Yeah. are fighting with them on the ground. >> You >> here help. >> Guess what? The wife would be tomorrow. You're hurting my wrist. >> Stop moving. >> No, stop moving. >> I'll tell you one thing. >> White thing is going to be a big time to do with my wife. Yeah. Okay. The wannabe alpha male who regularly tormented his poor ailing wife had been served justice at the hands of three female officers. Of course, this reality would not settle well with him. >> Where is my shoe? Where's my shoe? You >> Where's my shoe? >> Hello. >> What can I do for you? >> Where's my shoe? >> We have your shoe. Okay. >> I got one. I don't have the other one. >> The one's right here. >> Well, put it on my foot. >> Okay. >> Put it on my goddamn foot. >> All right, we will when you when you calm down a little bit. They're >> Yeah, they're from >> No, they're not from the cuffs. >> Okay, so just sit in the car. >> I can't do it once. >> When she tomorrow, you guys are going to pay a big price. Big price. Big Rice White Fish Bay will be gone. In the end, Thomas was charged with battery to an Elio, domestic violence, endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. While Charles was humbled most sweetly, it was mild compared to the moment Scott got knocked down by a female deputy. >> SCOTT, STOP. You're going to get tased. Get on the ground. >> Why? Cuz you're under arrest. >> On August the 3rd, 2024, officers in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, responded to a 911 call reporting a violent fight at a local bar. A 54 year old man named Scott allegedly threw a woman into a wall, causing her to strike her head and collapse to the ground. When bystanders rushed in to stop him, Scott took off on foot, unaware that officers were already being guided to his exact location. >> 37 to 210. Can you ask if he's wearing a solid dark blue polo or a striped blue polo? We got two males over here. >> Where's your brother? >> I have no idea. >> Is he involved in a fight? >> I have no idea. I left minutes ago. >> You weren't involved in the fight though. >> I was not involved. >> I don't talk to this guy. So, you or your brother got in a fight? >> I was not in a fight. >> And obviously, we have you urinating here, which >> Well, I know. I >> I mean, I I don't want to sit here and write a bunch of >> I'm 69 years old. I had to pee. >> No. And I get where you're coming from, and I don't want to sit >> I was not in a fight. I I >> I don't want to write a bunch of tickets. >> I was not in a fight. But when I asked you if you know who Scott was, you said >> he was my brother. >> But originally you said you don't. >> No, you never said Scott. >> What did I say? >> When the first time you said Scott, I said, "Yeah, he was my brother." >> Okay. Well, I guess we're going to misremember that. >> Okay. Well, Scott's my brother. Yeah, but I was not >> with him. >> Yeah, I was in But I left before that happened. >> Was there issues going on there? >> There was arguments and I got the hell out of there >> because you didn't want to be involved. No, it was not involved. >> All right. Um, I would expect a citation in the mail for urinating in public, so you're good to go. I know. >> I know. I'll pay. >> I'll pay the citation. >> Yep. After speaking with Scott's brother, officers quickly realized he needed to be located immediately given his clearly heightened and unstable state. Moments later, an officer spotted a man matching Scott's description. >> 37 coming. I'm going to be out with another male apprentice at sixth. Sir, sir, stop. Tomy's running. Stop. You're going to get tased. Stop. Stop. You're going to get tased. Taser. Tas. Taser. Oh, you you lay >> on your stomach. >> You [ __ ] 30 seconds. Taser deployed. Cuz you're under arrest. >> Police department >> from you. Even after multiple tases, Scott continued to escalate, forcing the officer to make a split-second decision as time rapidly ran out OF [screaming] IT. >> No way. >> On your back right now. >> Absolutely not.
