What's going on? >> There's a guy in an orange speedster. Orange whatever. >> Yeah. Okay. So, he came out. I pulled out in front of him. Not in front of him. I I moved over, got in the other lane. He He stopped and he came up to this side of the car. >> Uhhuh. >> And grabbed my phone >> and your phone >> and me. No, I pulled it out of his hand. He told me to shut the up, give me a little like slap on my whatever and he went that way. >> All right, everyone. My name is Frank Slope. I'm a deputy sheriff here in the state of Arizona. I've got 25 years on. So, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. I'm going to use that 25 years. The other thing I'm going to use is I'm going to use this card for body cam bingo. So, this is card number two. It is one of a stack of five. We sell them on our website. Check them out. You could play along at home. So, Police Insider is the channel where we found today's video. Uh, they're they're a longtime favorite of ours. They do great work. They have great editing. Sam loves them. We're going to see if they love card number two today. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yes, you know me. >> I know you. >> Yeah, we have. >> Who are you? >> You are officer the best. >> Officer the best. Never been called that. Yeah, you've you've helped me before. >> Okay. Okay. >> Wooten. >> Yep. >> Officer the best. >> Officer the best. Ford Corvette in a black sedan. Uh looks like they're trying to run each other off the roadway. They came into the cabin shopping center. Looks like they're trying to hit each other. And I think we did get a report where one of them did hit. The other car did hit the other car. So that's why we are here. Okay. >> Okay. >> So we do have the other car stock up. >> That's true. This is the guy. >> That's the guy that came. >> Is this just a video or a picture? >> No, it's just a picture of it. >> I went to get me a ner up there on the main highway, whatever you call that that goes towards Interstate 85. The little train station at BP. >> Yeah, BP. That's green. >> So, on my way back, it's only 5 miles. >> All right. So, this old man said he's heading to go get a Nas energy drink. By the way, one of my favorites. It's got kind of a grapefruitity flavor. Awesome. Cops, especially cops that work at night, we tend to be afficionados of energy drinks. So, NAS is kind of old school, but if if you don't mind the calories, the flavor is great. And apparently this guy doesn't mind either cuz he's like, I'm on my way. I'm going to jump in my bright orange Corvette and uh my girlfriend lives down the road and I'm going to get an energy drink. So, this guy's living the life. >> Also, here comes this lady in this car. That's lady yard to over. She gets right behind me, flashing the lights, going crazy, and then she pulled up beside me and goes like this, get out of lane, cursing, all this kind of stuff. >> He was behind me. I'm coming home from work. He was, you know, pushing me, trying to get me over, blah blah blah. Started yelling at me. He called me um and then >> I almost want to say race card for that. >> He made it all the way to catch on and that's when he got out of the car. >> He he got out of his car, came behind me cuz I pulled over so he would stop riding me basically like to get off of me >> and then he came up and said, "Don't take a picture of me. Grab my hand. Grab my phone." Minutes before this interaction, dispatch was flooded with calls from both parties accusing the other of running them off the road. And while the female has pictures and videos to back up her case, the old man only has his side of the story. >> And then I pulled off to the right and then she slammed on her brakes. >> Do you think those so-called natural products at your local chain grocery store are actually good for you? Think again. They've all been bought out by mega corporations and private equity firms. They hijack these beloved brands and fill them with the same corporate slop as everyone else. But one company is doing things differently. The Van Man Company. Ever actually read what's on your toothpaste? Fluoride, SLS, glycerin, foaming agents. Big toothpaste is selling you a chemical cocktail. The Van Man Company is changing that with their miracle tooth powder. It uses real grass-fed cattle bone hydroxy appatite. It's the same mineral structure as your actual teeth. It remmineralizes and strengthens enamel naturally. It's completely edible like anything that you put in your mouth should be. Users report whiter teeth and less plaque. Make the switch to real oral care. Go to vanman.shop/frank and use code frank for 15% off your first order. That's vanman.shopfrank shop/frank and use code Frank for 15% off your first order. Van man, real ingredients, no exceptions. >> Was he following you or were you following him in a parking lot? >> He followed me from I 85 the off turn. I got all the way to right before >> so many different versions of the story >> before Patrick. >> Uhhuh. >> She's never She never touched my corn. I never touched her. So that's a lot. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And and uh all I did is try to get away from her. >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Where you coming from? >> Midtown. >> Midtown. That's where you were >> and he followed you from Okay. I'm just trying to figure it all out. I'm sorry cuz our dispatch was saying that was aggressive. That was a little bit like And then for him to like cut me off and pull me over. I hardly doubt I'm going to go to Peach Tree, see the Church of Christ, and then be uh threatening people in the afternoon. >> You just came to church. >> Yeah. >> Just go to church. So, I think at face value, just based on societal norms, you see a young girl, you see an old man in a Corvette and you hear the words road rage, you just automatically assume that the guy, the old man in the orange Corvette is road raging with this chick and she has been totally victimized and he is absolutely the suspect. But then you conduct a full and thorough investigation like these guys did. And then you find out that she is the primary aggressor. Um, and then you see her true colors, especially after the cuffs go on. And now you're like, "Ah, yes. Now I see how you could have the personality to road rage because you've turned into a monster here after your nice girl ploy with the cops didn't work. Now, now your true colors come out and it's the road rage you instead of the nice polite you. So, and this is the you that road raged with that nice old man just trying to go get an energy drink. He's a victim. >> You live You live here? >> No. Okay. I live in Florida. My girl, my girlfriend lives over there. >> He hit your car? >> Yeah, cuz dispatch said that you said he hit your car. >> I didn't say hit. I said he moved. He He might have He He might have He moved me. No, that's not >> He moved me. What does that mean? >> So, like, did that happen today? >> Yeah, that's never been there. >> Did he do that? >> Thanks. I don't want you getting run over. >> Let me see this one. Did that happen? Because I I got I got pushed over. >> Whole lot of damage there, is it? No, >> I'm not seeing anything, man. That's right. >> Now, that was the most aggressive driving I've ever seen. Ever. and I just got off work. >> The entire incident was witnessed by an offduty FBI agent who had even tried to deescalate the situation. While his testimony was the missing piece, officers couldn't shake the feeling that the female was hiding something. >> There we go. >> Decided to dig deeper. >> So, I'll be honest, I I clearly did not see the origin of it. Okay. >> What I saw is uh a white female in a black midsize SUV. I'm I'm terrible with cars. You're good. You're good. You're right. Yep. You're right. She was following a Corvette and >> like she was hot, man. Like she was fired up. And at some point she pulls up next. She's not letting him like physically go. Like she is following him >> through lanes and then at one point moves next and just puts the phone out and records. >> Yeah. So as a member of the traffic unit, I respond to reports of road rage all the time that like aggressive driving, reckless driving, road rage driving. Um, we dispatch deputies to it. We try to get in the area. Um, in an instant like this, really hard. You have two people. Their stories aren't anywhere close to the same. I mean, except for the fact that they're on the same roads, but the movement of the vehicles isn't really the same. It's It doesn't make any sense. Um, but when you have an independent third party who's not involved at all, just watching everything, boy, does it help. It is it is absolutely I mean it'll make or break a case just like it did here. Um so it's it is good thing that there was there was an FBI agent that was able to be there and give pretty good you know account of what was going on but without that oh it's just a mess. These are these are tough cases to solve. >> Have you had anything to drink today? >> No. Can I look at your eyes and make sure >> safe to drive you haven't had anything drink? Have you smoked anything today? >> No. >> Okay. Is that a grinder in your >> Uhhuh. >> Okay. You're not smart. >> Okay. Do you have any problems with your eyes? Context, glasses, anything like that? >> I don't have contacts, but I have glasses. >> Okay. Are those just are there prescriptions or readers? Okay. >> Um, you can see me without them? >> Yes. >> Okay. What I'm going to ask you to do is I want you to just follow my finger with your eyes, your eyes only, and don't move your head. Do you understand? All right. >> There's different ways that different drugs affect you. And there are some people, you've heard the term mean drunk, where when people consume alcohol, they just become mean. I'm not a mean drunk at all. I'm just the opposite. I become a lover. I just I just want to hang out. But some people get mean. But the overwhelming majority people when they smoke marijuana, spoke, especially if they smoke like an indica, um they become a little bit more mellow. So maybe she shouldn't have drank and she should have smoked and stayed at home and she would be a lot less mean. So I think that probably would have helped her out. >> Nine heel to toe steps. Step you keep your eyes on your feet. Count your steps out loud. Keep your hands down by your side. And once you start walking, don't stop till you finish. Do you understand? >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. I can turn around. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Not as instructed. >> Arms up. >> Three, four, five, six, seven, eight. >> Awesome. She was the aggressor as far as like not letting the situation like like no cooler heads type thing, you know, but that's just part I saw. >> Okay. [snorts] Hey, man. I sure appreciate it, man. You be safe out there, man. >> All right, buddy. You too, man. >> All right. Thank you. Bye. I'm ask you to do is I'm going ask you to take a deep breath straw like you're blowing up a balloon. This is not the state master test of your breath. >> You okay with doing that? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm going to hold it. I'm not going to let you. >> Can I be honest with you? >> Yeah. I'd love for you to be honest with me. >> Yeah. Okay, go ahead. >> There it is. >> You already lied to me and told me you hadn't had nothing great. >> Here we go. >> All right. Um, I am a manager at a private country club. >> We just got out of an event and I >> tasted a couple shots. >> There we go. >> I live right here. >> Almost made it. I would have gone. I said if we need to, we will let you know. >> However, that kind of All right. >> Throw me off the road. >> Okay. >> And I got a little scared. >> Okay. Well, I'm just trying to make sure that you're safe to drive. >> That's all I'm trying to do. Ensure that you're not impaired. >> Okay. Can I leave my car here? >> Why would you have to leave your car there? >> Okay. Can I get somebody to pick up my car, Officer Wooten? >> We're kind of past that at this point. >> Why? >> Why? Why would you need somebody to pick up your car? >> There we go. >> Because you're making me nervous. The truth was closing in and choking her, but the female wasn't willing to give in. Caught between undeniable lies and a mountain of an ego. >> This is where we're at, Miss. I do believe that you are hold until it's safe to operate a motor vehicle. >> I'm going to place you under arrest for driving under the influence. I need you to face away from me. >> Can I not have my husband come get me anymore? No matter that, you should before you got behind the wheel. >> So, I need you to face away from me. So, the other guy that I called you guys to help me with >> is being dealt with by three officers. >> Grab my arm and my phone. >> He probably had good reason to get upset with you because you're impaired in your driving. >> So, your hands behind your neck. Don't >> Are you serious? Don't do this again. >> Super serious. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, ma'am. I don't have much of a uh >> seriously, you're going to give a charge. >> You're not resisting arrest. Seriously, you can't even write a ticket correctly. >> I know. I can't read. >> It didn't work for you last time when I arrested you either. So, I'm trying to get >> Why are you doing this now? Why can't you just help me? So, some guy pulls me over on the side of the road. >> You can't be pulled over >> by someone. Someone grabs my arm and you guys over here. You must go. >> Yeah, you're right. Yeah. Get get my phone. >> No, ma'am. Just listen. >> Somebody suspects age 21. >> Somebody grabbed me. >> Almost said I didn't do anything. Listen, we're we're dealing with him. Okay. No, you're not. >> We are. I just came from there. There's three other officers up there with me. >> Why am I getting arrested? >> I need you to listen cuz you're drunk. Grab me out of my car. >> Is about to explain everything. >> He didn't grab you out of your car. >> No, we didn't. >> Can you guys just be human and not get >> We are We are just stop being for a second, please. I understand that. >> You're being so nice. You don't have to be like this. So if I understand this investigation correctly, suspect consumes alcohol, drives home in the process of driving home after consuming alcohol gets into a road rage and then calls the police on herself. She drunk dialed the police about herself and then finds herself in the midst of a DUI investigation because she consumed alcohol and then drove home from work. So, she is the source of all of her own problems. She caused everything. It's all It's all her fault. And there's no one else It's no one else's default here. It's there's no blame except on her right where it belongs. >> I understand it. Just please talk to me. I have to read something. >> Why? That guy told me out of my boy that my phone. >> She never said that before. >> And now I'm the one getting arrested. >> The state of Georgia has conditioned your privilege to drive upon the highways of the state upon your submission to the state administered chemical testing. >> Blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substance for the purpose of determining if you're underco testing and the results indicate alcohol concentration 0.08 or more. I drive >> your Georgia driver's license or privileged drive on the highway may be suspended for a minimum period of one year out of my car. >> Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath and blood? >> Guys, >> okay. >> The drama was just beginning as the Karen and her suddenly woke up after getting cuffed. >> Are you stop? Okay. Do not >> stop. Don't touch me like that. >> No. Not until you understand. >> You know what? I'm going to take that as don't touch me. Put your butt in here first. We're going to turn you around. >> Have a seat. >> If you keep Listen, if you keep acting up, you're going to get more and more charges. All [laughter] right. That's the last thing you need right now. >> Take it down. >> Grab me out of my car. >> He didn't grab you out of your car. >> My phone. >> We'll grab your phone. >> We'll grab your phone. >> Let me call her dad. >> Okay, we will. We will. Let us get you in the car. Stop acting this way and we will let you call him. Is that okay? >> Car right now cuz you're drunk. Hey, I didn't do anything. >> You know what? I I didn't do anything on that. >> If you kick the door again, I'M GOING TO TIE YOU UP. >> DO YOU WANT YOUR LEGS? >> OFFICER, shut this down. >> Please let me talk to him. >> We will. As soon as you start acting like a damn adult. >> Do you want to call somebody? >> Yes, but you got to give me my my face and my hand. >> Well, I got your No, I just need your numbers. What's your numbers? I don't know the numbers. >> You don't know the numbers? >> I need my face. >> A little weed pipe. Yeah, >> she's alcohol and marijuana. >> I really hope he ends up in this position. >> Go to my favorites. >> Can you see that? Einstein. Yeah, >> Einstein. That's his name. >> Babes. Babes. >> I don't know what his name in your phone is. Appreciate it. >> Well, don't be a to me and I won't be a to you. >> All right. >> Open the door. No, you're talking. >> I want to talk to him. >> I'm going let you talk to him through the window. >> Officer Wooten, >> Officer Wooten's busy. >> Look, he's on the phone. >> Jay, >> hey. [clears throat] >> Hey, I'm in the back of a cop car. Officer Vasquez, can you take the phone? >> Can you give it to Officer Vasquez? >> What do you want me to tell him? >> I want you to talk to him. >> Okay, >> great. >> Thank you, Thomas. >> Right around the corner. I can come pick her up. >> Uh, we're way beyond that. Y >> um she's under arrest currently for driving under the influence. >> She will be going to jail. >> Can I have the phone? Come to me now. >> She's under arrest. >> Hang on one second. >> Yep. >> Hang on one second. >> Give me a Just hang on. He's talking. You wanted him to talk. I get it. Just >> You don't get it. You don't get it. >> So, >> crazy. >> No, you don't get it. >> I just got hit. >> No, I got hit. >> No, you didn't. All right. Whoa. >> Yeah, I'm half black, so >> Oh, there's a race card. >> Love it. >> Yeah, my my mom's black, so get over it. >> The derogatory comments and racial slurs continued to intensify on the way to the jail. She even slipped her cuffs and was determined to make things worse for herself. >> I hope your kids become delinquents. >> Wow. >> Cuz you're not serving and protecting. Are you trying to slip your handcuffs? >> Nope, not at all. >> I think that's exactly what you're doing. You know I can see you. >> Okay. >> You took your handcuffs off. >> Yep. >> No. >> Put your hand back in it. >> Put it in. >> Put your hand back in. >> Put it Put it in back. Put it back in. It was never in. >> Put your hand. >> It was never in. You want it behind? >> It was never in. >> Y'all do not do this. I think we're going to be good. >> Can you call my husband first? >> You already talked to him. >> Good. >> Oh, you hit me. >> You hit me hard. >> Oh, >> what? >> You hit me. >> Don't ever touch me like that again. Stop touching me like that. It's in the cuff. Do not pull me like that, you son of a Wow. You're that bad at your job. >> Touch me like that again. >> Touch your seat. Stay in the car. >> Touch me like that. >> In the car. >> I NEVER GOT OUT. You s touch me like that again. Touch me like that again. You >> Wow. So, she tells this investigating officer that she works at a country club and then proceeds to drop the Nbomb in every way, manner, and form that you could figure out how to put it into a sentence. I don't know what kind of country club that actually I do know what kind of country club that is. Um, but I I don't know if they want her there with that kind of verbiage. Or maybe they do want her there because she uses that verbiage. But whatever it is, it's know where I'm going. I'll tell you that. >> You're a >> Yeah, she's very She's very racy. Yeah, I know. The 33-year-old female was charged with simple battery against police officer, obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving under influence, reckless driving, aggressive driving, drive-thru safety zone, VGCSA, less than 1 ounce, and transactions of related objects. >> Card number two did not get a bingo. I was hoping I know I needed a bro in there. I mean, and dropped a couple other words. Bro was not one of them. So, I needed a bro for the bingo. Let me know if there was another card in there that you did get a bingo on, but I know number two is a no-go. Um, what's always a go- go is being a subscriber. So, click the subscribe button.
