Rochelle Wagner and her husband, who had been lodging in the hotel for quite some time. When they arrived at the hotel, they went over to the couple's room to ask them some questions. The deputies knew as well as anyone else that every now and then couples argue, and so they were hoping to understand what had happened and perhaps issue them a warning. >> Hey, where's room 15? >> Have a great night. >> Bye. I'm just waiting for my partner also to get in. Um, and was there an argument that happened before or she just came in? >> I always hit the pool. She left, took off, and then went back and then started coming in. >> After talking to the victim, they decided to talk to the suspect, but the interrogation had barely started when they figured out who they were dealing with. Hey man. Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Hey, ma'am. You could just open your hand for me. I don't know what's inside your hand. >> It's not >> a lighter. All right. You could just place it on the bed. You have ID on you. >> All along she had maintained a calm composure. For a manipulative woman like her it was most likely a guise to hide her true nature and if possible paint her husband as a true aggressor. My ID is in um No, I don't have my ID. >> You don't carry an ID? >> My ID is at my >> my uh my >> I don't have any ID on there right now. No, it's at my friend's house. No. >> Copy. Thank you. What's the domestic? Who's What's the domestic? >> You want to just have a seat? I'll speak with my partner. >> What's the domestic? >> Just have a seat and I'll speak with my partner. >> At that point, the deputy knew that she was hiding something. Figning ignorance and refusing to identify herself were typical of guilty individuals. But before going any further with her, he decided to talk to her husband to try and figure out what she was hiding. >> This side for me, sir. Can I talk to what's going on? I know you spoke to him already, so I'm just trying to >> I mean, look, man, my wife's, you know, bipolar one, >> manic. Uh, we got divorced and we remarried in August of 21. >> And my computer's in that leather satchel there. Go open it up, look at it. Today, she threw it, broke it. It's my work computer. >> Yeah, >> she broke it today. Your footprints are wrong. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Um, >> clear from this. >> See that? >> Yeah, it's got like a little glitch. It's a stream >> probably. >> How about on the front side of it? >> Yeah, that actually works obviously. >> You don't mind? Yeah, sure. >> Oh my god, you're incredible. She threw the trash out. >> Holy. >> You are something else, Roshelle. >> Go ahead. Just beat the >> Go ahead. Catch you on video. >> Oh god. >> Oh god. Look at that. Now that he clearly knew what the suspect had been trying so desperately to hide, he turned back to her. This time fully prepared to play her games. >> Ma'am, >> what's your name? >> What's the domestic? What's >> Okay, listen to what I'm going to tell you. >> Wait, what's the domestic? First of all, >> listen to what I'm going to tell you. We're here for a disturbance. You have a passport with you? >> I do not. >> You don't have your passport with you? You don't have your ID? Are you from Florida? From California, from Los Angeles, from Texas, from New York? What state are you from? What state were you born in? Ma'am, >> maybe I'm an illegal. >> Okay, you still have a name, right? You would still have some sort of ID. >> Why are you being so irrational to me? >> I'm asking you questions and you're not answering my questions. >> Okay, I'm here for a disturbance. I need to identify you so that I know who I'm talking to. If >> I don't know who I'm talking to, how can I address you? >> I'm not going to address you as I'm not going to address you as nobody. >> I have no idea. Okay. She had more than enough time to come clean with what had happened, but she chose to play games. And now she was about to learn the hard way that those who play dumb games win even dumber prizes. >> No, the garbage is always >> Just relax for now. Okay. >> No, just relax for now. >> The garbage is always outside. The garbage is always outside. >> You just provided me with your false name. Okay. You gave me a wrong name. That's a crime. Move up a little bit. >> J K W. >> Can you move up a little bit, ma'am? Please. Thank you. Thank you. This hurts. >> Why am I going to jail? >> At this point, the deputies couldn't quite understand why she was still playing ignorant. Whether it was a ploy to dodge the consequences of her actions or not, they were about to make sure her fate was sealed for good. >> The domestic battery, ma'am. >> Domestic battery. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And from providing you false information. >> What did I do? >> You didn't give me your name. Lean back. There you go. >> Domestic battery. >> Yes, ma'am. >> After placing her in handcuffs, the deputies turned their attention to her husband, who seemed to have endured years of mistreatment. And as he shared more details of the incident, became clear that he had reached his limit and was determined not to spare his wife any longer. >> Here's your ID, sir. Um, I did I did take a picture of the computer and the um the TV. I think her phone is destroyed as well. >> Did Oh, all right. So, the laptop did that happen today? >> Today? >> Today? >> Yeah. >> When all this occurred? >> I don't know. I mean, I came in here was like I said, "What did you do to my computer?" I'm used to this. >> Do you see anything on there? Yeah. Mark, >> but it's not bleeding. But it does look like it's swelling. >> Yeah, it hurts. >> Did she hit you anywhere else? Just in the head? >> No, the head. