hi I'm a world from Sedona Police Department the reason I stopped you is it appears you have a fictitious license plate on the back of your vehicle Sedona is up in kind of the Midway in Arizona uh one of the most beautiful places in the entire State um the Sedona Red Rocks are beautiful they've got it's supposed to be like a a big Aura enhancing place um it's filled with lots of awesome people that just love the Earth um some kind of hippies and some other kind of people but it's a it's a beautiful place obviously Sedona Police Department takes care of business up there but Sedona is it's it's a vacation spot for people where I live that go up to Sedona to get some cooler weather um more pretty sites and some really cool restaurants do you know anything about that I'm a sovereign human being okay and I'm American National okay do you have your driver's license insurance and registration please what do you have any form of ID on you no Matthew ton my shout out to Long crime network if officers do okay all right so just pull over a couple times already by state troopers sheriffs and this is recognized okay okay I don't agree Tutone wasn't interested in hearing what the officer had to say and actually ended up rolling up the window while the officer was talking all right go step out please oh it's a motor cop yeah step out of your car please traffic units holding it down unit step it up please I did not do anything wrong Pennsylvania versus Mims is a Supreme Court case law that says you're required to get out of that car if I ask you if you do not I'm going to force you to there's some case law that that all cops know we learn it in the academy Pennsylvania versus Mims is one of those um it is I am I'm nowhere near a constitutional scholar um nor am I a expert on Supreme Court case law but Pennsylvania versus Mims is one of those that you know because it gives you the ability to remove people from their vehicles um and especially in this particular case when a police officer conducting an investigation finds that there's a criminal offense um and says hey get out of your car and that person doesn't that's it the Supreme Court has said police officer says get out of your car and it doesn't have to be for a criminal offense um it could even be for during a civil traffic stop um police officer says get out of your car and you say no you're in violation of the law um and at least here in the state of Arizona and this motor cop obviously knew that that was the law um spouted it right off the top of his head and was absolutely correct I'm calling my lawyer yes okay get out of your car call my lawyer you can call your lawyer if you want but as soon as another officer gets here I'm gonna Force you out of that car if you don't get out on your own I like it if a motor cop stops you for a traffic violation he knows what's going on and this motor is great obviously he he talks about Supreme Court case law he knew it right off the top of his head um he was obviously on the mountain of right I mean he he knew it he knew exactly what the violations were he knew that the Arizona revised Statute codes for it uh which we call ARS um you know 28-15 95b requires a driver to provide evidence of identity um so he knew it right off the top of his he knew he had a criminal offense um this guy is absolutely um right in line with what the law is and knew there there was no no messing around no back and forth as soon as that driver decided that he didn't want to give him any sort of driver's license that motor cop was like all right you're under arrest you're coming out of that car so I uh and I I like the idea waiting for backup uh you don't want to be fighting with someone on the side of the road alone so he waited for his friends friends got there and uh then they had a party I don't need to be under arrest I need to do anything WR you're being detained right now and Pennsylvania versus Mims is the United States Supreme Court case you're being detained why because I told you I'm investigating one crime you also said you don't have a driver's license which is another one and if you don't provide me a form of identification when I'm investigating you for a crime that is a third crime that I'm investigating you for there is no crime you are provide you are required by law to provide me your true full legal name if I'm investigating a crime well this call if you do not provide me with your trueful legal name you can be arrested for that Matthew Tuton okay do you you have a driver's license or any other form of identification a sovereign being my name is Matthew Chon okay again Arizona by statutes 28- 1595 1595 to show me an ID card or driver's license get out no I'm not getting out of the car this is I'm going to give you I didn't do anything wrong not getting out matth I've been I I've done if you do not get out I'm going to force you out an officer that Tu churon seems to know arrives at the scene and tries to calm him down Matthew look at me Matthew look at me if you don't get out I'm going to force you out I'm going to charge you with resisting rest also so get out please come on all all all all right all right come on Sir get out there's no reason to act I've asked you probably 10 times to get out there's no reason to act like this get out of your car then all right there's no reason to are you doing please do not touch me we're officer ow come on get on the ground do anything all right just comply for now okay all right I just got here okay but right now the best thing you can do is just on all right want to follow a complaint I will give you that information all right I promise my superiors will Overlook everything okay all right but he had to repeat himself all right like I said all right just stand stand up for there we go matth what are you come let's go back to your car the plate on don't be so you are detained you were detained from the beginning when I told you that just relax right I know just relax okay right now you're safe you are safe you're safe comp with my officer here nice and safe right in the back of this police car go take a seat for me all right just relax Matthew okay just like I just want some put your I'm not going to go please just listen my office just we'll get you some water we'll make you comfortable right right now we got to do what we got to do my cops wearing shorts very AR and express their frustration with Sovereign citizens yeah I went on the passenger side started asking questions she just rolled up the window and turned around started dialing people I'm like nope you're getting out I don't understand why they think we making it up you know what I mean like I even told them the statute tone was charged with resisting arrest displaying a fictitious license plate and failing to provide evidence of identity he represented himself in superior court and the judge decided to move the case to Justice Court as a misdemeanor toone failed to show up for that court date and was subsequent ly arrested again so if this case would have happened in panal County the same exact thing would have happened it would have went to Superior Court it wouldn't it's not Superior Court worthy the Superior Court would have kicked it down to a Justice Court um and then exactly this would have happened but when this guy decides to represent himself so obviously he thinks that he knows about the law and then doesn't show up he must have forgot the fact that when you don't show up to court a warrant is issued for your arrest and that's what happened with him so he says he talks a big game but when the rubber meets the road a warrant was issued he was subsequently arrested
