Some officers think a camera in public is their worst enemy. So, when this cop got a call about a guy filming on a sidewalk, it only took him seconds to try to violate the guy's Fourth Amendment. But, this guy set him straight immediately. >> What are you up to? Taking a video, what you see? Is your body camera on? It is. Okay. Actually, now it is. So, the gentleman who has the store said that he was concerned. He told us that you were in the store. >> No, I never went in the store. I'm just out here recording. Any reason specific you're recording? >> I go around the country, I do stories on different towns, other stories, and Uh-huh. Okay. Do you have your ID on you or anything? No, I don't I got a no ID policy. I don't provide ID unless I'm breaking the law or committing a crime or something. Other than that, I don't give ID. Yeah, so the guy just was getting a little nervous that you're outside filming. Oh, it's okay. Look, he's filming, too. He's got a camera, they got cameras, everybody's filming. Man, you can't go nowhere without being recorded, man. This what bothers me. You see me with a camera, but then you guys come with cameras. I just don't get it.