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, so you said her phone's broken, but that's her property. >> I own the phone, bro. Like, it's on my She destroyed that. She destroyed my phone. She screwed the TV that computer. I can't open when I open it. Look at this. >> And did this happen today or this occurred >> several days ago on there? >> Go ahead. >> I can't like like that. Like it's just >> she hit it with her ring. >> It's like, "All right, well, at least it still works." Oh, here. >> It's It's that thing. >> For some reason, it still works on on here. I don't know why. Sorry. >> She just came back from You're nowhere and then she just came and attacked you. >> It's kind of a normal thing. Yeah, I'm just trying to get the the all the information that I can. >> We had a nice lunch at uh the green turtle end. We walked there. She got up and left the green turtle in >> I walked here then. And then then I went to the pool to do my Zoom call. >> Uhhuh. >> At 300 p.m. Then she left. She came back sometime around late, like 7 8 7 o'clock. >> Uhhuh. And then I left both doors open so she could get open. >> Oh, there's a rear door. >> Yeah, I left it open as well. She came there like >> But did she say anything to you while she was walking towards you or >> Oh, it's always like you're cheating, you're cheating, you're cheating, you're cheating your girlfriend, your girlfriend girlfriend. I've never cheated my entire life. It's the same thing. >> Okay. >> All right. So, well, I mean that's all the information. Oh, if I could just get your phone number. >> Sure. >> You go with it. >> Yeah. Sure. 210. >> 210. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. I mean, that's it. >> What do we do from here? >> Well, she is going to get charged with um domestic battery. Obviously, you guys been married, so we have to >> in the state of Florida, we have to do something about it. We can't just um leave you guys together cuz it's understood. >> Yeah. But um I believe she'll have first appearance in the morning tomorrow morning and then I don't know whether they contact you or whether they give her a bond. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um computer, right? >> Yeah. I saw I took a picture. Um do you know where her wallet is? >> Well, I don't know. I'd love for you to see her phone. Her phone's doing too her phone as well. you saw like the first thing I saw was when I walked in. I could take a picture of that side. I I walked in and I'm like, what's wrong? Like, why is it like that? And I knew something was wrong there. And then I opened it and it sort of creeped. >> Okay. Thank you. >> All right. So, look, this is a >> And then look, now I'm thinking, yeah, I mean, she >> And here's here's a foot cut >> right here. She smashed it like a foot. >> So this is a statement form. >> Hey, let's find her phone first and when you see me. >> For Roelle's husband, filling the statement form was secondary. Not after he had proven to the cop just how much of a powdered temper his wife had. This is still getting so [snorts] >> All I need is um her ID if she has it on her. >> I don't know. We have to ask her. >> Oh, here here's your thought. >> It's destroyed, too. >> All it need is >> it's all here too as well, but I'll note it on my report as well. >> So, this is just a statement form up here is your information and from here on down, it's basically what happened today. >> All right, let's see the time. >> 7:26. So, my Zoom call was at 400 p.m. Where do you want me to start? >> If only if you want to. It's fine. I mean, you obviously already gave me your story. It's just just a rain statement if you're willing to. You don't really have to. >> I told you we went to the um green turtle. >> We had lunch there. She got up and left and walked away. I walked casually home here. I sat by the pool. I did my Zoom call at >> 400 PM. She was gone. >> Came in here and took a shower. Got ready to go get some dinner on my own. Just waited, waited, waited. Actually packed up. Just thinking, you know what, >> she's gone. I'm going to leave. So >> Mhm. >> somehow when u I was in the bathroom, she came in and then she had a hat on right there. But the computer breakage I knew right then when I walked in and I saw this >> but that should normally be flat >> and then right in front of me she stamped on it and I'll [ __ ] now cuz I I work to pay for >> Okay. This is you can feel this where it's growing. >> Do you want um >> No, I mean I'll sleep on it tonight. It's >> You sure? But I want you feel safe. >> Just the last thing if you could raise your right hand for me. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you swear or affirm the statement you giving me is true? >> I do. >> Okay. And I see you already signed. So that's it. >> Yeah. >> Just in the back there's a >> might look up Rochelle Rivers in California. >> Well, the name that you gave me did come up. Rochelle >> Wagner. >> Wagner. But there's also a room showing ribs. Okay. So, we might let that happen. >> All right. All right. Sir. Well, I appreciate it and well, hopefully there's um a better day and hopefully you guys You going to put this inside? