what do you do for work
I've been told for quite a while now
there's a real tall black guy named
Florida
trapping on Sullivan
finally met him there we go
[Music]
9-1-1 where is your emergency
um
[Music]
it's a guy walking in the street he
looks like he has a like a Cincinnati
Bengals Jersey on a black man
probably in his 30s something is wrong
with him because he's working in the
middle of the street I just seen him
pull his pants down when I was at the
store but he's working okay which place
is he walking he's walking oh Lord I'm
sorry someone got hit by a dance
he's walking East on uh West Mountain
Street
like he's walking towards Hiltonia
hold on hold on hold on hold on because
he just went down another Street I think
he's on Butler he's going down Butler
he's going north on Butler now
he got a 18 I think it's an 18 number 18
uh Cincinnati Bengals Jersey on and he
has on shorts
put like some black shorts underneath it
all right we'll get someone out okay
thank you
[Music]
I guess not this hat in the middle of
the road
hey
hey partner
hey what's up boss
good
you good
wake up bud
where you at
hey
King hey you good
you okay yeah
where are you coming from
what's up
get some juice
we're here to check on you make sure
you're okay someone called they're
concerned
keep your hands out your pockets for me
get your hands out your pockets
all right just keep your hands on your
pockets where you know where you are
where you at
we're all right we're in Columbus Ohio
closed captioning not available
[Music]
like I said someone called concerned
this I walk down the mountain you're
stepping in traffic a little bit and
then they said you're heading up Butler
and that's why I find you over here
all right
it's all right well we're at on Mom's
sister's house
[Music]
what's your name
is that your government name
what's your last name
[Music]
all right wake up buddy you about to
fall asleep standing up
huh yeah that's your social
yeah
so you just had too much to drink last
night is that what's up it is what it is
you're not in trouble for it
[Music]

asked where she at I'm assuming she's
with you
they might keep your hands on yourself
yes just keep your hands out of your
pocket buddy
hey just keep your hands down out of
your pockets
thank you
so so you just don't know where your
girl is you don't know where your girl
went
okay I wish you with you earlier
where are you guys at when you were uh
doing your partying

concerned about you that's why we're
here that's it we're gonna try to we're
gonna try this name thing again what's
your name
Anthony
are you just staying with your sister up
here you got a place
just keep just keep your hands out your
pockets buddy that's it
[Music]
all right
how long you been in Ohio
about a year okay you originally from
Ohio or Florida okay
mainly grow up in Florida where at
Jacksonville Jacksonville
what do you like better Florida Ohio
thank you what do you like better
Florida Ohio
the Bengals gonna win it all this year
yes you were yeah
like I said that's why someone was
concerned that's why we're here
yeah somebody called it's like walking
down Mound I think originally you think
you need a medical or anything
even Ohio ID
where are you from Jacksonville Florida
wake up hey wake up
shut that down
so you've never what is your name
[Music]
you don't live in Ohio or you do live
[Music]
yeah City been here about a year never
been arrested in Ohio
never had an Ohio driver's license
so I'm not getting anything through a
lot all right
I don't know I don't know you had an
apple juice that's always all
yeah I think that's enough I think it's
in the road buddy we'll get we'll get it
for you
I think you were stumbling down Butler
this is Butler Avenue and then you
made it over here take a nap
so you can see why somebody would call
right
because you were walking down mile
Street by whitethorn stumbling into
traffic
to
your hat buddy
it's in the middle of the street so your
nickname's Florida you got a Bengals
Jersey on and the Chicago hat
this one
know
what do you do for work
I've been told for
quite a while now there's a real tall
black guy named Florida
trapping on Sullivan
finally met him there we go
you good you want to sit down
we just don't want you to fall dude yeah
how long you've been selling drugs
you're just messing with us
[Music]
what's that
sure
maybe you can't get high on your own
Supply
you may not remember this interaction
[Music]
daytime
yep
is there somewhere we can take you yes

sister's house
[Music]
you live at
work
Florida sure
your mama dude we can't understand what
you're saying all right

you said your sister lives on Mound
West Mound Street right

walking up down the street you said you
almost fell in the time
it almost fell into traffic do you know
your address where you stay at yeah what
is it
okay we're gonna give you a ride up in
South Holland is there somebody there
who stays up in the South Island who
stays there with you bro your brother
all right
let's go over the car then
yeah
have a seat for me
I got this principle where I operate off
respect as long as everybody else gives
me respect you know no need to be
disrespectful if you're not being
disrespectful
yeah yep let's watch your foot
[Music]
