is another one of those
frustrating interactions from the
officer's perspective
this is one of those cases that we're
seeing a little bit more of today
where a citizen will do everything that
they can
to elicit a response from an officer and
then when that officer responds
they're going to do everything they can
to try to make that
a negative interaction with the officer
try to catch the officer off guard
and then create something that they can
use against that officer in the future
i will go ahead and tell you that with
this case the
person who was pulled over on the
freeway decided to
call internal affairs to complain about
the interaction she had with the officer
during this incident so when you're
watching the video
listen to the officer and see how the
interaction goes

ask her for her driver's license stuff
she doesn't want to provide her drivers
like she'll stick it out but then she
pulls it away from me

why are you stopping me i'm like because
i slowed down and you slowed your
vehicle to 29 mile an hour
on the freeway that's in your impeding
traffic so she's arguing that she's not
impeding traffic so

so she's going to get a ticket