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> After obtaining the victim's written statement, the deputy decided to turn his attention to the hotel employees. A decision that was about to uncover a side of the story that had never been told. Hey man, >> he owes money. >> He He owes money. >> Is he checking out soon or? >> No. Um I guess they took her away. >> Okay. And you saw what happened or >> Yeah. She saw all I got the call that she needed my help. >> They've been here for a very long time. >> And um We were scheduled to have >> you want my license? >> Sure. After you come if you want. >> So essentially she comes in here and she's been a problem since I started. She's intoxicated all the time. She comes in, she's standing right here. She's like, "He's beating me up." And she starts crying. She says, "I have warrants. Um, we're here on the run. We're hiding out in the car." Uh, right. And it's it's been a weird situation. And I could see bruises on her arms, you know, on her forearms. So, I said, "Okay, seat." Um, she's like, "Well, I want you to go over there and intimidate him." No. So, basically, I text her and she keeps telling me, "I have nothing. I have warrants. I have warrants." you know, blah blah blah. Whether it's true, I don't know. Um, but probably um but then I I text her, she then she calls you is essentially what happened. >> The reason why I called you guys so fast is this is not the first goound we've seen with it, but probably in her words for her, she's pretty tough. >> Mhm. >> When she said, "I need you right now." I literally dropped what I was doing, called him and I said, "I'm on my way." Yeah. >> Okay. So, did you guys see her or him strike each other or No, >> no, I didn't see that, but she did have some bruising. Um, I stupidly did kind of follow her. I kept my distance from the door and he was in the doorway and he had this look of rage in his eyes. Is everything okay, Wayne? No. You know, and then, you know, they were arguing. So, then I don't know which direction she went. You obviously found her. Um, but that was essentially it, I thought. >> Okay. But, you know, I mean, they've they've been extended stay here looking for a place. Her reaction was a well planned antic to prevent the officer from trying to find out if her window tint compliant with the law. >> So, unless I'm I'm asking for >> All right. Do me a favor. Stay in your vehicle. I'm going to pull off. >> You're not going to pull off. Stay right there. HEY, DO NOT MOVE. DO NOT MOVE. >> OKAY. SORRY. She just took off. >> Okay. 35. We're stopping station one. Open the car. Open the car. Can I deal with you? >> Open the car. Not right now. >> Open the car. Open the car. Open the car. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. Open the car. >> I'm going to the DON'T CAN YOU TOUCH ME? WHY DO WE HAVE TO TOUCH ME? >> THE LADY JUST GET WHY IS HE GOING TO BE SO AGGRESSIVE? >> YOU JUST STOP. I JUST TOLD HIM I'M GOING TO THE POLICE STATION. AND YOU GET THE RIGHT TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION IF YOUR SAFETY feel when you're detained on a traffic stop. >> I WAS NOT DETAINED. >> ON A TRAFFIC 95 YOU can explain. Just give us a second. Okay. >> Listen. He said he was pulling me over because I did have on my seat belt. Um had chicken on my lap. Ain't no way I could have put my seat belt on that thing. >> I didn't see your seat belt. Can't drive off on a public. >> I said can you please hurry up? I'm working. CAN YOU PLEASE HURRY UP WITH THIS? >> CAN I TALK TO HIM? >> I'M JUST letting you know you're being arrested for looting a traffic stop. Okay. Fine. Listen. >> Stop. >> I say I don't have anything. >> Okay. >> All I said was, >> "Can you hurry up with the ticket so I can go back to work?" He said, "Okay, >> KEEP TURNING AROUND." >> WHY DO WE GOT TO GRAB THIS? >> STOP. For now, okay? >> I'M NOT MOVING. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> FOCUS ON THE front of the car. Okay. >> HE'S DEAD WRONG. AND THEN I SAID, "EVERY TIME I COME ON, Y'ALL HARASSING ME." I SAID, "YOU BEING RACIST." >> WHAT IS THIS? WHAT is this in here? I CAN'T SEE NOTHING. >> OKAY, THIS. OKAY. >> All I say was you being racist. He say, "Oh, no." Now he come back with a WINDOW CHECK. THIS NOT EVEN MY CAR. IT'S A RENTAL CAR. >> All right. Come over here. >> Is that all you being a picking up? Please get another officer. >> We're going to get to the car real quick. >> Just let you know everything's a bit better recorded back. >> I KNOW. AND I'M GLAD AND I'M ON THE PHONE WITH Can I finish talking to the police? >> Nope. You're not. >> This man is being aggressive, MAN. OFFICER. HE HAS TO ANOTHER OFFICER DEAL WITH ME. WHY DO HE HAVE TO DO IT? >> WE'RE GOING TO GET YOU. >> HE'S BEING AGGRESSIVE. CAN I TALK? >> NOPE. WE'RE DONE. >> Oh my god. This is crazy. He is playing. Excuse me. Can I please say something to another officer? Can you please bring my phone with ME TO SHOW MY PROOF, PLEASE? >> YEAH. >> Excuse me. CAN Y'ALL please bring my phone to the station? Because that's my point. Can you listen? I'm begging. Y'all won't even respond to me. AND THAT'S WHY I SAID THIS THE PART WHERE I SAID I want