This guy was just trying to fix his friend's car when these cops rolled up on him and started pressing him with unlawful questions. But the guy had the owner's name. He had the keys and he explained everything. But watch how the cops still treat him like a criminal for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Clearly looks like I'm trying to fix a car.