to go to the station. You ain't even responding. You being racist. >> Absolutely not. You're not supposed to take off on a traffic stop. >> So, it's a lawful detainment. You are not allowed to just to drive off. >> Absolutely not. Not absolutely. >> Absolutely not. I need that. >> We'll go ahead and bring it for you if you calm down. Okay. >> You're not fine. >> This is crazy. All I really want you to Listen, I told them >> cause an accident or somebody injured by pulling that stunt you just did. >> Can you I did not speak. >> Can you listen to what I >> No, you took off from a traffic stop is what you did. >> Listen, you said you was giving me a ticket for my seat belt. I said, "Okay, can you hurry up? I'm working." You You start checking my Like, you're not trying to listen to me. >> SO, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO LET me talk to you cuz you making it seem just took off as I was criminal. >> Absolutely. You took off from a traffic stop. >> Police station and you heard me say that. You heard me clear as day tell you I'm going to the police station. Now you said I just took off because anyway y'all just be lying. Can y'all please make sure y'all write white shirt there when I get there? Now you don't know. This exactly why I said this is why I didn't want to deal with him. Now all of a sudden my driver's license missing. This is why I wanted the white shirt to want to go to the station. When it finally dawned on her that her recklessness had only complicated things, she quickly figured a way out of the situation. Or so she thought. >> That's why I said then you trying to say that's if you don't feel safe WITH THE OFFICER, YOU GOT THE RIGHT TO DRIVE TO the police station and I told you I was going to the police station. You lied saying I JUST FLEEDED OFF. HOW I FLEED OFF. You got my license. But so it was no point of fleeing if you had my license. I told you I was going to the police station cuz I asked you for a white shirt and you TOLD ME NO. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK for a white shirt. I did it many times. put my house on and kept going to the police station. They never told me that's no flee and no officer then you make like I I'm literally why would I run from a seat belt ticket? CAN YOU EXPLAIN THAT? WHY would I run from a a um seat belt ticket? Right. You can't. That's not nothing to run from. I told you I'm going to the police station. I asked you for a white shirt six times. You told me no. Can you please make sure you bring my phone in the [music] station, please? So I can talk to a white shirt with my phone. We'll have a We'll have a supervisor come when we're done. >> You didn't call the police. >> Huh? >> You didn't call the police. You called 911. That's not the police. >> And you told me I can't do that. I called the police and I asked IF THE POLICE I CALLED THE POLICE. The lady TOLD ME THAT I CAN GO TO THE POLICE STATION. >> HEY, Y'ALL GOING TO TELL ME ONE THING. >> Evans evidence. >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> I LITERALLY CALLED THE POLICE. I TOLD HER I don't FEEL SAFE. SHE SAID I COULD GO to the police station. I asked her, "Can you hurry up and send police out?" I need to >> Excuse me. Can I please talk to one of them, please? I just want That is crazy. >> You threw it on top of the hood. >> No, I didn't. >> You did. You snatched it on my hand when you grabbed me and threw it on the hood. >> I'm not lying about nothing. I'm saying I don't have no reason to lie. I'm literally working. All them like I'm literally working. That's damn wrong. All I asked you for was a white shirt and you weren giving me a white shirt and THEN YOU WONDER WHY we feel the way we feel. Then you say you not being racist. This ising racist. Then you got a FLEEING OFFICER. I DON'T GOT noing reason. I'M NOT AING CRIMINAL. I didn't feel safe. I saw HOW YOU APPROACHED ME. ALL I ASKED WAS for a white shirt. BUT WE GOT THE right not to want our own safety. >> I told you you were on a traffic stop. You weren't free to leave. No, it's not how it works. >> It's not how it works. >> No, I don't have to provide you a white shirt when I'm conducting an investigation. I was going to complete my traffic stop. If you want to talk to a supervisor, then you're more than welcome to do so. Okay? But you cannot listen to me. Listen to me without interrupting. Okay? You cannot under no circumstances when you are pulled over, you are detained. You are not to leave until you are told that you are free to go. I was conducting investigation. You decided to take off from me. That is considered fleeing and eluding. Do you understand? Okay. But listen to me. You do not have a right just because you want to talk to a supervisor cuz you are in a disagreement with a traffic stop that you can just take off from a traffic stop. Secondly, when you are told you are under arrest, you need to comply and exit the vehicle. All right? 911 is not a police officer. They provide us with addresses and stuff of their emergency. Okay? They have no authority to tell you that you can take off from a traffic stop, which I highly doubt they would recommend. If you have a complaint, okay, you do not have a right to just take off. And that's that's the end of it. I'm not going to discuss it any further with you. Now, once you go to court and everything, you have your every right to do so. Okay, miss. I'm not preventing that. All right? You were going to get a citation for a seat belt and that was it. You were going to receive one citation for equipment violation for a seat belt and you were going to be on your way in the next four minutes. Now you're going to jail because you wanted to do that. Okay. You can argue anything else in court. I have a I have a deputy in charge coming to the jail so you can file your complaint cuz it's your every right to do so because at this point we're in a controlled environment and what I need to get done is officially done. Okay. >> She was later charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer and cited [music] for not wearing a seat belt. In yet another case of a rebellious hothead thinking she could go toe-to-toe with the police. This security officer went from taunting the officers and daring them to use force to suddenly begging for leniency. >> Don't touch me. THE GUY WAS WATCHING YOU. I KNOW YOU'RE NOT. COME TOUCH ME. ME. GO AHEAD. STOP TOUCHING ME. STOP TOUCHING ME. WHAT THE >> WHAT THE [screaming] I promise I will never harass you guys no more. Please. On July the 14th, 2022, dispatch sent officers to a store after receiving a report that a member of the store security staff was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the premises after she was fired. When officers arrived, they initially tried to reason with her and encourage cooperation. Quickly became clear, however, that their earnest pleas were like water against a rock. At that moment, they realized talking alone wouldn't resolve the situation, and they would probably have to handle it the old school way. >> Touch me and you'll GO TO JAIL. TOUCH ME. >> Go ahead. Touch me. I know you're NOT THE POLICE. TOUCH ME. THE CAMERAS ARE RIGHT THERE. TOUCH ME. >> Calling 911 now. >> All right. >> OKAY, MA'AM. THE UM THE ADDRESS IS I'M NOT LEAVING. NO WAY. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> I JUST showed up and this is what happened. >> Okay. You'll see. >> Who is Mr. Mlan? >> All right, ma'am. >> So, you just want her to leave? >> Yes. >> All right. >> Come to me. TOUCH ME. THE CAMERA'S WATCHING YOU. I KNOW YOU'RE NOT A COP. COME TOUCH ME. Come touch me. >> COME TOUCH ME. COME. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE. >> COME AND MAKE THEM TRACK THE GPS. ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY? >> I'M NOT LEAVING. >> Why not? >> BECAUSE I KNOW YOU'RE NOT A REAL POLICE. THE CAMERAS ARE OBVIOUSLY WATCHING YOU. THAT'S CALLED KIDNAPPED. STOP BEING DUMB. >> All right. Are you going to leave the property? >> I'M NOT LEAVING. COME to me. >> Okay. >> 1645 back. >> Are you Who's the manager here? You a manager? >> Yeah. Come me. >> You just want her to leave THE PROPERTY? >> YEAH. COME. >> ARE you willing TO PRESS TRESPASSING? >> COME. >> OKAY. >> SO, you need to you need to leave the property. If you don't leave the property, you will be going to jail for trespassing. What are YOU WEARING? WHAT? WHAT POLICE THAT? WHAT ARE YOU WEARING? >> I'M GOING TO warn you one MORE TIME. >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> YOU will be going back. >> Do not touch me. I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL. I'M SITTING RIGHT HERE. COME TOUCH ME. >> OKAY. >> Go ahead. >> Turn around. Turn around. Put your hands RIGHT BACK. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. Put your hands back. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. STOP TOUCHING ME. WHAT THE WHAT THE >> GROUND LOOK? [screaming] >> YOU WILL NOT FIGHT ME. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? [screaming] >> Give us your hands. >> Stop touching me. >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP ONE. Bring it back. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. HELP ME. Help me. [screaming] >> LET GO OF THE CUFF. >> LET GO OF THE CUFF. >> Help me. The camera's WATCHING YOU. THEY'RE TRACKING YOU DOWN. >> Don't touch me. Get off of me. I will leave. Get off of me. I will leave. Get off of me. >> Get it on. Thank you. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> WE DONE. >> YES. >> Are you kidnapping me? >> STOP KIDNAPPING ME. >> STOP KIDNAPPING ME. Stop it. Get the off. >> What the? >> Heads up. >> YOU WILL GET TASED. >> WHY are you tasing me? >> Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. >> God. >> Stand the up. >> Get off of me. What the right there? >> Walk. >> Let's go. >> What the? You guys are real. >> You are really >> We're done with this. >> Listen to me. >> What are you doing? >> You going to go back TO THE GROUND? >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE GROUND? >> You have a child. What are you doing to me? >> Please. >> We're going to go back to the ground. >> Please. >> You are under arrest. >> For what? >> Battery on a law enforcement officer resisting arresting violence and trespassing. >> Do you UNDERSTAND ME? >> WHAT ARE you doing to me? >> Get the on the ground. >> Stop doing that to me. [screaming] >> HELP. While the officers were having a hellish experience putting her in cuffs, one of the officers turned to interrogate one of the store's employees, but nothing prepared them for the disturbing statement she was about to make. >> Why she was being removed is she was saying that she speaks to demons and that she hears voices and she >> said all that. >> Yeah. This is why she was being removed from the site. Um, she would then just like when she's looking instead of she just like look at you like that fast like kind of scary, >> right? And she works for you. She formerly worked for you guys. >> Yeah, she was literally just hired like rehired 2 days ago. >> Okay. >> And we put her to train with the young lady and they were asking her to be removed because that's what she was saying. And I guess they had told her yesterday just because of what she was saying and just the whole she was I guess she was told not to come here to come >> and she still came here today. >> Got it. After taking the employee statement, the officer turned to join his colleague when another of the store's employees dropped a bombshell that was about to give them insight into the real reason the suspect had been behaving unruly. >> Right hand. >> Who's got a bat? >> You can take my phone. >> This right hand to the front. >> We got to take it off and put it in the back. [screaming] [laughter] >> Bring her hands. Bring your breathe. >> Put it behind your back. >> My phone, please. >> Look, you got to listen. >> PUT IT BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OKAY. >> MA'AM, just relax and let them and follow instructions. >> OKAY. >> Oh my god. >> Got it together. >> Please, please, Ollie. I promise I will never harass you guys no more. Please, please. I'll move. I promise. >> Okay. >> I promise. >> Please. >> On your ass. STAND THE OFF. >> DON'T DO this to me. You guys are >> watch right. >> I don't want to go. >> I don't WANT TO GO. PLEASE. >> PULL THE CAR DOWN HERE RIGHT PLEASE. I have a mom. Please. I never see my mom. Please. >> Stand up. Stand up. Okay. >> Stand up. Start walking. Come on. >> All right. Grab her legs. >> Grab her legs. Grab her legs. GRAB HER LEGS. >> [screaming] >> GRAB HER LEGS. >> YOU got it, Jordan. I got the He got No, that wrong one. Wrong one. Wrong one. >> Listen. No. Put it on the ground. Put her on the ground and we're going to >> get a wrap. We're going to wrap her legs. Let's go. >> Please. >> Guys. Please. You guys ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. I'm telling you guys, stop. Please. >> Give me one. >> Stop. Stop. >> Help him out. Help him grab her legs. >> Ma'am, stop resisting. Okay, >> stop resisting. >> The medic's going to give her right there. >> Okay, get in the car. >> Give her a shot. >> Give her a head. They'll give her the head of me. >> Got it. >> Oh, yeah. >> I promise. >> Yes. Get in the car now. >> Please. This is my THIRD TIME. PLEASE. >> PLEASE. >> PLEASE. >> PLEASE. >> Push it back. >> It's hurting. Stop. Right there. >> Call the trapard. Call the trap card. >> Once she was inside the police vehicle, they turned to interrogate some of the store's employees again. The lady had been mentioning a particular name throughout the process of trying to get her restrained. So, they decided to inquire about this individual. >> The request to remove her, I guess. Um, >> last two days ago. >> Okay. Who's this Jordan person? She >> keeps >> Okay, Jordan. I have no clue. I don't know who Jordan is. Our members aren't named Jordan. >> Gotcha. >> And that's just that. So, >> okay. >> Can you briefly take me through what happened today and what you observed? >> Sure. So, this morning when one of the managers came upstairs, he said it was an officer downstairs that was causing some issues was waiting for [laughter] another manager to arrive um the one that removed her from the site. So, she was waiting for her. He asked her to um leave the property. She refused. She was just stating that she sees and hears different voices and we're all going to jail. She's called the real police just screaming at everybody coming in the door. And then when the when you guys showed up. >> Meanwhile, the suspect had begun to calm down. Apparently, under the misguided belief that a sudden show of cooperation would magically erase her earlier misconduct. Whatever sparked that delusion, it was clearly playing tricks on her mind. >> Hold on. Let's see if the medics want to check her out here. Maybe they can give her something here and get her calm down. >> Are you guys okay? You all right? >> She bit me. Is that broken? >> She bit you. >> No, it's not really broken. All right, we'll document that. Yes. If if Let me see how she is. >> Actually, these must be yours. >> Please, sir. I want to go home to my mom. Please. >> Okay. You're under arrest. So, you got to calm down. >> Please. >> You keep biting us, but you're under arrest. Do you understand that? >> It's just the only reason why it's black is because I keep pulling like crazy stuff out of it. Please. I get up in your >> You attacked my officers and you bit my officer. Okay, you can't do that. >> Sir, please. >> There's nothing you can say that's going to get you out of going to jail. Do you understand that? >> Not today. >> Nothing. >> Did we double check her for weapons? Um, resident, >> no weapons? >> I didn't search her real good. >> I did not. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No, sir. >> She's got to get searched before we go anywhere. >> Yeah. Have the medics come back this way and we'll try to see if we can get her on a stretcher. Guys, I ALREADY WENT THROUGH IT. WHY do you guys do this to me? I already went through it. YOU GUYS SEE? I ALREADY WENT THROUGH. WHY? WHY? >> Come and sit. Come and sit down. >> Please. I can't. >> All right. >> It hurts. It's stopping my blood. >> You're okay. Look away. >> Oh, it's stopping my blood. >> All right. Come on. Step up. Come on. Yeah. Give her a quick little search if you can. >> It's >> It'll make you feel better. You get on the stretcher. >> You guys know I can't talk to my mother. I can't do nothing. Please, >> Rosemary, we're just going to the hospital right now. Okay, just calm down. We're going to the hospital. >> We're going to the hospital with the fire department. All right. >> Can I tell you guys one thing, please? >> Guys, why do you guys will see when I go through stuff? Why do you guys make it worse on me? You guys already SEE WHAT I WENT THROUGH. >> We're trying to help you. >> But why you guys are being so mean to me? I know I did wrong. >> Trying to help you. >> Okay. See, that's nice. >> I'm sorry. >> Nice and easy. We're taking a ride to the hospital. You're going with the fire department to the hospital. Okay. I need one officer to go on the rig. On the rig. >> I'll go. Someone takes my car. >> I'll go in the rig. >> After all was said and done, she was charged with battery on Anio, resisting with violence and trespassing. Just when it seemed that these rebellious hottheheads couldn't get any more reckless, this teenager let her defiance run wild, leading her straight down a slippery slope toward her worst nightmare. >> Can we give you a ride somewhere, or is there somewhere else you can go for the time being to prevent this from escalating? >> Yeah. Yeah, I can go to my grandma's. >> Bro, they keeping with me. Why is y'all KEEPING WITH ME, BRO? DAMN. >> Taking me to jail. BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HAND BACK. >> Told you not to come back on property. And you playing games. >> On April the 27th, [music] 2024, officers in Orlando responded to what seems like a routine call of some teenagers caught up in a neighborhood fight. On arrival, they tried to piece together what went down and prevent future reoccurrences. >> They already left now. >> Okay. >> The one that the other two females that got uh left, >> they were in apartment 106. >> Uh there's another lady that uh >> bro, let us know when OPD arrives, please. >> OPD on um there's a lady down there that's in the dread. >> Still need 24 to come. about let me talk to OPD see what's going to happen but uh they got in a fight out here there's a lady with dread somewhere down there with the white shirt >> okay >> that was implicated in the fight >> and this is >> is this from the same as before >> same case number where the was involved >> but I don't know if she's going to come back now but she definitely lives in apartment 106 and I just try to tell them >> a lady who lives in like the uh Chevy I see. >> Yeah, >> but they left in another car. >> Where the [ __ ] is that? >> I didn't get >> Where did that lady live at? >> I don't know. I was trying to ask the lady in the drench. >> I don't know. >> You said white with like >> Do me a favor. Y'all kids get out of grown folk business. >> Get out. >> Hey, who you talking to? >> Go get your butt in the house. >> So, the lady right down there in white and gray shorts. >> Yeah. Black sewers >> or black sewer Toyota. >> Okay. >> Police. Some people was fighting. >> Yeah, they're fighting. >> That's not good. [laughter] >> That's pretty. That's pretty. >> I'm back. >> Let me see. >> Yeah. >> He just told me what's going on. I don't know. I was in here the first time. >> I just told the officers that just left. I said 106 going to with me when y'all leave. I was down there. Mom and I been having a conversation with some females. All I know is a car was the car just sped in or whatever. They jumped out on me. They were like, "What's up? What's up?" So, I'm by myself. So, I told them what's up. They jumped out on me. Then you got this little female. You got that female down there. She get every damn thing. >> What do you mean? There's a whole bunch of females coming. >> The fact one is having a baby. Whatever. She keep She >> What is she wearing? >> She got a dress. >> She has a dress. Can you point her out to me right now? >> Come over here so you can point her out. >> The one that's in the all the color. >> So every time something going on, she right there. >> They just jumped down on me. She didn't actually She just like verbally instigated him. She didn't actually jump in on it. >> No, she didn't jump in. But she probably basically told him why I was going cuz I was down there by myself talking to some females. >> All I know is you live where do you live at? >> I don't stay over here. So I'm visiting. >> Is there what what can we do to prevent this from escalating? Cuz I don't want them to come back, shoot you, jump out with a knife. >> I don't know. They stay over here. They stay over here. Is there anywhere that is there anywhere you can go right now or can you go into an apartment? Can you go somewhere else with your friends? That way we could prevent this cuz I I really don't want this to escalate into some kind of violence. More violence than it already has. You want to press charges? >> Huh? >> You want to press charges for these females attacking you? >> I just told them, but they not listen to none of >> you just told. >> I told the officers. They say it's really nothing they can do. I'm willing to have you if you're wanting to press charges. I mean, you can write a statement. We can try and identify who these people are. They seem like they stay here. So, somebody should know who they are. We'll drag them down eventually. Doesn't mean that they're going to go to jail tonight, but eventually they'll have to answer for what happened, but it's up to you. Is that something you're interested in or you just don't want anything to escalate any further to? >> I don't know. I just told them I said when when when y'all leave the police they going to keep with me. >> All right. So, what do you think is going to happen when we leave this town? >> They going to keep with me, bro. They stay here. >> Is there anywhere can we give you a ride somewhere or is there somewhere else you can go for the time being to prevent this from escalating? >> Yeah. Yeah, I can go to my grandma's house. Okay. >> The officers were genuinely concerned for her safety and ready to do whatever it took to protect her, [music] but she had no intention of listening, igniting a chain reaction of chaos that would eventually catch up with her. Did you get over there? >> She stayed down the street. >> Where? >> Do you Do you need a ride? Do you have a vehicle here? >> Yeah, I can go down there. >> Look, you got to come back on property. Just I know you live here, but don't come back since she doesn't live. >> I don't live here. I'm just visiting. >> Don't come back. I can't. Do >> you have a car? Do you have a way of getting? >> They right there. They right there in that G sign, bro. They keep with you, bro. All right. Do you want to leave or do you want to press charges? What do you want to do? >> They need to just stop you with me, sir. >> Okay. I can't. >> My head hurt right now. >> Okay. Do you want to press charges? >> I already did. What they just Oh, >> I just did all that. >> You filled out a statement? >> Yes, we just did it over there. We both did a statement. >> Who took this out? >> I don't know. I got >> Hold on. Well, let us figure out what's going on. >> Have you seen a big old code 10 pop off out here? >> Out here? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You have? >> Yes. >> When? >> Jernigan. >> No. No. Out here. >> Oh. >> Oh, it's wild out here. What's going on? >> The same complex. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Same complex. >> You want to trespass her from the property since she doesn't live here? If she's not willing to leave, I don't know. >> Let's ask her first and then that's going to determine my decision. Can >> you come back over with me? >> Can you leave to deescalate the situation, please? >> I got >> because you don't live here. [cheering] >> Because if if you're not going to willingly leave on your own, then he's going to have to trespass you because this is going to keep happening >> and I don't want somebody to get shot, somebody to get stabbed, or somebody to get hurt worse >> is my primary concern. Okay? >> I know you want to be here with your friends. Maybe you can meet up somewhere else or do it on another day or something like that. If you get trespassed, you're not going to be able to come back here for a whole year >> and you'll be subject to arrest. >> Do you have a way to leave here? >> Oh, you won't be trespassing. >> Well, she she she's going to leave. She might just need a ride out of here. >> How far is your grandmother? >> Stay down there. Um like couple blocks like down the street. >> Is it mile radius? >> Yeah. Yeah, >> I I could possibly take you home on the other side of the window, man. >> I don't trust nobody sitting behind me. >> Dr. So, you probably want to take his offer and just call it >> I would just just take the ride home, call it a day. >> All right, let's go do that. >> If we keep coming out here, someone said, "I'm going to go to a jail for some reason to get hurt before we get here. I don't want somebody to get shot over some >> Yeah. I don't need another case on my hand either. >> Can he just give you a ride to your grandma's house since she lives right around the corner? >> Maybe you can meet up with your friend somewhere else. >> Okay, do that. >> All right. Listen, you got two options. Either you leave, he's going to give you a ride or you going to be >> My mom is coming to pick me up. >> Well, how long is it going to be? >> I don't know. She's coming. >> Okay. Give us a time frame. >> I'm not going to trespass >> because it's a problem. This is the second time she come here. She doesn't leave here. >> But she don't leave here either. >> All right. Call your mom. Get a time frame for us. >> Listen. Call your mom so we get a time frame. She said she coming. >> Okay. Get it. Give us a time frame cuz we're not going to stay here forever. >> 20 minutes. 20 minutes. >> How you know it's 20 minutes? You just say you don't know. >> Call your mom to get a time frame for us. You going to be trespassed. Exactly. I need a lieutenant. Give me the lieutenant name and number. >> She's not getting a lieutenant because she's the problem. SHE >> doesn't leave here. >> She doesn't. >> Okay. Are you getting a time frame or not? charge me to be with somebody. >> Okay, this is Listen, this is what you can do.
